And thought it was kind of unprofessional of the finance guy to completely rush you out the door without even entertaining the idea of answering your questions after making such a huge purchase.

My sales experience was outstanding. Dean helped me to find a truck and worked with me from early morning until late afternoon to do so. He did not pressure me into anything outside of my price range, but instead worked with me to find my dream truck at a reasonable price. I came away with a vehicle I plan to have for years to come at a very good payment.My finance experience was terrible. After working with Dean for hours to get a price that worked for me, and agreeing to that price, Chris presented me with a figure that was over $100 per month more than I agreed to with the sales department. He was condescending throughout our interaction and tried to pressure me into purchasing a warranty I was not interested in. When I declined the additional warranty coverage that would have put me $5,000 over the vehicle total I had agreed to with Dean, he was dismissive and no longer showed any customer service. Had it not been for Dean's outstanding work throughout the day, I would have walked away from the dealership within a few minutes of being in Chris's office. I understand part of his job is to make the dealership money, but I walked away with a sour taste from the dealership because of my interaction with him. All in all, I would absolutely recommend MTN View Chevrolet. Besides the finance experience at the end, everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful.

Everyone we dealt with were wonderful! We were treated like friends, not just someone who is there to make a purchase. They are very patient and answer any and all questions. They explain how everything works on the vehicle. Our sales people were Josh Brewer and Nada Smith. We could not have worked with two nicer people. We are return customers and these people are the reason why. When we are at the dealership we are in a very comfortable environment. If they do not have exactly what you want, they work very hard to find it at the price you agreed upon.

We were greeted warmly when we walked into the dealer showroom and assigned Dean Pavlou as our sales pro. What I really appreciated is the fact that he listened to our needs and determined exactly what we were looking for and did not waste our time. He took us to the vehicle we purchased first which says he knew exactly what we were looking for and listened. He answered all our questions about the Equinox and we decided to purchase immediately. He is a tremendous asset to Mtn. View and it was easy to feel good about the decision. Thank you. I has my truck repaired at Volunteer Chevrolet in Sevierville Tn, they replaced the wheel bearing on left front driver side. Going 70 mph the tie rod arm cam off because they didn't put the bolt back on . I was able to get off the road and get here at Mt View . They put me first in line. Fixed my truck, charged me nothing. Treated me great because I was all to pieces. They are great. God Bless the service dept.

My husband and I went to Mountain View Chevy to look for a family vehicle with certain specifics. Tim and Laney were able to find what we thought was the perfect vehicle for us, although we soon found out some big issues on the car and they didn't stand up to their word that we agreed on when signing the contract. While we sat there, waiting on a price for the vehicle (Wasn't even priced yet), they continued to talk us into purchasing it. My husband and I stated several times that we weren't ready to commit and wanted to leave to talk it over, although they somehow managed to meet all of our needs (So we thought), so we agreed and purchased the car. When talking over the contract, they agreed to do the following: replace windshield, detail/clean car, fix steering wheel flaws, oil change. They stated that the vehicle was being looked over by the mechanics for any issues and they assured us it would be safe to drive. They stated they were also completing the oil change, and getting it cleaned. We sat there at the dealership for about 5 hours, When they finally brought the vehicle to us, we noticed it wasn't cleaned; Tim stated that they could do that when we brought the car back for the repair on the windshield. The next day, my husband checked the oil and he noticed that they didn't even change the oil like they said they would (there was barely any oil in the car). My husband immediately called them, who said to bring the car up the next day for the oil change. They changed the oil, although didn't top fluids off. A few days later we were able to make an appointment to get the windshield replaced and the car detailed/washed. They replaced the windshield like they said they were going to do, although they didn't wash/detail. AGAIN, they said to bring the car back to them another date for the wash/detail. I took the car up there, my husband picked it up only to find crumbs in the floor, sticky stuff in the cup holders....It looked like they only ran it through a car wash. Then my husband had our mechanic look over the engine and rest of car only to find HORRIBLE brakes and a broken transfer case. When we notified the dealership yet AGAIN about the issues, they stated they would look at the brakes, but that is all they could do. They only changed 2 of the 4 brake pads. They were not willing to fix the broken transfer case. We went to this dealership looking for a good working, safe vehicle for our family. I feel like they were nothing but dishonest. They still haven't detailed the car or fixed the steering wheel...and that is after 4 additional trips to the dealership. There are also other issues with the car including a cracked dash, broken defrost cord on back window that they failed to disclose to us. Mountain View Chevy is dishonest and we wont be doing business with them ever again.

I went in at the end of the day just to price replacing my rear wiper. Not only did I get the price, but they went and replaced the wiper. While I was waiting, I remembered I needed to replace a key and fob. I asked about getting those ordered and Michael proceeded to find a fob while I was there and ordered a key for me.

Was greeted by the salesman that was going to tag along for a test drive. Greeted me and showed me my way to the car already running with AC on. A little lacking in the knowledge of specs that the car itself had to give (even if I already knew them it would be nice for them to tell me anyways) Specs I mean safety ratings, any awards it might have won, engine type and why its good etc. Really just anything. But other than that the experience was overall pleasant and for the most part hassle free other than a slight mistake on the paperwork that they quickly remedied. With the trip and process of buying I would say I am satisfied.

I brought my vehicle in for routine service and a check engine light concern. Was only supposed to be in shop for a few hours. A few hours turned into 4 days. The first day I had to call twice and leave two messages for them to call me back. Ended up having to order a part. Second day called twice again before they would tell me what was going on. Finally 3rd day they gave me a rental because now another part was broken and had to be fixed. More than anything they need to work on communication and letting customers know what is going on with their vehicles.

My vehicle had to be boosted off, after it was boosted off it wouldn't cut off. I called Mountain View Chevrolet and was able to get my car in to be serviced the next day. The service man kept me informed on what they were doing to my vehicle as they worked on it. I ended up needing a new battery. They were also able to take care of both recalls on my vehicle while it was there.

I received a postcard stating that there was a recall on my car. Your service department said that you no longer had the part to repair and suggested that I trade my in. What a grave mistake. I bought an Dodge, Avenger, 2013 and the 2nd day of purchase the engine light came on. I bought it back and until this day the light is still on. I have had numerous repairs and that light will not stay off. It is now drying rough. I do not know what to do. I am 64 years old and female at that. The staff down there is low-down and rotten. Do not trust them if you are an older woman. They may get you too. I hope that business owners like that go down. Just like they are taking me down. Selling me a known lemon.

I have had my car in on two occasions and on both the service people tried very very hard to get my consent on doing these expensive repairs. One of which had already been done. Prices are very high. I was cobracted about a recall told to make an appointment when I tried I was told the parts had to be ordered and that the repair could not be done without leaving the car all day. Notice said between 1-2 gours.

The check engine light came on in the instrument panel of my 2012 Traverse over the weekend. I called Mtn View Chevrolet by 8:00 AM on Monday morning. The gentleman I talked to in the service dept made me an appointment for 10:30 AM. I was there by 10:00 AM, and by 11:00 AM the problem was solved. The repair was made and I was ready to go in a reasonable amount of time. GREAT SERVICE!

We took our van that we purchased the weekend before to have a whining noise repaired. Was given the keys when I came back and was told nothing about what needed to be done. The car has started another whining noise since and am now told needs brakes, rotors, and such. When we returned home and read the paper they said we declined this service to begin with. We were never told about that to begin with. Now having this car for just 30 days and the brakes were bad before the purchase the sales manager wouldn't work with us to get them changed. Even though in their pre sale inspection, they knew the brakes and rotors were bad. We took it to another mechanic and were told the rotors were fine. Not happy and will not buy another car there. After this being our third car and worst experience yet.

I brought my car in for a couple of recall repairs that was going to require 2 trips. Kyle was able to get them done in 1 trip. When it took longer than expected he was able to get me in a loaner car until my car was ready. He was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Jessie, the shuttle driver, was very sweet getting me to and from work. They made what could have been a major inconvenience, a pleasure. I would recommend Mtn. View Chevrolet in the future.

