I've owned 4 Lexus vehicles and considering replacing my wife's car since we like them, the service and their reliability. Last week I made an oppointment at Smyrna Lexus, GA to replace the dashboard as part of a recall for the leather failure in a our vehicle (after waiting about a year for the parts). I brought my car in as scheduled at 7ish am and after 3pm I'm told that the work has not commenced. The service agent could not reasonably explain this, to make matters worst he was adamant that I return the loaner vehicle that day, pick-up my vehicle and to reschedule the work at a later date. He could not provide a time in the next few days or weeks to do work. It was clear that Lexus was not exicited about doing this recall work. What a horrible experience, I don't plan to ever bring my vehicles to this service center or purchase a car from this dealer. What ever happened to "pursuit of perfection".

I have worked with two other consultants on this same issue, and neither have yet to have my car fixed so I switched to Henry and Let him know what the problem was. He made sure to inform me of the repair and assured me that he and tech specialist will help me with any question I may have. Within 2 day I received a call from mr Holman letting me know that my radio was replaced under warranty and it was ready for pickup. Awesome service Henry. Thank you

My husband for a car online we wanted to buy. He called Nalley and Muhamed told him he thought it was sold but would let him know. My husband texted Muhamed that evening and he responded that the car was still for sale. They worked out numbers and Muhamed emailed us a sales contract. Then he said that he just wanted to be positive that the car was available because it was at another dealership . He told us that he would put his hands on it first thing the next morning. My husband text back-and-forth trying to get an answer. I called him a little twelve afternoon and he informed me that it was his day off but he was driving to the dealership as we were talking. There was no mentioning of him having a day off until now. About an hour later he text my husband and said sorry the car is sold. The deal was basically done. It shouldn't be this hard to buy a car. I know things happen and come up but I truly feel that we were given the runaround and that's too bad. Beware. There are a lot of dealerships out there. Becareful who you choose to do business with.

I had the worst dealership experience of my life at Lexus Nalley Galleria in Smyrna. My salesperson was Tre Johnson, and the manager who ultimately did nothing to make a bad situation right was Craig White. In response to an internet inquiry, I was sent pricing information on two vehicles by Tre Johnson. I selected one of the two vehicles and we spent the next two days negotiating a deal over email. Once we agreed on the terms of the deal, I scheduled a time to come into the dealership and do the required paperwork. ...except that when I finally arrived at the dealership, it became clear that during the course of our negotiations, Tre had switched the vehicle to a lower trim model without telling me. His response? I forgot to tell you. The effect? I was baited and switched. This experience was made all the worse by the fact that I told Tre at the beginning of our negotiations that I was leaving on a cross-country trip that same week and would have to delay my trip in order to purchase a car from him. He assured me that he would give me a deal that I couldn't get anywhere else, and that it would be worth it to delay my trip. Needless to say, it wasn't, and the result of my experience with Lexus Nalley Galleria was countless wasted hours and hundreds of dollars of additional travel expenses that amounted to nothing.When I asked to speak to a manager, I was introduced to Craig White. After explaining the horrible experience that I had just had to him, his response was essentially, "Sorry, he made a mistake." He did nothing to make the situation right. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership, where I was treated properly. And that is exactly where I would recommend you spend your money, at another dealership. (Mr. Waibel, please save the conciliatory message with your phone number. I have no intention of calling you to subject myself to further mistreatment by your dealership. If you actually have any desire to make anything right, my contact information is easy enough for you to find.)

My husband and I purchase a 2008 LS 460 2 years 4 month. We have never had a problem with our car. On August 30,2016 We tried to starting the car up, We could not get it to start, finally it cranked up, the dash board indicated, see dealer for maintenance. We were apprehensive about the cost and repairs. My husband decided to take the car to Nally Lexus for service, Zack a service advisor explain to my husband he could not find any wrong with the car and the battery needed be charged up. The service department cleaned the battery and detailed my car and charge my husband $00.00 dollars. We appreciate the Honesty and integrity of Nally Lexus Service department. I visited this dealership with the intentions of assisting my sister in law with the purchase of her first vehicle. I initially dealt with Randy Autry who was terrific. As soon as we began to negotiate the price, he advised he needed to go speak with his manager. In walks Shawn Camay and all I can say is, "Wow". Shawn was pushy, arrogant and advised us that it was, "Getting Late" and he did not want to waste our time. The negative attitude he displayed was enough to make us leave the dealership. I complained to the general manager on the way out and he was apologetic. Buyers beware if you are dealing with your sales guy and he advises he has to go get his manager. If Shawn Camay walks in the door I would recommend either leaving or asking to deal with another manager. I can honestly say he provided the rudest customer experience that I have ever had to deal with.

The matter of LAFAYETTE B. MARTIN: On May 15th, 2016, we purchased a 2009 Lexus ES350 for my mother of 80 years old. We needed a second car because she needed to get back and forth to physician appointments. Although, the vehicle didn't have an operating air conditioning system, we were informed if we wanted to get the price we desired for the car we had to complete the paperwork that night. We trusted the management that they would repair the air-conditioning and all of the other issues that were identified on the vehicle. We waited ONE week before the car was ready for delivery. At the time of delivery, we noticed that several matters had not been remedied and was assured that they would be taken care of. In fact, the salesperson told us that they had invested $1,800 in a brand new air condition system. Although, we were a little disheartened about the other items, we took the car. In less than 48 hours we were on the telephone with the salesperson informing him that the air conditioning wasn't working. With sweltering 90 and 100 degrees weather my mother was forced to sit in a hot car and sweat during our travels. After more than a week of telephone tag, we were finally advised to bring the car in for service. This was Saturday June 21st. We arrived at 10:00am, and we waited and waited and waited for 6 hours! When the car was finally brought to us a repaired, we got in the car turned on the air conditioner and NOTHING had changed. The same hot air was blowing. We called the Sales Manager Sean to witness what we had just experienced. He called the technician. The technician pointed a gun towards the A/C and it registered 73 degrees. They took the car back once again and we waited another hour. Delivered the car once again, HOT air! We couldn't believe it. After 7 hours of waiting, this is what we get the SAME car with the SAME issues. Sean the Sales Manager was so busy that he couldn't see us or discuss this horrific situation. Now on to matter number 2: The audio system doesn't work. Music plays out of one speaker, we attempted to adjust it and to no avail, we still get one speaker sound in a 6 speaker vehicle. Moreover, when you're using the Bluetooth system, you might get the telephone of the radio coming through! Perhaps when they were repairing the air conditioning system they created an electrical issue. Number 3, the direction indicators for the AC are broken. We provided the broken ones to Sean on 6/21, he promised he would look into getting them ordered. We have called, and called and called and finally after three weeks, he stated "They sent me the wrong" parts. Really..........Now for the straw that broke the camel's back, we drove to Miami to celebrate my mother's 80th Birthday. For 10 hours we sweated to the point we had to pull over to a rest stop because my mom was feeling faint. In Miami each day we were there 6/23-6/29, we were miserable in a vehicle that has been deemed "Luxurious". I am saddened that we were taken advantaged of from the onset. The fact that they would do this to an 80-year-old woman is almost unforgiveable. And certainly our treatment should not be accepted by management. All we desire is to have a properly running vehicle. Yes, Sean, we have heard you comment on a number of occasions that this is a used vehicle. However, this is NOT an ordinary used vehicle.... its a LEXUS! While we were there we witnessed a marked difference in the manner in which "some" customers were being treated and the manner in which "WE" were! No we aren't rich, we didn't buy an $87,000 vehicle, however, that does NOT negate our worth. Because by the time I post this on Facebook, and Instagram to my more than 500 friends, money won't be so important. Just repair our car satisfactorily. If you spent $1,800 on a new air-conditioning system that doesn't work, take it back, get a new one install it and let's part ways. No-one should have to suffer the way have a Lexus!! I am filing a complaint with the BBB and our next stop is the media. We are going to put the face of our 80-year-old mother sweating in her car on every news station that we can! This is not right and you should be compelled to make it RIGHT! OR just give us our money back and we will buy a Lexus from another dealership! Thank you and I may be reached at (786) 707-1249.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership along with an extended warranty. Within a month I was having issues with the car, took it in to have it checked out had numerous issues with the car. The extended warranty refuses to do repair because they are considered pre-existing. I have contacted the dealership on several occasions to be told over and over I'll call you back, even from one of the managers. No one has returned my call. I'm now looking at several thousand dollars in repairs, but was informed on one of the many calls I made that they usually don't sell cars with this many problems so I guess that should make it okay.

My wife and I were very lucky to have had Larry as our sales person for Nalley. He answered all the questions and took as much time as we needed to explain the computer to 2 seniors who are not very computer savvy. As a matter of fact is was after 10PM when we felt comfortable with knowing the instrumentation. This was a very enjoyable experience which is not always the case when purchasing a car.I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Larry Bassett.

