Purchased my 2015 Cooper S convertible from Kevin Powell July of last year. It was the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've had MANY. I drove down to Sacramento this week to have my Cooper serviced and had the pleasure of dealing with Hans Dinse, my Service Adviser. He really knows his stuff and is just incredibly accommodating. I was in and out in record time and able to return to Eureka the same day. Kevin Powell is the Manager of Niello Mini and there's no finer person to deal with. We recently bought a certified used Mini from Niello Mini and we couldn't be happier with our purchase! Luis, our sales guy was fantastic. He was extremely accommodating to our schedule and made the buying process a breeze. We received truly exceptional service. Luis was very easy going and genuine... not pushy at all. The Finance specialist, Jermaine, was professional and made sure we were well taken care of. In fact, everyone at Niello Mini gave us great customer service. Just took delivery of new 2016 JCW 2 door specially ordered with help from Kevin Powell and Kristen Young. They both made the wait as painless as possible, patiently answering my many status update questions. This is my second Mini purchase from Niello. First time was equally painless and pleasant. Excellent service of our 2013 through advisor Cha Vang. Courtesy, promptness and follow up have kept me going back and will be taking the 2016 in as well. I just want to say how well I was treated by Kevin Powell and Creed Cate. They made my buying experience a pleasure. I lived a considerable distance from Niello Mini, so all my correspondence was done on the phone, and through email. Both Kevin and Creed were accessible to me whenever I called and they responded back to me very fast. When I arrived at the dealership, Creed met me at the door with a warm greeting, and handshake. I was very impressed with the layout of the dealership and how friendly everyone was. Creed was very patient with me, especially during the test drive, and he handled the paperwork like a pro. Chris Padilla at Niello Mini was incredible! I leased a Mini for my wife and it was by far the most incredible car shopping experience we have had. No pressure. I have purchased two Mini Coopers from Niello Mini. The first was a 2013 r56 Hardtop. When I purchased the car in 2013, The salesman marked the price up 10% $2000. At the time this was my first car buying experience, so I was a little upset but just assumed this was the norm and didn't speak up or try to negotiate. Other than this the car was great and I loved it! My second Mini I purchased from Niello was a 2015 F56 Hardtop S. My Motoring Advisor was Kevin Powell. Kevin is a great guy and a lot of fun! I special ordered my Mini and when it arrived right from day one I had issues. The transmission was bad and would intermittently make a loud squealing noise. I had to bring the car in to them 3 different times because they could not duplicate the sound. On the third time they had me come and drive with a technician in the car to make the tranny squeal. When we got back to the dealership, I had a short conversation with the BMW regional manager who happened to be there. I believe his name was Mark. After he has a conversation with both me and the technician Paul Ronald, he decides to flag my vin trying to blame the cause of my transmission problem on me. Well I do plenty of research and I'm well aware that I'm not the only one who's having transmission problems with the new F56. So now my car has a flagged vin. After replacing the transmission, I pick up my car. I believe the same day or very next day, the sound is back. I get the transmission replaced yet again. Three loaner cars and two transmissions later, my car is finally fixed. around 8 thousand miles on the car, I start having issues with a drivetrain malfunction. I take it in and they do a reset on the computer, and an oil change. I'm good for a couple thousand miles, then it pops up on my dash yet again. after bringing it back, they decide a sensor needs to be replaced, and I should be fine driving until it arrives. I get a call that the part has come in and I make an appointment. When I come in the service advisor Robert Daniel asks me what they're doing for me today. I tell him that I keep getting a drivetrain malfunction and that they're replacing a sensor. He asks me to sign some papers, and says no mention of a factory recall that they are going to fix on my car. They removed my two car seats in the back to do the recall fix and in doing so, scratch up my brand new infant car seat. When I put this seat in it was in mint condition without a single scratch. My son isn't even born yet and they've scratched it up and damaged my property! I spent $430 on this car seat! I am pissed!! I talk to the service manager Michele Shelton who is of zero help and has absolutely no sympathy! She gives me a 'well thats your problem not mine' kind of attitude. I have had horrible luck with this dealership. It is unfortunate because there are a few great people here I really like.

I have been to used car dealers in the past and have many negative feelings for the process. After being to Niello Mini and working with Kristen Long, my feelings about car dealers have changed. I don't know if it is a Mini thing or a Niello thing. What I do know is that it is a good thing. I came to the lot with one of two cars in mind and left with one of them a few hours later. I was not pressured into looking at something I didn't want. And the pricing was fair to say the least. I look forward to coming back to this dealer to have the maintenance performed. In the past, I have not wanted to return to the dealership once driving away. With my experience at Niello Mini, that has also changed.