I bought the truck with a dent in the bumper, no big deal because GM will replace it. Well it took 4 weeks before I had to make the call to get it replaced, 2 weeks to replace the bumper, and 2 weeks in a base model, double cab silverado rental, while my 4 wheel drive, Z71 Crew cab was having a bumper replaced. I guess I should mention I was told it shouldn't take 2 weeks to have it replaced

We just went in to make that famous loop thru the lot and look. Yet the dealership had a great selection so we got out. The salesperson was helpful showing us both used and new cars that fit with our budget. We test drove both the new and used. He explained each one and the benefits and gave us space to make the selection. We never felt pressured. They really worked with us to get us in the car we wanted. We ended up getting a new Tahoe and love it. We will be back for all our future cars. Great service.

I had a new salesman, so after picking all my vehicle options for a new Colorado, he suggested I make the deal directly with the Sales Manager (Russ). The custom order was negotiated and completed in writing. Two and a half months later when the Colorado arrived, $930 was added to the sales price. The Finance Manager (Sean) insisted that I didn't have to take the vehicle if I "wasn't completely satisfied." Well I wasn't satisfied with the way the agreed upon price was altered, nor with the take-it-or-leave-it ultimatum, and I told him so, but paid the extra and took possession anyway. I needed the vehicle by then and I like the product. However, the change of price at the last minute was poor business practice, showed lack of class and integrity, and all potential buyers should beware of this tactic especially if making a custom order.

Overall our experience was great. We worked with Evin Kelley and he was a great person to go through this process with us. Everything went fine except for one problem. The Rav4 had a cracked windshield of which we were told it would be repaired. After I signed the papers, Lanny (sales manager) came out to tell us he could not replace the windshield since he was already losing money on the sell. I am sorry he lost money on the sell, I am sure that is a rare occurance but he should have instructed his sales people better on what can or can't be repaired/replaced on a vehicle. I still went ahead and purchased the car but was not to satisfied on how the lack of the windshield repair occured.

They provide the best in customer service, from scheduling to taking good care of my Malibu. While waiting for my car, I received call from my daughter saying my grandson was admitted to the ER and needed emergency care. The service department sent me in one of their cars and completed the service on my car. I was able to pick it up the next day.The staff is absolutely wonderful. I have had many cars, but because of the level of service and attention to my needs - I will always drive a Chevy and stay with Mountain View.

The dealership is awesome minus the service dept! When you have a 9:30 appt time you shouldn't have to wait until almost 3 to get your vehicle back! I've been coming to Mtn View for a couple of years for service due to how close it is to work and it's always HOURS before it's done regardless of your appt time. They do good work but if you could just stay on some kind of schedule and remember your customers time is important as yours you would be awesome. The advisors are great but maybe you should look at hiring a new oil change tech or get them some help. I'm not sure who my advisor was so If I pick the wrong one below forgive me.

I was interested in 2 trucks drove the first one windshield wipers wouldn't work so I told him that was my sign so I drove the other one and liked it and told him I would buy that one if payment was right he said they couldn't and other one was fixed and he told me to come on paper would be done after working 3rd I didn't really look first truck over since wipers didn't work. I ask him if it was a northern truck he said no and when he was filling out tag for truck said he found out it was a northern truck get home I notice rear number is bent. Rust places coming up under paint and passenger mirror has to places In Chrome. Going to take it by TVA where it's financed and show them so they will make sure they do their on eye check before they finance so they are protected too

Where do I begin.. I ordered some aftermarket fogs from an online site. The guy was rude cocky and very unprofessional at the front service desk... They charged me for work that didn't even take that long. I swear he was the biggest jerk I've ever met. I'm a paying customer now, not to mention the mechanic had trouble installing and adjusting a simple plug and play fog light, it's like he didn't even try.. All he had to do was loosen up the bottom screws.. He couldn't even do that. I tried to reason with the service guy who helped me he was very unfair and cocky. It would be nice to talk to a manager I said, there was none he said. Again I would love a refund for the $110 dollars they charged me for not successfully installing my fog lights. My dogs were $200 a set from a company that matches the stock one. If a manager can call me I would like to speak to him. I don't want to go posting on Facebook about my god awful first experience.. I've owned many cars and this service department is horrible. Maybe the manager can call me asap hope to hear from him/her soon. 423-834-5995 Collin Colucci P.S. I had an accident in my 2001 2500HD Silverado LT purchased new in 2001 and was thinking it might be totaled out. Started looking for a replacement. I had planned on purchasing later in the year as I was on a savings plan preparing for the purchase.I knew I wanted a Silverado 2500HD LTZ with Duramax engine. When I found by using the internet that Mountain View Chevrolet had the last 2015 in the SouthEast I decided to check with them about the purchase. I talked with Russ Liscomb (Sales Mgr.) and emailed back and forth a couple of times and he assigned Chris Morgan to complete the deal. I had only seen pictures so my wife and I went down on Christmas Eve and looked at the truck to get a little better idea but because the dealership was closed we could not get inside or take a test drive. Really liked the truck although it had more options than I had wanted or needed. Chris and I worked out the details of a trade (2001 not totaled) and reached a mutual decision.The first time I drove the vehicle was when I left the dealership after the purchase. Drives great and runs great and still getting used to all the new stuff. The first drive was just as I expected from a new Chevrolet.The dealership could not have been more helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Always answering my questions an offering solutions to concerns.

I had a 9:30 am appointment, arrived at 9:15, was taken to the waiting area where I had access to coffee and reading material. My vehicle was ready in twenty minutes and had been fully serviced including tire pressure check, fluid checks, and oil change. The staff was courteous and professional. Great confident feeling that you are well taken care of. Warranty or not, I will continue to come and recommend to anyone..

Just got my 2011 Chevy Malibu back after having a transmission problem repaired and we are extremely pleased with the service as we always are. We had to leave the car for a few days because the parts had to be ordered. We were able to get a loaner car while my car was being repaired so I didn't have to worry about how I would get to work. Jamie let me know how things were progressing with the car and when I called the Service Dept., everyone I talked to was so nice. I never worry about the work they do, because it is always great. My husband and I live in Rocky Face, GA and we ended up at Mountain View Chevrolet in Chattanooga late one afternoon in November of 2010 to take a look at the cars there, we were considering trading my 2005 Malibu. Scott showed us several cars on the lot and answered a lot of our questions. I was concerned that we would be pressured to buy something then, but that did not happen. I liked the 2011 Malibu and decided to take it for a test drive. I loved it and so we decided to buy it then and drive it home. We were impressed with Scott and everyone we dealt with at Mountain View so we wanted to get the service done there also. We have always had the service done there since we bought the car. People ask why we go all the way up there so far away when we could have the service done here in Dalton at a Chevy dealer but we just like everyone at Mountain View Chevrolet and trust the Service Department with our car, so it is worth the trip. My husband always takes the car up there and will continue to do so. Thank you Jamie and everyone!

I came into only look & to see if I could get an upgrade with maybe just a few bells & whistles & I was able to drive away that evening with more than just a few bells & whistles. From the moment I pulled in with my parents we were all treated with great respect & customer service that I haven't seen in a long time. Sean Karr did an amazing job, which I'm sure he always try's to do with all his customers. I'm just sorry I didn't write my review sooner, with 2 small children & the holidays life plans don't always work out the way we'd like them to. Sean's customer service was above & beyond what I had received from a previous car lot, who wouldn't even let me see something new. Sean went along with only my word that my credit was good enough to look at a new vehicle. It came back as great credit, & with a minor set back the deal was still able to go through. Needed service on my truck. Called and was given an appointment 6 days in advance (so they would not be as busy). arrived early and was checked in as the service department opened. Was given a shuttle ride to work. Was called by service advisor at 1130 stating what was wrong and I authorized all but an oil change. Around 230pm, I attempted to see if the truck was ready, or to get a time that it would be ready so I could get a ride back. Never got a reply and called back again an hour later. After a long ordeal, finally go though to the service advisor and was told that the truck would not be ready until the next day. After some frantic effort to try to cope with this, I asked for a loaner vehicle and was told that would not be possible. They could however get my truck back in the shape that I could take it home, but I had to bring it back the next day to have the work done. I had to bum a ride to the dealership from a coworker. Day 2 went just as bad, and was never able to get in touch with the service advisor after I dropped it off, but I did start the process early enough to get a ride back to the dealership via the shuttle service. I believe the system that is in pace to manage the information and the payments is the big reason for the delays and lack of communication. It would be very useful if the receptionist for the service department had visibility into the progress of the vehicle through the computer aided service manager system. Online access to see your own progress would be nice too. It seemed that the service advisors spend way too much time running around like headless chickens trying to find technicians for status updates and paperwork when the system is computer based.

