I recently purchased a 2016 Honda HRV with Steven Dunn. Everything about the process was effortless. He truly went above and beyond my expectations. I had to come back the following day to have the protective coating added to the car, and he checked on myself and my daughter while we waited, even offered to take us to get breakfast when she said she was hungry. Truly a great experience. I'm glad I decided to come there to get my new vehicle. You've got a new lifelong customer with me thanks to him! Thank you!!!!

just bought my 3rd car from neil huffman auto group. I drove 2 hours away and bypassed a few other honda dealerships just to buy from them. dealt with mark stant who is by far the most knowledgeable salesman i've ever dealt with. its nice to deal with someone who genuinely knows every little detail about the cars hes selling. steve al jabiri as usual took great care of me and made the entire experience not only painless, but an absolute delight. 11/10. cannot express enough how great these guys really are.

Worst Dealership ever -- Even with emails confirming model and agreed to out the door price the general manager would not keep his word and sell me the vehicle. Even worse the GM could care less about his customers, had the gall to tell me he could care less if he had wasted the last hour of my life and that he had been in the office since 6 am. I immediately drove to a real dealership and purchased the same car in less than an hour. In the end dont trust the GM at Neil Huffman He could care less about his customers.

Buying a new car is a scary experience( at least for me, been 10 years). Tyler England and the rest of the team at Neil Hauffman in Frankfort made it way less painful. Tyler even drove 400+ miles to get me just the car and color I wanted, couldn't ask for more. Very carefully explained all the new do dads on my car, I'm not great with that stuff, but he was very patient. Love my new car and this dealership.

General Manager Steve Al-Jabiri had worked at Honda of Clarksville and due to Steve's focus on customers being number one I decided to travel to Frankfort Ky.. When my friend and I arrived in Frankfort we were greeted with a smile and much southern charm. This retired building administrator was taking a friend to introduce him to Mr. Steve Al-Jabiri who had served this customer majestically in the past. Due to the respect and excellent focus on customer satisfaction not only did my friend purchase a Honda Pilot Turning addition but I was convinced to lease a new Honda CRV. I have bought Toyota cars in the past. I had recently went to the Toyota dealer in Frankfort and I was ignored. I came to this dealership and I was listened to. I had told A.J. what car I was looking for and the financial terms I was seeking. I then asked him if we could continue looking with those conditions. He said sure. Two days later, I drove my new Honda Civic home. Everyone at this dealership was courteous, listened to what my needs were, and were very professional. I want to start off by saying I never take the time to write reviews, but after my experience with Jeff Wyler Honda & specifically Blake Pertuset- I felt so good about my purchase and I want to send everyone I know their way. I bought a 2014 Honda Civic EX and I absolutely LOVE it.I am a young 25-year-old woman just under 2 years out of school. I did a ton of research and planning to find a great, efficient, reliable car for my first car purchase without a cosigner. Not only did Jeff Wyler Honda have the best deals/cars for me but the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Since it was my first car I had a lot of questions and was probably not really easy to work with, but they always answered my requests and questions with such a polite and respectful manor and always with a smile on their faces.It was easily the best customer service I have ever received and I definitely will be going back to them for my future car purchases. I came in Saturday, Sept. 26, really because I had seen a promo for current Civic owners. I didn't plan to drive out in a new one, but what a smart, smart decision. Gary told me about the 2015 side mirror camera (so I can see in that "blind spot"), and it runs so much smoother. The push-button Start and no-key door locks are awesome. Seeing Gary (Fordon) again was like seeing an old friend, and I knew Gary and Jeff Wyler would do the most they could for me, and did. What an excellent job, taking such time with me when there were so many customers coming in. With only a slight increase in monthly payments, it fit within my budget, and I ended up driving a beautiful Civic home that afternoon. Thanks to Gary, I no longer have that uneasy feeling when I enter a car dealership. What a superb dealership and sales associate.

My husband and I went into Jeff Wyler Honda on 6/6/15 to trade in my 2009 Toyota Matrix for a 2015 Honda CRV. We were very pleased with the service that we received. Our sales person, Blake Pertuset, was very responsive to our questions and concerns as well as being concerned with making sure that we were pleased with the deal we were making. I was impressed with how quickly the staff at Jeff Wyler Honda were able to appraise my Toyota Matrix and negotiate on the price for the Honda CRV. While the salesperson was nice upfront, when he realized we were looking at pre-owned cars, he seemed to lose interest in the sale.It took days to get a return call regarding financing - I'm still waiting to hear from them.I guess they're only interested in selling higher end new cars rather than trying to help someone find a safe, affordable and reliable car.Thanks, but no thanks. I will keep driving what I have and will not consider ever buying at this dealership.

My wife and I recently bought a 2014 insight at Jeff Wyler. I did the pre aprove on line and with in 15 min. my wife called and told me that Madison had called did not think it would be that fast. Talk with Madison a few times through e mail about what car I wanted and what my budget was, Madison had me do the application on line and e mail back she thought they could get it in budget. Madison was great to work with she was always quick to e mail back and the day she was off Tony sent me and e mail to confrim I would be into see the car. When we went to see the car and test drive it. Madison had the car warmed up and ready for a test drive. As I drove she explaine the car to me since this was my first hybird and talked about the features of the car. After the test drive it was just getting it into the budget I had set for buying a car madison never applied any pressure and worked great in getting the car payments into my budget. Most say I was a little hesitant at first thinking they would try to sell me a higher price car but she never did it was a pleasure buying a car off of Madison and truthfully it really didn't take that long to do all the paper work. I would highly recommend buying a car here and talking with Madison about what you are looking for she did excellent work meeting our needs.

