If you don’t want to be treated like friends and family, skip Neutz Brothers and go to a big name dealership. However, just know you’ll be missing out on a delightful, stress free car buying experience. There was no-pressure, didn't feel rushed. Communication was quick and clear. They listen, they care and most importantly, they are trustworthy. Everyone in the office and the service garage is friendly and willing to help.Tommy was very thorough , knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was referred to Tommy by brother. I do not purchased cars often and cannot stand the hassle of a large dealership. Neutz Brothers was a pleasant experience. I never felt rushed and they were able to help me with financing. I would highly recommend Neutz Brothers to anyone. They are friendly, professional and definitely go out of their way to satisfy their customer. Overall it was a 10! Love my vehicle too. Clean and it runs well. Definitely returning for my next purchase and I will refer my friends and family as well.

I am completely overwhelmed with the outstanding service at Neutz Brothers. Every employee is kind and eager to help with anything you need. Tommy sold my vehicle to me and he did not make me feel pressured at any moment. Tommy was upfront and honest and sold me an amazing, reliable and safe vehicle at a reasonable price. I recommend that anyone looking to buy a car or have any auto work done give their business only to Neutz Auto. There is no other place like it.

Never had a better experience anywhere! They are super friendly, attentive and good people. I've just purchased our 2nd vehicle from them and I absolutely love it! You will be treated like family when you come! Definitely try these guys!

If you're looking for honesty, integrity, and quality in your car buying experience, look no further than Neutz Brothers. In October, I purchased a Honda CRV (which I love!) from Neutz Brothers; throughout the process, Tommy & staff were professional, considerate, and always made me feel comfortable. The care and attention that Tommy provided throughout the process was second-to-none. 7 months after purchasing the vehicle, I realized the air conditioning system wasn't working properly. Incredibly, Tommy offered to complete the entire A/C repair (an $800+ project), without charging me a thing. An absolutely awesome gesture of good-faith integrity that speaks to the kind of place (and people) that Neutz Brothers is. Thanks, Tommy & Staff!
