Joey Schmitt was great, friendly and not pushy at all. Immediately made me feel at ease and was honest and straight forward about everything we discussed. Brought in my old lease and picked up a new lease. The process was easy and uncomplicated. I was ready to fight for a deal, but I didn't have to. Henry really worked at getting what I wanted at the price I wanted.Due to my business travel and schedule, I had conflicts as to when I could get the vehicle. Henry worked around my schedule to make it happen.This is the fourth car we bought/leased from Nardy and will continue to go back again.BTW, Nardy's service department is right up there at the top as well. Nardy doesn't just stop after the sale is made.Thanks Henry and Nardy.

Came in to trade in my lease, unsure on which vehicle I was going to get next. Joey went above and beyond to help and answer any questions or concerns I had. Having owned Hondas previously, it was not difficult to trust in the product and be very comfortable with the car I picked, which is the HRV. Having shopped at many of the dealers locally and been less than satisfied with the experience, it was not difficult to establish that same trust and comfort once I was welcomed to Nardy Honda and introduced to Joey Schmitt. At 71 years of age, I have done business with a fair amount of car salesmen over 5 decades. Never wanted to take one home before I met Joey Schmitt. When he said I would now be a member of the Nardy "family", I was not really impressed. But then Joey actually made me feel as if I was a family member he was trying to help purchase a new car. Both he and Rachelle were a dynamic team who accomplished what they said they would and made this the nicest car buying experience I ever had. If you are thinking about a Honda, go see Joey Schmitt. I was put at ease the moment I stepped into Nardy Honda. I am now on my second leasing of an Accord, and every single person I've encountered, from the managers, service agents, mechanics, even on down to the cashiers, have had a friendly, helpful way about them. One particular person, my salesperson, Dale Cha, has really stood out. Dale has made all my trepidation about " shark-like," self serving salespeople simply vanish. My questions, concerns, and interests come first with Mr. Cha. He handled both of my sales experiences professionally and with great patience and detailed knowledge of the product. There are several Honda dealerships that are closer to my home than Nardy, but they don't give me the same level of trust and service that Nardy of Smithtown does.

This dealership exudes an atmosphere of trust, caring and attentive employees.One in particular is Joe Schmitt. He sold me my third Honda CIVIC 2016 in Cosmic Blue Metallic. Joe exhibited the utmost in integrity, caring and professionalism. Let's not mention other dealers because after dealing with Joe, there are NO other dealers in my book.Give Joe a list of what you want? DONE and you never have to tell him again. This is a trait that I have not seen in other car sales people but Joe remembered down to the minute detail, everything I had placed on my "wish List" for what I'd want in my next car.I picked the car up on October 7th and I am so glad that I went to Nardy and so glad that they have Joe working for them.When my wife is due for a new vehicle, we will use Joe. Let me start by saying I am 56 years young and have bought numerous new vehicles over the past 40 years. I have never in all those years experienced such a smooth and seamless delivery of my new vehicle. I have to say that three years ago I bought three Honda vehicles one for my wife one for my mother in-law and mine and my salesman was Joe Schmitt and he was working at a dealership (Huntington) which is much closer to where I live in East Northport, But Joe did such a great time making sure that every aspect of buying my vehicles went smooth. Joe has kept in touch with me over the past three every now and then I would get a call from him asking how everything was going!! Who does that? Well its three years later and it was time to buy another car, needless to say I traveled significantly further to Nardy Honda because that's where my FRIEND joe is working. I have to say that when I arrived at 1215 today to negotiate for a new car there was Joe waiting with a big old hug!! We had a cup of coffee and talked about family before we even started to negotiate. AS Joe has done in the past he came up with an absolutely great deal and walked me through every step of the way including making sure he introduced me to everyone that I came across at Nardy Honda. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice and answered any and all questions that I had. I picked my vehicle up the very same day just a few hours after sitting with Joe. when I arrived to pickup my vehicle once again Joe was waiting for me with a big smile and anxious to show me my new car all detailed!! Joe went over everything with my new Honda civic including pairing my phone and he even programed all my favorite music stations. I am just so impressed with how he can be so personable and yet professional. I will certainly be bringing my wife and mother in-law back to Joe when their lease is up in 2017. I would highly recommend people to go to Nardy Honda to buy a car and of course I will be highly recommending that they ask for Joe Schmitt!!!

I was very nervous going into a dealership after my last experience buying a used car. I had so many hesitations and reservations but that first call I made was to Nardy Honda. I spoke to Joey Schmitt and he was truly and genuinely honest and I decided "what the xxxx, let me give this guy a chance and make an appointment to speak to him." I did and I will never regret that choice. Armed with my 6'2" boyfriend to make sure I didn't get shoved around again, I walked in nervous. Joey spoke to me in more depth about my options- both financing and lease. He was actually working to get me into something safe. He helped me work on the insurance quote. He walked me through all of my vehicle options. He was just honest about everything. I will continue to bring my business to Joey for as long as I can. I walked out with a lease agreement signed, feeling confident that I had made an informed, good decision.

Wonderful dealership. This is my third Honda Odyssey, but first time dealing with this dealership. Everyone was very polite and helpful the second you step onto the lot. Holding doors, asking how they can direct you. They had 6 mini vans to choose from. The other dealership had no EX vans. We dealt with Joe Schmitt who answered all our questions and concerns. I had a problem being it was the weekend and my insurance office was closed. The problem lasted half the day dealing with the silly 800 #, but the communication with Joe was quick. helpful and to the point and thankfully, finally resolved so we could pick up on Saturday! I stopped Nardy Honda to service my 2005 Honda Accord. I w as Browsing browsing the showroom to kill time until Joey approached me and offered me help. I usually deal with Apple Honda for years. Something made me go to Nardy Honda in Smithtown. As soon as i step into Nardy, Henry Schwartz approached me and helped me. From start to finish Henry was excellent. They gave us a better price compare to Apple, that we are now only dealing with Nardy. He gave me one price that i felt was right. Nothing is perfect, but Nardy in Smithtown tries its best to make it so. Like all businesses in life things are not black and white so of course you need to be willing to have a discussion on price - but if you negotiate the price that you are comfortable with then you will walk away with a smooth transaction and a brand new Honda. I dealt with a relatively new dealer named Thomas Breslin. He was excellent. He did not push for any additional items, he would listen to what you as the purchaser really want instead of being focused on increasing his commission. I give the dealership 5 stars for its great sales staff, its clean and efficient facilities, its great selection of cars, and for walking away a happy customer with a new Accord EX-L V6 Sedan. The moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable. I was greeted immediately and not in a "we just want to make a sale" kind of way. My salesperson Joseph Schmitt was absolutely amazing. He was so incredibly down to earth, friendly and funny. I previously left a review for 3 Honda civics I leased for myself, son, and wife. As it turns out, my daughter wanted her first car and loved the civic. I told her I would go back to Vincent and see if he could possibly get me in an HRV, (which I needed for work purposes anyway) at a price I could afford ,and I would give her the civic. I Knew I was pushing it, as my budget was very tight at this point. Long story short, Vincent put me in a CRV at a price I could not have imagined!! Our dollar was stretched as far as it could go, and Vincent came through for me in a big way. Vincent & Nardy really helped me out! thanks again Vincent! In 3 years we'll be back for 4 more!!!

