Alvin Blount was fantastic to deal with. I had been searching for about 4 weeks for a car to replace my defective VW diesel. He was by far the most knowledable and decent person to deal with. I have to give Tony Fazel a 5 star rating. My fiance & I came in to buy a Jeep Cherokee, and knew specifically what we wanted. Tony spent over a course of 3 days with us, making sure we got everything we wanted and then some! He was so accommodating & helpful and most importantly I felt like he put us first...not distracted or trying to push us off on someone else. I knew the truck I wanted when I arrived and Russ Aldridge had been recommended to me. Russ did not try to steer me to something else. He quickly located the truck and we got a test drive in. I made an inquiry about 2 months ahead of my purchase. I was concerned about doing this as I did not want my phone to blow up afterwards. That did not happen. Nimnicht reps called me according to my timeframe and were always courteous, never pressuring me to buy now. On one call the sales rep said they were having a sale on the vehicle I wanted. I was happy to get this call, visited the dealership and made a purchase even to my own surprise. I am super happy with my new Encore Sport Touring and feel great about my experience with everyone at Nimnicht. Scott "Bama" Shannon at the Phillips Hwy Nimnicht Dealership! Probably one of the best salesperson I have ever worked with. This is coming from a veteran who has been stationed across the US. He's honest and he gets the job done. Back in April we purchased a Terrain. We went in at about 1:00 and about 3 or 4 hours later after finding and test driving the Terrain we were driving it home. Fast forward 5 months later. I got on Nimnicht's website. I picked out another vehicle I was interested in, I emailed the information to Scott and about an hour later he contacted me asking me what time I wanted to come in and pick up the car I had selected. I arrived at 4:00 and within 30 minutes I was in the finance office signing for a new car. Nimnicht is a no "BS" dealership! If you want to be impressed see Scott and tell him you saw my review!

I went into this dealership on two different occasions. The first one was back in July and I was looking at a used Tahoe. I dealt with John. I was very specific that if the numbers didn't look right, I didn't want to waste anyone's time. I DO NOT need a new car, I was just being spoiled. Anyway, he came back with numbers I did not like. Instead of giving my keys back when I asked, he sent over a manager who refused to give my keys back until I had to get rude. About a month later John contacted me via text regarding a used Tahoe that had just been traded in. I agreed to come look at it. This time the numbers were better so I let them run my credit, I was VERY specific as to only run it through two banks. I mentioned it SEVERAL times. It was very clear between us that they would only run it through two banks. The deal never happened, and now close to a month later I am still receiving letters from banks. I have received 5 so far! This has put more inquiries on my credit than I asked for and this dealership will never receive my business nor a good review to anyone that wants to go there. It was a very simple request that was made and if they are not able to handle that, I am wondering how the service would have been if I had purchased. This dealership can not be trusted

bought a car from Tony Fazel with an awesome price, find the car I wanted, took it on a nice ride salesman asked me if I like it and will I take it home, I said if the price is right I will buy but don't want to be tricked or ripped off, Tony funny guy said you are in luck because "if I am not your salesman you probably pay too much" took a little negotiating and some firmness but at end he came true, by the time I got through finance office my car was parked outside washed and clean ready to go, loved the way I was handled and what a nice looking dealership.will do business again and will recommend to my family and friends.

Damaged Wheels with soap?? $4,000 worth of wheels down the drain!! The service department is the worst! After saying my truck was ready, upon inspection, they had not done the work, back of seat was broken, on my new truck, and falling off. Then they washed my truck as part of their policy and when I picked it up I noticed some water stains, I thought, on my wheels. When I got home, it was not water stains but apparently the soap or wheel cleaner etched and ruined my wheels. I called, went back up there the very next morning and they said, sorry. I called Mr Nimnicht III himself, he said too bad and hung up. Now I have to sue!! Any one else have damage from the cleaners they use???

