Let me just say this, I have NEVER experienced such EXCELLENT customer service. Cookie (yes that's her name) in the service desk is breathtaking. I don't have the words to express how much she went above and beyond to make MY SON"S day - I am committed to this place because of customer service like hers. Thank you Cookie for your exceptional customer service!!!

My car was totaled and needed to replace it quickly. After looking at a lot of cars that did not meet what I needed, I found a beautiful used Explorer here. Ed Guthrie helped me every step of the way. It was like we knew each other forever and he made the whole experience wonderful. The last time I purchased a car was almost ten years ago and Ed kept me at ease. Marcas in Finance was wonderful as well. He worked with me all the way and we were able to work the numbers to keep the vehicle in the price range I could afford. Although this dealership is over 50 miles away from my home, I will keep them in my pocket for when I make another vehicle purchase. Thank you so much Ed for making this a wonderful experience! I will be contacting you again!

The staff at Nalley Dealership provided a A1 customer service from beginning to end. They worked with me on getting to the monthly payment I budgeted and ended up having a great car with amazing features. I was also impressed that they did not push me at any stage of the purchase and everyone were so helpful. I spent several hours there but the staff made my stay comfortable. I cannot complain but feel grateful for the time and assistance. They definitely won a long-term customer. Rafael P.

Last weekend I stopped by the Nalley dealership to look at a Q60 I was interested in, but had no definite intent to buy. I met with Chris Walston and several hours later I traded in my old car and drove away very happy in my Q60. Chris was very patient and thorough with me. He made sure I had all of the information I needed and answered all of my questions. If he didn't have an answer he made sure to get it for me. After the purchase Chris made sure I was happy not only with the car but the whole process.

My experience was a pleasant. Mr. Chris was very knowledgeable, helpful and went out the way to ensure to match my wants. Soo thankful for the flexibility. I will be back to purchase another vehicle and look forward to work with the guys in the office again. They ALL was very kind, intelligent, patient, they worked diligently and effectively to close the sale of my desire.