Matt Ryan and Kevin Powell have been the nicest, most accommodating people I've ever dealt with when buying a car. I felt none of the typical pushiness or drive to sell me something I didn't want. Kevin was such a treat to work with, he has a great personality and incredible sense of humor, I instantly liked him and could tell by the banter, his collegues enjoyed working with him too.Craig Kersey was a pleasure and made the paperwork quick and easy. I have purchased many cars in the past from many different car dealerships and had come to believe that the norm was to have pushy salesmen who are just interested in making an extra buck. However, Niello Mini in Sacramento changed every single stereotype I had created over the years. This is the first dealership that I feel truly cares about the people who visit them. They aren't pushy or trying to sell people cars that simply don't work for them financially. For me personally, I was interested in possibly getting a manual transmission car (which I hadn't attempted to drive in almost 15 years). Kevin Powell took the time to actually reteach me to drive a stick shift! He was so patient with me and didn't try to push the sale on me when I was done driving. He made such an impression on both me and my husband that although the original answer was to pass on the car that we came back first thing the next morning and bought it.Even Craig over in the finance department blew me away with his customer service. I've never experienced a finance rep who didn't try to just sell the customers random options that didn't make sense for them. However, Craig really took the time to explain our different options in terms of maintenance packages so we fully understood everything (even when we asked the same questions over and over) and didn't try to push anything on us. Knowing how everyone is at the dealership I wouldn't even consider going somewhere else. Total game changer for mer.

This is my 2nd Mini purchased Niello. My salesperson was Creed Cate for both sales. After my first purchase, I specifically requested Creed again. Creed is awesome. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to talk with. Niello didn't have "my" car on their lot. He worked with very quickly to find the car from another dealer. I had done a ton of research and consider myself very knowledgeable about the car features and how they operate. Creed stumped me a couple of times as he still knew way more than me.Due to some issues with my first Mini, I worked directly with Matt Ryan to finalize the deal on my new Mini. I also worked with him prior to coming in to get my car on my trade-in. Matt also was great. Very professional, honest and straight forward. Presented options and answered all our questions very thoroughly.I worked with Chris in finance. Within about 25 minutes we breezed thru that process. Chris was also good to work with. We were in sort of a time crunch and Creed and Chris help expedite the process with that.As a side note (not really related to my new car purchase), Hans Dins has been my Service Advisor since 2009. He has also been great to work with. Easy to get a hold of, full of all the information and is able to answer all the questions that I have had over the years. Even went out of his way to come find me when I purchased my new Mini, to congratulate me.Also, worked with Michelle Shelton a few times before my new purchase. She was very helpful and professional too.Niello has always taken care of me and my car. It has been a pleasure to work with them over the years.

I want everyone to know how great the Niello dealerships have been to me for the past 20+ years.I've purchased two cars from their VW store and now I'm driving around in my MINI. This is our second Mini purchase. While our first purchase was fabulous we couldn't believe this purchase was even better.From the moment we walked in the door and met Kevin we knew right away he was going to help us make the best choice possible to meet our needs which he did.We then met James in the Parts Department who went out of his way to assist us in our accessories purchase.We met Cha in 2010 when we bought our first Mini. He came over to welcome us back to the dealership.We had a question regarding a setting on the radio. Cha came out to the car and corrected the issue as well as making us aware of other settings which we had no knowledge of.We left the dealership completley satisied with our purchase.

We first met with Kevin and Creed to test drive and ultimately buy, our MINI Cooper Countryman. Kevin and Creed were extremely nice and helpful. We laughed and joked as if we were old friends. After driving the Countryman we immediately fell in love with it, but thought we should look around a little bit more. We said our goodbyes and drove off the lot. We went out one driveway and back in the other! We just could not leave our dream car on the lot without purchasing it. The ran in and began the deal. A few hours later we drove our new car home. I must state that this was the best buying experience we have ever had and will be singing the Niello MINI praise for days to come. We can't wait to hang out with our new friends at Niello MINI. He was smitten by the warm atmosphere and met Alonzo. I can't believe it took me so long to try out a Mini Cooper S, what a fantastic car!!! Even better than the car, the sales staff were the friendliest sales people I have ever worked with. No one was pushy and everyone worked hard to find the perfect car for me. My first experience was with Kevin Powell who was very straightforward and answered all of my questions. When I told him I wasn't ready to buy a car today, he told me to give them a call when I was ready. How fantastic is that, a dealership who will work to get you the car you want without the usual pressure to force you to buy a car when you aren't ready! The next visit I met Eddie Ocampo. Eddie worked hard to find me a car and to get the price I needed to make the sale. Thank you so much for your hard work and fantastic customer service! I was nervous to start the financing phase as this is where the wheeling and dealing start and the price of the car goes up $5,000 in no time... What a surprise, Craig was extremely friendly and like the other employees very knowledgeable. Craig had me in and out in about an hour and I smiled during the whole process! In my opinion, the car sells itself, and the salesman are there to educate customers and assist with the sales process. By the time I left the dealership, I did indeed feel like I joined the Mini family. I look forward to many more leases in the future!