I've gone to Jeff Wyler Honda (xxk/a Honda of Frankfort) for almost 20 years. I'm now finding the customer service to be lacking. Gone are the welcoming gentlemen who would talk with you upon check-in. I couldn't tell you the names of any of the employees I worked with. Also, Jeff Wyler Honda seems to be the only dealership that does NOT wash your car when you come in for service. There are all manners of complimentary washes and vacuuming services at various local Toyota, Honda, and Mercedes dealerships. I'm considering transferring my business to a more convenient location in hopes of finding a better experience. The quality of work on my vehicle is still excellent though.

I brought the car in with obvious rear brake issues. That was taken car of promptly while I waited. They told me the front brakes would soon need attention but it wasn't neccessary immediately. I liked that. No pressure. Additionally I was getting some noise at cold start in the power steering mechanism. They advised that the fluid was full, clean and with no leaks. Good enough for me. I like the fact that they checked things out, gave me options without pressure to commit to Uneccesary repairs. A quality experience. Thanks.

I have bought 2 cars and serviced these and another at Jeff Wyler Honda of Frankfort, and I find they are honest, have excellent pricing, and provide quality products and services. It has been some time since I bought the cars, and I can say I have never had buyers remorse, nor did I get any nasty surprises. I always dread the hassle of buying a car, especially a used one. I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in, but it was at a different Jeff Wyler location. I emailed the dealership to see if they could bring the vehicle to Frankfort for me to see. Alex called me within one business day and arranged to have it delivered to their dealership. After searching for 3 months to try to secure a yellow (I specifically wanted that color) 2015 Honda Fit and having had a couple of prior not-so-pleasant experiences with your dealerships I was able last Sunday to buy a 2015 yellow Honda Fit from Jeff Wyler Honda in Frankfort, KY. The sales people there are helpful and friendly (most especially my salesperson Blake Pertuset). The finance office was competent and pleasant. The dealership is very clean and well run and, best of all, I finally was able to buy from them my yellow Fit. Before I left the dealership with it Blake made sure it was all freshly washed down with a full take of gas and ready to go! I highly recommend Jeff Wyler Honda.

Regular maintenance schedule and need for tire brought me to Jeff Wyler Frankfort. Their new service manager has been my "go to guy" for many years so time to try the "new" shop. The nice surprise was everyone else from managers, service desk, mechanics, and cashier are top notch as well. I left realizing even the cashier had me smiling and I usually don't do that when I pay a bill. Attention to detail on my 95 model was the same as my 2011 model. I will continue to get my service at Jeff Wyler - thanks.

I worked with Olga Ghazaleh ans she was responsive and helpful. I cam in from Lexington so wanted things ready when I got there to minimize the number of trips I would have to take and she had everything ready and set up. I would definitely return to this dealer - lots of inventory and easy to deal with. A friend of mine told me years ago that if the dealer agrees with your price, you paid too much, but in this case I think our agreed to price was fair and one that we agreed to easily and without the old-fashioned dealer games. Great experience. I will go back.

I had a pleasant buying experience; my overall experience is just so-so though.This is the first large dealership that I have ever bought a car from. It was prettly low pressure. Madison in sales really worked with me to get the price on the 2006 Honda that I wanted and to get my payments where they needed to be. Madison is friendly and professional.I did have one mishap. The car was leaking oil badly the first night I got it home. I took it back as soon as they opened the next day, and Chett in the Service Dept. fixed it right away and compensated me with a certificate for a free oil change with filter. It no longer leaks oil. I was told that there wasn't a significant oil loss. Oh, and I had to re-sign some paperwork too that day; I was given the wrong forms the day I bought the car.Also, I am still waiting on my Wal-Mart gift card (for test driving a vehicle). It's been 12 weeks. I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks. It's just the priciple of it.

Recently had a negative experience with Will Hancock. He was very rude and arrogant. "why do you think you deserve the 230 deal" as well as other unfriendly comments. Even though I have bought two cars from him I would not recommend him or this dealership. Was previously misrepresented on terms by him. Also was greeted by a man with a rude demeanor.

My husband and I just purchased a 2015 Honda Fit EX-L at Honda of Frankfort. We could not be happier with our whole car-buying experience. Each person involved in this transaction was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Blake Pertuset is an excellent salesman -- charming and honest! First time I ever hugged a car salesman in my life! Even fellow salesman, Brandon Elliott, had good things to say about his friend and co-worker, Blake. That, to me, says a lot about the teamwork present at Honda of Frankfort!The Honda Fit is an excellent automobile. It's extremely fun to drive, has many features found in larger sedans and is very fuel-efficient. So far we are averaging 40 mpg! The great safety rating on the Fit helped us seal the deal, too. I have bought 2 vehicles at this dealership and have always been treated well. I love Honda and this is my go to place for a new Honda. My review today is the result of outstanding service that I recently had on my Honda Pilot. The loaner vehicle provided, prompt and quality work and specifically the proactive communication and desire to go above and beyond to make my experience good was truly appreciated. Chett Earnheart (Assistant Service Manager) handled all the details for this fairly large scheduled preventative maintenance on my vehicle. As an assertive consumer, I am at times uneasy about handing my vehicle to a mechanic shop to do work (I'm not a mechanic, but the internet makes me at least armed with some information). Chett was thorough and honest through the entire process and I left with a feeling of being fairly treated. I will definitely return to Wyler of Frankfort for future services and to shop vehicles. Over a year ago I requested some information from the dealership which lead to me getting in contact with Blake Pertuset. After a month or so, I decided I wasn't ready to make a move on anything, but I told him that I maybe when the 2011s come back from lease agreements. Blake didn't bother me during that time, which I appreciated. When I was ready to make a move to a new vehicle, I went to the dealership, met with Blake, and I left with a vehicle that has made us very happy. Furthermore, about a week after buying my car the change battery light came on. No questions asked, Blake set me up with a service time and said it would all be taken care of. I greatly appreciate the follow up service!I will go back Jeff Wyler Honda of Frankfort next time I'm in the market to buy a vehiclewhich will probably be a long time from now, because Hondas last forever.

