I got a call asking me of I wanted to trade my forte in for something newer. Got there and it was such a dramatic experience. Lack of communication, running your credit score into the ground by running it through several lenders only to be told you need a cosigner. Then telling you I got you approved for half a loan so you will have to fit the bill for the rest and I had a trade in how the xxxx does that work does not make sense. It's always and excuse. My advice you would sell more cars if you would be honest with your customers. If there is nothing you can do just say that don't string people along thinking they have a chance of getting a car. Stop the xxxxxxxx just be real!!!.

My sale person was very professional. But what I didn't like is I had no say so on my trade in. I had brand new tires and I had installed a backup camera for which I paid $250.00 and plus installation. I was told several time to get me to come to the dealership that because I had made all my payments (27) on time I qualify for a reduced interest rate at least 10% not the 19% that I had. That was a lie. Plus today I learn from my previous loan company that they were never contacted to let them know that my 2013 Kia Soul was paid off. Why was I at this Dealership? Because they kept on calling my phone saying that I qualify for a reduce interest rate which would lower my payments. Give us a time that you will be coming out. I told my salesman that I didn't want to go over $400.00 a month. My last truck I was paying $382.73 a month. I was good with that. now this truck my payments are $552.00 a month.

New soul not 2 weeks on , you can't put gas in it at all ! Took it in to be fixed . they took parts off my 2 week old car then told me my part would take 2 months to come in. Now mind you my check engine light is still on and you can't put any gas in it. They said they had no loaner ! And can't replace this lemon.

By far this is the best car buying experince I have ever had, Thanks to my sales associate John Breedlove at Nalley Kia, He was simply grate! He was very customer friendly answering all my question and concerns. I told him what I wanted and he delivered. He made the process very easy, smooth, and time friendly. I drove in at 2:30 pm in a 2007 model car and left at about 6:30 pm in a brand new 2016 Kia Optima. John stayed with me right up tll the time I drov out after signing of my fianacing document John took time to even help me set up my bluetooth connection to my phone and explain and show me how to operate some of the many great options that come in my Kia Optima. I definitely without a doubt recommend to anyone that's looking for a great deal and great car buying experience to go and see sales person John Breedlove at Nalley Kia at Stonecrest.

I had conversations with twelve different Kia dealerships to find the best price on a new Optima. Some would offer a low price over the phone or by email but once you arrived the car was not as described or the pricing had changed. There were lots of "miscommunications" and "misunderstandings." To be fair, there were some others that seemed genuinely focused on working with the buyer, but Nalley Kia had the best combination of price and customer service. I worked with Juawn Middleton (Internet Sales Director) and John Breedlove (Sales Consultant). Both were very straightforward in what they could offer. The car and the deal were exactly as represented, with no pressure nor attempt to upsell. In fact, they were more patient about the sale than I was. While my comparison shopping started almost a week earlier, I spoke with Juawn on the last day of the month, which is normally when dealerships are trying to meet sales goals and when you hear the phrase, "this deal is good only through the end of the day." Because the process normally takes a couple of hours under the best of circumstances, I was fully prepared after work to gather up my 4 year old and rush to the dealership in 5 o'clock traffic. Throughout the day, Juawn and I had been discussing a particular car they had on the lot because it matched the trim and optional features I was looking for. Once we were close to an agreement, he said he would check that the car was still available since he had seen someone test driving it in-between our conversations. That is normally a huge red flag that a dealer is about to pull a bait and switch, but this was definitely not the case. The car was no longer available, so without prompting Juawn offered to get me any color combination I wanted, with the same features, and there would be no change in price. He also offered to let me schedule a time to come to the dealership that would be convenient for my family even though it would obviously not help with the current month's sales. John did a great job of demoing the car, explaining the features, and taking care of the actual purchase of the car.I can't thank Juawn and John enough for taking the frustration out of making such a major decision. I will definitely recommend Nalley Kia to others.

