We traded a 2011 Ford Edge for a different 2011 Ford Edge with half the miles. Matt Huston is our salesman and has helped us on trade in's many times before.We did not have to hassle much to get what we thought was a fair deal and Matt always makes closing go well. The dealership is clean, always pleasant people to deal with and they make you feel important. Often the manager comes out to thank you and service can't be beat as often we take our vehicles for oil change, tire alignment, etc and the waiting time is minimal.

If you're looking for a great sales guy, then Tony Goodling is that guy! This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and he made it a comfortable and enjoyable one. Tony took his time and answered all of our questions. He was personable, patient, and extremely knowledgable when it came to all of the vehicles on the lot. He even went the extra mile to ensure that I got an appointment with the service center to have my second key cut and programmed. Awesome service from start to finish. I will definitely be recommending New Holland Auto and Tony to all of my friends and family!

We bought an older used car with a lot of miles. At most places you would worry about what you are getting. Not at New Holland! Ben Parmelee showed us detailed history, and all the work the dealership had done on the car. It's a really good car, and the price was excellent. Yesterday I stopped in with no expectations. As I was browsing the lot Brian Gray greeted us with his awesome outgoing personality. We walked the lot then went inside to search the inventory online. He introduced me to Rich, sales manager and together we found the perfect vehicle and negotiated an awesome price. Tim was able to bring down the price to fit my budget. If it wasn't for the awesome sales team providing fantastic customer service at New Holland Auto Group ... I wouldn't be driving my new car today. Also thanks to Jeremy Nye who also helped me. So I find a vehicle I am interested in via the Dodge website at this dealership. They have a button to click on to "Get Your WOW Price!" I clicked on it. The price they sent was MSRP. I said, "WOW" alright. I had been on their lot and was dealing with one of the salesmen the previous week, and sot since they are so close, I give them a chance. The one manager keeps calling to try to set up a test drive. I finally set up a time, they said we will have the vehicle ready for you to get in and drive. I moved the time up a little bit - they said no problem. When I got there, big problem. They couldn't find the car. It was supposed to pulled out and ready to go and they couldn't find it. They didn't even start looking until we got there. We waited an hour, and they couldn't find it. All this time I was dealing with the salesman that we had met the previous week. Would you think the manager that we set up the appointment with would at least come out and introduce himself? We were ready to but too. We left and went to another dealer and I am now driving a new car. Matt seemed to make a good effort, but if we weren't so close, we wouldn't have even visited again based on the response to the internet inquiry.

I stopped in 2 times to look at 09 Pontiac g8gt and 03 Chevy Avalanche. 1St time g8gt was being serviced and dealer never called to let me know when it was available to look at. 2Nd time Avalanche was sold. I didn't call before I stopped by so call 1st.

This has been the best car buying experience yet! Mr. Jeremiah was extremely friendly, knowledgeable of his job and patient when it came to me making a final decision. This car dealership is loyal to their customers, honest and family oriented. The dealership is all about the customer and their car buying needs. There isn't any pressure or gimmicks. I drove two hours for a car and it was well worth it. Normally I'll become overwhelmed at a dealership and then leave because it's constant pressure about buying a car that you don't want or that you can't afford. Here at New Holland Auto Group I was able to call about the vehicle I was interested in and then from there the deal was sealed. My car had low mileage and was sold for an incredible price. This is the first dealership that didn't give me the run around or catfish me into thinking that the car looked better online than it did in person. I would also like to point out that this is the FIRST dealership that I felt relieved to say yes to when buying my first car. Mr. Jeremiah did an excellent job in taking care of my car buying needs. Great experience, great job and well worth the it!

Just purchased a used F350. I live an hour away in Elkton Maryland and my salesman Joe Galie couldn't have been more helpful to make my buying experience a pleasant one. Great communication and coordination of paperwork made my hour drive meaningless. Everyone there was extremely pleasant and helpful. I have 2 more vehicles to replace in the next year or so and my first choice will be the hour drive to see Joe and the New Holland Auto Group first.

