After getting tired of dealer add-ons and fees from most south Florida dealers I happily found Mullinax Ford and their up-front pricing policy. I worked with John Wayne and Ronnie Butts looking at a few F-150's and decided on a very nicely optioned F-150 Platinum 4x4. The negotiations were very pleasurable, clear and to the point with no added dealer fees!! John was also able to get me top dollar for the vehicle I was trading in. I also worked with their finance person Jeremy Hamilton and I was eligible for promotional 4yr financing and the discussions were clear, concise and was able to take care of all the paperwork immediately so all I needed to do was come back after a business trip I had scheduled, go through new vehicle orientation and drive off with a smile. Thanks to Ford and dealer discounts I was able to get a better deal than X-Plan pricing that I'm entitled to through my employer.I look forward to being a long term Mullinax Ford customer.

Mullinax Ford of Palm beach and David Pakula, the internet sales manager, made my latest new lease transaction easy. I was notified a month prior to the old lease expiring and over the phone we discussed what I needed in a new vehicle. We selected a car and I put David in touch with my corporate leasing agent. When all the paperwork was completed I showed up and turned in the old lease vehicle and drove off with the new car. Jordan Goodman contacted me in response to an email I sent inquiring about a specific vehicle. He explained Mullinax Ford's no haggle pricing (which is extremely competetive), no dealer fees, competetive quotes on trades, and no pressure philosophy. From there, things only got better. I was in and out in about 2 hours with a new vehicle that I would have never been able to afford if it wasn't for Mullinax. I drove nearly an hour to get to Mullinax, andt was more than worth the trip. I highly recommend them and Jordan Goodman.

It was by far the easiest car sales transaction I've had for years. Salesman Kyle was professional and accommodating. Never pushed us but instead understood what we're looking for then advised us on the best deal. Once the car was washed, detailed and ready for delivery, they found a small factory defect in the rubber on the roof. Out of ethics, they immediately informed us and offered to have it repaired within few days. However, since I didn't want to wait for it; they turned around and gave us a better vehicle with few hundred dollars more expensive for the same price. When we came back for the pick up, all papers were ready to be signed. It took less than 10-15 min to be out the door with a brand new Ford F-150 Lariat. I went to Mullinax Ford to check out a new Mustang. A salesman approached us and asked if we needed any assistance. Very low pressure. Excellent customer service! We decided to test drive one and loved it! We told them were we needed to be. They came back with a best offer, no haggle price. We ended up being a little too far off on numbers. The next day, I called back and we both sharpened the pencil a little bit and I'm now driving a new Mustang! I didn't get the typical back and forth, back and forth with the sales manager that most dealerships put you through. It was truly a pleasure and we will be buying from them again!

I purchased a 2015 Ford Mustang at Mullinax and while the experience was great and we love the car, we were unaware that the service department does not make appointments for warranty work or anything else. It is a first come, first serve process. It's 100+ degrees in Florida right now, my air conditioning has already gone out - 9K miles new - and my husband is in a line of 30 cars at the service department (2 days after the issue came up) at 7:30 am on a workday with their "first come, first serve" process. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Too bad that sales doesn't tell you that when you purchase a car and then purchase extended warranty!!!!!!!!!Do not buy a car at Mullinax in Palm Beach Gardens, FL unless you want to sit for hours every time you have an issue. Extremely frustrated.

3 weeks ago my brakes began to act up and to stop the car at times I had to press hard on the pedal. I had a few close accidents and with my daughter in the car. 06/14 I brought my 2011 Ford Edge in for a failing brake booster and it was serviced under the part warranty at no charge. I get home and decide to look under the hood. I am looking for the area the mechanic serviced the brake system and check my fluids. I by chance grip my negative battery connector and it swivels, I was shocked, I check the positive one, the same! It swivels! The mechanic forgot to tighten my battery connectors! Pushing the connector down before I tighten it, the battery moves!. It's supposed to be secured by a plastic wedge on the side. Now I discover the nut under the battery plate is missing. The long bolt beside the battery goes through a plastic wedge that's supposed to keep tight against the battery. The Certified mechanic just put the wedge and bolt back in, no tightening, it just sits there until I drive it more and it falls out. What else did the Certified mechanic not tighten or not put back or not put back properly that I cannot see on my car or they've done to others?It is so unfortunate that this still happens.I would not bring your car here and the mistake I found was so simple.