I was not pounced on when I arrived and after a chance to look around I was approached respectfully by Joey Schmitt. He simply asked if we were being helped and if we needed any information. This is our second purchase at Nardy Honda. The first was a used car, and that experience was excellent, so when we wanted to trade my Accord, we headed there. My husband had met this sales rep while waiting in the service area some time before we were shopping for a new car. He was friendly and personable, so when we went to look at new ones, we asked for Joe Schmitt. We really knew exactly what we wanted already, so selling us on the product wasn't an issue for him. ( We have had 4 other Hondas ). He found us the car we wanted, got us a great price with excellent financing terms. He was especially good at the delivery of the new car, spending plenty of time explaining and demonstrating all the electronic features, like Apple Car Play and Bluetooth.

Joseph Schmitt, our Sales Rep at Nardy Honda was very helpful in guiding us to the right car. We chose to lease a CRV. I recently bought a 2016 Honda Pilot. This was my first Honda and by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. This dealership was wonderful. I dealt with Frank Rossano and Sayed, both of whom were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. They were understanding of my needs and did not make me feel pressured at any time with my purchase. They even held the car for me for a week, when I had a family emergency and couldn't get back when I originally planned. The entire process was very smooth and there were no problems. They went out of their way to ensure I was a satisfied customer, including coming in early for delivery of my car and offering to return my previous lease at another dealership nearby. Paperwork was completed in a timely fashion and we did not have to wait around long at all which was wonderful because we were shopping with my 14 month old. Frank even entertained the baby when he started getting impatient. Overall, best experience buying a car. They have gained a customer for life! Thankyou Frank and Sayed!!!

Walked into Nardy Honda for the first time on a Sunday morning JUST to look around. My wife's and my Toyota leases were about to end. We have been leasing and buying Toyota's for the past 17 years. A salesman who said he was busy at the moment, pointed me to a gentlemen sitting at a corner desk. A very pleasant young man named Vincent Licata asked how he could help me. I told him my situation and we proceeded to discuss a few options. Vincent then showed me the new Honda Civic. WOW! What's not to like. Clearly the best car in it's class! Although a car may sell itself, the salesman can make or break any sale. Vincent was a very bright, knowledgable and personable young man who made me feel so confident I was being treated fairly, that I knew right then I need not look any further. As it turned out, my son had a lease that was coming to an end shortly. He came to the dealership, and we did 3 leases at the same time. 3 new Civics! This would not have happened without Vincent. I had a fantastic experience with this dealership back in 2014 when i was in need of a new car and short on money. I leased a 2013 Civic, 12000 miles a year with a low downpayment and a low monthly price. The transaction went smoothly, they did not try to oversell me on anything, and did not make me feel bad for not wanting any extras on the car. Bare minimum fit my budget, and the salesman understood and did not push.The lease on that vehicle was up. My family had expanded, and we wanted a larger vehicle. We shopped around. Considered other makers. Did not find the same level of friendliness and comfort as I did at Nardy Honda. So I came back. I worked on this deal with Frank Rossano. I talked to him in person once. He gave me all the details on what was needed for me to return my previous lease and told me to call him back when I was ready.A couple of weeks later I was on the phone with him. We worked all the details of the deal over the phone. All it was needed was for me to see the vehicle and sign some papers. Buying or leasing a car is a big purchase. I have never felt as comfortable buying a car as I do when I deal with Nardy Honda. I never feel they are taking advantage of me, trying to oversell me, or sneak some unwanted add on. If you are looking for a Honda, or a car in the same class as Hondas, this dealership is probably the best you can hope for.

Henry Schwartz was the salesperson my parents were stuck with while considering the purchase of a new 2016 Honda CR-V. I say "stuck with" because we actually came to Nardy Honda off an Internet Price quote provided by a different salesperson (Frank Rossano) who was a pleasure dealing with. But because Henry has seniority, and talked to my Dad for 5 minutes while in the showroom...he cried to management that we were HIS customers, even though we voiced our opinion on wanting to work with Frank.Listening to him speak down to my parents was exactly the reason I decided to tag along in this process. My parents are good hardworking people, but always seem to be taken advantage of by these pushy "know it all" salesmen. He wouldn't even price the car we originally came in on until I had to ask him specifically to do so. My parents did not like the vibe they got from him, but found that Nardy was actually offering up the best deal of the other dealers we had contact with, so we decided to move forward with the deal. And that is when things went south...real quick. My parents credit did not allow for them to qualify at the highest tier which was assumed during negotiation. Which was fine, we had expected that. The payment actually jumped $60 bucks a month on their lease, which seemed a little fishy to me. They were pressured into dropping down to a lower trim level, still $30 higher in payment than the car my mother actually wanted. I asked if this was the same deal being applied to the SE model that we had agreed to on the EX, and the answer was a resounding "Yes", followed by "there's nothing more that we can do". I asked them for the sale price, and they wouldn't give me a number. When I pressed the issue, the finance manger told me that he had to be somewhere at 7 for his kid, so we'll schedule for delivery tomorrow and avoided the question.At that point, Nardy let my parents walk out of the dealership with no contracts signed and a whole lot of questions. I told my parents that they were not obligated to that deal if Nardy did not honor their end of the original deal we had in place. After running numbers through a lease calculator, I found that Nardy Honda DID NOT HONOR THEIR END OF OUR AGREEMENT, but actually packed additional profit back into the deal while pressuring my parents into a sale while saying there isn't anything more they can do. Nardy Honda got greedy. They were deceitful and acted in bad faith. Needless to say, we bought elsewhere...for the deal my parents deserved. I would never recommend Nardy Honda, the management team who did not show their face one time throughout our purchase process, or the salesman Henry Schwartz who not only wrote my father one of the most unprofessional, whiny emails I had ever read (about how he was waiting for him to come back and couldn't take any customers), but also got in my father's face when my dad returned to the dealership for a refund on his deposit.Unprofessional, Greedy and Deceitful Liars who look down on others as if they don't have the intelligence to see them for who they are and call them out on their bull. It makes me sick.

