astonishing service! - I just bought my first car at the amazing Napleton’s valley Hyundai in Aurora, IL. I was extremely nervous but from the start, my salesman, Dion Allen, guided me through the process & constantly made me feel reassured, welcomed & calm. We test drove the car & he put on some of my music-making me very happy & easing some tension. The dealership is extremely professional, clean- aesthetically pleasing & all. Everyone that interacted with me treated me amazingly. I’m beyond happy with my car. I recommend Napleton’s Valley Hyundai enthusiastically and without hesitation. - a extremely satisfied costumer

Long 20 minute wait just to get my vehicle into the service area & checked in by a representative even though I had a reservation. Part is on back order that will fix my Tuscan, in the meantime, I can't use the hatch because the door won't go down without the part. Part not expected to arrive for MAYBE 3 weeks. In the meantime, I have an SUV trunk I don't have access to. The waiting area needs some clean up and the upholstery on the chairs could use replacing. Busy dealership to have such poor service & attention to cleanliness. My car was returned after the car wash with soap all over the back window. Inside of my car was not sanitized after the porter brought it out because greasy finger marks were all around. Better service at other dealerships closer to my home! Service representative was nice but had to wait too long to get my service started. In addition, an oil change took 1.5 hours to complete. Unacceptable!

Josh was phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. The customer service was top down the best I’ve ever experienced and I got my car at a great price. Thank you Josh and team! I will for sure be buying any future cars with him as well as recommending him to everyone! By far the most attentive salesman I have encountered!

Visited here to look for Hyundai Palisade. I know they've been a hot sell the last two years so inventory was slim. They had the one we were looking for on the lot, so we ended up pulling the trigger. Sales person Jordan was not pushy, accommodating and easy to work with. Sales manager Brian was straight forward and willing to work with us on price. Would recommend

I am so glad that I chose to look for a car at Napleton's Valley Hyundai. My sales consultant Joe Williams was absolutely amazing. I came in looking to buy a specific car, but when it turned out that the car I had in mind was not what I wanted, Joe came up with several more options for me within my budget and within all of the other factors I had been looking for in a car. He was very patient with test drives, figuring out financing, and just about everything else that came in the process of buying the perfect car. I ended up spending quite a few hours at the dealership in order to make a decision, but Joe stayed with us the entire time to ensure that we found the perfect car and that everything worked out perfectly. At the end of the day, I went home with an absolutely amazing deal on a car that I love. I had a tight budget and a lot of specific needs, but I really did end up with a car that was much better than I had imagined I would end up finding. I would certainly recommend this dealership and specifically Joe when shopping for a car. The whole experience was pleasant and everyone I talked to at the dealership in every area was patient, kind, and determined to help me the best that they could. I will certainly be going back to this dealership later on when buying a car as well as recommending it to all of my friends and family. I am so thankful for all of the help I received and for finding the perfect car!!