It had to be looked at and cleaned up by dealership so the next afternoon we went to buy and pick it up. I came in with the exact budget I have to lease a car. Car salesman spent a long time with me. I was ready to make a deal until he said his numbers don't match up at all with my budget. Why did he waste my time ? I told him up front my price. I hate car salesman. No matter how nice they are they play around with you and don't listen to what you are able to pay. I left tired, upset and annoyed I invested so much time HONESTLY putting my budget out there. I was told they could get close. Wasn't even remotely close.

There's no dealer fees but we know that is included in the price, no matter what, if you are tired to see more numbers in your quote, mullinax can be an option, nobody works for free I'm agree with that, but double check with the dealer's offers sometimes paying dealers fee can be more cheaper than up-front business.

"Upfront" pricing is a joke. Watch out for the bait and switch regarding their internet pricing. They pretend they are not familiar with Ford incentives. Will low ball on trades to get every penny out of you. Drove to Advantage Ford in Stuart. Much more "Upfront" and honest. Got a much better deal with no BS.

Tom Fox was our salesman. This is the second time Tom has worked with us and I will ask for him every time I buy a FORD. The service department is tops too. Glenda is the only service person I deal with and she is the best. I am sure all of the people at Mullinax are wonderful but when you find someone that takes as good care of you as Tom and Glenda do, why look for anyone else.

Scott Nicholc , the proud owner leads a top notch crew of professionals with integrity and class. He's a real stand up Joe that will greet you at the door and work with you hands on with your deal. Needless to say satisfaction is the company's middle name. Into the first month I was having unforeseen problems with the engine. Even though the warranty was 50/50, Their pristine character and honor replaced the entire engine for free, with no argument and no haggling. As well as covered the cost for a rental vehicle for 2 weeks. Thanks Mullinax!!! This is what America is all about!!

I had a wonderful experience at Mullinax Ford. They did not have to Explorer I wanted on the lot but they got it in within a couple days. When my new vehicle arrived it had more options than I originally looked at. The internet sales manager took the time to walk me through all the options. It is funny, the stuff I thought I didn't want is the stuff I am finding I can't live without! Mullinax was great to work with, there was a problem with the original car, they had no problem giving me a loaner vehicle until the new car arrived. I could not be happier. It should be noted I drove about 30 miles to go to Mullinax and drove right past my local Ford dealer because of a bad experience there. Mullinax kept me in a Ford! Thank you!!!!

Typical Dealership with with a different type of scam! They claim to have no dealer fee's but want to Low-Ball you on your trade in. $3,000 difference from what the site's that make sure you don't get ripped off (KBB, Nada, Etc.) and what the sales manager brings to you is a JOKE! He didn't even know how to do his job properly... After pulling out my phone and showing him his mistake, his attitude changed quickly to a negative one. I'm shocked this man, Munson, was even made a manager! He couldn't even answer my common sense questions without saying some smart xxx remarks like "he's not a bright guy" and smirking... This is NOT the guy you want to deal with! My recommendation? Go to any other dealership, dealer fee or not, and see what kind of deal you can get. Even if you get charged a $1,000 dealer fee but they give you what your car is worth, you have done better than shopping at Mullinax! Lastly, I wouldn't believe all the 5 star comments. It seems to me like they have their employees write them up...

It has almost become a tradition to replace my explorer, and pass the prior one on to another family member. We just like the versatility of having the extra interior room and the ability to tow if necessary.It is taking a little time to get used to the new configuration of this new explorer because we do not sit quite as high as the last one. Also, the seats are substantially firmer than the last one. All this is probably due to the fact that Ford is leaning toward the stiffer foreign car feel. That is not a complaint, but an observation, and not a bad thing, just a change to get used to.I would like to suggest that you consider offering a class (for a fee) on the use of all the electronics and accessories. Although the owners manual is a great help, a "hands on" might be a big head start for an introduction to all the new features.We're happy with our purchase and with our salesman, Billy Stamboulides. He is knowledgeable and well versed on the differences between models.We'll be back!

