Naples Jeep was a good experience. I called ahead to make sure a specific vehicle was still available and Fernando made sure it was and had it ready and running (with AC on) when I arrived. Vehicle was clean and ran great. Patrick in finance was friendly and helpful, patient with my questions. He was knowledgeable in the lenders that could offer me the best rates based on my situation and therefore didn’t have too many lenders pulling my credit. Feel like I got a great car, a great loan and drove away happy.

Frankly the best car leasing experience I have ever had. Not only did I find the exact Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was looking to buy but there was no uncomfortable haggling, just straight dealing throughout the whole sales process. This was the fastest, easiest vehicle purchase I’ve made in 20yrs, thanks to Jamie, my salesperson and the finance team. I walked in looking for one of two Wranglers the website has shown to be available. Numerous other dealers are listing cars they simply don’t have it cannot sell, while Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram had what they showed they had, and they were ready to sell them; without the B.S. additional ‘Dealer Profit’ line item costs added to the MSRP sticker for the Wrangler I wanted. These things combined would definitely make this Dealership the first stop I recommend or shop at again in the future. Great Job Jamie and team! I’m sold on your dealership and customer service!

Please heed this warning. I am a professional Firefighter/Paramedic and Lieutenant with a well know local Fire Department. This is absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I brought my Jeep commander in for service on an appointment last Friday at 1:15pm. My Jeep sat the entire weekend and wasn't first evaluated until Monday at 12pm. When I called to check the status of my vehicle my phone calls were ignored. I was assured by a Raven and Brittney separately on 4 occasions that a service tech "Mark" or manager "Ruth Flores" would return my calls as soon as possible. This never happen and my wife had to stop in on her way home from work to demand an update on the vehicles status. She was told "the Chyrsler mechanics could not figure out what the issue was with the vehicle". Mind you this is Naples Chrysler Doge Jeep you would hope since they sell these vehicles they would be best suited to diagnose and repair any issues rapidly. I could go on with a laundry list of follies, unprofessional and reprehensible actions by this Dealerships service department, but I won't. I will summarize Tuesday at 10am I was called by service tech " Ryan" stating "Good news the vehicle is fixed and ready" Spark plugs were changed charges flor this totaled a staggering $325. I picked the vehicle up and it stalled in the parking lot! I brought it back spoke to Mrs. Flores who assured me the vehicle would be fixed at no charge. I received a phone call today Thursday at 2pm from service tech "Ryan" stating they still didn't know what was wrong! At there best guess it was this or that and the next thing they'd try would cost $800. I decided to cut my losses and now am left at square one. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! I don't know how these people sleep at night

I purchased pre owned truck today (2-24-2016), my sales manager was Mr. Castano, my sales associate was Steve and the finance person was Patricia. I live 3 hours away and was intending to trade my current truck and was able to facilitate a fair deal before driving the 3 hours to their dealership. When I arrived the truck was ready to go, I was greeted promptly and professionally. As I had sent them pictures and a description of my trade no further negotiations were made. Patricia had even found me a better interest rate than the one I had obtained myself through a pre qualification at my own bank. As I had been shopping around for a while, my feeling had been that I would rather go the dentist than a dealership, today was not the case. The paperwork was already prepared and my transaction was completed in less than an hour. Kudos to Steve, Mr.Castano and Patricia ! My thanks, Eric in Jupiter

We just made our first car purchase in 10 years with the purchase of a 2015 Ford Escape. Our salesperson, Andrew, was incredible to work with. He answered all of our questions and concerns and gave us all the tools we needed to make an informed decision in an atmosphere of absolutely no pressure. Both Andrew and the dealership manager did everything possible to put together a deal that would work for us. Our past experiences with car shopping have always been stressful and something that we dreaded. Our experience at Naples Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Mazda has changed our opinion of car salesmen and car dealerships. Called Naples Dodge on 10/3/15 and spoke to Dan Gullick about a 2013 Ram Laramie that was listed on their web site. Dan assured me the vehicle was still available and put it aside for me so I could come in and inspect it. He gave me a brief overview of the condition and I arrived that afternoon to check out the truck. As I was assured, the vehicle had been put aside, washed and checked out for my viewing. Dan was an excellent sales consultant. No high pressure, no hard sell but was very informative, knowledgeable, professional and personable. We checked out the truck, took it for a test drive and sealed the deal within minutes of returning to the dealership. Dan was very up front and honest during the whole transaction and nothing was left hidden or up to chance. I got a great truck at a Great price with No hassle and no stress from obviously an honorable dealership. Their finance department was also a pleasure to deal with as Audrey handled the transaction very smooth and professionally. Great Job!

