This dealership service dept. doesn’t return phone calls for appointments. After waiting a wk. for a return call I call back. Was given an appointment for 2wks out. Dropped my car off the night before and was told the next morning to come get my car because I didn’t have an appointment and they would not fix my truck. I should have listened to friend who told me to steer clear because they are a poorly run dealership. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!👎🏻

I was curious about checking out a Chevy and reached out to this dealership. I spoke with Jessica De La Rosa and she was very courteous. I told her what car I was looking for and she had setup an appointment with me. I got there and was greeted by her at the front desk. She tried to do what she could and respectfully gave us a chance to think about it. I made an appointment with sales consultant Jessica De La Rosa to test drive a 2016 Camaro although I made it explicitly clear to her that I was comparing several marques and would not make a purchase until later in the year. She enthusiastically encouraged me to drive the Camaro and made several models available for my evaluation. She imposed no restrictions upon distance or route and was a font of accurate information about each car I drove. In the manner of an excellent salesperson she did not impugn competing products but promoted the virtues of the product she was selling. How refreshing! At the end of the session Mrs. De La Rosa asked my opinion of the car (very favourable), took some information and asked permission to contact me in the near future. She did not detain me longer than necessary and she thanked me for considering a Chevrolet for my next purchase. I found my interaction with Mrs De LaRosa not just pleasant but elevating. I went to purchase a new Chevy Tahoe, and was helped by a sales rep by the name of Shane Williams. A very dishonest and untrustworthy individual. From begin to end everyone was very shady. we agreed on a certain price. then keep saying i was approved for a certain tier, kept changing story could be straight forward. You want a Chevy GO to CURRY CHEVY THEY MADE IT WORK AND WERE HONEST FROM BEGINNING TO END. The manager never even came out to trying and make a deal work for a reasonable price. CURRY CHEVY PLACE TO GO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON POINT.SHANE WILLIAMS LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING. A shame we are a working class family and are loyal once we commit to buying a product. April 2014 bout a new Chevy suburban from this dealer. They suckered me in to buying extended warranty for $3500 . I called the warranty company to get a cancellation quote and the told me I would get 2250 back but, the dealer will receive the check. They gave me the run around 4 a while until I showed up in person. They told me the refund was only about 300 so when I confronted them with the quote they had nothing else to say. They will scam u , never deal with mark endorses the finance manager or Felipe they are crooks.

I went there for an inspection on my 2015Chevy Chevrolet and I passed the emission test but I failed the safety test because of a crack on my windshield.Mark for service tried to change my windshield for $550 which I refused and got it done by satellite for $440.After I went back for my reinspection(the safety portion), Mark took my car , put in the shop and came back1hour later to tell me that my check engine light was on.When I told him that when I handed him my car keys,there was no check engine light, he started screaming.I asked to speak with the manager and no one came to speak to me after 10 minutes of waiting.I then left and got my inspection done the same day without any issue. I will never go back there again after being a customer for2 years.

Went to New Rochelle chevy to purchase a new vehicle 2 weeks ago and upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Khaled. I told him my price point and I was looking for a new car with apple carplay. He proceeds to show me the chevy cruise. I inquire about the vehicle as I sit inside the car and explore the features. First, he didn't know about the car and lied several times throughout the process that the cruise had car play, heated seats etc. It wasn't until the papers were signed that he admitted not knowing that apple car play wasn't included, neither was the headed seats. When back today to fix the proble, and was told nothing could be done to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and highly insulated with the terrible service. Seems like they hire anyone nowadays just to make a sale

Each and every visit including the trips to fix a recall turned into an extended ordeal. Either it took twice longer as promised, or they have left the car sitting for 2 days or - the worst - their work has to be completely redone. I can see that they are trying, but it seems too big of a place to offer any quality. Clerk always finds to blame GM for their mistakes or slip-ups. It is no longer the garage of my choice because I can't trust them, althe experience is neither satisfactory nor pleasant.

