Todd is the Best sales person i have dealt with. No pushing No Intimidation of any sort he just let us walk the dealer ship and when it came time to buy he was all PRO.!!!!!!!!!!

This was my 2nd oil change-first one-1hr 20m; 2nd-1hr 53m. Another customer came 5 minutes after me and was out an hour sooner. I was told it would take about 45m. At 1hr 10m I was told that my vehicle was in the car wash, ha ha! Feeble excuse!What I noticed was that there were 3 service writers on duty but only one working most of the time. No one came to greet me when I pulled into the garage and I waited for Jon to get off the phone. Another customer came in and she had to wait until another person emerged from the shop area. I left just as she was asking about an oil change. I assume that Tom was busy and didn't get my vehicle back before the other customer even with a 5 minute headstart. Several times I wandered around and saw 3 & 4 dealer personnel in the service writer booth so the staff was available. My guy, Tom didn't get me when mine was done and as I interrupted him to get my keys he was on the phone and had people waiting....he was alone again. While waiting I had a salesman show me some 2017 vehicles. He was new and I knew more than he did. This is a very poorly managed dealership, IMO. I won't buy from them and certainly won't be back for service.To cap off a bad experience I noticed my address was wrong and told the cashier. She handed me a change of address card to fill out and I told her no thanks.

I purchased a car over the weekend and Kelly was more than helpful and so friendly. He isn't your typical pushy jerk of a salesman AT ALL. Totally chill dude! ;-) It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car. The whole process was incredibly smooth. My younger sister bought a car from Newby about a year ago and had the same "at ease" experience. Thank you Kelly and Newby for such a pleasant experience. I will recommend Newby to anybody!!

I was recommended by onstar to bring my H2 for air-conditioner repair last year when it failed 600 miles from home. It was onle a year when the compresser failed again. So I to it to a dealer and was told that it was only under warranty at the original dealer that did the work. So I drove 600 mile to have it fixed. The problem is they put non gmc parts and labor is not warranty item. So I pay $1000.00 last year and $1000.00 again because of their bate and switch of non GM parts. They told me that someone has tone authorized it. We I did not. Stay away from these fraud's. I'm not sure why they believe it is okay to lie to my face I did not authorize the non GM part. I made the trip from Las Vegas to view a 2015 GMC Canyon I had seen on their website. Wasnt exactly what I was looking for but they informed me that there were more coming in. Spoke with Kelly and Eric regularly and picked up my new truck in June. Very professional staff and a straight forward way of doing business. My thanks to Kelly, Eric and the rest of the Newby staff.

I bought a car from this dealership a year and half ago,they said i could trade it in within that time..Now they dont want to help me or want to take there car back on a trade.This car was smoked in originally and they kept that from me then..it wasnt until i open the windows that i saw all the smoke residue. Im totally disappointed.They give me the run around that they dont have the right car to trade in...thats B.S..

I live in Boulder City, NV and found a car on Autotrader that I was interested in and contacted them that night. I received a call from Kelly Cuillard about an hour later who stated that theyd get all my info processed first thing in the morning and we would be in contact. I received an email by 7am the next morning and we were able to negotiate a deal by 12 . I drove out there after work and they had the car clean and detailed. We took it out for a real test drive and I went back to sign the papers. I spent maybe 30mins max and I was back on my way home with a new used car that I feel I got a square deal on. Kelly and the rest of the team there were all friendly and polite. I have already recommended them to friends.

I found my used car on the net and traveled 700 miles to pick it up. The presale negotiations were easy and transparent and the communications were great. Upon arriving in St. George they had a driver to pick me up. The paperwork was easy and fast with the finance guy friendly and not pushy. Since I traveled all day they gave me drinks and snacks before I left as well as a full tank of gas and directions to my hotel in Mesquite using back roads to avoid a wreck in the gorge. The car was just as described. Buying a car sight unseen is scary and the dealer must be trustworthy and Newby was. Hats off to Kevin and the whole crew.

I was from out of State and had issues with my Acadia. Bill in the service Dept was friendly and professional. Everyone I met was willing to help me in any way. Bill arranged for a rental car while my car was being serviced over the course of two days.The mechanic Tim asked to talk to me and we discussed the issues with my car and he made sure I understood the repairs. It was beyond the call of duty and I appreciated it.Overall I would say that this was the best experience I have ever had at a GM Dealership.If your car breaks down in St George I would definitely recommend Newby Buick.