Cha Vang is the ultimate service advisor at Niello Mini! For my red Mini Cooper S' second date, the car was fine tuned and detailed to perfection. The outstanding service provided by him and the staff was friendly, professional, and timely. Of course, the swag that came with the perks of being a Mini owner was great too and much appreciated! I picked up my 2011 Cooper S at Niello MINI in Sacramento in February 2014. Mark Schutten took excellent care during the sales process. I valued his persistence while not being "pushy" or annoying. I felt like I was dealing with a real human being who appreciated what I was trying to do: Get to know a few MINI products.What I like most about Mark is that he's not a typical car salesmen. He treated me like a personal friend, with a genuine approach, style and good sense of humor, which made me feel like I was welcome and in control of the situation (this is important to me). I was able to speak plainly, honestly, and aggressively with Mark and I felt that he was on par with the business discussion. He didn't wimp out every two minutes and go pretend to speak with his manager (I would have left). We spoke honestly and made a deal that, even many months later, I continue to be happy with, and I respect and appreciate him for it.I also want to give a shout to my Service Manager, Hans Dinse. Hans is willing to listen, investigate even minor issues and he always provides an honest assessment of my service requests. I look forward to working with Hans in the future.Thanks Niello!

I was out of town on business when the phone rang. It was my wife, and she had called to say she was in a car accident. She had been hit from behind while driving her new Mini Countryman. She was in shock, but escaped the accident with no broken bones (the safety rating is for real). Her Mini was totaled. Just three months earlier we had worked with the best sales team in Northern California, Eddie Ocampo and Alonzo Howard, to purchase a fully loaded Countryman. It was the coolest car!The weeks following the accident were pretty depressing because my wife loved her "Maxi-Mini" and we couldn't find anything like it. If you're a Mini owner you know that there are a zillion different ways to customize a car, and, like a fingerprint, no two cars are alike. Unbeknownst to my wife I had reached out to Eddie for help. About a week later Eddie sent me an email saying, "You're not going to believe it but I found your car!" Last night we purchased our second Countryman from the best sales team in NorCal. ...And when my wife opened the door to her new Maxi-Mini there was a little stuffed bulldog to greet her. We just leased our second Mini from Niello and Mark Schutten. We went back to see Mark, of course, because we enjoyed working with him so much the first time. Plus, he took the time to follow up with us as we got closer to the end of our lease. Mark has a great vibe. He's professional, but funny and easy going, very attentive, but not over powering, extremely knowledgable and patient answering all my questions. As for Niello Mini (and BMW), they are fantastic to work with. Top of the line customer service, and what appears to be a bunch of very happy employees, which in turn makes happy customers. It's a fun place to be. Now that they've ruined me for all other cars, I'll definitely be back for my next Mini! And I'm sure I'll bring the bagels, again, to thank the crew for another great experience.

I bought my first MINI this past weekend and the experience couldn't have been better. One thing that I really appreciated was that I was not hounded by the salesmen when I first arrived. I was able to look around and explore the cars on the lot without the pressure from a salesman looking over my shoulder. Once I went into the building, I met Creed who was the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. He explained all of the features on the car that I was interested in and was very knowledgeable in responding to any questions I had. He made the experience of purchasing a new car less stressful than I had anticipated. Once I began the financing process I dealt with Craig. He moved through the process quickly but made sure to answer any question I had so that I had a clear understanding of everything before we were done. I think the best part about the whole process was that I was listened to. I wasn't pressured to purchase anything that I wasn't comfortable with. This is the most professional car dealership that I have dealt with, plus, they had the best deal in my area.