My husband purchased his Equinox from this dealership last year and he loves the vehicle and had a great experience with Anthony Porras. I had finally decided it was my turn to get into a vehicle better equipped to handle the harsh winter snow in New York. My husband had no trouble at all in his AWD Equinox so I wanted the same, only I was getting a 2016. My husband assured me I'd love the vehicle and sure enough I do. My husband insisted Anthony assist us this time as well and he and the dealership were completely accommodating. My time was valued, the Product Secialist and Finance Manager were efficient, and I got a great deal on my lease! Thank you New Rochelle Chevrolet!

My recent experience with the repair service was horrible, not only did they not repair my car, but charged a diagnostic fee, when I went to pick up my car after hours the repair rep locked my keys in the car I had to ask a dealer for a loaner car, drive to my residence to pick up another set of key just to drive my unrepaired car off the lot. Poor service and customer relations.

I was treated like Chevy New Rochelle did not value my business. Trish in repair service is the worst she is the most unprofessional person I ever met in my life, she is rude and crude. Ive been to repair service several times and dealt with other service reps that have been wonderful. I was there 2 weeks ago for 2 new tires and the guys were great. I dropped my car overnight for service, the front defroster was not working, a possible oil leak, camera shutting off and on (for which I purchased a new one a few months back) and the light on the dashboard fading off and on. Trish claims there is nothing wrong with the car and wanted to charge me $75 on a $185 diagnostic charge I told her I did not have a problem with paying the fee but youre giving me the car back in the same condition. I said how it is impossible for you to not see the 4 things wrong. She said I can bring the car back and ride with a tech I said sure I can bring the car in next Tuesday she again said I had to pay the $75 I said I will pay it when I meet with the techs and they confirm they do not see anything wrong with the car she continued to bagger me (aka if I dont pay I wont get my car back) until I said I want to speak to a manager. After waiting roughly 10 minutes she put her manager Brian on who was clearly having a bad day as while I was waiting to talk to Trish another rep picked up to say someone crashed a car outside that someone will be with me shortly- so this Brian took that anger out on me he was hostile, threatening he said he spoke to Trish and I have to pay the $185 since Im complaining about the $75 I said NO Im not complaining about $75 Im not satisfied with the diagnostics on my car he went on and on about if I went to the doctor and I did not like my results I had to pay them anyway. I said I brought the car from you new in 2012 I was just there for 2 weeks ago for new tires there is no reason for you to talk to me this way he said pay the $75 - I was so upset I said fine he hung up on me instead of transferring me back to Trish. I had to redial for Trish who purposely kept me waiting another 10-12 mins . She picks up how are you paying I give her my credit card info, she said she would leave the receipt and my keys under the visor in the car what time will I be there I said between 6:30-7p. I get there at 6:50p Trish purposely locks my keys in the car after 20 minutes of waiting around for the which the manager Sean and George Palladino both nice tried to help but I wind up asking George to give me a loaner car I had to drive all the way home to get a spare key to open my own car at your dealership. I had movie plans that were ruined I mean all of this for $75. I told George I had planned to upgrade my vehicle but with the treatment at New Rochelle I dont think so. Trish should be FIRED she is a menace to your company!

I went to lease a a Chevy Traverse and they had only one truck available. They quoted me a lease deal that was almost $100/month more than other dealers. They never bothered to reply to my emails when I pointed out that their quote was much higher. Meaning they were not willing to adjust and perhaps not interested in clients well educated about the pricing of the product. I assessed around 6 Chevy dealerships before buying and this by far was one of the worst.

