We had an amazing experience purchasing our new Ford Escape! Alex Ortiz was highly knowledgeable! Never felt that high pressure sales while there. Test drove the vehicle and the process was easy. We go the first approval within minutes. We had to leave due to a previous commitment and told them we would be by the next day for pick up. To our surprise we got a call from Alex letting us know he had a better interest rate for us! Would HIGHLY recommend Mullinax Ford Kissimmee to all my friends and family!

Just went to Mulinax with Dave. Let me tell you, he is very polite, doesn't push, seems to be very honest (surprise for a dealership), knows his vehicles, and I am deciding now what my best vehicle will be there. I would ask for him again, as he is not the usualy car salesperson who annoys the heck out of me as a woman!!!! Thank you for the experience Dave. I will recommend you. Remember, the man may be the head of the family, but the woman is the neck....By the way, I don't recommend people from dealerships until today.

Overall our truck purchase was very easy with Mullinax. We researched 4 separate dealerships (from north Orlando down to Lake Wales) and found that Mullinax offered the best deal for us. They also had a selection that was big enough that when I gave them my wish list they had the truck available on the lot within a couple days.I prefer the no haggle pricing, we found that there was very little pressure dealing with our sales rep, Adam. Our timing for Adam was bad as he was heading on vacation, but the handover to sales rep Mark was flawless and did not slow anything down.Only negative was that the paperwork process is a little slow. The sales reps do the entire deal, there is no "finance manager" that does it. While this does continue to lend itself to the low pressure atmosphere, the sales reps are not as well versed in doing the paperwork. Also working in a brand new building, you could tell the frustration of several employees because of IT issues (I found it funny that when our rep printed something it would come out in an office several doors down...the joys of IT in a new office building.)Overall I think this was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever made and would continue to recommend Mullinax to others. I also plan to begin using their Service Department in hopes that the same level of service is also in place there.

My husband and I were shopping for a used vehicle and stopped into see Mullinax Ford. Tonia Wheeler greeted us and listened to what we wanted. She did NOT try to pressure us into purchasing something we did not want. She made the entire process easy and quick. We were in and out within 2 hours and she personally delivered the car to our house at the time and date agreed to. We left with a new 2017 Ford Explorer and as always, really enjoyed the car buying experience. We have only bought Fords since 1997, and only purchased Fords from Mullinax Kissimmee since 2010. No hassles, no pressure tactics, no dealer fees, and everyone pays the same price as listed on the windshield of each vehicle. In other words, no haggling in the Mullinax car buying experience. I went to Mullinax Ford to buy my first car in Florida, which was a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire. The car was excellent, and since it was a used car I didn't have any major problems. My salesman David, made sure everything was taken care of. Then when it was time to get a new car, went back to the same dealership and same salesman David, and he got me into a new 2015 Ford Fiesta. I couldn't be happier. I love the car. I will continue to stay with Ford.

Customer service overall was good, especially from the sales managers - my problem was with my salesperson who refuses to return phone calls - I had to bypass him and go direct to the sales managers to get answers who were very nice, good work, and helpful - but for them, I would have gone elsewhere. I rated the buying process down a bit as I was told the paperwork would only take an hour after I got there, it actually took about 2 1/2 hours (some of which was our fault) and the kids were getting a little antsy.Facilities are new and very nice but they need an area for kids to play and toys to keep them entertained. (I understand that this is supposed to happen and when it does , I would rate the facilities as a five. Except for the few problems we had, it was a great experience overall and a great vehicle. I would like to give a overall rating of 4.5, if I could

Internet manager was rude and a put down as soon as any attempt was made to offer an alternative price. I'd stay away from this dealer as our experience was they would rather run a well qualified buyer offer than budge on their prices. We even informed them we are willing to order new from factory. There slogan is no hassle, no fees. But it should also say no haggle, don't care, purchase as is or get lost. Run to an import dealer!!

Got my vehicle in February.. Started off with a problem with the keys. It wasn't a problem, it was taken care of not so bad.. Then go to get an oil change and tires rotated. I put a lot of miles on so have to be mindful of that.. Can't rotate the tires rims on rear of car warped.. th a problem with the keys. It wasn't a problem, it was taken care of not so bad.. Then go to get an oil change and tires rotated. I put $160 replacement of course I was beyond my 30 days.. Then my latch on driver door breaks 400$ replacement.. I'd take a dealer fee with a well inspected vehicle over what I received any day... Duke the salesman though two thumbs up great guy..

From start to finish the whole experience was great. I appreciate that this dealership has Sunday hours since I work all week and church on Sunday really limits my time. Adam was my first point of contact days before I arrived at the dealership and worked with us through the whole process. The trade in value I received was fair and in the end the bottom line was one I was happy with. Our buying time was cut short by my wife being called into work and Adam kept in contact the next day to complete the process and even met us halfway to deliver the car. Our sales professional, Brad Tressler, could not have been more helpful. He went above and beyond the norm in researching options that fit our financial needs and found a Pre Certified 2015 Escape with everything we were looking for, even the color. I never felt pressured, everything was explained carefully prior to being asked to sign any documents. There is no dealer fee. We saw one small issue with a door panel; the vehicle was taken immediately to service department and was fixed in 5 minutes. When I came for my first oil change I was very happy with the customer service from service writer Francisco. On 6/14/2016 I brought my Ford Certified 2015 Escape in to this service department with a problem with my windshield wipers. They did a great job of fixing the problem and while there met my salesmen who helped me with the purchase of this vehicle. Six years ago I bought a used car from Mullinax in Kissimmee and so six weeks ago, when I was in the market for another, it was an obvious choice to return. I had the good fortune to meet with Mike Gugliano and he was the best of the best. I have an intense dislike of high-powered salesmen and Mike proved to be the perfect person for me. He was attentive, not pushy, showed me a variety of cars and explained their features, he understood my financial boundaries and found me the perfect fit for what I needed. Awesome service, no rush or hassle, Sales rep Daniel Mascarel rocks, asked for a certain vehicle and what I was wanting, pulled up to the dealer he already had several pulled up front waiting for me to look at and the first one was exactly the vehicle to the tee that I wanted for my wife. WOW! Love the new facility - what a difference! My F150 lease was up and we purchased the truck for a family member. Also leased a new 2016 F150 - this was my 6th vehicle from Mullinax. Always have been pleased with their sales people's help. This time was able to bypass the finance guy and the salesman handled the whole transaction - much preferred and seemed more streamlined. Have never need to use their service department as I have never had anything go wrong with my Fords - what a great American made (Dearborn Michigan Truck Plant) product!