I have gotten excellent service with a lot of attention to customer comfort as I always have to wait. On two occasions while they were waiting for parts they offered me a loaner vehicle to take home. that helped a lot since I live almost 35 miles from the dealership. This is where I bought the car and I feel safe having them service it. I wish it hadn't cost so much but I hope it is ready for the next 100,000 miles. I had to return 3 times as other items got included in the original trip. Parts ordered were for accessories (Air conditioner and rear window washer motor) and brakes. I don't know about price comparisons but they are certainly good to the customer - free doughnuts, transportation to local shopping, loaner cars and comfortable waiting area and that means a lot. .

We just recently purchased a new 2014 Honda CRV LX and got a price via carsdirect.com. We received an immediate response from 3 dealers but received the best one from here and it included the destination charge too. We got a call from Brandon Elliott who answered our questions and did not pressure us. Upon going into the store and speaking with Brandon he demonstrated himself to be patient and a no non-sense sales person who didn't make answers up and focused on getting us what we wanted and clarifying any unexplained matters. On 6/7/2014, my fiance and I went to look at a used 2011 Honda Accord SE. We had been searching for a newer vehicle in the Lexington, KY for about a month, with little-to-no luck. Either the car salesmen were too pushy, would not negotiate on price, or we weren't able to find a car we were interested in. I found the Accord online through Cars.com, and called Jeff Wyler Honda immediately to schedule a test drive. We drove to Frankfort that evening after work, and the Accord was waiting for us outside. Brent Tackett greeted us immediately, was very informative about the vehicle, and most importantly, was honest. He was not the typical car salesmen that we were used to, and we really appreciated that. After the test drive, we knew we wanted to purchase the Accord, so we went ahead and completed all the paperwork, and made an agreement to pick the car up on 6/9/2014 after the car was detailed and filled with gas. The best part was that the Accord was almost $3000 under retail value, so there was no need to negotiate the price! When we went to pick up the vehicle, we handed Brent the check, and he handed us the keys. It was that simple! I would highly recommend Jeff Wyler Honda, and especially, Brent Tackett.

A few months ago I brought my 08 Odyssey van for a diagnostic test and was informed of many issues that had been overlooked or unidentified by another Central Kentucky Honda Dealership Service Center. I ultimately decided to trade the van for a newer 2011 model. I brought the 2011 Odyssey in for an oil change and a minor repair to a window switch that was covered through the Certified Honda Guarantee.The service staff is friendly, honest and thorough. I had talked with him before my visit about the car model I might be interested in purchasing. When I arrived, he had the car ready for a test drive. Mr. Elliott described the car's features during the test drive. I told him I would like to compare the LX model with the EXL model. He was very patient and did not try to influence my decision. He asked me to make an offer on the model I wanted to buy. After seeing the prices of both models and comparing their features I decided to purchase the Honda Accord EXL. We traded in a 2006 Odyssey for a 2014 Odyssey EXL. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the personal attention we received from Tony Lewis, the second time we worked with him for the purchase of a new Honda. Each time our handling was superb, with a friendly and no pressure attitude which we never experienced before in all the years we have purchased new cars from dealers. If we are greeted with a high pressure attitude, we turn around and walk out to find a new dealer. Tony was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted from our informative conversation. He is like a mind reader and senses very well what ones mind is settled on buying.. When we say we do not want to sit there and argue price, he comes up with the ideal offers for both the new car and the trade in value for the old car. one price, one time and we shake hands on the deal. I've done research on old and new cars before we go shopping so I know what to expect. All the paperwork was professionally presented in a timely manner and the deal was consummated without a hitch. The service department is well staffed and eager to help with all my questions. They are true experts and if they don't know the answer, they don't give up, they go find the answer from a more knowledgeable mechanic. Our purchase of a new Odyssey, which we passionately love, was consummated in a timely and superlative manner. My wife was most pleased with all the personnel at Wyler's Honda, because they made eye contact with her and answered her questions as well. Like many people today, I purchase almost everything online. When I found the car I wanted (Honda Fit), it turned out to be in Frankfort, KY. I priced this car, knew what to expect with its add-ons, and contacted the dealership. My initial emails were with Olga, who was polite, informative, and gave me a reasonable price on the vehicle. Olga was not available when I was to visit the car, so she made sure I had information from Tony. Same type of treatment from Tony. In fact, Tony understood that I was in the middle of closing on my house (and therefore could not open a credit line with Honda in the next two weeks). With a small down payment, Tony kept my car safe. I went in the day after my home closing, and the process was pretty clean. We love our Honda Fit and thank the staff there for our excellent treatment!