I had always been a Chevy truck person and believe that the Silverado is a great truck and an excellent value. I had purchased all of my previous trucks from Walter Jackson in Ringgold, where I had always been treated very well. Over the holidays I had a few hours to burn and I decided to see what Mtn View had on the lot in terms of 2015 Silverados. I met my sales person, Dean Pavlou, for the first time that morning. I found Dean to be aggressive (in a very nice way) and knowledgeable and he was determined that this time Mtn View was going to win my business. He was respectful, focused, courteous and very enthusiastic. He delivered and he won my business. I found the entire experience to be quite good. Sean also did an excellent job going over the various offers that GM makes available as it concerns extended warranties/coverages.

I haven't used this Chevrolet dealership before, and I had what I believed to be a loose oil filter causing a leak. I went ahead and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Well It did take them a little longer than expected but they were more friendly than some of the other Chevrolet dealerships I have used, and they had much better rates than any of them as well.

Tim Cook and the sales team at Mountain View Chevy made us feel welcome and comfortable. We walked into the dealership on a whim to look at trucks and were greeted with a smile and a firm handshake by Tim. He listened to all of our requests and suggested the right truck to fit what we were looking for. Took the truck he suggested for a test drive (without a high pressure sales person in tow) which gave us the chance to look and talk in private. No high pressure sales, not a pushy sales team at all. Many thanks to the team at Mtn View Chevy, (Josh Brewer, Sean Standifer, and especially Tim Cook) who all graciously helped us get into our new Silverado at a great price.This was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had and we will definitely refer our friends and family to Tim and Mountain View Chevy for their future car purchases.

I went hoping we could get approved for a car but prepared if I didnt. The people that work there worked some magic even though my credit wasn't great. I got to leave with an amazing car. The salesman was nice & didn't try to push me into a car I couldn't afford. The experience although long, we were there most the day, was a positive one. The finance guy was also great he explained everything in detail so there were no surprises. The manager also stopped by to talk to us. Everyone we spoke too were friendly & professional.

I purchased a used convertible Camaro (not at Mountain View) and it turned out that water was leaking out of the drain system into the back floor when it rained. It turned out to be a very complex fix which took longer than expected. However I was most concerned that it be done correctly. Craig Bush kept me informed of their progress and at the end of the process, no leaks after a rain. Their service made me feel much better about owning the car. I will put them on my list for regular service in the future.

Written promises made when we bought car were not kept by dealership. Having small children we wanted a same size (SUV) replacement if we had significant repairs that required the car to be in overnight. We have this agreement in writing from the dealership. It is a reason we bought here instead of driving to Atlanta for a cheaper priced vehicle. However when our car was kept for several days this written promise was not honored. We were told "higher ups" blocked the service representative from honoring the written contract. I liked the representative but, when I stated I would be happy to escalate the issue personally as this was a big deal to us, I was not put in touch with management. I believe promises should be honored. Written promises should be immediately honored by every staff member. The fact that management refused to honor a written promise will mean we will be buying a car elsewhere next time around. Apparently even written promises by this dealership mean nothing.

My truck was to be worked on repairing the emission reduction tank. The part was supposed to arrive on a Tuesday morning and didn't. They had already taken my truck apart. Long story short I didn't get the part until Friday morning and I had to pay for the over night shipping charges. I had a hard time getting any information out of jamie, the service rep. He never could give me concrete answers as to why my parts didn't arrive. It wasn't until I spoke with Jimmy did I get some answers and results. The price of the repair was over $1000, I feel like $600 worth of labor dollars is excessive.I should have been skeptical when he tried to sale me a brake fluid change and the truck is only two years old. Please.....

FIRED! Caught lying and trying to indeed repairs. after the most recent service visit with the Mt View Chevrolet dealership, I would not consider purchasing (a new or used) and or having a vehicle serviced via Mt View Chevrolet again. I feel accountability and responsibility are not paramount within this dealership. More so, the negative stereotypes of dealership padding services and performing unneeded repairs / false repairs have been lent great credence by Mt View Chevrolet Once exposed, what may have been an attempt to mend a relationship after being deceived, clearly appears nothing more than an action to cover up a gross deception. The ethics of this dealership in my mind is clearly in question. The credence lent to stereotypical shenanigans (over charging and unneeded repairs) this dealership has exhibited seems wellpracticed, polished, blatant and the fiber of Mt View Chevrolet in my case. .

Josh Brewer was in the parking lot to great us which was great over some dealerships where we had to go ask for help. From that point on he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various types of car we were looking into. Once we settled on a deal, Craig and Scott were as helpful and friendly as Josh. Nothing against this dealership but I HATE the process of getting to the final price. Why does a car dealership make you feel like you are pulling their teeth is beyond me. As a rule, everything else has a price, take it or leave it. Why is this disclaimer at the bottom of this survey, it is pretty bad when the people within the same industry can't trust its fellow members. I fill out a lot of questionnaires on other products and services and no other industry has a clause for internal sabotage.

we brought our yukon in for service, wound up getting 4 new tires and they forgot to align them. we made an appointment for the next saturday morning, but when we got there at 8am, the "alignment guy" didn't come into work that day, so we had to reschedule. we rescheduled for 7:30am monday morning and it took 2 1/2 hours for the alignment. the thing that really irritated me though was that there was oil or grease all over my inside driver door. i had to clean it off before i could close the door. It was everywhere! this is inexcusable. please at least clean up after yourself. after spending over $3000 for service, i think this is the least we could expect. many other dealerships include a free car wash, etc. please step it up.

Not what I expected. My truck was sent to a shop down the road even though I had appointment at dealership and was not told this. Appointment was at 9:30 dropped truck off at 8:00 and it was not done until 1:30. I had to call twice to check on truck and find out if there was any problems. A service and greas truck should not take that long. Disappointed in this compared to other service visits

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and had an electric window that was off track. I had to pay a 100.00 plus diagnostic fee to figure out what was wrong with the window. I had a raddling noise that was checked out. After it was all over The bill was almost 700.00. I was expecting maybe 250 if the motervin the window was bad. Moter an electric relay etc. They even had another 900.dollars if suggested work that needed to be done.

Brought my car in for a malfunctioning part, greeted by friendly service writer that was competent and seemed to like his job. Very refreshing these days! They had some issue with the original diagnostic when the part came in it did not work right away. They provided a loaner car and subsequently got the repair done the next day. I love doing business with people that offer convenience, competency and work environment that their employees can do the right thing. Highly recommended them...3rd time using their services.

I dropped my truck off for regular maintenance. The service department was finished in no time. I expected to wait for over an hour, but this wasn't the case. Everyone was very polite and appreciative of my business. Overall, a great experience. I'm glad I bought my truck here.

I thoufht that ihad scheduled an appointment to bring my car in for the 100,000 service. It was not on the books and Kevin assured me that it was not a problem and I asked if it could be ready by 1:00 pm. An additional recommendation was made that I had not taken the car in for. Car was ready at 1;00 and I was surprised at the total bill because I thought it would have been more for the work done.

This service appointment was something of a mixed bag of both Pros and Cons and so I shall share both:PROS:- Service performed quickly and efficiently- Appointment was available at next to no notice- Mechanic found a work-around to restore partial function to the broken part while they waited for the replacement part to arrive, so that I could keep the car.CONS:- Parts prices were on the high end of expected costs- Labor fee seemed unreasonably high- Bill did not correctly reflect services performed according to the mechanic's notes.My summary of this would be a good group of mechanics being let down by "service advisors" who do not apparently understand the meaning of the word service. I would say that if factory certified technicians are not worth an upcharge on parts and labor to you, do some research and find an independent and reputable mechanic instead of using the dealership.