I bought a new F150 several weeks ago at Mullinax Ford of Kissimmee. I had been looking for over two months and had visited or talked to most Ford dealers in central Florida. I had also done extensive research on the internet reviewing options and pricing. Their pricing structure was the most upfront with no hidden fees or dealer add-ons. They had the truck on the lot with the options I was looking for at a price I was expecting. The paperwork took longer than I expected but was able to drive the truck home that day.

After a rocky start in trying to find a new car for me, I ran into Mario and Oliver at Ford Mullinax in Kissimmee. I told them what I wanted and they looked high and low trying to find it. They finally located one after we decided I shouldn't have to settle for any truck, I should get what I wanted. They made the buying process so easy, made sure I got the color I wanted and the payment I wanted. Great guys. Even after I bought the truck they made sure I was happy afterwards. I hope Mullinax knows what a pair of gems they have in those two.

A company is only as good as the salesmen representing them.....right? Mullinax, you have a winner in Brad Trexler, without question. First of all, I bought an Escape recently from another dealer because of "convenience." So, at the old age of 69, and retired for many years, I had no idea I would end up with this gorgeous Miata only seven months after I had purchased the Escape. But, let's go back..... Folks, don't go for "convenience," go for the very best in company representation, price and quality. It is so worth your time to make a trip to Mullinax in Kissimmee. After having several vettes and a camaro in my younger days, I developed a love for Miatas. But, gosh, I never thought I would have one. About a month ago, I saw this adorable 2010 Miata Grand Touring advertised by Mullinax in Kissimmee. I inquired by email, and Brad Trexler contacted me immediately. I asked for additional photos and he complied quickly. All of our earlier communication was done by internet. Eventually, we touched based by phone. After approximately two weeks, I decided I just did not want another car payment that amounted to anything. Mr. Trexler was totally professional, courteous and kind, even stating that he "understood about budgets," etc. Skip to several weeks later, when I clicked on their web site and saw that the Miata was not only still there, but the price had dropped. I called Mr. Trexler, not knowing how he would react. He was wonderful!! We talked, I gave him my general situation, and he said he thought he could get the deal approved, although I had no trade-in, and only a $1,000 down payment. (I had just put new tires on the Escape, although that "convenient" dealer had told me the existing tires would last 30,000 miles.....well, they didn't!) What else do I need to say? I made the trip to Kissimmee yesterday, drove that darling Miata, and found (to my surprise and dismay) that the car was made for me. I really did not want to love it and feel so natural in it. Brad Trexler was fantastic (and, everyone was friendly and welcoming). He accomplished everything he said he thought he could, and that beautiful little Miata is now out in my driveway. This is what I have learned recently: Brad Trexler is the very best, and is the ultimate sales representative for a marvelous company like Mullinax. (Take care of him Mullinax, he is a real asset.) I would not hesitate in traveling extra miles to Mullinax in Kissimmee (so worth it). And, you never get too old to enjoy the car you really, really, want!!

From the very beginning, this car buying experience was seamless. I am a repeat customer to this dealership. My first purchase in 2010 was a F- 150 truck which is the cat's meow! Even then I thought the dealership and its staff went above and beyond the norm to ensure I was satisfied. But this second visit was head and shoulders above any other car buying experience that I have had. I was impressed the moment I walked into the new state-of the-art facility. I was even more impressed with Daniel Mascarel, who was very knowledgeable about the inventory. He listened intently and responded positively to my needs and wants in a new vehicle. I was ecstatic when he informed me he could get me into a new Mustang with all the bells and whistles!! I would recommend Mullinax Ford to anyone who is looking for the best deal they could ever get on a vehicle purchase, new or used.

I requested to be contacted about a specific car before I drive an hour. The person who called me about it said he's not actually seen the car himself and didn't know what overall condition it was in. He didn't have a background on the car and when asked why it was $2k more than what I could find a book value for and please send me the valuation info, he told me that "it's priced to be competitive to the area (Orlando), but not sure how they came up with it". He never emailed me the info I was looking for nor did he find fit to call back to follow up, which is odd for a car dealer when they normally call before your first cup of coffee, then three times during your first cigarette break, then 14 messages by end of lunch and by dinner you have to recharge your phone from the call light blinking all day! I guess it's not worth the trip to shop cars there.

I was on vacation from Canada and attended this dealership for an oil and lube change. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman after I pulled in and he had a service rep (Trish) attend my vehicle.Trish was very attentive, took my info, explained the process and directed me to the comfortable lounge area where they had free bottled water. My vehicle was taken in for service within several minutes. The service was performed and the wait time was minimal. Trish explained the checks made and I was good to go. I would recommend this Dealership for travellers needing this type of service.

I was amazed with Mullinax Ford. From the moment we stepped on the lot until the moment we drove away in my new F-150, the sales people were spot on with courtesy and a no push attitude. They listened to exactly what I said and wanted and found exactly the truck that I planned on getting. The price was excellent and they gave me more for my trade than I expected. When we came to pick up the vehicle, it was cleaned and ready to go. The entire transaction was over before I knew it and the rep walked us through every aspect of the truck before we left. Just a fantastic experience overall. My wife said she would get our next vehicle there and she Hates car dealerships. Just can't say enough good things about them !!

The best ever experience, from explaining the differences between the cars I was interested in, to offering financing with Ford, even though I had a pre approval from my Bank. I purchased a Ford Transit Connect at Mullinax because of a friend's recommendation. They had the actual vehicle I wanted in stock and the purchasing procedure was painless. I live in Melbourne, but I received a much better deal out here than the dealers in my home county offered. I had to visit the service department due to some factory defects and both issues were fixed professionally and quickly.

Bought a 2016 Escape from Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee the last week of December, 2015. In spite of "pardon our dust" remodeling and new construction, I was treated with the utmost respect. Already owning a 2012 Escape, I knew what I wanted. However, there was absolutely NO pressure to up sell or add on features or warranties that I did not require. The new Ford Escape comes with many features already. I usually hate new car buying because of the pressure of purchase and disappointment went it comes to financing. When the salesman comes back from running the financing, the numbers always seem to come back higher than what was anticipated. Not at Mullinax! My monthly payments came out essentially the same as I was told and what I figured. A pleasant surprise! Salesman Mark Timmins acted as a partner in getting me the new vehicle I wanted. A superb job!

I went to Mullinax Ford to buy a Blue GT350 and after getting all the paper work done, I changed my mind and bought a Gray one instead they had no problem redoing all the paper work again even the day after Christmas which was on a Saturday that's customers service! Went in looking for a 2015 F150 6cylinder and meet Mike Thomas & told him what I was looking for & with in a 1-1/2 hr. we hand found the truck I was looking for. They hand bring it over from the Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna and with in a day I was doing the paper work to buy it. I found all the sale staff in meet to be friendly and help full. Mike Thomas is some one I would differently recommend to a Friend & Family. I found this ford dealer different from other ford dealers due to the fact. That they had mad a few error with the paper work & Mike call me & meet up with on my time to take care of the instead having me come all the way back to the dealership that day.

