We found a very rare 2011 Zimmer Golden Spirit Coupe at a dealer in Ohio. Ken at New Autos, Inc. knew exactly what to do to work with the dealer there, how to get the car transported, then how to get it registered properly here in California. It relieved a great deal of worry that something could go wrong in the sale. I would recommend getting their assistance if you are making this kind of out-of-state purchase. We'll sure use them again if the need arises.

New Autos Inc. is the place to go when purchasing a vehicle, new or used, in the North State. It was such a smooth and easy process for me. James was very helpful and is there to look for what YOU want and need in a car. There was never a feeling of being pressured in to purchasing something I didn't want. I was able to trade in my old car, pick up the new, and never look back. Thank you for the great experience as I will and have already recommended you to people I know.

Car-buying has traditionally been a royal pain of an experience. New Autos Inc. has turned that around, as far as I'm concerned. I have now bought three cars through them, and I expect my next one, if I need one, will also be through them. This time I got a slightly better equipped car than I asked them to search for (a 2015 Mazda 3 Grand Touring Hatchback) and I got it at a slightly better price than I expected to have to pay. I don't remember this happening in the past. Jackie Karol, with whom I dealt for the last two cars (with my fiancee in the second case), is a delight to deal with. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. I can't recommend NAI too highly.

Ken did a great job for us. Ordered an exact replacement of the car that had been totaled in an accident. The Chevy Spark ev he found for us had the more pricey trim package, brand new, and less expensive then our original car! No more auto dealerships for me, I will be ordering my future cars from New Autos Inc. Just wish that my wife would let me drive it.

I heard about NAI from our mechanic, and immediately went to check it out. Unfortunately my mom and I arrived right at closing time, however James took time to look at some cars with us and schedule an appointment for the following morning, at which I bought a 2011 Ford Focus. Perfect size, and we were really impressed with the FUN experience. Yes, car purchases can be fun with the right help. Thanks James & NAI staff!

I had spent some time looking for a car and was so tired of all the high pressure approaches from salesmen to buy without really listening to me or answering my questions. I had decided to quit looking when I drove by New Autos Inc. and saw a car I loved. From the first moment I walked on the lot until signing the papers, I never felt pressured. Going through the process of buying a car is stressful, but my experience with this dealer was great. I bought a used 2010 Mercedes Benz GLK350 4-matic and I love it! Ken answered all my questions, gave me all the time I needed to decide without pressuring me, and literally walked me through the whole process effortlessly. I am so pleased with my new to me car and the whole buying process.

Spent a frustrating amount of time in Sacramento and Roseville shopping and really pleased to come home and have a satisfying experience in Chico. New Autos Inc made buying my 2013 Subaru Outback so easy. Before contacting them, I had gone to a few dealers in Chico and had felt pressured to buy cars that I didn't really want. So I started doing my own car shopping research online. When I found the car I wanted, I contacted New Autos Inc and they took over from there. They took care of all the negotiating with the Roseville dealer and even had the car delivered to me. No hassles and no pressure from any over-zealous salesmen! All the paperwork was handled efficiently and easily. This was, without a doubt, the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was referred to Bernie and new autos inc. from a friend who has purchased three vehicles over the years, and my experience was exactly the same. They were able to find exactly the vehicle that I was looking for, were extremely informative with absolutely no pressure, and made the entire car buying experience a pleasure. I would recommend new autos Inc. over any factory dealership or used car dealership. You don't have to compromise on what you want because they are able to find and deliver anything, the price is competitive, and there is absolutely no hassle. I plan to purchase another vehicle within the next year or two and I will purchase that vehicle from new autos Inc.

Our experience at New Autos, Inc. was an excellent and smooth transaction. Bernie was very knowledgeable and patient answering our questions about leasing an electric car. We had the desired car within one week of our decision to lease instead purchasing a car. The facility is very well maintained and the employees are courteous and friendly. I have shopped for 3 cars from Tony at New Autos Inc. & purchased 2. The reason only 2 of my 3 cars were purchased from Tony was that he was honest with me & acknowledged the deal I had found elsewhere was better than what he could find on the used, hard-to-find vehicle I was looking for. That alone sent me back to him when I began my recent search for my new VW & Toyota. Tony was honest, prompt in returning calls & I truly feel that he did (& does) have my best interests in mind. Plus, Tony was able to get me my new year/model VW weeks before the local dealership had them in stock! Overall, a wonderful car-buying experience, very unlike the experiences I have had at other dealerships.

I have heard of New Autos Inc a few times around town and had seen their license plates, but never gave them much thought until my parents had bought a truck from Ken and absolutely loved the experience. Within a few weeks of my parents purchasing, my fiance and I were in the market for a new Subaru Outback and had been doing some online shopping and pricing it out. But like some people, I was avoiding going into the dealership because I really don't enjoy the a salesman all over your every move, and having to run in the back room every time you make a offer on a vehicle to check with "the man". My Dad told me to give Ken a call. I called Ken and instantly his knowledge of vehicles shined through, he rattled off all of the questions about the Outback to pin point exactly what we were looking for over the phone in under a minute and I instantly had the feeling that this guy knew vehicles. I went into his office to meet him about an hour later and in that time he had the exactly model picked out we were talking of and all we had to talk about was the price. After all of my research online, Ken had the vehicle come in below what I was expecting to pay against the invoice price and below my monthly payment price, and all we had to do was pick out a color and wait for delivery. He even was able to show me what the "average price paid" range in our area and where we were going to fall into that spectrum, and yes, it was the very bottom end. It was really that easy. We put the money down and Ken said our new car was on a truck bound for California and to expect it within a week. A week later, we came in, signed the paperwork and drove home happy. I recommend New Autos Inc to anybody in the market for a new vehicle, it is a true no hassle buying experience!