Problem came about suddenly so I did not call ahead for a service appointment. I was greeted right away in the service department by Kyle. I explained how my car was running. Kyle made a preliminary diagnosis of what he thought the problem was, the problem was covered by warranty. Kyle offered me a complimentary car to have and told me he would call me as soon as my car was ready. He called me at home that afternoon, told me I could come back that afternoon or the next day. I picked up my car the next morning, Kyle said the problem was what he thought it was and everything should be fine now.

Shaun had let me know that it was time for my 3 month service. I called the service number and was greeted with a kind voice helping me set a time to bring my car in. Upon arrival I was greeted in a professional manner and I went to the waiting room. About an hour later and we talked about the service they had performed on my vehicle and I was very satisfied. Sean sanderfield made my experience of buying my 2015 Chevy Silverado a nightmare. He made me feel extremely awkward in his small room by raising his voice, and explaining that he usually deals with the people with not good credit. Was I suppose to apologize for my good credit? Or did I miss that Chevy only finances to the bad credit people. Review his tape at dealership. I sincerely hope he doesn't make any other customers feel this way.

The service advisor, Kyle Montgomery, tried to deny the warranty coverage of 3 years or 36,000 miles because a non AC Delco air filter was not installed in the car and service had not been done there. He then tried to charge me over $800 for the repairs. Also it took four weeks to do the repair, some of this was due to a back order of a part, and I had to call to find out anything except for the last two weeks. To get it covered I had to involve the shop Director, Jimmy Clark. When the car was finally ready and picked up by me Kyle just said their it is and Thank you. He never gave any explanation of the extra work that was done and when questioned his response was just Yea. I DEEPLY REGRET buying the car from Mtn. View and even more so having any work done there. I will NOT recommend Mtn. View to anyone or will I take it back for ANY work. All me business will go back to Walter Jackson Chevy in Ringgold ,GA.

I really enjoyed the staff here. I went to visit this dealer with no intentions on purchasing a car but by the time I left there, I was rolling out the parking lot in my new car that I was able to purchase on my own as a first time buyer without my parents help. I was highly pleased with how great they were with me and how they took care of me and helped me choose something that would be safe and reliable but also affordable with someone like myself who is fresh out of college and starting a new career.

The service I received at Mtn. View Chevrolet was nothing short of unbelievable, and not in a positive way. I took my car in for servicing after a check engine light appeared. Less than 1000 miles prior to this I had the same issue looked at by another Chevrolet dealer and the dealer gave me a print out of the issues. I had those issues fixed by another service center locally. I also had new brakes, new rotors, and a mirage of other things done to the vehicle to get it ready for my 16 year old daughter to drive. When I received the call from Mtn. View to tell me everything that was wrong with the car, red flags went up all over the place. I simply took the car for a check engine light with less than 1000 miles on it since the last Chevrolet inspection. Mtn. View told me I needed to replace everything that I had just had fixed....I needed all new brakes and rotors, I needed to fix a couple of other issues that I had just had completed, and a host of other things. When I told the guy that I just had new brakes and rotors put on it, he said, "oh, okay" like he knew it didn't really need those things. We told them we did not want to do all of the work they were suggesting because we had just had those things done. We went to pick up the car. When we started the car it made a loud noise that it did not have prior to being looked at by Mtn. View. The service man then proceeded to argue with me about it and told me he would "fix the issue at a discount". I have never experienced anything like this. I would never recommend this service center to anyone unless he wants to be ripped off.

I recently purchased a car at Mtn View Chevrolet and it was such a satisfying experience. My salesman was Dean and he was very informative and never tried to pressure me at all. He was able to answer every question that I asked and was willing to explain anything that I didn't understand. Dean appeared to be working for me, to help me find exactly what I wanted, instead of acting like the stereo-type salesman, that is usually just trying to get their commission from a sale. I would definetly recommend Mtn View Chevrolet and I commend Dean on being the utmost professional at his job. Craig in the finance department was also excellent in his presentation and very professional. Mtn View Chevrolet will definetly get my business again.

Based on past experiences I was hesitant to come alone, so I asked my Daughter in law to come along. Unfortunately my old faithful car decided to die and I had to buy a new car. I am in nursing school so budget is a factor. I was referred to Dean Pavlou and he did not disappoint. He fought to get me just what I needed for what I wanted! I got a great payment and a fabulous interest rate with less than perfect credit. Dean didn't pressure me at all and gave me good solid advice every step of the way. He made sure I was fully and completely taken care of even though that meant staying after!Scott Hartman the finance manager also helped to make the experience wonderful! Really disappointed that in Mountain View Dealership quoting my son, a college student, one really high price for work and then lowering it significantly when I, the out of town parent, call by a significant amount. My home town dealer recommended Mountain View, now I am paying $110.00 plus tax to have my vehicle released so that it may be towed (another $250.00 on top of the $75.00 already paid to have it towed to your dealership) to my home town dealership. I am just really disappointed in your integrity or lack of it. I have just under $200 tied up in this situation and the vehicle is not even out of Chattanooga. I will pay for the tow and for fixing the vehicle and still be under your original quote to my son at our local dealership.

I came in with my recall card and my failed emissions test result to schedule an appointment in person. So Dealer KNEW I had 3 recall problems to fix plus problem from failed emissions and I told them I did not have ride/would have to wait for work to be done. Right then, I should've been offered a loaner because Dealer apparently knew that these recalls are very time-consuming, a fact that they did not share with me when I made my appointment but were quick to claim when I asked for a status update after waiting the first 2.5 hours. I showed up right on time at 8 am for my appointment on scheduled day. I didn't check out until 1:20 pm. No one offered me a loaner or a ride. I realize the emissions issue could not be repaired until after the recall problem were fixed, but the recall work took the majority of the time. Recalls are a GM problem...NOT an owner problem. Extremely inconvenient. I spent over $900 on fixing the emissions problem. I did not feel like a valued customer. I should have been offered a loaner car.Waiting room was cold, chairs uncomfortably low, couldn't stretch out my legs without tripping other customers, loud TV made it hard to work. Trying to go outside to make a phone call was impossible due to loud music from outside speakers. No where to sit outside. No food except vending machine junk. Would've brought my lunch if they had told me recall work takes so long. Hungry, cold, headache. Awful way to spend the day. Awful way to spend $900.

In my experience you take a list of issues to the service center and you constantly have to coach them to address each issue and try and hope for timely service and return phone calls. I bought a loaded Silverado High Country $52,000. Didn't find out until I was walking out the door that they did not have one of the keys and key fob. I was told it had been ordered and would be in very soon. Five days later I had heard nothing and sent an email to a sales manager. I heard nothing back for 2 days. Finally, after I emailed again saying I was waiting to complete the satisfaction survey I got a response that the key was in and I could schedule to have it programmed and the truck detailed as it was raining the day I bought it and wasn't detailed. I did that and was given a 1pm time. I came at 1pm and the service advisor said they were busy so it should get detailed first. I waited for over 2 hours and then found out the truck was still in the detail shop. So the salesman pulled it out and brought it over to get the key programmed. A manager offered to have it detailed and filled up with gas at another time of my choosing. But I'm not sure I want to waste any more of my time at this dealership.

I was able to have my car seen immediately and resolved my issue. When we started our search for a newer car for my daughter, we looked on Truecar.com and found several cars that fit our needs. I emailed several dealerships from Marietta GA tp Chattanooga TN expressing that I was pressed for time and ready to buy. Only one responded, Mountain View Chevrolet and Angel Godoy. They had the low mileage car we were looking for, the price we wanted to pay and the comfort of knowing we were buying from a reputable dealer. We made an appointment and arrived early. We were met by Angel who had the vehicle we inquired about under a canopy for our inspection. We took the vehicle for a test drive and found the vehicle to be exactly as advertised, perfect. We went inside and this is where I was truly blown away. I already knew the selling price was discounted and according to Truecar.com it was a "Great Price", meaning it was less than the average price paid for the same car in our area. We had our down payment ready, knew our price, knew how long we wanted the loan so the only variable was APR. We got everything we wanted and an APR under 3%. No hidden fees, no surprises. The staff was very helpful, professional and courteous. We highly recommend Mountain View Chevrolet and Angel Godoy to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience, the way it should be.

