I worked with Eric Claeson to purchase a used ZO6 Corvette that Net Motorcars had listed online. From my first phone call, Eric was a true professional. He handled the inspection, all paperwork and even expedited shipping for me. The car arrived today, and it was even better than advertised. This was our first time visiting Net Motorcars and I have to say my husband and I were beyond impressed with the indoor showroom(warehouse). We could tell that the owners take pride in offering the BEST vehicles. Even though it was a rainy day, it did not stop us from shopping because all the vehicles are kept indoors. We ended up buying a beautiful black on black 2013 Toyota Highlander Limited. I took it to my mechanic(not my husband - ha!) for a complete inspection. The next day he called and said congratulations the SUV is in great condition and it was an excellent purchase! Purchasing our beautiful vehicle from Net Motorcars was a blessing. My wife and I are from a small southern IL town and were a little intimidated about buying a car near the big city. But locating it was straight forward. We had called ahead to let them know we were coming and when we arrived the SUV was pulled out and ready to go. As soon as we pulled up Mike came out to welcome us and immediately put our jitters to rest. Hassle free as he let take the vehicle for test drive without a chaperone so we could get a real good feel for the vehicle and when we ultimately purchased we felt confident in our choice. Financing was a breeze. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

I was looking for a hard to find vehicle and found it at their dealership. when I drove up to their facility, I thought this is not like any dealership I have visited, and I was correct. They treated me excellent, worked with me to get into the vehicle I wanted. Mike and Erik were fantastic to work with. The vehicle I purchased from them was exactly as they described and has been outstanding. I would definitely look at them again when I am in the market for another vehicle. Great buying experience.

I was searching for a sports car and went to several local dealerships in my community and even visited others in Addison. I had called NET MOTORCARS and spoke to Chris and made an appointment to look at one of their many variety of vehicles. When I arrive the vehicle was in the entry to the vast enclosed showroom. I was greeted by several employees who were sincere in their approach to welcome me. I immediately felt a strong sense of friendship and comfort. I met Chris, he showed me the vehicle and highlighted many of its features and invited me inside and than the hospitality continued with choice of beverages and the comfort of his office and not in the usual area of cubicles and desks with the ability to hear other sales pitches occurring. This was just the beginning of a totally unique car buying experience unlike the ones with the usual questions of "what are you looking to spend" etc. ; questions that put the customer in an almost defensive position. Comfort, Comfort, and Comfort prevailed at NET MOTORCARS and not "choices, changes and chances" that I usually felt other dealerships. I was introduced to Mike and the connection of one seeking to purchase a vehicle and one in a position to provide a vehicle occurred. But the unique thing was sincerity, honesty and the presentation of evidence that the vehicle I was interested in was verifiable, and ready for me to take back 50 miles to my home, and that the deal was worth making because of their mission, the promise and commitment to customers. This was substantiated by the reviews of previous very satisfied customers as well as the comments on other social media cites that all indicated NET MOTORCARS as a 5 Star Dealership. I read those reviews after I left NET MOTORCARS as I was not pressured in any way, shape of form to close a deal during my initial visit. I was given and encouraged to think about the vehicle and the people I was going to be dealing with. I returned the next day and the purchase was completed, the sincere feelings continued and I felt so so comfortable that I finally found car sales individuals who are real, do what they say and say what they do. I not only proudly have shown my vehicle to family and friends but have referred several to NET MOTORCARS as the best, especially when you have seen the rest.

I found net motorcars online and asked for someone to contact me ASAP about a vehicle I was interested in. I was contacted right away by Chris about my request and came in that evening to look at the car. My family and I were welcomed right away, came to the car out ready for test drive. I applied for a loan and got approved right away! I got a great warranty and a guaranteed price! The process was seamless! Overall I had a wonderful experience and Mike was so pleasant and attentive and easy to work with. Thank you for my beautiful car and I will definately be back when I'm looking for another car in the future!

If your looking for that certain or special car/truck. Than go to Net Motorcars. Wow,complete opposite of what we experienced with other dealerships. They're more like car guys than salesman ! Everybody was great to work with and no pressure. Eric and Mike(The Owner) were helping us find the right car for an hour or two. Let me repeat, helping us find the right car and not just trying to sell a car. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. They do everything they can to help the customer. The best customer service I've experienced with buying a car. I will now be buying all my cars from them. Thanks again to Eric and Mike(The Owner).

