Ran into Mr Westcott at filling station by my house when he inquired on the sonata I bought last month.After talking for a few I asked him about the car phone that did not work which he informed me its called blue tooth. The dealer I bought the sonata from didn't take the time to show me much about it or anything else about the car.Mr Westcott said not only showed me how to use the blue tooth to make calls but showed me ho to use my GPS with the blue tooth and Pandora. He told me how I could get xm radio for a free trial an several other things about my sonata that I probably would have never known .I liked my sonata when I bought it because of the size and its sporty looks an now I love it.Mr Westcott took at least 20 min out of his Sunday afternoon to show me things about my sonata an said when I have time for a no obligation demonstration on a new one to call him and gave me his card.Mr Westcott is like Superman of the auto industry an the rest of you dealers should be more like him instead of just trying to make a sale.Oh ya one other thing I did the review because the salesperson that sold me the sonata was hounding me do a review an I felt Mr Westcott earned this review because he didn't even ask an was more professional .Thanks again Mr Westcott

Talk to BOB. He helped me even with my super busy schedule. Lot of places wouldn't even look at me with the bad credit I have but he didnt turn me away, he worked till he could get me in the car I wanted, and he did it perfectly. Wasn't rushed or forced to buy it, made me feel right at home. Couldn't be happier with my buy. Will definitely look into them in the future. Thanks again guys, you rock!!

I was hesitant to come in and try to purchase a car, but Zuvonte made me feel right at home. He took the time and explained everything (and I mean everything) on my Sonata. Martel was my sales rep and he did a great job i came in on another car but it was was at they body shop and was not ready for sale so Martel took the time and sat with me and found a better car for me that i like way more then the car i came in on the deal ended pretty late but my salesman didnt rush me out the door even at 10pm when they was closed he showed me how to work everything on my car thanks again Martel and i will be back

was shopping for a new car for about a month, one sales rep Zuvante kept in contact with me the whole time so I gave him a shot, and when I came into the dealership, everything we spoke about was the same when I came in, the car was in stock and the whole process was pretty smooth. I drove 40 miles(one way) to test drive one of their used Genesis. Liked the and wanted to negotiate the price. The sales gentleman was nice and polite. He got an offer from his manager first name starts with M. I gave him the counter offer (make the asking price an out the door price). That manager came by our desk, asked about my offer again. I said again that I will buy the car if I can pay asking price as out the door price. He said "you will have a nice drive back to Chicago" and left. I found it very very rude and disrespectful.I have gone through many dealerships and was never treated like that before. I felt like I was trash to that person. I was going to accept the offer anyways since I loved the car but I will never come back to that place again. C'mon guys, its time to send your managers through Supervisor and Anti-Harrasment training.

This my first time financing a car in over 10yrs. I was really concerned about my interest rate being high but i watched Cortez negotiate with several different banks until he found me a payment that I was comfortable with. Which is was outstanding he actually got me a payment for $350 a month. Wow. Cortez was the best.

Rude and unprofessional sales manager and general manager. Had to deal with each one on two different days. General manager took my trade in for a very long ride and came back with so many negatives that were simply bogus. I tried to negotiate a 27K car by offering 2k less than the advertised price, and the general manager just got up and left. The sales manager a day earlier asked why I was there if I was planning to negotiate as if this place was a fixed price only dealership. He didn't even offer me a test drive. The only good experience I had at this place was with the salesperson Z, who was courteous and helpful. I ended up going to another dealership where they were happy to take my trade in, which they praised as a very very clean car, and I was happy to purchase a similar car with a smile. Somebody needs to train these so-called managers to show respect and courtesy to their customers.

Say no to have free oil changes added into your deal. When go to the dealership to have it done you will wait for hours. Although you won't have to exchange money but the time you spend waiting on a 15-20 minute to be done is crazy. Its cheaper money wise and time wise to get your oil change NOT at a dealership.

I came in to check to new Elantra and Art Moreno help me with the purchase of my car, I did not purchase an Elantra but the new Sonata was the best car for me. I had a bit of a rocky start in the trade in process for a new Kia, but all was made right by Ziggy, the manager. Eric Drew was very helpful in the process as well. Once I was on the right road, it was a streamlined process and I was able to negotiate a new vehicle, complete all the paperwork and drive home in a new vehicle in just a few hours. For a person who works 60 hours a week, not having to make numerous trips to the dealership was a huge plus. I was VERY pleased with the service and would recommend the dealership to anyone who asked.

I contacted Napleton about a car I was interested in, and they kept in touch about its availability until I could drive out to see it. I never actually went to see it but Londa was extremely helpful over the phone and helped me make sure that it was worth my time and money before I made the trip. She was quick to answer the phone and respond to my queries but not too pushy. I appreciate the time she put in. One recommendation I would make is to proofread emails before sending...I got an email from Qiana at this dealership which was grammatically incorrect. I'm just nit-picking here but you do, as a business, want to present as professional a front as possible.

I saw a used car advertized in cars.com by this dealership. I called to make sure they still had the car and made an appointment to see the car. The used car salesman even called me to comfirm our appointment. I drove quite a distance (100 mi. back and forth ) to see this vehicle and when I arrived to see the car they informed me it had been sold a week prior and tried to show me other vehicles. I asked so see the manager about this and he came out and laughed about the whole situitation. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy..........dont be duped by this dealership.....stay away........

I live about 30 miles from this dealership. They called the night before and the morning of to see if I was still coming to test drive a vehicle I was interested in . Both times they told me the car was still available, but when I got there it had sold the night before. They also wanted me to test drive cars that were damaged and overpriced . Then at the very end the salesguy that comes over to try to convince you to buy with this supposedly good deal ,he harrassed me so much when I kept saying no , that I just got up and walked away because he was getting angry and drawing attention to us. It was just embarrasing and I was very fearful when I left.

I was able to get the car tested by own mechanic who told me that if I kept up the maintenance that the car was going to last a very long time (impressive considering it is a 1998!). The dealership cleaned it up so good and it looks and feels like a brand new car. Not only did I find a great car at this dealership but I found a "Diamond in the rough" saleslady Daarina that I will refer friends and family to."I would recommend this vehicle to a friend: YesThis vehicle was purchased: UsedPrimary use for this car: Just getting around

Talked to three of their staffs, and heard 3 different stories. First one told me the price was $2000 less than what on their webpage, second one told the same price but about $1000 additional cost to get the car out of the door, third person insisted that the price on the internat was the price I should pay, and plus $160 doc fee, which was $2000 more than the previous people told me, and he even told me they need to collect taxes even I want to register the vehicle out of the state. And even more, none of three people seemed to know each other! And I am still waiting for their call back. They should not be confused about the price.

Dealer informed me that the price did not include destination and offered to sell me the vehicle at 1,200.00 more than the asking price and this did not include tax, title or license... The staff was courteous though... Destination for a used vehicle hahahahaha...

I Just purchased a new hyundai over the weekend from Cortez and he was great. He explained everything to me very well and the managers Bobby and Ziggy were also very courteous.