As there is limited space on the comment card left on my dash after my visit on March 29, 2016, I will submit my feedback of the visit here. Upon arrival the valet was speedy and courteous in greeting me for my 7 A. M. appointment. I was then instructed to go straight into my advisor, Jennifer Rhodes', office where she was busy sorting through voicemails and asked me to excuse her while she continued to do so. After a speedy and polite discussion about the nature of my visit, Jennifer saw me off to the waiting area. Upon stopping by the unmanned barrista counter for tea, two other parrons formed a line behind me waiting for the barrista to return. Minutes later when he did, he went about setting up his station without acknowledging any of us for several moments then finally looked up and offered a "what do you need" sort of stare sans a verbal greeting or acknowledgement. Once I received the hot water I requested for my tea, I found a spot in the waiting area adjacent to the workroom and watched the techician inspect & service my vehicle. He appeared to give my car a thorough inspection and performed my oil service very quickly which I found impressive. He finished up just after 7:30 A. M., merely 30 minutes after my arrival (stars across the board for speed). However it was after 8:30 A. M. before Jennifer came to tell me my car was ready--nearly an hour later. I anticipated a delay due to the car wash but certainly not an hour. And I most certainly did not anticipate the labor charge ($36) that I was charged as it was double the rate I pay at Hennessey Lexus of Atlanta ($18) on Peachtree Industrial, where I usually have my vehicle serviced. When I addressed it with Jennifer, she suggested that Hennessey may use a different oil blend but upon inspection of invoices from both dealers, the only difference is the labor rate which is a bit disgusting. After settling my bill and retuning to my vehicle, I noticed that my reminder oil service sticker had not been replaced. I went back inside to ask Jennifer about it and she printed one out that said I should return at 178,780 miles but my vehicle only has 123,788 miles. So the reminder would have me return after 55,008 miles when the engine will surely have failed. All in all, I was displeased with this visit and would not recommend this service department.

I could write a novel on the screw ups by the finance department during the transaction. I had to take it all the way to Bill Waibel. Bill did resolve the issue (kind of) but with no apologies and had a I cant believe I'm being bothered attitude. Fast forward 5 months and my lien holder still doesn't have the title. I contacted the dealership who said they would get it resolved. Weeks went by and no updates. Earlier this week I contacted Bill again. Several days have passed and I have not heard one word from Bill. If this is his way of leading by example I cant fault anyone else who contributed to this mess

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Nalley Lexus, but on different ends of the price spectrum: A new RX350 and a 12 year-old ES300. I found Nalley to have the best prices and selection. I told them what I would pay for the RX and they found it. Two months later, I came back to buy a used car for my college student son. No pressure and the deal was easy and just what I wanted to pay. Both cars have run well and I'm very pleased with the price to value. Van is my sales associate of choice. He's knowledgeable, genuine and easy to deal with. By the way, the 2 cars were the 3rd and fourth Lexus I've purchased. The first 2 were from a good dealer 12 miles from my home. Now, I drive 40 miles to get to Nalley Galleria. It was worth it.

I was not happy with the salesperson at my old dealership. He did not listen to my needs. He lost a big sale that day. Steve made my purchase so simple and easy. He treated me with sure kindness and respect. When I found him I called him and told him exactly what I wanted. He had my car within 2 hours. Unbelievable!! Steve is the BEST! I recently got my car serviced from this dealership. The overall service experience was fine except for a few minor details. They failed to vacuum the inside of the car. Also, the customer service rep told me that they had topped off the gas in my car but when I checked as I left the dealership, the gas level was the same as when I had taken it in. It was not a big deal but they need to do what they say they will.

Let me start by saying I have purchased 3 cars from Nalley Lexus Smyrna because they normally do the best at meeting my car needs within my budget. Anytime I have had a problem with anything (i.e. service, purchasing process ect) the GM Bill Waibel has personally stepped in and rectified the issue. I just picked up my car from service yesterday having done a 30K service, purchasing 4 tires, an alignment and an in cabin air filter. Of course the bill for these services was hefty but was overall the best deal in town. Plus my services took 2 days to complete so Jennifer, my service advisor, quickly put me in a loaner. She emailed, called and texted me throughout my service process, which helped me feel connected the entire time. There is no perfect car dealership but Nalley Lexus Smyrna does a pretty good job of providing good customer service.

First time I used the on-line service scheduling. It worked.Work requested to adjust interior lights under dash when door is opened was not accomplished. Technician increased instrument panel, which was already satisfactory.Would appreciate dealership not turn my first and last name around when sending emails and calling me. I was very pleased with the overall service that I received. The only thing that concerned me was the car wash. My car was not cleaned to satisfactory. The back of the car including the bumper was not cleaned at all. There was chalk left on the back of the car. The tires wasn't clean to satisfactory either. I also noticed that the inside of the car wasn't vacuum. I'm not sure if that was part of the service but it was left undone.

Wasn't expecting to see a dealer with this reputation stoop to such sleezy practices. After initial talks and driving the car, we decided to call back later in the day to make an offer. Salesperson checked with manager and called me back to say we had a deal. I was actually surprised, expected a counter offer. I restated my offer to make sure we were good and that they still agreed. They once again confirmed and said to come in and sign papers. I made it clear that I didn't want to haggle once I got there. If they can't do the deal then I respect that, but don't drag me in and then want to change. Well...that's exactly what they did. "Oh no! So sorry. We can't sell it to you for that. We messed up.!" Nalley Lexus IS why used car dealers have bad reputations.

A terrible, terrible (did I say "terrible?") experience! Five years ago, I bought my new ES 350 with a PLATINUM Extended Warranty (7 years). When I went for my service last week, not only did they refuse to honor it, they said that they had *no* record of it. I asked both the agent and his manager to check on that first, before we dealt with the other issues of honoring it. They did not. After arguing the point with them, I finally gave up and left. On the way back home, I called their sales department and spoke with the gentleman who had sold me the car. In less than five minutes he was able to confirm that I did indeed have the PLATINUM Extended Warranty and that it was still valid. I called the Service department immediately and left a message with the agent who first told me that there was no record of my extended warranty. He is yet to have the basic courtesy even to return my call. Given that the Service Department is right next to the Sales Department in the same facility, I have to wonder at the incredible level of incompetence that exists in the Service department. Perhaps even worse, I have to wonder at the incredible disregard for customers that exists there. Given that my car is more than four years old, there is the potential for me to make a $40-50K purchase soon. So, they blew that because of their incompetence, a $300 decision, and a couldn't-care-less attitude. I haven't even gone into the technical details of their objection. The above will suffice to justify my rating.Update: After the bad review I wrote (see below), a manager contacted me. When I spoke with him, it turned out to be a misunderstanding. He was actually from another dealership, nothing to do with Nalley or Lexus.. But, he was so helpful that he offered to call someone he knew at Nalley Lexus, and very graciously did so. After a few days, a manager from Nalley called me, noted some information, and said he would call me back soon. That was almost a month ago, and he has not bothered to call. So, Nalley has compounded an epic fail in their physical location with an epic fail in service over the telephone!

I took my ES 350 to Nalley Lexus Galleria after receiving an outrageous quote from another Lexus service department. I was greeted by a friendly young man in the service area first and then introduced to Sheila, whom I had spoken to on the phone to schedule my appointment. She was so nice and professional and promised me I would be out of there in an hour and a half when I told her I had a funeral to attend at noon. Not only was I out and on my way as promised but I also saved over $200 from what I had been quoted for a regular 15K service at the other service department. It was a pleasure to do business with Sheila. I knew I was being treated fairly and as another reviewer stated, "they are trustworthy and professional."Thanks Sheila!

I purchased a new 2016 Lexus GX 460 with the Internet Sales Manager. The negotiation and sales process was handled remotely and was great. There was never pressure and I felt like I was treated fairly and received a fair price. All emails and phone calls were returned quickly. I was greeted nicely at Nalley when I arrived for delivery. All of the details and options had been added exactly as we negotiated. The delivery process was rushed but it was handled to my satisfaction.

After an exhausting 2 1/2 months of searching all around the southeast for the vehicle I was looking for, I found a BMW X5 at Nalley Lexus. Who would have thought that? My first point of contact over the phone was Larry Bassett. He and I immediately hit it off. I had already done a tremendous amount of research so I knew what I wanted and the price I was looking for. Initially, it was out of my comfortable range but long story short, they met my price and all that was needed were the formalities on site. When I went in, I was very pleased with the facilities but even more so, my BMW. I had already secured financing beforehand, so I thought that would have alleviated some waiting time. Not so. I actually waited approximately 1 hour longer than anticipated. They even tried to finance me with Lexus Credit by giving me the same rate as my institution. I told them beforehand that I would consider it had they come down on price, but that didn't happen. Needless to say, I caught it by reading over the documentation and told them that I was sticking with my own financing. Once that was corrected, I was in & out of finance within 10 minutes. As far as Larry Bassett is concerned, he was professional and easy to work with. In conclusion, If I were ever to get a Lexus, I'd give Nalley Lexus a go at it. Very nice facilities and Larry is a good man!!.

Purchased a Lexus Certified 2013 LS460L. Vehicle appears to be in great shape. Salesman did a very good job of assisting me in every way. He either was able to answer all my questions or get the answers to all my question. I never felt like he was evading the questions. Very polite and helpful.All went very well except it still takes way too long to buy a car and do all the paper work even when you pay cash.

This service was for normal 25k maintenance. Every 5,000 I take my car in for service and after EVERY appointment I get a call from them. I have asked to have my name removed from the calling list, but they can't seem to get that done. I don't have a problem with the service or the facility. If I did, they would hear from me. I just get too many phone calls.

I cant express my satisfaction working with Chad Douglas. I had been searching for a Lexus for several months; researching different models, comparing the changings in the year of the vehicle, and most importantly looking for the best deal! I had my doubts about talking to a Sales Associate about what car to buy, as I didnt want to be pushed toward a certain vehicle or convinced of their opinion. Chad not only remained very patient throughout our purchase but he had all the answers to questions we had about the different models. Chad never gave me the impression he was trying to sell me anything, he always seemed concern if I was happy with the choices in the year, make and model we were looking at. Chad was quick to response to phone calls or answer any time I had called. Lastly, Chad never quoted an unfair price. I was stubborn and followed his offers by calling other dealerships but Chad and the team at Nalley Lexus Galleria in Smyrna gave us a great price other dealers hardly wanted to match.

