Recently purchased a 2006 tundra from Nesco and was very impressed with there customer service and their willingness to work with me on getting the right price. As always I was a little skeptical of what the actual condition of the vehicle was going to be, especially when purchasing from a small private dealer. However I was pleasantly surprised as to how clean and well maintained the vehicle was when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone that is interested in finding a vehicle at a great price and customer service that is second to none. Thank you to both Ahmed and Nael for getting me into my new truck

Audi A6

I made a phone call to talk about an Audi A6 they have posted on online. A guy with a middleeastern accent was very rude on the phone. I Asked him what the address and name of the dealership & he insulted me saying " you call at 9 am in the morning and does even know the name of the dealership?" I did not go to the dealership after that phone call. Very poor customer service. No respect at all. I will not be happy with a car I buy from that did not respect me in initial interaction.

Had a great experience purchasing a '99 BMW M3 from Nesco. Nael & Ahmed are good guys and have nice cars to sell that are in good shape. Would recommend Nesco to anyone looking for a nice, used car with relatively low miles and clean carfax.

Actually I have not received my vehicle as yet because I still haven't arrived there yet. Will do so on Sunday and will be contacting the Sales Dept for delivery as soon as I arrive. Therefore I still have to wait and see the outcome,although the communication thus far was good

This was the first car we bought for our daughter who was turning 16. The staff was great and we had a easy and reasonable negotiation and arrived at a fair price without any games or drama. The car has been great. One more note, the owner went out of his way and personally picked up the license plates for us on short notice so my daughter could use the car the next day for her drivers test. I was impressed with his attention to service and he truly cared that my daughter would have her car that she was comfortable with to take the test.

We located a vehicle and were set to purchase it, when my wife found a second vehicle! Admed went above and beyond to make sure the second vehicle met her expectations. When the process was complete, we purchased TWO vehicles from Nesco. They were great to work with and there was not pressure like current dealerships. We will continue to look at Nesco for future vehicle purchases.

Great experience at nesco! Ahmed and Nael are awesome and they have great used imports! Bmws, mercedes, audi, volvo etc.. First let me start by telling you that these guys do not keep their cars outside in the sun, rain etc.., they have several hangars filled with cars! They offer a great selection, good prices and cars are in good conditions. They were very patient and friendly with me. I couldn't make up my mind between 2 vehicles I really liked and they let me look around, ask all the questions, test drive the cars i wanted and did not pressure me. I drove up to arlington from san antonio in a rental and they took me to the airport after I purchased a vehicle to return my rental! They wont try to rip you off like some other car dealers, I definitely recommend Nesco.

My wife and I live about 200 miles from Arlington. We both work and have a busy schedule. When you try to buy and trade in a vehicle over the phone , you must rely on honesty. Nael made the experience relaxing and enjoyable.

I have responded to several dealers advertising on this site and found them to be responsive to contact me with answers I ask about their vehicles for sale. The ads however are so limited with important data that I recommend they be expanded to tell more about the overall condition of their vehicle such as the condition of the exterior paint, does vehicle have body damage, condition of the interior upholstery , glass and tires. I realize their ads must be minimal to provide a brief report with some photos that enable any interested person to contact them for additional info about the vehicle one might be interested in. An example of my thoughts are; a Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR4 for sale in Arlington ,Texas ad only gave a very narrow amount of information, photos were not real close ups and more needed to make it interesting enough to pursue it. If possible and authorized to do so, an ad telling more about the real condition would have been valuable to me as I was only looking to buy a show quality vehicle or had show quality potential and could not determine that even after speaking with a sales rep there. An example : such as the exterior paint is shiny with no fading,rock chips, peeling no sun damage always garage kept, glass is all original and in excellent condition no tinted glass , the interior is all original leather --vinyl or cloth, shows little wear and is in original condition (never modified). The overall condition of the car is excellent, on a score of 1-10 I would rate the car a good 9 or better. Is price firm or negotiable and since out of state buyers are probably buying, sight unseen and maybe want to have the vehicle trucked to them -- honesty is vital to make sales happen. Thank you
