In all my years of owning various cars, never have I run across a service advisor as thorough as Kenny Watanabe. Without question, he takes the pain out of the entire experience. From the check in process, to the diagnosis, to the actual repair, and through completion, his thorough explanation and almost immediate replies always gives me the confidence in the dealerships skill. In an odd sort of way, I almost look forward to returning!

Had my car serviced here and was quoted ~$400 for the work and when I came in to pick up my car the associate quoted me $1,200, which he knocked down to $900. Make sure that your estimate includes labor... This was the first time I've had this issue with Audi. The car came back washed and cleaned thoroughly, which I appreciated.

I was very happy with my experience. I was able to finalize the deal over the phone with the help of my finance manager. They gave me top dollar for my trade. When I went to pick up my new SQ5 I was greeted with smiles and I was there probably less than an hour. Great dealership and great staff.

Absolutely wonderful experience - worked directly with Jan Tapia. If you’re looking for an honest and kind experience, he is your guy!! I was trying to buy a specific vehicle from 3 hours away and he was able to accommodate my questions and in the end the whole sale through text message. This was super convenient due to my busy work schedule. I cannot recommend enough reaching out to Audi Greenwich and requesting to work solely with Jan. I normally dont go online and write reviews but Joe Gioia was so pleasant and helpful during my experience that i had to. He really made the whole experience seamless and as smooth as possible. This review will encompass lots of ups, downs, and frustrations. I will first say that Jessica Boiano, Nick Belli and Joseph Gioia are all delightful people to work with. They all are professional, friendly and at the end of the day took care of business but there was a lot of sweat and frustration. I don't want this review to be aimed at their character's but more about the whole experience and some of my being let down. I walked into New Country Audi very close to 9am on the day my whole search started, I say this because Audi first opened at this time. I probably walked around for close to 10 minutes prior to being helped. Expectations aside as well as the store just opening, I felt someone should have come to my attention sooner than 10 minutes. I knew exactly what I wanted and was greeted by a very friendly and professional Joseph Gioia. We took three cars in total out for test drives and Joe was extremely informative about each. Shortly thereafter we sat down at his desk and started to dive into the process. What initially started as building a car, transitioned to Joe looking at the 2017 inventory that was going to arrive in about a month or so. I'm not a very patient person, so I was extremely relieved when I was told that a car exactly like the one I had previously designed was going to be coming to New Country. The experience shortly after wasn't bad at all. I was sent the paperwork and told I would be kept posted. I was given a date that the car would be shipped and I asked to be kept in the loop. The frustrations started when I wasn't getting much feedback. I had asked the name of the port and ship and confirmation of when the car was going to be shipped. A few emails later when I didn't hear back I contacted Nick Belli who explained to me that things can change and they weren't going to be able to give me the requested information. I'm not an expert and I don't work in the car business but I was very confused because one person was telling me information and another person giving me conflicting information. My car didn't end up being shipped and was postponed which was an issue because my current car registration was going to expire. I didn't want to be bothered with having to renew my registration when I first was told I'd have my new car prior to then. Fast forward to a few more emails and additional frustration, I didn't feel like I was getting the luxury treatment that many feel comes with Audi. At this point I was ready to pull the deal and tired of getting conflicting information. Thankfully Nick came to the rescue and coordinated with another manager to get my car much sooner. I didn't have to run through the registration renewal process and wouldn't have to wait much longer. I got the call that the car was in and came over during a lunch break. I didn't have much time to go over the entire car but was given a very informative tutorial from delivery specialist Nick. He was a true gentleman and even offered water while I was there. Filling out my paperwork with Jessica was a very pleasant experience and she took great care of me. I have no complaints about that process. Later that evening when I had ample time to look over the car I found three stains and quite a few scratches on the front passenger side hood. I emailed Nick Belli right away to let him know how upset I was. He emailed back the next morning and we both agreed to my bringing the car back to Audi the following Saturday. Saturday came around and it was pouring so Nick told me to email him that following Wednesday and we would coordinate service and a loaner. I spent a significant amount of time with Nick (the delivery specialist) who was excellent. I feel so much more comfortable in the car and really thank him for all his help. I took my car back the following Friday and spoke to Ernie who was fantastic. He assured me my car would be fixed and pristine after they spent time on it. Fast forward to three days later and I have my car back. The car is pristine and gorgeous! I just wish I would have received the car like this from the beginning. Audi definitely redeemed themselves after dropping the ball. I've talked to a few other friends at work who have had similar experiences with New Country. I very much appreciate how things ended up and just hope I have no further issues with the car.

Truly an awful experience. The most inconsiderate group of individuals I've ever dealt with. I was able to overcome the unwillingness to budge on price and extreme pressure tactics the rude salesman engaged in. After putting down a deposit, the sales manager "had an emergency" and didn't respond to my attempts to follow up for a week. Then, was told financing wouldn't go through. I went to the bank and had zero issues but the vehicle "already went to auction" before my deposit was even refunded! What a ridiculous waste of two weeks. Take your business elsewhere.

Coming from a negative experience at Classic Audi wherein extracting basic facts about the car and lease options was a very painful experience, it was a delight to take my business to New Country Audi of Greenwich. I debated between the 2 liter and 3 liter engines and my salesman, Marty Cerrone cheerfully and QUICKLY had both models ready to test drive. Every question I had about the car, from which interiors are available with each exterior color, to which cars they actually could locate for me that met my criteria, were expertly handled. They understood I was knowledgeable about car pricing and it took less time to negotiate this deal than any other I have negotiated in my 45 years of car buying. When Marty called his sales manger ( I think Robert Moskowitz, but not sure) and I offered a final number, the sales manager said to me I'll do better than that and gave me a few dollars more than I asked for. When I asked him why he did this, he said that he noticed from my driver's license that I lived near Classic Audi and to win my business he wanted to put a smile on my face. Well he certainly achieved that. This was smart business on his part. I am a business man and like to put my customers first and felt that these guys certainly embraced this philosophy. Many a time I have felt that going to a car dealership was not much better than a visit to the dentist, but this time I felt I had visited the Apple Store. What a pleasure.

I went in the other day to return my 2013 A4 and thinking I would get another. I met Chad Sanders, a sales rep, who knowledgeably and efficiently guided me through the process. Looking around the floor I spied a 2016 A with a very attractive sticker for lease. In an instant I was on my way to getting a great ride for a great price. Rob, the sales manager, was very helpful and cooperative on the lease terms. They have the nicest person in Jessica handling the paper work. Then I was on my way after Carlos walked me thru the bells and whistles of this new car. Chris Mendicina the GM should be congratulated for putting together such a good team. The sales & service environment at New Country was absolutely refreshing. From my individual sales rep Chad to the sales and service managers, my experience was great. No games, no surprises, no hidden costs or hard sells. If I said I didn't want something they didn't ask again. If I had a problem they addressed it as a team. Specifically, I bought a used A8 with no warranty, when I took the car for inspection it came back with an issue. New Country provided me with a loaner car, repaired the issue with no complaint and didn't give me any problems.

While I normally do not write lengthy reviews I think that my recent experience at New Country Audi in Greenwich, CT is worth sharing. It started with a very positive impression but ended with utter frustration and immense disappointment. As I am a busy professional with little time left to attend to personal business during a regular work day I found it very convenient that I could schedule my 55k C service online and could indicate what particular services I would like to have performed. I even got the 8 am slot on a Saturday which suited me nicely as I depend on my wheels every day. I arrived at the dealership in the morning and was referred to a service advisor who would be looking after my needs. When I check-in the vehicle and stated the mileage over 100k by now I was told that I am due to the big service which will run close to 1,000 USD. I agreed but was actually a bit surprised that no reference was made to the specific services indicated in the online order e.g. a/c freon refrill to name one. I also stated that I would need the left rear door handle bracket repaired as it had come loose. Well I was under the impression that a reputable dealership of a luxury brand would most certainly look after my vehicle appropriately. I was told that the car would be ready by 3 pm. I ran some errands when around 1 pm I received a call from the dealership stating that the team had not even started to work on the car yet and that it would not be ready today. I was asked if I could leave it in over the weekend. I was not really happy about the news but what to do? I was offered a loaner vehicle or that I could rent a car and get reimbursed later. I opted for the loaner as I had no time to go and look for a rental. On Monday during the day I received a call from the service advisor informing me that the battery had failed the load test and that it should be replaced. I was a bit puzzled as I had a new battery installed a year ago. The price quoted for the battery and installation was USD 477. I agreed to the change and asked for a copy of the load test report and for the old battery back as it was under warranty and I was going to return it. I was also quoted that the handle bracket repair would cost close to USD 700 which I declined. Due to a busy work schedule in the office I could only make time available on Wednesday early morning to collect my car. I paid a hefty 1,500 k for the service and was shown the battery load test report. When I asked if the old battery was in the car I was told that it was not as it is company policy to keep the battery which would be refurbished and resold or reused I dont recall exactly. If I wanted it back I was to pay a core charge and the service advisor was not sure if my battery could even be still located. I was seemingly unhappy and stated that I had specifically stated that I wanted the old battery back as agreed to on Monday. After all it was still my property, no? When I walked to the car I noticed a very prominent dent and scratch next to the drivers door handle. I reported same to the service advisor who took the check-in sheet and there was no marked damage in the vicinity of the door handle. So it was obviously a new dent. For completeness I would also like to say that the car battery of a Q7 is under the drivers seat which had to be removed for the battery replacement. When I started the car I noticed that the warning light for the left rear brake light was on. I reported this incident to the service advisor as well who simply stated that this must have happened just now and that the dealership was not responsible for the repair. I stated that the lights were working perfectly ok when I left the car and that I dont see why I should be held responsible for the repair. As I was late for work I left but received about an hour later a text message from the dealership that my battery was found, that they core charge for retu