This was my first experience buying a car from Honda, and I was very pleased. I was buying the car for my son, and although we narrowed down the choice to an Accord based upon safety, I stopped into the dealership many times to drive the car. I debated between getting a 4 cyc vs. V6, and the salesman, Joseph Schmitt, was very patient with me as I drove each of the cars several times. In addition, Joe worked with me on the price, and gave me a very fair price. After we settled on the V6 with navigation and paid for the car, Joe insisted on going over the car with my son personally. Joe came in on his day off to meet with my son. I have been dealing with this dealership since I bought my first CRV in 2009. This is my third. I have always found everyone to be helpful and cooperative. I came back this time, not expecting to change from my last car. I came in because my son was in the market to lease a car. He is a military veteran. The dealer that we saw, Joey Schmitt, started by thanking him for his service. In all the other places we visited, he did not feel this valued. Joey used his knowledge of the Honda cars to "match" a car to his personal needs (he is a big guy) and also his economic situation. Witnessing this encounter, I began to be curious about a new CRV. I decided to take a test drive. This new model drove better than what I was used to in the past. Joey never pressured me, I went at my own pace. He did everything possible to provide a price and experience that I could be comfortable with. As a bonus, he provided an on site tutorial of my new car, and offered his assistance if I had further questions in the future. Invaluable! Since I am a loyal Nardy customer I looked for a perk or two, but alas Honda Financing sets the terms. We were looking to replace our first Honda Accord EX Sedan (2008.) We started looking around for the so-called best available price, but had no luck. As we had gotten the first Honda at Nardy Honda of Smithtown, we decided to try them again. After the internet price they provided us, there was no further reason to search any further dealers. We headed straight to Nardy! Though the price had been quoted during their February 2015 Presidential Sales event, they still honored the price in March. That locked us in to buying from them.We also got a terrific salesman, Michael Greene. He could not have been more helpful, taking us for the test drive and walking us through all the new technologies for us digital immigrants. He was polite and knowledgeable, and made the purchase as easy as he could. I didn't mind signing all the requisite forms. We got the Obsidian Blue color (I think they may still have one more of those in stock.) With chrome handles and trim, it's a dream. So quiet to drive and so effortlessly. We made the right choice going to Nardy Honda of Smithtown. They didn't fail us the first time and they didn't fail us this time!

Picked up our 2015 Honda Civic EX-L two days ago. Love the car and was happy with every thing until the last five minutes before we were given the keys to the car. Signing many papers and last one has a disposal fee of $380.00. Told that this is standard with all dealers. Should have been told of this upfront when we went over price of car two days earlier. Told that this policy was put in place by American Honda in October 2013. We feel that we were sandbagged because this was only revealed at the last minute. Disposal fee is due at end of lease if we decide not to buy this car, or buy/lease another Honda. Would have rated our experience five stars until this development. I was told American Honda will be contacting me soon to ask how our pleased we are with this transaction. If so , I will let them know that their policy has left a bad taste in my mouth. We should have told them to cancel the whole deal unless the disposal fee was removed. Why does any business do everything right until the last moment and do something that has a customer come away with a negative, lousy feeling. Makes no sense. I bought this certified Honda Civic on Jan 14 2013. I had issue with my AC in August 2013 and they said the AC drain needs to be cleaned and since it was certified and still in warranty they fixed it for free. I again ran into the same AC problem a month later in September 2013 and this time they said the compressor was gone so they replaces it for free since it was still under warranty. In October 2013 I went back to the service department and told them that since the compressor was fixed something is not right as I feel vibration on gas pedal when AC is on, I was assured by mechanic that there is no problem. Being convinced I return home and since winter was already near I stopped using AC. Last week April 2014 I turned my AC on and found that the AC was no longer working again. Getting frustrated I called the customer service and I scheduled the appointment for Saturday 1:30 p.m. As u wanted the weather to be warn when they checked my AC. When I reached the service department I got aggravated further as the representative at service Department I should come back on Monday and drop the car as on its on week days only they have A Class technician. So I asked him that my AC was fixed three times on weekend and so you are stating that I came on Saturday that's the reason it was not fixed properly as you have no good Technician. The service department of Nardy Honda is the worst I have ever experienced. After paying more than the market value to buy a certified car I had to go through all this.In future I would never buy a car from this dealer and the service department is the worst with no good mechanics I guess. I wished I had never bought a car from this dealer :(

I bought two new cars from Nardy (2010 Honda Accord and the 2014 Honda Accord EX-L) and feel that Nardy really cares about their customers. Honda is a great brand but it's the staff at the dealership that makes the difference. For the past two years, I have wanted to upgrade my 2010 to the newly designed model but I had financed the car. Because of that, my salesman, John, was very honest...he would always tell me it wasn't the right time. I had to wait until it made sense to trade-in my car so I could cost-effectively upgrade. Last week, I was finally able to make the upgrade and I couldn't be happier. The 2014 is great and the deal went very smoothly. Even the finance department worked hard by looking outside of Honda Finance to make sure I would get the lowest financing rate possible, which I did.They made my dream of owning the new car a reality.They are very customer focused on both the sales and service side. And, I can tell you that if you aren't satisfied, they'll do everything they can do until you are. I don't feel I could ask for more in a dealership.