On our way to FL, our air conditioning failed. My first contact was Steve Alvarez who was very professional in working with me to determine the source on the problem and having the repairs completed in a timely manner. My second contact was with Mildred who made sure I was satisfied with the service I received and completed the paperwork for the repairs through the extended warranty. I have now returned to Virginia with positive thoughts of Naples Chrysler Dodge and the people who work there.

They offered me top dollar for my trade and the lowest price by several thousand on a new minivan. If your buying a car, these guys are the best. They are no pressure and to the point. Be sure to ask for Brock or David (the sales manager).

Bought 2 cars fro these folks. Ended up with 2 cars a year older than what was advertised and sold to me after checking the panel on the inside of the door. I negotiated a 36 month lease but they switched the paperwork to a a 48 month lease instead of a 36 month lease after 6 hours of negotiation. These guys are tricky and dont give straight answers. They offered "free oil changes" which turned out to cost $80! I found them to be completely dishonest. Im left feeling like a fool but they wont get any future business from me.

Mildred, the Service Manager at Naples Dodge has always taken care of me like I am the only customer there. I have 350,000+ miles on my 2007 Dodge 2500 4 x 4 Laramie Megacab and she has always been the person to take care of me. She has been promoted to Service Manager, and for good reason. She handed me off to one of her service advisors, Brian, and Brian didn't miss a beat. He knew everything about me when I arrived at the shop, my truck was towed in before my arrival. I called Mildred on her cellular number and gave her the details of the problem. I am on the road all the time and Mildred had my truck in the right hands and repaired before expected. She is the best Service Manager I have ever encountered. Great Job Mildred and Naples Dodge.

Fantastic attention from the entire service department staff at Naples Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep..... Not only did I receive professional attention regarding the recall on my Jeep, the courtesy was great. From the moment I pulled up to the service entrance the department ran like a well oiled machine. Several service writers were on hand to attend to a large number of customers. Told that our repair might take a couple of hours to resolve the recall issues, we were offered to make use of the complimentary shuttle the dealership had to offer that would transport us to any Naples desitination if we wished. I thought that was a nice touch. We chose to walk to a nearby mall, grab a bite to eat and await for our car to be fixed. To our surprise we received a call 1 hour later that our car was finished. The final steps of picking up our car went qucikly and smoothly and we were on our way back home. We are very pleased with the service we received at Naples Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Naples Mazda.

After having been burned by two Chrysler Service Centers in New Jersey, Naples Chrysler found the problem (which was actually caused by the other two dealers) and corrected the problem. Parts and labor are understandably a bit pricey but as always, you get what you pay for. I would definitely return to this dealer for service at any time in the future.

I heard every excuse on why they would not take care of a problem on my Van i bought 2 days ago, there so called manager would not even have the courtesy to speak to me, but yet they said they did a gold package inspection, yea right...so I took my van that I just bought in naples to fort myers to to GaleanaChrysler Jeep Dodge, they are helping me ..cannot wait to tell my friends and my clients about the worst experience I had with the Naples dealership....

Buying a used vehicle from this dealership is a big mistake. They sell "certified" cars that are not properly inspected by a capable mechanic. When you do have a problem, they are competely unwilling to help or fix the issue. One would think that buying from a dealership, you might avoid buying a car with undisclosed problems. Not here. They will sell a vehicle with issues, then lie about it, and refuse to honor their warranties. I certainly would avoid giving your business to this place!

I can't recommended buying a vehicle from this dealership. They do not stand buy what the sell once it leaves the lot (used vehicles). Certified vehicles are sold with warranties that are not honored, and when you return to remedy the situation, they are nothing but rude and abusive. You are far better off buying from a private seller than trusting this place. No integrity.

I have tried at least 3 times to get an answer to some questions about acquiring my second CX9. Since the sales staff at Naples Mazda is so inept I will be looking very hard at the new Hyundai and Nissan alternatives. I am trying to "re-up" to a CX9 but Naples Mazda will not respond to multiple requests for the most basic questions. All I get are "form letter" type responses. Whoever owns that debacle should spend less time worrying about the showroom and focus on hiring competent sales reps.

Do not buy from this dealership. I have had a terrible experience buying a used car from them. They may be fine for new vehicle purchases( which are warranteed by the manufacturer), but certainly not to be trusted for any used cars. Their 70 point inspection is a joke! Service department is also incompetent. I would strongly recommend buying a car elsewhere. Anywhere else!!

