Richard Lebaron, Rafael Rivera and Alex Perez at the sales desk were fantastic!!! I went to 5 other dealerships and they all lied to me. Not once did anyone at Napleton and I came in contact with several lie to me. They always go above and beyond they worked my deal so I could get financed when no one else could. Also I've had my truck in service and had a similar experience Alex in service has went above and beyond they even washed it what a nice surprise. I've even had the pleasure of meeting the GM Nick what a great guy that has surrounded him self with a great team. If you're looking for your next vehicle or excellent service don't waste your time going anywhere else! Thank you for everything I will be back for service and my next vehicle!

Service agent was very courteous and was on top of things. He asked me to give him hour and a half to have my van ready. In twenty minutes he came with a result of the findings on my van and ten minutes later my van was ready. In other occasions I has been offered the same deal and I had to wait over two hours and in top of that the service agent never showed up to inform me of the delay. Keep up the good work.

This was the worst experience at a dealership ever. I literally left in tears from all the aggravation. I had a wonderful salesperson, Ricardo and he was honestly the most amazing person. He was so great that we ended up buying a car, so we thought. Apparently the paperwork side of things went completely wrong. After hours of waiting and doing the paperwork side of things on 9/30, we left our trade it transferred the tags, transfered insurance, we were all set. Next day at 9a.m I get a call from Ricardo saying there was a miscommunication in the paperwork and we needed to come back. I told him we would be there in 15 minutes and headed to the dealership. Ricardo explained that the trade was not accounted for in the paperwork, and it was a miscommunication. Alba came out to speak with us, who was the absolute worst employee you have working there, he said that although they offered us 8000 for the trade the day before they are now offering only 5k. And apparently there was a mistake on the paperwork side because they thought the trade was not accounted for. Why would you transfer tags, insurance, and make me leave the car if you thought that. He then said it was my fault for not reading the paperwork, which I was taken back. After waiting four hours the next day and having my brother fall head over heels for the car, they simply said nothing to us and brought back the car transfered tags, refunded my money, and basically didn't tell us. They ran my credit losing point on my score, they made a deal a took it back, offered a different amount on the trade one day and something else the next, talked down to me as if I was a nobody, and didn't communicate any of this to me while it was happening. I will never buy a car from here ever. I'm so upset and so taken back on how I was treated and dealt with. People there made a mistake and didn't want to take fault for it.

My Son Nicholas Mathieson came in Labor Day weekend for an oil change and he ended up buying a new Jeep Patriot.... SWEEEEEEEEET!!!!! This was all due to Bob Canti who was extremely successful in making this event possible....he took his time and exercised tremendous expertise in each part of the entire process!!!!! What I liked was the way they explained what needed to be done. The representative also did a 100 point inspection which was great and very helpful. What I did not like was the time I waited for the representative to help me. It took around 30 minutes for him to come to the service counter. Other than that everything was great. My experience at first was a bit nerve wrecking, however, once I realized that there was pressure on employees due to a manager absent in the service area, and perhaps that reflected on the inconsistency. the car presents failures, I regret to say that has many mechanical problems, and that adds to the lack of knowledge in the model Dodge Dart, I returned many times for the same problem without result and change diler and had to request changes of parts They are generating faults and have a better result.

Just recently learned that you stay open late at night so I tried it for my recent oil change. I getting there at 9:30pm and it was not crowded and I was in and out in about one hour. In normal day time it has in the past taken 2 to 3 hours or more depending on the type of work being done.

Brian Peterson is one of the best customer service reps in the industry. He was very thorough in answering all our questions. Our vehicle was in for a recall. While there another problem was noted while completing the service check. As this would take an additional 4-5 hours, Brian kept us fully informed, and provided a rental vehicle for the period. I had gotten one of my other vehicles serviced there in the past and we were so impressed with the excellent level of service we were provided with, that we decided to keep our business with them. This time was just as great, from the moment a customer service rep answered the phone and routed us the right direction all the way to when we got our vehicle back. The staff was incredibly hospitable and welcomed me immediately. I felt like a VIP with the way everyone worked together on my deal and made sure I was happy and taken care of. I got the vehicle I wanted and the deal I wanted and I've never been so happy with a car dealership before! The inventory is extensive which made it easier to pick out exactly what I wanted. Jean Santos was who I worked with. He told me from the beginning the wait time would be longer. It's not that a long wait time was good news, but he was upfront and clear about it, which was helpful. When he came back with the diagnosis he was clear and patient with me. I don't understand mechanics very well but he took his time to explain to me the process and pricing. He gave me his card and I intend to seek him out every time my car needs service. He was truly very professional and very kind. He was not the only person who treated me with wonderful customer service. I am extremely greatful to find a dealership I can stick with.