I had been looking online for a 2010-2013 Acura TL that was black with the technology package for over a year. I was very hesitant on visiting a dealership as I simply didn't want to deal with the back and forth with a salesmen. Further, I am a single women and there are so many horror stories that women encounter when they proceed to purchase a new vehicle. Lastly, this was my 1st time purchasing a vehicle alone so the thought of buying a vehicle was much more intimidating. Yet, I knew it was time to move forward with car shopping in July 2015 as my current vehicle is older and I needed something more dependable. After dealing with Mr. Doby, I can honestly say that purchasing my Acura was a breeze. He was honest, professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. Most importantly he was not pushy or overbearing which I really appreciated. Even after the vehicle was purchased, he was very responsive on getting a minor issue resolved. I stopped by for an oil change recently and just to say hello. Once again, Mr. Doby made sure I was happy with my routine oil change. Mr. Doby and the staff at Nalley Lexus Galleria by far have exceeded my expectations. The level of customer service and professionalism with anyone that I have encountered at Nalley Lexus Galleria has been outstanding. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to stop by to see Mr. Doby.

My first time purchasing a Lexus or visiting Nalley Lexus. Purchased a 2015 Lexus RC 350 and thought the entire process was conduct with the utmost of professionalism and fairness. My sales and leasing consultant Chad Douglas and the finance manager Larry Guarcello were both a pleasure. In my quest to purchase a car I visited with many dealerships and met many sales representatives and managers. Even people I weren't working with on my deal stopped and took the time to say hi, chat or see if there was anything they could do for me. I didn't meet anyone from management during my visit, but it appears they run a first class operation.

I had a issue with service to my tires where I had to come back twice to Nalley Lexus and also sent to other shop. While at the other shop they discovered two another issue with my car. I went back to Nalley and spoke with Chris Cobb. He listened to my concerns, took the time to go over my repair history, had my car reinspected and not only fixed the issues but at no cost to me. I have a 2007 Lexus that has over 120,000 miles so I've visited my Lexus dealerships before for a service. This was one of my best experiences with a service rep to date. Jennifer was lovely to work with (always had a smile on her face) and worked so well her other clients as well. Honestly the whole atmosphere of the dealership was great. Even the guy working the coffee station was great! I'm currently living in the area, but (as you can probably tell by my mileage) I travel quite a bit. Was referred by Lexus customer service due to my brakes not working, which Lexus said could be associated to an old service campaign from 2011. When I arrived and informed my service advisor, Dallas, that I was referred by Lexus and will have a case manager assigned, he went to get the service department foreman. So I'm thinking "wow, how helpful"..that was until the service foreman, Steve Jarrell, approached me and said there was no way that Lexus would cover my service because my brake pads could have been from a non-Lexus manufacturer. Keep in mind that at this point my car hadn't even been looked at. I told them how I was using my emergency brake and downshifting to stop, I'd driven from North Decatur to Smyrna, thinking I would get superb service. Well, not so much. After looking at my car, Steve returned with an invoice, we reviewed the service needed line-by-line and the cost of repair, $2300, for my brake system. He then said I could pay for it or leave with my car as is. I implored that I didn't feel that it was safe to drive and also informed him of the conversation I had with Lexus advising that I use a loaner and leave my car until a Lexus case manager had reviewed, which I was advised would take 2 business days. I even went so far as to pass him my phone to speak with the Lexus Customer Service rep who was helping me. He quickly said there were no loaners available, even though both myself and Lexus confirmed availability when I scheduled the appointment. Steve then picked up his cell phone and told a repair tech to put the wheels back on my car and pull it around. 5 or 10 minutes later my car was back in the front, which had been washed, but still in th same mechanical condition. My service advisor, Dallas, returned and said he just needed to print out the list of repairs needed, and I could be on my way. So he hands me the invoice, I sign and go, while thinking about calling Lexus of South Atlanta in search of a loaner vehicle. At this point, I'm driving my luxury Lexus IS250 like I'm a modern-day Fred Flinstone, talking on the phone while downshifting and emergency braking to make sure I don't hit anything/anyone in front of me. I'm thinking 'this can't be right' *scratches head* finally I pull over and take another look at my invoice for repairs.....And see a new line of text that was not on the original invoice, that I reviewed with Steve Jarrell, which says "DO NOT DRIVE CAR!" Are you kidding me?So these people literally allowed me to leave in a car with no brakes...NONE..they patted me on the back and held the door open, even washed my car and pulled it around, while I'm basically looking like someone stole my lunch money, all so they could try to cover their bullying behinds and not be held liable if I killed myself or someone else. Classy.After driving another 10 miles, I made it to the other dealer, Lexus of S.Atlanta, where I waited about 5 mins for them to pull up a loaner, and send me on my way. SAFELY. As for Nalley Lexus Galleria, I will NEVER go back there...and I will absolutely NOT be referring anyone that I care about to them. I left a message with the service manager, Chris, but for some reason, I'm less than confident that I'll be hearing from him. End of story.

I purchased my new NX 300h on Tuesday. On Wednesday, I drove my new car home to visit family in the Atlanta area. Unfortunately, another motorist had blown a tire on I-285, and my brand new car also fell victim to their blown tire. After arriving at my destination and checking for damage, I realized my fog light was torn up. I called the dealership to see if they could fit me in on Thursday (prior to a holiday weekend) for repairs, and they offered me a 7:30 appointment. After reviewing the damage, my service advisor, Brian, gave me the great news that my car did not require body repair but only a new fog light. I was so relieved! One part had to be shipped from Florida, so my car wouldn't be ready until Friday. Even though I did not purchase my car through Nalley, they were incredibly accommodating and offered me a loaner to allow me to enjoy my visit with family. I picked my car up on Friday, and it was perfectly good as new! Everyone I dealt with during my unexpected ordeal was attentive and devoted to my needs even though they were simultaneously servicing dozens of clients.

I have purchased and leased from this dealership. In addition I have had many routine service visits, required repairs, some of which have been covered under warranty. Their have never been any disputes regarding covered repairs. In addition, I have access to snacks, beverages, and internet service. I'm regularly updated on repairs and if extended repairs are needed a courtesy vehicle is provided whenever needed. I highly recommend Randy Autrey if you're interested in the lease or purchase of a vehicle. He lets the vehicle sell itself. There are never any high pressure tactics. Nalley = Family. Would not go anywhere else.

Demond Morris was very thorough in demonstrating and educating us on the Lexus 350. He was very knowledgable and courteous. We went in only to test drive as we were trying to decide on the Buick Encore, GMC Terrain, Lincoln MKC and the Lexus. I was clearly a General Motors person and not a fan of foreign cars. However, after test driving and experiencing the luxury and ride of a Lexus, I had to rethink foreign. . It was the lease option that then finalized the deal as we walked out the door leaving my 2002 Envoy with 184,400 miles.

I purchased a used (non-Lexus) SUV that the dealership had in its inventory. After some of the typical back and forth on price (wanted to negotiate up front to avoid wasting anyone's time if we were too far apart) via e-mail, I headed over to the dealership. The SUV was parked out front in the shade and the salesperson gave me the keys to do my own initial inspection. Afterwards, I took a test drive of the vehicle with the salesperson. Had a good test drive and there was no 'high pressure' sales pitch. The test drive went fine and while I was interested in purchasing the vehicle I wanted to have a pre-purchase inspection done. SInce both the salesperson and the sales manager had stated that there were no issues with the vehicle - they were very open to allowing me to have the inspection done before finalizing the sale. The independent inspection confirmed what they said. Additionally, I had a vehicle that was over 10 years old but in good shape that I was considering either trading or selling myself. I almost did not have them look at it/value it but figured why not. I shared with them what my other best offer to date had been. I was pleasantly surprised when they came back with a trade-value a little above my best offer. Overall, the whole experience was much better than I had expected and better than at other dealerships. Kudos to them.

We recently bought a pre-owned car from this dealership and we exclusively worked with Pedro. When my wife first went in, they did not have the car she was looking for but when she left Pedro assured her that he would find the car for her. Pedro definitely delivered! A couple weeks later he found a car at another dealership and personally went there to pick it up. When we had concerns on the cleanliness he assured us the detailing team would make it look brand new. Since we needed a couple things done to the car he told us to leave it with them and when he got off the shift he would personally drop it at our house. Pedro made the car buying process an enjoyable one for us and he delivered on everything he promised. When we woke up he next morning, the car was as clean as a whistle and parked right in our driveway. I should have also read the reviews before stepping into the dealership.bought a new nx200 t on the 6th of june and what was quoted on the phone was not presented on the sheet,I should have looked at the document thoroughly before signing the purchase document( Note:I compromised on the colour and the trade-in value of my car as i was told that i will get a good discount if i buy the car currently in their lot).I am also having issues with the built quality of the NX200t,personally felt my 2014 accord was way more good than this.The flap to take out the mirror came out within 3 hours of buying the car(was replaced with a new one by the sales person),there are scratches on the windshield and when i showed this to the sales rep i was asked if I or someone else scratched it up..dude why would some one shell around 40k and scratch the windshield of their car,this is my 3rd car n it never happened with the other cars i owned before.I was told the windshield will be replaced and i will be taken care of but i need to come next week(wow) also every time i went to the dealership i ended up waiting more than 2 hours(thanks for the Luxury VIP experience)if waiting for 2 hours is called VIP experience.Also the finance folks think as they are doing a favour by selling me the car.Two of my friends were also willing to buy lexus nx200...I am not recommending this dealer to them for sure

This review is my true experience dealing with sales person named Karl Magnusson. I went in looking for a pre-owned Lexus GS350. Karl was the person that was assigned to me. From the first 30 minutes, I could tell he didn't really care about what I thought, just simply put on a fake smile and try to push a car my way, which I was perfectly fine with, as that's in line with many sales people so I understand. When it got to talking the numbers, he was eagerly trying to shake my hand and get me to sign the paper, almost with a forcing attitude, but again with a fake smile on his face. I could tell he was getting very impatient. Again, I understand and was perfectly ok with it. What I'm writing about is what happened afterwards. I looked at the numbers and said I didn't agree with the sales price of the car, and let's talk some more. This is when Karl just exploded, grabbed the papers, threw it everywhere, marched right out of his office, and threw me my own car keys (I drove a car I wanted to trade in - a Porsche 911). This experience is a first for me. I've seen pretty horrible attitudes from BMW sales reps before, but non were near the degree of this one. I'm surprised to see this person getting great reviews, so I do really question the credibility of them. I do not want to talk the whole dealership down because of one person, but this Karl is one of a kind. I do wonder if I should talk to management of Nalley. I love Lexus cars and brand in general, so it is very disappointing to experience something like this, and makes one really hard to go back to that particular dealership.