I was seemingly unhappy and stated that I had specifically stated that I wanted the old battery back as agreed to on Monday. After all it was still my property, no? When I walked to the car I noticed a very prominent dent and scratch next to the drivers door handle. I reported same to the service advisor who took the check-in sheet and there was no marked damage in the vicinity of the door handle. So it was obviously a new dent. For completeness I would also like to say that the car battery of a Q7 is under the drivers seat which had to be removed for the battery replacement. When I started the car I noticed that the warning light for the left rear brake light was on. I reported this incident to the service advisor as well who simply stated that this must have happened just now and that the dealership was not responsible for the repair. I stated that the lights were working perfectly ok when I left the car and that I dont see why I should be held responsible for the repair. As I was late for work I left but received about an hour later a text message from the dealership that my battery was found, that they core charge for returning the battery will be exceptionally waived and that I can bring the car for a fix of the brake light. Some positive news despite the hassle earlier that day. I returned with the vehicle the following Saturday for the repair of the brake light. After about an hour I was told that the socket of the bulb had molten or corroded and that the whole tail light assembly had to be replaces which costs a bit more than USD 400. Unfortunately the spare part was not in stock and I left. I sent several follow ups to the service advisor to inquire on the repair of the damage (dent and paint scratch) and the brake light. After all I handed the car over in good condition and would expect that it would be returned in same. Unfortunately, till today, the only replies I got from Audi Greenwich was we did not damage the car otherwise we would repair same about the brake light issue that is nothing a few hundred dollars could not fix .. and similar rather unfriendly if not rude replies. I am by no means an automotive engineer or electrician but when I eventually had a look at the brake light I found neither a corroded nor molten socket. As a matter of fact they all looked perfectly ok. I also inspected the bulbs and did not find one that was not in serviceable condition. As a matter of fact once I installed the bulbs properly the brake light was and still is working perfectly ok. Now my question, was Audi Greenwich trying to get a USD 400 repair done for a brake light that was not broken to begin with? Was it a way to get back to a client who expressed his disappointment about the service received? Audi had no issue to hand back a car to me with a broken brake light although the invoice clearly reads that all lights were checked and a road test performed. Is that proper duty of care on the part of the dealership? As far as I am concerned I am very disappointed in the way I was treated, that my inquiries were rudely ignored, Audi not standing up to its promise to repair a dent that was caused while the car was under its care and trying to charge me for returning my own battery. Actually I wonder if the battery was actually faulty or if the dealership just sneaked another 400 USD repair in as would appear was tried for the brake light. I will most certainly not return to New Country Audi in Greenwich, CT. I can only imagine what other parts would suddenly need to be repaired.

Recently bought a used, non-Audi car here. Soon after delivery, the car developed a hard-to-diagnose, major problem. Service took the car in, provided a free loaner, correctly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. The car has been flawless ever since. Repair involved sending it to a sister dealership handling the brand of this car, and with transfers, etc., took a week.I know that Connecticut requires dealers of used cars to fix major issues that occur within 60 days of purchase, so they had to fix it. But the level of service and expertise they provided was extraordinary. Highly recommended!

I thought there was a lack of communication and was disappointed. Come to find out, the construction had affected cell/email service for my salesman phone. I was not hearing from him via phone or email but had put a deposit on a car. After contacting the sales manager, I was well taken care of. He was the one who figured out a few days later that much of the salesman contacts were not going out and was quick to inform me. The only complaint I do have about the dealership is that they could not offer me delivery, as I am out of state. Regardless, I still drove away with a pretty A7.

Caswall was pleasant to work with on our recent used vehicle purchase. Once all parties agreed on the purchase, the wait was much longer than expected (room for improvement). Northbound traffic was bad (unavoidable on a Friday at 5pm). Vehicle prep for delivery could have been better (food wrappers and other papers found in seat pockets, vehicle windows were not clean). Bluetooth demonstration failed upon delivery due to previous owner's linked phones. I was able to get it working the next day on my own. Yes, we bought a used domestic vehicle however, given the dealership's location we expected a bit more. Customer Service goes a long way. That being said, we would ask for Caswall again if/when we purchased from this dealership.

I went to the dealership to look at a car that I saw online however another car on the lot caught my eye. The salesman said that the title has not yet come in yet, however it should only take a few days for it to come in. After a week, the title was still not in and I was notified that it would take an additional week for the title to arrive beacuse it was tied up in the bank. The salesman never kept me updated unless I reached out to him. As a whole the customer service was terrible and I would not suggest to do business here.

The internet has made car searching a much easier way to learn about the different features and reviews. It also is an easier way to shop for a new car. At New Country Audi of Greenwich which is located in Greenwich, CT (I live in Westchester County NY) their Internet Manager, Sean Colligan responded very timely to my inquiry and quoted me an extremely reasonable price. We then spoke on the phone about some of my additional questions which he was able to answer. I had gone to another dealer who did not follow-up with me at all. I make an appointment to meed with Sean and he was ready to speak with me when I arrived. Which I appreciated as I always like to be on time also. He showed me various colors on cars that were outside to really see that they looked like. We took an extended test drive which included, local streets as well an the interstate (so I could really test the pick-up etc.) On our return to the showroom we continued our discussion and then I was introduced to the sales manager Rob Moskowitz. We had a talk about my very first car a 1973 Plymouth Fury with push-button automatic transmission. I left that day feeling that I had been treated fairly and with respect. As I was making my final decision about my purchase I asked Sean for a little more of incentive to purchase my Audit from his dealership. He was able to provide me some of the incentives I was requesting after speaking with Rob. I thought about everything over the 4th of July weekend and went back to the dealership and special ordered the car direct from Germany with the exact specs I wanted.New Country Audi of Greenwich is an exceptional dealership and I recommend that anyone interested in an Audi to research it thru the internet and then contact Sean who will take very good care of you.

Not your run of the mill dealer or service department. First of all, the valet welcomes you and then refers you to a service advisor. the service advisor always looks up your record and then write up your service request.the service manger, David Delaney reviews the request and follows through to make sure that the work is done probably and accurately. When I go to pick up my car, which is always cleaned and washed, I am always asked to have a cup of coffee a t their coffee bar. And now, they even have snacks.last time, I brought my car into service, the valet noticed that something was hanging from the underside. he alerted the service advisor, Ernie and David, who promptly took a look and added it to the service order. No charge for refastening some bottom shield.Once, they mad a house call when my convertible top hung up in the air in my driveway before an impending rainstorm. at mechanics showed up at my home within 30 minutes to reset the computer and make sure the car was OK.needless to say, they go beyond in satisfying their customers.BTW. I have no financial connection with the dealership. I think they are just great!.

I have been with New Country Audi for years now and the reason being is because of David Delaney. He has been fantastic every time I have brought my car in for planned and unplanned service. My car broke down when we had below 5 degrees. He made sure I was off the highway and sent the flatbed truck over right away. He made a horrible situation not so bad! I have owned and leased many different cars over the years - BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Volvo, etc. This is my first, and will be my last, Audi that I lease or own. The A6 itself is ok. I find it no better or worse than an E-class or 5-series. However, at any of the other luxury car dealerships, you tend to have an experience that brings you back. They all try to sell you the "we are family" idea. Not here. Do yourself a favor - there are plenty of cars and dealers you can work with in this area. Choose them instead.

Where do I start... 1st off- don't waste your time with these people. They don't care about you!I called ahead to schedule an appointment 2 days in advance to view a Q5, I show up and no salesperson had the car ready, and top it off they could not even find the car or the keys to it! over an hour and half to finally look at the car I scheduled to look at! We actually bought a Q5 that night because the price was good and that was the only thing good about this whole situation. The salesman was new, did not know anything about the Audi's.Dom, the used car manager- need I say more. He is a scam artist! He tells you what you want to hear. He puts $0 into his used cars. Cars are all scratched up and ditry sitting on the lot. He tells you he will remove scratchs, dents, and repaint the bumpers... but at the end of the day- he is just doing a half-baked Macco spray over on a $40K+ car! To top it off, many phone calls were made to him to find out the status of car, phone calls never returned and the day we go pick it, car was not ready! another 3 hours of waiting.There is a lot of little details left out so its not 3 pages long but to sum it up, I never been so insulted, disrespected, and lied to in my life when buying a car!- all of this was from Audi of Greenwich sales department.Do not go there and unless you want to get lied to and frustrated

Ordered an audi end of september 2015, shortly after signing the contract sales person left the dealership, nobody contacted us for 2 month. Audi was delivered beginning of december, but not as ordered, wrong color! Our subsequent complaints since then have not yet been answered adequately. Everybody from general management to sales person seems to be evasive, until today ( February 1, 2016) the issue is unresolved. Stay away from new country audi!

I received a letter from New Country Audi stating that they would like to buy my Audi and offer a new Audi at a friends and family discount.I went in to discuss this offer and explained that my car had 5 months left on its present lease and was not interested if I would lose money by terminating my lease early. They said they would give me a check to cover the 5 lease payments and offered me a deal on a new Audi. New Country wrote up an purchase order for a new car which also specified the amount of the check that I was to receive to cover the last 5 lease payments. I was asked to sign the agreement and make a deposit which I did. My dealings were with the sales person and the manger.When I returned to pick up the car I was told by the salesperson that the manager had no recollection of the details of purchase order and would not give me the check to pay off my present lease. I showed the salesperson my copy of the purchase order which he brought to the manager. When he returned he said that the manager was busy and could not speak to me and that they could not go through with the order. Instead, he tried to get me to purchase a different car at a more expensive lease price. I said this was unacceptable and and asked them to honor the purchase agreement. They did not and instead refunded my deposit.I contacted the parent company New Country Motor Group but they did nothing. I find it incredible that a business would not honor a signed purchase order with a deposit. It speaks volumes as to the lack of integrity of the dealership. It also says something about the parent company which condones this type of behavior. I do not know how they can be rated dealer of the year! If I had tried to get out of the order I am sure I would have lost my deposit or faced some legal action. Unfortunately, the opposite is not true since all I lost was my time and respect for that dealership.

There really isn't much to say. I saw a car that I was interested in, and sent an email requesting more information about it. Within 10 minutes of opening the next morning, I was contacted by a sales person and had many of my questions answered. What he couldn't answer immediately, he promptly researched and followed up within hours. Communication was always prompt, professional and thorough which allowed me to make a decision on the car within 24 hours of seeing it on their website. The only slight negative was the wait time to sign all of the paperwork when I arrived to pick up the car. All things considered, it was a very good experience.

A total scam. They called, offered to change my car few months before the end of lease at no cost, then charged. It was a nightmare to find someone to have a decent conversation, let aside being threatened by collections people. I'll get rid of my VW and Audi ASAP and of course, never any of these brands again. My neighbors shared similar experiences with this dealership and they already switched to BMW down the road.

I purchased a pre owned vehicle here. The car was poorly prepped. There were non functioning electronics. Management assured me they would be repaired. I alerted the managers several times before picking up the car so that I would not be faced with repairs from day one. They ignored my repeated requests. They repaired none of the issues and delivered the vehicle as is. The car was also poorly cleaned and delivered with dirty wheels. Poorly managed dealership.