Working with Bernie at New Autos, Inc. has been a pleasure. We have purchased six cars from New Autos, Inc. and have always been amazed at how easy and convenient it is to buy from this company. We had worked with Ken Kirkman 3 years ago when we purchase a used car off NAIs lot. So when we wanted to find a used 2014 GMC Acadia Denali we went back to Ken. He found one in five days that had everything we wanted. This was a hard to find vehicle so we were overjoyed. Ken makes the transaction painless, quick and accurate to the "T". The day we went in was actually a day off for Ken, but he just happen to be in for a short time. He did not hesitate to completely give his full attention. We have never had to listen to a sales pitch or pressure. If you know what you want Ken can find it as NAI has contacts everywhere.

We brought my cousin to see New Autos Inc to purchase a new car last year. Ken did an outstanding job for her( who is over 90). This year we were looking for a used Hundai Sonata Glc and we went directly to New Autos Inc to talk to Ken, as he had done such a wonderful job for my cousin. We went to a new car dealer to sit in one and try it out, and we knew we would have to pay a few thousand dollars more, plus they hasseled us after they told us they quoted us the lowest price.We knew we were going to go back to Ken. We told Ken what we were looking for and he found us the perfect car for what we could afford to pay. He is very smart and very, very helpful. It is a complete pleasure working with him and New Autos Inc. If and when we are ready to buy another auto this is exactly where we will come. It is great not to have to hassle to get a decent price. Getting a price from the start and no pressure is a very relaxing way to buy a car...and knowing you are honest is marvelous! Thank you so much!

I went in looking for a low-priced vehicle for my son to get to-and-from college, thinking they would not have one in my price range because they are very selective about the quality of cars they display. I was surprised to find one in my price range and of high quality: which is why they kept it on their sales floor. Ken and the owner were great to work with. They was very responsive to our needs although we were purchasing a lower-priced vehicle. I was impressed with the selection of vehicles they had available for sale; not for my college son but maybe for us in the future:)!

We needed a car soon, so I called Autos Inc. on a Thursday with my request. By Friday afternoon they had found our car and it would be here Monday. They emailed me an application and we were approved within 30 minutes. Monday came, 10 minutes of signing papers, no hassle of hidden fees or gimmicks. This is a follow-up review to after my review describing a problematic panic alarm situation. I've been through a ton of used "as is" car sales, and figured I was stuck. Not this time around. The staff at New Autos care. A great shout out to Bernie who worked tirelessly to correct the problem. Even though I got the car "as is" they were as surprised as I was and the problem got fixed without any hassles. So, not only did I have the best car sale experience, I just had the best follow-up experience with fixing a problem, and now I truly have my dream car. Ive already been recommending this place to everyone I know, that New Autos have good cars, it's an easy sales experience, and then they care and make sure you are happy with the entire process start-to-finish and then follow-up.

When I bought the car, it was a wonderful experience. The salesperson was very friendly and all aspects were pretty smooth. Unfortunately, it was an "As Is" purchase. Since I caught a warning light, that was taken care of without hassle. What I didn't notice until later was that the panic alarm goes off at night every 45 minutes and sometimes during the day. I looked it up and noticed it's common for that year, make, and model. I'd love to get this fixed, but I can only pop the trunk as a free way to bypass the panic alarm going off. Otherwise, I did find everything else great, and I do realize it was an "as is" purchase. I'd recommend the dealer to others if they were unaware of this issue. If they did know about this issue, then I would not recommend them to others when listing the car as an "as is" sale.

We had to purchase a car following a serious car accident. Both my husband and I were recovering from serious injuries and could not travel to car dealers to look at inventory. We were also unable to find inventory in Chico for the vehicle we wanted. When friends told us about their experience with NewAutosInc we realized that this was a perfect approach for us to find a car. We did not have the energy to deal with car lots and haggling about price, etc. I filled out the email form on a Thursday evening and received a call from NAI on Friday morning. I worked with Ken Kirkman who located a perfect car within a few hours. He emailed me pictures and gave me many details about the car right away. I met with Ken on Friday to discuss our interest in the car. The car was transported to Chico on Monday and delivered to our driveway on Tuesday. This was by far the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. We plan to purchase an additional car in the future and will certainly be returning to NAI. I loved the experience!!!

This is the second time we've purchased from New Autos Inc, Chico. We're quite happy with the service, the low pressure, and the ZERO hassle. We told James exactly what we wanted, he told us when he could get it for us (honestly, no stringing us along!) and roughly what the price would be. When it came in (on time!) it was exactly what we'd asked for (no upsell pressure!) and at a fair price. Easy, quick, and stress-free! We have purchased our last four cars through New Autos Inc and I imagine anything else we buy will be through them as well. The only complications we have ever experienced was generated by the dealer through whom the car was retailed. It is no pressure, tell us what you want and we'll try to get it service. Very satisfying indeed.