I hadn't really intended to buy a new car. I was at the dealership for service on my 2003 Honda Accord EXL. While I was waiting for it, I was approached by Tony Lewis, salesman. He asked me several questions that zeroed in on the type of vehicle I would want if I was buying, what color, etc., and the advantages of trading in my car at this time and not waiting for it to go over 90,000 miles. He showed me a 2014 Accord EXL in the color I wanted and we went on a test drive. Obviously the car is a winner. I spent several hours talking with Tony and working on an offer for the new car. We went back and forth on the offer, not coming to an agreement. I left the dealership without making a deal. Over the weekend, I received 3 emails from various people from the dealership. On Monday, I returned to the dealership and made another offer, between my original offer and their last offer. Again, we dickered and finally came to an agreement. We briefly discussed various extended maintenance and service contracts. When I talked with the financial manager to sign the contracts, we discussed the extended maintenance and service contracts in much more detail. I had several questions and left with the idea that I could decide on them at a much later date without any adverse consequences. However, when I went back to the dealership 2 days later to have some accessories added to the 2014 Honda, I found out that unless buying the maintenance and service contracts at time of purchase of the car, I would pay up to $1000 more for them based on the car being used rather than new. After asking many more questions about these contracts, I decided to purchase them rather than waiting in order to save the $1000. Had I not asked more questions about the contracts, I wouldn't have known that I would have to pay much more money for them. I was told the financial manager was new. His inexperience could have cost me $1000, or Honda the sale of the contracts. Though this was a long process, I felt I had a very profitable and pleasant experience with all the Honda employees I worked with (minus the confusion and misinformation about the service/maintenance contracts). Tony Lewis was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, spending all the time necessary to answer my questions and trying to meet my needs.

I have had my cars serviced at the Jeff Wyler Honda Frankfort dealership for many years. The service department has always been excellent. Mr. David Keim, Service Consultant, has always treated me fairly. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why the service is needed. There are no surprises and the service work is always completed in a professional manner. You can trust your car, after the work is completed.I purchased a new 2001 Honda Accord. The first time the vehicle was in the shop, the service manager, Rob Herbert, noticed a scratch on the console. He immediately had the part replaced.The attention to detail and customer service has remained the consistent over the years. Excellent!

Having used Jeff Wyler Frankfort for service on my Odyssey for 5-6 years and been very pleased with their service, I definitely wanted to look there for my new car ( my wife gave my old car to my daughter). They exceeded my expectations. Olga was great in quickly working me though the process and I was very satisfied with the price and the extra effort they spent to find me exactly what I wanted. Olga was available for all my questions and her interest in being sure I was a satisfied customer did not end when I left with my car. She has been available to help me navigate through all the new options on my car.

He was very professional and answered all my questions. He made every effort to accommodate my work schedule as to when I would be able to stop by the dealership. Once I stopped in Dustin immediately made me feel at ease and there was no pressure. After test driving the CR V, he made every attempt to help me meet the price, the payments, and length of the loan I had in mind. The CR V that I purchased is everything he said it would be. I bought a new Odyssey several years ago (2008) and have been very pleased. My wife was particularly happy (important point!). When it came time to consider a newer vehicle, she insisted we look at the 2014 Odyssey. (We now have grand children to visit, etc.)I began my online search with Jeff Wyler Honda of Frankfort and got an immediate reply from Blake Pertuset. The entire experience ultimately resulted in the purchase of a 2014 Odyssey EX-L w/RES. We recently purchased a new vehicle from here and found Blake very helpful. He did a great job of explaining all of the options available to us, from how to find the best possible price, to specific information on the vehicles available. He was patient and did not put a lot of pressure on us. He also helped us with our trade-in and financing options. We brought our 2011 Honda Odyssey in for routine service. Asked for oil change and tire rotation. We found out we had a bad CV axle and this was replaced under warranty. Went to pick van up and upon driving home I noticed the oil change sticker had not been changed and the oil percentage indicator had not been reset. My husband checked the oil as well as the fluids and found that none if the fluids had been topped off and the oil, although clean, was on the lowest end if the fill stick. We brought the vehicle back and dropped it back off. We were called by the service manager, Jeff Ramsey. He said the oil had been changed and that it was full. We told him there isn't any way it was full because we had just checked it ourselves. We asked why fluids hadn't been topped off as well. He essentially called my husband a liar by saying the oil was full. He offered a free oil change to smooth things over. We did not accept. We will not be going back to this location.

In praise of service at this dealership! We bought our white Honda Odyssey new in 2003 from Jeff Wyler in Frankfort and have used them for service since then as they have always been refreshingly honest and professional. The vehicle has performed wonderfully and all that was needed in eleven years was a new battery, new front brake pads and tire replacement due to age. Now, at 59,000 miles and so many years, it was time to replace the timing belt. This was completed today and we want to thank Chett Earnhart the Service Consultant and Carl Birkhead the Certified Technician. For some time there was a rattle on rough roads and during this service Chett and Carl really worked hard to locate the source. This they did, and fixed the problem by tightening several bolts that were a few turns loose on subframe, suspension and steering rack. Now the annoying clunks and rattles have gone and we look forward to enjoying the Odyssey for many more years. It is a pleasure to receive such friendly and competent service and Chett and Carl are a credit to the dealership!

No cause for anxiety, though-- salespeople, especially Gary, are pleased when customers are prepared and have done their research and it takes the stress out of it for everyone. This is the first vehicle I've ever purchased primarily via the internet. Brent Tackett was my salesman. I informed Brent that I had a VERY negative encounter with Honda of Frankfort approximately 10 years and swore I would never do business with them. However, they have since changed owners and locations. This was the easiest transaction I've ever had when buying a car. No one pressured me on anything. They were very matter-of-fact, which I appreciate, and we mutually came to a great deal. I can't recommend Brent highly enough, and I would definitely do business with him again.