Great buying experience. Knew what car I was interested, Salesman (Landon) very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We took a test drive with the top both up and down. He explained all the car features. They appraised my trade-in when we returned from our test drive. In about 15 minutes Landon returned with their proposal. We talked, he went to see boss. The three of us talked for less than 15 minutes and arrived at a agreeable price. Paperwork completed by a very competent young woman. Went over all the car features again, toured the facility, met the service manager, plates transferred and drove home. Very upbeat experience, which frequently is not the case.

Walked into Dealership late last Spring and the receptionist called for and I was sent to a "newbie" to test drive a Jeep Wrangler. After the drive we were talking price, "I'll get to my Sales Manager and give you a call" I said why don't you send me an email with the pricing/options so I can review (was also checking out two other semi-local dealers who without a test drive, were more than happy to quote me prices, via email). After a test drive, two calls to the salesman and two emails to him, no pricing, nothing. This after I even told the Salesperson that the dealer's website pricing is so misleading with this price and that price and discount and supposed email voucher, etc. VERY MISLEADING - mark it up to mark it only $lightly lower, weak. Myers (even less that that which was "advertised" on the naples dealer website). P A T H E T I C. Moral of the story, if you're seasonal and can pay MSRP CASH, this is the place for you. If you don't want to get ripped, shop around, a 30minute drive north or an email to another close-by Dealer will surely save you thousands.

NIGHTMARE experience! Worst service experience in 40 years of dealing with automobile techs and service reps. Worn internal pieces on 2008 Mazda Tribute ignition required replacement. Quotes from (non-Mazda cert) independent techs were in the $250-$300 range inclusive of parts and labor. Yassir the Naples Mazda service tech (HORRIBLE) insisted 3 separate parts needed to be replaced - nearly $800!!! We even called Mazda in CA and they spoke to him. We approved the work and now have a vehicle that 1> AC and radio do not turn on 75+% of the time the vehicle is started 2> Gear is lodged in (P)ARK and will not budge 75+% of the time 3>Headlights and interior light flash on and off during attempt to start engine 75+ % of the time. >4 Very difficult to turn engine over - sputtering. $160 HOURLY SERVICE RATE and #1 they are clueless #2 they want you to come back so they can charge you even more to fix things that were not a problem until they were allowed access to the vehicle. ***** When we took the vehicle back with problems and confronted Yassir the tech with the equally useless service manager Eric Bento he was evasive and a wise-guy with a smirk and folded/crossed arms-clenched fists who seemed simultaneously nervous when questioned exactly what he did and amused (as in it was funny to him) -- There are many postings online about this dealer --- too bad we read about them afterward. Eric Bento claimed they were unreliable and untrue. Our experience proved otherwise. Now working with Mazda Corp and another Mazda dealer to correct their problems. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A DIME OF YOUR MONEY or A SECOND OF YOUR TIME.

If I were anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle I would be very careful about going to Dodge to do so. I just purchased a used truck for $21,000. I found out that the tires on the truck were dry rotted and when I took it to them the service manager agreed that they were and that they weren't in bad shape and since I bought it used I was stuck with them. Also come to find out that 3 of the 4 air vents were broken and the lip to the gas cap was broken when I tried to fill my gas. Dodge was not willing to help with any troubles I have been having stating that I bought a used car and I'm stuck. Ford on the other hand has been more then helpful in trying to help me fix my truck giving me discounts on all the parts and I didn't even buy the truck with them. This dealership is very shady It was very difficult to even get in touch with someone to talk to about my problems (once I bought the truck they didn't care about me anymore) I called 4 times over more then a week and had to go to the dealership 3 times to try to get a answer before finally going there and waiting for a manger. My mom has a dodge and they try to rip her off on parts and labor every time she takes the van in there. My family has been in Naples 25 years and would never buy another vehicle or get work done with dodge ever again and warn anyone looking to be careful don't get stuck like I did buy from a dealer that will stand behind the vehicles they sell used or new.

Was looking for a used Toyota Corolla under $10K. This dealer had a nice 2008 model with 78,000 miles on it at a very attractive price. Liked the car, made the deal, and even got $350 off for having visited their website and printing out a coupon...so the car cost $9,000; and after FL tax and plates it still came in just over $10k. Everyone was friendly and helpful, if a little slow, but in the end managed to pick up the car the same evening. Did experience some pressure to buy a warranty, but I guess that goes with the turf, as you get that whenever you buy a used car from a dealer.