My wife and I stopped in to Nimnicht Buick/GMC on 07/14/2016 to shop for a new car for my wife. We initially were interested in a used GMC Terrain but were unable to find one that fit our needs. Our salesman Ray Carter was very patient with us and made recommendations on similar vehicles for us to consider. Ray wasn't pushy at all and was very courteous. He showed us 4-5 other SUV's that they had on the lot and my wife ended up falling in love with a Certified Preowned 2015 Chevrolet Equinox LT. The customer service that we got at Nimnicht Buick/GMC was superb and we were pleased with our buying experience and our new vehicle! We also worked with the Sales Manager Jason Basalay who sat down with us when we had some confusion about our sales contract and he explained everything to us and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy customers! After getting in a terrible car accident and totalling my 2015 Encore, I had just a few days left in a rental and needed to get something else quickly. It was no debate that I wanted another Encore after rescue stated how lucky I was and that the Encore held up very well in the accident. What a joke! Found a used car they advertised online, and we called ahead to make sure they still had the car available before we drove AN HOUR to come look at it. Tessa told us they still had the car available, and she even confirmed it with her manager, James. We got there a few hours after the call, and the sales guy tells us that they sold the car last week. The manager and sales woman wouldn't even come out to talk to us personally when we got there. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time.

First off I hate dealerships because you always feel like youre being hustled in some way or another. But this visit was very different. The salesman Alvin Blount was very personable and rather than just assuming that I wanted him to smother us he politely asked if we minded him assisting us or would we rather browse on our own. I loved that approach! The cost of the vehicle was priced to sell and they were willing still to accommodate additional request as the manager on duty reassured us he would do all in his power to help us stay within our budget and he delivered! I unfortunately forgot his name. He was introduced as "my friend named........" by Alvin but his name fails me. Good afternoon. I've always wanted to write a review on my experience at Nimnicht Buick GMC off Phillips Hwy in Jacksonville and thought Dealer Rater might be good avenue. I wanted to take a moment and forward a note of gratitude to Mr. Russell Aldridge. Over the last 55 yrs of vehicle ownership, I think it's safe to say I've purchased my fair share of automobiles, motorcycles, and boats for myself, my wife, and my children. To add, as a military service member, I have also visited a litany of dealerships over the years in CONUS & Hawaii and the one thing they all had in common... a salesperson trying to sell me a vehicle. Once the transaction was over, I very rarely heard back - with true sincerity at least. Actually the calls that were made appeared to be standard rehearsed protocol. However, it wasn't until I met Mr. Russell Aldridge at Nimnicht Buick GMC. Mr. Aldridge (Russ) is the kind of guy you just can't help but like. Not only does he know the product, he is a pleasure to talk with. To shorten a somewhat lengthy story, over the years... Mr. Aldridge along with a couple others (Jay, & mechanic JC) were the only guys that always seemed to remember my name regardless of time span; have always come over and greeted me whether I was interested in a new/used vehicle or just having my vehicle serviced. To this day, Russ has remained in contact with me for a better part of nearly 10yrs, still invites me to car sales events including ones in Fleming Island, calls with holiday greetings, or just calls to say hello & ask about the family! He is the only (sales)person that I have ever remained in touch with and can honestly say that we have become friends since the purchase of my 2006 H3 and the servicing of my 2008 H2 Hummer. He is by far, one thee best genuinely caring individuals that Ive met in the car sales business and I believe Nimnicht is extremely fortunate to have someone like Mr. Russ Aldridge representing the car sales business and Nimnicht name and hope that in some way these comments help him and his family with bonus, recognition, or promotion. I was shopping for a brand-new GMC comparing with Toyota Ford etc., my sales person Alvin Blunt was extremely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. It only took me 45 minutes to test drive a vehicle And Alvin doing a full walk around from front to back, I have never had that much input from a sales person before it was very refreshing. The GMC I drove was unbelievable it was by far the best truck on the market the only thing which Alvin had nothing to do with is the price & the payment it was $100 more per month than the Toyota with comparable features but thank you for the staff & management for being very thorough and professional and extremely fast! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to make a purchase on a new or preowned vehicle.

