We had a great experience buying a car with Jesse last November. After adding a carseat to our routine we needed something bigger. We worked with Jesse again and he helped us find the perfect car to fit our needs. He was patient while we tried out a few different models and ended up with the one he suggested from the start. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the deal we needed and were comfortable while we waited for the paperwork to get drawn up. Wonderful experience both times!

Outstanding as always! The vehicle I owned before my Kia was purchased through O'Brien Auto Park. The awesomeness of O'Brien Auto Park across the board (sales, service/service advisor Jeremy) was the reason I purchased my Kia through them again. A couple of months later they became Napleton. I'm not going to lie, when that happened I was kind of upset. Often with new ownership comes turnover. What to do, what to do? Do I stay or do I go? Skepticism aside - plus I found out Jeremy was still there and I really wanted to keep my great service advisor - I took my Kia in to Napleton and found the only thing that had changed was the name. Happy freaking day! I appreciate Jeremy keeping it real about my vehicle whenever I make a service appointment at Napleton. What needs to be addressed now, what services can wait and how long without creating additional damage to the vehicle. I appreciate the professionalism and the relaxed atmosphere. Thank you Jeremy! I can honestly say, you are one of the top three reasons I continue having my Kia serviced at Napleton. And, thank you Napleton for continuing to offer great sales, service and smiles!

Had a great experience buying a new Atlas over the phone and email. Derrick and Idris and a few others were very willing to walk through the process, get close to my desired price, and the payment terms I needed. Where they really shone, however, was after the sale was closed. They worked hard to get the car out to me (a few hours away). We were expecting and willing to go pick it up, but they managed a trip to our area and arranged for the drivers. After delivery I received several phone calls to go over the vehicle since we hadn't gotten the chance in person. Everything was very smooth and I thank them very much. I wish the dealers in my town were this competent and helpful.

Don't believe any of the five star reviews for this place, they are terrible and suspect they write reviews for themselves. I had an appointment at 1 PM for a small recall job. 3 1/2 hours later they did not call, most of their phones shown on the web site are disconnected (!), and they can't even tell me for sure that the car will be fixed today!

I'm usually intimidated by the idea of car shopping because sales people can be overbearing. This was NOT the case a Napleton's Hyundai. Very friendly, well informed, and patient staff. I wasn't 100% about actually making a purchase and even had to leave for appointments twice throughout the day and STILL left in my car that evening.

This is my second new car purchase at this dealership (first of which was at O'Briens), and I would highly recommend it. The service department has excellent service from the time you pull your car in through the time you leave. The staff who answer the phones and assist you when you pick up your vehicle are always very helpful and professional as well. Purchasing a car is very easy, especially since financing with the institution of your choice can most likely be handled right there at the dealership. Carlos, Marcus and Billy were all very courteous and professional and I highly recommend this team of men to assist with sales, purchase and finance.

Nick Campbell was very knowledgeable and low pressure which I liked. The negotiation process for my new 2017 Toyota Camry Hybrid was relatively painless (and I got the price I wanted for my trade in as well :). Steve did the paperwork as quickly as possible and didn't try and pressure me into buying the extended warranty, etc. & Nick did a great job explaining all of the features of my new car upon delivery. Ted People's-Business Manager tried to sneak in extended warranty into the payments. When I asked about he said they were included. Since this is not my first vehicle purchase, I knew differently. Not sure if this is a requirement that all dealers do but it is a turn off. Instead, ask the customer if they are interested in finding out about extended warranty. If they answer no then stop.

They could have done better on my trade in on my car and told them that but did normal car sales double talk. Who ever did the detail on my new car did a terrible job on the windows streaked & looked like soap or something still on them. I had to clean again when I got home. Great additions and upgrades. The treated cloth seats are wonderful. Love the black color. Wish the car came with tinted windows. I had a sunroof put in my vehicle and it turned out great and wasn't priced too high. I wish that when it had to be transported to Indiana it would have been put on a flat bed tow truck instead of being driven by an employee there and back. And the tank was not full when it was returned to me when I filled it up before it was dropped off to the dealership. It was brought back with less than a half of a tanks of gas. Not to mention the miles that was put on my vehicle due to it being driven to Indiana and back.