I'm from Philadelphia and was in Kissimmee on vacation. My car broke down New Years Eve. New Years Day I was calling dealers to see what their hours would be for the weekend and, to my pleasant surprise, Napleton was open. I spoke to a service manager named Marty. He advised me to bring my car right in and talk to service rep Henry. Took me about an hour to get there, but when I arrived Henry greeted me right away and immediately analyzed my car, telling me what the problem was. Then he arranged for a ride back to my hotel, and since the repair was under warranty he arranged for a rental car for the next day. They promised to have it fixed the next day, Saturday, and it was ready Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately when I picked the car up Saturday night the "check engine" light came on again after driving for about 40 minutes. I took the car back in on Sunday morning and was greeted by Brian, the service manager on duty then. He immediately put the analyzer on my car, advised me what he thought was wrong with it, cleared the fault light, and said I'd be OK driving home, which I was. The service I received byHenry, and then Brian, was second to none!! If i lived in the area I'd buy my next car from them. Hats off to Henry and Brian for doing all they could for me while facing this situation on vacation. It couldn't have turned out any better:) Napleton Chrysler Kissimmee should be the standard setter for auto dealerships and Chrysler should be very proud of them!

My new Jeep Wrangler (5000 miles) had an oil leak so I brought it in to be fixed, Brian Peterson greeted me right away. He was polite and helpful from the start. I suspected it was the rear main seal and expected it would take several days to complete, especially since it was just a couple of days before Christmas. After a few hours I called and left a message for Brian and was promptly called back. He told me that it was the rear main seal and that they started repairing it already and would be done soon. That was great news and great service!! As you can imagine I was not happy that my new Jeep had a oil leak, so having been treated so well by Brian was very much appreciated. Ive had bad service from other dealerships and service centers in the past. This was my first visit to the service center at Napleton and I am excited that it went so well. Hopefully this is what I can expect from Napleton in the future, the potential to keep me a lifelong customer is off to a very good start. Thank you!!

We could browse through the lot at our leisure and compare various vehicles, and when we were ready we came in to find someone to answer our final questions and start the paperwork on our new vehicle. My husband and I are visiting the Orlando area from Myrtle Beach, SC. On Sat. the check engine light lit up on the dash of our 2015 Ram 2015. We called Napleton's Chrysler Jeep on Monday morning. They had us bring it in immediately, and once they checked it, informed my husband that they needed to keep it for repairs. Our service advisor, Jean Santos, was absolutely amazing, we were given assistance in renting a car, and what really amazed both of us, is they had the truck ready by 5pm the same day. When we arrived to pick it up Jean had the truck ready for us. It was washed and vacuumed and tired were shined. Now, honestly our own dealer where we purchased this truck from would not have done any of this for us. We would have waited several days for the reapairs to be complete and it never would have been washed. This absolutely blew us away, the customer service that Jean provided.