Recently bought my first brand new car.. a mini! I worked with both Eddie and Kevin and they were both super knowledgeable and helpful. I know everyone dreads buying a new car but this place made it a surprisingly pleasant experience.. They even provided snacks :). I just relocated from NC to CA, and decided to visit Niello to possibly trade in my 2012 Coupe and lease a new Roadster. My expectations were not very high in accomplishing this, but those expectations were wrong. The dealership is pristine in all regards... Customer service, allaying all tension, lack of pressure sales tactics, and, of course cleanliness. Niello believes and delivers transparency, from pricing and negotiating, to open-window service, and I cannot say enough about Kevin Powell and his courtesy, integrity and genuineness. I'm in my third Mini now, and Niello far surpassed my previous experiences. Because they are so stellar, they now have a customer for life.

Kevin was ABSOLUTELY Awesome to work with! My anxiety of working with a pushy dealer went away within a minute of interacting with Kevin Powell. Both he and Kristin Long were great to work with. My wife and I bought our car a week ago and are in love with it. The only thing I wish could of been better was the amount of time it took for the transaction to complete. We showed up at 10:30am and left with our new car at 2pm. I thought that paying with cash would of expedited the process. However, we did have a trade-in. Overall, I would them again.

Having never even sat in a MINI, I was THAT customer who was interested, but came with a lot of questions and worse, a lot of uncertainties. My initial contact with Creed via the internet was helpful, as he was quick to respond. However, the in-person experience with Kevin Powell was outstanding. He was patient and answered each of my questions, he walked around the lot showing me cars as I went back and forth on what type of MINI would best suit my needs (okay,. . . .my wants) during the hottest part of the day. We test drove two different cars, and we even took the convertible out twice! (Top up and top down, just to be sure!) He was professional but mostly he was kind and that made the scary experience of purchasing a car after 12 years, much better.

I found the car I had been looking for online. Niello MINI had some 30 pictures available. Creed and Kevin were both very helpful. I rode the train some 700 miles to Sacramento, and Kevin picked me up at the station at 7 AM! Everyone at the dealership were/are very nice. They are giving me good follow up on agreed terms/accessories for the car. I highly recommend this dealership.

My husband and I dropped in to browse and met an awesome group of guys! Kevin Powell was our sales associate and is now our friend. Buying from Mark Schutten at Niello Mini was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. He is incredibly straightforward and there was absolutely no pressure. I walked into the dealership after being in touch with Kevin Powell for a few weeks. I had done my research and went in knowing what year and model I wanted. I was a little nervous after not being in the car buying market for 11 years and remembering the THAT experience (not so great). I was totally blown away on how friendly and positive THIS experience was with Kevin and finance guy, Craig. Kevin was so accommodating, patient, and wanted to make sure that I was happy with my choice. He made it fun and happy, not stressful or negative in any way. He even took me shopping for a gift and gave me a DVD, The Italian Job featuring (of course), MINI COOPERS. Kevin helped me settle into an affordable monthly payment with a rate I could live with. Craig was extremely friendly and helpful as well. The process was painless and I wish I lived closer to Niello MINI just to be able to visit them and utilize their beautiful facility. I have never seen a cleaner service area! This dealership and staff are so different from any other dealership I have ever worked with. They are special and I recommend them to everyone I meet! By the way, I LOVE my 2014 MINI Hardtop!!

Kevin is more like a friend who you can trust to help you make the best decision for your needs and wants. He's there to offer expert advice and to think outside of the box. I contacted him through the internet, hoping to get a Mini Cooper. I had recently purchased a small antique trailer and thought it would look adorable being towed by a Mini. Not enough tow capacity says Kevin. BUT...he kindly directed me towards a used Subaru that I bought and could not be happier with. I did the research and got all the numbers I needed to make a smart decisions, in writing in an email. When I said I wanted to test drive over to a mechanic, Mark didn't even blink. While at the mechanic at another dealership, every mechanic who asked why I was there said he had either bought a great car from Niello Mini or that they only sell great cars. Initially, I visited Niello MINI Jan 2014, but was hesitant of buying at the time. My sales guy Mark Schutten was very intuitive and understood I was not yet ready. With that said, he did not brush me off. We spent the next few hours test driving and discussing different finance options. Over the next 6 months, Mark kept in touch with me every few months to check in. In June 2014 I decided I was finally ready to purchase. Upon my return visit, I received the same great sales experience. Mark was extremely helpful, reasonable, and legit. My purchase was made with no agressive sales tactics, it was completely stress free. I have to give props to his sales manager Alonzo Howard, from my understanding the sale would not have gone through without his support. After many years with poor credit, I expected to rebuild my credit with a small unknown dealership or with "special" financing. I would never had imagined purchasing my car from a "brand" dealership let alone get an awesome rate! The proposed deal included a 5.9 APR which I thought was impossible to get approved with my 564 credit, but it went through! The process was seamless, I filled out practically no paperwork, and was not required to give them any type of verification or references. I've never been one to purchase all the extra warranties but the Maintenance Package could not be beat, it cost a 1/3 of the normal cost and including this package in the finance brought my APR down to 3.4%, what?!? The FNI guy Craig Kersey was awesome in understanding our financial needs. The one negative thing I have to say is... the next day we received a call from the Craige Kersey. He said he found a rebate that we qualified for and would take some money off our final loan amount so we had to come back into the dealership to sign the loan documents again. That sucked that we had to sign everything over again.... NOT. I cannot believe a dealership let us off the lot and then called us back in to give us a discount! This speaks so much to the quality of this dealership and the legitimacy of their customer service. Great service, seamless process. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I cross paths with!