Don't know about rest of dealership, but our experience trying to purchase a used vehicle was not very good!! We were shown a used Mazda3 with low miles, and told it was a one owner car with a clean carfax. We liked the car, test drove the car, even tried putting my handicap scooter in the trunk. At about 3 oclock that afternoon we told the Salesman we were interested but wanted his best price. We were told he would get back with us soon. The next afternoon I sent 2 emails to Customer service wanting to know status of the car. At 4:30PM that next day (yesterday) I still hadn't heard and called and talked to a customer service person and was told the salesman was still busy. I left a message for Used Car sales manager with our complaints (call not not returned ) and the next morning the salesman called and said the car was sold!! He asked if we would we be interested in seeing another car. Guess what our answer was!! Funny since the car was on the lot since November 1, and needed a battery charge and wash before we could see it. Additionally, it was a one owner car, but when we saw the carfax the owner was listed as commercial. Im sorry but in my 50 years of car buying, I have never experience this kind of in my opinion unethical treatment. Since we were the first to see the car and express interest, we certainly should have been advised of a second offer. Summarizing, I really don't think Naples Mazda will ever see us again, and since they are the only Mazda dealer in Naples, we probably wont be buying a Mazda.

I purchased a used Mazda 6 for my 16 year old son. I had it looked at by 2 different automotive techs that said the car was in great condition. Shortly after I purchased the car the check engine light came on. One of the technicians said it may be the gas cap. I replaced it and that didn't work. I took it to Mazda thinking that would be the best thing to do for the fix since they should be familiar with their own car. I have had it in there at least 4 times for this fix and it still is not working correctly. Now it's mis-firing. I am too afraid to go back to the dealership b/c I have paid them $1700 for them to keep giving me the car back with the same problem. I can't afford to keep paying for parts I don't need that are not fixing the problem. I finally took it to the other Mazda dealership in our area, they identified the problem right away and said they have had a number of people coming in with the same type of story. I really tried to give Naples Mazda my business but after the last visit I refuse to waste any more of my time and money with them. I would not purchase a car there either because they can't seem to fix this one and I would want to purchase from some place that can back up their own product if something were wrong with it.

I was not pleased with my visit to Naples Dodge, Chrysler. I just went there with my coupon for an oil change. Service department said I needed an alignment for $165. I declined. Seems like every time I go there, they want to do an expensive, unneeded procedure. My oil change came closer to $30. Had to pay some fee for topping off fluids. The next week I received a postcard stating that I have a service appt. in Jan. I called and canceled it. Very presumptuous of the dealership to schedule my appt. I cancelled it. Next time I need an oil change, tires, or alignment , I will go to Goodyear.

I have experienced good and friendly service from the Naples dealership. I like that service associates give attention to being cost consciousness. I did once find a cloth rag under the hood after service. I don't what possessed me to look when i got home. It was no big deal but it does prevent giving 5 stars. My 2008 Mazda CX-9 has been virtually maintenance free. I will consider buying another CX-9 from the dealership.

First the defective door seal was not under warranty - some other issues also not warranted - they said. I am not sure how qualified the csr was but it seemed that very little would describe it best.After three hours I received a call my car was ready for pick up. Later I learned that they had not fixed the problem we were in for - a driveability issue - the Hemi in the 2011 Grand Cherokee is not driveable around 15oo rpm. At least the service- oil change was done....

The CS agent approched me shortly before the time was up and told me they could not do everything - for whatever reason. He asked me to come back, which is not exactly what I had in mind. Mildred Harpin from the service dept treated me quickly and professionally in a visit I made in Nov 2012 concerning a transmission shifting issue. I personally called the manager and let him know of my positive esperience. I bought a new 2009 Town and Country from this dealership in 2009 and loved the van. However when one of the floor mats disintegrated after 7,000 miles they would not provide me with another floor mat. This prompted me to buy a 2012 Town and Country from a competitor in Fort Myers, FL which was a good experience. Because I live in Naples, FL I wanted to support the local company but a $ 20 floor mat defect that was not resolved by the dealership made me shop elsewhere for my new vehicle. Seems trivial but customers wanted to feel valued and respected, and they have many choices to find thus relationship.