Our first auto purchase over the internet and Net Motorcars made it a pleasurable experience. The Shelby Cobra we purchased was not misrepresented in any way and was nicer than we thought it would be. Eric gave us great personal service and follow up after the sale. I bought a 2012 F150 from Net Motorcars sight unseen. I live in NC and they had this vehicle I wanted with all the options. I had been looking for 6 months when I found it. Yeah, I'm picky. I was thoroughly impressed with the 360 view cam set up on their web site that allows you to encompass the entire vehicle inside and out and the countless still pictures. The sales representative (Eric Claeson) made the process a breeze not just because of politeness but because he was with me from beginning to end. He stuck with me the entire time throughout many phone calls, text messages and emails. He never passed the buck to someone I was not familiar with and never complained. I had the vehicle shipped to NC and had no issues because of their detailed descriptions, photos, videos and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality used vehicle. Great Job Eric!!!

I just purchased a new (used) work van form Arthur. I needed a few things to up fit the truck for work use. They included everything in the deal. I spoke with about six different dealers and this one was the best one by far to deal with!!! This deal was done from out of state and these guys, especially Arthur, kept me in the loop about everything till the truck was delivered to my driveway! Even after just to make sure I was happy. I will be contacting these guys again in the future! I wish every dealer operated to this level of pride and care.

When I first came across them searching for cars I thought "net motorcars, who are these guys". I kept seeing them come up in searches over and over and their cars were always beautiful. last weekend my wife and I decided to drive to Addison and see what net motorcars was all about and within the first 5 minutes we figured it out. Net motorcars has 3 top priorities - The customer, The customer, and The customer! This isn't a sales pitch they gave me, there isn't a banner in their office, this is how they conduct business and how they treat people. While searching for the car we talked to 5 different people and not one of them tried to sell us something, they were all trying to give us something. They gave us answers to our questions, space to look and talk, bottles of water and cans of coke. Every person at Net Motorcars in the business of helping people and selling cars is just what allows them to do that.

Really amazing showroom with nothing but quality cars and trucks. You can be sure all the inventory is excellent quality with a clean record. I am a stubborn buyer and these guys put up with me. I'm sure at the end of the day it was a win win for both of us. I couldn't be happier with my F150 king Ranch I got from them, it was fair priced and they gave me a decent amount for my trade in, I got better offers elsewhere but there's was reasonable. To sweeten the deal they offered to fix some minor cosmetic issues for me such as refinishing the front bumper and they are also going to cover the cost of installing a new exhaust. I opted for the extended warranty even though it was a bit cheaper elsewhere, I liked that I could roll it into my financing. The financing guy Chris is on top of it and makes things happen! Overall I'm really happy with my experience and purchase. I highly recommend these guys, and don't be afraid to get a deal here!

I spent over a year looking for just the right convertible. I finally found it at Net Motorcars. Honestly, I didn't pay attention to the type of dealership it was because I was focused on the car. So, I was a little surprised when I found myself in the middle of a business park with no sign of a typical car dealership in sight. I was pleasantly surprised when I went in to find all the cars in a spotless warehouse. The cars were immaculate, especially mine. :) I have to say a special thank you to Eric for not being the typical salesman. He is genuinely a nice guy and treated me with respect and appreciated my knowledge of cars. During my car search, I was surprised to find most of them to be very chauvinistic. Eric and Michael made this an excellent car buying experience. I would definitely recommend Net Motorcars to my family and friends! I LOVE MY NEW CONVERTIBLE!!

The first time I walked into their dealership, I was in awe of their show room. Every car is spotless and look great under the bright lights. I had a great buying experience thanks to my salesman Bob Thompson. This was my first time purchasing a car through a dealer and he helped me through every step. I have been to several dealerships in my recent car search and found my experience with Net Motorcars to be exceptional. I was met by Bob Thompson (salesman) and he was great to deal with, no high pressure to buy or over the top sales pitch. It was like talking to a friend about buying a car, he answered all my questions and showed me around their impressive inventory. I was in and out with my "new" car in a little over an hour. After finding the car online the car we wanted to see, we easily contacted Michael by e-mail and made an appointment to come see the car. Michael was extremely helpful and informative without being pushy. He even let us take the car on a test drive by ourselves, which was nice so that we could really get a feel for if we liked the car. We worked with Chris on the financing who was extremely helpful. Chris worked to get us a monthly quote within our budget and also was very knowledgeable about the different warranties. Once the paperwork was printed up, it took under 10 minutes to complete all the paperwork. The facility is extremely clean and all the cars are kept inside, which is nice when you go in the middle of the winter. We already agreed that we will likely purchase our next car from them as well. If you want an easy, no hassle, and very fairly priced car buying experience, these are the guys.