When I decided to purchase a new vehicle I did a lot of research and narrowed my choices down to a Nissan Altima or a Hyundai Sonata. I've owned 2 Altimas in the past and loved both of them. In all honesty I really felt I would end up with owning another one but my husband wanted me to at least look at the Sonata. I decided to test drive the Sonata first and LOVED it. I asked Tony to get some numbers together for me and if they could get it within my price range I wouldn't even go test drive the Altima....and he did!! I couldn't have gotten to a better place to get my first brand new car. I am not an easy customer, you won't sell anything to me the first day. I really like to pay attention to detail and to the options that I may have. This made me come back not once or twice but four times in the same week to Napleton's Auto Park of Urbana. Every time I went to a different place I felt the hurry to be sold something just because, but Levi Miller (the sales representative that took care of my purchase) was all the time giving me all the information that I needed without pushing me to buy. He was patient and wise to know that I would have ran away at the second I would have felt any pressure. Definitely recommend this place if you are thinking on buying a used (my first thought) or a brand new car... they will really treat you as you deserve.

I worked with Ed Maher for a second time now, and he was just as knowledgeable and professional on this car as he was on the last. I came in wanting a particular trim, but after talking to Ed he pointed out that I could actually get everything I wanted on a different trim and manage to save $1,200 in the process. I'm sure by saving me money he cost himself a little as well and I never expected a sales person to actually do that. Ed impressed me the last time I worked with him, but this was above and beyond. All my family members will be seeing Ed before they go anywhere else.

Our brakes went out in Champaign during a long interstate trip. The Kia service here was outstanding. Very good customer service and a comfortable, pleasant waiting area. We had to get a hotel while we waited for parts, but they provided a free shuttle, and the next morning we had our brakes repaired, four new tires, two recall items fixed, and a general inspection of our whole car. Great service, great people who really knew what they were doing.

I came to Jesse Webb after calling him and touching base with what I was looking for and what I thought I could afford after doing some research, keeping in mind I am an extremely skeptical person when it comes to car dealers. I came in with an open-minded attitude and after talking about all my available options with Jesse, I ended up in a pristine 2012 Volkswagen with 26,000 miles UNDER the monthly payments I had anticipated since my credit had been messed up in the past few months. I also, surprisingly, received a much lower interest rate through Volkswagen than I was offered through my personal bank that I have been with for over ten years and have gotten multiple loans through and paid off without any incident. After everything was said and done, I walked away very satisfied, I got a free tank of gas even though it was a used vehicle and they usually only do that with new vehicles, and I get free car washes as long as I have the vehicle. I have also been in contact with Jesse since the purchase with random questions and he, as well as the rest of the staff, have been more than happy to assist me with my questions and concerns whether loan related, insurance assistance or unlimited car wash questions. I have nothing but good things to tell all my friends about the level of customer service I have received and would recommend them to anyone I meet without hesitation.

I had shopped for a new car for 2 months and in that time I dealt with numerous salesmen. Ta'Vaughn was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and most of all patient. I drove 4 different cars and Ta'Vaughn was able to explain the different types of engines, how the tire size affects the ride and all the options on the different models of cars. When it came time to negotiate the price, Ta'Vaughn persistently worked to get the price of the car I wanted within my budget. I would definitely shop with Ta'Vaughn and Napleton's again!!

Jesse Webb from the Volkswagen department had helped me a lot during my process trading in my used 2004 Audi and selecting a newer vehicle. I went to the dealership at least five times, and each time the experience was great. I took the used vehicle I was buying to a mechanic for a buyers inspection and it was in great condition. The dealer was also able to offer me two months of limited warranty. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I met with Joe while browsing for a future car but did not want to buy right away. He was very informative and gave me some options after I informed him of what I was looking for. Following my first visit, he emailed me over information and photos of all the options we discussed, along with some other suggestions. When I finally decided to make the move, Joe was very patient as I test drove several of my options and helped me find the perfect one. He had great product knowledge, knew what I would be looking for (all options were amazing), and made it a an easy-going experience. The price quoted was even lower than invoice and they also offered us more than expected for our trade-in. I was very straightforward with them about what we could afford, and with the prices shown on Edwards and KBB. Without having to negotiate, they actually beat those on-line prices. It was a very positive experience.

Don't waste your time!! The advertisement about financing for bad credit and no credit is a fishing expedition that is false and misleading! I went to the dealership based on their advertisement. I'm credit challenged due to disputed hospital bills and student loans. I came to the dealership with a $2000.00 down payment and a good condition running Ford Explorer with high miles. At first I was told that, something could be done for me, after they tried to get another $1500.00 and my vehicle for a $8000 or $9000 vehicle. I realized my payments would be all profit for them and the bank. We I said I'd think about, 2 weeks later they told me they were no programs for me. What a Sham! They need to be arrested for Fraud!!

