Came in looking for a used vehicle, left in total amazement , they got me approved when I didnt think there was a chance,0 down low payment and a fantastic car, Darwin and Virgil were great to work with as salespeople, the Management team was great also, overall a fantastic experience. THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!

The worst buying experience ever.they will add costs and fees that did not need to be charged. They will also come up with some bogus story as to why the vehicle cost is significantly higher than you agreed to right when you are singing the final papers when you are exhausted of the sales tactics and salesmen. I tried to return the vehicle I bought before the paperwork was even filed and they said it was mine and they would not help in any way. So now I am tipped almost $6,000 while they go eat steak dinner laughing all the way. Oh, and they claimed my car had a new clutch and was serviced by their mechanic and was ready to go. Ha!! Not quite! It was dark and before I got home I had no brakes or clutch left. Stranded on the freeway I popped the hood to see the cap was missing on the brake fluid/clutch reservoir with no fluid left in it. After getting it going again my mechanic said the clutch is about worn out and themes replacing. Never ever do business with Murray auto. Ever!

Buying any second hand car comes with risks. I must say that Sam did his best, considering the cost, to fix almost everything that we discussed. I paid a fair price and got a nice clean fair valued vehicle, 2006 Mercedes Benz ML 500.I read poor reviews here about this dealership; like a CD player jammed....well that has nothing to do with the reliability of the car. I agree there are things we forget to check when buying anything, but that is life. So it goes.

I have never felt so xxxxx by a business in my life. After being assured (by two different salesmen several times) that the car had been checked out and cleared, we bought the car. We took it to get the alignment done and asked the mechanic to check it out, we found that someone stupid had poured oil all over the breaks/cables. No worries - a $4000 fix. He said it was recent (aka probably done by their mechanic) and the cables were corroded and he was surprised we had even made it that far without getting into an accident. GET CHECKED OUT BY A MECHANIC FIRST IF YOU HAVE TO BUY FROM THESE GUYS. So we go back because they obviously lied - not just didn't mention it - but lied. They told us they would tow us out of their parking lot because us parking there wasn't their responsibility anymore. They slipped in an insurance package ($400) in our contract that we didn't approve. They denied saying things that they actually said when we were both witness to it. I have never had worse customer service in my life. The boss is a money grubbing jerk. The salesmen made the stereotype for sleazeball salesmen. DON'T DO IT GUYS, GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

My daughter bought a car from this dealer. The day after she purchased this car, she went to put a CD in the player only to find out there was a CD jammed in the player. (who thinks on a test drive to put a CD in to ensure it works?) They told my daughter they would not fix this. 3 days after the purchase, the engine light comes on. Turns out a thermometer is broken. Another visit and again they said they would not replace this unless we forked out another $120 bucks. They sure were glad to get their money, but not there after a sale is complete. They advertise 0% financing. When I asked the sales manager said the most shocking reply. 2500 dallor bank fee and its for illegals. There cars are very over priced and there customer service flies out the window when you make a offer. They also sent me and my son off in a mitsubishi eclipse with the tread clearly peeling off the front right tire. Did not expect that at a dealer you would think there was some kind of liability there, when I said somthing to the salesman he just asked what it would take to get me in that car so I made him a low offer. There went the customer service. Very hi pressure sale enviroment. They never addressed my offer.

Make sure if you find a vehicle here that you like, that you take it in to a separate mechanic to have it look at. Murray Auto claimed that all of their vehicles go through a detailed inspection, but when I took it out for a test drive you could actually hear it running badly. They allowed me to take it into my own mechanic, who found quite a few big and little things wrong with it. When Murray Auto's manager was told about the problems my mechanic found, he ultimately told me that they believed there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that they would not be fixing anything. That vehicle with all its problems is still for sale on their lot and I don't want anyone to buy it under the impression that they will give, that it has no problems. Please make the effort to have your own mechanic look at any vehicle you may want to purchase at this dealership!

I'm sorry this review is from an experience I had 1 year ago, but I have to share. I finally, thankfully, got rid of the lemon that I was sold last year by Murray Auto Sales. They were all smiles, nice, and helpful until the deal was signed and the car left the lot. The air conditioning went on the fritz on day ONE! We took it back to them the very next day after buying it, worried we'd been sold a lemon, we asked to be let out of the contract, they would not do it, but offered to fix it. They have a mechanic who fixes their cars in the building just behind their building. I am sure he doesn't know what he's doing. He took a week and 'fixed' it. We picked it up from the dealership and the AC stopped working about 5 minutes after we left. We turned right around and went back. The manager came out and told us we were being to picky! You gotta be kidding me! Anyway, we had multiple problems with the car, right out of the gate, and they didn't care, and wouldn't consider doing anything about it. We had a TCS light that kept coming on intermittently but by the time we'd get to the dealership it would go off so they wouldn't look at it. I asked for the CARFAX, but they only gave me a 1 page report. I was unaware that CARFAX's are multiple pages and that it is on the other pages that tell the details of everything that was wrong with the car. Apparently it had been in a crash that deployed the air bags, and had also been stolen once. That info was never disclosed to me! I could go on and on about this car and the dishonesty of this company, but I'll let what I've said here suffice. I constantly tell people about our experience, and strongly encourage everyone I know to stay away from this horrible business!

When I think of sleazy car sales men, I automatically think of Murray Auto Sales. The whole transaction was shady, they threw in a lot of unnecessary fees. They wont ever talk actual price of the vehicle. They will screw you over all so they can make a buck. They don't care about making your car experience pleasant, they only care about closing. And Virgil is the worst of them. He is so dishonest. He acts to be your friend, but it's all a scam. He will steal your car keys and not give them back. He is a thief. The whole dealership are thieves! BUYER BEWARE. Don't ever go to this place. If you are considering go the other way.

The Sales team total did the bate and switch. The price of the car we agreed on was not the price of the car on the financing papers. Once we got that all sorted out, the car was dirty, there was food in the seats and the gas tank was a smidge above empty. Everything about the deal was shady and unprofessional.