My husband and I arrived on your lot and we immediately were greeted by Mr. Muhamed Njie. Mr. Njie was very courteous and professional. We told him what I needs were and he immediately went to work in an attempt to get our business. After all was said and done, Mr. Njie obtained our business! We are pleased with our purchase and were fortunate to have chosen Nalley Lexus. Though our visit was great we do have two concerns. # 1- We were told because we purchased a Nalley Lexus were going to be given a 2 complimentary vehicle services at no charge. We do not have any paperwork or documents which could confirmed this promise. # 2- As we were finishing the loan paperwork to make the purchase of our vehicle, we were told our vehicle was going through a rigorous detailing. Upon first seeing our vehicle it appeared the detailing technician did a great job. Upon getting the vehicle home we noticed several unclean areas including a significant amount of hair on the roof located in the vehicle's rear interior passenger compartment.

On May 5th 2015 I took our Lexus RX 355 to your dealership for service. I drove in with my appointment letter and was introduced to Shiela Foley, one of your Service Consultants. She and I talked, she thanked me for purchasing the vehicle from Nalley Lexus and for having it serviced there. During this conversation I asked how long it would take to rotate the tries and change the oil because I had an appointment with my Cardiologist. She advised me that it would take approximately one and one half hours. Shiela took my keys and I got a cup of coffee and sat down in the waiting room. One hour later, she came in and advised me that the work on my vehicle was complete and that I was ready to go. We handled the paper work and she walked me to my vehicle, gave me one of her business cards and advised me to call her if I had any questions concerning the Lexus. She then thanked me again for using the Nalley Service Department. I was so impressed with the way Shiela handled my visit and for the courtesy she showed me. She has some great customer service skills, she is very efficient and knowledgeable concerning how to handle customers and how to get their problems solved.Thanks to her, I will be using your Service Department for all service and repairs that I will need in the future. Employees like Shiela are the reason Nalley Lexus has so many return customers, both for service and sales.I really enjoyed my trip to Nalley Lexus, thanks to her.Elmer Prather

I have been a Lexus owner for over 10 years and have bought all my RX's from Nalley. Dwaine Lee has been my service specialist the entire time I have owned my cars and I consider him family. He has taken care of me at every turn and I trust him, and his team, completely. That isn't uncommon at Nalley; I have never met anyone at this dealership that was not courteous, helpful, friendly and professional. When shopping for a new Lexus I was fortunate enough to be connected to Mr. Michael Felices. His professionalism, respect, and customer service skills blew me away. Mr. Felices made me feel like his top customer. He responded very quickly to e-mails and calls as well as followed up with me often (but not too often). My previous car was a BMW, in fact my last two cars were. I was 'over' the dramas associated with owning a BMW and decided it was time for a change...and I was considering purchasing a hybrid. Although I am a 'car nut', trading in my car every 2-3 years, I never really gave Lexus much thought but there was a particular hybrid I was considering...the CT200h. I went online, did some research and contacted Nalley Lexus, the closest Lexus dealer to my home. I spoke with Internet Sales and then met with Heather Garner, the Internet Sales Manager. From the moment I entered the dealership there was an air of professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction that exceeded prior experiences when shopping for a car. Heather was personable, professional and knowledgeable about her product and everyone else I met was likewise...and I loved the car! I just purchased my new Lexus and I'm looking forward to driving my new car AND having Nalley Lexus Galleria as my dealership. If the service experience will be as good as the purchase experience was I will be back once the lease is up to be put right back into a Lexus...in part because i like the car but more so because I like the dealership!

It's interesting, Yelp paints a much different picture of this dealership. There are many low ratings. What is most interesting is that even though the general manager comments on each review, nothing seems to get better. The low reviews far outweigh the good. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews before I went to Nalley Lexus of Smyrna to buy a pre-owned Lexus. I spent 2 1/2 hours doing a test drive and giving them my financial information. The next day I received a phone call that the payment that I wanted, needed was going to work out. I was ecstatic. I imagined myself driving that car all day. After work, a long, tiring, day I then spent another 3 hours waiting, waiting, waiting only to find out that the payment was going to be $150 more than they had told me it would be. A $50 difference I could understand. Do they not know what they are doing. They finance cars all the time. Surely they had some idea that this was just not going to work. I mean, really. It was embarrassing. And then when I questioned them about it they acted like they really didn't care. I was furious. It was late, I was tired, and I did not realize the "promises" that they had made. Don't do it. Go somewhere else. In fact, go to Yelp. Read the reviews. You will get a much clearer view of how things really are.

We made a last minute decision on Valentine's Day to drive to Nalley Lexus to meet face to face with Michael and work out a deal for the new vehicle. We left Atlanta that day very satisfied and pleased with the level of service provided. We drove home in our new 2015 Lexus ES 350. We wanted a Lexus. We did our research. We had our dealerships in the region identified. We went to several to look and typically received the "take it or leave it" approach AND here's the low-low offer we will give you for your trade-in, which isn't good when you drive 175 miles to look at cars. Not here. Every aspect of the purchase was excellent. I came in and test drove the Lexus RX 350 and actually really like the vehicle a week ago. It took a while for us to get a rep. We had to go inside and look lost before someone attempted to help us. The lady apologized and said she would send someone out to us. While waiting for a rep we met Muhamed who was very friendly and energetic. Too bad he wasn't my sales rep because he seemed to be on top of things and very pleasurable and excited but he already had a customer. The sales rep that we finally got did not seem as if she was really interested in making a deal on it. She gave a quote and we asked her twice if they could go any lower and she kept saying no they couldn't. She never once went to go and check and never brought her manager in to negotiate the price. She went to make a copy then brought her manager in to meet us as we were leaving. Her manager gave us his card and said to call him if we needed to because sometimes the sales rep gets busy. I actually called Eric the "sales manager" on Friday 10:40am and was told by the secretary that he does not come in until 11am and she would transfer me to his voice mail. I said that would be fine and I left him a message asking him to contact me via email or call me. I left all my contact information & stated that I was currently out sick and was heading to the doctors office so I could be reached later on in the day or via email if I missed his call. I advised him that the sales rep Chante had emailed me that she worked on the numbers and that she would go over them with me and to either call her or reply to her email. I chose to reply to her email since I was sick and till this day I have still not received a follow-up email, acknowledgement email, or a return call from her or her manager and it has now been 4 days. I did finally receive a computerized text message asking me to call Chante, even though I left a voice mail to receive a return call from the manager. Not only was I sick and attempting to still handle business I was also inconvenienced. This is a true case of how poor customer service skills will make a customer no longer want to purchase something from a company. Some people do not believe in working for their commission check and I'm not going to do someone's job for them when I'm offering up my hard earned money to them. I even had to look up the carfax on the vehicle myself that I was told would be reviewed with me that same day to see if it was still under warranty. I only went to that dealership because my mom bought her Lexus there and said she had a good experience. I guess the sales rep/manager did not actually want to sale the vehicle after all. I am very big on customer service and am disappointed in the lack of follow up I have received from this company. I will continue to look else where to purchase my vehicle at a place who actually cares about potential customers.Then to top it off she emails me the same day I did this review and states that she has messages from me making appointments to come in to the dealership and speak with her as well as we spoke a few times. I would love to see the messages with that information attached to it because I have never made such appointments nor have I ever had a phone conversation with her. Then she closed with "Thanks alot for the bad review on dealer rater, when I did what I could to earn your business. If you have a change of heart please let me know. We still have that Lexus RX 350 that you are interested in....". This dealership is so unprofessional but at least she did apologize for her manager not calling back and may I add he still hasn't followed up. Call me old fashion but earning someone's business is responding to their emails and returning calls and providing excellent customer service.

Recently had IS350C in for service. In several areas the service was excellent and almost above and beyond. One area where the top was loosing paint because of a rubbing in the trunk, I left a little disappointed. I think my expectations are too high when it comes to the care and maintenance of my 3 Lexus cars. Overall a good visit.

I would like to say thanks to an exceptional Nalley employee who made a real difference to me and my family recently. After my daughter's 1999 Lexus 300RX failed to start, we had the car towed to your dealership on Sunday, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call before 7:00 am on Monday to start the repair process. He directed me to Sheila Foley who worked quickly with the service team to diagnose the issue and suggest repairs. Sheila is pleasant, responsive, attentive, knowledgable and was genuinely concerned about helping us. Unfortunately, it did not make sense for me to make the repairs at the time, and after determining the car was drivable I arranged to have my daughter return to pick up the car. After agreeing to meet my daughter when she arrived to pick up the car, Sheila even called me personally that evening before she left work to make sure Teresa had made it safely back to home (over two hours away!) That phone call touched me deeply, and speaks volumes of her true character. It was important to me that customers know this took place, and most of all I wanted to say thanks to Sheila. THANK YOU!!