During the sales process, Mr. Powers assisted the salesman, Mike Green, also great, in closing deal. Price was offered and accepted. Car was delivered as promised and some adjustments had to be made (ink on seat, paint chips, etc.). I called for appointment, Frank in service took care of me , supplied me with a loner and car was ready as promised. Today, I returned for my first service, and after calling in and setting appointment date and time, was taken as promised. I was told it would be about an hour, and it was. I just want to comment about "attitudes". The only description I can give is that it is always GREAT! I was told when I leased the car that their service is good, but it really is GREAT! He was also very informative about all the different Hondas. I wound up leasing a CRV 2014 which I am really happy with. We were greeted warmly and given a salesman (not ignored like some other dealerships). We were looking for quotes on a lease rollover, and Joe (new, but really capable) offered us a chance to drive out in a new Civic that day! When we hesitated, he found a way to get the color and model for us so that we signed and then picked up our car less than 24 hours later. We have never had had such an overwhelming pleasant experience at as dealership, with several people checking on us when we had to wait a little (including Joe, as we were a little early and he was in the midst of another sale). I called Bob before a trip, introduced myself, and mentioned that I was getting ready to lease a new vehicle. He told me to give him a call upon my return. I called Bob on Monday, met him shortly thereafter, picked out a car, completed the paperwork, and scheduled pick up for the next day. When I arrived on Tuesday everything was ready and I felt as if I was visiting friends. I have dealt with quite of few dealers in the past, but Nardy Honda is by far the best dealer I have ever conducted business with. I just recently leased the all-new 2013 Honda Accord as my second lease purchase through Nardy within the last 14 months. With both visits, I have worked with Robert Ribaudo, and each time I have worked out a deal within 30 minutes of speaking with Robert. I had explained to him what I wanted and the price range I wanted, within reason, and Robert was able to fulfill my requests. Working with Robert Ribaudo was smooth, painless, and quick. Also, the attention to detail that Robert had given was very impressive. Robert was so accommodating that he actually went with me to a dealer down the road and assisted me in returning my prior lease. Hid attention to detail was by far superior then any other cars salesman I have ever dealt with, he even cleaned off my old plates that I wanted to transfer from my old lease to my new lease on the accord. This is a great dealership. I have bought new and used cars here over the years and they have always done great on the price and worked with my finances to get me into a good car. The last car I bought there was a used Honda Fit, bought in 2010. At the time they did not have the new used car building so my experience is mostly with the new car dealers, even though my last car was used. When I bought the Fit they were amazing. Very responsive, on top of things and worked hard to make me happy. However, over the past couple of years I have gone in looking for a second car and have gotten sub-par service. One time a sales guy in the new cars area never called me back after doing a soft inquiry on my credit to see if I could get into a second car. The next time I went to the used lot and the guy there just didn't seem to have time for me or take me seriously. I actually saw this same guy again a few weeks ago when we went to buy a used car, with financing already worked out through our credit union. In other words, we were seriously buying. The guy in the used department (I do not remember his name) was helpful enough until we mentioned we were deciding between a Honda and a Prius with a lot of milage on it. His response was so off putting I don't think I would buy a car from him ever. He rolled his eyes at us, told us we were crazy, that we wouldn't get financing for a cr with so many miles, went on to tear the idea of a Prius apart, said we were nuts, and said we were nuts again. He even implied that Toyota's were not good cars, which is ridiculous. Basically, he made us feel incredibly stupid. We didn't want to buy a car from someone who made us feel stupid so we left. He actually pushed us into the Prius, instead of the other way around. The reason I give this dealership so many stars is because over the course of probably 20 years and multiple buys there, this is literally the only problem we ever had. My previous buying experience was excellent and the service department is always great. They get the work done right the first time and are always honest. I have never had an issue with something being left unrepaird or being over charged, or even charged for something they didn't fix, which has happened to me with other dealerships.So, all in all, I really like Nardy Honda. In the future if I am buying a used car I might try again, but I would work hard to avoid that sales guy we saw this time. But I would have no hesitation buying from Nardy Honda because I know the rest of my experience with them will be great.

Due to some circumstances beyond my control, members of my family and I have needed to replace 5 cars in the last year. I bought 3. My son bought one and my brother bought one. Each time we went to Nardy Honda and asked for Dale Cha, sales associate to facilitate the purchase. Dale is pleasant, easygoing, and never pressured us about a decision. Just the way I like to do business. We have found the service dept. to professional, the service performed properly, and a loaner car available if the car needed to stay at the dealership. I bought a 2013 Honda Accord from Nardy Honda on April 30, 2013. The salesman was Dale Cha. He was great to work with answered my questions with straight answers. When I pick up the car he took his time and explain all the important features to me and he clean off a little bit of wax that was on the hood. He also call me within a week to follow up on the sale and made sure I have no problems with the car. I also called Dale with an question two days after I had the car. He quickly return my call and address the issue.

I was recommended by a friend of mine to go to Nardy Honda and make sure that you speak to Bob Ribaudo. My friend had just bought a 2013 CRV about a week prior and raved about the car ,the dealership and what a great deal Bob worked up for him. So much so, that he went back with his father-in-law and he bought another CRV, with the same deal... My current lease on my Hyundai Sonata was almost up and I decided to go down to Nardy and see what I could get and maybe even get out of my lease early. I already own a 2008 Honda Pilot and my wife and I love it. After briefly talking to Bob we signed a deal for a CRV as well. It was the same deal my friend and his father-in-law just got, so it was a painless and actually great experience. From the moment we sat down with Bob to when we left the dealer, we were only there about an hour and a half. My last experience in a different dealer took me 4 hours to complete the purchase of a vehicle.I would recommend Nardy Honda to anyone looking for a car and if youy haven't driven a Honda yet, you gotta go.. Upon entering the showroom, the sales manager, David Rivera, immediately acknowleded my interest in looking at the showrooom vehicles and asked if I needed assistance. WIth my reply of yes, he assigned a sales consultant, Charles Polizzano. As that sales consultant was just finishing up with a client, the sales manager himself attended to my questioning and took the time to show me the car of my interest. Once the sales rep was available he completed my line of questioning and took me on a test drive. He was very knowlegable in answering my questions and was not too pushy, as most salespersons can be. My sales consultant and the sales manager together completed all of my questioning regarding options, pricing, financing, etc. They presented me with a very good offer for the 2013 Honda Accord EX-L in which I was interested in. The fact that they were both pleasant, attentive, forthcoming with all applicable information and NOT TOO PUSHY contributed to my decisioning in purchasing my car from Nardy. I returned to Nardy Honda for the purchase of a new CRV. I was initially greeted promptly and professionally by a salesman when I entered the showroom. We came to an agreement after a bit of discussion. My first choice vehicle was not in their inventory. My salesman assurred me that they would locate the ideal vehicle for me. After a week, I called back to see how they were coming along with my order. The man that answered the phone notified me that the salesman that initially helped me was no longer employed there. He immediately located my paperwork, apologized for the delay and assured me that he'd call me back soon when he found me a vehiclel. Within a few days he called back to tell me that they found the car I wanted and when would I like to come in to test drive it. I came in the same day to finalize the deal and 3 days later took delivery of my CRV. I am very impressed and happy with my experience with Dale Cha at Nardy Honda.

