This is the place to buy your next vehicle. Everyone exceeded my expectations and made this a great experience. Alex Hamby sold me my vehicle and he is phenomenal. He went above and beyond to help me get the deal that suited me best. He was so laid back and not a pushy salesman. Car dealerships need more people like Alex. I kind of ended up at this dealership by accident but we were overall very happy with our experience. Our salesman was very nice and helpful. I even signed up for NissanConnect services because Chris showed it to us and I thought it was a really neat feature. I have actually already mentioned to a few people that overall it was a good experience, even though I hadn’t originally planned to make a purchase that day. With my husband being a physician, we operate with an abundance of caution, and I also really appreciated that Chris put on a mask both times we came in when as soon as he saw that we were wearing one. I just felt like that was really considerate of him. The finance associate we spoke with didn’t even ask or offer to put one on. Meeting with the finance person was the one unpleasant part of our experience. I told someone I spoke with on the phone the other day at the dealership that if the finance guy had been the first person we had spoken with, my husband and I agreed that I would not have purchased a car at your dealership. He was hateful when we declined the extended warranty and it was VERY noticeable that he was upset about it. He was snippy with most every question we asked, and from the time we told him “no”, he treated us as though we were a waste of his time. I’m not sure if this stemmed from the fact that he won’t get a kickback from the sale of the warranty or if he was irritated because we were there after closing time (we arrived around 5:30pm, but the process took a while).

I had to buy a car unexpectedly due to an accident and wasn’t sure what I would do in the current pandemic car market. Thanks to Rob (T) for sending me to Clarence (F). He was super customer oriented and got me a car as soon as possible. Thanks for making the best of what was a pretty bad situation for me. Love my new Rogue and look forward to being a Mtn View Nissan of Cleveland customer for years to come.

Christopher is so helpful here. He answered all of my questions honestly. If he didn’t know the answer, he found someone who did in a very timely manner. He was super friendly and very professional, a very welcoming atmosphere here. I plan on buying from him in the future.