I brought my kia rio to get looked at and they told me what was wrong with it so i said i would rather repair it myself since they are to expensive. i ordered the parts and got them the next day. i went to take the top cover off of the engine where the spark plugs are and there was a screw missing so i called to o'briens and josh said no problem we will put another 1 in. i took the cover off and noticeds that the crew was broke off, so i called back and left a message and then another message later. i had to call the next day cuz he never returned my call and they connected me to chris who told me to bring it in and they will look at it. then about a half hour later drew calls me to tell me there is no way there technician did that and they decided they aren't going to do anythung anout it. josh calls me and tells me the same thing that there is no way they did it. i called josh to say a screw was missing then i called back when i noticed it was broke off, makes no sense them saying i did it and not them. this is by far the worst experience i have ever had. they can't take responsibilty for there mistake. i would never recommend them to anyone. i would never let them fix there mistake on my car, they would probably to more damage and blame it on me. don't go to o'briens if you can't afford there service, they will take it out on your car and blame you.

First time buying a car, went in with a lot of research and was nervous going in, but Levi made me feel as comfortable as possible. Easily negotiated a fair and excellent deal with him. Process for transporting my car from another dealership had some hiccups, but Levi was accommodating and made the experience a pleasant one. The finance department was also respectful, but I'd say the highlight of my experience was working with Levi.

Wasn't told that the IQ didn't have a spare tire or that it had to be towed on a flat bed. Finally got it to the dealer and they didn't have areplacement tire. Had to wait four days. The IQ doesn't get the mileage stated 38/39. Instead it gets 34/35.

When you go to a dealer for service, you expect knowledge, honesty, and competence.I had a list of things that needed attention. I told them to replace the radio antenna, as the AM reception was poor, and a local radio repair said it was the antenna. O'Brien decided that instead of doing what I told them to do, they wanted to sell me a whole new radio, for $430. I had an exhaust leak. O'Brien decided that I needed a whole new Y pipe, for $619.50. I told them that the front compartment lights didn't work when the door was opened, but the rear one did. O'Brien wanted to replace the whole lighting diode, for $169.00 They also wanted to replace 4 Tires for $799.95, plus tax. They also wanted to realign the front end, for another $99.00. They claimed to have inspected the brake pads, and wanted to replace the front and rear brake pads for a total of $399.98. They also claimed to have found a leaking axle seal, and wanted to replace that for $169.50. They claimed that the transmission housing seal was leaking, and wanted $219.00 to replace that. They also claimed that the transmission extension seal was leaking, and wanted $169.50 to replace that.They wanted $268.50 to replace spark plugs and wires. They wanted $39.00 to replace the air filter. They wanted $11.50 to replace the license plate light--43 cents at Autozone, 1 screw. I play with antique cars. I have a heated shop with an auto hoist at home. I put the car up on the lift and the first thing I noticed was that the mud on the lug nuts had not been disturbed, therefore, they never removed the wheels to "inspect" the brake pads, or axle seal. You can not see the thickness of the brake pads unless you not only remove the wheels, but remove the calipers, too. There had never been a wrench on the bolts that hold the calipers on since the last time I looked at them. I found the brake pads to be about 80% of thickness of the brand new ones I had on hand from the last time they tried to tell me that the brake pads were bad. I sure didn't see any leaking axle seals on either side. If the transmission seals were leaking, you'd think I'd see it when I had it on the lift, and also see drips on the garage floor. I found the exhaust leak--the weld where the Y pipe joins the exhaust system--THE SAME ONE THAT THEY'D HAVE TO MAKE IF THEY ACTUALLY REPLACED THE Y-PIPE! I took my wire feed welder and fixed it in about 5 minutes. I looked at how hard it was to replace the antenna--There are 2 nuts on studs behind the plastic inner fender. They were corroded. I removed them, polished up the threads, put some dielectric grease on them, and tightened them up. RADIO WORKS GREAT!!! The tires were about due for replacement. A neighbor of mine works at a tire store. He took the car to work, and replaced them with 60,000 mile tires for $500.00. He checked the alignment and said that there was nothing wrong with it. My knees are bad, so I asked the guy at Autozone to look at the bulbs in the front courtesy lights--he replaced both of them for 86 cents. He even installed them. I knew that the diode couldn't be bad if the rear ones worked with the door. They wanted to charge me $29.00 to clean the engine to look for oil leaks. They must not have even opened the hood, because a guy was trying to sell me a steam cleaner, and he demonstrated it on that car--the engine was immaculate! Therefore, they could not have evaluated the coolant, power steering or brake fluid condition either--each of them they wanted to replace and flush the systems for a total of $159.00 I had replaced the air filter when I had the oil changed 2 weeks before that. I was traveling in Missouri and ran into one of those roadside pollution checks--the car was as good as when it was new--and the gas mileage is still as good as it ever has delivered--I don't know what makes O'Brien think I need to spend $268.50 on plugs and wires. In my opinion, O'Brien Auto Park service department is staffed by incompetent lying thieves.