I had a weird issue with my trade in on the way to the dealer to pick up the car and Duke and the sales manager helped us to get the issue resolved. I went into Mullinax Ford to try and get a used car because I thought it was the only thing I could afford. I worked with Daniel who explained to me their sale with 0% financing and that he could try and get me approved and if I was approved for a new car that my payments would be cheaper than on a used car that was similar. In the long run, I was approved, my payments came out to be cheaper than the used ST that I was looking at, and they worked with me and another dealer to get the exact car I wanted the very same day I was approved. I will definitely be back in the future for any new Ford purchase!

This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Mullinax. David Spradlin was our "guide" through the process both times. With the wife's car, we spent the entire day checking numerous dealerships around Central Florida and it was the quality of the vehicles, respect, and "no hassle" that we experienced that sealed the deal. With my new truck, there was no question that I would buy it from Mullinax. I sent David my wants and needs and he had several vehicles set up for us to look at and test drive. No pressure or hassles at all. While I had been a Dodge man for over 20 years, our experience with Mullinax, as well as the fact that Ford did not take a government bailout has me converted. The only item that did not receive an excellent rating is the facility as a result of some storm damage earlier this year. With the new facility being built right behind the current one, there is no where to go but up.

Mullinax Ford went the extra mile to find the car we wanted in the color we wanted. They searched all of the dealerships in Florida and found our Ford Fiesta Titanium Hatchback with a builtin GPS. Once they found it, they contacted us and we bought it immediately. The whole process was quick and we received all of Ford's incentives and discounts without having to ask. Nearly a month ago I purchased a brand new car from the Mullinax Ford Kissimmee dealership. Being as it was a first car, I went in with intentions of buying used. Because of some bad credit scores, high interest rates would have brought my payments up to that of a new car. Was is in out with in an hour! Brad was not able to find the mustang the exact way we wanted it anywhere in the country so he had Ford make it for us! It was worth the wait! Brad was amazing and he called UA every few weeks to keep us in the loop! When you find sales people like this you only want to deal with them! You can buy a Ford anywhere but Brad is one of a kind! I contacted Brad via email, told him my wants, needs and desires. Brad worked it out had me test drive what I wanted and put together the numbers I was looking for. Time of delivery was less than 1 hour in showroom, Brad made sure that I understood the features of my new truck, and has contacted me since my purchase to make sure I was 100% satisfied. We bought our new (to us) Lincoln Mark LT from Mullinax of Kissimmee and were very happy with the process. When my husband first called in, our call was answered by Mike Gugliano, who kindly visited the satellite lot the truck was on to check it out for us before we drove down there. His accurate description over the phone exactly matched the vehicle we came down there and purchased. On my way to buy a new Mustang I dropped by at Kisselback first.....that was a mistake. They would not even take my old trade!! Which was a 2011 Ford MustangGoing to Mullinax was a better thing to do!! I had researched what I wanted online before going to the dealership. Ryan was very helpful in locating the vehicle I wanted and finding any and all rebates available. He knew my husband's time was limited so when it came to the paperwork part of the sale, Ryan had all of it ready to go and hints went very smoothly. I visited the Mullinax location in Kissimmee to test drive an Escape, not intending to purchase that day. However, I got a wonderful deal that I didn't want to turn down! I was lucky enough to be helped by Ary S., a true asset to the Mullinax team. She was personable, helpful, and answered any and all questions I had. She arranged for me to pick up my new car the following day, and the process went smoothly. I returned to the dealer yesterday to have my windows tinted and while I waited, Kyle C. went over extended warranty options with me. He took time to go over all options and never rushed me to make an immediate decision. My family has previously purchased from Mullinax in Apopka--it's great to see that service among all Mullinax locations is consistent. I recommend them highly!!

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Focus ST from Jon at Mullinax Ford. There were a couple different vehicles that I was looking at purchasing from other dealerships. Jon was not pushy whatsoever during the process and in the end that was what won me over. He was very friendly and helpful making sure all my questions were answered from our initial contact all the way through the buying process. The dealership went as far as to drive the vehicle 2 hours to south Florida where I live so that I didn't have to go anywhere! Not to mention I searched the entire state for this particular model and they were thousands cheaper then other dealerships. I went back to Mullinax to trade in my car, because it was recalled, and purchase a new one. Mike Gugliano helped me out both times, and both times were exhausting. So disorganized, loses paperwork, files the wrong paperwork, so I literally had to redo the process a few days after I bought the car because they did everything wrong! On top of that, would not negotiate the price of my trade in. I waited hours just get pricing information on my old car. I was offered water 3 times and never got it until I asked someone else. That shouldn't be a big deal, but the dude was all over the place that he forgot 3 times that he offered me water! Buying a car should be an exciting time and being here just made it stressful. I was more excited to just get out of there than I was of driving away in a new car. It took two weeks to get all the paper work finally taken care of, since papers were somehow lost, or put in the system wrong. And to top it off he literally made fun of my family to my face. Cool...

I visited Mullinax Ford and had a wonderful buying experience not once but twice within 7 days. My first visit, I was assisted by both Mike G and Jose Caballero. I prepared myself knowing what I wanted, my expectations and specific guidelines to which must be adhered if I were to leave with a new vehicle. To my amazement, as I spoke, notes were being made with great accuracy as well as the occasional head nodding. I was kept informed by both individuals as they processed my request ensuring that my needs would be met. One of my amazing experience was that I was not bobbarded by an array of up sales gimmick. This was mind blowing considering I went in on my own, with two children...that can be distracting. I was still in control. Thank you Mike and Jose you have won my loyalty. Having done this earlier in the week, there was consistency in responses regarding my questions and in the overall customer care. The day I drove down to Kissimmee it was Daniel Mascarel's day off. When he found out that I was on my way to Mullinax Ford to look at the new Ford Escapes that were on his lot, he had come in to meet me. He was excellent. I have dealt with some very pushy car salesmen in the past and it is the biggest turn off for me, I did not buy from them, I just leave. Daniel knew what I was looking for and worked very hard to get me into the car I wanted with the payment in the area I was looking for, and he succeeded. I'm just adding to the many great reviews of this dealership. I was in the market for a used car and particularly a Nissan Altima. While web shopping they had the perfect car and price on a 2012. I contacted them (even though I had 2 other dealerships in mind one of them a nissan dealer) and this dealership was the first to get back to me. Dan Bigelow was great. It so happened that the car was at their New Smyrna location. No trouble at all they had it delivered the next day and after the financing and trade in, I was driving away one hour later with a smile! Thanks to Dan and Mullinax Ford.