I visited the Chevy of New Rochelle dealership over two consecutive weekends working with the same salesperson, Stephen H. The experience started out well, I got a tour of the Chevy Traverse and a breakdown on some of the features and packages. I scheduled a test drive the following weekend with my family. The test drive went well and everything seemed promising in terms of customer service, answering my questions, accommodating us and making us feel at home. He gave me a quote based on my car specs (which were very basic and flexible), the price was very inflated based on what I had been seeing across other Chevrolets in the tri-state area. This prompted me to pull out my Truecar app and show him what a dealership over in Hawthorne, NJ was offering on the same Traverse. He proceeded to drop the price to be competitive with the NJ place. However upon appraisal of my trade-in the low-balling began. I was offered an insulting appraisal of only $500 on a car that shouldve gotten at the very least about $2300 as per Kelly Blue Book/Edmunds. I wasnt asking for anything outlandish, I knew the car had seen its better days but I simply wanted something offered to meet the low end of the trade-in spectrum. I immediately told him that offer was unacceptable. He immediately doubled his offer to $1000, which was still insulting. After being told he could go no further he called over his manager Shawn and began offering me used vehicles, leasing options and more. We walked and went to Chevrolet of Scarsdale where we were not only greeted by a courteous and professional staff but the intro to the dealership was far more involving in terms of asking us what we were looking for in a vehicle, how we planned to pay as well as trade-in options. By the time we got down to meeting our salesman we were right to business. Upon further discussions at the Scarsdale location I discovered that some of the answers I got regarding the standard features turned out to be misinformation based on what Stephen had told us; such as the Navigation system being available on the LS model and that it is simply a software installation that needed to be done. Needless to say we ended up with a very fair deal at Scarsdale on the same Traverse, paid almost $3000 less AND got $3000 on my trade-in. I would NOT recommend Chevrolet of New Rochelle to anyone looking for honest and fair negotiations on a car.

I was inquiring about getting help to find a Preowned 2013 Camaro LE1 Model in white. they said they could help locate one at another dealer and get it for us. And to start the ball rolling they would need a deposit of 500.00 so if they find a car to put a hold on it and contact me to see if that would be the car I wanted. 30 days later nothing was found. I dedecided to look on the online my self and found one at Lasorsa chevy and a few in other dealers. I then call New Rochelle chevy and they said ok they will take care of it. Well 3 days later notting was done. I decided to call my self and called Lasorsa made a appointment to see the car and bought the car the next day. When back to New Rocelle chevy to get my deposit back and they where mad that I bought the car and ask why you do it they suck. After waiting about 20 min I finally got my deposit back. Never again will I ever come here!!!

I pulled up in front and got out to ask quickly if they have a Traverse on the showroom and he said "no". That's it, just "no". Another salesman overheard this and nicely suggested to him and me that there was one right out front. I walked outside quickly to check and before I could even take a few steps towards the car, the initial salesman curtly waved his hand at me and said "you gotta move car, you can't leave it there" and gave me a disapproving look. I was with my 3 year old at the time and in the immediate market for a Traverse LTZ or Tahoe and would have preferred to have done business with my local Chevy dealer (I live in New Rochelle), but not anymore. If there's a salesman at that dealership that feels that free to be impatient and insulting to a new customer just in the door from the rain with his 3 year old waiting in the car, then chances are the management is the real problem and it's foreseeable only more problems will follow. I'm annoyed though as I'm forced to travel out of town now to lease a full-sized Traverse or Tahoe. No winners here.

Just drove over an hour to purchase a truck.Spoke to a Manager had an actual appointment only to be told the truck was sold the night before!!! I now believe said truck didn't even exist and I was lured in for something else! Horrible customer service! I will now stick with Brooklyn dealers from now on!!! This place SUCKS!

I have read these negative reviews and couldn't disagree more. These people can't even begin to know what an unscrupulous dealership can do to you.I thought I had leased a new Honda CRV in N.J. 2 months later I am told to return the car because the finance didn't go through. I never wanted to lease but they talked me into it. I actually went to Honda to look at a 2011 Traverse.After I returned the car to Honda (which turned out to be a blessing) it was a stripped down 2013 and I was paying $30,000. I went to New Rochelle Chevrolet after a few phone calls. They assured me I would not leave the lot until the vehicle was really mine.long story short I purchased a 2011 Traverse with everything you can imagine. My salesperson Camile was wonderful she even followed us and drove the car home because I get nervous driving over the bridge.Mark in finance was also wonderful explaining every detail to us.I will tell everyone in New Jersey it is worth the trip to New Rochelle.Sincerely C & G

The salesman are extremely nice and friendly until the sale is made and then once they can't keep their promise such as a second key they ignore your phone calls and emails.Stay away since they are not trustworthy and they just care about making the sale not the customer. If you are looking for chevrolet, I did buy a vehicle from Drezdner in Woodridge, NY. They were helpful and honest from the start. If there was something they couldn't deliver they told me so up front and that is what I believe is the most important when looking to buy/lease a vehicle.Hope you don't make the same mistake I did.