Went to Niello MINI to look for a Countryman for my wife. Kevin came out to the lot, introduced himself, said they were low-pressure, gave me his card, and said he would be inside if I had any questions. I smiled to myself, and instantly knew this was my kind of dealership. I found a car I thought my wife would like, so went home and picked her up. We returned to Niello, but Kevin was with another customer. We were introduced to Chris who took us for a test drive, and answered all our questions. I found the car online I wanted , sent over my preapproval packet from my lender along with all info in advance. They had a very nice courtesy shuttle come out and pick me up at work in Natomas. I had been very clear that I did not want to haggle I did not want to be at the dealer ship for hours , as I was the night before at Acura in Roseville, they had the car I wanted gassed up and ready for the test drive , the paper work was already done, I was in and out with my used car in less the an hour. What makes this such an amazing experience is I have really bad credit and I am used to never getting the car I want and waiting for hours. It was a great pleasure working with the team at Niello Mini (Sacramento). I made initial contact with a Motoring Advisor via their website. I filled out my financing application online, in fact most of this deal occurred either via the internet or telephone. I live 5 hours from Sacramento and my time away from my job was limited. Kevin Powell was very accommodating & understanding of this fact. Once the financing application was approved. Kevin set me up with Craig Kersey, the Finance Manager. Craig was helpful, making sure that my deal was right for me.I made the trip to Sacramento to pick up my new 2014 Mini Cooper S Countryman. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by the General Manager. The dealership is brand new and I was given the grand tour, not to mention one of their fabulous lattes. I was then setup with Alonzo Howard, the Sales Manger who completed the financing paperwork. I have purchased many cars before and I must say that this was the best experience I have ever had. It took approximately 30-40 minutes to finish paperwork; that's it. I didn't have to be at the dealership all day. I am allergic to auto dealerships and never write reviews of any kind. Seriously heard a lady today say she could actually hang out here. Mini is on a whole new level and Niello in particular. I suppose it helps that their cars sell themselves, but employees all having a good time, engaged, genuine, no pressure, yet STILLL getting their work done. Go figure. We bought our new Mini about a year ago from a dynamite salesman Chris Padilla. My wife has been back a couple of times for routine service but has not run into Chris. Today we went back again for oil change etc, and Chris remembered us immediately. Hard to believe. We struck up conversation straight away. Half the time it had nothing to do with cars, but life, family, general interests. It was not about the pursuit of another sale today, he knew we were not buying a car he just couldn't restrain himself about some of the new models. Totally enthusiastic. A good sales tactic???...probably in part, but he, and in fact the whole sales staff are just amped up about all the techy stuff, gadgets, styles, performance etc. A lot of fun being there today. By creating a unique culture of total auto enthusiasts, Niello has set the bar high. All of this would be of no value if the product didn't work... We had a great experience at Niello with Chris Padilla that exceeded all of our expectations. Chris was easygoing, friendly, and knowledgeable, and we never once felt pressured in any way. I first went to Niello Mini for some work on our current car. The dealership was great! They not only found the problem and fixed it at the minimum cost, they also fixed two campaigns (recalls) in a very short amount of time. We decided to go back to buy another car, and I worked with Mark Shutten. He was a great rep who never put pressure on us to buy a car. Great car buying experience! Dealership is brand new so obviously it was very nice, clean and neat. The staff was amazing. Buying a MINI is not like buying any other vehicle. It was stress and anxiety free. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is FUN. Our salesman was Chris Padilla and there was no pressure to buy/lease. They truly bring a fresh feel to buying a car. We were allowed to test drive any car we wanted and Chris did not try and talk us into the most expensive car they had. He listened to what we wanted and pointed us in that direction. We met the Sales Manager Jared and again we were blown away with the relaxing feel that everyone including the Sales Manager had. It felt as though we had known them for a long time and we were buying a car from friends. My wife and I traded our car in and bought a Countryman S all4. We forgot the spare key to our old car and brought it in the following day. As soon as we walked in the door the next day everyone we had met the day before remembered our names and addressed us by our names. I am big on customer service and to me this shows the MINI family theme that MINI and its parent company BMW have brought to the car business. I would recommend Niello MINI to anyone who is looking to buy a MINI Cooper. I also contacted the Parts Dept. for key rings and rubber floor mats. The parts counterman was very friendly and helpful. Great people, Great dealership, all around great buying experience.