I have been buying my vehicles from Mullinax since I bought a house over here 5 years ago. I went to another couple of garages in the early days to be harrassed, pushed and bullied into buying. I ran car dealerships in the UK for 18 years and that is not how to do business. I just bought a 2015 Ecoboost Mustang for my first vehicle. I previously had '99 Taurus, but being 18 and driving far for college I needed a better, more reliable car. My sister had bought a car from Mullinax of Kissimmee previously so I went there. Kisselback is closer but they aren't fair with prices. Mullinax is very helpful. I had already had my car picked out, and it came straight from the factory to the dealership and I picked it up the day after it was delivered from the Flat Rock plant. That being said, I didn't have to go through the whole "sell me a car" thing. My dealer was Mike Gugliano, he is extremely friendly and that's who my family deals with. I had one issue that bothered me and one minor one. The big issue was that when I purchased the car and was at the dealership for a couple of hours filling out paperwork and stuff. Mike G. didn't go over the features of the Mustang because he had another customer he had to help and he asked me to come back another day to go over everything in the car. Heck, my dad and I didn't even know how to remote start the vehicle and had to go get Mike G. To show us so we could leave the dealership. But I returned the next day to learn everything. I just feel he should've went over the car during purchase. I was there first, the other customer should have to wait. But I mean all was well in the end. The minor issue was that myself and my parents were never offered any water. All other customers were being asked if they wanted water and we never got asked. Even with sweat coming off of us we never were offered. I didn't really care but it's just nice to have. But overall Mullinax is a great place to deal with, and Mike G even called me up a few days later and said "I found another $500 rebate for you". He could've just let it be. But he went and called me. My sister also just re bought another car from him because there was a great deal going on. Well there was a miscommunication between the bank, us, and the dealership and the paperwork was wrong. Well 3 days after my sister had been driving my dad got a call from the insurance company saying she didn't have insurance because the title of vehicle was in the wrong name. We call up Mike and he drove over to our house with new paperwork for mySister and dad to sign instead of making us drive to Kissimmee. So he is a super friendly guy, and it was a great experience. I will not hesitate to buy another vehicle from him. Oh, and if you do read this review and you end up going to Mullinax. Ask for Mike Gugliano and tell him Adam G sent you.

I decided to purchase a new Escape after seeing one that belonged to a friend. I orignially went to another dealer that made me feel like less than a person. I immediately left and spoke with another friend who had visited Mullinax. After doing some research online, I decided to visit Kissimmee. Well, they rolled out the red carpet! Not only were the salespeople nice, but they were actually happy to see me. I was introduced to Mark who gave me all the knowledge I needed to make a smart decision. I purchased my F-150 XLT crew cab in late January 2015 from Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee, FL. I bought the truck off of the internet(sight unseen) and I couldnt be more pleased with my purchase. My salesman, Brad, negotiated my trade in for my Toyota Tacoma, the price of F150, and the terms of the loan, by phone and email. I prefer to do it that way because it gives me more time to review the offer as opposed to at the dealer where everything is naturally more pressurized. Then Brad drove the F150 down to my house, at no charge, and simply drove my Tacoma back to the dealer. I signed all the paperwork at my dining room table which took no more than 15 minutes. This is the way to buy a vehicle. It takes the pressure of an immediate decision off of the buyer and makes the process so easy. I totally love my White/tan leather interior F150 crew cab and plan to keep it for many many years. The salesman and the dealership were top notch and I definitely recommend this truck and dealer to others.

I'm a Ford owner since the 70's, this is my first expierence dealing with Mullinax. I was interested in 2 different models and was provided the opportunity to drive them both which was key in making my decision. I provided Jon a list of extras that was important to me and also the price range. Jon found the vehicles we had in mind and if the one wasn't on this lot that we had to have would get "it" from their inventory. We walked out the door to try out the Edge and it was perfect; the color and bells and whistles after a test drive we decided this is the one for us. However, was very disappointed in the value that was placed on my trade in especially after we received a phone call from a Mullinex customer rep. that stated that the maintenance we had done by Mullinex and the low mileage and great shape of my vehicle that I would receive a great trade in price. I wasn't even offered blue book value (which we pointed out to them) - I was insulted by the price that was provided and chose not to accept their offer. In all my years of purchasing a Ford at a Ford Dealership I have always received a great deal on my trade in as part of my purchasing expierence.

My old PT Cruiser had 156,000 miles, so it was time for a new one. Tried out quite a few at the Auto Show and kept coming back to the Ford Escape. Went to Mullinax for a test drive and our salesman, Juan, listened to us and said we'd like the C-Max better. Tried them both and Juan was right! Got a low pressure quote and said yes the next day. Love this car. Regularly getting 48 or 49 MPG around town. Thanks Juan and Wilson.

I had an extremely easy and haggle free purchase, from Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee. My sales person was Brad Tressler. He was great and made the experience an easy process. The enviroment was excellent since i went to buy my car alone with my two year old boy and you know how boring is for a toddler to be in a buying process however it was quick and even the other sellers where helping my with my son so he does not felt uncomfortable with the process. My salesperson "Ary" made my car buying experience an enjoyable occasion. I recommend Mullinax Ford Kissimmee to everyone looking for a new car. They have the bottom line price on the window. I didn't have to sit there all day haggling over the price, and I didn't have to wait for a sales associate to run in and out of a cube with the new low price. I was actually in and out of the dealership in under 3 hours. That included looking at trucks, a test drive, and a contract. I got a $44,000.00 truck as advertised for $34,000.00. I shopped other dealerships and their advertised prices weren't the real price "GreenWay Ford". Advertised price at GreenWay Ford was $36,000.00, but their out the door price was $42,000.00. At Mullinax Ford there was no hidden fees, and no dealer fees. Thank you Mullinax Ford for being honest. You will definately get my return business.