My mother and I were in three times in one week, keeping both John and Ali at work well after the quitting time. They both were very patient and informative with both of our questions. On 3 separate visits, I've had 3 separate incidents at this 1 location. 1 visit, the technician had broken the window guard on my vehicle and instead of telling me, they prolonged my visit in an attempt to try to find one and replace it w/o my knowledge but because they no longer made the ones on my vehicle, they finally had to tell me and explain what happened and they replaced them w/some that were nowhere near the same. They were a lot smaller/shorter than the ones that were previously on my vehicle and really didn't serve the purpose. Yeah, they were designed for my make and model but defeated the purpose. The sunlight shines in my vehicle.2 other visits entails me coming in for the purchas 4 new tires (spending over $500) and brake service (spending over $200) and BOTH times, mysteriously, the center wheel caps were missing. The 1st time, their excuse was that the tabs on the center wheel caps are very thin and they fall off. Really? I've had my vehicle for over 9 years and have replaced my tires every 1 1/2 - 2 years and my brakes & rotors as needed, and have NEVER had a service provider lose a center wheel cap. It was a bunch of "BS" but I purchased another 1 the 1st time and the 2nd time I get the same story and finally the Service Mgr Chad said they would replace it and it'll be in the next week. I've been calling and strangely enough, he's never available nor is the Gen. Mgr. Have left messages for a return call but phone calls have gone ignored.While receiving service, the staff were polite and courteous. Don't get me wrong but the follow up and taking responsibility for something that they did wrong is not good customer service. I only started going to Nalley Kia because I moved closer to that location. I've decided to return to the location to where I purchased my vehicle and was having my car serviced, Southlake Kia. I can no longer deal with a company that takes their customers complaints as a joke.

After the service was done on my Sorento, I received my vehicle back totally in a mess inside the area where items had been taken out from the arm rest compartment and other areas and was laying all over and on the floor. It took me 15minutes to clean up and made me even later getting back to work, which I lost pay.

Good service, i had an appointment, and i had my 10 year old son and wife with me. It took a little longer than i expected to get to my vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was serviced properly, he recommended the appropriate service required and eliminated the others. Often, women are over charged or made recommendations for things that arent necessary. We get taken advantage and many prey on our ignorance or lack of vehicle knowledge to make a dollar. A previous mechanic misdiagnosed my vehicle and was about to over charge me to fix it. Mr. Gomez recommended a mechanic at Kia that would be able to diagnose my problem and fix my car. Thats exactly what happened! It wasn't about making a dollar for Mr. Gomez, focused on taking care of the consumer needs and he exceeeded my expectations. Nalley Kia is blessed to have such a person working in that establishment!

Nalley Kia provided valuable life lessons for my college age daughter. Never be afraid to walk away from a purchase. When a business fails to live up to its word, find another business. Never sign anything without reading it first. Never take sales people at their word, get it in writing.We contacted Nalley Kia to purchase a new Soul!. After a visit and a few phone calls and e-mails (with Juawn and Amber) we settled (or so we thought) on a price, interest rate, down payment, trade in, and out of state registration. We discussed the difficulties of purchasing a car from another state and were assured it would be no problem, they had procedures in place to handle it. When my daughter arrived to purchase the Soul, she was kept waiting almost an hour after her appointment time and three hours later she left without a new car. Everything we had already settled on was questioned (and met with attitude) or changed (Juawn wasn't there and Amber tried to handle the sale). Everything except the price, but we had that in writing.The next day, I called Juawn, thinking I should give him a chance to make it right since he wasn't at work when my daughter was there. I told him what happened and he said he would talk to someone and call me back in 30 minutes that was 6 hours ago.The best thing I can say about the dealership is Nalley Kia is a really good place to teach your kids about business ethics and customer service, or, rather, the lack thereof. BTW: we still plan to purchase a Soul, just need to find a better dealership.

The team did a great job. I came in to take a look at the Kia Soul, maybe test drive it and see if I liked the way it felt. I was initially interested in a used one, and I felt a bit unsure about the price and everything at first. Clive and Ali assured me that a test drive wouldn't hurt. They also expalained the pros and cons of a new or used car. After my test drive, I was still hesitant but Clive and my husband told me to let them run the numbers. We thought we wanted a Sport age or a Sorrento, but walked out with a Soul. I give a lot of credit to Clive as he was knowledgeable and fun to deal with. I was disappointed in the length of time it took to finalize the deal, start to finish over 4 hours with 3 of those hours waiting on paperwork and to get in with one of the finance officers. I am hopeful that if I choose to use this dealer to service our new Soul, we do not run into the same "sense of urgency" issues.