I came to Mullinax having just moved from California and was in need of a new car. Since the reviews were good I was confident this place could, at the very least, get me the car I wanted (Ford Escape) but since it's a car dealership you never can tell what you're going to get. After spending an entire day at the last dealership I visited I knew I didn't want to do that again. So I went in being straightforward and that's what I got back. Doesn't sound real, right? cause it's a car dealer, but Ray doesn't play games. He has a coolness to him that can only come with being really great at what you do. I told him what I wanted to spend on the lease, what I wanted to put down and he made it happen. No gimmicky nonsense or pressure to buy a car I didn't want because it was cheaper or on the lot. Also, turns out he knows my boss! He said great things about her (you'd think that would be a given, but people are strange) but didn't force too much conversation. This guy is a master at his craft and when you go there and meet with him, you'll see all of his plaques confirming exactly that. I can recommend Mullinax Ford and Ray Bowen without hesitation.

I was given a free oil change coupon at Sunfest by south Florida Ford Association. I brought my 2012 Nissan pathfinder in and was told that the coupons were only meant for Ford owners though that is not what the offer said. I was told they would honor the coupon but I would have to leave the car there and it may be a day or two before they receive the "parts" aka an oil filter. I was also told making an appointment wouldn't make a difference because they won't order parts for a vehicle that isn't physically on site. I left dissatisfied and I went to Wayne Akres Ford with the same coupon and was told no problem if the oil change is not done within an hour my next one will be free as well. I was in and out in 40 minutes and everything went great.

My experience with Tom Fox of the sales team has been great. He sold my daughter a car and then I came back six months later and bought a Ford Escape. They are up front with their pricing and are very reasonable with the trade-ins we had. My mother just bought a car from them last week as well after having a less than favorable experience with another area dealer. BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I purchased a "certified pre-owned" 2013 ford fusion from this dealership. And the very next day I found scratched, chips and dings all in the paint. The leather seat had a hole in it, the trunk doesn't stay up, it falls down and hit you on the head. So, I calmly went back to speak with my salesman, Billy, about all of this and he acted like he didn't even know who I was. He gave me the run around and told me "well, we're not going to fix this because this is going to happen to the vehicle anyways." So i requested to speak to the used car sales manager and he walks out and talks to the salesman in private and then they walk back inside together. My salesman returned and said nope, we're not fixing it. So i said "well its only been a few days, I DON"T WANT THIS CAR ANYMORE" he told me there was nothing I could do about it. I am currently in the process with ford directly because this incompetent dealership will not help me. I PAID: 26,000 DOLLARS FOR THIS VEHICLE!!!!! And they are treating their customers horribly!!!!! I will be telling absolutely EVERYONE I can about this experience and to NEVER EVER go to Mullinax Ford!!!!

On the day I purchased my 2013 FX4, I was just looking at truck for a 2nd time, and the first was not at this dealer. The other dealer had it $1500 higher at the window marked down price, and I would of had a dealer fee on top of that difference of $900 +/-. I do a lot of research before purchasing a new car so that I know what I will be willing to pay for a purchase or lease. Typically I will need to haggle and spend an entire day to get close to this price. This was not the case with Ken at Mullinax. I actually got a lower price than I originally researched without having to haggle at all. I also received a more than generous amount on my trade-in, and has excellent service from each member of the team from purchase, signing the paperwork, and accepting my car. I had an excellent experience during the purchase of my new Ford F250 at Mullinax. Their policy of no dealer fees sets them apart from other dealers that I visited and was my primary reason for going to this dealer. When I connected with my saleman Bruce Huppert he was great. There was no pressure, straight forward pricing, they even matched a great interest rate I was quoted from my credit union. I have purchased several vehicles of the years and I will say this was the best buying experience I have ever had. This is my 3rd new Ford purchase and in addition I have purchased at least 10 other vehicles and this level of satisfaction and customer service was above all others!!!!Great job Bruce Huppert, thanks for your help and great service!!!!

Buying a new vehicle is generally not a pleasant experience, however my experience with Mullinax Ford and Tom Fox was nothing but positive. It was refreshing to be treated with respect at a dealership, and besides they beat the next best price by a wide margin. I got the best price AND was treated well, I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Originally started searching for a F150 online and Mullinax presented me a reasonable price that made me drive to the dealer to get an evaluation for my trade. Had a good experience with sales people and excellent cust. service while I was there. Financial dept was great and easy to work with without the usual BS. I would recommend and buy again. Price was definitely the main reason to do business however everything else involving the purchase was really good.Fred G.