My experience with Nardy was great. I E-mailed them for a quote on a leftover 2012 car and their first price back to me was really great and they made sure to disclose all fees and out the door price in their quote. John's follow-up was great and when I went into the dealership he was very welcoming even thought they were very busy. The dealership is very nice inside -- you can see most models on the showroom floor and they have a great waiting area for service integrated into the facility -- really large, nice leather chairs and coffee, etc. Everyone in the dealership was really friendly and very professional. The negotiations were painless, the manager David was very nice and worked fast with John to close the sale without any nonsense like at other dealerships. The financing person Fahim was really professional and nice and they delivered the financing rate they promised 0.9 percent and they gave it with GAP insurance which was a great bonus. They even threw in some dealership credits for services. When my wife picked up the car they went over the car with her and all the features. They detailed the car meticulously and even filled it up with gas--and yes it came with floor mats!I would highly recommend John Livigni and this dealership.

I was looking for a new SUV and did my research online and at several different dealerships not just Honda. I requested a free internet price quote and Dale Cha from Nardy Honda responded within 15 minutes. He emailed me an exact price quote for what I was looking for, the Honda CR-V EX-L. The email proceeded with a phone call to see what were the specifics I was interested in about the CR-V. He was the only salesman that was upfront and honest about what he could offer me. Dale Cha made the car buying easy. He listened to my concerns, doing all he can to keep the SUV within my budget and being patient as I tripled check the math before signing any papers. Never once did I feel hassled or pressured to buy. Dale went above and beyond with getting me the extra accessories for the CR-V, especially the extra headset for the DVD player in the SUV. Test drove a CRV....car was muddy and had crumpled plastic on seat and plastic on steering wheel. Before we could go anywhere we had to get gas! That took a good 15 min. Salesman Charlie talked none stop throughout test drive. When we sat down to negotiate trade in I was told my car had a previous owner( not true) and I was questioned about a door ding like I had been in an accident. Next I felt as though Charlie was doing me some sort of favor getting me the car in the color I wanted.after over hearing that someone was here to pick up his new car.....Charlie ditched us to Larry who was willing to give us $350 to take a CRV off the lot in a color I wasn't interested in.The Honda CRV sells itself...nice car. I preferred the Mazda CX5 and was extremely happy with the Smith Haven Mazda dealership. If I was going to get the CRv I would have taken my business to another Honda dealership.

After visiting several Honda dealerships on Long Island my wife and I stopped by Nardy Honda to look at several Pre-Owned Certified Honda CRV's that we had seen on line. Our visit was just one of many that we were making to find a Certfied Used car from many different car manufacturers that day. John Crane was the Salesman who stopped out to talk to us about the dealership and the vehicles that were on premise. After spending some time looking at three CRVs, John sat down with us to review the pricing and options in the three cars. Having several other dealerships to visit that day we walked away very satisfied with our experience with John Crane and Nardy Honda. And on the following day we were back visiting John to test drive the car we had liked the best. We put down our deposit during the visit!The car was a Certifed Pre-Owned Honda CRV-EX that had already been prepped with new tires and brakes. The car was detailed and ready to go the next day.

I used to be a life-long Honda customer. I touted about the amazing service and car quality of the brand. This perspective quickly changed after my experience with Nardy Honda. Beware of service at this dealership. They charge outrageous service prices that could be done cheaper at another Honda dealer. It took four days to have our Honda sit at their lot with no diagnosis. We were ridiculed for trying to offer suggestions (of tests etc). Then we were told that it could cost $100 per hour for their mechanics to find the problem. After contacting Honda corporate about the outrageous fee, we were told to no longer bring our car to Nardy. It seems that if you ask about the legitimacy of a price/policy they do not want to do service with you. It seems that Nardy would rather not deal with educated consumers. I would never recommend this dealership to a friend or family member hereafter. Subsequently, we took the same Accord to North Shore Honda (our previous dealer when residing in Nassau County) and it was diagnosed within 1 hour. It is unbelievable how different dealerships could have such vastly different service and cost. I would be suspicious of a dealer who claims to require more time to diagnose a problem that can be quickly diagnosed elsewhere. This implies the bottom line (financially of course) was more important to Nardy than any customer service. Honda Corporate needs to regulate such issues. As a result of such poor service at Nardy, we are now proud Toyota customers. This is especially unfortunate since I was planning on purchasing a new Accord later on in the year. Honda Corporate- pay attention to your service reports at various dealerships you might be losing quality customers that have a large influence on future buyers. If we ever did buy another Honda (doubtful now)we would do so from North Shore Honda. I would make the one hour trip to have my vehicle serviced properly.

They are customer friendly and accommodating. Last time I was there, their showroom was very busy, that goes to shows that lot of people are interested to do business with them. My aunt recommended Dale Cha to be my sales agent. He is very nice, sincere and wont pressure you to decide. He will make sure things are done correctly. JP Singh was also extra ordinary. I have purchased 2 cars from Nardy a 2009 Accord and a 2012 CRV. When I attempted to make a service appointment for my CRV. I was told by the service manager that I was barred from Nardy Honda FOREVER, for sales, service and warranty work. When I asked why he would not provide me with a reason. I strongly suspect its because I gave an unfavorable review based upon my experience with the salesman who tried to tack on "documentation" fees and the finance manger who used every high pressure tactic he could to make me buy a $460 wax job ( worth $15 in materials) an exteneded warranty and assured me that he got me the best intrest rate possible.. He got me a rate from Honda of 3.1 and I subsequently got 1.7 from the credit union.. These guys deal from the bottom of the deck and can't handle the truth with a bad review.. All I can say is buyer Beware and watch out for these lowlifes.