Antonio was helpful and patient while we looked for our new car. We don't enjoy the car buying experience. It always ends up be a long, painful process and while we end up with the car we wanted, we're exhausted from the process. While our process was long (it was our fault for buying a car on a Saturday) it wasn't as painful as it usually is. Antonio was very knowledgeable and courteous, as was the sales manager Eric. Both answered all our questions and we feel we got a great deal. Nalley is a first class organization that really goes the extra mile when it comes to treating their customers right. We've owned Mercedes, Land Rovers, Audi's, Volvo's and none of them had the customer service of Nalley. I would recommend Antonio and Nalley to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

We went to Nalley Lexus Galleria to buy a pre-owned Lexus after our Lexus had been totaled in a wreck caused by a careless driver. My salesman, Randy Autrey was excellent. He showed us what was available in pre-owned certified but none of them were exactly what we wanted. We then started looking at new 2015 Lexus but we wanted a silver exterior with gray interior and found that combo was hard to find! Randy went out of his way to find the perfect car for us by doing a dealer trade with another dealership. We got the exact car we wanted with even more features than was expected. We feel we got a great deal and love our car, we couldn't be happier! We love Lexus as a brand, and plan on many more years dealing with Lexus Galletia. Randy was great in every way!

I bought my IS250 in December 2014, but wanted to hold off on the review until I experienced both the Sales and Service Department at Nalley Lexus Smyrna.. and I can honestly say Im definitely a 100% a Satisfied Customer. The Purchase: When I arrived at the Dealership, I was almost put off by not being immediately swarmed by a Car salesmen as I stepped out of my car, (Its shame how weve come to expect that behavior) but it was nice to browse the lot a bit on my own. When I walked inside I was immediately welcomed by the Receptionist and a Salesman was promptly paged. After a few minutes, I was greeted by Muhamed Nijie. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I truly appreciated his No pressure style. He along with Larry Guarcello (Business Mgr.) negotiated financing which was even better than the Pre-approved Financing I walked in the door with. As a single Lady, car buying can be a bit intimidating, but the Sales Team made me feel less like being in a Lions Den and more like working with a trusted family friend. Also I have to add, the excellent customer service has not ended since I drove off the lot. Mohamed has been awesome at following up a few times to ensure Ive been enjoying my new ride (2012 IS250) and making sure my tag transfer went smoothly. The Service Dept: About 3wks of blissful IS250 ownership my Tire Pressure sensor light came on and I realized I mustve missed that step of Kicking the Tires when I bought the car. So I booked an appt. online at Nalley Lexus Smyrna Service with Chris Wells. (Side note: Before booking the appt with Chris, I read several favorable reviews on Google.com specifically referencing his wonderful service.) After price shopping the major tire retailers the day before my appt I found the Dealerships prices were on average about $65.00 higher.. But because I read such great things, I decided to give it a go and glad I did! Once I pulled in, I was immediately greeted and escorted inside to have a Latte at the Cafe while I waited. Turns out the cause for the Tire Sensor was a nail jammed into the back Driver side tire, which would need to be replaced. Chris reviewed the same options I researched previously, but to my surprise without having to haggle, or arm-wrestle to get a deal, the price was the exact same as I found on the lowest Competitors site. So just as I was about to skip out, thinking I only needed one tire.. upon further inspection I actually need the front 2 tires replaced too. Ugh! Just when I was gearing up for the tears, I explained to Chris that I just bought the car and havent even made my 1st payment yet.. He said, Hold tight.. let me see what we can do. Well lets just say the Reviewers of Chris Wells certainly did not lie. He along with his Service Mgr. Chad Duncan worked with the Sales Dept and I rolled out with 2 brand new front tires at no cost!! Love, Love, Love these guys and Im looking forward working with Nalley Lexus Smyrna for ALL my maintenance needs to ensure I can keep Taking corners at 60mph!!

I really do love my new Lexus ES 350. The more I drive it, the more I love driving it. By day three, I was really appreciating the Lexus driving experience.Heather was outstanding to work with. She is very personable and demonstrated the ability to adjust herself to me in order to meet my needs. She is a great listener, and she provided me with quite a bit of information so I could resolve any concerns I had. I have not purchased a vehicle since 2000, so I definitely was not aware of all of the new technology in vehicles today. She programmed my vehicle features, and she took the time to review my vehicle with me.Heather did not pressure me. She responded to all of my questions in a timely fashion. She referred me to different vehicle rating resources such as JD Power. She wanted me to be comfortable knowing that I would be selecting a high quality, highly rated vehicle.Robert is also very personable, open, and considerate. Lauren "gets it"! We traveled 2.5 hours to purchase a 2015 ES 350 after a less than satisfactory experience with a local dealer. I decided to visit Nalley after speaking with Alex Tsankov in Internet Sales. He asked how Nalley could earn our business and I explained that I wanted a straightforward transaction and a reasonable price. He inquired about the features we wanted and then said that our car was on the lot and he was sure we could agree on terms. We were greeted warmly by the sales team and impressed by the vehicle selection. Alex took us directly to the car we wanted, allowed me to test drive the vehicle, gave us a tour of the dealership and its amenities then presented us with a reasonable offer. He remained polite and professional throughout the process as he explained the charges and answered any questions we had. We agreed on the price and met with the credit manager who offered us opportunities to further protect our investment which I declined and he was gracious and accepted the decision without any pressure. I had never enjoyed a car buying experience until I visited Nalley Lexus Galleria.

We just bought our sixth Lexus from Nalley Lexus. In all of our purchases, we have experienced nothing but the best. Salesman were all very professional and there was never any pressure in any of our transactions. Demond explained everything about the car and cheerfully answered any questions that we had for him. There are so many options on this GX460 that we plan on attending a class or two that are offered at Nalley. The service department is also great. Cars are always ready when promised. Love that they wash the car every time we're in for service. If you're waiting on the car, the lounge is so relaxing. If the service takes over a certain amount of time, the loaner car is a bonus. Since we have had five Lexus' before, we drove several other luxury cars and thought we wanted to switch but the others just couldn't compare. Thank you Nalley for a painless experience!

I have been around a few Dealerships as we have always had Lexus. Although great cars, our previous dealership was not good on service side. We moved to Nalley Lexus Galleria and although I travel an hour and pass 2 dealerships to get here, the service is outstanding! We have always dealt with Tim Maginly who has gone out of his way to help us, but he is now promoted (well deserved!) and now my advisor is Cassidy, who is very good as well. I do feel that Nalley Lexus Galleria has a very positive aura and I do give a lot of credit to the service manager who has kept this wonderful culture in his dealership. I purchased a certified pre owned 2009 Lexus gx470 4 months ago. since then i have been running around to the dealership to get the issue resolved. The car is great like all other Lexus i have owned but the service and experience i have been getting from the dealership is not at all good. They made a second spare key to this car which keeps on going out all the time, there is oil leaking out of my seats and they are not willing to fix it. for last two times they are giving me filthy dirty loaner cars and not fixing the problem. I have tried multiple times to get hold of the management but haven't been successful at all.

I had an excellent experience recently purchasing a pre-owed Lexus from Nalley Lexus in Smyrna. I had first visited a different large Lexus dealership in town where the salesperson I ended up with was lackluster at best, despite multiple visits and a clear desire to buy. After weeks of no action and no offer of assistance by that particular dealership, I looked at pre-owned car listings online. However, online listings don't do a very comprehensive job of describing car options so it's hard to know if the car is a match for what you want. So, I called Nalley and, instead of just waiting to be assigned to whomever was available, I asked to be put in touch with a salesperson able to provide detailed information about options available on different model years and resulting impact on pricing. I was referred to Justin Smith and we had a quick, to-the-point conversation about the options I did/did not want. He was very informed and exactly what I was looking for in a salesperson. I had done a lot of research on my own but he made suggestions that really added value to my car search criteria. Within minutes he sent me information on 2 cars that met my search criteria. I visited the dealership that weekend, was V E R Y happy with the price, low miles and overall condition of the car I was most interest in. I had the car independently inspected and purchased it 4 days after first speaking with Justin. The negotiation was completely streamlined with none of the haggling common to that process. I was completely pleased to have such a quick and positive conclusion to what had otherwise been a several month-long, frustrating car search.High marks to both Justin and NLS!

Monica took me out in the IS 350, ES 350 and the RX 350 all of them have the Lexus reputation for bullet proof reliability and the feeling that you are diving something you will want to drive, own, and be seen in.Monica understood that I didn't know what Lexus I wanted and she had the patience to take me out in all three vehicles and was very knowledgeable of their features and characteristics. It's like I'm at my buddies house hanging out, as though I'm welcome to come back and watch some TV on that 12 foot screen they have in the break or watch them work on my car through the WALL OF GLASS of the garage. Consumer Reports listed my vehicle as the best you can purchase. I had the Carmax offer from my trade in and they met it. Truecar verified I received the best price for my purchase.Monica is the real deal as a personable sales consultant and I look forward to my next car purchase with her. Just wanted to write about the exceptional service I experienced at the Nally Lexus Galeria. I dealt with Roy Samuels, who really went beyond the call of duty to work with severe logistical constraints I had while purchasing my car. I have never met a car sales agent that dedicated and service oriented. When I bought my new auto at Nalley Lexus several years ago, I got great customer service. That same great customer service has continued through the service appointments. My last appointment was for the 95,000 miles service and to have the car detailed. I had no wait; Dewayne had a loaner lined up for me as promised. I'm heavy on the brakes, so it was no surprise when he called to say they needed some work.. I had told him my AFS light was flashing; they found a disconnect and remedied that with no additional charge. When I picked up my car, I was pleased with the service and the detail. This is a great place to do business.