Bruce was a great man to work with. While my previous dealership experiences have all been poor, what with all the haggling and hidden fees, this was the best of experiences thus far. They will gladly lay out all of their fees on the table, and have a no haggle guarantee. However, that also means they don't come down in price. At the end of the day, all dealerships are full of "car salesman," but at least Mullinax has very good customer service. They are also very patient when you are there and let you take your time when deciding on what car/color/upgrades, etc. you want.

We traveled 110 miles each way to buy a new F-150 Lariat from Mullinax and every mile was worth it! This dealership is by far incredibly professional, courteous, and friendly and DOES NOT give you the run around re: pricing and trade-in values like other dealerships we visited. I can't say enough positive things about them so I'll end it with this - Mullinax is the place to go to purchase a new Ford - period.

I had left a request on the web for several dealerships in my area for someone to contact me about a 2013 Mustang. Half an hour later I received a call from Bruce Huppert at Mullinax Ford. I was pleasantly suprised as to how quickly I was contacted. He sounded very professional and positive and offered me the opportunity to stop by to see the car. That afternoon, I did stop at Mullinax and Bruce showed me a Mustang in stock that had all the options I was looking for except the color. He assured me he could get me the car I wanted. I was very impressed with Bruce demeanor and overall professional behavior. Although I started the day just browsing, I decided to buy the car from Mullinax later that day. While the final price I was offered was several hundred dollars more than what I had received from other dealerships, I decided to buy the car from Mullinax primarily because of Bruce. He got me the car I wanted later that same day and I purchased it. I picked up the car that evening and the following day discovered it had a bad scratch on the back bumper. I called Bruce and took the car back to Mullinax. He took me next door to Mullinax body shop and introduced me to David Shaw who assured me he will take care of it. I picked up the car two days later and it looked fantastic. There was no sign of the scratch. David's shop did an incredible job and I was very grateful. Overall, I was very pleased with my buying experience primarily because Bruce made it that much more pleasant. There was never any pressure, or gamesmanship and I appreciated that very much. But what really impressed me futther was that it became apparent to me that other people at Mullinax were also courteous and treated customers with dignity and respect. (Thank you David Shaw). This was definitely not the experience I have had in the past when I dreaded walking into a dealership to buy a car.

Be prepared for bait and switch. They will say yes when on the lot looking at the car but be prepared for the no's when you get inside - especially when it comes to financing the automobile.

We were looking for a small new car for my wife. Dale was very informative and did not pressure us to make a decision. We reviewed several choices and clearly made our intent known that we would comparison shop other makes and models. We settled on a new 2013 C-max Ford Hybrid. The particular color and interior was not readily available so our salesman, Dale Scholfield, searched incoming inventory and kept us informed as to the desired car's arrival. Dale, knows his cars and was most helpful in teaching us the basics of handling this new cars many electronic and other options.I have to say that we have no reservations in recommending this dealership and Dale to our friends. Considering that many of them have an interest in this Hybrid system we will be doing just that.Steve Marinak

I'm a company agent who was given the responsibility to close the deal on the recent lease of a 2013 Ford Explorer. My experience was a good experience. It took about 2 hours to complete the process, arrival to driving off the lot. My sales person, Ray Bowen, was simply great. He was extremely knowledgeable about the paperwork process, as well as knowing and explaining the details of the Ford Explorer. It was a delight to have him as the person to close the deal. I have plans to purchase an F150 in about six months, and I will be sure to ask for Ray when I come back to the dealership. A good salesman like Ray can take the pain out of the vehicle purchase process, and he sure did that for me. A fantastic job by Ray Bowen and the rest of your team. No complaints what so ever.

My first meeting was through the service department working on my car. I was treated extremely well by everyone in the service department that I came in contact with. Then when I decided to get a new car, I knew I wanted to shop around but I kept coming back to Mullinax. The treatment I got from Ron was exactly what I wanted. The car, the price, I was already sold on the service department. Just everything was excellant. This is my dealership. People I run into looking for a car, I send them to Mullinax.