A day later when I brought the car back to let them know that I was told it had SAT radio and it did not, they sent me to service. Service told me that it would be around $650 (my cost) and that the dealership would not cover any of it.

I purchased a Mazda CX-9 from the pre-owned lot. First off the Sticker price was $4,000 higher than it Blue Booked at and what another lot previously had one priced at. I negotiated $4,000 off of the price within 15min of talking to the salesman. I should have thought pretty hard about how easy it was instead of thinking "damn I'm good". Bought the car, it had no Navigation Disk in the car, I put in the contract that they would order me one. Got the navigation disk and my wife went in to get it installed. They wouldn't help her because no body knew how to install it! She was referred to the service dept. and it was put in but she was so frustrated she took it and left without really using it. We live in Mahomet so never really had to use the Navigation disk. But since we pulled it off of the lot it had never functioned and it was presumed it was because of the disk. I took the vehicle in to get simple oil change and car wash. I also asked if they vacuum there cars. The reply was "yes we always vacuum". I asked them to look into the navigation disk to see if they could program it and get it working for me because we are about to use it to go out of town for the first time. Turns out the Navigation system is Faulty. Not the disk, the actually $2,600 system. They refer me to my salesman. After talking to my salesmen whom I realize he "may" have not known about it, he just mediated with the manager. After sick of mediation and my salesman walking back and forth with his little post it note, I just said why doesn't he just come over here. He preceded saying. "You've drove the car for 6 months and it didn't bring it in sooner." My reply was obvious. " I never used the navigation system because we live in Mahomet and work in Champaign. I didn't think the whole system was broken, I was hoping it was simple programming. I had to argue with their sales manager whom raised his voice talking over me, called me a liar, and would not make it right. His only offer was to fix the unit at his cost! How am I honestly supposed to know what his cost is? I have to take his word for it? No, I paid for this cars value ($25,000) with a working Navigation system. We went round and round arguing loudly and he would not budge. I asked is this the service anybody should expect coming in here? His response was, I don't believe you would drive the car for 6 months without bringing it in to be fixed. Like i said Round and Round. I left VERY UNHAPPY! They said 2-3 weeks on the unit and it would cost between $600-$800 if it didn't have to be replaced. I'd really assume his cost would be around $300-$400. He'd rather have me running around bad mouthing him, Costing him Sales, than to make it right and have me taken care of. DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THESE HUSTLERS! ONCE YOU SIGN OFF ON THE CAR THEIR JOB AND PAYCHECK ARE DONE AND DEALT WITH! DON"T TAKE ANY WARRANTY OR OFFER THEY HAVE, IT IS BOGUS! By the way I bought into a $3,000 warranty through them and the Navigation system wasn't included in that, imagine that! Also my car never was vacuumed with my simple oil change.

In sales, Pat Farrelly sold me another car a few years ago and I came back recently specifically to seek him out when I wanted to buy a new car, which I did. The service staff (Pat Barnes)have been very helpful in maintaining my vehicle. They always explain what is needed and price it out beforehand. Scheduled maintenance and replacing normal wear and tear items is probably why I have 195,000 plus on my 2005Camry.Shuttle service is handy when needed but the WiFi is great if you have time to wait.

