Worked with Manny when I was looking at buying either an Audi A6 or BMW 5-series. He was very knowledgeable about higher-end cars and was able to make recommendations that helped me make up my mind. I ended up going with an A6 because of his recommendation & reviews from Car & Driver and Consumer Reports. The vehicles he had at his place of business were very clean, in great condition and were very reasonably priced. I also appreciated his "no-pressure" sales approach. Being in sales myself, the one thing I detest about all other dealerships is the whole "what can we do to make you drive home in this car today?" He let me take it on a test drive by myself, answered all the questions I had honestly, and didn't apply any pressure at all to BUY TODAY. I also like that they inspect & service all of their vehicles before they sell them (you'd be surprised how many other dealerships don't...so make sure you ask!). I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Manny! He also was completely fine with me taking the vehicle to my mechanic to have an inspection done prior to me purchasing it (and it passed with flying colors).

I went to go look at an Audi with a lot of miles. Ended up buying it and became totally satisfied. Easy buying process, great price. Manny helped me with the details. I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend this dealer to others.

MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASED TWO VEHICLES FROM MS MOTORS IN LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS. 2007 MERCEDES ML500 WITH 87 THOUSAND MILES AND MOST RECENTLY 2007 TOYOTA CAMRY WITH 113 THOUSAND MILES. Contacted MS Motors about an Audi we were interested in and Manny was very helpful and friendly. He was able to answer questions I had struggled to get from the dealerships. As he put it I am "very technical" in what I needed to know about the car in order to take the next step. After our discussion I knew we should make the trip from Seattle. Upon arrival the vehicle was much better than originally anticipated. Manny was very patient while I inspected and drove the vehicle and I never felt pressured. We ended up purchasing the Audi and felt that MS Motors went well above and beyond our expectations. MS Motors has high standards with their vehicles and only sells the best of the best. Knowledgeable, friendly and a high level of customer service and satisfaction!

I bought a used Prius from Mani last week. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I never felt pressured and he clearly knew a lot about his inventory. He even openly encouraged me to go and look again at the competition and that he would be happy to work with me whenever I felt ready. A few days after buying the car the check engine light came on. My husband was very concerned about this so I immediately called Mani. He answered my call and was extremely concerned and courteous. He had the car taken to his repair shop and the matter fixed quickly - with absolutely no charge to me. I know that I signed an "As Is" agreement and that he did not have to do this, but he never made me feel badly at all. Just reassured me that he had not been aware of the small issue, but wanted to do right by me, his customer! I highly recommend MS Motors!

MS Motors is your idea place if your looking for great customer service! In today's competitive modern business world good customer service just isn't going to be good enough. I really liked Manny's (owner) approach to providing exceptional customer service towards his clients. A self motivated and very inspirational guide of exceptional customer service that he provides during a buying process. We have all purchased a car or two from dealerships and know the grind that they can create, but what I experience at MS Motors they treat their customers with exceptional service, integrity and very honest during an up till the completion of your purchase. Great customer service and overall buying expirience! I contacted a the dealership about a TDi they had but unfortunately it was sold. Manny asked me to give him an opportunity to track another one down for me and he did just that.. Whole buying process took about 3 days as he did have to find the exact car I wanted and make sure it was up to par! His "behind the scenes" guy as Manny calls him (Nate) did an amazing job with the detail. I love my TDi. Thanks Manny!

We recently bought a car from Manny, we are new in the country so we were confused about where to go, and we don't know much about cars other than drive them, Manny advise us , recommend us, let us drive it for a long time. we just found a minor issue and he repaired it with a new part for free the same day and we are very happy with the car. The best place, awesome person and very honest and the process cannot be easier!! He also has amazing cars!!!!! If you need a car, a good and nice car, this is the place for sure!!!!!! Other then great used car selection, the best thing about this dealership is that there is no salesman at all! Yes, no salesman to deal with at all! When I asked to take the car for a test drive, they just handed me a key and said "take it for a spin"!!! Loved every aspect of buying my car here! Very modern way of selling vehicles. They even take picture of every buyer with their new vehicle! Very cool experience overall! THANK YOU!