My problems with MULLINAX FORD OF PALM BEACH began when I purchased a used 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid and took it to their service department in July of 2012. The vehicle had some problems that I was aware of while purchasing it. Their certified "Hybrid Mechanic" "Frankie" worked on my vehicle. I specifically requested the certified hybrid mechanic to inspect the ABS/Tone rings on the vehicle as I was quite sure they were responsible for my problem. The certified hybrid mechanic told me that he inspected the ABS Tone rings personally and they were good. The dealership had my vehicle for 3 weeks and I spent nearly $2,800 on various repairs and maintenance work. At the end of this 3 week and almost $3,000 expense - my vehicle still exhibited the same chief complaint. The service manager advised me that there was nothing else that could be done to diagnose the issue, and that "sometimes problems have to get worse before they can get better." The dealership did not request assistance from Ford engineers.The General Manager "Scott Nicolas" looked into the complaint and told me he would send me a 200 some dollar make-good check which I agreed to. Almost 2 weeks later, I never got a check.To make matters worse, the other dealer (the good one), discovered something that only added to the poor service I got at MULLINAX...The "hybrid battery air filter" is normally inspected as part of a multi-point inspection which was performed no fewer than 3 times at MULLINAX (according to the paperwork) during the course of the almost 3 weeks that they had my vehicle. Again, I spent $2,800 over a time span of almost 3 weeks at the MULLINAX dealership and never once was I told that this air filter needed to be replaced. The air filter, that I have pictures of, was in dire need of replacement. The filter was clogged with leafs and unknown plastic debris. It was dark-gray in color and looked like it had not been replaced in years. I do not think any of the MULLINAX technicians even bothered to inspect this readily accessible air filter.

I had been driving Lexus for the past 12 years and I was ready to either buy anextended warranty on my recent car or go to a new one. Willie Adams, at Mullinax, was a great salesman. He wasnt pushy and really knew the answer to every question I had. Super nice man and I have recommended him to a couple of friends already. I LOVE my 2013 Ford Explorer Limited! I have always always driven Jeep, 6 of them, but the horrible customer service at the Jeep corporate level (all my interior car handles were broken and they wouldnt warranty it! we couldnt get out of the car!! thousands of people with the same problem were blogging abou this...) made me look for another American made car. We had just purchased a new Expedition and with just over 700 miles it developed a transmission fluid leak. I called Ray Bowen that night and left him a message telling him what had happened. The next morning I called service and spoke with Tony. I told him what had happened and he told me once the car was there he would put it at the top of his list. After speaking with Tony, Ray called me to see if i needed anything. He said once the truck arrived he would over see the repairs and would let me know what was going on. The tow truck arrived and picked up my truck. With in two hours j received a call from Ray who told me the cause of the leak was a faulty seal. He said Tony ordered the seal and put a rush order on it. I then asked Ray if we could get a loaner vehicle and he said sure. My wife arrived at the dealership and Ray quickly got her into the loaner so she could continue with her busy schedule. The next afternoon I had received a call from Ray telling me the truck was fixed and ready for pick up. I was very impressed with the personal attention I and my wife received during this incident. It made us feel that we were the most important customers on the Mullinax property. Thank you again for the high quality of service you provided.

Mark Folds did an excellent job and represented the dealership very well. He was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Alredo was exceptional to work with. I did three 4 test drives, with 3 different F 150's. He was very knowledgable and provided good information, but allowed me to make a decision without being pushy, or being like a typical car salesman. He even came in on a day off to help me out! Really liked the buying experience at the dealership. One price is great!

The salesman, Alfredo was very good, did a great job at showing the car and stuff like that, however I would not recommend this dealership to my enemy. The sales manager came out and was extremely rude to the point that I walked out in the financing part of the deal and I will never be back to this dealership. Buyers stay away from this dealership, unless you like being yelled at, treated terribly, and want to waste 2 hours of your time.

Bren was great. I sent out email requests to many Ford Dealerships explaining exactly what I did and did and didn't want and how I wanted to make the deal on the internet and not have to come in to haggle with a dealer. Bren gave me the specific details and was quite clear in the pricing and what he had to offer. He made it hassle free and a fairly easy process. The only slight negative I had with my buying experience was there was a gal that was there to assist me when I picked up my car because Bren was not going to be in when I came to pick up my car. She was nice but she did seem to struggle a little with programming of the Sync system. Additionally she forgot to give me my second key. I didn't realize this till I got home and I called to ask about it - she said she forgot it in her pocket. She didn't really make any offer to bring it to me at work or such so I said I'd come get it the next day. But the more I thought about it I didn't want to waste my gas so I emailed Bren and asked if he mailed it to me at home which he did promptly. The other thing with her that rubbed me the wrong way was she told me that I'd be getting this survey and that I needed to be sure to fill it out and give her and Bren all 5 star ratings - that a 4 wouldn't be acceptable. It is my firm belief that you get a great rating by the service you provide not by asking for it. Bren deserved the rating - he did a great job.

