worked with Chris and Duncan. when first stepped on the lot, Chris was outside and asked if I had a meeting set up. told him no but explained what I was looking for. he was able to find a few cars within my budget. he never tried to over sale or push products. l liked the fact he let me know my options without the 'let's make a deal' pushy personia. got a car and everyone was happy with what was gotten. thanks guys

Just got home from Neil Huffman Honda in my new Civic after having experienced what is undoubtedly the single best car-buying experience I've ever had. My sales advisor, Yusel, took care of all of my needs and made sure that I would be driving home happy. Eric in finance provided thorough and efficient breakdowns of all the terms and paperwork. I would highly recommend Neil Huffman Honda to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle, and will be personally hyping them up to all of my friends, family, and associates.

I did a ton of research before buying a new car that I plan to use as a commuter for a year or so and then hand off to my new high school aged driver. From the first engagement with Darius he was helpful, extremely knowledgeable, patient with my myriad questions and very professional throughout the process. The professional service we received from Darius Marks and Duncan Riddle was top notch! Other dealers we engaged with had marked up used cars higher than MSRP on the exact same new car. Neil Huffman and team could have tried to gouge us given current market conditions but chose not to. They offered the car at a fair price and have earned my business in the future. Good people, great service and honesty. Can't ask for a whole lot more than that. Thanks Darius and Duncan!

Darius was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very helpful in explaining all the car's features. Negotiations were transparent and he disclosed all fees up front. No surprises in finance! Today he is programming our hands free bluetooth cell phone! Will definitely shop with Darius and Neil Huffman again.

So on Tuesday my wife and I came in to purchase a used car not fully knowing what to expect. We worked with Tavis Brown and their finance guy Duncan. Let me tell you something... These two guys are absolutely amazing to work with!! They made the process so simple and easy to understand and did everything possible to get us in the car we wanted. We could not have asked for a better experience and I will not go anywhere else for a car. I've even recommended everyone in my business to go see these guys!!