I bought 3 cars here back in 2004 thru 2007 and had a wonderful experience every time, I think someone else bought this dealership since then. I have been here twice this past year the last time I went in to trade my 2013 Scion Tc the car was in perfect condition I knew that I wouldn't get what i owed on it but I did some research and knew what the car was worth and what dealerships were selling them for. This dealership offered me 2000 dollars under what the car was worth on trade in value. I told them I need to get at least 15,000 for my car they refused to budge any on the trade or the price of the car I was trying to buy. I left that dealership drove to Keller Brothers Dodge and they gave the 15000 for my trade that I wanted and gave me some off the car I was buying. I just went back to New Holland Auto group to trade my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan again they gave me a low ball offer I told them I need to get 14000 for my car I said i did my homework they are selling on lots for 16000 to 17000 I said if you give me 14000 you can still make 3000 dollars off this car he explained that they are selling at the auction for 14000 that's nice an dandy but the van is only 3 years old and in good condition we both know you will sell it on your lot so stop using that auction pricing which is for cars that have high miles and several flaws. This dealership should not be considered a dealership cause they offer no deals. If one dealership can give you what is fair why cant this one. Its because someone there is greedy and wants to make top dollar off every car they buy or sell. Had they given me the 14000 for my trade I would of bought a Brand New F-150 they are not cheap. I got up and told them I will never come there again. They lost a customer and a sale twice this year and I'm sure with their xxxxxx attitude in there they have lost a lot more. Sad thing is they don't seem to care.

I just bought a used Camry from Scott Bachman. I was so pleased with the courtesy and patience I was shown. Scott's a true professional and the atmosphere at this dealership is very welcoming and comfortable. I never felt rushed or pressured and yet the process seemed to go so smoothly and quickly. The folks in the detail shop were even nice enough to prep by old car before I gave it to my son. Every car buying experience in America should be this good!

I have been into this dealership several times....once to look at a new F150, a new Ram Ecodiesel, once to buy my wife's car and another time looking at a used Tundra. The reason I kept going back is because of their massive selection and their service department rep I was working with was fantastic, but their sales team is lacking in the professional aspect. The first time I went in with my wife, we had request another salesman help us because the current salesman we had was way to pushy for my wife. We thoroughly explained we were only looking at the time and needed time to make up our minds on what vehicles to buy. He kept pushing sales pitches at us like "So, you ready to sign now?" and "What can I do to get you into this car tonight?". It just wouldn't end. 11 months after buying my vehicle, I had it in the shop a total of 7 times with no resolution from new Holland or Chrysler/Fiat group. I went in begging that they give me a good deal on my trade in so I don't lose my butt and I would have the opportunity to get into a vehicle I could trust. When I went in to get this trade, the original pushy salesman we worked with gave me a cocky face and muttered a few cocky words which interpreted to "I TOLD YOU SO", as in I should have bought the vehicle he was pushing and not this one, as if any of us could have predicted these problems on a new vehicle. Of course, New Holland auto did not stand behind the product they sold and low balled me on the trade in causing me to possibly lose thousands of dollars. Their argument was that they did not build it, they just sell it. Funny, I don't remember Walmart, Target, Amazon or any other large companies giving me this line with a faulty product. At that time I did not trade in the vehicle because I was in high hopes for Lemon Law. Finally here in January, I had enough and Lemon Law was not looking so good so I went back to get another quote on my vehicle, only 4 months after the original quote for trade in. They dropped the price on me by $1500, but at that point, I didn't care. I just wanted to get rid of it. This is where my other complaint comes in. I was working with a completely different salesman and was not looking to buy at all at the time, only went in for a trade in price. He knew I wasn't ready to buy, but very nicely started showing me a few vehicles on the lot....oh by the way, not on the computer, we literally walked around for 30-45 minutes looking for vehicles that weren't there instead of him looking at his inventory on the computer. Waste of time. The he showed me a Tundra that I was interested in, but still made him very aware I was hesitant to buy especially since the Tundra was high in mileage. At that point, I put $1000 down on the vehicle because it was in great condition and an ok price. Later when I got home, my wife strongly suggested looking a little more for a better deal so I did. I found what appeared to be a better deal and called New Holland to inform them I just wanted to quickly go look at that vehicle before making a decision......it's the right thing to do and I have that right correct? Amazingly enough, the attitude changed and ultimatums started being thrown at me. I had an appointment Friday night to finalize the buy at New Holland Auto and the salesman Joe calls me to tell me they need to know by 2 pm or I would have to wait a week to buy the vehicle.......even though I already had an appointment at 7pm Friday night. The attitude changed immediately to pressure me into their vehicle. Funny thing is, even though I hadn't seen the other vehicle yet, I already made up my mind I wouldn't do business again with New Holland Auto. To summarize, if you know exactly what you want to buy, options and all and you want to buy same day, they're probably good to deal with. If you are hesitant on what you want to buy, go somewhere else.