I purchased a gently used 2013 Lexus ES350 from Nalley. I cannot rate Customer Service or Quality of Work as of yet because I have not used them. The sales process, however, was very straight-forward. I like many dread car buying but I had done extensive research and Nalley did have the car I was looking for. I contacted the dealership and Megan Russell immediately called me to arrange an appointment.Took the test drive and purchased the car at what I thought was a fair price given the research I had done before going to the dealership (which I recommend all to do). Everything on the car works well, in fact, I now know this because the left-front tire was registering low on the on-board tire gauge. A quick drop into my local mechanic found the problem...the tire had a previous "plug" that had worn lose. FYI...the car was not a CPO and may have not been caught on the review. No problem, at least I know the tire pressure gauges work!Overall a great experience and I would recommend them to others.

This was my first service visit since purchasing my ES 350 in January and from beginning to end the experience was the best I have ever had at any service center . From the ease on online scheduling to the accommodation the technician made when I showed up an hour early . I was treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism . The waiting facilities were very comfortable, with the availability of the coffee bar and quiet lounge. This made my wait time bearable . Thank you Nalley. Everytime I select 5 stars for overall performance it changed back to 2 stars; Bogus!

My wife and I were in the market for a car and we were on a tight schedule the day we went in to Nalley. We want to Nalley after we had already been to another dealership and the service here was top notch. We told them about our time schedule and they tried their hardest to meet it. When we had to go we weren't quite finished but they worked it out were we could take the vehicle home that day instead of making another 2 hour drive back. They finished everything and got us a better payment than we had expected and overnighted us the paperwork and all was done.

I went to Lexus to see what cars they had to offer. I was helped by the salesmen Roy Samuel. He went on a test drive with me in a 2012 IS 250 f sport. The test drive environment was very laid back and that really helped to convince me to buy the car. When we returned back to the dealership Roy continued to have a very laid back approach to the purchase of the car, giving me ample time to talk it over with anyone I wished to call as well as providing the car fax for the vehicle. I ended up trading in my old car and driving off in the IS 250. I have loved the car and Roy has made sure I am still satisfied with my purchase. All around a great experience.

A month ago we went into Nalley LexusGalleria and spoke with Lauren Miller about our desire to purchase a RX 450H,at the time there were none in stock, but Lauren checked the cars that were coming in and found just the one we were looking for. If you are looking for the car of your dreams, Roy Samuel is the man to see. He listens to what you are looking for and will put you into that car. I am a very picky person and sometimes it rubs people the wrong way. Roy had the patient of an angel and never got upset at the times I asked to see other cars or the fact that my lady didn't like the color of the one that I like. He encouraged me to get her and test drive it together and she may even like it after all. My lady had her heart set on a deep blue Lexus that we both were shown by Roy as well as a deep tan one that I liked. Now Roy let me test drive the tan Lexus to pick up my lady at her house which wasn't far. Now Roy mind you didn't have to do that,but if he hadn't, my lady wouldn't of seen how beautiful the car was as Roy had it cleaned real nice to show to her. She got in the car we drove back to the lot and she fell in love with the car. We had been searching for a car for 2 weeks before we met Roy. No one has given us the treatment of trust and kindness that Roy has. I paid cash for the car that was a Lexus 350 2007 fully loaded with low miles in mint condition. Roy worked a great deal for me with management that I could pay cash. He got me a discount, food, drinks, and even small gifts. What a salesman. Roy was great and even let me know that the Service Department is open till 10PM on weekdays thats a big plus! So if you are looking for a car with no hassle, no pressure, no lies and someone who will dedicate their time, knowledge and kindness to your ever needs then Roy Samuel is the man to see. I purchased a Lexus one week ago. Since the purchase, I've emailed the salesman 3 times with different questions/requests. I have yet to hear from him. I spoke with him on Thursday (this is Sunday), and told him I had emailed some questons/requests; he said he hadn't checked his email, but would check it. I assumed he would check it and get back to me. I still haven't heard from him. He was nice enough during the sales process, but now he won't respond to me. I'm disappointed in his lack of responsiveness. Also, we had the sales figures worked out prior to my going to the dealership - we were there 4 hours! It was Sunday, and they were shorthanded, but 4 hours? We were exhausted!

I just happened to stumble across the exact car that I had been looking for online. A beautiful black Maserati, had it all, the color, motor and the right wheels. I was in love. One problem. Monica was not only very friendly but was able to answer all my questions and concerns regarding purchasing a new Lexus. I have been involved in the purchase of over 5 cars and I can with out a doubt say this was the best. I cannot recall a more comfortable and smooth shopping and purchasing process than that which I experienced at Nalley Lexus Galleria that day. I do not even live in the state of Georgia where the dealership resides and was planning on just looking at cars for fun on my trip to Atlanta but Monica did such an exceptional job that I drove a new car off the lot that day and back home to Florida. I have been to many dealers and none ! I repeat none have treated me like Nalley Lexus ! I have a 1999 GS300 ! When I go to have it serviced I am treated as if I have a brand new Lexus ! The people are friendly and quick to help ! With my car being older it normally needs major work ! They do not hesitate to give me a loaner ! No more sitting around for hours waiting till they get done with my car ! For her, this was a painless experience and was a good introduction to the service-oriented mantra of Lexus and Nalley. A few days later I went to the dealership just thank Monica for her help in the transaction... and drove home in a new GS450h. Not sure how that happened, but I could not be happier.Throughout the transactions, Monica communicated well and was honest and straight forward. Not your usual car buying experience at all (which is good, because in general it sucks). Ever since the purchases, Monica has remained in touch, so clearly there's the basis for a longer term business relationship and some brand loyalty generation.Very happy.

I've known for a while that I've needed a new (used) car....but I've been putting it off for a long time. I went to my local Lexus dealership this morning. I was greeted my Randy Autrey and he took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. He was patient with me and helped me through the while process and answered all my questions. Lauren is the best car sales person I have encountered in a very long time. I purchase a car or two every 2 to 3 years. My time is very valuable to me and Lauren respected that. she and the dealership should be commended for going out side the the box and allowing her to use other than the conventional " come on in we will look at you trade take your keys and play games for hours " sales techniques . When I walked in the door to the dealer no games just fantastic customer service and a good deal. If I had one negative it was the finance dept. needs some help. It took a little to long waiting to sign the paperwork. I can't express how well both our car deals where handled. Both had a few bumps in the road but everything was handled in a professional manor and great customer service.

We went to the dealership looking to buy a used Lexus ES350 - we were greeted right away and pointed in the right direction for the used vehicles. Roy promptly assisted us and patiently answered all of our questions and test driving. The overall experience at the dealership was awesome - everything and everyone is very nice and friendly. Roy was great throughout the whole day and the special treatment we received really made the whole car buying experience very pleasant. We will buy from here again and ask for Roy! My only negative was the length of time it took from start to finish - we arrived about 1:30 and we didn't drive off the lot until 7:30. We had to wait for the finance manager and run home to get the title of the trade in. But they did mention it was a busy day (Saturday) so that was probably the cause of the delay. Overall a 5 star experience!

I went in with a couple of recall issues and a check engine light for my 08 IS250 and was taken great care of by Jeff Jackson. He was very informative and extremely knowledgable ....he explained things and even showed me a short video to better illustrate what it was that my car needed. I found that to be very thoughtful and smart to do. I felt I could trust Jeff and wasn't being taken advantage of. Turned out my car needed to stay for the night and quickly and easily no questions asked I was in a brand new ES350 (sweeet) going home. Jeff called me the next morning and the car was ready......washed inside and out and filled with gas!! Now that is what I call excellent service.

I came in to have a shock replaced on my Lexus 350 and my service man was David Allsbrook. From start to finish he was a true professional. I was met at the door when I arrived, no waiting. Everything they were going to do was explained to me, as well as appx how long it would take. I then left in a fabulous new sedan 350? new and gorgeous car. Drove like a dream. The seat was heated for me so the entire experience was the best. The dashboard was like a rocket ship with everything within easy reach. The stereo was the best I have ever experienced. The very BESTat! The ride perfect...it was tough to return this car, I wanted one so badly! But, David kept me informed with phone calls and my car was ready within a very few hours. I picked it up clean, and ready to go, no hassle. The experience was the best I have ever had at any service center. I let her as well as the manager know what our requests and parameters were and not only did they meet them, but they honored them and went above even what we requested--a HUGE bonus for us, so much so that they were willing to work with us on our SUV and we traded it into Nalley. We were able to come in one afternoon after my husband got off from work and purchase this awesome vehicle. I know I will be happy driving it for years to come. We will DEFINITELY be going back to Nalley for future automobile purchases. My husband, who did not purchase his Lexus from Nalley, says that he will now start getting his car serviced there. Professionalism at its best.