I called the Frankfort location about a used vehicle at another location. The salesman I spoke to acted like it would be no problem to get the vehicle moved. During our conversation he kept wanting my information to run a credit check which I wasn't comfortable with, before seeing the vehicle in person. I stopped by the lot after work to discuss the vehicle I had called about. I told them I was in the market for a SUV. They showed me two other options, I test drove one. After the test drive I told them I wasn't interested in the vehicle and wanted to talk about the vehicle I called about. They tried every way to talk me out of the original reason I was there. I then asked about the warranty on the vehicle I wanted transferred and the salesperson told me it didn't have a warranty. I pointed out the picture with the warranty sticker and the description of the warranty online. He told me that was wrong and there wasn't a warranty. The manager then told me it was a mistake and he would call the other lot and tell them to remove the sticker. After they had wasted about thirty minutes of my time I left. I then got in the car and called the lot with the car to ask about the car. Everything seemed great and the guy said he would drive it down for me to drive. He told me he would call me back with more information. When I got the call back the vehicle had been sold. The vehicle hadn't been sold, they didn't want to deal with the warranty. A company should stand behind it's product and warranty, mistake or not. They shouldn't try to pressure me into another vehicle that I told them clearly I did not want. I will never shop at one of these locations again.

I went to Jeff Wyler's Honda dealership to compare the Honda Pilot to the Toyota 4-Runner I was driving, and the Toyota Highlander I was thinking about purchasing. Brent Tackett was my initial contact and he was both pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I considered both the Toyota and Honda models and over about ten days or so, went back and forth between the two dealerships as my schedule permitted, to compare the two. There was no hustle or pressure. Brent made the effort to understood what I considered significant in a vehicle, and was helpful in my assessment of my choice. The purchasing/negotiation part went easily and I am more than satisfied with both the vehicle itself and the reasonableness of the price I paid for it. I would certainly recommend Wyler's and Brent, to anyone interested in a Honda.

He was very straightforward and honest when sharing details of the vehicles I looked at.; He worked very hard with the Sales Manager to ensure I was given every opportunity to purchase the vehicle I wanted. The information our salesman Gary Fordon, provided on the Honda CRV, as well as the test drive of the car was thorough. I had not planned to purchase the car the day I did, however, Gary was friendly, informative and most of all he did NOT apply pressure. I did NOT look forward to the negotiating process but Gary made it smooth and as painless as possible. The Honda team appeared to work together ensuring the paperwork was completed efficiently, car was prepared to be driven away (tank filled, car shined up ...) as well as our salesman, Gary, taking the time to set the bluetooth with my cell phone and car, which I appreciated as well as going through the car to pointed out information I should know right away (e.g. lights, wipers ...).

Went for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2012 Honda Civic. This was my first service experience at Jeff Wyler since I purchased my vehicle there last year. The service personnel were friendly and the waiting area was so nice and comfortable that it was an enjoyable experience. The service was started immediately, even though I was early for my appointment and was finished very quickly. I could see my vehicle as they worked and that was a plus also. My grandson was with me, but I did not have to worry about entertaining him, since the waiting area had coloring books and crayons. I am very glad that I chose to purchase and service my car at Jeff Wyler!

The people I have dealt with in the service area in the mornings when I bring in a vehicle have consistently been friendly and courteous beyond all expectations. Repair/service on my 1997 Honda Accord SE. There was an oil leak plus it was due 90,000 mile service. The service reps were very courteous and explained the work that needed to be done. After my car was repaired, they explained each item for me in detail. I didn't actually meet the man/men that did the repair/service work, but I trust them because they have always done a good job for me.

Will was excellent. Not pushy at all. He knew all the details and walked me through all the features (unlike some salespeople at other dealerships who in some cases learn about the car as they demonstrate it).Will made the experience easy & straightforward.The *only* nicks against this experience, and the reason why it's not "all 5s" is because it actually took a while for me to be helped by a salesperson. I walked onto the lot and started poking around, and nobody approached to help. Then I walked into the showroom and still didn't get any help. Finally a guy asked me if I had been helped -- I said no -- and he looked kinda frazzled and said somebody would be with me in a bit. It took about 10 minutes at that point. So it was literally about 25 minutes before I was finally helped.And from there it was great...Will is the best. Just saying, it took a while for me to get helped. I guess they were short staffed that day. Not a big deal, just mentioning it because that's what these reviews are for, right?I bought a 2012 Odyssey EX-L and I love it!

I have a 2008 Honda Civic. I took it to the dealer because of a coolant leak. The dealer checked and found a cracked block but thankfully this was covered by Honda. They took care of everything and did an excellent job. No one wants to have problems with a car but Jeff Wyler Honda of Frankfort took care of everything. Zero response to email and phone complaint about service. Written complaint to GM prompted a phone message from Service Manager. We emailed back with questions, but no response. Transmission failed at 109K in our CRV; our records show they simply "checked" rather than changing transmission fluid as needed. Until this happened we had trusted this dealership. They are either dishonest or incredibly bad at customer service, or both.