I bought a vehicle from them and they promised to give me a second key and never came thru with it and add to that I didn't get my registration till 2 months after my temp reg expired and I had to take off a day of work to go sit on their heads till I got my registration

This vehicle is rated to deliver 25mpg during city driving, 35mpg highway and 29mpg combined. My 2014 Malilbu gets 14-17 mpg while being driven in suburban, no highway, traffic and a maximum of 29 while being driven with an effort made to maximize mileage on highways. The dealer has dismissed my complaint blaming it on the weather in suburban NY(Westchester county) and on the use of gasoline mixed with ethanol. The EPA has stated that fuel with 10% ethanol will deliver about 1-2 mpg less than straight gasoline. In addition numerous calls and visits to the dealer to speak with the service manager has always been met with excuses such as "he's out to lunch, away from his desk, at a meeting, and request to have him call me back have been ignored. Please be careful about doing business with New Rochelle Chevrolet and carefully consider a purchase of the 2014 Chevrolet Malibu.

I was lied to repeatedly and told I could purchase an SUV for the same price as the cruze. Ultimately I bought a car anyway and they sent me a car which lacked the weather tech mats that J paid for. Additionally, they registered the car under an incorrect address and I needed to visit the DMV to correct this problem. They also sent wrong information to the insurance company and I needed to change policies several months after purchasing the vehicle to correct their mistake. Additionally, the sales team is still cold calling me, asking me to buy a vehicle in spite of the fact that I already bought one from them. Do yourself a favor an shop somewhere else.

I have visited this dealership several times for service and each time that i visit it is worse than the last time. Every time i drop my car off i never stay because i will be there all day. When i drop my car off they tell me that they will call me to let me know when it is ready but they never do. I end up calling them and every time its 30 mins to an hour before they close. This is after dropping my car off practically when they opened. I also wait until they are about to close for the day to try and give them a chance to actually call like they said they would. I recently brought my car there after having visited another chevy location and obtaining a quote from the other location on replacing the glass portion of my passenger side mirror. The new rochelle service person Craig quoted me about $300 for the part and labor. I informed Craig that i was just at another dealership and they quoted me $100. How can it be such a large jump in price. Craig told me that the other dealership probably uses after market parts. Now i wasn't sure if this was a tactic to scare me into doing business with them and not the other location. I asked him how can another location use after market parts when they are all a part of the same company and new rochelle wasnt using after market parts. He said they probably use certified after market parts. I shook my head and disbelief and that was the last time i visited that location. I now drive 45 mins for superior service and quality work. i have NO intentions on ever going back to the new rochelle location. They are hands down the worst service center i have dealt with.

I didnt think this would ever happened, but I bought a car from new rochelle chevrolet on Ebay. Bo the internet manager was easy to deal with, this guy really knows his business. I never in my life thought that I would give a dealership 5 stars, but here it is. To put in a nutshell I bid on the car on ebay and 4 mintues later I got a call from Bo. He introduced him self and asked if we can do a facetime or a skype call, at first I didnt understand where he was going with this,but when I logged on I was blown away. When we started facetime video chat he walked over to the car and did a video demonstration live. Technology is getting way too advanced, but hey I was glad because I didnt have to drive 100 miles to see the car. I fell in love with the car instantly as it was exactly what I was looking for. I asked for more pictures to be sent to me, which he did and asked for a car fax, which he emailed me the same day free of charge. I bought the car and I'm a happy customer. By the way a little secret , if you are looking to buy a car from them ask for a $100.00 gas card. All I had to do is like their facebook page and I got a full tank of gas plus an extra $100 gas card. Its a gift card to BP. If you dont ask for it they wont give it to you. I would definitely recommend new rochelle chevrolet.

