I Dropped my vehicle off overnight Monday the 10th for an 8:45 a.m. appointment Tuesday the 11th to get a diagnostic on my check engine light and an electrical issue. I didn't get my car back until two days later. Tom called at 7:30 a.m. the 11th to Inform me he had possesion of my vehicle and that was the last time I would hear from him. I called numerous times. I was told I would get a call back never did. My electrical issue was partially diagnosed and not reflected on my paperwork what me and Tom Walker spoke about on the phone. My radio was looked at and not my heated seats issue. I was informed if I wanted the full inspection of what me and Tom verbally agreed I would incur an additional charge on the day I picked my vehicle up. I finally was able to get a hold of Tom and informed him I was upset and it was very unprofessional not to update me on the status of my vehicle. He insisted he called twice and left a message. I informed Mr. Walker I would be on my way to pick up my vehicle and asked how much do I owe? I picked my car up only to wait 10 minutes before it was found and brought to me. The reason on the paperwork states too expensive as the reason service was declined. The real reason was due to poor communication. I actually liked the dealership thus my second, but unfortunately last return.

After three stressful days of looking for a car for my son, I was beginning to feel overwhelmed. Mr. Jay Songero was extremely informative an helpful without any pressure of making a sales. After he realized the vehicle that I was interested in was sold, he not only took the time to look up the same vehicle at a different dealership, he also recommended that I go there to check it out. The staff at Napelton's aren't the type to push a car down your throat and walk you out the door. They made my car buying experience a breeze and never made me feel like I wasn't a valued customer. I'll be back, and would seriously recommend them to anyone looking for a no BS deal.

Working with the Salesman Clemente was phenomenal. He was patient with us and asked all the pertinent questions in what WE wanted in an automobile. Never thought this experience would be so positive with a dealership in the community. Our initial visit was to purchase a used vehicle, but with Clemente and the Chrysler Affiliate Mark we purchased a new Vehicle. We now have a birthdate, which is a first, for our new vehicle!

Let's start from the beginning, my 2015 Dodge Dart was damaged at work, and I have taken my car here once previously to have a small scratch buffed out and the door panel repainted. That visit took 2 1/2 weeks, which is a more time than what is needed. The paint job looked nice though despite me having to wait as long as I did. I figured I would give them another shot to redeem themselves from this long turnaround event. Now I have had my car there for 3 MONTHS. All that was done or is being done to it is : front windshield replaced, back windshield replaced, sunroof replaced, front headlights replaced, back passenger door handle put back on, full car buff and paint job (body shop states it takes 3 1/2 weeks to complete this job but they are going to get it done in 2 1/2 weeks). Now, here's the kicker of the story. I have been told 5 different times that I will be able to pick up my car on a specific date and that I would be notified that it's ready to pick up, along with being told that I would get updates regularly about the status of my car. I have to constantly call almost daily to get updates on my car because apparently people there don't know how to communicate, manage employees nor shops that they utilize. I was also never notified that my front headlights were on back order and that they were waiting for them to arrive. Nor did anyone look into other dealerships to see if they had my headlights until I called and bugged them about my car. I personally know what it is like to manage people, and work with other shops and manage them as well because I am a front line supervisor for a large steel corporation. To have to wait this long for the jobs that are being done is completely rediculous! You should know in advance how long a job will take and you should follow through with that plan. Not change your mind everytime the deadline is up and say it is going to take longer.Because of all this frustration and hassle I have had to go through, I PROMISE YOU that I will NEVER go back to Napelton River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I will never promote this dealership. Nor will I ever say anything good about the Service Department's work ethic. Once Howard came into the Service department, things started getting communicated to me better, but then I haven't been able to get ahold of him ever since. I may have bought my car from this dealership, but that is where the line is drawn. For anyone who is looking to get service at this place, DO NOT GO! Trust me! It's not worth the hassle.

You may not believe it, but this is by far the best dealership in North America. We've purchased cars from over a dozen dealerships previously, and we will never go anywhere else again. The saying 'it's all the same' is true of most dealerships, but where Napleton exceeds is in their strong orientation to Customer Service. Honestly, they put the customer before all else, which is unheard of in the car industry. The dealership has the best prices and will do everything in their power to find the right car for you and your family. Juan and Moe are by far two of the best individuals we've ever worked with and will refer every single friend and family member to this dealership.