I signed a lease 3 weeks before I needed a car so that they would have plenty of time to get it ready. When it came time to pick up the car, I was told that I can't pick it up on weekends. Instead they told me to just come in on Monday, as if no one needs to work during the week. I told them that I can come in Monday at 12, but it would need to be quick. At 11:30 they emailed me saying that the car wasn't ready and that I would need to come in tomorrow. I called to try and speak with the person who sold me the car and he didn't answer-- I was told he was busy. I sent an email saying that I need the car the next day at 12 and if not, I will cancel the lease. The next day came around and I got an email saying the car was stuck in traffic and it would be there that afternoon. I was livid! I put money down three weeks ago and you don't yet have it at the dealership?!?! They said they could drop it off at my office by 4 that day. They finally showed up at 5:30!!! I was late for a dr. appointment so we rushed through the paperwork and they basically threw the car at me. No license plates or registration and was told "it'll be mailed to you in 2 to 3 weeks." The salesman was nice enough to connect my bluetooth before they left, but when I asked about an iphone charger he pulled out an audi iphone 4 charger. He told me to go buy an iphone 5 adapter at Radioshack! Radioshack has been out of business for 2 years!!! I was told this would be a seamless process, but it was the exact opposite. I'll never recommend or buy a car from these guys again-- I feel like I was taken advantage of since I'm not a car guy and I won't make that mistake again.

i was in the car business for many years so i now that i am not in the car business any more i hate being a retail customer. i just bought a used Volvo from new country Audi and it was a very positive experience. My salesman was Marcell Osvath and he was well mannered and very helpful without being over bearing. the sales manager Eddie Giron was the same, why can't they all be like that. i drove from Boston to look at two different Volvo's. The first one was completely misrepresented by green light auto sales so i drove another 60 miles to new country audit and their Volvo was better than i had hoped for. they treated me very well, we made a deal and i drove home a very happy buyer. for someone who hates the the car buying experiance i came home inpressed with everyone at new country Audi. i highly recommend working with Marcell and Eddie if you are looking to buy a new or used car.

This was my first time buying a car and Caswall made this experience so worth it. Buying a car can sometimes be overwhelming, especially for a woman. Caswall didn't try to down sell me and give me something I didn't want. I so appreciate that since I am a woman who knows exactly what she wants. Ian Chang was really a pleasure to work with. At no point did we ever feel pressured (which goes a LONG way when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle). The entire staff was accommodating, without being unctuous and the process was pretty smooth. As of today I have now had two bad experiences with the service department at New Country Audi. My first negative experience was on February 7, 2015. I scheduled a service appointment because my engine light and I figured it would also be a good time to get my 55,000 mile service done as well. I was impressed when I called that I was able to get a Saturday appointment so quickly. However, I should have known that there were issues with the service department when I received a call to confirm my appointment for the wrong day. None the less I straightened it out. Being that this was my first time at the dealership I was not familiar with the valet process. I was greeted by a rude gentlemen that gave me an attitude when I got out of my car. When I went inside the process was no better. I sat with a service advisor named Ken Watanabe to review what was to be done. He quoted me an outrageous price for the 55,000 mile service and told me that my spark plugs needed to be replaced. Thank goodness I knew better than that, and knew that in fact my sparkplugs did NOT need to be replaced at 55,000 miles. I declined the service and had only the engine light serviced. I was also appalled at the significant price difference in service between New Country and Danbury Audi.The ONLY reason I returned for service on my car today march 17, 2015 was because my car would not make it to Danbury Audi. I delt with a different service advisor today, Danny Pankerican, who was much more knowledgeable and helpful, however, this appointment also ended in irritation and disgust. I spoke with Danny several times throughout the day regarding several issues. One of which was the service. I explained my prior dealings and why I declined the 55,000 mile service to be done. I was informed that the information I was given and the price quote I was given by Mr. Watanabe was in fact wrong. After dealing with Mr. Pankerican, I started to feel a little better about the dealership, and thought ok Ill continue to take my car here when needed...once again I was WRONG! When I walked to the dealership to pick up my car this afternoon, I was again treated rudely and left once again irritated. Before leaving my house I checked the New Country service invoice for forms of payments that were accepted. According to the invoice it states, For your convenience, we accept local personal checks up to $500.00, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. However when I paid with my Discover card, the only card I brought with me, I was told it wasnt accepted! I pointed out to the girl what it states on the invoice, had her read it. The answer I got was well, I dont know. I was told I could not take my car to get home to get another card, and I wasnt even offered a ride to my house, which is two streets away from the dealership.Customer service goes far with people and New Country Audi service department seriously lacks in that area. If you are printing something on an invoice, it should be honored. After all, a customer is expected to pay for services rendered by you, why are you not held to the same expectations? These invoices are misleading and a reflection of New Country Audi.

My wife and I recently traveled from New York City to purchase a Pre-Owned BMW X3 from John Rosafort at New Country Audi. John is a kind gentleman that listened to our questions and made the buying process very smooth for us. We took the SUV for a test drive, inspected the car, and made our suggestions about the price. The car was in relatively flawless condition with the exception of the leather seats had a couple cigarette burns on them and the back bumper had deep scratches that can not be buffed out. John was able to get approval from his manager, Eddy, to get those 2 requests fixed and that satisfied my wife and I. I did not rate the Quality of Repairs because we pick up the car on Monday and that is when we will see how well the repairs were done. At this point we are very satisfied with out experience at New Country and we would highly recommend this dealership. I will follow up next week on the result and rating of the repairs. Lastly, Eddie the manager is a professional and you are in great hands with either Brand Specialist.

I recently purchased a used 2008 A4, and I must say that from the moment I got there Kelly was friendly courteous and extremely helpful. Rob diligently worked hard on getting me a loan, and overall both were extremely helpful and tactful in making my experience nothing short of great! Overall It took me literally a week to be placed in the car which I went there for. There was never a moment where they tried to sell me something I was not interested in. I would completely recommend this dealer to others, it's a bit out of my way but was well worth the drive. I love my Audi and will more then likely stick with the brand for a long time, if I ever need to buy another car in the future this is where I will be investing my money. because they made feel that it was more then just a sell.

Two thumbs up for a excellent car buying experience with a dedicated salesperson!! I live in New York and was shopping for a 2011 or 2012 Audi A6 Quattro for the winter. I was in no rush but merely expected a great deal on a certified Audi. Edward Mayzler made it all happen via texts and emails stemming back all the way from August 4. In August I called New Country Audi regarding a listing on their website, and got Edward Mayzler on the phone. The car that I liked at that time was sold, so he took my name and number and promised to call me when new inventory comes in. First salesman to keep his word and actually followed up every few days. After 2 months of back and forth texts and offers, we finally settled on a fantastic deal and car from their extensive website listing. On October 10th, Edward confirmed his bosses accepted my offer and I left a deposit via phone, and on October 14 was when I first met Edward and physically saw and drove the car home. It was like a blind date but with a positive outcome with my car. I've always hesitated buying things from eBay or Craigslist without looking at what I was getting, but Edward made me feel extremely comfortable of purchasing a $30k Audi without even test driving or physically seeing the car.I literally live 5 minutes away from Beiner Audi, and have searched hi and low thru all the tri state Audi dealers for a low mileage, certified Audi, but had no luck to break a deal with anyone but Edward at New Country. Beiner Audi salesmen were either bias or had no interest on selling a car to me when I went in person, and merely took my name and number on a scrap paper and promised to call me. Other dealerships did the same as I called or emailed them, except for Edward. He was the first salesperson who stuck to his word, kept in contact with me, and made sure I drove off with a car from his dealership.The cars in the three New York Audi dealerships I visited, were poor in appearance with multiple dings and dents, and didn't seem well maintained as New Country Audi line of used cars. I like to buy my cars with dealers close to my house due to dealer-customer preference when it comes to servicing the vehicle or when it is time to buy a new car, but in this case I surely didn't mind to go all the way out to Connecticut to pick up my beautiful White A6 Audi.Thank you Edward Mayzler and New Country Audi for a great deal and a wonderful buying experience!!! first salesman showed me car of interest 2002 Mercedes e430 pretty clean for a twelve year old car with exception of bald rear tires a few scratches and normal Mercedes defects for that year. I asked for two new rear tires dealer said yes so I did not haggle price. I had wanted to test drive the car and the salesman said no.Still wanted car, salesman said he needed a deposit of 1000 dollars. While sitting at his desk salesman in desk next door starts speaking really loud about how car is still available because of no deposit. so I gave deposit and they did put new really great tires on car. The day of final payment I insisted on a test drive with new salesman Sean super guy. After long test drive car felt great but when I exited the vehicle I heard a knocking sound under car. I told Sean he said he did not hear it .The noise turned out to be catalytic converters, my mechanic said very exspensive job minimum price he said was about 2200.00 dollars he said that was cheap compared to dealer. I know Sean is no mechanic but he said we have a reputation to keep so I finalized deal , I just wish my mechanic was there that day, I still would have bought car but for at least a little less than half of repair cost off of vehicle. Mistake on both parties, I know its an old car with only 76000 miles but I did not expect this from an AUDI dealer especially in GREENWICH CT.

I shopped for an Audi Q5 at 3 different dealerships until I ran into Paul Ihnatovich at the New Country Audi in CT. He was very knowledgeable about all models, not at all pushy, was patient with my wife and helped us make an informed decision. The specific car we liked was sold just before we had a chance to put a deposit down, but Paul ordered us an exact same car from an upcoming batch from Germany. Moreover, he offered us a price that was better than anything I've seen either at dealerships or on the internet. Two weeks later we got our car. Paul walked me through all of the car controls, helped coordinate with the insurance and honestly advised on the additional options (e.g. the 4/50,000 prepaid service contract looks like a good deal). You won't be sorry if you work with Paul!

During the last six years, while under warranty and after, the people in the service department have provided superb care of my Audi and me. Explanations of work to be done are clear and are provided by the mechanic and/or my service advisor; my questions are always answered respectfully. Peter Falvey is the service provider who has given me the most considerate service because he understands my need to know the aspects of a repair as well as the abbreviated words on the invoice. I went to this dealership to have them look at my Navigation system as it was performing poorly. The solution they offered me was to have the entire system replaced or to pay $160 to simply have them look at the system.I told the service assistant, John Irizarry, that I did not agree to pay $160 for Audi to look at the system for 10 minutes. John's response was to tell me that I had to pay and started yelling at me that they wouldn't release my car without payment. John was rude confrontational and truly abrasive towards me. He started yelling at me and when I asked to speak to a manager, he refused to do it. I had to make a large scene before a manager came over and handled the issue.I will never go back to this dealership again. I also will never buy an Audi after the awful customer service from John Irizarry. Avoid this dealership as they are incompetent and will try to take advantage of you.