Rick and Larry combined to help me get a new car on very short notice before I had to move out of town. Rick was extremely knowledgeable about the various Toyota and Scion models that fell in my price range. After test driving 3 different cars, and then thinking about my decision, I decided to lease a Scion xB. Because of my upcoming move on short notice, there were some paperwork issues with the lease. Here was when Larry Madden, the general manager, stepped in and personally spent several hours on the phone with the regional branch of Toyota in order to get all the problems ironed out in about a day. I got my car in time for the move, and am really enjoying driving the car now. I would definitely recommend Rick and Larry to anyone because of how the dealership made the sales environment friendly, and how they stepped up to the plate to get the details ironed out in the papers.

The service department is likely to overcharge you and harass you. They have a nice waiting area but they pay for that by gouging people. They have recommended replacing things that work (like a windshield washer resivoir) which will probably work for years. They also insisted that I had to get a key with remote entry ($300), but when they were out of stock they gave me a regular key instead ($100). They have been sending me mail and calling my phone fairly regularly even though it has been a year since I was last there. Don't go here if possible.

needed three things done to my '07 Mazda 6 - airbag warning light was on, so I needed that checked, oil change, and my brakes inspected for a good pre-winter check. I figured since my owner's manual recommended my airbags to be checked by a certified Mazda dealership I would take it to O'Brien Auto park and get it all done in one place, what I should have done is looked up their ratings before I went there.It was a maze to get in the dealership's service center. Once you pulled into the service center, it was intimidating by its fancy large garage, service men walking around pushing through their assembly line, then ushering you through the doors to check in your car like a hospital patient. I feared that I had just entered in to the wrong dealership, it was the stereotypical high-end service team that could baffle the wisest business men and take advantage of young unmechanically-inclined girl, the one all your friends warn you about from their horror stories and encounters.I had scheduled my appointment in advance, but even with their assembly line set up, my fairly routine maintenance request became a three hour ordeal. Despite an impressively clean waiting area that was equipped with a high-tech coffee maker and plasma screen TV's, it did not make the time progress or put me at ease.By the time a service man did greet me with the some news of my car's health, he opened it with the poor line of "I'm sorry we didn't get you you sooner, *Jeff* went to lunch about an hour ago, and just came back to notify us the status of your car." So, this tells me I was sitting around wasting an hour of my time while my car was in the shop ready to go. To further this poor service man's dialog, he continues, "The electrician did a full computer diagnostic test on your car, your airbag on the passenger side had 6.0 pressure" Note, I told them there was an issue with the airbag and the need for a FULL Computer diagnostic test was not necessary, but he continues his speech, "the electrician assumed it was a loose wire under the passenger seat, and normally he would get approval before preforming any type of labor or service on the car, but since *Jeff* was out, he went ahead and tested the wires. He wiggled the wired and the airbag pressure went down to the normal range of 2.0. He drove your car around and tested the brakes and wiggled it around some more, and confirmed that it was only a loose wire." The labor for this electrician to wiggle a wire was $40 an hour, so without my consent to have a "certified Mazda electrician" wiggle a wire under my car seat for $40 an hour, they went ahead and charged me.In the case of my brakes, they did no more than tell me what I already knew, I had preformed the standard two pennies test on the brake pads, which it had passed on all four tires. But what I really wanted was an detailed check beyond a visual inspection. This would require taking the caps off, looking at the pads, discs, and hydraulic fluids. O'Brien's service man could tell me nothing more than it passed their visual brake inspection.I can't complain about my oil change, because an oil change is an oil change, but I normal have synthetic oil put in my car and I was not even given the option for synthetic.So my three hour car hospital adventure was finally coming to an end, but not with out a big sticker price. The service man told me that after "all the work done to my car" it was going to be around $200 before tax. Now wait a minute, what work?? An oil change is 15 minutes at Speed-Lube and I can wiggle a wire under my passenger seat for free and look at my brakes for free and tell you they're ok. But let's not forget, I got a"free complimentary car wash", not to mention that they hairline scratched my bumper. So is it worth $200 for all their labor and work, NO, BECAUSE THEY HARDLY DID ANY WORK. Obviously the service man could tell I'm a bit beyond annoyed and borderline irate, so he says "OK, OK maybe I can get you a coupon or something to bring the cost down." A coupon?? Well he comes back, and said he was able to re-do some figuring and he got it down to $148 with tax, and he expects me to be happy with him like he did me some kind of favor for saving me $50 he was going to rip me off of in the first place. I'm not one to argue, I hate arguers, but talk about unethical, poor service. To make a long story short, if you want to get taken advantage of and be charged unethical rates, then be sure to see your local O'Brien Auto Park's service center, you'll be disappointed you did.