Scott Shannon is, hands down, the VERY BEST in the business! I've never had such a delightful experience purchasing a vehicle as I have with him. This guy truly cares more about the quality of his relationships than the quantity of his sales! Once we chose our vehicle, he took care of everything else until signing time. There was no need for haggling over a price as he was already so in tune with others and it allowed him to offer us the best price right from the start! I found the car on cars.com and contacted the dealer. We came to a mutual agreement on price for my trade. Knowing that I would be driving 6 hours to possibly purchase, I wanted the best price I could get so I would not have to negotiate when I arrived at the dealer. Eric really came through on the trade and even though he was not there when we arrived, Keith really took excellent care of us in the test drive, paperwork, and final walk around. When we left the dealership around 9:30PM Saturday, under better light, we found an issue with the pinstriping. I contacted the dealership Monday morning to discuss this issue and they are completely taking care of the entire issue since it is not feasible for me to take the car back to their dealership 6 hours away. They have my local dealer setup to replace the pinstriping at no cost to me. That makes for a good dealer who cares for their customers even after they leave.

everything was fine. salesman very helpful, and demonstrated all new features that were included. a problem came up calculating sales tax. amount was on value before discount was applied. this would increase my tax by $360, quite a sum. I didn't like the lack of explanation for item for $999.95 and $595 I do not like a fee applied, and told everyone does it. Other aftermarkets sounds like something a salesman would add for profit, as well as "predelivery service charge" I was told the error on the sales tax calc would be corrected, but after checking the total charge to finance, it was still there. both of us are in our eighties, but you were too quick for us. At least, I know I will never have to buy another car.

My uncle was a doctor at NAS Jacksonville in 1940-45. He was telling me about the time he went down and bought the last Chevy Convertible in 41. He said the service was great and that Bill Nimnicht was there to give him the keys. Every since my uncle first new car from Nimnicht my family has been bying cars there for 73 years. Joanne saved the day! Driving home from my son's doctor's appointment, I noticed my rear tire pressure was suddenly extremely low. Being 9 months pregnant with a sick 1-year old in tow, the last thing I wanted to deal with was being stranded. I happened to be right by the dealership so I took a chance that they would be able to help. Frantic, I pulled in and Joanne, my regular service advisor, jumped to helped me right away. Although she looked to be having a pretty hectic day herself, she stopped what she was doing and immediately helped me. Not only did they have the tire in-stock, but they were also able to change my oil as well- all in about an hour. I couldn't be more grateful of the help and care she gave. I was very stressed out and on the verge of tears and she calmed me down right away. Not only did she remedy my troubled tire, but she was also able to help me with one of my "to-do" list items (oil-change) that I needed to handle before my 3rd child arrives next week! Thanks Joanne! I first dealt with an awesome female over the phone scheduling my service appointment & rescheduling a few times before arriving at Nimnicht. Sorry, I can't remember her name; but, she was very cheerful & thorough. Upon arrival, Mario in service took care of me. He was very professional & courteous. Unfortunately, I was under the impression that my repair would be covered through my "extended warranty" bought outside GMC, only to discover it wasnt. So, I couldn't afford the repair out - of - pocket that day. Nonetheless, Mario was emphatic & didn't try to make me feel bad or pressure me in any way. Thank you Mario & everyone at Nimnicht. 2 thumbs up :) The only thing i didn't like was their waiting area had tvs in each corner on different channels. Couldn't hear theone i was wat ching except the one over my head-- no matter where I sat.