Just purchased my fourth vehicle from Mullinax a couple of weeks ago. Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable with the F-150's. I upgraded from a 2003 extended cab to a 2014 XLT Crew Cab and I am so pleased with my purchase, everything was seem less and there was no pressure to add any warranty to the include warranty. After searching and comparing prices throughout the internet and in person we finally decided on Mullinax in Kissimmee. I wish we would have known from the start these folks were so good at what they do. As you can imagine we went through several dealerships before we decided on Mullinax. We were greeted everywhere by the usual undesirable elements with best price promises and the usual buy it now or it will disappear of the face of the earth. It was like a game to see who would get tiered first. These other dealerships will sometimes keep your drivers license hostage to keep you at the dealer. Shame on these sales tactics that give the honest, professional, and good auto sales associates a bad name and such a horrible reputation. When we walked into the Mullinax Ford dealership I was greeted by Jose the first time then I return a few days later due to my schedule and Michael and David did an awesome job. They were patient as I test drove and then chose the color and features I wanted on my Focus. Although the color was not available Michael noticed I was not 110% happy so he said he will find it for me with all the features I wanted and he did by the next day. There was transparency of price and documents. No extra fees to prepare and clean my new car. They were courteous and graceful through a late delivery due to my schedule. Hands down my best experience buying a new car! My wife will be purchasing a new car by next year or so. You better believe it we are not even going to bother going anywhere else. We are coming back to Mullinax! Great job guys! Please keep up what you are doing and don't change. I will recommend you guys everywhere I go. Thank you for my Titanium Focus. I love driving it! I had a really good experience at Mullinax Ford. My car salesperson (Elvis) was very attentive, and friendly. He explained everything about the car I was looking at in full detail, answered any questions I had, and was very straight forward. He also did his very best to make sure that I was fully satisfied upon purchasing my car. Then when it came to the financial portion of the deal, Mullinax Ford Kissimmee did their best to make the process as quick and pain-free as possible. I previously bought a Mustang from Mike Gugliano at Mullinax Kissimmee. He was so nice. I have been thinking about getting another small SUV and when I had the Mustang in for service I saw Mike. I spoke to him about what I was looking for (Escape) and he was happy just to email me some info about the vehicle, financing and invited me to come when I could. No pressure at all. I did stop back by a few times and we test drove a vehicle and I finally decided on a car but it was 3 hours away. He totally took care of me and had the car there when he said he would. He handled all the paperwork and helped me learn my new features. Mike is terrific to work with. He is honest, sincere and doesn't pressure you at all. In fact, there were 2 other repeat customers waiting to work with him again while I was signing my papers!

We bought our first new SUV at Kissimmee Mullinax in 2009 and received excellent sales service with no pressure whatsoever from George Dean! It was such a relaxing, non stressful experience that we returned one year later and bought my new 2010 F150 Quad, again same great service. We recommended a friend to consider Mullinax Ford on her next trade in or purchase, so my wife and her friend went there on their own and received the same great service, only this time the salesman was Ryan Ericsson whom attended to all their needs and specific questions. Another vehicle was purchased. Here we are June 2014 and I'm ready to trade in my truck. Ryan Ericsson was my salesman (by choice). I received the expected amount for my trade in, found an awesome truck (2014 F150 Lariat w/ ecoboost) and was treated with the upmost respect. I traveled 1hr and a half to look a mustang here all the way from Melbourne. The salesman was very friendly and helpful and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle in question. The manager / appraiser walked past me to appraise my vehicle. Lowballed me on my trade in and would not budge from 7500 for my super clean Bmw which I am seeing online now for 12500. We were 500 dollars apart from making the deal happen and in the end I had to come up with the balance because for a total of 2000 down to make the deal happen. In the end I even told the sales person that I bet the car would be listed for 12500 and sure enough its at Kissimmee Ford for 12300 which infuriates me. I understand you need to make money on the new Ford and the trade in but I ended up feeling robbed on my trade in. Will not buy again from this dealership.

I have purchased many vehicles from Mullinax Kissimmee. This past month reflects my 3rd purchase, and this time from the new car side instead of a used vehicle. Delivery of the vehicle took a while, almost 6 hours total. I wasn't in the market for a new purchase, I actually saw the car I wanted as I was picking the other vehicle up from a nearly useless visit to the service department. If the service department would step up their game, it would be a 5 star facility. Unfortunately I have to travel 30+ minutes further to a dealership that will let me play a bit with the car (what's the point of owning a mustang gt if you can't play with it a bit?). Slight hiccup post sale with some "after effects" and between the sales team and Kyle the manager, it all worked out in the end.

Love the upfront pricing and that here is no dealer fee. You always know exactly what you are paying. Staff are friendly and knowledgable, and they do not pressure you. For this purchase we worked with Steve and he was friendly and appreciative of our purchase. I previously wrote a bad review. They called me and apologized. They said they hadn't realized I'd bought three cars there in as many years. They took care of the repairs my car needed, even though it was out of warranty by mileage. Since they now had taken such good care of me, I tried to edit my review, but this site won't allow that. Cars.com told me to post a new review. So this is it. I've given Mullinax of Kissimmee five stars across the board in order to balance giving them one and two stars in my bad review. If I were giving one review, I'd give them five stars on the buying process, three on customer service, four on quality of repairs and two on facilities. This last, however, will change next year, they tell me. They are about to build a brand new building and raze the old one. Overall, if this wasn't a make-up review, I would rate them at four stars.

I live in orlando fl .and spent about a month test driving Ford's,chevy's and Dodge's. No one wanted to sell me a truck at the price I wanted. That is when my neighbor told me about MULLINAX of KISSIMMEE FL. He told me I should try them ,so I made a trip to Kissimmee. Which is about 25 miles round trip. I met up with BRAD TRESSLER. A very pleasent salesman. I found the truck I liked but it was the wrong color. Brad said he would try and find the color I wanted.He called the next day and said he couldn't find the one I wanted.We went back and forth for about colors for a little over a week.He found a black one and went all the way down south to get it.Above and beyound.In short ,I got my truck and a free full tank of gas. Great people to deal with.

I bought a new 2012 Ford Explorer from them in the fall of 2011. I had several small problems I've been living with--plastic pieces that had warped or come off, a seat-belt light always on, and the demon-infested My Ford Touch that has never worked right. I explained all to the technician, and that these problems had existed for a long time--which was obvious--and that I just wanted to get them fixed before my warranty runs out. There was nothing that could cost much: reattaching plastic pieces, a seat-belt light problem that had already resolved itself, but I just wanted them to check it on their diagnostic machine, and the My Ford Touch, which they must know what is wrong with because it has never worked and because many, many customers have complained about it forever! Well, it turns out that even though I was within the warranty's time limit, I was 300 miles over the 36,000 mileage limit, so they said I had to pay, no ifs ands or buts. So I'm angry. I should mention this is one of three cars I've bought since 2012 and I have a 2015 on order (which, of course, I will cancel), yet this is how they treat me. The whole dealership is dirty and crowded, they don't have courtesy cars, and you should see their service area waiting room! Really dingy and depressing. They obviously don't like their customers very well--once theyve sold them a car, that is.

I recently had a need to find a replacement vehicle for my daughter due to an auto accident. The challenge was that I'm in Michigan and she is in the Orlando area. I contacted Mullinax and was connected with their sales person, Alex Duarte. Alex made the purchase of a vehicle so much easier by arranging to go pick my daugher up and bring her to the dealership for a test drive of a couple different models then after doing some paperwork to get the purchase process started he drove her back to her apartment. Throughout the process, Alex made himself available for my questions both on his sell phone and via text and then when the vehicle was ready for delivery he brought it to my daughter and then offered to drive our damaged vehicle back to the dealership so that we wouldn't have to have it towed. He then followed up a couple of times to make sure that everything was fine with the vehicle and to see if my daughter had any questions. While we have not yet had to utilize the other areas of the dealership and thus cannot comment as to how they would rate, I can do nothing but rave about our recent purchase experience!!!