Overall, I had a great experience with Jeff Wyler Honda of Frankfort. They were very helpful! I had found the car online, and live about 3 hours away from Frankfort, and Aaron Davis was wonderful! He contacted me immediately after emailing online about the vehicle I had requested information on. He also was very friendly and had great customer service, keeping his word every step of the way. He said he would call on certain days and times, and never once let me down! I drove 3 hours up to Franfort to view the used Civic, and it was everything expected. Our initial contact with Jeff Wyler Honda was through the internet. We had stopped by the dealership while they were closed. We found a Honda Civic that peaked our interest. I contacted the dealership via their website on the drop in price notification . As soon as the dealership open the next morning we received an email with all the information about the Honda. On Sunday during the sales event, we met with Will Hancock. He had the Honda brought up front for us to get a better look at it. Will, then pointed out all the Honda qualities and workmanship. I used the internet to contact your dealership. Will E mailed me back almost immediately with information I had requested. You had the Honda odessey in stock we were looking for, at a good price. My wife drove to Frankfort that afternoon met with Will. She loved the van. Will called me and we made the deal. My wife happily drove her new honda home. There are some accessories we wanted they will be put on Friday a.m.It has been a good experience for us, I did not have to go to a dealership, my part was online or phone, which saved me a lot of time. I had a good experience at Jeff Wyler Honda of Frankfort. Sales staff (Will Hancock) was very friendly and worked with me to get what I needed. I gave some 4's instead of 5's because of one minor thing. My new vechicle (which I love!!!!!!) came with a DVD system and only had one set of headphones. I was told that it had 2, which I need as I have 2 children. Yes, I should have checked this before I left the lot or signed the papers, but I didn't. Anyway, overall I had a good experience and would recommend this dealership. Thanks Honda of Frankfort.

I knew I wanted to buy a Honda car, so before I set out to buy one I researched the local dealers and began to make contact with them over the Internet. Before I even walked onto the lot my experiences with Jeff Wyler Honda of Frankfort were positive. I received follow-up calls from sales people regarding inquiries I made on their website, they were friendly, courteous and never pushy or overbearing. When I arrived at the dealership on the day we bought our car we were greeted immediately and taken to the Internet Manager, Will Hancock. Will made our car buying experience completely easy and enjoyable. What I anticipated would be a total headache and gut-wrenching experience turned into something really pleasant and positive. We basically told Will the car we wanted, the monthly payment we could afford, and he totally made it happen within just a few minutes.We've had our car for two days now and we love it. We will be taking it back to Jeff Wyler Frankfort for service visits and we will be back to visit Will whenever our family needs a new Honda.

I currently live in Indianapolis, IN but my family is from NKY. We both drove to the Honda of Frankfort to purchase two new cars, the Honda CR-V. This was not our first time working with the dealer. I also purchased my first car from this dealer. The experince was so great the first time around and my Honda was so great that it only seemed right to go back. We look at other dealers and looked at other cars but working with Honda of Frankfort was so pressure free. They were even so great as to bring my car to me in Indianapolis since they did not have what I wanted in stock. It was so helpful because otherwise I would have had to waited until the end of the month to go back and get it! Thanks so much Honda of Frankfort! I would suggest going to this dealer when you are ready to purchase!

This was my first car buying experience and turned out to be a great one!! I absolutely love my car now! Aaron was very welcoming from the minute we got there. They had a lot to offer and were very helpful to find what I was looking for. Aaron was very knowledgeable. They did not pressure me which made the experience less intimidating. The facility was very clean and organized. They have the best customer service! About a week after I bought the car they called me to check and see how everything was going and if I had any questions or concerns. Overall I was very impressed and pleased! This was my first new-car purchase ever. Aaron Davis and the Jeff Wyler Frankfort Honda team made it an amazing experience ... This was my best car buying experience ever. The guys were very easy to work with. I worked with Aaron Davis to buy a 2012 Honda Civic and right from the start, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. I didn't have to spend weeks going back and forth with price. I simply let him know what I needed, the payments I needed, and he made it happen. He even stayed after closing to help me complete the transaction and I drove off with a dependable vehicle that I am very happy with. He was able to answer every question I had more than adequately. I really appreciate the guys out at the local Honda dealer for a pleasant, hassle free shopping experience. Very convenient location as well as a knowledgeable no pressure staff. I purchased a new vehicle from Zack and had great service. He was fair and honest- I felt I was treated as a customer not a dollar sign like at many other dealers. I highly recommend this dealer and also Zack. As a side note, I drive my older Honda to get service here- even though there is a closer dealer to me. They do an exceptional job with service also. Zack and the gang at Jeff Wyler Honda of Frankfort are the best. Just bought my second Honda Ridgeline from them and I wouldn't have anything else. Made the mistake of recently buying from another dealership not long ago and quickly decided it was a mistake. Missed my family at Jeff Wyler so much that it wasn't the same without them. We just bought a 2007 Mercury Monterey. We thought we received a fair deal on a reliable vehicle. We DIDN'T! As an elderly couple people are often times trying to take advantage of our sense of judgment and lack of knowledge regarding the product we are purchasing. I have to admit the I often times give people more credit for being honest, decent people than they actually are. When we purchased the vehicle we noticed the back tires were very worn, we pointed that out to Mr. Kiger and he agreed they were worn, within specs but probably should be replaced. The next day we noticed that we were unable to view the electronic gauge panel. Being unable to tell fluid levels, gas, tire pressures etc., I decided to return the vehicle 2 days later. We were told the $1,800 extended warranty we purchased would probably cover. It DIDN'T. By time we found out it was too late to return the car. They quoted $940 to replace rear tires fix gauge panel and faulty switch. They agreed to credit us $200 toward that repair. (big deal) now they just called and told us battery needs replacing. It's been two weeks since we purchased, we had it first 2 days thaeyhave had it since and we're going to be paying $1,000 dollars on top of what we paid for the car. How is this legal?? They had to have known the gauge panel was unreadable. They're highly trained and I'm a 70 year old woman that knows nothing about cars and I noticed it. I left msg for Reggie Fitzgerald and he didnt care enough to respond. I spoke with Derry Kiger and he said they were being genorous enough by offering us a $200 credit. I dont feel I should have to pay anything. With a dealer this large it should have been in safe operating condition to begin with. Used car buyer beware of this dealership especially if you are elderly.