My husband and I were looking for a used, low mileage vehicle with good to great gas mileage. That car turned out to be a Mini Cooper. We were shocked! It was the only vehicle that my husband at 6'4" could fit in and be able to stretch his legs out. We looked at many suv's and no way could he fit comfortably and he definitely could not stretch out his legs. That is when we decided to go to a Mini dealership. As we were going over to Sacramento to a Woodworker's store I decided to look up were one was and I found Niello Mini on Fulton Ave..We drove in, parked our truck and got out. That is when we met Chris Padilla. He was a sweetheart from the beginning. We told him we were looking for a used, low mileage, automatic. Chris showed us all the used automatics he had. He even let me drive one. That was a first for me. I had never driven a Mini before and what fun. Then we got to looking at the manual shifts. As I have driven a manual all my life that was no problem for me. So again, Chris and I went for a ride. Even more fun! When we got back to the dealership Chris gave my husband and me some time to be alone and to think things over. We walked out side and then we decided to look at them all, manual and automatic. We walked over to this green one with a white top and white racing stripes and when I opened the door that was it. The inside was a beautiful creamy gold leather with wood grain trim. I had my husband Dave go and sit inside this Cooper and see how it felt. He fell in love with it too. It was perfect!! We went back inside, sat down and were ready to deal. Chris was so sweet. I told him we were retired and we wanted him to give us his best price out the door. He was so polite and kind that he asked me what would I offer him. WELL, he should not ever ask a woman that. Naturally, I returned my offer way lower than the asking price. I thought it was a good price, at least for us, but he said that we needed to talk a little bit more on that. So we did and finally we came to an agreement thanks to Chris and his manager Dave. They really were great. We even got a little more that originally was asked. That is saying something for a dealership. We have NEVER been treated so nice, ever!!! They even delivered the car to us in Mendocino Co. for a terrific price. THANKS NIELLO MINI and thank you Chris Padilla and your boss Dave. I tell everyone what great service we received and hopefully this it the beginning of a great business friendship. Besides making us comfortable by offering us refreshments, I noticed that anytime anyone asked her to assist in any way, she did so promptly and with a smile. When you asked the question, "would you recommend this dealership?", I wish I could place an exclamation point after the "yes"! My husband, two boys, and I spontaneously decided to visit Niello Mini to look at the cars. We were thinking about buying a little "fun" car for me. Minis were up on the list, although we were concerned they would be too small for our two boys in the back seat.Chris Padilla met us immediately. He was cordial, casual, yet professional. Over the years, my husband and I have had bad experiences in the past with disingenuous sales people. Chris immediately put us at ease. He gave us the freedom to explore all we wanted and was easily accessible with questions. We did a test drive and decided to take the next step in purchase. I was concerned that the lengthy process would be too much for our boys, but the office set the kids up with their big screen TV and their channel of choice. They also set all of us up with water bottles. Chris and manager(?) Jared kept the process smooth, efficient, and positive. The negotiation process and financing paperwork was the fastest and most positive experience we have ever encountered. Even though we were late in arriving and kept everyone well past closing, they never made us feel rushed; especially Chris. He took as much time as was needed to make sure I felt comfortable driving the car off the lot. He genuinely enjoyed showing us all the little "Extras" the Mini has to offer. We left the place wanting to befriend Chris, Jared, and financing guy, Ron. How can you beat that? I am thrilled that not only did I get a car of my dreams, I also get to look forward to visiting this crew again when it's time for service. I know there were plenty of behind the scenes staff that helped move the process along. Thank you Niello Mini team. You have made a loyal customer in us.