Great experience at Mullinax Ford in Kississmee!!! Brad T. helped me online with questions and then offered to stay until almost their close time due to me being off work late to help me! He took such great care of me and made it possible to test drive and really see the vehicle even though it was terrible weather and rain storm. The manager and Brad stayed extra late to make sure I felt comfortable and had all my answers to my questions. They made me feel at such ease about the process I bought the car there on the spot! I'm not a risk taker and didn't think I would buy 2014 Ford Escape right then, but I did and I'm so happy! I knew what I wanted but there were plenty of dealers I could have gone to. I'm glad I chose Mullinax Kissimmee! Friendly staff, zero pressure, Brad was detailed and easy to keep up with while explaining features, when I asked questions, he had a good sense of humor when I called my sister while learning how to use the sync feature! I've already recommended a friend to go there, at least to take a look and ask questions before making a decision.

Well, after reading the reviews I contacted Ryan Ericsson for a quote. He told me how the pricing works and I was a bit dubious that it would be so honest and straightforward but decided to give them a try. Boy was I ever impressed at how up front and dignified the entire buying process was. Very friendly and honest and no games going on behind the scenes. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price and walked out of the dealership feeling that I got a great deal and didn't have to go to war with high pressure salesmen. Dealing with Dave Spradlin at Mullinax was definitely a change from previous car buying experience. he was very professional as well as the rest of the staff. Even though I came in pre-approved he tried to get me the best financing rate he could. Although it took longer he kept stopping by to keep me informed of what was happening. I knew exactly what I was looking for. When I found it online it I sent in an internet request and was immediately contacted by Brad. When I arrived he took me out to check out the car and listened to what I told him I needed and didn't need. Brad was very friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable buying a car from him. Live about 10 minutes away from this dealer and never thought about going in, instead i spent almost a week going to dealers trying to find a dealer that would not play games. At last on my way to the Valencia College Osceola campus i saw the dealer and remembered seeing the billboards. After walking in the atmosphere was completely different and loved the no haggle pricing, especially they way Brad treated me and my family. I bought the Ford Fiesta and I wouldn't have it any other way. I absolutely love my car. I love it mainly because of how comfortable I felt when I was purchasing it, the sales staff did everything they could to help me when I was unsure if this car was for me. I had an amazing experience, everyone worked with me for a pretty long time because I couldn't make up my mind. I wanted a used car that I had seen, the person who does all of the negotiations and the sales representative Wayne, tried everything in their power to help me get it, but I couldn't, the bank didn't approve it. I am now glad that I didn't get it, I got a brand new car that they felt was the best suit for me and it is. I would definitely go back to Mullinax Ford because I had an amazing first car purchasing experience.

Other dealers had told us the specific car we wanted could not be found in the state of Florida, and we would have to order one. (long story short, we never got our ordered car) After a 10min search our sales rep found one and even put out the money from his own pocket to get it to transferred to the Mullinax dealer ship! Now that is customer service!!

ALL I HAD TO DO IS LOOK AT ANY RUBBER BART THAT WAS NOT GOOD AND TELL THEM WHAT WAS BEING DONE WRONG AND WHAT TO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, I HAVE NEVER BEFORE TAKEN THE TIME TO DWRITE A REVIEW BUT THIS HAS BEEN EATING AT ME FOR A YEAR. Overall, I had a very good experience at Mullinax Kissimmee. From the time that Torrey Demps greeted me on the lot, I felt that he had my best interest in mind. He was very friendly, as well as being very professional. When I chose features that they didn't have in stock, he found one for me in a very short time. his quality of work was exceptional. I especially liked the fact that this was a no haggle dealer that doesn't try to rip you off with "dealer fees", which is just hidden profit for the dealer. My overall experience was excellent. I would recommend mullinax, and Torrey Demps in particular.

January 2014. My son and I went to 4 other dealers looking for used cars in Brandon, New Port Richie, Leesburg and Lakeland and were disgusted. All told us things like: "One owner" when the car fax said 3 previous owners. "No hidden fees", when they did have hidden "dealer prep" fees. And even put in writing "2013 model", when the car fax said it was a 2012 year model! We bought the first car we looked at when we visited Brad and Eric at Millenax Ford and are very happy. It saved us $1,500.00. Don't waste your time at other dealers like we did. Mullinax was the only place who did not treat us like they were "used car salesmen" looking for a sucker.

Mullinax was an awesome dealership. I went in looking to buy my first car after previously visiting other ford dealerships in the area that were less helpful. Torrey Demps let me look at the car I asked about, the 2013 fiesta, and when I was interested in one he let me drive it and we got started on the paperwork. The dealership was incredible in dealing with the money I was comfortable putting down amd paying monthly, and they even tried finding more rebates for me. I didn't even have to register my car, it was all taken care of for me! Definitely a customer for life.

I requested a quote from 3 dealers for an explorer with tow package. The salesperson (Ryan) that contacted me from mullinax seemed the best informed. Some did not know what vehicle or that I wanted a tow package. When I went to mullinax for a test drive Ryan was no pressure & seemed like he wanted to find the vehicle I wanted not just something close on their lot. He found a couple of cars at other dealers that the dealer would not release. Then we looked for a 2013 & he found 1 in south Florida I liked. It had more options then I wanted, but the 0% interest on 2013 cars covered most the extra cost. Also I really like the backup camera & backup assist that I thought I didn't want. Then I was waiting for the surprise extra charges when I signed the paperwork but there were none. Boy was I surprised. I highly recommend this dealer.