Les Milender, is the nicest, most courteous, polite car salesman we have ever met. My husband does'nt care for the pressure most sales people exhibit. Les, should teach a class on how a sales person should treat a customer. We can't say enough good things about him. Also Demario Tinsley was the sweetest thing. he excitedly showed me some off the technical things about my car. He was very sweet and kind.Here is the thing I wish I didn't have to mention. There was a man who followed us to the car trying to close the deal after we had plainly said we had to pick up our son and my husband wanted to check our credit union. Spending this much money on a car is very stressful. He was pushy and I think he name was Joel. I'm sorry to mention him. I don't think he meant to but he really did upset my husband. Otherwise, things went very well and we love our car.

I highly recommend Nalley Lexus Galleria to purchase your new or next Lexus. I purchsased a 2010 Lexus IS250! White with tan interior. My sales rep, Horace, was extremely friendly and personable. I met Horace on accident, well not really by accident he says. Lol I had a schedule test drive at Nally Acura but misstakenly ended up at Nalley Lexus Galleria. Once Horace discovered this he didnt try to harass me or try stop me from leaving. He simple gave me his business card and let me know if he gets the vehicle I'm looking for he will give me a call. To my surprise, I receicved a call from Horace that afternoon informing me the dealership just got a 2010 IS250! I was back in the office over the weekend. Upon my visit I was not expecting to buy a car, but the service and deal was good so I could not resist. My vechicle is CPO, certified pre-owned. Horace is really good about following up with his customers and extremely knowledgeable of the Lexus brand. He offered my mother and I good wisdom and sound advice during my purchase of my first Lexus. I appreciate his honesty, work ethic and intergrity. I ended up coming to Nalley Lexus Smyrna after having pretty lousy experience at the other Lexus dealers. So, I wasn't too sure about the folks at Nalley-Smyrna. Fortunately, I met Bobby and he was great--super friendly and easygoing. He didn't pressure me into getting anything I didn't want. He helped me locate the vehicle that I wanted. I went easy on him with the price negotiation and ended up at where I'd be willing to pay at worst case scenario, so on a positive note, it was a win-win for the dealer and myself. He is pretty good at following up on you after you got your vehicle. If you don't have anyone particular in mind when looking for a Lexus at Nalley-Smyrna, I highly recommend that you talk to Bobby. He will treat you right, a fun guy to chat with, and he will get the car you want.

Jeff Jackson is an excellent service representative. He is a true asset to Nalley Lexus. I have used Jeff as my contact for the past two years. He is honest and I know that he only recommends services that are needed to keep my vehicle operating safely. During my most recent experience, I contacted Jeff on Friday morning seeking an afternoon appointment. He worked me in for the 50,000 mile service on my vehicle. I also suspected that I would need tires. Given the price guarantee offered by the dealership, it is easier and economical, to have tires installed and the vehicle aligned while performing the other service. I arrived at the service department several hours ahead of my the scheduled appointment. Although Jeff was obviously slammed with work at the time of my early arrival, he took the time to greet me and work my vehicle into the schedule for immediate service. After looking at my vehicle and confirming that my tires were shot, Jeff quickly arranged a courtesy vehicle for my use so I did not have to wait at that dealership. Jeff is a credit to the dealership. His attention to the details, as well as his professional treatment, keep me coming back to Nalley Lexus.

First service since purchasing my RX 350 in October. The experience was great starting with the ease of scheduling with Ms Brown at the main desk. Morning of service I was greeted immediately upon entrance to service area and taken to my service representative (Jeff Jackson). He quickly made me feel welcome and we conversed for several minutes as he got my vehicle back for service and kept me abreast of the status throughout the visit. At completion he explained everything to me pertaining to cost and upcoming service etc. The waiting area is the best I have been in for a maintenance area period. The coffee bar is fantastic. I have taken my car to Nalley Lexus for service since it was new. This is my second Lexus and I started bringing it to Nalley for service due to the excellent service provided by Tyesha Montford. She has always been friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable regarding my car's service requirements and needs. I realize I pay a premium for having it serviced at a dealership, but the excellent customer service she provides has made me a loyal customer. Although I did not purchase my car from Nalley, I go there for the excellent customer service and confidence I have in Tyesha. She does a great job of explaining the basic service as well as what is required when my car needs other services. She has been wonderful to work with in aspect from arranging loaners, providing me updates on any issues discovered while servicing my vehicle, returning calls, and informing me about upcoming services needed for which I may need to budget. When I have needed to bring my car in for service on her off days, she has really taken care of me with setting appointments with one of her co-workers and letting updating them with my service needs. My car is about 6 years old, so I have years of experience working with her. I highly recommend Tyesha and she is a huge asset to Nalley to me and the other customers that she services.

My car -buying experience at Nalley Lexus Galleria eight months ago was awesome ! It was my first purchase and I was very impressed from the time I arrived until I drove my new GS350 off the lot. I dropped my car off for service on Thursday and David was very warm, professional and knowledgeable. I was provided a rental and was told my car would be ready on Monday, but got a call Saturday am telling me it was ready and that I could come in any time to pick it up. She is courteous, pleasant and always helpful in making sure everything is completed to my satisfaction. During one of my service trips my magnet, "The parents of an airman" was lost while my car was being washed. Iesha knew this was important to me so she took the time to try and find it. Unfortunately she was not able to locate it. I was surprised the next week to find it in the mail. She continued to pursue finding the magnet and when she did she took the time to send it to me. Needless to say I was impressed and very grateful for her act of kindness.

I don't think most people WANT to buy a car, but when we finally made the decision to explore our options, we went back for to Nalley Lexus Galleria for the third time. Tony Mullaney was wonderful to work with -- he was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and had such a friendly attitude that we ended up with our third Lexus. He knew up front that we were "on the fence" about actually getting a new car but he never made us feel that we were was wasting his time and we never felt any pressure from him to complete the deal. It's hard to believe he made that much commission from this deal considering the amount of time spent with us! We would highly recommend Tony and this dealership if you're in the market for a new car.

I only use Nalley Lexus because of Chris Williams. My purchase experience was incredible and it was a joy to work with Chris. However, if rating the service department, I would give them a 90% score. The last 10% requires some attention to detail. There have been occasions when I dread having my car washed at the dealership. It is never completely dry and I ALWAYS ask the service advisor to grab a towel to dry off my car. I get the feeling that there are SO many cars to wash that they never have time to dry the car off. On my past visit, I drove out of the garage and looked up to see if there was a sticker listing the next scheduled oil/filter change. This is very important to me since there have been times when there is no sticker at all. I want to make sure that a record is kept for my next service visit. On my last visit, the odometer reading was listed as 192,000 miles. However, I have 25,000 miles on my car. Its the little details that always seem to be missed. I had to drive back to the service garage and interrupt my service advisor to fix the sticker. Why didn't the service advisor check to make sure the sticker and the odometer reading were accurate? More importantly, why do I always have to ask to have my car dried off? Finally, it would be a joy if the service department created a system for finding customers when service is complete. Why not provide customers with a remote that you ring once service is complete? Busy restaurants provide you with a remote once you enter and identify your party. The remote buzzes once your table is ready. The service department needs a similar system. My service advisor has no clue where I'm located within the dealership. He is looking everywhere for me. The dealership should not rely on my cell phone to reach me. What if I don't have it with me or I have the ringer on silent? It should not be left up to the customer to provide a cell phone so the service advisor can find them. Why not create your own system for finding customers? It appears to be a very unorganized system.On the other hand, I would prefer NALLEY LEXUS over HENNESSEY LEXUS on any given day! I love the living room feel of the lounge area with the soft chairs and magazine options. Thank you so much for WIFI! You sell a great product and that will keep me coming back for years!

We visited the Nalley Lexus dealership to have the oil changed in my 2006 Lexus GS300 and looked at a 2013 Lexus GS 350 F-Sport while waiting for the service to be completed. Tony Mullaney approached us and offered a test drive. Normally, I would rather have a root canal performed versus dealing with salesperson at a dealership. However, after a few minutes being with Tony, he came across as a friend that we have known for years. It took over 5 hours with us to finalize a sale. His hourly rate based on his commission was most likely less than the minimum wage. There was absolutely no pressure from Tony or the Nalley management to finalize the sale. The whole experience with Tony was one of the most enjoyable transactions that I have experienced. We changed our mines regarding the color which was not available on the lot. The paperwork had to be recreated along with the numbers. Tony's showed no displeasure with us through the overall negotiation. We will be directing anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to Tony. He is not your typical car salesperson. I was satisfied with the discount on the new vehicle and the trade-in value. Upon delivery 2 days later, he spent an hour plus to explain all the features. He was in no rush to move on to his next customer. Overall, I highly recommend Tony and the Nalley Lexus dealership.

We came in for service on our 2011 Lexus ES350 and found the 2013 Lexus Hybrid 300h and decided that it was time to buy. Zach took good care of us in service but as we were looking at the Hybrid, Jody stopped by and took care of us from then on out. Thanks Jody! Love the car!