Chris Padilla provided excellent customer service, offering me the best deal available on a brand new mini cooper hard top with a sunroof. He was patient in learning what it was I needed/wanted in my next car and figured it all out with me along the way. He even let me test drive one of the cars twice, just so I could feel reassured in my final decision. Chris even threw in a Mini keychain for free, as a gift for making a purchase. He has followed up with me since making the purchase to make sure I am happy with my new car--- which I AM! Thank you so much Chris! I found the whole experience with Niello MINI very pleasant and relatively painless- I say that because I feel it's always somewhat of a painful process buying a new car. Chris Padilla was the salesman that took care of me. He did a wonderful job of explaining everything about the car and the process once I did decide to actually buy the car. He was very patient and wasn't pushy, which was great. He went over everything in and outside of the car before I left to make sure I was comfortable with it. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a MINI to go to Niello MINI.

I was referred to Chris Padilla by a friend who was aware I was interested in purchasing a Mini Cooper. The first time I called Mr. Padilla to set up a meeting time he was kind and friendly. Upon entry to Niello Mini I was treated well by the lady in merchandise sales as she directed me to Mr. Padilla. The environment at Niello Mini was easy-going and assertive. Mr. Padilla was quick to "pin-point" the type of car I was looking for and did not waste my time with sales blah blah blah information. Jared Ivey and Mr. Padilla worked efficiently to produce a deal I was happy to accept. I was at ease in this dealership environment and pleased to meet new business acquaintences/partners that I know will take care of me while I own my Mini Cooper.

Go buy a car from Creed!I did end up spending more than I wanted on a car - but the buying experience was what you would want. Well, what I like anyway - easy, no pressure, no hassle and fair. I had asked for info on the mini GP and Creed responded immediately. The dealership did not have any available and I said "I wasn't interested sight unseen". No pressure or pestering from Creed - he asked if I would want to be contacted if one came in and i could test drive. When the cars came in, i was allowed to take it for a spin even though I wasn't sure about needing a new mini and there was no pressure to make any sort of decision that day or even that week. Creed let me ponder over it on my own time. When it came to negotiating the purchase, again no pressure, fair and reasonable offer, and also got some input and technical info from the resident racer (Hans - whose been my great service advisor for years). It was actually a fun time - both the test drive day and the purchase day. Thanks!

We were very pleased with Marks professionalism and knowledge about the different Mini models. Mark made it easy to negotiate a fair price. No haggling, no delays going to the finance department to see if he could get us the deal we asked for, just simply, we can do it. He did not use high pressure sales tactics nor bring in a sales manager to try and close a deal. These are very annoying tactics used by many other dealers. Mark was a pleasure to work, great sense of humor and made our car buying experience pleasant. When we did return to the dealership to purchase the Mini Cooper Mark gave us a very thorough walk through on the operation of the car and the various features.This is our second experience in purchasing a car from Niello and equally pleasant. We don't remember the finance managers name but he was also a pleasure to work with. He thoroughly explained the various warranty options and provided examples of the cost to repair justifying the option we chose. Though we had no intention of buying an extended warranty we did do so because of his knowledge and comforting tactics.Thank you.

I had a great experience at Niello Mini. Chris Padella was awesome. I had to come back for a little service on my mini and the person I dealt with in Service (I believe it was Cha Vang) was just a complete pleasure. Everything was communicated with me, from Sales to Service, they wanted to insure that I understood everything. It was overall an excellent experience. I would never have expected this whilst buying a car.

If you EVER want to deal with a true professional, you need to visit with Mark Schutten at Niello MINI. Mark is not your average salesman (no disrespect to the average salesman out there....statistically someone has to be average or there would be no poor or high performers). Mark is a true professional. Mark is courteous, respectful, professional and has very quickly become a friend to me. I came into the dealership after first making phone contact with Dominic (excellent as well). I just wanted to touch bases and see what vehicles were available and what they would give me for my trade in. Mark really went to bat for me and got me the deal I wanted....in return, I got a new MINI and a new friend. I thought this would be the end of my car buying experience....BUT NO, it got better. While Mark was having the vehicle washed and filled with gas (Seriously cool of him), I met with Mia in financing (another great person). We chatted a little about add on options (Again, seriously....she is not pushy) and settled on what I wanted. BING-BAM-BOOM, I drove off the lot with a BIG smile on my face. Did I mention that all of this happened in less than an hour and after 6PM?I would not hesitate to send my friends, mother, grandmother or your grandmother to Niello to purchase a car. I would however ask that you ask for Mark because I know for sure he will treat you and your closest friends or relatives professionally at all times.