I have been to this dealership in the past and always had horrible service on the service drive but didn't want to drive to another dealership . I was always waiting long periods of time to be greated and there felt like a lack of care for your customers. It has been two years since I've been here and since purchasing another Dodge and I had to had some warranty work done, I gave it another shot. I finally got some time to take my Jeep to Napleton Orlando for a recall (first time visiting this establishment). I went to pick it up later that day, and it didn't start. They looked at it the next day and said it would cost $1300 to fix. Fix what? It wasn't broke in the first place. Now I'm no mechanic, but simple logic tells me if I give something to someone and that something got messed up, it should have nothing to do with my wallet. Either they did not implement it correctly or I'm getting the run around. After nearly having a breakdown of the money I already don't have- I called Chrysler corporate and told them about the situation, and they said that I would be reimbursed. YAY! So I had Napleton fix whatever it was that they messed up and I submitted the invoice to corporate. BUT the other day Chrysler called me back saying they would not reimburse because "things sometimes break". It honestly felt like I got mule kicked in the gut. And on top of that, the woman on the phone also said that Brian Hessler (Service Manager) confirmed the vehicle was in "working order" after they implemented the recalls and that this was a separate issue. Seriously. How is this even possible that these issues are not related. One of the recalls (P54) was to externalize the fuel pump relay out of the TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module) so the vehicle would not stall without warning. And what have you? The TIPM needed to be replaced because now the vehicle will not start: $1300 What if I came back to pick up my vehicle and the tire was flat? Would that be my problem too? I left my vehicle with these guys TRUSTING that they would do a simple recall and it ended up costing me $1300. Again, I may not be the best with vehicle mechanics so think of it like this: My friend tells me that he can make the door to my house safer, free of charge. I say go ahead, do what you need to do. I come home and the door doesn't even open. I tell my friend that the door won't open and he tells me that it will be $1300 to make that happen. We probably wouldn't be friends after that.

I was greeted promptly, given an estimated wait time of two hours, provided with a comfortable place to watch a movie, drink coffee, and surf free WiFi. My vehicle was finished earlier than anticipated. The service representative spoke with me as if I was the only car in the service bay. An excellent experience in every aspect. Very personable staff. Willing to talk you through the process. Rich and George were amazing and have contacted me several times to check in and see how I was liking the car. When I had to come back in to sign papers that were missed, they made sure to put gas in my car for going out of the way.

Brian Peterson (?) is excellent. Very personable and really tries to take care of his customers. I have an unresolved issue with the TPS sensor that was apparently ruined by the fix a flat my car came with because I did not have a spare tire. I've had issues with the same tire and the TPS sensor. it was replaced once under warranty after I used the fix a flat for a slow leak. The newly installed TPS sensor is now not working and I'm being blamed on fix a flat which was never used with this TPS sensor. If this is not taken care of Dodge will definitely lose a future customer because I should not be penalized for using something dodge gave me.

I had just bought a new vehicle from my local dealership and had to bring it for service while on vacation. When I called for an appointment they were prompt and got me in quickly. My rep was fantastic. He was cordial and seemed like he cared about me and what happened with my SUV. It was very nice to have someone call me back and report on the progress of my vehicle. He went above and beyond and I can't speak highly enough of the experience as a whole.

This place has a great looking facility. Seriously it looks really nice. But that is where the "nice" stops. The sales staff there were in my humble 14 years of management experience incompetent. I called 2 days before to inquire about their inventory. I scheduled an appointment for Friday. I then called early afternoon on Thursday to come in a little sooner. I was told that they had 3 cars that I had been interested. Yes 3! The lady even told me, yes I am looking right at them on the phone! They even booked me for an arrival. I get there and the sales person was on their cell phone chatting away despite her knowing that I was standing right there. Then the 3 cars that I mentioned earlier, that I was told were there, were most definitely not. They attempted to then sell me a much more expensive vehicle then the one that I SPECIFICALLY asked for. The person "handling me" knew nothing about the car, didn't know where it was on the lot and kept saying, lets go back online and check what I have. I did that before getting there, I even called! After wasting 2.5 hours of my time with them trying to get me into the more expensive car I finally walked out. The sales person after I told them that I called and would not have come here to waste my time if you didn't have the car, said "that happens all the time". Really!? So you're in the business of wasting peoples time? I have been to a few dealerships, purchased a few cars cash and never experienced this level of bad customer service and bad salesmanship. They need to train their staff a lot better.

Went to this dealership from my house almost 1 1/2 hours away. They made me wait forever before they gave me the fake effort of make believing they offered me what they promised for my trade. Got upset and finally just left after the manager "got involved". What an even bigger waste of time trying to explain why they dropped money off for my trade. Sent an email to the "owner" of the dealership after I got a "hey guy what happened" email from them. Followed by this guy will call you. Never called, to that guy will will call you. Never returned call. Terrible waste of time and the worst customer service ever.

I saw this car on cars.com from dealer with price of $18483 and requested info from dealer that day. When the dealer repsonded the price went up $1500. When I sent the email from cars.com with the lower price they then added on over $1500 of dealer fees and "loyalty fees".
