The worst car buying experience ever. I was misled by the information they posted on website search and compare app.. the price listed was deceptive and changed while discussing final finance details, including CARFAX history alterations , I have snap shot that’s proves fraudulent price increase the minute after I handed over and paid $1000 cash deposit. Dealership basically refused my request, to get a copy of agreement signed contract, and I requested that information several times . Car engine light and repair opportunity dismissed or denied. Demitri the sales guy, doesn’t even know what repairs they did, when I asked. The car was held up at their dealership for longer then 3 and half weeks .No phone calls or updates from Naber auto or Demitri, and when I showed up, they said the car has been ready for a couple days . Engine light still on and the problem seems worse then before. Nothing is working correctly, demitri is dodging the finance lenders and myself, he is unwilling to correct or do the right thing, and so I’m forced to deal with the worst lemon in south Florida.. I guess this dealership forgot about the internet being a huge tool, that they manipulated and used to create scam, is also my tool , to alert the public on what to watch for , so they can avoid becoming , unknowing victims who are lured into lies and deception, their way of business scam.. thank goodness the internet is also a great reference equalizer, ultimately exposing and keeping dealerships accountable to the way they conduct trade and business .. Pay attention to the online info details and definitely question why this review is even posted .. hopefully it serves as a RED FLAG and warning to others , (you put yourself at risk financial obligations , even if details are altered , and don’t be surprised by post price that can alter even while negotiating deal. I am almost sure website and lenders will distance themselves . They should considering the legal situation this probably will escalate to.. This activity undermines and conflicts with the purpose of the vehicle search and compare engine website or application .. it’s unlikely they would allow or associate with such scam artist, using deceptive false prices , that I can prove with snapshots were altered to create and draw me into this nightmare.. nothing but fraud going on at this dealership .. legal battle seems inevitable, gonna have to sue and get legal representation to resolve issue. No respect, reciprocation or resolve offered from this dealership.. GOOD LUCK trying to explain your way out from my snap shots and poor rating and review..