After moving to the Greenwich area from Manhattan, I needed a car that could get me around locally regardless of weather. Having had pleasant experiences with other German competitors, I can say that the team at New Country Audi went further above the competition to provide a good customer experience. I have purchased two different vehicles at this dealership in the past three years, both involving trade-ins, and I was honestly surprised at how easy the process was in both instances. I live two hours from Greenwich, and literally drive past three Audi dealerships on my way to New Country, but the extra time and gas is well worth it. Their selection of CPO vehicles is the best I have seen at any dealership in the state, and their pricing is very aggressive. Paul Ihnatovich was an absolute pleasure to work with. He understood the value of my time, and how making multiple visits to his dealership (4-hour round-trip) would not be feasible for me. He acted as my eyes in ears at the dealership, sending me pics and videos of incoming vehicles, and providing very objective opinions on the condition of each. When a suitable vehicle was located, he provided very accurate and timely information regarding the vehicle itself, as well as the associated timelines around being able to take delivery. I highly recommend anyone who is considering an Audi to reach out to Paul - he will make it worth your time.

BEYOND REPROACH, THE BEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I had to put in all caps to stress the level of pleasure, easy and considerations that Ive received from these guys from start to end. My journey began when i had to surrender my MB with two months to go. They had advised on how two best surrender the car and how to negotiate the excess miles and any other surcharges that I may receive. Outside of that, where do i begin!? First and foremost, the showroom is very nice and they always have hot coffee and depending on the time in the morning, Bagels with assortment of cream cheeses. Secondly, they are extremely knowledgeable about the product and far better than any other dealer I have dealt with and just because you are looking around it didn't seem like they wanted to get rid of you the second they doubted that you were a real customer. As a disclosure Ive owned MB/Cadillac/BMW. Thirdly, and this is the most important item to me is the DEAL that I got. I am from NY and i have other than visiting pretty much every deal in NY, had called at least two dozen more - none of them had even come close to a deal I got!!! NONE! In fact most of them told me that i should get the deal in writing as they did not believe that the deal was possible and insisted that i must have missed something or that this was not a really deal and that they would switch the deal on me at the last minute. Well, i picked up my car on July 31st and now a proud owner of 2015 S4. I would advise anyone to make this your last stop when shopping for an AUDI. I would put my reputations and willing to share any information that is necessary to prove that this is not just another fake review but an actual customer! Primarily Ive dealt with Paul Ihnatovich and Dmitry Shurba (General Sale Manager) and both of them were very prompt and pretty much have accommodated me in every way possible. In addition to that Eric, who is their General Manager had personally welcomed me to the Audi family, which I thought was a very nice touch. They have updated me along the way and at no point did I feel like I wasn't informed about anything along the order process and the built of the car. As a parting gift they even gave me two mugs and a an R8 hat on the house. Bottom line - Make this your last stop as you will get great service and best price from Paul & Dmitry.

After purchasing a new car for myself, I was in the market to replace my daughter's aging vehicle. Having been impressed with my experience at New Country, I checked their inventory of CPO vehicles online, and found one that I thought would suit my daughter's needs. I went to New Country, and was greeted by Paul Ihnatovich. He was friendly, and had a good sense of humor. He located the Q5 I had seen online, and promptly brought it out for us to test drive. During the drive, he pointed out the safety advantages, but not in an overly obtrusive way, especially since he knew I already owned a Q5. I think we all knew we'd be buying that car. The remaining issue was price. The asking price online was very competitive, and while there was a little price movement, there was not much. On the other hand, I was given a fair price for my trade-in, so I still felt like I got a good value.At the time of purchase, I met with Anthony Rodia for the business end of things. He too was very nice, and got the "least pleasant" part of getting a new car over in an efficient and friendly way.All in all, I am 2 for 2 with New Country. I think it is pretty safe to say that when I'm in the market next, I'll certainly be looking there again.

On 4th of July weekend. I was looking for buy a pre own car. I was searching only Lexus LS 460 type and I found very decent car with decent miles and price. It was at New Country Audi of Greenwich dealer. So I call them next day, Saturday spoke with Marcell sale person find out car has been sold. So my search was continue and find out at Lexus of Edison has one but little higher miles then AG has, but I was wondering if the car has been sold at NCAG why is still on their website. Therefore, I call again and spoke with another sale person Deron Thompson and him about it he said the car was in process for bank lease for client most likely will go through but in any event get me your contact Ill call you if is available. Fear enough statement I did left my cell phone now in two day I had to make a decision to cut the deal with Lexus Edison or wait for NCAG and during this time. I was preparing for Bank Pre approval letter from Bank of America in order to get the best rate and not to waste my time and re- run my credit report at dealer financing option. On Friday I was finalizing to visit my local dealer at New Jersey my phone was ringing there was sale person Deron from NCAG telling me Lexus is available did not process from bank. If interested leave a deposit and come and test-drive the car. I though theres nothing to lose to check it out so I did left deposit. On Saturday drove it about 130 miles south NJ to Greenwich CT. Upon arrival at dealership Mr. Deron, sale person waiting for me hes went out to grab a car key. I sat there look around Saturday seem like the most busy day for them. NCAG showroom was super clean and very family oriented. Some folk bring their kids to see the new car they buying they free bagels drinks coffees over all free Wi-Fi. Any way went out for test drive the car had small scratch on right.. Hey it a used car as long as the engine and transmission good shape thats work for me. What Deron told me on phone it was (99.%) accurate. After test drive, I love the car. I want to trade in My Lexus RX with new model LS 460. We cut the deal Mr.Deron sale person try really hard to get my business and he did very professional process, Also I meet Dmitry Shurba I believe his General Sale Manager very nice person, Adam, Domenico and other few branch manager sitting in one long desk at open area on showroom. Not in close door offices. That means there are open door policy for any race rich or poor does not matter. Theyre in car business which is very hard these day to keep the cost from Tough market because of (Website Marketing and Technology) As long as you can afford and pay your car NCAG will sale it... Not every single dealership has thats instant drive. Some dealer say it your problem pretty much I agree. But Ill give 5 star to this New Country Audi of Greenwich dealership for Professional, family oriented, and financial concern. After they sold their car I got another call yesterday from sale person Deron he just wants to make sure everything working for me and Infect its ((EXCELLENT SERVICE))..

I have purchased a lot of cars from this dealership, because they treat you like a concerned buyer and not trying to sell you what you don't want. i was so impressed that I told my niece not to buy another make, but to come to this dealer to buy an Audi, because they are the best made cars, require very little maintenance and hold their value better than the competition. When I traded in may last car, an S-5 2010 for a new 2014 of a similar color of the same model, because i wanted side assist and a backup camera, they gave me a much better bottom line than 2 other dealers nearby. I had to wait 2 months longer than expected, but they honored the trade-in price even though I had put on a lot more miles than they expected as I went on a long road trip just prior to the final purchase date. Also, I cannot say enough about the service department. In my years of dealing with this dealership, I have nothing but praise for them. i have called them from the road and a loaner car was waiting even though i did not make a reservation in advance. They always come through, especially when the service manger gives you his private cell number to call him at any time. i did just that one evening to take care of an immediate problem. David Delaney had a flatbed truck to me in less than an hour and provided a loaner ( his own personal car) as I needed to get somewhere very importantly. they came through, Yea for them.

So far, I have personally purchased or leased almost a dozen cars in the years I have been buying Audis. I ddi buy one from a closer dealer to my home, but the experience was not pleasant, especially the service department.At new country, the buying experience is ideal, because there is no pressure and they always beat the lowest price in the region by a few hundred dollars. Their service department is the best. give them a call, and you are promptly taken care of. need a loaner , sometimes the same day/ no problem.For example, my wife was stuck on a local highway with a flat tie with the grandkids in the car. She called David Delaney, the service manger. he sent one of his men with a loaner car to the disabled car. he transferred the car sets and she was on her way in a very short time. They changed the tire , took the car back to the shop, and repaired the tire. The dealer called a little later and drove down to my home and exchanged cars.What could be better??

I am 62, and until I bought my A7 at New Country, I had never, ever, had a car buying experience that hadn't left me feeling tired and (at least a little bit) taken. Two years ago, even though I live 180 miles from the Greenwich dealership, I made an inquiry upon the advice of a friend. I was directed on the salesfloor to Michael Kelley. Michael was different; incredibly well informed about Audi (and competitors), exceedingly pleasant, respectful, and - most of all - he did not apply pressure, which (as we all know from car sales) is typically either direct or subtle. I was very impressed. The experience felt more like teaching and learning rather than salesmanship and buying. My A7 is the first car I have ever loved. Michael arranged service for me locally in Boston; this has been painless too. My wife is now also an Audi owner, also from New Country.

After seeing a Certified Pre-Owned red 2011 Audi A4 (VIN: WAUFFAFL6BN028534) at New Country for a fair price I drove 4 hours to see the car that was described by the salesman Samad as being "flawless" and "perfect". The pictures on Cars.com seemed to back that statement up so I was confident that I would purchase the vehicle that day and take it home (received pre-approval from my credit union). However, when I arrived and walked up to the car I immediately knew something was wrong. There was an approximately 1.5x1.5" section of clear coat missing from the hood of the vehicle. After having reviewed the Certified Pre-Owned checklist used by Audi dealerships that is available freely on their website, I knew there was a specific section regarding the condition of the hood paint. The paint is supposed to be in good condition and meet Audi standards. If it doesn't meet these standards it is supposed to be marked as such and repaired. I hardly believe a vehicle with a section of paint missing is "up to Audi standards" for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. If blatantly visible defects that do not meet the certification checklist are passed I can hardly imagine what defects remain that the buyer wouldnt readily see. This was significant enough of a flaw it should have at least been mentioned in the cars description or included in a close up. This was not a minor scratch from daily use and it was so obvious that I didn't even look at the rest of the car. I owned a car that had the hood clear coat compromised and it eventually bubbles up and the entire hood needs to be sanded down and re-sprayed. I have emailed Audi Customer Support regarding the less than accurate certification of their vehicles by this dealership.