Bought a new Mustang GT at Mullinax. We had been looking for a specific F150 Super Crew cab it had to have V6 3.7 and the color had to bve Blue Flame. We had been look every where and came across Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee we pulled up them online an as we was paging through the trucks the wife spoted the Blue Flame with a silver strip on the bottom panel. So, we called and made reservation to go down on that Sunday July 14. Ryan Ericsson was the great sales person that we have run into. We had him running around get us ready to drive the vehicle. I had been wanting a new SUV for sometime and did not want another Jeep. Would have been my 5 Cherokee with windows that stopped working after 8 months. Anyways, I have been driving and just looking at the car lots from the road for months and fell in love with the Gem Green King Ranch Expedition at the very far corner of the lot. My wife & I had been searching for a 2013 Ford Explorer in that color for a few weeks but when I saw this Expedition I knew I had to have it. We went to 2 other dealerships looking at Explorers and the staff at Mullinax was the best. I had the wife and 12 year old daughter with me one day and I said I want to show you guys the truck I have been looking at and they said OK reluctantly. Abigail saw the Expedition and said I want us to get THIS TRUCK! I LOVE IT! I walked into the dealership and was greeted and walked over to Brad and said I want to buy the green Expedition at the corner of your lot. He said great, let me go get the keys so we can look at it. Brad was our salesman and he was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the Sync system and answered all of our silly questions. There are no dealer's fees and no surprises which was awesome. They even gave me what I was expecting for our trade. Everything was better then I would have dreamed of. Everyone from Brad, Matthew and Eric in finance where all professional. We had an issue with the radio reception and it was handled with speed and without a wait. My parents are looking at a Explorer and I told them to come from Ft Myers and deal with Brad at Mullinax in Kissimmee. We went to Mullinax because of reviews from the internet. It is about 40 minutes away from our home but we dealt with it. This was by far the most enjoyable buying experience that we have ever had. Our salesman was very understanding of our situation and was more than willing to help. We told him what we needed and what we had to work with and he made it happen! Due to our situation we had to wait a few extra days to take delivery of the brand new 2013 Ford Fiesta. On the day that we took the car, we noticed there was a strange stain on the trunk and upon mentioning this to the salesman (NOT OUR ORIGINAL SALESMAN BECAUSE HE WAS OFF THAT DAY) he said "oh don't worry about it" it will come off next time you have it washed. Well wasn't the car supposed to be detailed before we took delivery of the car? But oh well, we just decided to leave. Then it began to bother us so we took it back within 20 minutes or so of driving away and at this point we were told that it was battery acid!!! Good thing we took it back! Then the following day we noticed a stain on the headliner. So we took a damp towel to the stain. Nothing. Somebody may have found this if the car had been detailed. So we called our original salesman and he said to bring it by the dealership. So on a Thursday afternoon we took it by. Our original salesman was not there so the only other contact we had to the dealership was the salesman who helped us with delivery. He took the car around back and then about 10 minutes later came back and told us to be back at 10am Tuesday. That is it. We showed up at 10am Tuesday and we were directed to the service department. The service department had no clue we were coming. Well, it was definitely an inconvenience to them. They wanted us to come back Thursday. Our schedule did not allow that. So, after hearing from them about how this was a big hassle because we really couldn't go without our car we just bought (imagine! someone buys a car for transportation) they gave us a 2012 Corolla as a loaner and sent us on our way. This car was awful in every way. It smelled, it had a maintenance light on, and it got substantially less MPG than the Fiesta. Like took our gas budget of $120 a week and we spent $300. Which wasn't very awesome because that extra money was for tinted windows and ventshades. So, Thursday comes and Thursday goes. Finally, on Friday we were contacted. "Stay in the loaner. We are ordering a headliner. We will call." Ok... So, we talked to them and the lady was nice, we were told it would be Tuesday before we got our Fiesta back. Well, we didn't get it back and took to Twitter to express our concern. The lovely people at Ford were great and have even followed up with us. The following Thursday we got to go get the car. They tried to charge us. Finally got that fixed and were on our way. Had somebody detailed the car, I would say a lot of this could have been prevented.

My husband & I had been searching for a 2013 Ford Escape for two weeks. We went to 3 other dealerships and the staff at Mullinax was the best. Torrey Dempsey was our salesman and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We found the Escape we wanted and the deal was made very quickly. There are no dealer's fees and no surprises. They beat the price of the other dealerships we visited by far. Also, after our purchase we attended the class on the Sync system and Eric was very helpful. In conclusion, it was a pleasure doing business with Mullinax and I highly recommend if you need to purchase a car, stop by Mullinax, you won't be disappointed.

We went to millions and found the sales people were very helpful and knew the answers to all our questions.we didn't buy a hybred but we got a really nice fusion

I recently purchased a 2013 Explorer from Mullinax Ford of Osceola County after a VERY long search for a particular vehicle (color, features, etc.). My salesman, Ryan, worked tirelessly to find me the exact car I was looking for and never gave up until he found it. He certainly went above and beyond the call of duty to appease my quirkiness. I recommend doing all of your "talk" and dealings on the internet through their email. That way everything is settled and ready to go when you get there to buy the car. Even the miscommuncation and misleading ads were apologized for. I love my new car. It's beautiful.

I bought a brand new 2013 Ford Focus SE from Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee. I had a 2011 Ford Mustang that I loved but I needed a more practical vehicle. I went there knowing exactly what I was looking for and they had it and then dome. My car that I had bought was still wrapped in the plastic so it doesn't get much newer than that. This dealership is up front, has no hidden fee's and they will bend over backwards for you, I had never had a new vehicle before and even though my credit was less than stellar they got me a decent interest rate, a low down payment, and made sure that I was protected. If you need a new car you need to go buy it from here!

With regards to my experience at the Mullinax Kissimmee store is concerned; my doctor says about the only way to get the perma-grin off my face is to either have it surgically removed or try buying a car at another dealership. After a bad experience with another dealership in west Orange county I had my doubts about dealerships in general. Several friends suggested Mullinax. I found a car I was interested in at the Kissimmee store online. The web chat was very helpful (and anonymous). When I arrived at the store I was greeted by the very individual I had chatted with online. He kept his word about everything he said during our online chat session. During the whole process there was absolutely no pressure. They worked with me on my credit. answered every question I had and even answered some I hadn't thought to ask. I found them to be honest and straight forward. I found a used car that fit my budget... actually came in under my budget... I was presented with extended warranties, prepaid maintenance plans, etc. I expected this, what I didn't expect was that I wasn't made to feel like the world would end when I chose not to take the services. As far as price goes, my wife and I both felt like we needed to get the car off the lot before they changed their mind on the sale price.

We had been shopping for a new car for about a month and my wife and I were getting extremely frustrated. A lot of the car lots we visited had a lot of inventory without prices and even worse we were shocked about the additional charges some dealers wanted us to pay. Walking into Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee was the shopping experience we wanted! Prices clearly marked! No dealer fees or any of those other ridiculous prices other dealers were trying to add to the price of a new car. We were greeted by Mike Gugliano (great guy) on the lot and he was very helpful without crowding our space. He listened to our needs and wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't want. He answered all our questions and when we made the decision to buy our 2013 Ford Fiesta, the process was said and done very quickly. I even went back two days later to get tint on my windows and was expecting to be there for most of the day. I was barely there for two hours. When we are ready to buy again. We will definitely be going back to Mullinax. Oh, one last thing! I am looking forward to attending their 45 minute SYNC tutorial class on Saturday. Not only did they sell me a car but they went the extra mile to make sure I can enjoy all the technology it came with!