Everyone is super nice. I was given a new car to drive everytime. So far my car hasn't given me anymore problem. However the last time in for service I was told I had a bad battery. I drove to Jasper to have it checked where I bought it where it is still under warranty. The battery is good and I was given a print out showing so.. So until my car acts up again I'm just going to wait.

I was impressed with Salesman Tim Cook. He was attentive to my needs, and found just the car I was looking for at a reasonable price. I could not wish for a more helpful salesman. The Financial Director on duty that day is another story. In his attempt to sell me a car warranty. he came on too strong and was disrespectful to me. In my opinion, he rendered a disservice to the Mtn. View Family.

My search for a vehicle started on the internet. Was in the market for a previously owned Cadillac. The first hit was Mtn. View Chevy with a beautiful black Cadillac CTS. Before settling on this particular auto, I checked a couple of Cadillac dealers to see what they had to offer. They had several to offer, but that black CTS with low miles at Mtn. View Chevy reached out and grabbed me. I inquired about the CTS and very shortly Michelle Buggs responded. After a couple of questions and exchanges an appointment was set for the next morning for me to test drive the CTS. The rest is history, I saw the vehicle, it was car fever at first sight. My experience with Mtn. View Chevy was a good as it gets.

The cable was replaced I was told i needed a new battery. I did get a battery I had to borrow some money. I so appresate the help I recieved.

The positive - Buying from Travis was a great experience - he was friendly, knowledgeable, asked if I had questions several times, was patient (he came across as wanting to serve me rather than wanting to do whatever it took to make a sale - he readily complied when I asked him to take a look at the underneath of the car upon learning that it had come from an area with harsh winters and lots of salt), and explained the process of reaching a price ahead of time. The same things can be said of Sean when I was handed off to him in the business office - he was very personable and explained things clearly - not only was he looking out for Mtn. View but I sensed he was also looking out for me. I would rate my experience with them as a 5. Mtn. View management, this customer thanks you for employing people like Travis and Sean! The slightly negative - I was only given one key to the vehicle - one of those programmable keys - and from research after the purchase was completed I learned that this can be a big deal. While reading the manual that came with the car I found that it recommends that the owner have at least two keys on hand because if a key(s) is lost it is easier to replace and reprogram keys if an old key is on hand. I intend to be proactive and purchase a key rather than run the risk of losing my only key which will lead to my having to call a professional to open/start my vehicle. I would also at that point have to purchase a new key and have it programmed. It would have been nice to have had more than a couple of gallons of gas in the tank when I pulled off the lot and to have had a fresh wash. There was a film of dust and a couple of bird droppings on the car and I found out the windows were streaky when I headed into direct sunlight - had I not had a meeting to get to I believe Travis would have washed the car himself had I asked. To prospective buyers, I highly recommend Mtn. View Chevrolet!

Many thanks to the team at Mtn View Chevy, especially to Ric Clinton, who helped me get into my new 2015 Z71 Colorado at a great deal. The entire staff here worked harder than I've ever seen a car dealership work before. As soon as I walked onto the lot late one evening and met Ric who was super friendly, Ric asked how he could help me. When I told him I was interested in the 2015 Z71 Colorado he went over every detail about the truck from top to bottom and let me test drive the truck. Ric was knowledgeable about the vehicles, features, pros & cons, etc. and took the time to answer my questions and evaluate my options. I would definitely do business with him again and recommend him to others. He introduced me to everyone at the dealership that I would ever have to come back and talk with in case I had any problems with the truck. I could tell that he did not want me to leave the lot without knowing everything there was to know about my new truck, and he also offered his contact information in case I had any questions after I left. I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG SINCE I HAD ALREADY READ THE CODE AND HAD IT CONFIRMED AT AUTO ZONE. MY WIFE WAS AFRAID TO DRIVE IT IN IT'S CURRENT CONDITION. WE DECIDED TO GIVE MOUNTAIN VIEW FORD A TRY. THEY TOOK THE CAR IN AND TOLD HER THEY WOULD HAVE TO KEEP IT FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. THEY GAVE HER A HER A NEW LINCOLN SUV AS A LOANER. THEY FIXED THE CAR--ENOUGH SAID ABOUT THAT. A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER WE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THEM OFFERING TO PURCHASE THE CAR. ONE OF THE OTHER SALESMAN, WE WERE WORKING WITH JOHN SPENCER, POINTED OUT A USED EQUINOX THAT HAD JUST COME BACK FROM THE DETAIL SHOP. IT HAD EVERYTHING ON IT WE WANTED. WE DROVE IT AND MY WIFE LIKED IT. TO SHORTEN THIS STORY, WE BOUGHT IT AT A VERY REASONABLE NEGOTIATED PRICE AND TOOK IT HOME THAT VERY DAY. My 2014 traverse has been in twice for the same problem. Malfunction in the radio. The only difference this time is the floor board under the gas petal was wet. My phone pairs then says my car is off when I'm in it. Both times they say no problem. They still have it. But I brought a video this time to prove there is a problem. Strangely my daughters car 2014 Cruze has the same problem. They say hers is fixed with a negative battery cable. Even her air wouldn't turn up or down. We also had to bring a video to prove there was a problem. Because they check the cars and say no problem. We are not making this up and I am disappointed with their reaction. The best part is Chris Morgan our salesman has tried to get this resolved for us. Even went to the back to observe for us. He has kept open communication the entire time for that we are very happy with.

I bought a 2015 chevy cruze, the a/c WOULD NOT keep the sweat off me and the dealership said. there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. I had multiple resources that said they were wrong. They ha the car a week and didn't find a problem. The service center said the sonic and spark have the worst a/c. There are very big problems with those two and you can google. Them DONT GO HERE OR BUY HERE

I try to make it easy on them as they are very busy, I make an appt when possible but leave the car for the day, the shuttle enables me to get to work & back for the car easily. I present my problem, they call to advise me before repair, unless it's a standard oil change, etc. Always courteous from the guys who take the calls, I've deal w/Kyle Montgomery mostly, and the gals at the desk and not to forget Jessie the shuttle driver. They are all awesome to deal with.

This was by far one of the easiest car purchases I've ever made. I had done my research prior to coming in to Mt. View Chevy and by going through Allstate's True Car program, there was not haggling of price. In fact, the price dropped from the first quote and Mt. View Chevy honored that price drop. Every time I go in I get a friendly greeting and everything is taken over quickly by the person who writes up my order. I get an estimate of how long it will be and it usually is done in that length of time or less. I went to Mountain view because of other reviews. They were right. I wanted a full size pickup. The one I saw online was out of my price range so John found a way to get me another that was awesome. He explained everything patiently. I need details and I got them, plus I was looking up reviews and prices for my new truck while John worked out the deal. He was honest, helpful, polite, patient, and so was the rest of the gang there. Plus I showed up at 11:30 am and still made it to Rock City for a great day with my family.

I would except I wasn't thrilled. One) I had talked to someone in marketing about looking for a car and when I was there looking, she knew I was there. It wasn't until after I bought the car that she sent me an email for an additional $250 rebate. Wth? Two) Almost any question I asked Moses, he either didn't know the answer or he was a wiseass (sorry, really no other word for it). Three) He mentioned something about my language. Really? I am 52 years old and he shouldn't be saying anything about my language as I'm old enough to be his mother, for one, and I am looking to buy a car, secondly. He needs to keep his personal thoughts about my language to himself. Four) I am not happy with the car. Too late now. I learned my lesson, though.In addition, I did send back an email to the marketing woman asking if there was any way to get the $250. I never heard a thing back. Imagine that.Thanks for your time. Please stop contacting me.