I was in the market for a used Audi A6 station wagon. I had researched the wagon for months ahead of time and knew exactly what I wanted. These wagons rarely pop up for sale, but this dealership and another dealership located in Mass posted beautiful A6 wagons on almost the same day. I live in New Hampshire, and contacted both dealers to express my interest. Both dealers contacted me immediately to talk about the car, and this was where the experience with New Country went bad. After the salesman (Marty I believe) established that I was out of state and had an older Jeep for a trade in, his interest seemed to wain. I asked to begin a conversation about the value of the trade (something that the dealership in Mass was happy to do) but Marty returned zero of my phone calls, and had nothing but excuses. He obviously did not take me seriously as a buyer and I was treated with casual arrogance and disregard. I'm sure he knew he would have no problem selling the wagon to someone more local who he had to do less work for. Long story short, the dealership in Mass met my request for trade in value, I put a deposit down on the car over the phone, and I bought my A6 wagon yesterday. I was treated by that dealership in a manner you'd expect if you showed up interested in a car with money to spend. If you're an out of state customer and aren't capable of an immediate purchase, I would suggest avoiding New Country.

Overall, a great experience. Marcell is very knowledgeable in regard to the Audi brand, and was able to find the vehicle my wife wanted. Marcell was also able to highlight the superiority of the Audi brand over the other brands my wife was interested in. (BMW, Mercedes Benz, and Land Rover) I give Marcell a rating of 5 out of 5. When I am in the market for a new vehicle, I will definitely continue to consider an Audi from New Country Audi of Greenwich. My only complaint, and this has nothing to do with Marcell, is the vehicle was dusty when we picked it up a few days later.

The worst! I called the night before when they were closing. Asked about a car which I was told was available and made a appointment the next morning when they opened. It was offered for sale the day before so it wasn't on the lot for more than 2 days. Arrived there the next morning when they opened, Saturday at 9:00 a.m.. I had to wait 1/2 hour for who I guess was some manager to conclude his "lets go get'em boys" staff meeting. I waited another 1/2 hour for the car to be "brought around". The car looked like it wasn't washed since the begining of winter. There was still stuff, an umbrella, in it from I assume the previous owner. A college bumper sticker and town parking pass was still on the tailgates window!! Keep in mind the vehicle was advertised on AUDI USA as CPO! I spent another 15 minutes looking at it. The salesman then went to get a plate.....10 minutes.. Came back and told me it was sold already!!!!!!! Really!! To who??? your buddies friend!! What a total disregard for my time. He said it was sold as if Greenwich Audi was going out of business and not selling cars anymore!. It was suppose to be a CPO car with standards established by AUDI and it was advertised as such!! Then to find out after well over and hour of my time being wasted it's sold. Is Audi of Greenwich exempt from professionalism and courtesy and CPO. Well Audi, one of your dogs are off the chain. I have two words - BMW and Mercedes. I own both brands and they have it all over audi

We needed a part (a mirror) for my husband's Audi s5 and regularly scheduled maintenance. The service person told us they'd call us in 2-3 days once the part had arrived to schedule the service. Never heard from New Country Audi Service. After 2 1/2 weeks, we finally followed up ourselves and no one seems to care that we never received a phone call from the service department. Horrible horrible service.

After a horrible experience purchasing a used car from someone we thought we could trust, my wife began doing extensive research into finding just the right used car. We are currently in crisis, I'm not working, and my wife has some personal issues she's dealing with. After we found what we couldn't believe was a great deal, it was, by Audi standards, a very minimal amount of money, though it was a fortune for us. Throughout it all, the staff at New Country Audi of Greenwich, treated us as though we were purchasing a $100,000 car. Of special note is Tony Burroughs, Audi Brand Specialist, who guided us through the process, handled our questions on his day off, and saw to it that we walked away with a very very nice car. Also, in no small part to Dijana Stanisic, CPO Sales Manager, we walked away a very happy customer. In today's day and age of quantity vs. quality, it was calming, settling and tremendous to find folks who were interested in satisfying their customer. Hats off to Tony, Dijana and the rest of the New Country Audi of Greenwich team.

He offered us a test drive on our first visit, unlike 2 previous dealers we visited. He was patient and thorough in explaining the many features in our test vehicle. Just bought a new A8 from new Country of Greenwich. The overall experience was great! The pricing was at least 15% better than in any other dealerships I tried, coupled with a free high quality service contract for the full term of the lease. The service was very friendly and professional. My salesperson was Paul Ihnatovich whom I can't recommend highly enough. I was a loyal Mercedes owner for 15 years but I am very glad now I made the switch.

I had seen a cpo Q7 online. I took it for a test drive and knew I had to have it. After going through all the classic car dealer scams ( I have someone else who wants to buy that car, should I have them come look at it ). We finally settled on a fair deal for their car and a fair deal for my trade in. I was going to finance less than half the value of the car and figured with a credit score over 800 it would be easy, then I met Ron the finance guy. His first finance offer was laughable. I told him I won't pay those rates. Then magically he kept getting lower rates. After playing games all day I was not about to continue, I walked out. I expected more of an upscale experience. I went in to purchase a $50,000 car and was treated like I was buying a used Kia. It's a shame because the car was fantastic unfortunately the service was far from it.

I have serviced my Audi A6 at New Country Audi for over 3 years. I bought the car with 8900 miles and it now has about 55,000 miles. I live in Weston, but have the car serviced at New Country because they do a superb jjob. The Service Advisors fully explain the service that needs to be done and the Service Department has done an excellent job in performing the service to keep the car in top form. I recently purchased a Audi S5 from Chad Young and I had a fantastic buying experience. I have purchased many high end vehicles before and Chad had a completely different approach to getting to know me, as he first started out by asking good probing questions as to why I'm in the market for a new vehicle and what I'm seeking in an ideal vehicle. I never had this type of interaction before with a car sales executive. Chad took his time and informed me of my options based on what I told him I was seeking. He informed me of all options, rebates, and performance upgrades. If Chad didn't know an answer he was transparent and said, "I don't know but let me find out". It was also refreshing that Chad and I shared very similar values as we were both brought up in Greenwich and still resides here, as I felt her was a great representation of Audi and the local community. If you ever are interested in purchasing a high end luxury car go and see Chad as he will help you make the right decision. I love my Audi S% and thank Chad for all of his help.

Normally searching for a car is my least favorite thing to do. I walked into New Country and was immediately warmly greeted by Chad Young, an Audi specialist. Aside from their beautiful facility and extensive selection, Chad was amazing. He was patient and took his time to explain the cars to me. He was able to put me at ease which made the whole process surprisingly enjoyable. He did not pressure me at all and even helped me compare other vehicles I had been looking at. After sitting with him I felt confident I made the right choice to go with Audi. But his pristine customer service did not end at the sale! When I picked up the car he sat with me for hours explaining the car until I felt comfortable. A week later I even received a follow up call from Chad! This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I am truly surprised and impressed by my experience with New Country, thanks to Chad Young. I will return and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

Brian took the time to answer all of our questions, to tell us about the differences between various models, and to show us the features of the car that we took for a test drive. When we returned to pick up the car that we purchased, Brian spent a long time with us both at his desk going over the paperwork and in the car, carefully explaining how to work the various features of the car. Brian's upbeat, personable, relaxed, yet conscientious, approach was refreshing. I am looking for a new A5 and I came into new county a couple weeks ago. I was working with a gentleman named Chad. Chad was beyond professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely receptive to my long list of questions and concerns about warranty, maintenance amongst the other things. While I haven't puled the trigger on a new car yet, if I decide to go Audi, I will most definitely go to New Country Audi. Thanks Chad for making my initial experience a pleasant one. This is the tenth Audi I purchased from New Country Audi and the tenth I purchased from the same salesman, Bruno Parisi, since 2002. Where else can you have the same salesman for eleven years. Not many places I bet. This included the hands on service department. Never a problem. Everything is always handled professionally on both sided of Putnam Ave.

So far, I have purchased an S5 convertible and Q7 from Chad at New Country and cannot say I have had a better experience at any other dealership. He is friendly and knowledgeable but is not at all pushy. If you want to know more about the details of the car, he will share but if you are just looking to buy a car and do not care/understand about the exact gearing ratios the car has to offer, he is not going to throw that information to try and sell you. Audis are great cars all around and do not need extra selling; Chad understands that and just gives his customer what he/she wants out of their buying experience. My one big concern prior to buying my S5 was how dealing with the service department would be once I owned an Audi. Chad assured me that it would be nothing short of stellar, walked me across the street to meet the head of the service departments Dave Delaney, and stellar service is exactly what I have gotten on my S5, and now on my Q7. I would highly recommend Audi and New Country to anyone in the market.

George Triant is a poor representative of Audi, an otherwise remarkable brand. I previously drove an A4 and have been a loyal customer and enthusiast. I am not usually the type to bother writing ANY reviews, but George wasted many hours of my time.George was dishonest at multiple points during the negotiation process. He lied about the price of the car and pretended to give me a "discount" from an inflated price. When I showed him an online quote and asked him why he had stated the price was so much higher, he enlisted his manager to pretend that the car had dropped $2000 in value overnight. After finally making a reasonable deal, he accepted my credit card information for the deposit. The very next morning I am getting ready to go in and pick up the car, and I get an email in which he claims to have forgotten to input my deposit, and "another agent" had turned around and sold the car I had already bought to someone else. Long story short, I just bought a new car and it wasn't from this guy!

Purchased a used 45000 lexus from them. I was told it had been serviced before delivery. A week after the purchase and 150 miles later I took it to leis for a warranty issue and while there I was told the oil filter housing had been stripped. It cost me 121.00 for the repair. Audi of Greenwich would not pay for the repair even though they were the last ones to change the oil. Be smart shop elsewhere !!

I brought my A4 in for servicing. I live a great distance from the dealership, but this was the first service after I purchased the car, and wanted to go back to the dealer. After having had service here, despite the fact that there are dealerships closer to my home, I will continue to have service performed at New Country Audi of Greenwich. Let me explain the reasons:I keep a very hectic schedule, and travel routinely for work. The service department was very accommodating, using the shuttle to transport me to and from the Greenwich train station, as needed. Those at the front desk where helpful, too, in providing me with the schedule from the MetroNorth website.The greatest experience, and that which sold me on returning to this dealership for future needs, came from dealing with Peter Falvy and Michael Dawkins. Both gentlemen were extraordinarily helpful. Peter was genuinely kind and invested in seeking out the issues I was experiencing, which I could not articulate too well because they were, by some form of definition, odd issues. While the car was there being serviced, he kept in touch with me either by phone or email. Communication and setting my expectations are so important to me. Michael was equally kind and invested. While neither he nor I could initially hear the noise I was complaining of, rather than sending me home, he kept the car so he could try to duplicate a noise he had never heard. He truly went above and beyond and did so happily. Any service department can work on a car, but it's the care one receives that makes a difference. Michael did make that difference, and I'm so grateful for the "above and beyond" approach he took. Doing so, he found my issues and had them resolved perfectly. As I mentioned, despite there being Audi dealerships closer to my home, I will continue to go to New Country Audi of Greenwich for these reasons.