I, like many people do not enjoy the prospect of buying or leasing a new car. I find it very uncomfortable. This is 100% NOT the case at Nardy Honda from the moment I met John LiVigni the experience was OUTSTANDING! John was welcoming, knowledgeable and very low pressure. He was patient and thorough in dealing with both my 17 year old daughter and I. After the initial visit we decided we should do our due diligence and shop around. Upon returning a few days later John met us and told us that he was with another customer and would be introducing us to Bobby Ribaudo. Initially I was disappointed as I felt very comfortable with John. John assured me that he and Bobby were on the same team and that Bobby would give us the same level of customer service. In short he was right on. Bobby was a pleasure to deal with. He too knew what he was talking about and his demeanor very similar to John's. Cutting to the chase the price was right and we decided that evening to buy a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe. My daughter, my 10 year old son and I went back the next day to pick up the car. John patiently went through all the vehicle particulars with my daughter, answered any questions that she had and also answered some questions without hesitation from my 10 year old. Bobby joined us outside as my daughter got into her new Honda Civic. The entire experience for top shelf, including the time spent with Rachelle the finance person. My wife and I stopped by Nardy Honda to look at a certified pre-owned CR-V that I had found on their website. We met John Crane who sadly told us that the car we wanted to see had just been sold! He took us out back to show us another CR-V that had just been returned - off lease - low mileage - clean carfax - great price! We put a deposit down to buy it - saying we would return the next day.John tried to complete the deal on Saturday, but it just couldn't happen - we couldn't get the insurance done - and needed a bank check...etc... We completed the financing with JP and we were all set - made arrangements to see John Monday evening after work.The car was waiting for us - clean and ready. We completed the paperwork with John and were ready to drive out - now here's the only negative part of the experience... Another sales manager (I think his name was Larry) came to us questioning our trade-in value ($1500) because now that they drove it to see that it was running, they noticed a slipping in the transmission. This is not my problem...! Their people appraised my trade-in on Saturday when we made the deal - and here this guy is trying to make me feel guilty or something... crazy - He almost soured the entire experience!We didn't let that happen...and thanks to John Crane we drove off in a beautiful, certified pre-owned 2010 CR-V! thank you John and thank you Nardy Honday!

We started looking for a CRV in 2011. John Crane worked dilligently to find us just the right vehicle. I wanted a CRV EXL and preferred light blue. He called us every time an EXL came in, even if it wasn't blue. We finally purchased our first 2009 CRV from Nardy in April 2012 - a silver one.We had purchased a 2010 Accord in February 2012 from another dealership and the difference was like night and day. The Accord was not clean when delivered and had 1/4 tank of gas! When we picked it up, even though we had an appointment, it took over 3 hours!! They lost the keys!! Our CRV from Nardy was delivered detailed, with a full tank of gas and the process took less than an hour.When we decided that we would rather have another CRV EXL rather than the Accord, we went to see John at Nardy. He happened to have another 2009 that had just come in, and it was light blue. Once again, the car was delivered detailed, with a full tank of gas and in less than an hour.I highly recommend John Crane and Nardy. He is a pleasure to deal with.

When we started our visit I established the fact that I was not sure we were buying today or at all, but this did not change the attitude of our salesman and made us very comfortable. This was the first time buying a new car for my girlfriend and I. Adam was great at helping us find the right car for my girlfriend, without trying to pressure us into purchasing unneeded options. Adam was knowledgeable, very friendly, and more than willing to take the time to answer all of our questions.My GF was not the easiest individual to get approved for financing, as she has a limited credit history. Fahim went above and beyond in trying to find financing. He ended up getting my girlfriend a great deal on the exact car she wanted. It was clear that he had put in extra time and effort into a situation that he could have written off as "too much trouble." Fahim was excellent at handling a potentially delicate situation, and managed to discuss my girlfriends options without making us feel inferior for having less than excellent credit. He was so good, that my girlfriend cried tears of joy when he got her a good deal on the car. She insisted on giving Fahim and Adam each a big hug.From the moment we walked in, to the moment we drove off in her new 2012 Accord, the staff was made us feel very comfortable. The entire experience was far far better than what we witnessed at any other dealerships. Even with less than stellar credit, Fahim was able to get my girlfriend a very affordable deal on a great car.

I had a 2009 Fit and I casually went in on a Friday, not expecting anything, but Chris at Nardy, along with Larry the manager presented me with an amazing deal that I couldn't pass up. They knew my budget and my concerns and still somehow managed to get me into a beautiful 2012 Accord for a price that even I still can't believe I got. They didn't pressure me to go out of my comfort zone, but instead worked with me to find out what I was truly looking for. All of the employees, from Chris the salesman, to Dawn on the financial end of things, to Larry the manager, were so kind and so great, that I know the next time one of my friends are looking to get into a new ride, I'll absolutely recommend Nardy to them. My father also recently got a car from them (John Chen was his salesman) and he too had such a great experience. Even when he went back over a month later to help me pick up my car, his salesman greeted him, by name (which I find really impressive) and made sure everything was still great with my father's car. It's a great dealership, full of incredibly friendly employees and excellent, safe and fun to drive products. I love my new Accord, and the experience I had getting it. 10 out of 10 for sure.

I guess like everyone else these days, I did a lot of research online, both on the value of my trade in, as well as the Accord I wanted to buy. I was prepared for the usual marathon back and forth negotiating fest that I dread so much in car buying. Instead, within about 15 minutes, I had a better deal than I was anticipating. Drove the car home an hour later. Incredibly easy. No hard sell, no bs. Chris stayed well past his quitting time to wrap up the paper work. This is the second vehicle I've bought from them, and the process just seems to get smoother every time I go there.

We were very happy with him then and this time around was our 3rd lease with Nardy and the same salesman. John C. is now even more helpful then before. Everyone we spoke to was warm and friendly. I have sent recommendations to John and Nardy and they were just as happy. What I like most about my experiences is that I have never felt pressured to purchase anything. The way they are able to give you space to make a decision and yet still be available when you have questions. This dealership rates #1 in my book. I will be back next year for my 4th Honda.

Went in to dealership to find out what my options were on current lease since I was over my mileage by almost double the allowed. John & Dawn were able to get me a new 2012 Honda Accord for the same monthly payment with minimum down. They also assisted me with the insurance company who gave me misinformation based on me living in a different state. Even though I do live in a different state I always take my car in for service at Nardy & would never think to buy/lease a car anywhere else other then Nardy Honda in Smithtown. This is my third car with them.

I have also found to have my car serviced in the time estimated. I went to 4 dealerships, Sunrise Toyota, Smithtown Toyota, A Chevy dealer in Bohemia and Nardy Honda.. I felt very hesitant to buy a used car from anybody.. The first place Smithtown toyota was over priced.. at Sunrise Toyota I walked past FOUR Sales People that just stared at me like I had 4 heads and didn't even say "HI"...And Chevy never called me back... On my trade-in they gave me A very good deal, they lowered my carpayments, A great Intrest rate, and the car I got EVEN lowered my Insurance Payments by 200.00 A year... I WILL Recommend NARDY HONDA to anyone who wants to save money...