Dishonest about sales, uninformative about service, did not allow me to take the vehicle on test drive or even inspect it prior to purchase, after purchase no one even took the time to go over features and how things worked, everyone was in a mad rush to get home, even emailed my sales person asking for help that never came. No returned emails or replies to phone messages. Electrical problems prior to purchase, alignment off, chip in the windshield off course they are now not honoring to fix, never saw a windshield sticker of anything, came in to have alignment fixed left after a few hours with the same problem and the were rude never even said goodbye, have a nice day, nothing. I ended up losing my job emailed salesperson asking for help in contacting the right person about my payments through the Gap insurance. She tells me to call someone else in the building, she has no clue....and after telling her of my disappointment and dissatisfaction, again, I get no reply! This company, this dealership, Mountainview in any capacity does not care about you, your time, your life....you are a sign...a $$$$ sign a car sale money in their pocket and that is it! Once you roll out the door and off the lot and make room for something else for them to fill up their job with you has been fulfilled! DO NOT SHOP AND BUY HERE IF YOU WISH TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT, in a timely manner, and on an ongoing basis.....good luck!!!

Takes advantage of older car buyers and makes promises they can't, or won't keep. Then call at 7 am and yells for 10 minutes for giving them a bad review. Service department is no better. They let the air out of the tires so I had to fill then the next day to get the warning light to go out. I recommend everyone takes their business elsewhere like the General manager told me to do. Unfortunately, I had already bought the vehicle. What a bunch of bullies!!

As I walked to my car on the lot, Jason meet me immediately. He Was very nice at first until I was approved for my car. After I was approved I felt as if he was in a very big hurry to sale another car so I got handed off to three different people. As I was leaving a very nice gentlemen offered to let me drive my car to get my daughter from school, not Jason. I returned two hours later to finish the paper work. Once again, Jason asked other people to help me with stuff. I didn't get a hand shank, a congratulations, nothing from Jason. The other three gentleman did a better job then he did and they didn't even sell me the car!! It took over 45 mins to get my drive out tag (that he didn't help with either). A guy that worked there even said it shouldn't have taken that long. My first car buying experience was very rushed and a complete bust with the consumer service I recived from him!

Edwin LeSure was very knowledgable and professional. While he was giving my wife and I information about the Camaro, I tried to disrupt him to see if he knew what he was talking about. He came through with flying colors and we were sold on the Camaro. The financial guys gave us the best deal and APR we could have hoped for, which was better than my bank's rates. In essence, they made me an offer I couldn't refuse!!! Everyone worked together as a team and we are very happy with our purchase.

The best part was I didn't have to do anything while I was there except sign papers and the wait time was short. Joanna had called me that morning to get some information and it went smoothly from that point. I could not drive to the dealership until Later on in the evening. I appreciate the manner in which Travis Gray worked with my wife and me. We had been looking for a new car and were actually going to buy an Accord on the day that Travis called. We had sent an email to your company explaining our needs and Travis found a "like new" Impala. After driving it and getting a competitive price, we were sold! We also appreciated the man (forgot his name) who worked with us on the financing. Additionally, my wife noticed a little shimmy in our drive. I have had nothing but trouble here, so I am in the market of selling my Camaro so I call and make an appointment with the buyer Ben. So I get there and I am greeted by a fellow named Josh, I tell him that I am here to see Ben, I guess he starts to try to find Ben. He asks me what I am here for and I tell him to sell my car. So he says I will start the process. So I think ok? A sales guy going to buy my car? Now mind you I have already called the bank for the NADA amounts and have already visited 3 other dealers. So 45 minutes later and still no Ben, the sales guy come out and offers me some ridicules amount for the car. I felt as though they looked at me and looked at my car and said to them selfs, she does not know what she has and the value of it, lets try to rip her off. But this is not the first or the 2nd time I have had trouble here. So I get a call from Ben Robert, the rudest person! Tried to blame me for the appointment not being on the books. Then he called me HONEY! HELLO, that word alone sums up my experience.

I was looking to buy a used car under 10000. I did most of my searches on the internet. During one of my searches a link to MTN VIEW CHEVY was given. I found one that was at the price range I was looking for. I chatted with Ashley and made a appointment to come in for a test drive the next day. I was greeted first thing by Jason Huber. He proceeded to "handle" my appointment. He showed me around the car, given specifics about the "good" and the "bad". I test drove the car and decided to buy. I was never pressured. Everything went smoothly. Sean Standefer helped with my paperwork also. Both Sean and Jason were awesome. They made my car buying experience super. They even helped with getting my car home... We were looking to purchase another Tahoe, since our 2000 Tahoe had 200,000 miles and had never given any trouble. When we saw the price in excess of $70,000 dollars, that option was out of our price range. Andre Clemons was very helpful in taking us on a tour of the entire lot and explaining the highlights of each model with no pressure to buy.We thanked him and went home to ponder. Came back the next day and looked seriously at the Traverse. After several discussions on the worth of our trade, we settled on the 2014 Traverse.The LT did not have leather, so we agreed to have leather installed at a later date. Before we left the lot, Brandon explained all of the options and told us to call him with any questions. By the way, Brandon saw us on the road days later and honked. My wife and I recently purchased a new Chevy Equinox. My salesman, Josh Wilcox, was a new salesman but, we believe that he has a great future ahead of him. I know there was other help involved in the process but, Josh made us feel very comfortable. I have always been a "Chevy Man" from the very beginning. First car, 1971 Chevy Chevelle -1971 used. Then my first new car, 1978 Chevy Camaro. I have now a 1989 Chevy Silverado that I purchased new. We will never purchase anything but a Chevy from now on. MVC is a Great place to buy a vehicle.

My salesman Ric Clinton was earnestly the best! I was so nervous initially, because, before my purchase, all of my vehicles had either been paid for in cash, or at a buy-here-pay-here business. I was fearful of getting raked over the coals, as is the steriotype with car salespeople... It didn't happen with Ric Clinton. He calmly walked me through the entire car-buying process and my fears actually did go completely away, to the point I felt an actual peace; in my gut... I experienced the same sense of ease and comfort with the finance manager Sean Standifer. Sean plainly explained to me my options and spoke in a language I could understand. I was grateful for that. Still am, actually. I was also nervous because I am a 1099 Consultant and wasn't sure if that would affect me. With Sean's skill, it didn't whatsoever. Bottom line: I trust this place and I recommend it to my family and friends.

I purchased a new Chevy Cobalt from Mt. View Chevy in 2008. I had always had it serviced at Mt. View Chevrolete. They kept it in top notch shape. The service is outstanding. I went in to have it serviced early one morning before breakfast. Needless to say I was really wanting a sausage egg biscuit bad. I ask if I could test drive a 2014 Chevy Cruze to get my breakfast. My experience purchasing a new Chevrolet Sonic for my son was positive all the way around. This was my son's first vehicle and a surprise for him. Sales representative John Wheeler helped me keep the purchase a surprise until the last moment when I presented my son with the car, and my son was very happy to put it mildly. During the buying process, I was given a good price for the new car quickly without a lot of haggling, and everyone involved in the purchase made me feel appreciated. Joanna Crews was very courteous when I was shopping for a new vehicle. I actually shopped around for about seven weeks before deciding what vehicle I was interested in and where to buy it. After visiting the Mtn View Chevy dealership in March, I made several telephone calls to Joanna asking information and details about the Equinox. He was all honey and pie at the time of the sale and then hung me out to dry when i asked for a key to The tonneau cover, said he didn't have one and it cost money to get one and told me I had a bad attitude. I traded a good vehicle for a piece of crap.

We usually purchased our vehicles from Josh Brewer, however he was with another customer and referred us to Jason Huber. He did a fantastic job. He kept us informed of what was going on and he did not pressure us to purchase the new vehicle. We truly love our new 2014 Equinox. The gas mileage is so much better than the 2012 Travis that we traded in. We have purchased at least 4 vehicles since it has been Mountain View and I purchased 2 when it was Newton. This was my second experience with Mtn. View Chevrolet purchasing an automobile. I contacted Josh by e-mail before I visited the dealership. It was about 2 weeks before I actually went. Josh had called me several times to see if I was still interested in the Equinox. It took me several days to make up my mind. He was very polite and also remembered selling me the 2011 Aveo. The experience was very easy going, talking to the finance person was a pleasant experience. He explained in detail the reasons to select certain extras for my vehicle. I had looked at a Chevy Captiva at another dealer - it was used of course (2013) but I really thought I wanted a small crossover SUV type. It had too many miles on it and I was persuaded by my father to go and look at the Cruze that Joanna had recommended. I don't really know what her and my father discussed but she had picked it out and was waiting on me when we got there. I totally fell in love with the color and everything else along with it. I was disappointed that after nine days at the body shop, my car was returned to me dirty, with wax and surface issues, and a scratch that was not there when I brought it in for the warranty work. Please note, my car had only been driven three times between December 26, 2013, the date I purchased it, and January 22, 2014. All three times were for the trips back and forth to the dealership.I would like to say that once my friend and I brought our dissatisfaction to the manager's attention, he was in immediate contact with the body shop who came out right away and took care of the problems.

