When I went to buy the car. The guy was nice but he didn't give great communication after I was interested in a car. I didn't get the car because of that fact. I went somewhere else. I may go back and deal with someone different this year or next. They do have a good selection of cars!

I admit the mistake is mine. I should not have signed anything. They took complete and utter advantage of my situation and the fact that I am a woman. They refused to show me anything I actually wanted to see because "the bank wouldn't accept it". I found that I ended up with a car that I didn't need, in a deeper hole. They were shoving papers in my face and told me to hurry up because "Saturday's were busy". The salesman basically told me that he spent a lot of time on me and that I needed to buy something. After we made the deal and financing was approved, I noticed numbers had changed. A LOT. If I wasn't in a desperate situation, I wouldn't have thought twice about walking away. They are slimy and will likely take advantage of you. Please learn from my mistake and do not go here. I do NOT recommend this dealership.

I recently tried buying a truck from two salesman R.F. & C. F. They both gave me the runaround,never called back after they both gave me specific times. I first tried the truck out on 1-9-14 where they made there offer. I made a counter offer $500 less then they were asking! I guess that wasnt good enough. I was dealing in good faith (they were not) I could not get either of these people to return my calls (at least 6 or 7) they were always in meetings, out to lunch, etc....) Then C.F. tells me today (1-15-14) that they sent the truck down to the vw dealership, where it sold!!!! I was trying to make a deal on the truck, so why was it sent anywhere? DO NOT go to this dealership!!!!!

I just purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart from Nemer Dodge in Queensbury and had the absolute best experience ever buying a car and keep in mind I have purchased many cars. No dealership was as caring and fought so hard to get me into this car. I am so happy I had the pleasure of dealing with what I think is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. My salesman was Heath and he is absolutely fantastic! I know where I will be making another car purchase in a few years that's for sure. It may have been the personality of my salesman "David" but the total buying process was pretty seamless and pleasant. I do not look forward to the same old "dickering" process and I did not have to go through this at Nemer. The salesman let me drive home 3 or 4 different vehicles until I was sure of the one I was going to purchase. Everyone there is pleasant and professional. I would definately purchase from Nemer again! After I purchased the vehicle I received in the mail a calendar with my picture on it with my new vehicle, a nice surprise!

I contacted a representative from Nemer to set up a test drive in a 2012 Wrangler Sport that I was interested in. I live about 90 miles away from the dealership, so I took a Saturday to go down and take my test drive. While I thought I was the only person interested in this particular vehicle, low and behold the Jeep is sold about 5 minutes before I get there. I did not have any knowledge of this and I am still fuming that the dealership didn't have the courtesy to at least have another similarly priced option lined up for me. Nope. Instead, the pushy salesman throws me into a Sahara edition, with options in it that I didn't want, and convinced me that I could afford it. Despite my questions about what the sticker price was or how much my payments would be, the smooth talking salesman (initials HB) took me through the process, all the while convincing me I was getting a stellar deal. As a 22 year old fresh out of college, I told him I was not going to be able to afford a payment that would essentially put me out on the street. So at this point I should have walked away, but the salesman kept pressing, saying they were going to line me up with stellar financing options and it would be no problem at all. I took the Sahara home for the weekend, and don't get me wrong this thing was loaded and super nice. All the while I had no idea that it was over $10,000 above what I could afford. The whole process was slimy, and when I finally said I was going to walk away and not do the deal, the salesman was merciless. He went right to his computer to see if he had anything else in stock. He suggested some 2013 Sports that he had in stock that were in my price range, but at this point I was so turned off by the whole process I just needed to get out of there. I thought to myself on the way out, "WHY DIDN'T YOU TAKE ME DIRECTLY TO THOSE AFFORDABLE OPTIONS FROM THE GET-GO?" I was ticked off, but happy I didn't fall into the trap. I would have been married to that car for 72 months paying an ungodly monthly bill. Lets just say it would have been in the realm of a months rent PLUS utilities. Skip this dealership.

I have purchase multiple vehicles from Nemer Dodge and have had them all serviced there too. While everyone experiences the "haggling" and the "numbers" game while looking for a vehicle I have found this dealership to get me what I want for the price I am willing to pay. Not everything has been a smooth journey in other departments within the dealership but humans will be human. All in all, my repeat business must speak on how I feel about buying my vehicles from them. I would recommend them to anyone to at least "give them a shot" before making any decisions.

After my son took his mom's 2004 PT Cruiser for an "off road" excursion, it was decided to upgrade to a newer vehicle rather than repair the "old girl". After much deliberation, it was decided to stay with the same model and upgrade to a low mileage 2008. Due to my schedule, shopping was done late evenings. The salesperson went out of his way to help my wife and I, even though we picked some of the worst nights (weather wise) to shop. The price was fair, trade a little "light", but all things considered we feel we made out fine! There were a couple of small items in need of attention prior to delivery, and were addressed to expectations (low), not to the extent that we would have liked. Overall, my wife was happy with the buying experience and lack of "pressure", which was important!

It is nice to have a local dealership that can be trusted to take care of you and do the right thing by you. That is why I sent my son there today. The manager and staff were on top of things and took the time to answer questions and concerns when purchasing and then again when picking up the vehicle for the first time. I was in the market for a used minivan. I saw an add in the newspaper for a Grand Caravan at below book. I took my used minivan with 115,000 miles on it they gave me a fair price for my trade and the price advertised was what I paid less trade. Warranty repairs no problem! I'll be back!

My visit with Nemer Dodge went better than your average car dealership. I didn't feel pressured by any of the salesmen but they were there for my questions. The vehicle that I was trading in was a Land Rover for a Dodge Durango, so the salesman worked out a series of different options. I would definitely go back for my next vehicle. I also own a dodge diesel dump truck that the service department helps me with my parts and needs.

This dealership met my expectations. Atomosphere was pleasant; salespeople were friendly and helpful. The Service Department has been friendly and helpful as well. In all instances I have found my visits be completed in a reasonable time frame with qualified and dedicated individuals. I would recommend this dealership in the future.

The people at Nemer are fair and honest in their approach to working with you as a customer. I explained my needs and suggestions for the type and design of vehicle I liked. They assisted in directing me in the right direction, not just to the vehicle that would produce their greatest bottom line.

I always enjoy my visits to Nemer CJD in Queensbury. I've dealt with Parts, Service and Sales and am always treated fairly and greeted with a smile. Can't say enough about Carl and the guys in Sales and Chris and the Service Department always take care of my Jeep!
