Buyer beware. You get what you get with used cars and the buyer has to do their homework. But these guys are typical dealer horse traders. Buy things at auction put tire shine on it and sell it. They do their own inspection but either aren't doing them on cars they bring in or are not fixing the faults. They have a lot of nice vehicles on the surface, but beware of what they are selling as you can see from other reviews. If you must buy from them I would set it up to bring the car to a neutral shop before buying, to go through it. Thing is legally they got you because you are buying used and signing AS IS docs. Would suggest people start filing some AG complaints and or some consumer complaints. Nah this is real and not fake. Nice try Murray Motors. Put some pride and effort into your sales.

Purchased a 2018 Ford Focus RS from Murray Motors a couple weeks ago. Great car. Loving it so far. I spoke with Ryan for sales and Nick when it came to filling out the paperwork. Both were polite and laid back. Easy to work with. Pretty standard dealership buying experience. Only thing I took a star for was a couple details about the vehicle I wish I'd had prior to purchase. First, the electric tire inflator was missing from the kit in the trunk. Second, the rear window of the vehicle had been broken and replaced. I found this out later when I noticed a noise in the rear hatch like gravel rattling around. I then found broken glass in the folds of the hatch gaskets. I also noticed a 3rd-party logo on the rear window upon closer inspection. I wasn't made aware of either of these faults before purchasing the car, so to me, that indicates a lack of knowledge about their used inventory, or intentional omission of information. That said, I bought a Ford from a Chevy dealership and neither issue overshadows that I got a good deal on a car that I love to drive.

It was our first time to deal with Chev Murray dealership. I can tell you that we have no regrets. We dealt with Dennis and he was fantastic. He's the best salesman I've ever met. He's so honest and very experienced. The price of the truck we bought was reasonably priced, he gave us a fair deal with our trade in value of our truck, gave us freebies and fixed the issues of the tonneau cover. We highly recommend this dealership. The staff were very friendly as well.

Worst customer service ever. Waited several hours for them to even make a offer on my trade. Then when it came back it was 7k below KBB fair market value. They wouldn’t even talk more and said they were really busy. Too bad for them I could have walked on the lot and paid cash for any vehicle they have. Don’t waste your time with these low balling clowns.

I have never liked the car buying experience in the past. I have always felt nervous or out of place in dealerships. But Ryan Beaver definitely changed that for me and made this car purchase a very enjoyable experience. Will definitely be coming back!!!