This place is a joke. When I asked the sales agent to send the purchase agreement to my bank, the associate/sales agent sent over a milage check to the bank. Promising me he had sent it I drove 100 miles to discover he didn't. A PROFESSIONAL CAR SALES MAN WOULD HAVE KNOWN WHAT A PURCHASE AGREEMENT WAS. This delayed the process by several hours because the dealers FAX was not working or maybe he just didn't know how to use a fax! So it was back and forth from the dealer to the bank. To make things even more pathetic this dealer did not want to give me floor mats for my 2012 car!! Really!!??? Floor mats? Make sure they give u the spare keys and the car manual which I also did not receive!

Always ask them s this your best price I guarantee your price will go down. They tried to get me to fix almost everything under the hood. When they ixedsomething, there was no change. Just a standard oil change and tire rotation, but Fran's attention and courtesy were a real treat. The rest of the staff was excellent as well. I dropped the car off and Fran called John (Courtesy Driver) and he picked me up, dropped me off for a quick lunch and my car was ready in just a little over an hour. I feel very good when I go to Naples Mazda. I don't feel like anyone is trying to "sell" me anything and I trust their work.

I just bought a new dodge auto but my engine does not sound right. Tech mgr. said the engine noise was normal but this a new car am going to another dealership to get a second opinion. Went in for an oil change and two hours later oils was not done but the engine noise is normal. Discouraging for my fist dodge. I brought my Mazda MX-5 in to Naples Mazda for a minor repair. While there I test drove the new 2013 Mazda CS-X. My neighbor has one and gave it rave reviews. I was very pleased with the qualilty, workmanship, features and responsive handling. I brought my wife in for a test drive the next day and she was favorably impressed. We negotiated a lease with Naples Mazda and took immediate delivery of a vehicle which had arrived on the lot only hours before. After driving the vehicle home I discovered that the lease documentation and vehicle registration was missing. I called Naples Mazda and informed them. The next morning I made a return trip to the dealership to retrieve the documentation from the salesman. I received a return call from the Assistant Sales Manager who apologized for the oversight. On a more positive note, I am very pleased with the car and with the detailed operating instruction given to me by the salesman.

There was a transmision problem that took two visits and over a week to fix. The Service person would never call me to update progress, I always had to call him. He had no idea how long it would take. I suggested 3 days because they needed to diagnose, order parts then repair. they did not give me a courtesy car for 3 days but only after I insisted and I asked the first day because they had no idea how long it would be. 8 days, multiple phone calls and 3 days without a vehicle. It was a great experience! J/K o top it off, he called me after I pick up my jeep totell me it was ready. Someone else from the dealership called to say it was ready. I picked it up and he called the next day.

We had our service done and purchased some parts, wipers and from start to finish all personnel in all areas, service rep, cashier, parts reps were all helpful and polite, they changed the wipers for me too which was very nice. The service people at Naples Dodge/Chrusler/Jeep are very polite. Unfortunately, the performance doesn't match their courtesy. On the first visit one issue was not repired and they forgot I was waiting for the vehicle. I had to return again to have the issue addressed. This time I waited and had to ask someone if it was complete. The repair had been completed for some time. Apparently, there was a meeting that delayed the service people from serviceing the customers. Why would the dealership have a meeting while customers were waiting?

Over 2 hours later...and telling me it willtake more time....i walked around the parking lot to find my truck parked and waiting for over 30 minutes. I appreciated getting a phone call telling me about a special on an oil change, and I took advantage of this special offer and brought my car in. I had an appointment and there was no waiting to get my car checked in. I was talked into getting new wiper blades that I did need, but that was all. Service was done while I waited. From the time I arrived until the time I left only 1/2 hour past; much different than in season.

Took vehicle in for wind noise. Told it was covered on a technical service bulletin. Part to be ordered. Dealer will cal when part recived. Called myself and found out part had been there 2 days. Dealership never phoned. Made the appointment and brought car in. That experience was O.K. The dealership people are nice but always screw up something when I bring in a car for service

I took my 2012 Mazda 5 in for routine service, but a last-minute problem arose and I needed to get in and out in a very short time. I was very willingly accommodated and made my appointment with time to spare. I have bought my last two (of three) Mazdas from Naples Mazda and wouldn't dream of either buying from or having serve performed by any other dealer.

My CX7 Mazda was in for service, I had received lots of coupons and wanted the cheapest way out. After figuring out my discounts and what my vehicle actually needed, I got out of there in a timely fashion and very little money. Only dilemma is when to return. Sticker they put on windshield has it at 3,000 mi. and when I purchased it in Nov. I was told 5,000.

