We bought a 2009 Jetta Wolfsberg from this dealership in May. My teenage son was shopping for his first car and spotted it on their web site. They trusted him to test drive the car, we got it for less than KBB, with fair financing, and it is beautiful and running well still. Adam was patient and very responsive to his questions, just a great experience for our boy's first car.

I purchased a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder from Mr. Kamran. I mentioned to Mr. Kamran that I lived in Washington, DC and he assured me that I would be able to pass DC inspection (since the car passed VA inspection). Three weeks later, the 'Service Engine Soon' light indicator popped up. I took the car to the nearest Jiffy Lube to find out that the oxygen sensor was bad, and that I would not be able to pass DC inspection until the oxygen sensor was replaced. I called into the office and spoke with Mr. TJ (or PJ) who said he would speak with the owner to see what they could do for me. I never received a call. I followed up the next day with Mr. Karman, who stated that they were only responsible for passing VA inspection, and that any other repairs were my responsibility (since I brought the car as is). He also refused to follow-up with the owner and stated he would leave a note for Mr. TJ (or PJ), who still has never returned my call. I understand that I purchased the car as-is, but it seems that Nine Stars Auto Group did not care that a car that I purchased from them, just three weeks ago, would not pass registration in the city that I live in (even though I was reassured it would). I will not be purchasing another vehicle or referring my friends or family to Nine Stars Auto Group.

I recently bought a truck and on the way home the check engine light came on. Turns out it needed a new transmission. They still offered to refund all my money and cancel the deal or replace the transmission! I opted to have them replace the transmission because I loved the truck and was tired of the search. Believe it or not the light came on again! This time it was the catalytic converter. The first quote was $900! They replaced it for free and gave me free rides back and forth to the metro. This is a family run business who care! Thanks Nine Stars!

I came by to look at a car on a Sunday because my wife was VERY interested. I was not expecting to see the dealership open but open sign was on so I went in. I was directed to the location of the car I was looking for but it was not a warm welcome. A salesmen came out while I was looking to talk to me but did not introduce himself. I asked a few questions about the car and got short answers as if I was inconveniencing him by asking. He did start the car for me but I was told I could not test drive unless I was going to buy the car today. I was very put off by his attitude and approach. I was planning to pay cash for the car (which I told him) and still was treated like I was a 16yr old kid that walked into a Ferrari dealership and asked to test drive a 488. Terrible experience.

I will never deal with this dealership again nor recommend them to anyone - I asked very specific questions regarding the vehicle I was interested in and was blatantly lied to. Drove four hours to see a vehicle that was "in excellent condition" to be highly disappointed. Not a SINGLE clean panel on the vehicle, every single side (including the roof) had massive scratches and gouges into the paint. Front and back bumper were not on the vehicle because they were being repaired they were damaged so badly and one of the headlights had been removed so I couldn't even take the vehicle on a main road to test drive it. The center console was broken and needed total replacement and the glove box fell onto the floor of the vehicle when opened. Needless to say "excellent condition" value for the car (which it was not in - fair condition would be a stretch) was $1k less than the listed asking price for the vehicle and they had no flexibility in the price even though the vehicle was in miserable condition. Total waste of my time, my gas, and my energy - DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME.

We bought a 2008 Subaru Outback from Nine Stars Auto Group. From the very beginning, Kamran and PJ from the Nine Stars Groups were very professional and accommodating with our requests. They gave us a fantastic deal on the Subaru and even though we bought it AS IS, they still helped us with the front axle boot replacement cost. This was after the sale. Definitely sets them apart. They also have a great selection of cars. The Subaru was professionally detailed and all paperwork was in order. The final purchase and transfer process took at 30 minutes. Thanks for making the whole process stress free.

I purchased a 2006 Subaru from Nine Stars Auto Group and everyone we worked with was very helpful and accommodating. They worked with us in regards to our price range and did the added USAA discount. They even let us purchase the car on Saturday and allowed us to get it inspected by my mechanic on Monday, offering a full refund if we found any faults. There was only a minor problem with the car that the dealership assured us would not cause any problems; however they stayed true to their word and payed to fix the problem with the car for me. We were very lucky and appreciative to find such honest people. We felt like they truly wanted to help us and not cheat us out of our money.

Talked with the dealer over the phone, the guy that I spoke to sounded willing to help me. I have purchased many used cars before and I can tell you I am good at buying cars. I was so grateful to find Nine Starts Auto Group dealership. The salesman Mr. PJ really knew automobiles and he is an expert in this field for more than 15 years. I purchased Saab 2007 and I am very happy. In addition to a great service and friendly staff, the facility was very clean and brand new in compare to other dealers.