Came in because of a recall on the airbag, decided to have the oil change done as well since a coupon price was offered. All reasonable so far. However, they later also offered to do fluid (coolant, transmission, brake) exchange, which was authorized by my wife. Had I seen the prices they charge beforehand, I would have never authorized it. The prices are from a standardized list they use, and while the parts are OK, thelabor (hours) charged are quite high imho. Had I gone to my normal workshop I would have easily saved >100$ for the same job.Bottomline: cannot say anything negative about the quality of the work or service, BUT do highly recommend to compare prices before having any job done there that doesn't require a Honda dealership to be used. This is in particular true when other services are to be "tacked on" quickly afterwards...

I visited this dealership after an extremely unpleasant, shady experience with a different Honda dealer. I submitted an online price quote request to Nardy and received a response from Kelly within a couple of hours. The quote looked great (and I did quite a bit of research beforehand), so I met with her on the following day.The entire purchase was an easy, pleasant transaction. Not only was Kelly a welcome breath of fresh air after the first freaky dealership, but everyone in the Nardy showroom behaved in a congenial, accommodating fashion. After filling out the initial paperwork, I met with a lovely woman named Rochelle in the financing department. Within a few minutes, she informed me that I was approved for the special low financing currently offered by Honda. Although Rochelle did ask if I wished to purchase various options such as an extended warranty, there was no excessive pressure to buy things I didn't want.The next day, I returned to Nardy to sign the final papers, trade in my old Civic, and pick up my new 2011 Civic EX. Kelly, armed with her pink drill, came outside to attach my license plates to the new car and she and her coworker Luke wished me good luck as I drove off into the sunset. She even called the next day to make sure everything was going well with the car. It is, by the way. I love this car!Overall, I highly recommend Nardy to those considering a Honda purchase. There are none of those cliche wheeler-dealer shenanigans going on, just some very cool people selling some of the best cars out there.

My wife brought our 2007 Honda odyssey to Nardy honda for 30k maintance. The service advisor Jack GloGau is polit and friendly. However, the service itself is very bad.First, lots of unnesessary services. Although our car had 25k maintance, they changed almost everything I can think of. Honda suggest 30k maintance only change air filter and engine oil, rotate tires, should cost about $130. They changed air filters, oil filter (suppose to change at 40k), brake fluid( suppose to change at 45kk), wipers, etc. Second, even with those changes, it should still cost less than $300. But They charge us $590.I called Jack the second day. He said your wife approved the service. That's all.So, there is no trust here. If you don't know car, just prepare to be stolen money by Nardy Honda.

After having been ripped off at Baron Honda in Patchogue, I called a couple of dealerships to see what prices I could get on a 2010 Honda Civic DX coupe. Nardy gave me a price that was $1000 cheaper than what Baron was offering. I came in to see Alex the next day and we discussed what I wanted and what my needs were. He had my desired car on the lot and the following day I came back, filled out the paperwork, and drove my car off the lot. He was very professional and in no way, shape, or form did he try to manipulate me. I can't speak more highly of a salesperson and dealership. All of the managers at some point came up to me to congratulate me on my new purchase. I worked with Chris in the finance department and he too was a very caring and professional individual. Went to Nardy Honda for my first new car service. Staff was pleasant, service relatively quick. Only problem is that they didn't address a couple of the issues I had. I realize these are pain in the neck items but nonetheless they could have been addressed better, front end shimmy and lower gas mileage than expected. I got a bit of the usual "we road tested it and found nothing", and "car needs to break in" kind of answers. When I didn't buy it, then I got the "you can call the service manager tomorrow and come back in". Well that's why I made an appointment in the first place.

Both Bob Ribaudo in sales and Rachelle Raso in Finance made buying our new Honda Accord a pleasant experience. After a week long of visiting various dealerships, I am so happy Nardy was my final destination. Tim in Sales was very informative, honest, pleasant, family-oriented, and efficient in my sales experience with him. He took the time to go over everything with me without pressuring me into anything I wasn't looking for. He stayed patient with me and was very respectful of my current situation. Sean in Finance was equally wonderful in finding a way to make it possible for me to lease my new vehicle. We ran into a few roadblocks (due to my own credit situation), and instead of trying to push me to accept a higher monthly payment I couldn't easily afford, found a way to get me where I needed to be. He, like Tim, was a great conversationalist, down-to-earth, and made my cosigner and I feel comfortable with the entire process. The overall experience was great. I love my new 2010 Honda Fit and the first thing I did when I got home was tell my family and friends what a fantastic job the guys at Nardy did. They really made us feel like we are part of the Honda Family and I am looking forward to dealing with this dealership in the future. I was definitely not expecting that from ANY car dealership.

We had been looking for a car for about 6 months, we visited many dealerships, both Honda and others. Each time we walked out unhappy and feeling as if someone was pulling something on us. But at Nardy, the first day we visited is the day we bought. Everything is done in an honest and open manner. The salesperson, Mark, was friendly and very open. There was no pushiness and we felt extremely comfortable, so much so that we signed that same day. Chris helped us with the financing. This dealership is a must visit if you are looking for a Honda. Kevin was my sales person he was awsome. Chris did my loan for the lease he was amazing. The two did everything they promised. They gave me a high quote and were able to come in below the quote. I was so happy I returned 2 months later and did it all over again. Everything on my transfer went smooth as they assured me. I had some personal issues and thought I was unable to get a loan not with Kevin and Chris. They told me that they are known for getting loans approved and boy were they ever right!I would tell anyone in the market for a vehicle to check them out. Make sure you see Kevin and Have Chris handle the Loan part you will not be unhappy.Nardy Honda makes sure that the customer is happy. The big boss (forgot his name at the moment) is almost always around and will to answer anything you might ask. Not that kevin and Chris leave any questions unanswered :) Just a great place to deal with you will not be unhappy!!

After bad experience in one of the Long Island Honda dealership, my friends recommended me to check Hardy Honda of Smithtown.I sent e-mail on internet and within 5 minutes had response from Mr. Timothy Recklein.and we made appointment. To say the truth I always was hesitant to buy car from the dealers, and the last bad experience almost made me to give up with this way of buying the car.I was absolutely surprised when I came to Hardy Honda in Smithtown.It took me only 1 hour to decide to buy a car there and there are here a few reasons:1. Mr. Rocklein is not a dealer we are used to know lately.He is very professional, experience in this business person.2. Have a lot of patience and actually made negotiation very easy and relaxed.3. When I first talked to Henry, I already knew exactly what I wanted (2011 Pilot EX-L) and how much they were going for in the area. Henry gave me an almost too good to be true price up front and I was skeptical at first, however they delivered with no suprises or hassles whatsoever. On pickup, Henry was prepared and organized through the process, I was at the dealership for maybe an hour, half of which Henry spent in the truck with me going over the finer points of the controls and electronics!Thank you Henry!