I walked into this dealership looking to lease a car for my son. This was my first foray into leasing a vehicle and perhaps I was a bit naive but I felt that I was taken complete advantage of.I told the salesman that I would be leasing one car for my son and that I would be leasing two other cars for my other children in the next two years. The salesman told me that he was also the manager(a lie) and that I was lucky because he would give me the best deal. It wasn't until I shopped around for my second son when I realized how much this dealer ripped me off. I put $3k down on a 2012 Chevy cruze and my payments are $230/mo. When we went to a different chevy dealer the next year for my younger son I was quoted a price of $199. right off the bat. I told the dealer about my older sons lease and he just laughed and asked why I didn't come to him .We finally purchased a Mazda from Mazda of New Rochelle for $175/mo.I understand that I am somewhat responsible for the deal I got but I feel that a dealer should at least give you a decent price. If I paid $210-215 a month I could live with that but to be completely ripped off is hard to swallow. I can only achieve satisfaction from the knowledge that this dealer lost three sales because of his greed. Mazda of New Rochelle will be my dealership for my daughter and for my wife next year.

The Staff at New Rochelle Chevrolet made my purchase of a 2011 Avalanche one that I would remember and refer anyone who is in the market for a new car. I did a search on TrueCar.com. It gave me 2 local dealers and one in another borough. New Rochelle Chevy had the best price of the 3, so I went there first. I need to say that before entering the dealership, I went across the street to where they had some vehicles located. I saw the Avalanche that I eventually purchased. It caught my eye, but it didn't have a navigational system inside. I thought that would be a deal breaker, but after talking with my salesperson Benji about the nav system, he spoke to James, who in turn made me an offer I couldn't refuse. But I explained to them that I needed to go to the other dealer that was local and see what they were offering. What I liked at that point was that they were understanding of my needs, and did NOT pressure me to leave a deposit. Needless to say that the other dealer could not touch their deal, basically due to the fact that they didn't have the truck in stock. I went back, sealed the deal and picked up my truck 2 days later. Kevin Kiernan, the Sales manager made me very comfortable when I came to up the vehicle, being that I was 45 minutes early of my scheduled appointment. Jay the car detailer shared with me how hot the truck was, which made me feel real good. Again we did all the necessary paperwork and Mark Endress took the time to explain everything to me. After everything was signed and sealed, Kevin showed me the main features and walked me through my OnStar set up.

Class act whole process from starting on the lt t finishing in the finance room . Used car manager Felipe Alaiman really went out of his way to make a deal work, and great service from finance guy(Mark), David Colon and Kevin Kiernan also. Very friendly accomodating people on site. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will definitely be going back to get another vehicle in 2-3 years.

We are happy with the Chevrolet Malibu very much. Both gentlemen were attentive and helpful. Philippe even checked our last name in the computer and came up with a rebate that we did not know existed. I remember seeing something in the mail but ditched it because I did not think we were going to go to a GMAC dealer but to my surprise we received a $1,000.00 rebate from my son on record and was even going to expire in September 2011 some time. I was working with this dealeship for a number of months. Months ago I was approved,in the mean while I had to wait for the car I wanted(which took over 30 days to get in), the sales associate I was dealing with waas terminated, and I was not notified, I had to call them. If you dont know u only have 30 days and they can terminate your approval. While waiting for the vehicle my approval was then Terminated. I was told that had to be done was wait aprox 2 weeks it could be resubmitted and everything would be all good, not the case, they then began to put numerous inquires on my credit report which will make it hard for me to go anywhere else for at least 30 days. I tried to contact the bank that originally approved me and they told me that it was basically the dealership. With all the inquires that they have sent through it makes it impossible for me to go anywhere else, I have since been without a vehicle for months now, making it hard to get back and forth to work and do daily runnig. I am a single mother with 2 kids who have needs. This has been the worst experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO NEW ROCHELLE CHEVROLET!!!!!!!!!!!

Very knowledgeable. Great attitudes. Thorough. Friendly. Managed expectations and service was done earlier than expected. Came in for an oil change and was able to get a few other odds and ends fixed that I didn't think I would have time for. Went over service in detail when the vehicle was done and made me feel good about having to come back for any other service issues. Even though I have a pretty good background in auto repair, I appreciated the ease in which everything was explained. Never felt overwhelmed or confused by what I was asked or told. Made sure I was happy with the service. Very comfortable atmosphere and even the employees not directly connected to my service visit/experience were more than accommodating and friendly. I will undoubtedly be back to New Rochelle Chevrolet without hesitation the next time there is anything I need.