I went in to Newby Buick as a first time car buyer with no credit and a very vague idea of what I was looking for. Kevin was great trying to find a car that would work for me. He took the time to listen to me and figure out what my needs were. When Kevin would go run numbers or pick up a car to drive, there were several other salesman that would come over just to chat and to get to know me. I had trouble with other dealers not letting me get a car without a cosigner. Newby Buick didn't even blink at my lack of a cosigner, and had extremely reasonable payment options within minutes for me. Another thing that I noticed is that the salesman all work well together as a team, rather than it being a competition to sale the most cars. Because of this, they weren't pushy and trying to talk me into a car I didn't want. I would recommend Newby to everyone, but especially someone who is getting their first car payment without a cosigner.

Was Looking for a 2004 Mustang GT for a while here in Las Vegas. Found one at chapman's Jeep in Las Vegas. Made a cash offer for 12000. They came back at 13100 OTD. I walked. Then I found one in St. George at Newby Buick. It was the exact clone. Even in better shape. Man I'm glad I did. Talked to Kevin on the phone. Took the drive. Car was a 9 out of 10. Paid 9500 cash for the car. Drove home!Thanks Newby Buick! Awesome job! This is how sales are supposed to go!Harold.....

I have been taking my truck here for over a year now and I love their staff. I have only had minor issues to attend to on my car, and each time I've had it taken care of here. Plus they always find ways of saving me money on repairs.

I love the new Chevy Sonic. This dealership happen to have the exact one with the options I wanted so I purchased it here. The staff was efficient and I was out of the dealership within 2 hours.

My Buick LaCrosse is not new but it's new to me. I came in with all of my research done so I new what to expect to pay and to my surprise this dealership had the car I wanted at a lower price than I expected.

I love how friendly the staff at Newby GMC Buick was. I was car shopping with my stepson and his girlfriend, they were helping me find a good SUV, my last one finally died on me and I didn't want to keep trying to limp it along. I found a great deal on a pre-owned Chevy Equinox, it's not too big, but not too small either. I was downsizing from a Trailblazer, so this is just the right size for me. I'm glad they had one on the lot for me to test drive, I hadn't thought I'd find a car at the 1st dealership we went to, but I liked this one too much to pass it up. Sales staff even stayed a little later to help me get the purchase completed - very pleased with how friendly everyone was.

I came here looking for a qualtiy pre-owned car and found what I was looking for. I worked with Devin and was able to get a fair price for a used car that was dependable and affordable. I had a fairly tight budget, but needed a car that had a warranty so this was the perfect way for me to go. Devin and Greg were both quite friendly and very good at getting me set up with what I needed and I was able to get everything done that day. Good service, friendly people.

Jeff did a great job of taking care of the repairs on our truck. Always get great service from Newby's. No appointment was necessary the got me in fast. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for great service and great people to do business with.

Chris Pallas was very helpful with our purchase of our new Sierra 3500. He understood our needs and was respectful of our time. Not only the day we came in to pick up the truck but all the way through the process of getting the truck from the factory. He kept me updated during the build process which, I really appreciated.If you are thinking about a special order GMC truck this is your dealer! I called Glen one morning and told him what I was looking for, he instantly told me he had what I was looking for and to come down. When I arrived at the dealer, it was as Glen stated, exactly what I was looking for. I felt a little weird at first, but I didn't even look at anything els because Glen had done such a great job on matchiung me with my vehicle.The buying experience was soooo easy. In 40 years of buying vehicles, this was by far the most enjoyable experience I have ever had with any dealership.Glen Crawford and Justin Kelley presented themselves in a sincere and professional manner without the high pressure tactics I have experienced in the past with other dealerships. We had to replace our car. Decided upon a Buick Enclave. Searched around and found Newby Buick in St. George, UT. What a good deal for us. It was the most painless car buying experience we ever had! They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. What a shock! Traditionally buying a car is a nightmare. This was the exact opposite. We would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a great car and a better deal.

Dealership has been very slow in providing the required documentation to get the vehicle properly registered. Had to call GMC and file a BBB complaint to get results. General manager seems unsympathetic to my concerns. Avoid them unless you like hassles.

I have personal bought 6 cars here. I have had 21 customers of mine buy cars from them. I have to say I will drive from Salt Lake City to work with them any time. I have had some service work done and not any problems at all. You can not find a harder working a good family dealership in this world. If you do have a problem have a hart and take the time to talk to the GM of the dealership and I know it will get fixed. One of my customers did and I was worked out in no time to there satisfaction.