These guys are the real deal. They have an immaculate warehouse that's fantastic in the winter time when looking at cars and also keeps the salt and weather off of the vehicles. They seem to only carry high quality cars that are beautifully maintained. I went there to look at a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee that they had advertised and other than a few blemishes, it was perfect. Mike, the owner, even offered to have a few scuffs on the bumper repaired, on them. These guys were honest and willing to help me out, which is hard to find in this industry.

Cutting to the chase - I highly recommend this dealership! I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in early Feb 2015. This dealer is a USAA fully certified dealership, They have great pictures of their cars on the web site. I sent an email inquiry about the vehicle and they contacted me quickly and we made an appointment to see and test drive the vehicle. The vehicle was exactly as shown. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure the wife and I had an enjoyable experience. This is an independent dealership that offers a lot of different make an model used cars. Showroom was awesome, indoors and spotless. The staff knew their cars and easily answered all my questions. The day I was looking at the vehicle the weather was very sloppy and wet outside with dirty melting snow. While it was obvious the car had been washed and cleaned inside and out, It was impossible to keep that way. One test drive and already the car was dirty. They offered me a complimentary auto detailing when the weather cleared up in the spring. Just call them up and they will detail the car and include a loaner too!. This is a dealership that wants your business and goes out of it's way to make the buying experience enjoyable. One last note. This was also the fastest out-processing I've experienced. I've been to some dealers where it takes hours to go through all the paperwork etc, etc..to get you out the door. It took about 15 minutes and we were done! Never felt rushed - they were just prepared.

I had the enormous pleasure of experiencing one of the best purchases of my life. I didnt know anything about the dealership; didnt even go on line to view their inventory. Their dealership was recommended to me and I traveled a good distance to investigate purchasing a new vehicle having viewed many dealerships in my local area. I came through the door not knowing what I was going to expect and witnessed a dealership with an impeccable indoor showroom of cars. Great dealership concept! All vehicles were cleaned and looked immaculate. Everything throughout the dealership was maintained in a high state of readiness. I couldnt believe the quality of cars (new & used) displayed in their inventory. You could tell that great pride and attention- to-detail was given in the presentation of their inventory. I was totally impressed with their customer service and met Michael & Bob who became lifelong friends. They escorted me through the showroom and made me feel very special. I loved their total attitude and approach toward car buying and within 15 mins the deal on an excellent vehicle was made. We negotiated a price without hassling. All my terms were met and the vehicle purchase was made. I purchased the vehicle for my daughter and the dealership went above and beyond the call of duty to surprise her when we flew her into town and presented her with the vehicle. Dealing with NET MOTORS and Mike Colby was enjoyable in buying this 2006 corvette. I have had a number of these corvettes and this one was all mike said it was. Carfax was available, the dealing was easy and it was delivered to my door since this was dead winter. I would recommend NET CARS and MIKE COLBY to anyone wanting to find an excellent group of used cars in an indoor showroom and can honestly say they one of few dealers I would by a car unseen if needed to. Great dealership that will get you in out of the cold - literally! Mike and his guys go out of their way to make your car buying experience enjoyable. I found Net Motorcars through USAA after my jeep was totaled - they are a preferred dealership. Mike was very understanding and flexible with me. I found the truck of my dreams and Mike was willing to let me drive it off the lot even though I still had to wait for my insurance company to complete processing my totaled vehicle. If I ever need another vehicle, although I'm hoping my truck lasts forever, I will definitely go back to Net Motorcars.

I was helping my son find a good deal on the car of his dreams, when I ran across Net Motors in the Chicago area. They had a beautiful red 350Z and a price that seemed almost too good to be true, so I made the call to inquire more about it. Now I must say I've searched for used cars online before, and driven a fair distance to be mostly disappointed, but not this time. From the first phone call inquiry speaking with Chris, through the entire correspondence for financing, to our arrival to finalize the deal and take delivery, Chris and Michael were nothing but helpful, professional, and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them and their dealership to anyone, and they will be on my short list of dealers I call when I start looking again. Thanks guys!

