If I could give this review more than 5 stars, I definitely would. My experience with New Way was nothing short of amazing since the time I first inquired about a vehicle. Marlon and Karen are both absolutely wonderful! Their ultimate goal is to get your driving, and that’s just what they did for me. They worked with me and for that I am truly grateful. I WILL refer all of my friends and family to New Way! I’m extremely satisfied. And I LOVE MY CAR!

I just want to thank the New Way team for a wonderful experience. I wasn’t looking to purchase, I was just weighing my options. I expressed my concerns and previous experiences with Nesma and Marlon and they assure me that I was in great hands! They did an amazing job with the trade in and getting the right numbers that were suitable for my pockets. Ms Karen made sure that I was very comfortable as well as knowledgeable about the procedure!!! Thank you guys so very much! I had a great experience with New Way Motors. The staff was wonderful and had everything ready and prepared for my visit. They valued my time since I drove over an hour to go there. Marlon and Karen were very informative when I had questions. Also the insurance and financial representatives were SO helpful. They thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and purchase of my new Kia Soul 🥰

They gave me the best car buying experience that I could’ve asked for! Their service is great and I’m beyond great full for helping me buy my first car! I definitely recommend them for their deals and friendly service. 10/10!!!

Deshawn was my sales man and I would not recommend this place to my enemies I bought a lemon and he knew it but sold it to me anyway I had the car 12 days before having it towed and had only driven it for only 5 days and they said they were giving me a courtesy to fix the car I put a lot of money down on the car and paying a car note. I asked about reimbursement for having the car towed I was told I would get back the money for the tow this was a horrible experience and would not reccomend this place to anyone.

If you have low income but need a ride in a matter of minutes deshawn is the man with the plan. I've been to plenty of places but none had good customer service like new way. I've also had a repo on my credit, they will work with you no matter the situation. I recommend any and every one in need of a new whip to visit new way and ask for deshawn. He's also good with keeping you entertained. If your impatient you should go early to avoid the customer rush.

DeShawn was my friends salesman. The car she had died on her Friday & I told her how good New Way Motor was great for me 3 years ago, so I recommended her New Way Motor. On Monday she was a proud owner of a new vehicle.

This One of the most amazing car dealership in the city,they always work with you if you give them something to work WITH...I love all there employees and there customer service is excellent so I recommend this dealership to anyone and everybody I know that may be looking for great used car.....