I went to Napleton River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Lansing from a Cars.com advertisement for a price of $19,992 for a 2008 Cadillac CTS. I emailed the dealership from ad and went to see the vehicle in person and was told it was sold. The dealer contacted me back and stated the vehicle was still available, so I went again and the price of the car was about $3000 more because they did some work on the car and they needed the money they put into the vehicle back. The dearlership pulled up the same add that day with $19992 price but he told me it was a mistake on their part, and that everyone makes mistakes, including myself, and they would not honor the advertised price. Yes, i do mmake mistakes, didnt know the relevance his statemnent but I try to corect the mistakes I have made. So, I left again. I was contacted by various individuals offering me different deals until the used sales manager advised he would offer added incentives like free oil changes and 45 days before your first payment. It all sounds good outside of the finance room, but in reality a sales rep makes idol promises. He doesnt say if you agree to pay more money per month then we will extend your payment 45 days, otherwise your payment is due in 30 days. I mean why even bring it up. i makes the consumer feel taken once your in the finance chair. The greatest part of my personal story is after all I originally went through to get this car. My first payment was due 29 days after I drove off the lot. When you drive off the lot you are left with the uncomfortable feeling that you have just made a bad decision. Business is just that, but it should come with some type of integrity. When you have people representing the business not honoring their word or the word of the business especially after paperwork is signed, you feel like you've been preyed upon and swindled. I wouldn't refer anyone there based on that fact alone. It's very unfortunate.

And we were very impressed with the customer service we received from everyone. Everyone was just so nice to us they made us feel like they were happy to have us as customers. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at an auto dealer. To begin with, I went to this dealer because they placed an ad in the Chicago Sun-Times paper about a huge sale they were running. I went here on friday in search of a chevy malibu. Ken Walters seemed nice at first. When he noticed he could not get me a chevy malibu he offered me a dodge caliber. I rejected that offer and he then offered me a 2010 chevy malibu that was to be traded in the following Saturday. Saturday after waiting from 3pm-9pm and beginning to sign the paper work for the malibu, the dealer (Eric Gramlich-business manager) claimed they could not accept a check for a down payment (after one of their team members said it was alright). Therefore, I had to continue to pay for a daily rental until the following Tuesday. When I arrived Tuesday with cash, they decide to tell me unless I had more cash, that I could not get the car I wanted. I tried so hard to get this one specific vehicle and even tried speaking with Lou Soluri (sales manger). This man was the rudest person in the dealer. He basically told my mother and I that if we did not have more cash or accepted the dodge caliber they would give me my money back and that if I did not like it I could leave. Not to mention he was talking to me rudely with a mouth full of food. When I asked to speak to Mo Muhsen (general sales manager) everyone claimed he was in a meeting. Yet, I seen him come to the showroom to grab his lunch.I got a 2010 chevy malibu from suzuki of Glenview. This has been my dream car since 2008! Suzuki of Glenview is the only dealer out of about 6, who could get me financed with my low credit score and small credit history. The customer service was friendly and I will definitely continue to do business with this dealer. I highly recommend this dealer because the employees are genuinely trying to help you. Finally deciding what I wanted to purchase I visited River Oaks Chrysler and met Bob Gator. Not only did Gator head me in the right vehicle, he showed me everything I needed to know and how all the technology works. He programmed my cell phone to the uconnect system, thoroughly explained my navigation system and set my address in my new Chrysler 200. I felt like i was treated like family throuout the entire purchase process. Even Lou that promissed me lifetime car washes when i'm in the area. The new car manager Roger was very fair about pricing to help me purchase the vehicle. The geneeral sales manager Mo worked very hard with the bank to get me a very low interest rate and affordable payment. As you can see when shopping for an automobile the head aches and aggevation you go through to make that decesion, but at Napleton River Oaks CJD, they gave me the red carpet treatment and never felt pressured to make the purchase. If you are in the market see Bob 'Gator' and he will make your shopping experience the best experience you ever had. THANK YOU GUYS KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

I was told I would get a year of XM radio and that I would be able to directly connect my Ipod to the hard-drive in my vehicle to download music. These features were the deciding factor in my $24,000 decision. After signing the papers and getting in my car I was told the XM only came with the upgraded model. I thought my Ipod wasn't connecting to the car because it was old, so I bought a new one. When that didn't work, I came to the service department where I found out that the feature isn't available - I actually wasted money not only on the car, but on a new Ipod. I've never been more upset. I realize I can plug in my Ipod and listen to it with out storing it to the hard-drive, but I could have done that in any of the other cars I looked at. If it wasn't for the salesman deceiving me, I would have gone with the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport that had the push to start and keyless entry. This is my first major purchase, I have to work two jobs to pay for this and I'm going to be stuck with this car I regret for the next seven years. I'm sick about it and I can't believe people just lied to me and took advantage of me on such a major decision.

The best experience I've EVER had buying a car. Betty was GREAT, she earned her money that day. I don't write reviews ever but I really wanted to for this. Everyone involved was great, patient, and nice. I never felt pressured once. I'm SO glad I stopped in that day. I went to Ford and Chevy right before and felt like they didn't want to sell me anything at all. Thank You BETTY, I'll see you soon for that Challenger.....

I went into the dealer to try the key that was sent to me. I was only trying to win a car. The sales man was great he did not try to pressure sale me. He noticed that I was looking at the patriot and he said that he would work hard to get me in this vehicle. Needless to say I am driving it today. And still loving the service each time I got to have maintenance done. Bob always greets me with his charming wit. Everyone at Napleton is very professional.