Cha Vang is our service advisor at Niello Mini and he is ABSOLUTELY the best. He truly has the customers best interest at heart and uses common sense to resolve any service issues or conflicts we had with servicing our Mini Clubman S. .... And here is the best part ... we bought the car used from another Mini dealer, and Niello still treated us like we were a very special customer. Hans is the service manager and he also took GREAT care of us. I feel like we have a relationship with Niello Mini and that relationship is valued.YES 5 stars - Buy a car from the Niello !!! and even if you did not buy the car from them ... take it in for service and get real, honest, common sense customer care.Thanks Cha and Hans ... My wife and I got the whole deal done, including F&I, in less than three hours - to test drive and finally decide to buy a new Mini All4. We had done a little pricing homework on line and the negotiation was reasonable and courteous. Our salesman was named Creed... and he did a good job all across the board. He even gave me a couple tips on how to fix the settings on my 2009 BMW which I had purchased at a competitor a few weeks before. nice touch of class there. And in the F&I pit, they really distinguished themselves. I would almost rather keep driving a clunker instead of sit in that F&I pit for those hard sell pitches ... but this guy, Ron, was all class.I'm actually not totally into Mini's but I might buy a new BMW (sister dealer next door) from Creed someday if they'll let him do it. But my wife loves her new Mini and we both were amazed when it was over... how fast we got in & out.

Went to this dealer a few weeks ago looking to buy a used mini. I saw one online and went in to take a look at it. I had cash in hand, although I am only 19. I was approached by a salesman and chatted him up about the car and other stuff, what I was looking for, why, etc. I explained to him I had the money, and would be buying a mini by Friday (it was a wednesday afternoon). He didn't seem very interested but I stayed and kept asking about the car, its options, etc. He took me inside and printed out the ad, and the carfax for it along with his card. He handed it to me, shook my hand and said have a nice day and walked away. All of this happening in probably less than 5 total minutes after I entered the property. I could not believe it. $20,000 in hand and he completely blew me off. I promptly turned around, took another quick look at the car and when I went to leave he was greeting another customer. Absolutely unbelievable, I explained to him in the next week I was buying a mini, and he said have a nice day and moved on. I will NEVER be returning to this dealership, and will NEVER recommend anyone else to this dealership in the future. I found a used one at Concord Acura and was driving my mini saturday morning.

Our experience at niello WAS GREAT! Very polite and professional atmosphere! NOT PUSHY AT ALL ! Descent inventory to choose from.Facility very pleasing and clean! If you are looking for a good deal be ready to ask the important questions! Rowland,Todd etc were VERY impressive in both product knowledge as well as their demeanor!! Niello was able to make our buying experience one that we wont soon forget!!! They totally put the wow factor in our purchase! They even managed to blow us away with the finance rate! Rowland is a pro! he took all the time necessary to show my wife how to sync up the bluetooth and o so much more.I have been in the automotive field for over 25 years,dealerships etc.I only wish that others would take notes on how these guys work! I will definately recommend niello to EVERYONE that i know! I came in expecting to have to make some sort of compromise to buy a used mini, HOWEVER we are now proud owners of a 2012 coopers s. We called ahead to the dealership when we saw the Mini we wanted in inventory. Eric had the car prepped and waiting for us when we arrived. Test drove it and loved it! Low pressure purchase. All parties involved (including Todd English) were professional and acted accordingly.Eric made sure we totally understood the workings of our Countryman before we drove away. Walked through the showroom and "host" was too busy on computer to acknowledge me and the one salesman was with another customer. So I went to the parking lot, in/out of cars for 30 mins, still no help. So went back inside to grab brochures, "host" still playing on computer. I called the GM of the dealership who promptly called me back and was very nice and invited us back in. We went back to give them a second chance. While the GM was very nice, the head of the MINI sales was a bit of a slime. He met us when we went back, never apologized, took a phone call in the middle of our conversation, and then dropped a comment about our calling the GM. He obviously was not happy about that. He had his salesman help us out because as we began to ask questions it was very apparent he DIDN'T know about MINI's!!!!! Andrew, the salesman, who ended up helping us that day was very knowledgeable, personable, and was able to answer our questions. Unfortunately for them, Andrew's efforts aside, it was already too late. It just goes to show you, in a sales industry, one bad experience can spoil ever wanting to return. And we were ready to buy on the spot. We bought our MINI from another dealership nearby 2 days later.

Absolutely first class care and attention from Wade when we bought our Mini in June of 2006. He always kept us up to date, and answered all of our questions. The other sales people were quite nice, and easy to talk to.The service department has been very attentive also, and we've been treated extremely well by them.