I took my car in to have an ignition recall done and chose Nimnicht because it was the closet dealership to my house that could perform the required work. Though I had some frustrations the day of the recall work, my real frustration came afterwards.The day right after the recall work, my car start intermittently acting funny at start-up. Since I just had it in for the ignition recall work, I called to inquire about bringing the car back in. Natasha didn't hesitate to schedule the appointment initially, but then called back a short time later and explained that only the keys were altered and she did not believe there was a correlation between the current issue and the work done. She further explained the variations of the work that was required of the vehicles that fell in this recall based on the VIN number. I explained that was not my understanding of what was to be done, but I understood her explanation but still was concerned about what I was experiencing and that I thought it was way too coincidental that the issue started right after the work. She continued to argue that the only thing done to the car was with the keys and the car wasn't even touched. Where I reiterated that I understood what she was communicating because she continued to repeat it to me, I did not feel as though she was hearing my concern and was just wanting them to look at my car. I was then told she firmly believes it is just a coincidence and that my car is old and those things happen. She was never what I would necessarily consider rude, but she was so argumentative and insistent that there is no way they could have caused the issue I finally just stated that I did not feel she was hearing my concern and that I was done with the conversation. The unwillingness on her part to hear or do anything about my concern was very frustrating and upsetting. So much so that I ended up writing a review about my experience. Once I submitted the review, I pretty quickly received a call from Mr. Scott Baker who explained he had seen the feedback and wanted to understand what had occurred. I explained to him my frustrations about my conversation with Natasha and my concerns. I would of somewhat understand her response if I had been yelling, insistent that they were to blame or demanding they fix whatever issue, but that was not the case. I simply wanted my car looked at and I did not think it was unreasonable to make a correlation and have concerns. He seemed to understand and asked if I would be willing to keep the appointment for them to complete a diagnostic. At first I was hesitant, but agreed. When I took it back in my experience was much better. The gentleman that checked me in that morning asked a lot of questions to understand what my car was doing. When I picked up the car later they explained what was done and that they could not replicate the issue nor did they find any sort of issue. It was suggested to consider having my spark plugs replaced as they are the originals, but it was made clear it was a just a suggestion. Before I left, I was able to touch base with Mr. Baker in person just to ensure everything was addressed this time around.Though I had frustrations from my experience, I am very appreciative that Mr. Baker followed-up with me quickly, acknowledged my concerns and that it was not handled well on their part, offered the diagnostic to assist in determining a cause and then making the face to face connection. He did not make any excuses and addressed the concern on both sides which went a very long way in improving my overall experience and perception of Nimnicht Buick GMC. His response indicates to me that Nimnicht does care about the experience people have with the dealership and that customer service is important to their operation. Though I hope no one has a frustrating or negative experience, I feel good in saying if the concern is raised to someone Nimnicht will address the concern in a fair manner.

When Preston contacted me and said they could work a deal, I immediately said that I did not want to drive all the way over there, waste my time and my gas. He spoke to his manager and said he was sure that he could get me the deal that I wanted. After driving over, I got the same old runaround, not enough money for my 2013 truck and too much for a new one, even after I had given all pertinent info to Preston and his manager. Once again a dealer lied to a customer and tried to satisfy his own goals at the expense of a customer. This Is the second time this has happened and I will never darken the doors of this dealership again. Even if the upper management was unaware of what Preston was doing, don't you think there is a problem with the processes there. Ultimately, upper management is responsible for their actons.

Took my car in because the tire company down the street sold me some very expensive Michelin tires (80,000 mile warranty) and then neglected to tell me that they don't even have an alignment machine. So after 25,000 miles I had to start replacing tires. Nimnicht quickly aligned all 4 wheel locations and vehicle is completely smooth and vibration free. Why would anyone buy tires anywhere else but Nimnicht? They have a tire match guarantee and ASE certified techinicians and state of the art technology. They also were very inexpensive with the alignment charge. I learned my lesson, hope this post saves other people time and money as well!

I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone, rich or poor. I had three appointments with three different people that never showed. The last visit was the worst because I had an appointment to bring in my down payment for a car that I picked out and was promised to me. I bust my butt to get to them not only to find that the person I was scheduled to meet had gone home, but that they had also sold the car. Not even a courtesy call was given to me to save me the trip. The woman answering the phone is absolutely useless because when I had the second appointment that I only agreed to because they swore to me that my experience would be different, I called to let her know I was on the way and who I was coming to see. I got to my appointment right on time only for her to tell me that the person never came in and was in the hospital. You knew that when I called and said I was on the way, why would you waste my time?!! Then the person I did speak with showed me a car, ran my information and basically promised me the vehicle, he was just waiting on my down payment which he was informed will be there that Wednesday. I called again to let them know that I was in route with my payment that Wednesday. This same useless woman answered the phone and again did not let me know that he person I was coming to see was not there. WHY ARE YOU ANSWERING THE PHONE? YOU KNOW NOTHING!!! I know Im not wealthy like most of their clients on that side of town, but my money is good money, its hard working money. Its not borrowed its earned and I am owed the same decency and common courtesy and the rest of the clients or else stop calling me and asking me to come see you when you have no intentions of doing business because my money isnt good enough. I am looking to buy a car, but it will NEVER be from this company. They are deplorable.

