The folks at the dealership always make me feel like family. They know my name and are always smiling and happy - even when I see that they are extremely busy! Chuck has been taking care of my Volvo for years and always treats the car and me like we are his top concern! I'm so glad to have these people to make sure I'm safe when I'm driving my Volvo!

As usual the work at Niello Volvo was done on time, on budget, and with my car returned to me looking and driving better than when I dropped it off. I was kept informed as to the progress of the service along the way, and when it needed an additional maintenance repair discovered during the regular service, it was completed as approved by me during the same time and at a fair price.

After my car was totaled in July my husband and I Were having a hard time finding a good replacement. After looking for a few weeks we narrowed down our search . We found an on line add for the 2010 Vollkswagon Passot at Niello Volvo of Sacramento. Since we knew what we were looking for we found the car right away. Paul Patillo was great, from the test drive to driving away with our new gently used Passot it took no time at all. We were able to get financing at a fair rate . They washed and detailed the car so when we drove off it looked great! Paul followed up with us to make sure we were happy with our purchase . I will recommend Niello Volvo to my friends and family when they are looking to purchase a car.

My wife and I purchased a new 2016 Volvo XC60 from Niello Volvo two days ago. We bought our first Volvo in 1986 from Turner Volvo (which subsequently was acquired by Niello) and over the years have purchased other Volvos. Since 1986, we have had all service on our cars done at Turner/Niello. Our services have always been completed satisfactorily and fairly. Chuck Houston, our service adviser at Niello, is exceptional and honest. We trust him without question. On our recent Volvo purchase, we worked with Paul Pattillo and T.J. Upton in negotiating an excellent deal. They were straightforward and accommodating at each step of the negotiation process. We especially appreciated their integrity. We are very pleased with how Paul and T.J. worked with us. Once we reached agreement, Dan in the Finance Department smoothly handled the final paperwork. I rarely write reviews of products or services, but I do read reviews that others post. I think it's important to share my experience about Niello as one more opinion about their operation. I trust them without hesitation and will continue taking my business to Niello Volvo.

Great customer service. My salesman Paul Pattillo was nothing but professional, give him a call he will get you a good deal. The entire staff was first class. I would definately purchase there again.

I really wanted to buy this car, but since it was used I wanted a mechanic to look at it, even though I was told there was nothing wrong with the car. I had the dealer drive the car to a mechanic and the mechanic called me back a few hours later and told me that the car had rust on the undercarriage, the steering wheel made noise when making turns and there was oil moisture under the car. I was told that the vehicle goes through a thorough inspection before putting it out on the lot. Well they missed a few things.