Told me 1 day 6000 off a truck and the very next day told me 5250 off wanted to give me 9600 for my truck. Went to another dealer gave me 9000 off and 17000 for my truck what a difference. I bought the truck. You really need to check other dealers you are paying for all their advertisement never again. Dennis

We just stopped by NH Toyota one day last week to start checking out possible new cars. Didn't think we would be buying that day. We were just looking. But after Dan listened to our needs and showed us various cars that matched up well with our needs, we actually bought our new Highlander that day. Also, Dan looked at our situation and suggested leasing as an option - something we had never done before. Turns out, it was a very smart move for both of us. He was excellent in syncing our cell phones to the computer screen in the car (bluetooth). He showed us a lot of useful features on the car that probably would have "gone over our heads" . We never had a better car salesperson. Ben Parmelee at New Holland Toyota was friendly, polite, kind and patient through the entire process. He answered our questions and explained the details of the models to our liking. Since we never before visited this dealership, Ben took extra time to give us the overview of place including the service area...wow, those mechanics keep their space very clean. When it came time to discuss the details, I believe Ben truly listened to our concerns and wanted to get us the car we decided upon at the best deal he and the sales manager could deliver. I was looking for a used Prius V and and happened to come across New Holland's website. Happened to talk with David Bear who was very helpful and never pushy. In order to finalize my sale, I called David late in the evening and left a message - I expected a call back on the next day, however, David finalized the terms with me late in the night calling me back by checking with his manager. We have been looking for months to decide what exactly we wanted. We were in the PA area and stopped in to New Holland Auto Group and spoke with Tyler. He was very informative and knowledgeable of the vehicles. We was not at all pushy. This was important to us. We also visited various Toyota dealers afterwards in our area and didn't find the overall experience to be as pleasurable as it was at New Holland. Many were not listening to exactly what we wanted and kept trying to sell us something we didn't want. Tyler went out of his way to locate the exact vehicle that we wanted. We just purchased our second Ford Expedition from Tommy Davis at New Holland Auto Group. We are long time Ford lover's, but did decide that this time around we would check out the new Chevy Tahoe as well. We did that first. Very nice vehicle but when we came back to Ford, we decided to stay here. Love the new Ford and the customer service was unbeatable. They worked with us to get just the right vehicle and negotiated with us far better than Chevy or any other dealer we have worked with. Glad we shopped around so we could be sure that this is the best vehicle and best dealer, and we have no doubt that it is. (still waiting after one week to get a callback from Chevy on vehicles they were "checking" for us...too late guys, we are driving home in a new Expedition tonight! When you find the right Chevy sell it to the next guy, or do them a favor and send them here:)

During our recent car buying experience, we were once again impressed by New Holland Auto and our salesman, David Bear. He took the time to make what can sometimes be an overwhelming decision into a more relaxing process. Nothing was ever too much trouble. David Bear is the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. He is so friendly and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles!! He took the extra time to find the vehicle that we wanted! We visited another dealer and it just wasn't the same as New Holland and David Bear! After my daughter's life was saved by a sienna when she had her accident, we knew right away we had to return to New Holland Toyota to replace the vehicle when we were ready. David Bear was also very concerned about our daughter and took the time to listen to us as to why we wanted another Sienna! We are so pleased I can't express enough how David Bear helped us out! He even pulled a Sienna inside when it was freezing out so we could really take the time to lookat it without freezing our behinds off! He is truly exceptional!