I am a student, and this is my first time to buy a car in United States. I feel lucky to meet with Bob and Michael, it was a great experience for me. Bob is so patient, polite and honest, while Michael is really generous and humorous, both of them are extremely nice guys. They provided me the CARFAX report, explained it in every details, and show me the Firestone vehicle check, and the timing chain structure.....they provide me everything I want to know about the car. I finally bought the car without hesitation, it was a great car at a very good price! Hit a deer; totaled my car. Went looking locally with no results. Sat on the couch and viewed 100's of Cadillac CTSs. Net motorcars.com has an unbelievable web site with virtual tours of their inventory. I dreamed for hrs. "Hon, look at this one." I was staring at this 2011 CTS and was I was hooked. "I'm calling these guys". "Are you crazy" I dialed and the owner, Mike Colby answered. His passion for fine cars and pleasing customers became evident. "Can you ship the car here?" "Yes, and if it's not everything I say it is I'll come and get it". Having trouble finding truck transport, Mike's associate drove over 200 miles to "hand me the keys." He also handed the money back spent on the trucking fee. Mind you, I had only been on my couch and I have my Cadillac CTS in the garage. Honesty, integrity and servant leadership sold the car. Mike, you have customer for life and you don't have to come pick up the car. :)

Car buying is never fun but these guys made it simple and had more of a family run type dealership which I prefer over the big name dealerships with pushy sales people. They don't have a huge selection but if they have the car your looking for I highly suggest you check them out. I bought a used Hyundai Elantra limited & I am completely satisfied with my purchase. They even tinted my windows as part of the deal! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle

This place is amazing. The show room is mouth watering no matter what kind of car you are looking for. The staff is the most professional and friendly group of people in the industry. Everyone made you feel we were the number one priority and were ready to serve. They hooked me up through their financing channels with a better interest rate than my own bank offered me and also an amazing warranty that I could turn down for the price. I was looking for my dream car, a Dodge Challenger SRT-8, on www.cars.com when I came across a FLAWLESS one at Net Motorcars. I submitted a simple email request to learn more about the vehicle and was quickly contacted by Net Motorcars. After Mike addressed all concerns and questions I had I knew I had to take the drive to see this vehicle in person. Mike and Chris made my financing preapproval process almost effortless and scheduled a test drive at MY earliest convenience. From the outside Net Motocars looks like a simple ordinary car business but one step onto their showroom floor and youll know its anything but simple or ordinary. Their indoor showroom was AWESOME and FILLED with high caliber quality vehicles! Net Motorcars prepped the Challenger SRT-8 front and center of this GORGOUS facility for my arrival and test drive! Not only was I AMAZED by the car itself but also by the red carpet treatment I had received. There was absolutely no pressure or obligation felt before, during, or after my test drive. Mike simply asked me two questions. Do you love the car? Do you love it enough to buy it? 30-40 minutes later I was handed the keys to my new Dodge Challenger SRT-8!! Net Motorcars is an awesome dealership from the facility itself to its employees! I highly recommend you give them a visit when looking for YOUR dream car!!!

We bought Infinity M35 from them. The condition of the car is just perfect!! We do not find any major problems. Even though it is used car, it looks like brand new! Good condition of the interior, exterior, engine, brake, belt, and everything. Bob, the sales person, was helpful nice guy. I can tell they love the cars very much, that's why the condition of the cars have been kept very very good in their indoor showroom. We love the car! Thank you, Bob, Joe and Mike for your help!!

I reccentley purchased 2012 Nissan 370z from Net MotorCars. I love this car. The sales people at Net MotorCars go far above what you get from other car dealers. Before you buy a car or truck from big car dealers or any dealer give Net MotorCars a chance. They can help you get what you are looking for. They can save you money. We were shopping for a family SUV and had our sights set on a Cadillac Escalade, we finally found the perfect one. Searched high and low for my awesome Jeep. I live in Florida and searched everywhere online and I came across mine! Contacted them and bought vehicle and had it shipped to me here. I couldn't believe my eyes when it arrived in my driveway.