I had talked to Matt about a month before I bought my truck. I described what I was wanting and price range. He went beyond my expectations and called about 4 different trucks before I decided on one. When truck came in Matt called and told me he found what we have been looking for. Before the week was out I was driving the truck home. Thanks for all the help. P.S. the only thing is I am a out of state buyer. My overall experience with Mountain View Chevrolet was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff reported false information regarding interest rates and the lenders. I left the dealership so discouraged and upset. The dealership pulled my credit 7 times with 7 different lenders. The next morning I went to the local Comtrust bank and TN Valley Credit Union (which were the two lenders the sales man quoted with interest rates and payments) to confirm the information that was the salesman reported to me and it was ALL FALSE! A couple months later I received a phone call for Mr. Linscomb inquiring if I was still on the market for a car; I replied no not at this time, I didnt want to have any dealing with Mountain View Chevrolet and I explain to Mr. Linscomb my reasoning behind my decision. One day later I received an email from my bank credit monitoring staff reporting that an inquiry from Santander. In my head wait a minute WHY would I have an inquiry from Santander again????? The next morning I went into the dealership and ask Mr. Linscomb about the situation at hand. LONG story short I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! False information and pulling my credit without my authorization; I could go on and on about this situation.

I came to Mountain View Chevrolet because of their reputation and have always heard that the owners were people with good values.Everything turned out as I hoped. Russ Liscomb, the Manager I worked with, helped me get the Chevy Volt that was the color I wanted and had the equipment level I needed. Josh Brewer was my Salesman and he took care of all the details. This was all done over the phone, over a period of 4 or 5 business days, because I live in the Atlanta area. When I arrived, with my wife, to pick up the car, Russ, Josh, and the Finance Manager, Sean, had everything ready to go and everything went like clockwork. The car has a lot of new technology, compared to my trade-in, so I had a lot of questions. Josh was patient and took all the time we needed, even though I uncovered the fact that he had an appointment for a Tuxedo fitting for his upcoming wedding. I tried to hurry him along, for his sake, but he wouldn't. He made us slow down, till we got all of our questions answered. I think all of the staff at the store get it. Customer Service is more important than anything.

My fiancee and I recently went to Mountain View Chevrolet to purchase a 2008 Chevy Impala that we had seen on-line. We met with a salesman that I knew through a co-worker at Red Bank HS, and looked at the vehicle. From the outside it looked great, and seemed to drive nice on the first impression. The salesman assured us it was a great vehicle and had gone through all necessary safety inspections. So, we bought the car for $10,000 after taxes and such.After 2 weeks we noticed some issues with the car. First, the rear lock did not work properly and stayed in the locked position, hardly safe. Second, it shimmied at highway speeds, also not safe. Finally, the transmission hesitated on initial takeoff; not safe when trying to get through an intersection. I contacted our salesman and he said to bring the car in to be looked at. We were given a laundry list of issues from the service technician:1. All four tires were below the acceptable tread limits, and one of the belts within the tires were bad.2. The locking mechanism was inoperable and needed complete replacement.3. The transmission needed to be pulled out to see what the problem was, but they weren't exactly sure.When all said and done, we were told the cost would be about $2400 depending on how much work the transmission needed. I spoke with the salesman and expressed my dismay at being told the car was not only good, but safe. His response was "you bought a used car, did you expect it to be perfect." I continued to contact the General Manager, Jason Whittle. He did not call me back, but had another lower management person leave me a message in which he said "there's nothing they could do." I found Jason Whittle to be extremely rude and unhelpful.When I went to pick up the car they were going to bill me $114 for diagnostics. After much arguing with the GM who didn't even apologize for the problems, they removed the $114 fee. Upon which he finally said "sorry y'all had problems with your truck"... we bought a car by the way.The worst part about this is that while waiting on various phone lines to speak to people, the recorded message and advertisement playing in the background assured customers about how much they can "trust the people at Mountain View Chevrolet." I'm confused, because I didn't feel like they were trustworthy at all in reference to my purchase.People need to know that just because you are buying a car from a well-known dealership does not mean you should trust them.

i had talked and sent text's to brandon for month's checking prices on used car's. when i finally came to the dealership i was told i could qualify for a new truck and have a better finance rate than with a used one. i was blown away with the work ethic brandon mathis and travis gray had during the day when i arrived to do paperwork and take delivery of my new truck. totally awsome experience. i have and will continue to recomend this dealership to anyone i see looking for a new vehicle. thanks again, jeff howard.

Everyone at Mountain View Chevrolet were extremely helpful in helping me get into my dream car. I purchased a 2011 Camaro SS and have been overjoyed ever since. Trent Jones was our sales representative and he went above an beyond to make this happen for me. He even gave my 8 yr old son one of his toy cars off of his desk. THE GENERAL MANAGER JASON WHITTLE SENT ME A LETTER TO TRY AND GET MY BUSINESS.IT STATED HE WOULD PAY 3 MONTHS OF MY PAYMENTS UP TO 300.00. The sales lady, Joanna Crews, was a great person to work with. I was ready to trade for a new truck. I do not think we got such a good deal moneywise. We got there at 2:00 in the afternoon and we left with a new truck by 7:00. I more ,or less, traded on their terms. I wrote a check for the difference between my 2007 and the 2013. Since the 2014 are already out, I might should have waited. I am happy and plan on keeping my truck for several years and we plan on traveling in the fall.

Joanna once again went well passed what normal sales people do. Knowing I only buy fords she sought out and found the perfect Ford Edge that my wife loves. This is the second time I asked her to step up to the plate and she sent it sailing out of the park,along with Sean this is exactly why I came back to Mtn View Chevy. Soon my son will be getting his license and I will be back to Mtn View, i think I finally found a dealership I feel good about buying from over and over again. I would recommend Mountain View Chevrolet to my friends and family, and Trent Jones made our buying experience very pleasant he made us feel at home, and very comfortable. Driving to Canada from Florida our Ford Freestyle car broke down on the I-75 at Chattanooga and a tow truck took us to Mountain View Ford across the street from Mountain View Chevrolet. They told us after a 5 hour wait at the Ford Dealership the car would cost $7,000. US to fix and it would take four months to get another transmission. Obviously we couldn't wait, and decided we would buy another car so asked to speak with a salesman. The salesman at Ford advised us he wouldn't be able to sell us a car, even under our difficult circumstances and basically washed his hands of us, not caring or suggesting anything more for us to do. We noticed the Chevrolet Dealer across the street and walked over to talk with them. We met with Will Bryant and explained to him our situation, and again were told they wouldn't be able to sell us a car either because of a cross border agreement between dealers. However, Will did go and talk with a Manager for us, and after some discussions and phone calls it was determined that under these extreme circumstances they would sell us a car after all. Thank goodness for their help. Joshual Brewer was also very helpful as was Craig Brown. So after deciding how it could be paid for, and what paperwork was required we were on the road the next day. The only reason the overall experience wasn't marked a 5-Great, was that the second key to the car with a fob to open the doors was dropped on the showroom floor by a salesman and broke all over the place, it was not able to be repaired and was not replaced because they didn't have another one!?. Also, we were charged a lot of money (over $600. US to dispose of our Ford car which was still parked across the street, and instead I think they should have suggested we call a wrecker ourselves and been paid by the wrecker for our car a minimum of $300. according to the ads we saw after the fact. Anyway, the only way we were able to get home in a timely manner was because of the caring and thoughtful sales team at Mountain View Chevrolet.