I ordered new tires for my 2012 Toyota Tundra (told them I wanted exactly what was on my truck and was quoted a price - I still have the printed quote) and scheduled an appointment to have them replaced last Monday. Took time off of work on Monday and 45 minutes into the appointment I am told to come and look at the tires they were going to put on my truck. Was it OK with me that they were a little different?? Absolutely Not!! Again, they needed to order the tires and could I come back again?? What a pain and I already lost time at work but scheduled another appointment for this morning (again having to take off work). I go to pay the bill and see that they charged me an additional $21.50 per tire because "that was the cost". So I have to pay an additional $86.00 (over the quoted price) for the tires and I lost time from work!!! I don't get it. I have purchased 4 vehicles from the New Holland Auto Group over the last 6 years. The service that I received from the Service Dept. today is very disappointing. I am total disgusted at the way things were handled.

My experience buying my 1999 Nissan frontier from the New Holland Group was the best ever! I found the truck on cars.com , emailed the dealer, they contacted me right away. The salesman (Dan) sent me pics of the truck to answer my body condition questions and was very concerned I be satisfied since I was driving from carlisle(69 miles) to check it out. When we arrived the truck was in front of their building washed and full of gas ready to go! After a test drive we sat down and did the paperwork. I drove it home!! It was exactly what I was looking for and they(New holland group) had serviced it and installed several new parts. They really care about satisfying the buyer and selling quality vehicles. I feel I got the best deal I ever could have and would recommend them for your next vehicle purchase!

This dealership was very clean and the salesman, Tyler, was extremely personable and helpful. I purchased a used 2005 Mercury Mountaineer. Never thought that today I would be purchasing our first Toyota from New Holland Auto Group. Last new car I got was a PT in 2001, still have & I love it, however all good things come to an end! We purchased a used Prius last week. Our Sales Consultant, Denny Broadwater was outstanding from the first contact through the final sale. He came highly recommended by a relative, so I made a contact directly to Denny to begin the search for a vehicle. I am from the west coast and was only out here for a week. Decided I wanted a new truck to replace my 2007 dodge ram. I searched all over and only new holland had the ecodiesel truck I wanted and was able to work it out for me by the next day, before I headed home, a 2200 mile trip. There were obstacles too but Kyle took care of me. And based on prices from other dealers in the area, I knew what I was going to pay and they actually came back with a price lower than what I had in mind. I know that sounds to good to be true but that was my experience. Awesome experience. Thanks!

I brought my 2012 Jeep Liberty in on a Saturday, my horn pad was rattling around turns. Showed up a few minutes early, since I have never been there before, was greeted promptly. Got ourselves checked in and was directed to the waiting room. The waiting room was comfortable, big spacious waiting area, with TV, coffee (awesome), soda, play area for the kids. After a short wait, was told that there was something loose in the air bag assembly in my steering wheel, they ordered the part, called us when it was in, we set up an appointment to have the airbag assembly replaced. I could not be any happier with the service at New Holland Auto!