Purchased A car from another dealership(Tropical Ford) and was completely dissatisfied. Never returned. Had all my service done on that car at Mullinax of Kissimmee. Was so happy with the service I received by the service department, when it was time to get a new car there was no question of where I would go. Glad I did. My wife and I arrived at the dealership at 6:45pm on a Tuesday night. We were looking for a specific vehicle (Ford Focus ST) and had used the internet to determine that Mullinax had two on the lot. At 8:05, we had a deal and purchased our new ST. There was no back and forth gaming, the price was fair ($2500 cheaper than another Ford dealer) and customer service, so far, has been excellent. We haven't used the Service Department yet since our car only has 300 miles on it. But I did walk through and introduce myself to the Service Department manager and talk to the Parts Department manager. The one accessory we purchased (car cover) we got at a 20% discount. It was an excellent experience. Not nearly the 4 hour 'battle of wills' that most new car buying experiences are.

I really enjoyed my experience purchasing a brand new 2013 Ford Fiesta from Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee. Brad was the main guy I dealt with and he was super friendly and very willing to help me find the right car I was looking for. I was able to test drive both a Fiesta and Focus without a fuss and help make my decision easier. They kept in contact with me while I was searching other dealerships but they never did it too much to the point where it was annoying. I ended up making my purchase with them and I left with the car that day. Since then they have contacted me to make sure I enjoy the car [which I do] and offered their help and support with anything down the line. The only reason I gave them 4 stars for facilities is because they were in the process of renovating and expanding so the property overall was not perfect but it did not interfere with my purchase. I would highly recommend anyone to this dealership that is interested in purchasing a Ford vehicle.

I was very unhappy the way they were more intersted in enlarging the amount to be finance than my overall satisfaction. I happen to be with my family and that created a little bit of confussion for it was getting very late, we were hungry and tired. they didn't ask me if i wanted to payupfront for the registration, taxes. when offered the extra protection, gave me a very lame excuse like it would cost me more afterwards. The next day I called to cancel it they told me it was too late even it was 9am. They need to win your business by trying to be more upfront, instead of keeping things under wraps.

I purchased a 2010 Tarus 12/2010. Since I had dealt with a Mullinax sales person previously and was very pleased, I returned for my Tarus and everything went very well. So when I started to consider an Explorer, I returned to the dealership and talked with my same sales person/friend along with another sales person and got all the information I needed to know. In early 12/2012, I closed the deal with them and was very pleased with the entire sale. I was never pressured and was treated with respect from the beginning. Their knowledge and professional attitude was greatly appreciated. I would recommend the dealership and its employees in the future. I also will return to Mullinax. They get five stars.

Went to Mullinax after trying to work something out with Tropical Ford, they would not even come close to what I needed for my trade (well below KBB) and wanted to charge me over 1k in transport fees since they had 0 2013 Mustang GT California Specials on the lot. Mullinax gave me exactly want I wanted for my trade and transported the car I wanted from another dealership at no cost. Working with them was so easy and they do no charge a dealer fee which is awesome (one dealership wanted $900). I would reccomend anyone that is looking for a new Ford to stop by and talk to Torrey, he is great laid back kinda guy and it very easy to work with. :)

I was extremely satisfied with this experience. Derek in service took care of me and kept in touch through the whole process. The fuel pump had to be replaced and while they had it found a problem with my drive shaft and fixed that as well. If you need service talk to Derek he was awesome!

My experience with Eric and Ryan was excellent. They were always professional, and showed friendliness and helpfulness, when needed. I would say both represented Mullinax Ford, well. Perhaps it was their responsibility, but I would say they did what one would expect. We thought, both were good salesmen, who understood their buyers!Please understand, I have purchased another brand most of my life, but this time I purchased a Ford F-150 Super Crew. Neither man never criticized the other brands of vehicles. I feel they didn't have say much, after my wife and I took a test drive with Eric. We were sold on the vehicle, we took for the test drive. It turned out to have just about everything I wanted, EcoBoost, Towing package, etc. I believe, Eric knew what I wanted down to the color.It is nice when other Ford product buyers and men, who service and sell vehicle parts, give you compliments about the vehicle. It has great to hear about the technical aspects about the F-150. I am enjoying and still learning about the features, the vehicle came with. I will attend the classes Mullinax is having in order to better understand how to operate the features, the vehicle has to offer.Now, anything can happen in this life, but I plan on enjoying my F-150 as possible.Bill

When we decided to look for a new car, I began my search on the internet. We gave our information, looking for a new fusion, and received multiple calls from different dealerships. David, from Mullinax Ford, called us and was definitely the most professional of all the people we spoke with. He gave us a price over the phone and we made an appointment to meet him at the dealership. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. The service "advisor" wrote my name and date on a post it note and said my appointment was set. My husband went in to confirm my appointment 2 weeks later and the lady that I talked to told him she didn't have any idea who his wife talked to but there wasn't any record of my appointment. Well, I finally got my appointment put in their "book". I dropped it off for service and 6 hours later after hearing nothing about my car stopped by to see if it was done. I became extremely upset when I asked if it was done and the cashier says what is your name? I told her and without looking at any papers or anything she tells me no it is not done. Then she asks if I received a phone call and I told her that I had heard nothing about it. She attemps to call the service "advisor" who is on lunch and then tells me she doesn't know the number to my car. I was upset that they couldn't even tell me where my car was or what was going on with it. I ended up going around their building until I found my car just sitting in the back. I told them that I wanted my car back. The service manager approached me and asked if he could help but he didn't know where my car was or even what was being done to my car. Still they couldn't tell me anything about my car and I told them it is sitting in the back. They tried telling me that people were working on my car and I was like how are people working on my car if it is sitting in the back? They said that they just finished it. I ended up leaving and going to another Ford Dealership. Mullinax in Kissimmee doesn't know what they are doing or where their customer's vehicles are. They are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! They need to get organized and know what they are doing with a vehicle and give their customer and update.

We purchased our 2011 Ford Escape from Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee. The salesperson was great and explained the vehicle to us. A few months later we had to take the Escape in for some repairs and was treated awesome by the Service Advisor Melvin Deleon.He kept us informed of what was being done to repair our vehicle,even going as far to stay in touch with us while he was on vacation and out of state.He treated us with a lot of respect and went way beyond what was expected of him.He followed up even after we got our vehicle back to make sure all was still going alright. We would recommend Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee for their great choices of vehicle to choice from and the great work all the staff does for their customers. I never thought I would say this about a car dealership, but this was the BEST sales experience my husband/I have ever had! The whole team at Mullinax was like family and we loved the way they had a good time at work and were so helpful. LOVE the 'no haggle' pricing!!! They went out of their way to help, including filled out $500 college rebate form since our daughter is in college and we got it within a few weeks. We traded in Lexus for Ford Edge and are thrilled with it. We drove 2 hours to go to this dealership and would do it again in a heartbeat. Very impressed!!