I was in the market to purchase a certified, pre-owned A4. I called several dealerships locally in CT, but my initial contact with New Country Audi of Greenwich was one of great care and friendliness, so after reviewing their website, I was put in touch with Brian O'Connor. Brian was enthusiastically helpful, knowledgeable and certainly went the extra mile. He had a great care for my family and me, and added value in so many different regards to set him apart from others in his similar position. When the time came to actually purchase the car, I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Mark Lestrange, who greeted me with a smile, which is the way I left him as I drove off in the my "new" A4. The truth is, when purchasing a car, the differentiating factor is really the service. We can buy a car from any dealer, but the friendly service and care is what we are also purchasing. I had a very positive experience with New Country Audi of Greenwich, Brian, Mark and the rest of the team there.

If looking for an Audi in Fairfield county, I would not waste your time at New Country Audi or with Bill Sigler. I came in looking to buy a new Audi and was quickly given over to Bill to deal with us. While I was not looking at the top end audi model, I was still a customer and should have been treated like any other customer coming in to purchase a car. Instead, not only did Bill not listen to the options and styling that I was looking for (even though I reitorated it to him several times) once I did express interest in a base model with just a few additional options he suddenly started talking to me saying things like "well for people like you and me, we don't need Navigation in the car, but for those who can come in and pay in cash they don't care what they are paying for, they can have it all." I did not like feeling talked down to or shamed because I couldn't pay for the car in cash up front and because I was trying to negoiate the best price. Further, I had already had several offers from other dealers nearby and wanted to see what the best deal New Country could give me. At this point Bill would not talk price what so ever. I had actually showed him the emails that I received from the other dealers and he proceeded to tell me that those other offers must be for a longer term (72 months instead of 60 months), even though I was not showing him monthly payments, i was showing him the actual total cost of the car. It made me question his ability to 1. understand simple math 2. listen to what I was actually telling him. Once I realized that I was talking to a brick wall and was not someone that he was even remotely interested in dealing with I got up and walked out.Please, if you have a choice go somewhere else. Other dealers are more forthright and willing to spend time with the apparent "little guy".

My wife was searching for several months for a high quality used Q7 that would fit within our budget and still be the year she wanted, have low miles and have the features she was looking for. Even though we live in Chicago, she kept coming up with cars from New Country that fit her requirements. She was working with Brian over the phone and he was very helpful. We decided to fly to NYC for a long weekend and, if we were able to come to terms on a used Q7, we would drive the car back to Chicago. During our visit Brian was so helpful and great to work with we ended up buying the car in a short amount of time and Brian even followed me to the Avis rental car in Samford so I could return our rental car and he could drive me back to the dealership while the Q7 was getting ready for us to drive off the lot. I would highly recommend using Brian to find the car that fits your needs.Chad

He didn't pressure me with the usual sales tactics. His demeanor was very professional and courteous. He offered me a test drive rightaway and was very knowledgeable about the S4 (probably because he owns one). I felt comfortable with him and was able to work out a fair deal quickly. I went into the dealership with the intention of leasing an A5, but dreaming of an S5. There was no pressure for an upgrade from Tony, my salesman, and he had found an A5 that met all of the criteria I was looking for. But I asked if he could run the numbers for the S5 for me. The finance manager Mark and the sales manager Tim got involved, and not only did I feel like they genuinely wanted me to leave the dealership with the car that I wanted, I'm also confident that they did everything within their power to make the numbers work for me. Long story short I picked up my brand new S5 last Saturday, and I am absolutely loving every minute on the road with it. I never thought I'd say that I had a lot of fun going through the process of getting a new car, but this was hassle free, everything was taken care of by the dealership, and I will definitely be going back in the future.

Called about a used car I was very interested in and talked to Tony. Turned out someone had left a deposit and it looked like a done deal. Some days later, Tony let me know that the previous deal fell through and had let me know literally seconds after he found out. Walked in, took a test drive and it was a done deal for me. Ron took care of me in the finance area and gave me a monthly payment I already had had in mind. Picked up my car couple days later and it was like new. Definitely would recommend Tony and this dealership to my family and friends.

After driving for an hour to get to the dealership. I was greeted with a cold handshake. The sales rep didn't even bother to stand. I called the day before I was going to see the car(CPO). However when I got there the car was filthy. We proceeded to test drive the car, which consisted of 5 rt turns (around the block). While on the test drive the salesman maybe said 3 words to me the whole time. I felt like I was bothering him, not potentially spending 40K for a car. This was going to be my 4th Audi, 3rd S4. Now I'm considering MB or BMW. Good JOB Audi of Greenwich!

After months of searching through dealerships for the specific car I wanted, I finally found myself at New Country Audi of Greenwhich. I called earlier that day to make sure the car I wanted was still there, I spoke with Brian. Later that evening I made a trip down to the dealership, and met up with him. Nervous and anxious, I met with Brian and immediately knew I was in good hands. He made me feel comfortable, and walked me through all the steps so that I can finally have the car sitting in my driveway. I swear the guy would have bought the car with his own money just so I could drive away with it. He even came in on his day off to fax the title so I could get the loan from the bank! If its your first car... or even if you are shopping around, I recommend Brian O'connor 110%. He is friendly, courteous, and you will NOT be disappointed.

There was a pre-owned 2006 BMW 3 series that I was absolutely in love with, I wanted to purchase the car. However, the car was placed on hold for the previous buyer to collect for over 3 weeks.(Note, this "hold" was the only reason preventing me from purchasing the car) After those three weeks, on the 27th, my mother placed a deposit down on the car. After 3 days,despite the busy schedule that I have with school, I commuted from Albany, NY just so I can obtain this car. After driving 3 1/2 hours, the salesmen informed me that the car was sold. Please NOTE, I am not bashing on the salesman. William Dill, was actually one of the most pleasant, helpful, sincere salesman to work with, so as the rest of the salesmen. The overall dealership is pleasant; I am disappointed by the dealers executive/managerial staff. I was in disbelief, because I had placed a deposit of $1000.00 72 hours ago, which guarantees a secure hold. How is it that the previous customer who made a deposit, had the car on hold for over three weeks while, I only had less than 3 days? Why is it that the other customer received a lengthy secure 3 week "hold" whereas, my so called secure "hold" was limited to less than 72 hours? This was an uneventful and tarnishing experience, as I felt that the dealer treated me like some side trash, as they only valued customers who they are fearful of (wealthy, prestigious, powerful individuals) rather than valuing one of their own. I am out of words, I even requested Jason Lee, to assist my mother in this process as she isn't fluent with English. With that said, Jason refused to assist my mother because of the conflict I had with him. I didn't hold any grudges, as I was unclear as to why that was his reason not to assist my mother through the transaction. I personally feel that they labeled me as some low balling joke type individual and assumed that I was never going to finalize the deal. Well assume all you want, but I actually came prepared on the 30th with willingness to complete all paperwork, awaiting on finalizing the sale. Despite that the question still stands, why was my deposit voided only after 72 hours? Why should I be penalized, I should have that 3 series in my possession if it wasn't for the shady business tactics that took place. What kind of dealer holds deposits for less than 3 days? In all honesty, my long love and loyalty for New Country Audi of Greenwich has been slowly deteriorating. Greg Crilly, Curtis, in the past would never do this to me, as they treated me as a hard earning, loyal worker compared to the new executives that superseded them.

While we were worried at first because of how busy and bustling the dealership was on a Saturday, we walked away with a great experience, a very fair deal and a fantastic car. We were impressed at the no-hassle deal presented to us- we could tell it was very fair / very competitive pricing after having done some research on the internet (Edmunds) before we even visited. They were transparent with key aspects of the deal which we appreciated. We didn't have to waste too much time getting to something that we were happy with. Our salesperson (Michael Kelley) was friendly, not overly pushy, and patient as we thought about what we wanted. The sales manager (Jason) was friendly and made sure that we were not overlooked on the very busy Saturday we showed up without appointment (which we quickly realized others did for Saturdays). The place was crazy but we got what we wanted. We love the car and assuming no major issues it, we would go back in 3 years when our lease is up as we know we can be in and out of there and get what we need efficiently.

I have inquired about buying an Audi and the response to my questions about the 2014 prices and when the diesel comes to the US is "I don't know." The dealer is not understanding my emails, does not answer my questions, makes assumptions, and just does not know. He responds in a short manner with incomplete sentences. I feel like I am begging to buy a car. Decided I am moving on to a more reliable Lexus.

I come from a long line of Mercedes Benz owners; to wit even my first car was a '69 280 SEL which putted its way reliably to my high school parking lot before I sold it before college. I've long been intrigued by Audi's but never ventured to take a look until I found a pre-owned A8L and decided to take stop by after work. The car was undeniably impressive but what really floored me was the dealer's commitment to quality and detail. Mercedes dealers can be a bit stuffy especially once they learn you prefer a pre-owned vehicle. From reception to plates, my New Country Audi team matched the service levels I'm used to and exceeded the quality and consideration levels I'm accustomed to.John Dembeck - the pre-owned manager - project managed my experience end-to-end going so far as to personally show me the car while it awaited service. Dan O'donnell - my salesman- Awesome Scottish accent coupled with charm and tech know-how made him ueber fun to work with. Ask for him if you visit.Mark LeStrange - the finance guy - Mark really went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the deal and got personally involved with the details of delivering the car in a way that really felt like white glove service.One ding would be that the process was slower than I expected but that's almost certainly due to the team's focus on the details.At GE we would often say the most important question to index is 'would you recommend the business to someone else?' My answer is a resounding Yes and I'm sending my brother in for an A8 as we speak. New Country Audi lives up to its Greenwich heritage while being welcoming and accommodating! I plan to update my thoughts on my A8 and New Country ownership in three months after a follow up service.