I am from King of Prussia and had been looking for a 2014 Tundra Platinum for a few weeks. I called all the Toyota dealers in my local area (25 mile radius) however I was unable to get, what I considered a fair price from any of these dealers. Their pricing for this vehicle was unreal and all they kept saying is when can you come in and all I kept repeating was hey dude I want to do the majority of the deal via telephone. Out of the desperation I expanded my search and came across this dealership. I called and a live person answered the phone (I thought Hot Damm, off to a good start! No machine! ) and immediately transferred me to a salesman, Sergio Saldago. I told Sergio what I was looking for, he came back with a very very (yep thats right two verys) good price. At first I thought unbelievable this price cant be right. Sergio reassured me his figures were correct. We than talked about my trade and he said to send him some pictures and he would have his used vehicle manager ball park the value. Bottom line this deal was done over the phone, the trade was appraised over the phone and all I had to do was make the trip to the dealership, man what a painless purchase. I drove out and met Sergio and his boss, Rob Vital. The trade appraisal was finalized and I did some final negotiating (in my favor) and made my purchase. This dealership was the best and Sergio was outstanding. All I can say is if you are looking for a vehicle, New Holland Toyota is worth the drive and be sure to see Sergio, you wont be disappointed!

We were extremely satisfied with the customer service from New Holland. We had visited several other dealerships to find a Dodge Ram 3500 and none other compared. David Bear was our sales consultant, and he was very diligent and knowledgeable on the 2006 Dodge Ram 3500. David and Bo worked very well with us and exceeded our expectations. This process was smooth and easy - no nonsense. The service center looked at my car that was under bumper to bumper warranty. They looked at it and said they wouldn't fix it under warranty cause of marks on the part to be replaced. Then they charged me 173.00 for looking at it and wouldn't give my keys back till I paid it. I went to a different dealer that fixed it under warranty no problem. I also ordered parts from this place and they couldn't order the right part if they tried. Before driving over to pick up the part (the second time) I called to make sure it was the right part, they assured me it was the right part. After driving over the second time the part was still wrong. They ordered the part in front of me again and would have ordered the wrong one again if I wasn't standing there looking at what they were ordering. UNBelievable!!!!

I had a wonderful experience shopping for a new van! I did research for a month driving used and new vans of all makes and models, searching the internet, talking with many dealers. I had my Mercury Villager for 13 years and not knowing what I really wanted when I started my adventure. My husband said that I'll know which one I want when I see it. I stopped in New Holland Auto Group to just look at a Town and Country I saw on the web site. I was greeted by Randy. He pulled the van around for me to see and I knew that this was finally the one that I wanted!! Randy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy! His sales manager Justin, was also great in helping me get to where I wanted to be to purchase this Town and Country. There were 2 other dealers with the same van and options. They could not come close to the great price and friendliness I received with New Holland Auto Group!!! I purchased my 1st NEW vehicle!! The experience was painless and Randy even stayed after on a Saturday til we were done signing the last paper! Tons of Thanks to Team New Holland!!! My husbands truck was on its left leg. A 2004, Ford F-150, needed some major work to keep it on the road. My new car buying experience at New Holland Auto Group was outstanding. I had been trying for a month or two to buy or order a new car with my most recent dealership that I liked not able to acquire what I needed at the right price.(used) So my quest for new had begun and several dealerships succeeded in wasting my time with "final numbers" changing by sign time. I decided to try New Holland Auto Group even though it was not in my local area and initially was impressed. The process of ordering a new car, arriving at trade in allowance etc.etc. was a professional, painless experience and they are now tied if not slightly ahead of my last dealership. Regardless of who I called or saw in person as this process progressed, I was always amazed at the knowledge, demeanor, and courtesy that his dealership exudes. Greg Dyer was my salesman and Justin Ridgway the sales manager that I dealt with with an 8 week build time for my car. Outstanding dealership because I believe they employ outstanding people with the right attitude and mission towards serving their clients. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Had purchased a Ford Remote start system for my 2012 Focus. After installation realized the unit had to be programed to the car. After calling numerus Ford Dealerships with no resolution to my dilemma, Jeff at New Holland Ford was concerned enough to look into this further. He worked with me on a procedure to resolve my problem. Made an appointment the next day, 1/2 hour later my Remote start was working.. Thanks Jeff for all your help!