On 12/12/12, I was curious to see if I would qualify for a vehicle after having a bad experience with my vehicle at the time from another dealership. I remembered that I had recieved a pre qualification form from MTN View Chevy and decided to make an appointment. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted immediately by Mr. Parrish. Mr. Parrish asked me to enter his office and he asked how he could elp me. I explained my current situation and Mr. Parrish did everthing he could on this date to get me approved for a vehicle. As time went on and the paperwork was in the works, Mr Mr. Parrish took me out for a test drive. Upon ou return Mr. Parrish said that I could be he first owner of the vehicle that I test drove. Mr. Parrish and MTN View accepted a car that I didnt feel was tradable and I drove off the lot with a 2012 Chevy Sonic! The quality of customer service recevied was excellent!

Needed a vehicle and knew I wanted an Equinox. The salesman didn't have to "sell" me on the car. The only thing was, didn't even try to negoiate on the price. They asked what I wanted my payment to be then worked it with financing so I got the payment but ended up paying sticker price for vehicle.

No one likes to go car shopping. It is a task that everyone dislikes. I was reluctunt to go to MTN View Chevy, at first. Then I received a phone call from Trent Jones, after I filled out some info on line. Trent made me feel as if I was a very important customer, and put me at ease. I made the appointment to meet with him and go over everythinhg, Trent was very honest and upbeat with me the whole time I was at MTN View Chevy. I was nervous and kept thinking that something would go wrong and I wouldn't be getting a new car that day. Trent was very honest with me, and treated me with dignity and respect the whole time I was there. He introduced me to the staff there, and went over everything about the car, and how everything worked on the car. when i first walked onto the lot i had the time to walk around and look for a few minutes on my own. Then after a few minutes Travis came out and started conversation and what i was interested in and looking for overall. then he took me and showed me a few cars that met what i was looking for. We looked at a Malibu first and he was very knowledgable about the car and went through and explained the features that it had and we test drove it, and it was everything he said but i decided i wanted something a little smaller. So he took me to the Cruze Lt with the RS package and started teling me about it's features and how it rides. He was very knowledgable about it as well. I decided that was the one that i wanted and we got to talking about prices and everything and he was very helpfull with the financing process and everything. While i was there it never felt like i was being pushed or pressured into anything, he talked to me like he really wanted to help not coach or push. My overall experiance was very pleasant and i would definetely recommend them to anyone.

Joshual Brewer was very nice and courteous. He was very friendly and he made me feel very comfortable when I came down to speak with him. My daughter bought a car from Joshual weeks earlier and she recommended him to me. I purchased a 2003 Ford Taurus in December 2011. I placed a deposit down on the vehicle and also had a trade-in. Before the first payment was made, I had some problems with the vehicle not starting. I had parts department repair the car and a few days later another issue with the car. When I returned the car this time with the intention of trying to trade the car, the Mt. View Chevrolet place was very cooperative with repairing my vehicle with no added expense. I would like to thank the salesman who worked behind the scenes for me and the head of the Parts department who was very patient while we worked out the details of the repair. The staff worked hard to secure the type of vehicle that I wanted along with the desired acessories. this is the second vehicle we have bought from Richard and he was the reason we came back. He was so sweet to my 93 year old Mother who bought the car as gift to me. He continued to call and check on her long after he sold us the first car. Besides that-I love my new Traverse! it is just the coolest car! I can start it with my phone-just like the commercial! It was also the first time i got to pick out exactly what i wanted. We signed up with onstar which was also a pleasant experience. All in all we just couldn't be happier. This by far was the best experience EVER in purchasing a new vehicle. They explained everything, went over everything. And made sure if I had any questions they answered them and if they didn't know they found out before I left. They knew what my budget was and worked great with me. I will definatly recommend Brandon and Sean (Finance Manager). They were absoluetly both fantastic. While I was waiting on my new car to be detailed Brandon took me around the dealership and introduced me to the other finance managers, internet sales, and around the new show room and service department. I have never had such a wonderful experience in my life at a dealer. The process didn't take all day long. I was there maybe a couple of hours if that. I absolutely can't say enough great things about Brandon and Sean and Mtn. View Chevrolet. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

The service and information on the vehicles we looked at before coming to Mt. View Chevy was less than impressive. Richard answered all our questions and went above and beyond explaining the vehicles we looked at and what each little thing on the vehicles did. We went to a previous Chevy dealer who actually told Patrick he knew more about the vehicle than he did. The price was fair and was definitely in our budget, being cheaper than anything else we had looked at. Everyone was so friendly there and though we had to wait all day doing paperwork etc it wasnt a big deal because we were well taken care of.

Travis Gray contacted us regarding an online Chevy Malibu, which my husband was looking at. Travis stated he would send us an email with the more info. We decided we would go look at the vehicles in person. Travis was very courteous. We told him we would like to drive the Malibu... My husband, Bob, decided to look around, while Travis and I did some paper work, we were not quite sold on the Malibu. Bob decided he wanted the Equinox instead if they could work out a deal, due to getting in and out of the Malibu was very difficult. Travis immediately went right to work to see if we could trade and get the payment to where we wanted it.We told Travis we needed to get going in an hour, due to husband being diabetic. Travis got working and got us out as quickly as he could with the new Equinox. I went to several dealerships in the Chattanooga area, and was unimpressed with them until i went to Mtn. View Chevrolet. I met Chris Standridge and he was very helpful. I told him what price range I was looking for and he put my information immediately into the computer and told me what Mtn. View might have available, other dealerships just discouraged me from buying. Chris was also the only salesman that told us about safety features (air bags). I would recommend Mtn. View Chevrolet to my friends and tell them to take to Chris!

Brandon called me to let me know about a special on the Cruze. I recently got a teaching job and was looking for a new car. I just so happened to come up and test drive one, and knew IMMEDIATELY that I wanted one. I had done my research so I was pretty much set on the Cruze anyways. Brandon did an amazing job on talking about the pro's and con's of each model and went out of his way to drive me and my cousin around in order to find the silver LS model that was parked by the river for the festival. He was super throughout the experience and the other salesmen at Mtn. View also enjoyed the presence of my cousin and I. I am glad I chose to go ahead and buy the Cruze. I came to Mtn. View Chevrolet simply to test-drive a car that had caught my eye on Autotrader.com. I never really expected to drive away in the car because most car buying experiences are less than pleasant. However, my salesperson was friendly, helpful, and very laid-back. He allowed me to shop at my own pace - there if I had questions, but not standing over my shoulder pressuring me. After I had made my mind up to "talk numbers", he worked hard to do everything he could to earn my business. I can honestly say that of all the car buying experiences I've had, this one was the best!

My experience with Mountain View Chevy was GREAT ! My salesperson, Preston Watson was very helpful and very patient. He went out of his way to please me and was more than happy to help me out any way he could. He was great about letting me test drive different cars over and over until I had made my final choice. He understood that a car purchase is a very important and expensive one and spent all of his Saturday helping me decide and test drive cars. Preston was very knowledgeble about the vehicles on the lot and went beyond what he had to do. Shawn Standifer was a GREAT credit person to deal with. From the moment I pulled into the lot, Travis Gray was very attentive (not pushy). I told him this was my first stop in my searching for a compact SUV. He let me test drive/keep a Equinox for about an hour and a half to take my time and see how it drives. I fell in love with it! Unfortunately they only had one available in white and I preferred silver. He took the white one to another location where they had a silver one and got me the car I wanted and in the same day! I really appreciated his extra attentive care and would refer anyone to see him for a car! Thank you.

I must have gone to 30+ car lots and of all the people I spoke with, Chris was by far the most professional, helpful and service-minded. Although, the main facility was being worked on and the offices were currently conducting business out of trailers,you would never really take notice of it. I was still greeted by the sales associates and was directed to the person I was working directly with Scott Hartmann. The thoroughness and kindness didn't stop there. Scott made my buying experience really easy and made asking questions even easier. Through his knowledge of what I wanted in a vehicle and what was expected out of the car buying process before and after purchase; made the experience bearable.