He takes his time with us each time we visit. Our Q7 is out of warranty but we still go back to Frank at New Country Audi because we know we will be taken care of and he will give us a fair price. My car had to come back for a follow up visit after parts needed to be ordered. Bill Sigler, my salesperson, and Jason Lee, the General Sales manager, worked very hard from the outset to structure a deal that worked for everyone. There was no good cop/bad cop only a true effort to achieve a WIN-WIN. The closing went smoothly with no surprises Kelly Anderson, who handled all the paperwork, is a real pro. I put down a deposit on a Thursday (on a car still in a plastic wrapper) and picked up my new Audi perfectly preped the following day. When a small service problem developed on a Saturday afternoon a couple of months later, New Country Audi had a certified Audi technician, Jose Rivas, at my home at 8:00AM the following Monday morning! When it became clear that the repair required equipment only available at the dealership, Jose followed me to dealers service area to insure my safe arrival. Notwithstanding the fact that I did not have a service appointment, Mike Ruggiero, my service consultant, arranged to have my car repaired immediately, while I waited in an extraordinarily clean and comfortable waiting area with free internet and great coffee. Most important, my car was fixed right the first time. Moreover, the repair itself was immaculate no fingerprints, no marks on an interior panel that had to be removed, no evidence whatsoever that the car had been repaired other than the fact that it sparkled when returned to me by the service departments valet parking attendant. (New Country routinely provides a very thorough complementary wash and vacuum for cars serviced at the dealership even the windows were cleaned on the inside and outside.) The day after the repair was completed I received a follow-up call from the Service Department to inquire as to whether everything was OK. In addition, in response to a highly technical question I had about how to correctly operate my new car, I received a call from Mike Dawkins, the shop foreman. Mike who knows everything there is to know about Audi patiently took time to explain the operation of some of the more complex features on my new car. In summary, on every occasion I have dealt with anyone at New Country Audi I have always received service far superior to that I have received anywhere else.

Hello Audi, My car needed an emergency service, and I can't be without my car...(kids...work...etc). Veronica was able to get me a loner car ASAP, and without a hassle. I was expecting to have to beg or 'go to your boss' type situation, and was so happy to just get a quick 'shouldn't be a problem'...by the time I got there, I had a car. Almost 15 years ago, Frank Castagna "saved my life" when my leased Audi's battery died on the morning of my end-of-lease inspection. He sent a flat bed truck to my home, brought the vehicle back to New Country, replaced the battery, had the inspection completed and vehicle returned. Since that time, I have purchased only from New Country and would not consider service at any other location. I have converted my husband to a New Country Audi fan as well, in spite of having purchased a 2012 Q5 which had some significant starter problems during its first 3 months. New Country took care of us-they gave us a top of the line Q5 loaner for over six weeks while they resolved the starter problem. This dealership is A1 and Frank is a champ.

I located the vehicle I was interested in online. I contacted New Country Audi and immediately received a response from George Triant. George was extremley responsive and helpful. I live over a hundred miles away from the dealer so could not just stop by to the see the car. The car had just been turned in and pictures were not online yet. George made the effort to snap some shots of the car and e-mail them to me. We spoke and he explained the car was in very good shape. This led me to put a deposit down over the phone. I drove down the next day and George went on a test drive with me. George arranged to have the car cleaned and prepared for pick-up, going the extra steps to have some smal dings removed, and to even have the wheels refinished. I feel the service I received from George and the dealer was above anything I would have received in the area I live. I would recommend contacting George and New Country Audi for an Audi purchase.

I have the utmost respect and appreciation for David Delaney and his service department at New Country Audi of Greenwich. It is THE reason I have been a customer there for 20 years or so and have leased 10 Audis and one Porsche. David Delaney has been remarkable. He is always willing to go the extra mile for the customer, sometimes many miles: one time a flat tire near the dealership, another time a minor accident somewhat farther away; David picked the car up with a flatbed, picked my wife and I up, brought us back to the dealership and provided us with a brand new Audi loaner and this was at 7:30 pm in the evening.All in all, I take great comfort in the knowledge that David Delaney is always there for me and always willing to go the extra mile.

From sales to service, this dealership is by far the best I have encountered ovr the many years. I currently own and lease 2 Audis, as well as my son, who leases 2 Audis. They range from an a46,s5, a6 & q7.Each vehicle has given us so many hours of trouble free service. Audi is the best for road handling in all rain and snowy conditions.The service is outstanding. Niot too many services, but one comes to mind.I was on my way to an important lunch, when steam starts rising from under the hood. From the car, I called David Delaney, service manager. He diagnosed the problem as a bad water pump. I managed to get to the restaurant, to meet my business associate .Within 15 minutes, Ernie, David's associate, walked into the restaurant, handed my keys and a loaner contract. He took my keys and the signed contract and left. I watched as a flat bed came, took, my car and Ernie and took off. That afternoon, David called to say that the water pump was replaced under warranty,no charge, AND that my car was having the entire engine compartment detailed to remove all traces of the fluids that came from the spurting of the of the water pump.Now, how much is that worth? As they as say on the TV ads for MasterCard "Priceless".!II can also mention other similar problems solved, when David and crew solved a problem, as to when a previous convertible top froze in mid-air, when I was out of the country. My wife was frantic as it was supposed to rain later that day, and the car was stuck in the driveway and could niot go back into the garage with the top up in such an awkward position. David to the rescue... He sent his master mechanic and helper to my home, and with a laptop, they fixed the car. Where can one get such superb service?I purchased my first Audi from another dealer 15 years ago, and I will not go back. Their sales and service cannot hold up against New Country.Am I biased, you bet. If David ever moves within driving distance, that is where I would go to buy, lease and service, even if it was another competing brand.Another example, when I walk into the dealership service area, I am always greeted by name by the ladies behind the desk.Larry Kaiden

Brian, took the time to show me the car I had inquired about and when on the rest drive even suggested we keep driving so I would be happy with the car I was considering. When it came time to pick up the car Brian showed through the car completely, and made sure I understood everything about the car. He even picked me up at my home when I realized I had no ride to the dealership to pick up the car. The day after I picked up the car the check engine light came on. I drove into the dealership and Brian took charge and made sure the service department jumped right on it to see what the problem was, he got me a loaner immediately so I would not miss an important appointment. Turns out it was a simple repair and the next day I had my car back... When the time comes for me to get another car I will definitely come see Brian again at new country audi.

Having owned an Audi years ago, which totally saved the lives of my family and I, I knew that I wanted one once again as I drive my grandson from CT to NY often. I needed to know I had that same security. Not being in the same comfortable financial position as I was then, I also knew I needed to find a decent Audi at a good price and so the search began. I came across New Country Audi and they had EXACTLY what I was looking for. So with that, I took advantage of the deal on line and sent a text message inquiring about the car. I was shocked at how quickly I received a response from Brian O'Connor, a sales rep. Within minutes we were able to schedule a meeting time and test drive of the car I was interested in. Brian was great! He explained everything that there was about the car and took me on a test drive. Being I don't like to drive cars that I don't own, he drove it around for me and then brought me to a large lot where I could try it just to get the feel for it. I had some questions and concerns because it was used and Brian assured me that everything was checked out and fine. It had a dent over the passenger wheel and he made sure that it was fixed before I would purchase the car. He knew this wasn't going to be a quick sell as I had to communicate back and forth with my husband who couldn't be there. Brian's patience with questions and answers was remarkable. We finally decided to purchase the car and the whole transactions went smoothly. Being I live in a different state, Brian made sure that all the paperwork was in order and ready to go when it was time for pick up. As I work in a busy environment, it is difficult for me to make phone calls so a lot of our communicating went on via emails. Brian ALWAYS responded back to me promptly and ALWAYS had an answer for me and if he wasn't sure, he told me he would get the answer and would get back to me. A week after the sale, my husband had a concern about the car so Brian arranged for the service dept. go take a look at it. When they couldn't seem to find the problem, Brian personally went there himself to see if he could hear the sound we were talking about. The fact that he took the time and effort to reassure me that it was nothing of concern really impressed me. His job was done... His sale was made smoothly and courteously and quickly. The fact that he still showed concern and took the time, made me on VERY satisfied customer. Though I love this car so much, I know that when I'm done with it, I will be back to get my next one. I would definitely recommend New Country Audi to a friend and most certainly would recommend Brian as a sales rep for them to see.

When I purchased an Audi A6 several years ago from this dealer, I found the follow-up service to be mediocre (scheduling appointments, quality of advice, etc.) and when I decided to change vehicles after exactly one year, they offered me $29k on a car they sold to me for $51k. Again, that was exactly one year later! So the pricing is horrible. Recently I was foolish enough to call them with an inquiry. The receptionist left me on hold for several minutes three times in a row. I hung up each time and called back but the person just kept leaving me on hold, no explanation, no pick up to ask me to keep holding, just left on hold for unknown reasons - I gave up after the third extended hold time. I should thank her for reminding me why I avoid this dealership.I have a friend who has an A8 who complains about their service bitterly, similar reasons. The problem, in my opinion, is that here in Greenwich there are enough wealthy customers that this dealership can do just fine delivering good service to their favored customers and enjoy being obnoxious whenever they feel like it.

Was just looking at cars to replace the lease for my wifes Lincoln. We both loved the A4 and the dealership New country. The salesman Sergei Buckley was very helpful in showing us all the ins and outs of this automobile. Next thing I know is we signed an order without any high pressure from anyone. I had a car that I loved, but unfortunately a tree fell on it during Hurricane Sandy. So, I began my search. I contacted many dealers online as well as visited several. I contemplated Audi, Infiniti, Lexus and Acura. I found a car that I was interested in online at New Country Audi and I called, made an appointment and went to see the car that day. Tony Burroughs answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I drove the car home the next day. The car is great and so was the buying experience. I will recommend Tony Burroughs and New Country Audi to my family and friends.

From the time we walked into the dealership the experience was great. We were immedialty greeted by a professional and courteous sales person and offered coffee. This is our third Audi and the experience with New Country exceeded our previous two experiences with other Audi dealers. I would highly recommend New Country and Caswall.

My husband and I had a great experience buying our preowned, certified Audi. Our sales person, Caswall Price, knew the car and explained the features well. He seemed fair and reasonable and was not pushy at all. He gave us confidence that we were getting a quality car. He was also very accommodating about meeting at times convenient to us. Everyone else who I met at New Country Audi of Greenwich was similarly nice and helpful. This is a great dealership!