Got a 2003 Saturn ion from them on Feb 25th of 2012 I believe, before march I had to spend $300 dollars on repairs, no big deal right? March 23rd transmission went and I had to get a new one. About 3400 dollars in repairs in less then 2 months

With a friendly and helpful receptionist, lovely showroom and very competetive prices, this was the most positive car-buying experience we've ever had. I was looking to buy a car new or used that would give me the gas mileage of a hybrid and the payments would be low. this dealership clearly understood what i needed and was able to give me a brand new Camry Hybrid for a really low monthly payment. they buying process was a little long, but that was on Toyota's end, not the dealership's. They are very customer service friendly and I will continue to take my car there for future maintaince service. They are a 10!

I recently bought a new Jeep Compass here and the whole experience couldn't have been better. New Holland is kind of far for me and they were very flexible and respectful of my time. I actually bought the car on a Saturday, did all the paperwork and financing online during the week, and picked it up the following Friday. My sales consultant Greg was wonderful! He was so accessible and anytime I had a question he got back to me right away. Everyone I met there was super helpful. I felt they genuinely wanted to find the right car for each person and weren't simply pushing the newest or most expensive models. The excellent customer service continued even when I got home. I wanted my inspection stickers updated and they immediately offered to come pick my car up, leave me a loaner, and do the inspection for free. I can't imagine I would get service this good anywhere else. Everyone should buy their cars here. Ask for Greg :)

My wife was interested in a 2012 Dodge Durango and we found the perfect one at New Holland Dodge. I checked Dealer Rater before our visit and asked for Randy due to his good rating. Randy was very professional and a great representative of New Holland Dodge. He was very informed on all the features of the Durango. Charlie, the sales manager offered us a very fair price on the vehicle. We ultimately decided not to purchase at this time, but our overall experience at New Holland Dodge was great. I would not hesitate to return to purchase a vehicle from them.

I found a Jeep GC Overland on the dealer's web site and submitted an on-line inquiry. By the end of the work day, I had a firm quote for the new vehicle and a great price on my trade. The dealership was a distance from me, and my schedule made it difficult for me to get to the dealer within the next day or two, so I faxed some information and they delivered the car to me at work and we completed the paperwork over my lunch hour. Great service by really committed personnel!

Was treated with respect in all facets of the deal. Numbers were presented in a very professional,concise and clear manner. Having done extensive shopping I can attest that this was not done in any of my other dealings. Besides being treated like a valued customer, the price agreed on was significantly lower than those quoted by other dealers for exactly the same vehicle. I left knowing exactly what I was buying and what it was going to cost me. I had never done business with this dealer before, but I will again I am sure.

New Holland Auto Group has always gone above and beyond when servicing my Toyota Rav4 for all its checkups and oil changes. My service representative (Ashley) knows me by name, provides me with customized service and recommends coupons and savings available. They work around my schedule and get me in and out as quickly as possible. And the waiting area is comfortable with free wi-fi!

I drive out of my way to go to New Holland Toyota for service. My front desk contact Ashley greets me with a sincere smile whether early in the morning or at the end of the day. She is 'with it' and makes my visit nice each time. She does quick research when an issue arises to make sure my car is ready to roll. She also takes calls from me on the road when a new dash light comes on and suggests what to do. Thanks Ashley.

From sales to service, my experience has been A+ all around. New Holland read the book and got it right. They treat their customers with respect and I trust my rep when it comes to service. This is the first dealership that I exclusively use to service my car (purchased in 2008). I plan to by my next car there and highly recommend them!

I have been going to New Holland Auto for service for the last 10 years. Brought a Corolla, two RAV-4s and now a Nissan Rogue over to them and they have NEVER let me down. Excellent service, excellent customer service, excellent follow up. They are terrific. I drive about 50,000 miles a year for work and really NEED a good service group who will take my vehicle at any time I need something and will do it right the first time. My husband bought a used Ford 150 from the dealership. We bought from them based on the relationship we have with the service department.