My experience started out great. I was looking for a dependable, pre-owned car. Specific price range and did not want anything new. The service was fast and they put me right in a car, in my price range that I really liked. I decided I wanted to purchase this car and while the sales person was running numbers with his manager, another sales person put someone else in the car and it was sold before a deal was even offered to me, even though I had driven the car prior to this other person and was already ready to purchase. I saw all of this take place. When he came back he stated there was no way they could make it work with my numbers (after he stated earlier that it would. To "make up for it," he tried to put me into a brand new car that was $10,000 OVER my price range and once I told him it was out of range, he stated he would be able to "make it work." I didn't need anyone to make anything work. Needless to say, I told him I was not at all interested in his offer and ended up at a different dealership.

As always, the service department at Wyler Honda was superb. Very friendly people all around and they are also dedicated to outstanding customer service. Poor Chett was floored when I left because I kidded him about my initial estimate and final cost. I needed the extra work done as advised by Chett because I believe in preventive maintenance. I do not need to break down on the road. I will continue to service our 2 Hondas at Wyler Frankfort as long as we own them. Two finer cars we have never owned before! Aaron was super to work with and did everything that I asked him too. Dana on the other hand, well.....feel like the old bait and switch was pulled on me. Promised me .9% but only gave me 2.9 and said it was because my credit score was 10 points to low. Problem with this was that I had just run my credit score that morning and it was a good 20 points higher than what he said. Basically, Aaron = good and Dana = watch out.One other thing with Dana.. I asked for the invoice and he would not show it to me.

AS I have met all required ck ups for maintenance on a new vehicle and having done that twice with this dealership I have come to know the staff and the results of their work. Their attention to detail and consideration for the customer "wanting to understand" have been exceptional. Prior to retirement I was a research analyst, I ck the on-line info available. I just purchased a new set of tires for a vehicle with less than 30,000 miles. So, I found that Robby Herbert was well aware of what info was available on-line. And his research helped with my final decision. Not only were the staff up-to-date on what customers are reviewing but show concern for the particular needs of the customer. Was able to call in early afternoon and get car in late afternoon same day to get oil change and tire rotation. Car serviced quickly. All staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Staff looked at my service record and determined that it was best to rotate the tires at this time rather than waiting until later.

I took my 2003 Odyssey in to have the timing belt replaced after 153000 miles - David and Robby have recommended this service for at least the last year, maybe two. I had an 8:00 appointment, and arrived about five minutes late. David asked if I needed a ride or if he could get me a loaner vehicle, since the service would likely take 4-5 hours. I told him "No, I have my laptop with me and I can work fine here", and that I'd wait for the vehicle.About 30 minutes later, David came out and told me that they'd found a couple more problems - the tensioner for the timing belt was leaking, and two of the motor mounts needed to be replaced as well. Since the timing belt tensioner was coming out anyway due to the work being done, there'd be no additional labor to replace, just the cost of the part. He'd also found a coupon for $50 off that he applied to my bill.In the end, I spent about $100 more than I'd expected, but the service was done very well, and only took about 3 hrs total, saving me at least an hour's worth of labor. I didn't want to spend the $700-plus to have the service done, but 7 years and 153000 miles later, I couldn't put it off any longer. David and the rest of the staff at Jeff Wyler always make the best of what could be a bad situation, and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.I should also mention that we bought our Odyssey as a new vehicle at one of Jeff Wyler's other locations 7 years ago. The buying experience there was the best I have ever had at ANY dealership - we were in and out in about an hour, including a final test drive - AND we got a great deal on top of that, beating all local dealers by a mile.

Got wonderful service for the 30,000 mile check on my 2009 Civic. The staff in Customer Service is informative and very courteous. I would recommend them to any Honda owner. Robby Herbert is the director of the Service Department, and he gave me an exact estimate of the cost for the maintenance. He runs an excellent department.

Everyone was courteous, competent, and very helpful. Because I had purchased one low-price tire after having a flat on a tire that was no longer usable, I was offered the choice of buying lower-priced tires to match the one I had already purchased, since I would have to buy a complete set if I chose the more expensive tires. I preferred to buy the less expensive tires, in part because of the age of the car.

As for Robby and David - I don't think you'll find any two guys who are more honest and willing to work with you at any dealership. We shopped numerous dealerships by phone and web. Arron was the most helpful and the less pressuring of any I encountered. We drove an hour and a half to do business with him at Wyler's even though there are three major Honda dealers within a 20 minute drive of Louisville that I had also contacted. They were each inflexible and unresponsive to our questions and needs, in person, by internet and by phone. Aaron was the most personable and actually answered the questions I asked rather than press the standard dealer policies and try to sell me something I did not want, so to Frankfort we drove. We have had the CRV for a week and love it. We will start with Aaron when it is time for our next car.

Not sure the name of the service staff but all have been great.I did not do comparison shopping for cost of 2 new tires so I cannot effectively analize the cost of the service but I have trusted the service dept of jeff Sachs honda for years.The staff is pleasant and works me in on the day I call .