Sorry, but must get this off our chest......1) First of all, we purchased TWO new vehicles the very same day. We should have received a little extra compensation (not much) i.e. a little break on purchase prices or throwing in free window tinting for both cars, maybe extra floor mats - a little additional benefit would have been a nice notion from the dealership. However, we were told ABSOLUTELY NO by the salesman, as it wasn't allowed. His explanation was Mullinax Ford is an upfront pricing dealership and the price, etc is non-negotiable. We didn't find that to be very accommodating since we were purchasing two cars . AND would we consider purchasing another vehicle(s) in the future OR recommending the dealership to others, we dont know.. 2) my mother-in-law didn't appreciate the salesman smoking while on duty. It didn't offend me or my husband, but she was very turned off about it.3) After signing the paperwork for my mother-in-law's new car, the salesman drove us to the gas station to fill up tank. We thought this should have been handled prior to turning car over to us. 4) lastly, once we were on our way home, we noticed it was very difficult to see out the back rear windows. There was a heavy film on BOTH back windows. This should have been taken care of while be detailed prior to delivery to us.

WE were very pleased with our total experience at Mullinax Ford. Rob explained everything to us fully. I was particularly impressed with the detail when the dealership presented their offer on my trade- in and the purchased price of the SUV. The offer reflected the out the door cost to me. Unlike another local Ford dealer I went to who threw a figure at me without any explanation on how he got there. No explanation of rebates or loyalty factors. It was not the out the door price No haggle price is another good feature, shopping at Mullinix Ford. Once we left the dealership with our car Rob stayed in touch and help us with some questions on the car. I feel he is very sincere and would help us three months from now if we had a problem.We would like to mention how helpful Lou Benedetto was with the extended warranty and the finances related to our purchase. He gave us very good advice which we utilized.It would highly recommend Mullinix Ford to anyone purchasing a Ford in this area. Overall I was vry satisfied with my expereince with Mullinax Ford. The only negaticve I had was with the financing which I had originally not planned on doing and in the end did not go that way.It cost me $500 more, but at this time in my life I wanted to walk out with my new car owing nothing on it. Never the less I would still highly recomend Mullinax. Alfredo was excellnet. I had dreaded the thougth of dealing with a salesman in the purchase of a car, but he was very atttentive and not pushy at all. With me being very aggressive usually has the opposite effect of turning me off. Although I had never been a customer of Mullinax my brother had bought several cars from them when they were in Broward county so I was familair with them and there reputaiton.

We were in search of a 2011 Mustang, many options were available to us but I was looking for a positive experience which in the past has not been the case in other dealerships. Upon some research I found on line the exact color and options that we desired thus I contacted your Lake Park dealership. Mr. Mosen Eteshami was the initial contact he advised me that the vehicle I wanted was in stock. I promptly arrived at your dealership where he and Mr. Dan Wilkins received us and extended their warm hospitality, test drive etc.Make a long story short by the end of my initial visit I knew that Mosen and Dan were exactly the types of business men that would make my purchase experience something that I had never had a Hassle Fee Experience. It was a team effort in every sense as Mosen worked out the financing and Dan made me and my wife (Yadi) as comfortable as possible while we waited for the paperwork to be ratified. We both felt as if we belonged there, from our perspective a positive buying experience. The following day Mosen contacted me providing confirmation that we were all set as he promised the day before. We got to the dealership that afternoon with everything in order; Yadi took possession of her first sports car which she endearingly nicknamed maroon hotness. At the close of the purchase I was able to spend some time with Dan, I have to say that he is a top notch individual with very high morals and great customer service skills. We are both car guys and he definitely made me feel that he cared about our purchase experience, frankly I felt as I had dealt with an old friend all along. Mr. Nicolas, I wanted to pass on my experience and please do what you can to recognize both Mosen and Dan. I am a long standing employee and member of AAA and feel more confident & proud than ever to have personally used your dealership.
