Changed from 5 star to 1 star after a horrible visit. Made an appointment for new tires and a transmission flush. Upon entering the service department, everyone did there best to ignore me as I stood there waiting to be helped. Finally the clerk who looked swamped told me where the waiting area was. They didn't have anything ready, had to go fetch tires even though they knew I was coming to get them. Had them drop me off for lunch since the visit was taking hours longer than expected, shuttle driver cursed the other drivers several times and seemed annoyed to have to take me. I was told to call back when I was ready to be picked up (place was a 5 min drive from store.) After my meal I called for a pickup and was left there for an hour before I just started walking back to the store. On arriving at the store the shuttle is parked out front. Informed my service attendant who really couldn't care any less, but did inform me my car was next for the trans flush (I guess it was just sitting there for hours while they found tires, would have been a great time to get that flush out of the way.) So finally after 5 whole hours they tell me all that's left is the alignment, but i have to go so I tell them to skip it and please just bring me my car. Had to search high and low for where they threw my key fob, but thankfully found it and could finally leave. I don't understand how this place has degraded so much in just a few years. I really had good experiences in the past, but this whole visit was appalling. Nobody seemed to care one way or the other about anything. Also this place isn't cheap, so don't expect a deal.

Chris was awesome... and his product knowledge is top notch! We really appreciated all of his help before during and after the sale. Great all around experience! We had a lot of questions and Chris knew the answers! Chris also helped us to customize all the bells and whistles before we left. From beginning to end, it was a great experience. Chris Yancey is simply one of the best! This will be my third sale with him. Chris always treats you with respect, honesty and integrity. You tell him what you want for a payment and he will do his best to get you where you need to be. Chris is not pushy or impatient. His knowledge of the vehicle is incredible. He really knows his stuff! I went into the dealership thinking that I wanted something different. Chris knows me well enough to know that I would not have been happy with the vehicle I was originally looking at. He suggested I just take a look at a beautiful 2020 Mustang.