The following was from my experience only. when the deal (lead) was hot the phone is worn out with phone calls every other day. They promised the impossible as if they could make it happen. When they coul not find an automobile to fit my credit status, not even a thanks for selecting us or a call back to close the supposed deal. Sorry but the truth is the truth. Not What I expected from a brand like KIA and with the volume of sales that nally closes every year.

Last week, I was confronted with serious transmission issue with my truck!!!! I was so up set and didn't know what I was going to do. Overall, the service I received here was great! I did most of my shopping and decisions about what vehicle I wanted to buy by myself, before arriving at the dealership so I can't speak into their helpfulness in choosing a vehicle, but I can say that it was smooth sailing once I arrived to drive and purchase the car. They explained the buying process so I knew what to expect next and at not time did they try to push any additional charges. They did ask about add-on's, but they took "no" as an answer better than others in the past- did not try to change my mind or try to tell me that they know more than myself. When I'm in the market for another vehicle (hopefully a looong time from now) I will shop here.

We had the same experience as Bless25. We went in pre-approved with a 2.93 APR and were told by the credit manager that our pre-approval rating was incorrect and invalid. He told us that he contacted our financial institution directly and produced a document, that he said came from them, showing a 6.41 APR. He then tried to pressure us into signing this document and we refused. My husband called our financial institution and they confirmed our 2.93 APR with the credit manager at which point he left the office without so much as an explanation or apology. He was caught red handed, blatantly lying and trying to deceive us!!! Then the GM comes in to discuss our options and was rude, arrogant and unconcerned about our complaint with the credit manager. His only solution was for us to sign the bogus documentation with the incorrect APR of 6.41, if we wanted to take the car. After being there for 6 hours, pre-approved, we walked away upset and frustrated due to the unethical business practices of the GM. The salesman, Carlton Foreman was honest, professional and a pleasure to work with despite the lack of support from his management team. DO NOT FALL FOR THE UNETHICAL BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!

I was lead to believe the car was perfect but, it had several minor issues and the GM was unwilling to come down $500 to cover the cost of the repairs. We went to purchase a car 6 days ago with an excellent credit score that qualify us for all the incentives except the college discount. Everything was coming along until the credit manager Winston Webb came into the salesman office trying which we could not understand why and made a very rude comment. By the time we got to his office credit manager Winston Webb it went down hill from there he bait and switch with the interest rate when we qualify of the lowest possible rate available since we did not fall for it he was rude and we decided to leave due to the UNETHNICAL process which upset us. As we were leaving Justin brought GM Farouk out to speak with us he acted very unconcern about what happen did not try to resolve the issue and allow us to leave upset.Recommend everyone to call KIA Corporate office with any complaints 1-800-333-4542 for this dealer/GM Farouk does not care about anyone.. KIA need to know if their product not being represented properly.

Purchased a car from this dealership after being told that it was in perfect mechanical condition. Two days after purchasing it, the check engine light came on. Took it to two different mechanics both confirming my radiator and transmission were shot. I called the dealership and they told me they couldn't do anything. It took me coming up there and speaking to a manager to get their service department to even look at my car. They then confirmed what my mechanic said. I now cannot get in touch with the manager to get the ball rolling on my car repairs that they said they would handle. Horrible customer service and advise no one to buy cars from there - they sell lemons.