When I went to New Rochelle Chevrolet I had already been to several other dealerships. T.J. Ujazdowsui saw I in great need for a good, used car. I didn't feel any pressure from him, and knew he was looking out for my best interest, even though I was a stranger. I told him I had a budget, and he worked so hard to find me something I could afford, low mileage and it was a beautiful car. I purchased the GMC Terrain and was so happy with the service I received there that I went back 4 days later to help my niece buy a used car. I would not of had this experience with my local dealers. that is why i traveled an extra 25 miles for that service. would recommend this dealership to anyone. we bought our ltz tahoe knowing we got a great deal. and would go again.

Walked into New Rochelle Chevrolet with three different manufacturers on my mind. After seeing the Chevrolet Traverse and meeting Dana the sales rep I was very impressed. I told her my budget and reasons for the size car I needed ( 65lb Labrador Retriever with cage.) The Chevy Traverse was exactly at the price and cargo space that met my needs. She was very kind and professional. I had the dog with me and she insisted I bring the dog into the dealership and gave him a generous bowl of water. She had four dogs of her own along with four children. The dog laid by her desk while employees and customers came over to pet the dog one by one! I almost forgot I came in to buy a car! Dana couldn't be more helpful to decide features and color. All within my budget! After signing the papers Dana went over every feature of the car and made sure I understood everything! Him and his sales team were willing to negotiate and honored my pre-negotiated Consumer Reports price, unlike some other dealers. To be very honest,after shopping online as well as around town for a good car at a good price, I must say that my experience at New Rochelle Chevrolet was one that I will remember for a long time. I was greeted by a warm face and smile and was given alot of attention. My dealer, Dayna was extremely understanding of my finances and what I could afford and worked to great lengths to help me get a GREAT car. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming (not just because its their job)which helped ease any anxiety I had about car buying.I would not shop anywhere else besides New Rochelle Chevrolet. New Rochelle Chevrolet displays all the classic examples of used car hussle. First i was greeted by a salesman who was very attentive to my needs very polite and i was taken in by his total interest in my needs. I bought a pre owned certified vehicle. when i purchased the vehicle I was asked to submit an additional 150.00 dollars for the registration. I explained that i had just renewed the registration for the vehicle i was replacing and was told the 150.00 dollars would be returned. I accepted delivery of the vehicle on good faith and expected to receive the funds back. as of this date i received nothing.When i called regarding this my calls are ignored. No call back obviously avoiding my calls. I can only conclude that they lied.The vehicle had some issues that should be covered by the GM certification that they did not address and continue to avoid me. I know that some dealerships show some concern for the buyer and call them a couple of weeks later to see if the buyer is happy with the choice they made. no call from New Rochelle Chevrolet. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this dealership. This is not sour grapes be careful who you deal with there are many other dealerships you can do business with and they will be honest. NR Chevy are . It is not fair that I posted that NR Chevy are liars since I posted the above my problem was resolved by the person in charge "The Boss" he resolved my broblem to complete satisfaction

I wanted to support my local business in new Rochelle so I decided to go to New Rochelle Chevrolet what a big mistake, I went in knowing what car and what color I wanted I was greeted my Anthony the sales guy they were very pushy but I didn't think anything of it he said he found the car I wanted and it was at another dealership 30 min away so i did all the paper work singed and put down my deposit. A few days went by no phone call, finally three days later they call me letting me know that they didn't have the car I wanted but they had it in every other color except for the one I wanted then they explained how not ONE dealership on the east coast had the car I wanted so when I felt like they were getting rude with me I got upset and asked for my money back not only did the GM act like my business wasn't important to them the sales guy Anthony walked away cursing like a child then decided to stare at me as i walked to my car and smoke a cigarette by it, I couldn't believe how immature and unprofessional they were! So after all of this I decided to go to another dealership H&L Chevorlet in CT where they were great not only did they get my car in one day they saved me $3,000!