I went to the New Country Audi Dealership after walking out of the Eastchester Audi dealership. What a totally different experience. When I went to the Eastchester Audi the sales person left me sitting at his desk for nearly 45 minutes without even arranging a test drive. Finally they admitted they didn't have a 2013 Q7 for me to test drive but there was a 2012. We went out to the car and found a dead battery and the car smelled of smoke. That was the final straw and I left to head to Greenwich. What a completely different experience! From the moment you arrive at the dealership you are treated professionally, and the sales staff is very friendly. Rob introduced himself to me within minutes of arriving, soon after he had a Q7 ready for me to test drive. Every step of the process was easy, and he happily answered all questions I had. I spent approximately 2 hours at the dealership from the time I arrived to when the deal was completed. At every step Rob and the sales manager made sure I was fully informed of what the next step was. We had a lively debate on the interest rate on the loan as well as on my trade-in. Since I was trading in a fairly new car i was very concerned about the amount the car depreciated as well as the interest rates on the new loan. Rob and the sales manager never once spoke to me in a condescending way they spent an significant amount of time ensuring the numbers were something I fully understood and was happy with. At one point I called a private lender about the interest rate, and was quoted much lower than Audi Credit was offering. The sales team worked to ensure that they could get me a loan that would be closer to the rate being offered by Audi Credit. In the end I walked away after 2 hours very happy with the deal I signed. I picked up the car a few days later and everything was in order and it was a very smooth process. By far the easiest I have had. I worked with Kelly who was organized with all the paperwork and knowledgeable on the entire process. What few questions I did ask that day were quickly answered and resolved. She made it all look really easy! Unfortunately a couple days after picking up the car I had an issue with it. While most people would be upset that a car so new had an issue I was not. After the excellent experience I had with the sales team and the dealership in general I had faith everything would work out. I am happy to report after a couple of days everything was sorted and once again they handled everything in a friendly and professional manner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Audi.

I visited one other dealership and found New Country's pricing and customer service superior which added to my decision. I was looking for a car to replace the one I lost in hurricane Sandy. New Country had a good selection of cars and made it worthwhile to travel from PA to take a look. They made the sales process very easy by starting with a fair price and taking a straightforward approach to finalizing the deal. Caswall Price and Jonathan Sveziawere especially friendly and helpful. My final impression was leaving New Country with my car and full tank of gas - nice!I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and will look to purchase from them again in the future.

George Triant and entire team at New country audi greenwich provided a superior customer experience in our recent Audi Q7 purchase. This was our second car from them in last 1 yr and our experience has been consitent. George is very customer centric, he has a very good knowledge of product and he takes care of customers needs at every stage of selling process. He went an extra mile to locate the right car for us and made every effort to help chose the right color & pricing and at the right price. I havent seen any audi dealership in the area who can provide such a good customer service at a right price.Kelly Anderson is again one of the best business managers I have come across in my car buying history. She goes couple of extra miles to make sure that customer needs are met and financing is very well taken care of. She is available to help 24x7 and has a very personable attitude to selling.Lastly but not least, inventory manager Dominic was very patient in trying to locate the exact car we need and advised rightly on availability of each car. He and George worked very well in tandem. Experience with sales manager of new country was also very great. I would recommend George Triant and New country audi to anybody who is looking to buy audi.

Even though i did not buy a car this last go round,(bought A8 from Bruno- MARK ) the friendliness, overall experience, price, salesmanship of my sales Caswell Price was excellent, he was very patience knowledgeable, he took time to explain the dufferent models, safety features, allwheel drive, numerous options, and when when it came time to sit down to review pricing i never felt pressured only comfortable as we dicussed colors. He made it clear if the i wanted was not in stock he would try his hardess to locate the car from another dealer, in a timely matter which was to me impressive. I am a very busy man with over 300 emails a day to answer but i felt i needed to take time to respond to your survey, Caswell is soft spoken but a GENTLEMEN

I had been with Acura for 10 years and was apprehensive to move out of my comfort zone. I called Greenwich Audi and spoke with salesman Chad Young. We discussed what my concerns were and what I really was looking for in a vehicle. We test drove the A4 and Chad thoroughly explained all the features to help me compare and contrast both brands, to help ease my decision. By the end of our test drive, I felt confident and happy in executing a decision. Chad was kind, knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely visit again.

I was in the market for a new car after mine was declared a total loss. I was looking at many different cars. I tried the 2013 Audi A4. Frank explained the car and went with me for a nice long test drive (probably close to 30 mins) and went over options and pricing. Since I didn't like the automatic transmission, I tried others vehicles and thought that I settled on a BMW 3 series. However, before I pulled a trigger I saw an Audi 6spd at New Country Audi, so I called them. Again, I worked with Frank (after initially telling him I wasn't interested). Frank was super helpful (this was a CPO car). Frank came down on price and financing rate and was easy to work during the entire process. He also made himself available on his day-off to get the deal done by my requested delivery date, which I really appreciated. I cannot comment on the service department yet, but sales have been very helpful, thoughtful and flexible. The delivery process was seamless. My car looks great, Frank took care of all the DMV work and made the whole thing a breeze. Thanks, Frank.

I have using the service department of the New Country Audi for years, since it's very conveniently located for me and there are very few alternatives available. However the service is just beyond bad. They can tell you they fixed and tested, and after you get the car you see the problem right where it was. They can simply forget about your car. They can forget to assemble it back properly... I could go on and on. When you speak with them, they would apologize and promise to make it all up... And the next time the same story repeats again and again.

Just took delivery of my 6th Audi, my third from New Country. My sales rep, Simon Krause, was a star! He was very knowledgeable about the A8 including the coming changes in the 2013 model. I am the owner of more than one Audi and all I can say is that I never have had good experience with New County Audi for any service job, repair or warranty issue on my cars. I think monkeys can be trained to do a better job than the 'trained auto technicians' they have working there. Not only do they do sloppy work, they charge an arm and a leg for it as well!

I have leased 5 cars from New Country - three A4s and two Q7s. Over those ten years, I have consistently been pleased by New Country's level of service and professionality. As a testament to that, when I moved from Greenwich, CT to Boston, MA, I stayed with New Country when leasing my last two cars. I did so because when I considered using a local Boston dealer I quickly saw the difference between my New Country experience and that with this other dealer. In sum, New Country employees (both sales and service) were more responsive, friendly, and (most importantly) knowledgable about Audi products. Also, when I experienced a manufacturing issue with an A4 several years ago, New Country (and Audi for that matter) were excellent in helping me navigate and eventually solve this issue. Both New Country and Audi turned what could have been a negative customer experience into an experience that increased my loyalty to the brand. My family and I will continue to drive Audis, and use New Country, for many years to come.

Went in November for service and to fix a track issue with convertible. Work was performed and paid for, once the nice weather came we took the top down and the track was in the same condition as when it was dropped off. Called the dealership to be told that they would not stand behind the work they provided and they would charge an additional $650 plus labor to fix the problem that was already paid for

Dave Delaney the service manger was very unprofessional. I was working with a girl, i think her name is Tosie, and she did not have a clue on how to understand my complaint. I was recommned by a freind "jeff" who says New Country and David are the best. Well they are not. All they care about is how much money they can take from you.Iwould never, ever recommned this dealership!!

6/12/2011 I've written this up so that anyone googling for a review of an experience at New Country Audi of Greenwich can get the real lowdown. This is not an opinion piece but rather a statement of all the facts.Here's what happened to my 2001 Audi S4 in June of 2011.My Audi S4 had just hit 80k miles, and was due for servicing. There was a factory recall so I decided to take it to the dealership instead of to a local independent mechanic.I made an appointment for 2 weeks in the future on a friday morning at 7:30am. I decided to drop the car off the night before so that there was no risk of my car arriving after the scheduled time. On friday I didint hear anything from them until 3pm in the afternoon stating they overbooked and would not be able to get to my car. I asked them how long it would take them to finish and they said they wouldnt be able to get to it before monday at the earliest. This is some very poor planning but i figured i'd give them the benefit of the doubt. I asked if it was ok if i picked up the car tommorrow (ie saturday) and they said it was fine.I went there saturday at 12:30 and spoke with the receptionist. She was quite nice and rescheuled me to a date in which I could actually get a loaner this time. I was fine with this. I'm pretty sympathetic and understand that these things happen. The next part is where I lost my compassion.They called down for my car, and I waited about a half hour before they came back and saif they couldnt find my car!!!! I walked the whole facility with them and they couldnt find it. We ended up calling the police and filing a police report. They had no loaners so I had to get a ride home from my wife.I spent all of saturday and sunday worrying about my car. I was freaking out because that car was my baby! Her and I have been together for years!On monday the service manager calls me up to tell me they found my car. They "accidently" sent it to their local body shop in port chester. Apparently there was an indentical year and color S4 which should have gone to the shop instead of mine.I told them that since my car was already there to give me a loaner and do the work on my car. I went by monday afternoon and picked up a loaner whicle my S4 remained with them. I told them I expect to be properly compensated for this screw up.I get a call the next day stating that I needed $8000 worth of work. What a ridiculous estimate! The book value on the car is $10k. Now I do realize that a car at this age/mileage has some work on the horizon. For instance part of the quote was to replace the timing belt. That's fine and to be expected. Instead of adding a replacement of the water pump to this estimate it was an additional piece of work with considerable time estimated against it. There were also estimates for upper control arm, lower control arm, etc. Pieces that should be grouped together but they didin't.Long story short...they should have offered some proper compensation for their major screw up, but instead they offered nothing. All I got was a loaner for a few days. I told them that with 8k worth of work on a 10k car that I would consider getting a newer one. (I was still giving them the benefit of the doubt here). They called me back 2 days later to say that since they knew about all that was wrong with my car they would offer me $3500 as a trade in !!!!!!! That was the final straw. How insulting is that?!?!?!?!? Don't do me any favors! I told them to just change my oid at their expense and give me my car back! I'm done with them!I took the car to an independent mechanic who verified everything they said needed to be replaced, however the cost was SIGNIFICANTLY lower. I'm not just talking about the hourly rate but mainly the cost of the parts AND the number of estimated hours. They could have offered to replace the components for me at dealer's cost. They could have offered to cut me some deal on the work! They could have offered a great tradein and a great deal on a new car. They did nothing to smooth over the situation.I had been considering replacing her with a newer car since I don't want to be bothered with massive upcoming repair bills and parts replacement (will also need new tires, new brakes, etc soon). If they treated me right I would have bought a new Audi S4...but they didin't!I'm putting down a deposit on a new BMW this week!I hope anyone googling for a review of their dealership finds this information. I highly advise you to go to Audi of Fairfield, Danbury, or anywhere else instead of New Country Audi of Greenwich.