My goal was to replace the standard mirrors on my much loved 2014 Sierra 1500 All Terrain with the extendable tow mirrors from the 3/4 ton series, as most of my driving is towing a 25' long, 8'6" wide travel trailer. As various forums will confirm, there has been much interest, confusion and frustration in getting the extendable tow mirrors for the upgraded 2014 Sierras.I began this mission by walking into Nimnicht GMC Parts, Jacksonville, FL, and chatting with Jason, who's the hero of this story. You expect a good parts person to know how to research the right part, then get it delivered. Jason initially did that, his job. When I brought the truck in, he went above and beyond expectations, independently verifying what was available, what would fit, which options had power, etc. He evaluated power vs non power, 2014 vs 2015 (the 3/4 tons were upgraded for 2015). Then he personally coordinated with the technician, checking mounting stud patterns against my partially dissembled door. During all of this, he kept me informed. I'm confident that a parts specialist who only did his job, stopping at the first possible match, would have left us all in frustration.Parts folks usually work the behind the scenes in a service environment. Jason took the initiative to thoroughly investigate a situation that I from forum research was quite confusing.

Our experience was laid back and we felt like we were part of the family. We had an amazing experience at this dealership. This is the 5 GMC we owned and we had a horrible experience at a different local dealership in the jacksonville area where we back out of that deal and came back to this dealership after a simple phone call from Jason B. He brought me right in after I told him what we went through and immediately starting looking up where they could bring in a car from that would fit our needs. We ended up buying an even higher price truck after it was all said and done. Kyle was the saleman but was unable to do any of the leg work due to us changing from the original car we were going to purchase, just because he was on his days off. Charlie took over and actually did the leg work to sell us a higher priced vehicle! We were very please and purchased what we wanted! Trent was the sales manager that we worked with and he was great also! All the way down to the financial part of the deal to sign the paperwork was just such a positive experience! We have since recommend a friend to you that is looking at purchasing a car from this dealership! I also must mention when we first came back to this dealship after Jason B phone call, they were excellent about letting us try the vehicles before we actually purchased one. My experience with Nimnicht since I purchased my used Trailblazer a year ago has been extremely positive. I've been back twice for service (scheduled/preventative) and an oil change and each visit has been great. NIMNICHT BUICK GMC - Extremely disappointed.... I had what I thought should be a warranty problem on my H3 - after 3 conversations w/ my service manager (JC) he assured me that in NO WAY was the problem covered under warranty, and was a bit sarcastic and condescending about the whole situationTHANKFULLY a friend called his service Rep at COGGIN Chevrolet - he took his time to search out my problem, He found the warranty, fixed my H3 and informed me that in May of 2010 Nimnicht covered the same problem under warranty, more than likely torqued the bolts too tight which caused the heads to snap on the manifold in the first place. Need I say - I NO LONGER TRUST nor RECOMMEND NIMNICHT to or for ANYTHING

I give my highest review to Nimnicht because these guys are kind, friendly, fair, and honest, and even after the sale, when it is time for service or repair, they treat my car like it belongs to a dear family member. I am female and know little about cars so I have to trust my dealership, and I certainly do. Through the years, anytime I hear someone mention that they need a car, I always strongly suggest they go to Nimnicht, and tell them why. This last sale, I purchased a used car for my daughter, and I truly feel that they went above and beyond what would normally be done to please me. Normally, I would purchase cars from an individual rather than a dealership because I hate all the pressure they instill upon you however, Dexter Smith made this an AWESOME experience. Wife took the car in at 0730 and told them repeatedly that She would have to leave by 1000 to go to work. They put a reader on the VUE (which does not take more then 5 minutes)pops out a code and you have your problem. They do this for free at auto zone. Nimnicht price $98.12. Then they add shop fees for $3.85? Really its a code reader. It's not like they changed the oil or something dirty. She left at 1000 and the vehicle is no closer to being fixed. *****That's Right 5 Stars! Tina, Ed and Art in the Service Dept. were Awesome! They saved our vacation! We were traveling from IL. in our 2009 Chevy Traverse & were on day 2 of our driving when our check engine light came on. We quickly looked up which dealership was the closest & were blessed to be close to Nimnicht. It is Friday afternoon & they tell us they will try to work us in, which they promptly did & our suv had been running down the road & extremely hot. They worked diligently & kept us up to speed with everything they were doing to get us safely back on the road. We were hoping for bad gas so they did a top engine flush but no luck. Then their service guys Ed & Art put in a plug and wire & fixed our check engine light. This also fixed the misfire that was happening at 65 mph. We had taken it to 2 dealerships at home several times that couldn't fix it. We are so beyond pleased with their expertise and service. Then 2 days later Tina called us to make sure we were ok & our Traverse was still running great. We were treated better than family. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. I found a car I was interested in and called the dealer to ensure that they still had the car in stock. I spoke with a sales representative first thing in the morning and we discussed the specific car and what we were looking for. I called back that afternoon confirming that we would be stopping by the dealership in the early evening to see the car. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by another sales person (extremely incompetent) who told that the sales representative I spoke to was not there and that he would "help" us. He had no idea what we were looking for or their inventory. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT recommend making the drive out there unless you are certain that they have the car you are looking for and make sure you know what sales person will be assisting you prior to arriving!

