Started out really good. Talked about the purchased vehicle over phone and was told that they had one thing to fix on the car. It was ten days later when I went to purchase the vehicle. The part was not fixed but they gave me the part to do it myself. The car is a convertible and the top wouldn’t go all the way down. The top I’m told was replaced and does appear to be new. I purchased the vehicle and was able to get the vehicle at $500.00 less than asking price. Since the purchase I’ve called and spoke to Mark about who done the top. He said he would call me back with this information. I called a few days later and left a message for Mark but never got a call back. I’ve tried to call a few more times to see if he had this information but there is no answer. It’s as if they screen the calls. Customer service ends once they get their payment in full. I will not recommend or return to this establishment. Everyone’s experience is different and hopefully the next persons is better.

I like this dealership because of how upfront they are about the vehicles and the loans. My mother in law and an old coworker recommended them to me after they had bought more than a couple cars through them between the 2 of them and I see why. They salesmen are not pushy they dont have to be between the vehicles and the financing the vehicles sell theirselves so if you find one you like jump on it because it's not going to be there long. Only thing they could really really improve on is the website updating but I'm sure that's hard to do when the vehicles sell so quick. By the time I called about a vehicle I'd been watching it had sold like 5 days before that the second one on my list had just sold 3 days before that.

As a former GM of a multi line dealership! I can say it is very rare these days to find a car lot of three generations of family still in business !! Thank you for keeping your word and honesty ! I will thoroughly enjoy my SUV to pull behind my motorhome . P.S. it ran perfectly all the way back to Missouri. I don't do this referral often but you guys deserve it !! Todd Schneider

Between the low trade in value I got and ALL the problems the car I bought had I lost about 5k by the time I sold the car I bought from here and it still had codes for the TCM. Wouldn't recommend. Typical used car lot- you get about 20% less for trading in your ride than if you just sold outright, then they throw a quick fix on and mark it up about 30% over the going rate. So when your ford edge is worth about 7k they offer 5500, quick fix, mark it to 10,495. The car I bought (magnum RT AWD) needed a heater core, they took 800 off which made it 9600 but it ended up costing 1300 to fix, then the real sources of problems started showing up a month later and by the time I said ok I'm done with this I was out another 2200 and that's with doing some of the work myself. All in all, I totally lost my shirt on the Magnum fellas. Started to wonder if the title was washed to be honest. Tell you what, I'll take this review down for something worth about 2500, an ATV in decent shape or maybe the right motor laying around if you got it but I lost to much money on this deal! What did the magnum go for at auction, 3 or 4k? Should of been a straight trade with the edge IMO just because it was a rare car..lot of problems though.