I was shopping for a new car after my beloved Accord had been t boned. Manny was so helpful and I walked away feeling no pressure or hurry at all after finding the car I knew I wanted. No stuffy businesslike feel here. The sale took no time at all. Quite some time after purchasing my 1990 Civic, I needed a minor repair. I called Manny since I am fairly new to the area and had no one to help me. He litterly sent one of his mechanics out to my apartments in the late evening and had everything fixed up for me and ready to go in no time! I would recommend Ms Motors to everyone! Not going to get hassled or ripped here. Car sales they would they should be!

You know how it is when you buy a new car. It's hard to wait. Manny took less than twenty minutes to wrap up my paperwork. Not only that, but I was going to have to wait for a day off of work to pick up the check from my bank. Manny drove a hundred miles round trip to pick up the check for me. I didn't have to take a day off, wait for the mail to deliver it or wait for the weekend to get it myself. At MS Motors they definitely went above and beyond to make this the best car buying experience I've ever had.

Recently I was in the market for a hybrid. While I was searching I stumbled across ms motors so I called and set up a appointment. They showed me what they had for inventory, I ended up driving a couple cars, and finally came to the conclusion I was in love with the civic. I ended up purchasing this vehicle. He gave me more for my trade in then anyone place offered, and my purchase was hassle free, and no pressure at all. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a quality vehicle!

We went to MS Motors to test drive what we thought was big enough VW Jetta but we didn't end up buying it as we agreed we needed something bigger. MS Motors did not have anything in the momement but the way we were treated to all the advice we got here to no salesman like sale preassure; we are definitely buying our next car here. We highly recommend MS Motors!

What a great experience! Dealt with owner himself, very professional family man! If you are looking for a vehicle with over 100k miles, look no further! MS Motors make sure these kind of high mileage cars keep going for another 100000 miles, they get them serviced and ready. I am very satisfied, my car had 143k miles when I bought it at ms and with 157k now it still drives like a brand new car!!!!!! I am definitely shopping here again!

Went to ms motors on Feb 2013 to buy my 1st car! There was no pressure nor typical salesman. Car was serviced and ready to go. Loved my 1st car but when I decided I wanted something a bit faster I went back to see Manny! They found my dream car and once again I was a happy customer! I am from out of town and had set up an appointment to look at a car. When I arrived on time, no one was there or obviously intended to be there. I had called and e-mailed, along with my mother who came with me and we were ignored although it states "24 hour customer service" on their page at the time. Now, I understand that stuff happens but not only did I waste my gas but the next day, my mother received a rude voicemail from the company and we were no where near rude to them. I was very willing to put my money down on a new car and do business with them because they have great prices but after the poor customer service I don't think I'll even try to go back.

We Prius owners know how frustrating is to buy a Prius these days as more then half of them on the market come with salvage/rebuilt titles. I found this small family ran dealership located on Hayden island in N Portland and had a great experience. Not only that they have couple of Priuses to choose from but they were all clean title with clean carfax! I bought mine in January and going back there in a month to buy another one for my daughter! I highly recommend this dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From the phone call to the photo taken with my new car ; Manny was 100% pleasure to deal with! Loved how they don't have traditional, pushy salesman grabbing your neck till u tap. It was easy! Ended up talking to owner himself, Manny about not just the car I was buying but everything from Family to Politics :)))))) Im very happy with my new car and will indeed visit MS Motors again! Loved everything from presentation to paperwork process! I feel like they really treat every customer with respect and honesty! Got my F250 7.3 turbo diesel with over 200k miles and truck runs like a champ! No issues what so ever. I recommended MS Motors to my good friend and she got VW Jetta there and is also extremely satisfied. Very reasonable pricing and top notch service!!!!!!!!!

This dealership sell garbage cars!!!! They look good to the eye, but the car I bought only. Lasted for 70 miles befor it needed over $1000 worth of servic to repair the heater core which they just patched with JB weld so that they could get it off the lot before it failed!!! This guy sells really aweful cars!!! Don't buy anything from here!!!

My wife and I bought 2003 BMW M3 smg from MS Motors 7 months ago today! We could not be happier with the car. Car does have 102k miles but MS Motors replaced everything from tires, brakes to bushings therefor making the car drivible with no major maintnance needed for years to come. We are very thankful we found this place! We will buy here again for sure in near future. THANK YOU Manny!

Be careful what you buy from them. Ask for a CARFAX AND make sure you have a professional look at it. Don't let the clean shinny car fool you. Good luck.