A week or so ago, an appointment was made for my l5,000 mile service on my beautiful Kia-Soul! Arrived about 30 minutes early and was greated OUTSIDE by my service representative, Sean. Quckly, he looked at my coupons(thank you VERY much!), created my service order, took the key, and all was accomplised in a matter of minutes. The waiting room TV was operative and room was clean and nice! In an hour or so, Sean brought the key to me and said "Your Kia is serviced and you are ready to do." Before leaving, I had a question for the technician and Sean promptly brought Joey to help me by answering my question, which he did! It was a very pleasant experience with the promptness, efficiency, and cleanliness of the service area. My Kia has performed well, the fishing poles fit FINE, and the mileage is great. My LARGE SUV should have been traded a LONG TIME AGO for this wonderful, fun vehicle! Thank you for the way you do business. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!! I recently bought my new KIA here. I too received the same firm handshake and praises of appreciation for my business throughout the sale. The minute I walked out the door they were no longer interested in providing customer service. I called for over a week trying to reach the General Manager to honor the upgrades that were included in the deal agreed upon when purchasing my vehicle. When I finally tracked him down, not one call back from him in the process, he told me there was nothing he could do for me and HUNG UP ON ME! Again, do NOT buy your car here, find a KIA with a GM that will honor his word! I have over $400 of upgrades that I will never get because the GM went back on his word!

I recently purchased a 2014 Kia Optima from Nalley Kia and I must say that I had the best experience ever! The level of customer service and attentiveness given to me was exceptional. The process was soo easy and fast. My past car purchasing experiences have been pretty awful and Justin Spears made me believe that there is such thing as exceptional customer service again and that buying a car does not have to be a painful long drawn out experience. I filled out an application last Wednesday and Thursday evening I had a BRAND NEW 2014 KIA OPTIMA!!! It was absolutely the BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I will recommend Nalley Kia to all of my friends and even people who are not my friend. Thank you Justin Spears and NAlly Kia for making this the best car buying experience a lady could ever have!

My exeperience with this dealership was painfree!! I didn't feel rushed and I felt like I was heard regarding what I needed and what I was looking for. I thoroughly enjoy my new 2014 Kia Optima and will be stopping by to say hello to my salesman Marcus Booker! He was wonderful and I do appreciate the follow up calls and the opportunity for me to come in and have some of the gadgets of the car further explained and demonstrated to me!

When I arrived I was treated with the smiling face of the receptionist. The showroom was clean and had a friendly, warm, &, inviting atmosphere. Mr. Kight was the best salesman. He was knowledgeable of the Kia Soul, the car of my choice. His caring and respectful personality is an asset to you company. Mr. Salaam and Mr. Spears are awesome! They worked hard to get the deal done. Not at anytime during the waiting for approval did they give up. At every turn, they would come and give me information whether is was positive or not.I would recommend Nalley Kia to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Did I mentioned that I was offered pizza, a beverage, and cookies while I waited. Again, this is a great place to purchase a new car from.

I took my Optima SX 2.0T in for scheduled maintenance and all was performed as expected in a timely fashion and with an excellent level of customer service. I was advised, while at lunch that the car needed an alignment which was found on a "courtesy check." I let Nalley Kia complete the work and it too was performed wonderfully. I did not like finding out that my Optima NAV system was a "customer pay for update" option which upon purchase was explained as general updates that were to be performed by KIA. I am still waiting for my 2 year mark accessory discount that was explained to me in the past. I would apply that to the NAV update cost. :-)

Tashika was very excited while talking about the Kia Sorento that we ultimately purchased. She made our buying experince a pleasant one!!! Initally we were going to purchase the Lincoln MKX but decided to just "LOOK" at the Kia before we made the purchase. After testing the SUV and listening to Tashika, we changed our mind and decided to go with the Kia. We gave all positive marks because Tashika made the whole buying experince a GREAT one!!!

Following 21,000 miles on my car I went in for an alignment check. The alignment was still good after 21000 and the service advisor only tried to sell me those things that were due for my car with the miles on it. No upsell and no pressure. Sherri Williams is great!

Our experience with this dealership was amazing. Not only did they stay late to test drive and let us look over the car we wanted to get, they never once made it seem like we were putting them out. Buying a car from them felt like dealing with family or a best friend. They were so amazingly and genuinely nice and friendly. There was no "Skeezy" car dealership vibe like with so many car salesmen.They honored the USAA savings certificate we had and put is in the car we wanted for the price we wanted. They worked with us to get us any other deals they could for additional warranties. Compared to my experiences with other dealerships, I am beyond impressed with every person we worked with at the dealership.