Best car buying experience I have ever had in buying a new car. No high pressure sales pitch. Price was fair. Dealership did everything I asked for and the people I dealt with were super friendly. It was also nice that we could have a conversation about things other than buying a car too! It was well worth the 40 mile drive to make this deal. I am not sure there could have been anything the dealership could do differently to have improved my experience. I would rate My Odyssey, the dealership, and this car buying experience 'perfect". I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and hope to buy a second Honda in the near future.

I had a wonderful experience working with this dealership. They made the buying process a lot less stressful. The response to my initial email inquiry allowed me to have the necessary information I needed upfront to do my purchase research. Once inside the dealership, it was a fast & friendly experience and I was finished in 2 hours! A wonderful group to work with.

Will was a very kind person to deal with. He was very honest and worked hard to get us financed. He also did a follow up call which was much appreciated to see if we had any follow up questions or concerns. They showed us how to operate al the "bells and whistles" before leaving.

I came there after a pathetic experience with Glenn Toyota. Working mainly with Aaron, who was wonderful, instead of purchasing a pre-owned, I purchased a new Accord for the price of a pre-owned! Charles worked with me relentlessly until we got to the payments I was comfortable with a month. In the future, I would like to do business with J. Wyler again, and have told everyone that I work with and related to that my experience was unusually pleasant and easy.

purchased used truck - got a good deal - very happy so far - have not needed or used service center so na was left for quality of work. the saleman was very helpful - did not push or stay back too far. he also was very personable and allowed many questions and I enjoyed the experience.

Best experience buying a car in 40 years! Made deal over phone and picked up vehicle the next day with absolutely no hassles. Great price was exactly as quoted. Will and Dana made the whole experience very pleasant with no high pressure sales tactics. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this dealer and Aaron Davis (salesman) in a heartbeat. After trying to buy the same car (Insight) from Don Jacobs a few months ago and getting the typical back and forth for several hours I almost bought a Toyota instead! The experience with the Wyler folks was so pleasant and atypical of car dealers. I am hard to please and always think car dealers are out to get me....these folks brought me back an offer and I accepted it without any discussion...no joke! After about 1 1/2 hours I drove away in my new car with a smile on my face. These folks are the best for Honda purchases in our area....it is no wonder they won a President's Award in 2009 from the Honda Corporation. Yeah for a breath of fresh air and a huge positive alternative to DJ in the area! oh, and I won't miss the rotten apple or outrageous service bills from Don Jacobs either!

The lease of my new Accord was a very positive experience. The deal from start to finish took only about an hour. I was disappointed in the value placed on my turn in, but other than that I have nothing but positive things to say about the employees, the deal, and the car itself. A couple of errors were made by the dealership in regard to setting up the lease payments, and the dealership immediately took responsibility and fixed the problems. I appreciate that kind of honesty, and will not forget it when my lease ends.

My recent dealings with Jeff Wyler Honda was a very positive experence. The last couple of vehicles I purchased, I was tried to be swindled one way or another. Everything at Wyler was well explained especally through the financing process. There was no surprises through the whole process.

Very pleasant experience--Mr. Hancock was very helpful in introducing me to my new CR-V. I appreciate his efforts to locate the exact model and color I wanted and get it to KY in a timely manner. This dealership was chosen because Mr. Hancock was able to offer the best deal, as well as find the car requested which seemed to be a somewhat difficult task because of the color and what I wanted on the car. I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle the day I drove through the lot. A gentleman was walking through the lot towards the office. I thought that he was a customer but he asked if I needed any help. Turns out, he was one of the sales staff and I was so impressed because he didn't act like salesmen I've dealt with in the past. He and the sales manager were both very gracious, helpful, and great to work with. This was a wonderful buying experience.

I bought a 2010 Honda Crv and dealt with Tony Lewis. I am in my 60's so I have purchased many cars from many dealers. It was the best experiance I have ever had with a dealer.Very honest and a very good price.I was given a price on the phone for trade in and believe it or not it was still the same when I went to the dealership.I recommend them highly.

My buying experience was exceptional! The sales staff is friendly, informative and accommodating. There was NO pressure to buy. Once I made my decision, the negotiation process was extremely fair and quick. My new vehicle was prepared for delivery and looked fantastic once the paperwork was completed (in about 30 minutes). I have never had a more enjoyable car buying experience! Jeff Wyler is HIGHLY recommended for their professionalism and customer service.

Everyone that I dealt with at Honda of Frankfort were very friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing to work with your down payments and give you ample time to get up the money to make the payments. They scheduled the first payment 45 days after the date of purchase to cushion my spending limit. I would recommend to anyone who asks!!

I came for service on an older and paid for Honda. This was the most expensive oil change I have ever had. An oil change one day and bought a new car the next. The deal was hard to pass up! I had to weigh a lot of factors. I appreciate everyone tolerating me trying to make a the decision to take on a new monthly expense. Tony was great and I am sure I gave him a big headache.

I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Accord V6 from Jeff Wyler of Frankfort, Kentucky. This was my second purchase from this dealership. Both of my experiences have been very positive. The salesperson and along with the manager where both courteous, polite and willing to neogiate the best possible sale for me.Not only has my experience with sales been great, the service department does a wonderful job. They respond to your repairs immediately and follow up to make sure the repairs are fixed properly. The service departs tries to expediate your needs upon contact. They also follow up to make sure you were pleased with their service.My experience with another Honda dealer has not always been as positive. I would highly recommend Jeff Wyler Honda dealership for any one looking to purchase a car.