First I would like to say that Nalley Lexus Galleria is by far the nicest looking dealership that I have ever seen. The amenities they offer to their clients is second to no one. I didn't see one employee without a smile. My journey to Nalley Lexus started with an email I sent about a car on their lot that was posted on line. To my surprise I had a very prompt reply from Jody Artale a sales consultant. I explained to Jody that I lived 450 miles away and would not be able to come look at the car personally. I asked her to please look over the car and make sure there was no dings or scratches and that the car looked as good as the add on line. Jody took it a step further and took pictures of every inch of the car and assured me that I would not be disappointed. Jody was such a pleasure to work with. She provided answers to all my questions. She assured me all my paper work would be ready when I arrived to pick up the car and true to her word it was. She even picked me up from my rental car drop off point. I would drive 450 miles back to Nalley Lexus to buy another car. Thats how impressed I was with Nalley Lexus and Jody Artale. Next stop was the finance department where I met Joe Maupin. I spoke with Joe on the phone prior to me coming to the dealership. He already had the financing paper work ready to go when we met in his office. Joe is a sharp guy when it comes to finances and very knowledgable in the different coverages Lexus offers. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Nalley Lexus Galleria welcomed me into to their family, detailed my car filled it with gas and sent me on my way home. Just want to share my horrible car buying experience with Nalley Lexus. I was and have been a good paying customer with toyota & lexus for over 10 years. After dealing with a terrible rookie sales manager at Nalley Lexus, I will never again step in the door of a Nalley dealership. In my whole life dealing with customer service, my experience with them has been the worst, when it comes to customer service. This particular manager got mad at me because I wouldn't take delivery of a vehicle that I was already approved to buy. His words to me: "You can leave now and never come back. As far as a customer here, you've been fired." I just said ok, asked for my keys to my trade, then left.As I was going home thinking things over, I couldn't understand how one car deal that's still gonna be someone's car deal (only a month or so from now) could cause such mistreatment. I did not have an appointment this particular day, but decided to stop in because I was getting different answers over the phone about a service that I needed. When I pulled into service Tyesha came out and greeted me. I told her about my problem and she immediately called over to the parts department to find out my exact answer. She also was patient in answering all of my questions. I also told her I was interested in purchasing an accessory for my car, but that department was already closed for the evening so I told her I would just stop in the next day. I stopped in the next day to make my purchase and it was already reserved with my name on it. Very nice. I will now be booking her as my service consultant each time. I did not know who to request when making an appointment since my favorite consultant Ryan has left the company. They have been booking me with the next available consultant and let's just say so far no one has been like Ryan or Tyesha.

There were 3 service recalls on my Lexus 330. The Service department called to remind me that they needed to be done, which was wonderful as I often get busy and ignore the mail. They set the time according to my schedule and loaned me a car for the day long work. While the work was being done, they noted work that needed to be done in the near future. Bernard had the quotes waiting for me when I picked the car up. I can honestly say that I have never been happier with my car. I have had a Honda, Jeep and Acura before but have truly enjoyed the 233000 miles I have driven in my Lexus!

I am a stickler for customer service. Henry provided the best customer experience I have had at Nalley thus far. I was getting maintenance done, and there was a noise that was concerning me. I asked Henry to have them check it for me. Since I only hear it when it is cold (mornings), they kept it for two nights to try to replicate the issue. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but I am confident that if the noise returns, they will make sure I am taken care of when I return.

From the time that your location was down the street on Cobb parkway until now, I have always received great service from Henry. Whether it was just parking the car, to fully restoring it to its mint condition, he has always made sure that everything is complete and that my expectations have been exceeded. I took my car in on my lunch break to have an oil change only, they were a little backed up so my time was running out, I spoke with the service guy Henry Holoman about my dilemma and he offered to give me a loaner to drive back to work and said I could just come back when I got off. I was so thankful. Only to later find out my car had an oil leak and needed some other minor repairs. Henry was very knowledgeable in explaining waht was wrong with my car so that I could understand. I also feel Henry was compassionate about the unexpected cost I was about to incur and was very honest with me abut what services required my immediate attention and what services could be put off until the next service.I was also allowed to keep the loaner until my car was finished and Henry provided a daily update on the progress.I was 100% percent pleased with the entire staff ant Nalley Lexus. I was made to feel appreciated and not taken advantage of. I would recommend any of my frined with Lexus cars to go to this location and definetely ask for Henry Holoman!!!

The selling part of the visit was adequate but when we went to sign the financial paperwork we were not given any paperwork to show the breakdown of figures i.e. puchase agreement. We were just given the financing paperwork to sign. When we asked for a copy the next day they said they had given us one but in fact they could not produce a signed copy for us. If we had seen the breakdown when we were signing for the financing, we probably would not have bought the car for that price.

The best way to start this review is to summarize why I'm compelled to write it in the first place: The Dealership enticed me but the Salesperson brought me back! We set out to compare a few different models/manufacturers in order to determine what to buy. We were greeted (not pounced upon) by Keith Lothrop upon walking onto the lot at Nalley Lexus. I have purchased more cars than most as my home is the Motor City and it is somewhat expected that you have a new car every few years. That being said, I've been through the heavy-handed approach from more than one Salesperson over the years and that attitude was very pleasantly nowhere in sight here. Keith was cordial, informative and very personable ~ he asked questions & showed a genuine interest in how he could best help us far above and beyond any Salesperson in a dealership has ever shown me before. Once I found the perfect car for me, although it was at another dealership, Keith was able to arrange for me to purchase through Nalley Lexus. I can honestly say that I probably would not have otherwise purchased the car. We had never heard of or met Keith before the night we stepped into Nalley Lexus, but you can bet his name will be handed out to anyone I know looking for a car (new or used). Actually feel like we made a friend through this deal! I must give a shout out to all the support personnel at Nalley Lexux ~ from the lady in the coffee shop to Nester in Finance and especially to the gentleman assuring the front Sales Room was in tip-top shape, there were only smiles and kindness. This is truly a top-tier dealership that knows how to treat their clients!

I am from a small town in NC and when I lost the key cover off the driver side door of my Lexus I was told that I would have to get it replaced at a Lexus dealership - the local Toyota dealership could not get it for me. I have used the Nalley Lexus service department and had Ryan Burke as my service advisor for more than 10 years for two cars, in all that time I have always been very pleased with the customer service and quality of work. Regular service calls are easy to schedule and if I have a problem develop in between visits I get prompt attention. Courtesy loaner cars are available for as long as needed if the service will take too long to wait on. Ryan Burke is the best service advisor I have ever worked with at any dealership in my 40 years of owning cars, he clearly explains issues that need to be addressed and allows me to make a decision with confidence to keep my cars running reliably and efficiently. I could try and save money by not going to a Lexus dealership, but with the long history of great customer service and reliable work I get from Ryan Burke and Nalley Lexus I have never thought about it. Recently, my wife and I were looking for a Lexus RX350. My wife has certain requirements for the vehicle, and we found one that met the requirements on the internet, however it was a used, low mileage vehicle in another state. (I was frustrated with my daughter's Ford Dealer and my inability to find a good rating on service departments for other dealers so thought I should take the time to write one myself) I have been taking my Lexus to Nalley (Smyrna) for the past 6 years and over 100,000 miles. I have always been treated with courtesy and professionally. While my buying experience here was not the best, the service department has been great - not cheap, but I feel I am getting value - service and courtesy have value and I would gladly pay a little more to get competent professional service and feel that my business is appreciated. They do not try to boost service costs by advising on items beyond what is needed. I have even bought my tires there - they matched advertised prices. They have spoiled me... I would consider another car, but my 2005 LS 430 is running great and may make another 100,000 miles - and having no frustration when you take a car in for service is worth a lot to me.

He informed me how long it would take to service my car, gave me a price quote and gave me a loaner car. He was very prompt about calling me back as he informed me earlier. Visiting a dealership for a new car is usually a stressful ordeal for me. However, my visit to Nalley Galleria was different. I was not pounced upon when I began looking at cars on the lot by a sales "hawk." My sales person was very low keyed, listened to what I was looking for, and led me to the exact car I had described. When it came to the price, I had an amount in my mind and they came in lower than I had anticipated, and I never felt pressured. There was no going back & forth haggling over the price between me, the sales person, and sales manager, which is a practice I dispise. Everything was very professional but personable. All in all, I am very happy with how the whole transaction was handled.

The entire buying process was so smooth, right from giving me the quote over phone and being honest on what is possible and not, and extending every details when I required it. They supplied me the color both exterior and interior with the correct option packages that I was looking for. Very courteous and honest, fantastic sales person worked on my deal to make it happen. My wife and I recently went into Nalley Lexus in Smyrna to look at a Lexus es350 sedan.As soon as we walked in we were immediately impressed with the size of the dealership.The salesperson was very professional. Even though we didn't buy a car that day, he took the time to show us around and even showed us the service area ,which was truly massive.We are still in the looking faze and they didn't pressure us to buy that day,which we liked that a lot.Overall I must say, it was good experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Let me start out by saying I tried twice to buy a new IS from this dealership. Each time the price was higher than their competitors, and they low-balled my trade (I know not to expect retail value when trading--they wouldn't even give me average trade-in). I purchased an IS 250 from a different dealer, out of state, and got it for MANY thousanands less than Nalley would sell it. I also got a fair deal for my trade. Being this is the closest dealership to my house, and they have convenient Sunday service hours, I took it back for the 10k service. $90 for an oil change. Technically they're supposed to check several things such as brake pads, tires, etc. While they charged for this, they didn't do it. Moreover, they charged for labor for a tire rotation (my IS has the larger, sport wheels. The rear tires are larger than the front, so it's impossible to rotate them). The A/C gives a foul smell upon startup, so I asked that the filter be inspected. They told me that wasn't due until the next service--and they didn't do it! The reception was rude, and when they returned the car, they left a wet, black footprint on the door sill. When we asked that someone clean it off, it was rebuffed with a rude quip and a horrible attitude. I was so bothered I contacted both Lexus and the dealership's GM, Bill Waibel. When I got a call back, the manager kept asking "What do you want me to do?" While he did apologize, and I considered it genuine, I didn't think it should be my obligation to tell him how to fix the problem. There are other dealers who would love the profit Lexus builds in to its service, and I advise anyone to go elsewhere. For the price paid, I'm sure many Lexus dealers would be happy to have the business. I should've learned my lesson in the sales department. Now I know! I wouldn't take this much time if I didn't think it was such a big deal. I hope someone reading this will consider the warning.