Went to Nardy to buy a CRV. They closed at 6 PM an Saturday 5 Jun 2010 and it was 6:04 PM. The bald guy with the sports jacket tapped his watch kept walking by and said "Were closed guys." Didn't even bother to give us a card or brochure or set up a time to come back. We'll drive the extra few miles to deal with someone else or buy a VW Jetta. Guess the Nardy dealers are selling well enough that they can turn buyers away.

I worked with multiple dealerships and by far Nardy is the place. Quinn is a excellent person to deal with and the only sales person on Long island that was willing to accept my low ball figures( I do alot of research before I negotiate).There are no tricks at this dealership and especially with Quinn. My salesperson, Tim Rocklein, was professional, courteous, and, most importantly, honest with me from from the outset. I was not subjected to common dealership tactics for pressuring and taking advantage of customers; I was treated respectfully and fairly throughout the negotiation, including the finance/insurance sales process. There was no attempt whatsoever to tack on extra charges for nonsense or extras that I did not want. The transaction was very transparent throughout, and I truly appreciated that. The closing went very smoothly as well, primarily because the vehicle was prepped well, and attention was made to get all documentation in order before I arrived.I would highly recommend Nardy Honda and Mr. Rocklein to any potential car buyers. It was a pleasure doing business with these folks.

I first went to Babylon Honda to check out a Honda Civic. They couldn't give me the time of day. But that is for another post. Nardy Honda was wonderful to me. I was able to walk in and talk with Rich. He was knowledgeable and did not pressure me. I told him what I wanted and what I needed to pay. He had me test drive the Civic and I liked it but I"m a large guy so it was a bit small. He tried to set me up with the Accord that was larger. He crunched the numbers and it wasn't to be. I tired adjusting the seat to make me more comfortable and it worked. He crunched some more numbers but told me that he could still not meet my determined monthly amount. I sadly walked out. The next day, Rich called and asked if I still wanted the car. Of course I said yes but to my number only. He told me he had another car in mind and I went in to check it out. This new car was the Honda Insight Hybrid. It was ok, but it was within my numbers. I paid the deposit and then waited the weekend to get my results. The following business day I went in and found out that I couldn't get the Insight due to the incentives being offered weren't able to be combined. But they called Corporate and they were able to get me my number with the Civic that I originally wanted. I agreed and drove out of the dealership with in hours. Rich was a great sales person and we talked a lot about him and his life/family. (He is orig. from Ohio). Chris in the business department also worked hard to get me my deal.If you are looking for a great Honda car Then go to Nardy Honda and ask for Rich T. You'll be glad you did

We were Toyota people since 1984. Not happy with treatment at our dealer, we researched and found the Ridgeline highest in its class.That drew us to Nardy. We were VERY impressed with the friendly, personable and professional manner of all the above employees. No pushiness,true to their word and a willingness to work out the best deal were only some of the attributes we experienced. I came to Nardy Honda to look for a 2009 or 2010 Civic EX. I currently had one month left on a lease with a 2007 Honda Accord with mileage overages. I had done lots of research prior to going to dealerships and knew what I wanted and approximately how much it should cost. A few days before I had the WORST experience with Millennium Honda in Nassau. My experience with Nardy was completely different. I met with Henry and was immediately shown their selection of cars and took a test drive. Dealing with Henry was refreshing; there were no hidden costs (admin fees, mandatory warranties, ect.), pricing was completely transparent, no pressure, no running back and forth to the sales manager. I got a good price on my new civic and in addition, Nardy Honda was able to pay for the last month of my lease with my 2007 Accord and some of the mileage overages; without wrapping in to the overall price of my new 2009 Civic EX. Overall my experience with Nardy Honda was wonderful and seamless. I would definitely go back or recommend to this dealership to others.

I also did a phone deal with an internet price quote.His initial quote had an obvious mistake, but when he corrected it, while it wasn't the lowest price that I received, they had the model and color that I wanted, and the price was fair.I tested their fairness a bit by asking for a very lowcost accessory to be thrown in (< $50), they agreed no problem, so in return I purchased a much higher cost accessory.My dealing with Henry was straightforward and easy. Both in negotiating price, making deal and closing the deal and getting the car. The only thing that gave me pause is the actual payment. Dealing with the business person Rochelle, caused me quite a bit of anxiety. They would not accept a pre-approved loan check, and had some pretty strict acceptances on the check. The process made me quite concerned that there would be a reason why I would want to stop the check (ie..fraud, bait and switch). I was quite worried and almost wanted to bring my mechanic with me to pick up the car.I was relieved to have no problems with the deal or the car when I got there. (whew!) But my dealings with the business person really did get me quite worried. You think it should be easier to pay cash for a car! But as i mentioned, the salesperson and the people at the dealership were really great.

Just Got EXL w/res for 31695 with destination. I think I did fairly ok considering long island. Got it from Nardy Honda in Smith town. I have been researching for months . i have been keeping track of how much people have paid for this trim across the country in last 8 months. I sent emails to maybe 60 dealers around 200 mile radius. Their are lot of scammers out their who just want you to come in. Anyway got the lowest bid from DCH HONDA in paramus, nj . Nardy honda beat it . Henry from Nardy honda was the only one willing to do everything over the phone. he even sent me official quote before i drove to him. These guys were awesome made a deal over the phone after everything agreed (all over the phone) i put a deposit $100 credit card. went in and 20min later i was done. even the financing guy got me a very good rate . beat credit union and capital one. No surprises didn't try to sell me anything else. everything was just what he promised over the phone and in his faxed quote down to a penny. i wanted sterling with black just like lot of people out their. trust me their aren't that many out their so i just took what they had on their lot nimbus grey with beige interior. i wasn't so set on the black interior anyway. it gets really hot in the summer. i am just amazed by these guys honestly. no they didn't pay me to write a good review nor i work for them. i live in bellmore . their are plenty of honda dealers near me but the don't want to commit to anything over the phone. they all want you to come in and spend hrs. I don't have that kind of time to waste i know what i wanted and the number i was looking for. you can call me or email me for more info. i will be happy to help. btw they were unable to beat accessories price i was getting from bernardi online. which was no big deal. i did get the remote start installed from them that was additional $590 installed. i figured i can do teh running boards my self . just ordered the cargo tray and all weather mats from bernardi they are having a clearance sale.