We were traveling, 2000 miles from home. I had a brand new 2012 Acadia with 3500 miles on it, which stopped dead in traffic. I was able to restart it without difficulty. However, after calling OnStar and them running a check, and knowing that I had to drive over 1000 miles home the next day,I had OnStar connect me to the Nimnicht Dealership. They got me right in on a Friday afternoon to check the car. They were very courteous and kept me posted as to their progress. I really appreciated everything they did. My wife and I had been searching for a low mileage GMC Acadia for a long time and were drawn to Nimnicht Gmc in Jacksonville via the internet because of an unbeatable price on a nearly new Acadia with 28,000 miles on it. After three trips to this dealership looking for a decent used vehicle for family to drive, became interested in a Chevy Malibu. No pressure to test drive or buy on any of the visits. Finally I took Russ out for a test drive. Returned and after ten minutes of the obligitory back and fourth on price, meeting of the minds, deal done.A few more minutes squaring away the legal and autographing paperwork with Scott, the car was waiting out front. Drove it home, brought them a Bank Check the next morning, deal sealed.Since then I've had the opportunity to call Russ on his cell for info on the car, while traveling out of state, and he directed to Love GMC Buick in Columbia, SC adjacent Interstate 26, which I was traveling. I was hooked up at no charge. Turns out Russ was off work, on his own time, and out of town also. Your the man Russ.

I had brought my old Pontiac Bonneville in for an oil change and mentioned to Gene that I had some questions I'd like to ask about the Buick LaCrosse and would like to do that while I was waiting. I had previously told him I was thinking about a new car but was hesitant about the big jump. After he got my Pontiac in for service, he introduced me to James Jones as someone to answer my questions. James took a LONG time with me that day, filling me in with all my answers, and then finding the exact car a couple of states away that fulfilled every option that I wanted on my ideal car.He also spent a few hours with me, explaining how to operate all my new features, when I went back to pick up the car.It was really hard to part with the money, even though I had pretty well convinced myself I was going to buy a LaCrosse, so I think if there were anything I hadn't liked about James, particularly if he'd been "pushy" or didn't seem to have my interests in mind, I wouldn't have bought that day (and wouldn't have gone back to him when I was ready again), so I have to say that James is an excellent salesman - who comes across as an understanding friend... I'm glad Gene knew the kind of salesman I needed, and I look forward to seeing him for maintenance on my new LaCrosse!

I purchased a 2011 GMC from Alan Prevost, he listened to me and help me pick the right truck. He took his time and showed me all the equipment the truck had, When it came time to talk about the cost, he walked me through it all, and made it a very pleasent experience. He showed me the dealership and introduced me to just about everyone there including the cashier, So there wont be a stranger there when I come back for my first free oil change. Lance Martin the desk manager was also very pleasent to deal with, Lance thanked me for coming to the dealership and for purchasing a vehicle from Nimnicht. Fluid level in overflow tank for radiator is almost completely empty of fluid. It has been at this level since day one, so apparently has no leaks. For now, have added small amount of distilled water. Auto apparently did not receive correct servicing before delivery.Sales people were all very knowledgeable and helpful.Glenn Oglesby742-1922

I have purchase several vehicles from them and never had a problem with either sales, or service. The few concerns/problems that i did have were dealt with quickly, professionally and correctly. They actually seem to care about you and the vehicle, and want you to come back and see them again. I have recommended them to family and friends without hesitation. The other dealers in the area should take lessons on customer service from them.