I went to dealership for a warranty repair on June 9, 2012. I was told that the problem was not a item that was covered under warranty. It was a shifter assembly problem. the service advisor said that the problem was caused by a sticky substance. I was first quoted $ 852. to fix the problem. after negotiating the repair price dropped to $ 549. I agreed that the car had to be fixed and grudgingly said I would be in the following morning for the repair. After 3 and 1/2 hours I was told the car was ready. I presented a check from my daughter as previously agreed upon for payment and it was denied based on my identification not matching the check??? I was able to get a debit card number from my daughter for the same account and mysteriously it was accepted. After bringing it home my daughter informs me that the repair is unacceptable. problem # 1. Was forced to pay for a repair that was under warranty. (I"m led to believe that Mazda doesn't honor their warranty) . problem # 2. agreed method of payment was not accepted.(It seems supposed managers can"t make business decisions) problem # 3. I question whether the repair even took place as the shifting is not near what it should be. problem # 4. trim piece that was broken during first diagnosis is still broken.( dealership claims they don't know if they caused the problem). problem # 5. trying to get this resolved in a reasonable manner. I quess this dealership doesn't want any more of our business or referrals.

On 6/2/12 I bought a 2012 Mazda5 and had an okay experience. My appt was for 10:00 am & I didn't get out of the dealership until 2:30 pm which was way too long. I was trading in my old car and paying cash for the remainder so why did it take so long? Also, I did not feel they were very flexible with price considering the Mazda5 had been on the lot for over 90 days and my vehicle was a 2012 Honda Civic with less than 9,000 miles on it. However, my salesman was very nice and professional but at the mercy of the manager so why doesn't the manager just negotiate directly with the customer?

Brought my car in with a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. When I picked it up I asked if tire rotation was done, she said she asked me if there was anything else when I dropped it off and I said no. I did not think I had to repeat what was on the coupon. When I got home I checked under the hood and found the coolant resivor empty,washer fluid empty and brake fluid low. I called the service manager and he said he would talk to the service writer and mechanic and to bring it back in the morning. I did, when I came in I asked the same service writer if the manager talked to her and said no. I came back to pick it up, tires were rotated but the fluids were still empty. I went to your website and complained and got a automated response saying they would forward it to the internet response dept. and they would be in touch, which they never did. Regards, Bill Laird

We have leased 4 vehicles at Naples Mazda. Great buying experience. Dean is pleasant, knowledgable and eager to satisfy. The service department tries hard to be pleasant and thorough, however it is obvious they need to up sell services and repairs that seem to be out of line cost wise. They do not pressure, so if you hang tough you can get the good sevice you want without the extras.

This is my third time for service at Naples Dodge and I can't praise them enough. They are thoroughly professional and everyone helps the custome. They keep you informed. They tell you (and show you) exactly what is wrong and explain the repair process. Last time I was there, they didn't even charge me, because they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. Guy was my service representative this time and he was great. He called when he said he would, arranged for a rental car and had it waiting for me when I got there, and took time to expelin my options in detail. He did not try to push any one of them, but explained the problem and gave a list of options with the beneffits of each. I LOVE Naples Dodge

Purchasing my new Chrysler Town and Country Minivan at Naples Dodge was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I have ever had. However, the Service Department at Naples Dodge is working very hard to make sure I never buy another vehicle from their dealership. From either no greeting at all to unfriendly greeting upon entering the service facility; to "free" oil changes that are not really free; to returning my vehicle filthy, the list does go on. I've made two complaints so far and nothing has changed.

This is my 3rd car from Tony at Naples Dodge. He always worked hard on my behalf to get the best deal possible and his product knowledge is excellent. In fact, their entire sales team is great. I wish their service department was the same. Most of the front end staff is friendly and helpful. I do have issues with some returning emails or calls. My biggest concern is the mechanics and technicians themselves. I have had several separate issues where each issue has required multiple trips for repair. I not even talking about parts I can understand when parts need to be ordered, I talking about general issues that don require parts needed 2, 3 and sometimes 4 trips to resolve. This issue with their service department has only come up in the past few years it never used to be like this and if they don change soon, this will be my last vehicle from them.

Lower front bumper plastic cover was deceiving to the sight for it seems OK but it was not, for it came off the bumper the minute I left the Dealership, took it back to service dept and they rigged to look OK but it came off by the time I got home. They blame it on a tow package attached to the front of the bumper which made the bumper cover come off, they refused to remove the tow package