Mr. Jones was Prompt and positive upon our arrival at dealership. He ask if we had a paticular vehicle in mind. We told him we were considering a GMC Terrain. He was positive when showing colors,specification,etc. He was able to answer all our questions without hestation. We at one time wanted to look at another vehicle, with out hesitation he retreived the keys, we first drove that vehicle, sorry can't remember the type of vehicle. I believe we drove both vehicles twice, because I was unsure as I compared the 2 vehicles. THE TERRAIN WON!! He worked very hard on getting us financed, helped us set up our ON STAR, many things he assisted us with, too many to list. HE WAS AWESOME. Envoys' engine iddles rough when cold, Had fuel injectors flush, new plugs and have same problem. Seems the engine mounts are the only problem.Engine mounts replaced and now it runs smooth....like new.

Every time I bring in my cars, I'm greeted promptly. They fix exactly what needs to be fixed and tell me when potential maintenance can wait until the next 5000 mile oil change. This makes it a lot better on the wallet when you have a car over 100,000 miles. Only correct the problem that needs addressing now or may need addressing very soon. Some dealerships have you fix everything just because you hit some magic mileage number. I use the same advisor, Steve Elliot and he does a great job of knowing the problem and getting it done fast and right the first time. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, actually I do recommend it to my friends and family.

I had a complete replacement of a Power Window: Glass, Regulator and Run Channel. I received excellent, knowledgeable service from Jo Ann Munoz. The work was done in a timely manner and the end result was flawless. It even ended up being under the quoted price.... which, admittedly, I thought was a bit high to start with. The dealership set me up with a rental car for one day and the whole experience was relatively hassle-free.I would recommend Nimnicht at The Avenues to anybody.

I had originally come to the dealership to look at a lease but quickly found out that the price listed in the add is not what the final price is when you get there. Now this isn't really the dealers fault, but the makers should be honest about the price. After 4 hours of negotiating the price of the lease and getting no where I ended up buying another used car. I'm so happy with the results. I got a bigger car for a lot less and more bells and whistles.

Went in and purchased a 2011 Impala off lease through this dealer last week. Buying process was smooth. James Jones knows his game and was a pleasure to go through the purchasing process with. Some slight ad inaccuracies (OnStar / Bluetooth), but dealing with Scott and Lance from the Sales Department with some support was more than helpful. They are installing a bluetooth system for me! I am more than happy thus far with the new purchase. I have been dealing with Nimnicht for many years (more than 10) through their Service Department and Service Rep Steve Elliot. I highly recommend their work. Service Options have always been carefully explained fully. Given my new vehicle and 5 yr service policy, I am sure I will be seeing much more of them in the future.

A good sales rep can make all the difference when it comes to buying or not buying. Our sales rep was Pam Stankiwicz, had it not been for her we probably would not have made a purchase. She knew the vehicles exceptionally well and answered all of our questions and concerns. There was a scratch across the hood and she made sure it was taken care of before we even decided to purchase. No pressure buying is the way to go and that's what shegave us. We love love love her!!!

Had a wonderful experience! I searched the internet for a low-mileage 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP. Found exactly what I was looking for on the Nimnicht website. Was a little hesitant because this was my first experience purchasing a vehicle online. This was also the first used car I had purchased in 20 years. Emailed and then spoke on the phone with Alan. He assured me I wouldn't be dissappointed with the vehicle. We agreed to a fair price for the vehicle. Alan picked my wife and I up at the airport and drove us to the dealership. The car looked just like it did in the online advertisement (perfect)! It was everything I expected and more! The paperwork was completed efficiently and we were on our way. Alan was very friendly and professional. The advertising was honest and the price was fair! What more could you ask for from a car dealership? I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this car dealership again!

This was the worst service I have ever recieved from any dealership. Upon arriving to the service shop, there was no service reps in the vicinity so I had to wait a couple of minutes until someone eventually came to help me. The first thing that happened was the service rep locked my keys in the car. They had my car for four days and still couldn't give me an estimate on the repairs I needed. I ended up paying for a new key and the service fee for having them look at it. It was a complete waste of time, and it was a horrible experience.
