On June 30, 2016 I traded my 2011 Rogue (which I purchased from this dealership) for a 2016 Rogue. When I came in, I immediately walked over to Jason Behlen. I had gotten to know and trust Jason from my previous sale of my 2011 Rogue. There are no words other than sweet, polite, informative, and sincere to describe my two experiences with Jason. I told him the car I wanted, color, options, etc. Jason said excuse me for a moment I'll be right back and two minutes later he pulled up in front with what would a few hours later become my new car. My two experiences with Jason were outstanding and I'm hoping to deal with him in 3 years when my lease is up. I have over the years referred many people to your establishment insisting that they see Jason and they too have had pleasant experiences as well. So, I end this saying thank you 112 Nissan for making my car buying experience an incredible one! Jason Behlen is an asset to your company in my opinion.

Just returned from my trip to LINY to purchase a used Nissan NV passanger van and everyone at Nissan 112 was great to work with. They were fair with my trade in and when there was a tax accounting error on their part they just gave me more on my trade in value. I would recommend them if you are coming from out of state and buying a vehicle sight unseen. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle immediately upon arrival. Very fair and professional. The also walked me through the entire vehicle late at night after hours to make sure I understood what I was buying. I would buy again!

Do not deal with this company, or ANY of the people that work there. Go to Toyota or Riverhead Nissan. Deal with people you can trust. They are nothing but a bunch of sneaky liars. Right from their adds on their website, to the people you speak to one the phone, to the people you deal with in sales at the location, to the xxxxxxx you deal with with the final paperwork.

I was having some service done on my Altima so while I was waiting I went in to. The show room to look I was asked if I needed help & I said I am only looking so they told me if your interested just let them know, well I got interested & they gave me this young guy named Kenny, he was really nice & talked to me about all the sales going on so it peaked my interest, after going over all the numbers it was not what I was interested in, he asked me what I wanted than he said he will be right back, well to my surprise he came back with an offer that suited me,no pressure no games & aI walked out of there with a brand new Altia Sr ,everyone in the dealership was so nice & friendly especially Kenny for being so young he really knows his stuff

We have purchased a few cars from this dealership and we love how we are treated. They stand by their word . John and Mike in sales are great. Kyle the manager does a wonderful job too. Even the finance with Steve ( sorry I think that was his name) is painless. If you need service ,they also do a great job. Alex is very Knowledgeable and personable too. The waiting area is very spacious clean and they have the best coffee machine I've ever seen . Don't ever go to Garden City I give them zero stars . That's the worst dealership I have ever been to in my life it's worth the drive out to Long Island For this dealership .

I went to Nissan with a letter I received. The original person I had an appointment with was busy, so I was set up to work with Danny Bulat, so I didn't have to to wait. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with working to get me into another car. I wasn't expecting the best result, but I got great results back. I drove off that Nissan lot with a Brand NEW 2015 Nissan Sentra. I thank Danny for all the help and work he put in for me. And I have already recommended someone to him and he also helped them get into a new (used) car. Very grateful. And I will continue working with Danny and this Nissan Dealership.

I brought my leased 2015 rogue to Nissan 112 for the free oil changed I was promised upon lease. When I arrived, there were several employees milling about getting ready to open the doors. It was 7:30am. I had booked that appointment so that I could be done quickly. Apparently, it's a pretend appointment because they make that same appointment with 15 people at a time. There were 4 mechanics and appointments with 15 new customers scheduled in 15 minutes increments. You can imagine the wait by 8 am when 45 cars have been brought in already for service. There were only 2 service workers who were insensitive and barked at the customers. When I finally got to the front of the line, they informed me that they would not honor the free oil change I was promised because it was granted by a different Nissan dealership and their computer systems were not linked across Nissan dealerships so they wouldn't be able to help me see what I needed to have done on my car. So, I got up at 6:30am, drove 15 miles to the dealership and waited 20 minutes for it to open. Then I waited an additional 20 minutes on line to checkin where I was spoken to like a child and given no assistance. At that point I cancelled my appointment. NISSAN 112 IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND SERVICE IS A JOKE. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.

I recently was looking at the option of leasing a new car. I met with Kenneth Koos who was able to give me the pros and cons of leasing VS buying. Never leased before but have bought 2 Nissans in the past . This was by far the best experience I have had at a car dealership. Kenny was extremely patient and answered all our questions with a smile. We never felt rushed or pressured and left long after closing time. I wish i could give more stars to rate my experience here! I came in to see Danny Bulat on a Saturday to find out my options in purchasing a vehicle. Completely was not expecting to walk out the same day with a NEW car. Danny was exceptional. He found the right car that worked for my budget and Nissan112 actually took in my 07 cadillac that I was upside down on in my current loan. I drove off that day with a brand new 2015 nissan sentra, fully loaded. I will be dealing only with Danny at Nissan112 for all future car dealings. Everyone from Eric (my sales guy), the finance guy and the insurance guy was informative, helpful, not pushy, patient and personable. The other people who worked there were also nice. Everyone said hello, greeted me each time I passed them, ask me how I was doing with my choices as the day went on picking out a car, all great customer service! Anything I asked for, they delivered, they didn't show me anything I didn't want. The process was smooth and painless! I got a car the same day I came in. I love my car and when I'm ready for another, I will be back! Go to Eric, he is the greatest. He's been in the business for over 10 years. He knows his cars and will get to know you to place you in a vehicle that suits you best!

I bought a used 2009 Acadia on December 3rd 2015 within 3 weeks the tranny was slipping amongst other things going wrong i made an appointment with the dealership to have them fix the problems as i was covered by lemon law the vehicle had 57k miles on it didn't even drive it 1k miles that caked me on the 2nd day saying it had to be shipped out nd they would give me a rental they were closed on January 1st bit reopened on the 2nd so i went to get the rental they had offered at which time i was then told it was a $200 deposit which i was never told at time of call which at this time i didn't have due to making a car payment again this in a 3 week period very disgusted by the information i heard i left after some words i then 2 hrs later called to find out of i can do cash deposit i was then told they were no longer offering me a rental I'm just very disgusted with this there needs to be more rights for someone purchasing a car

After dealing with jason behlam our salesman i was ready to give this dealership a five star rating. He was the most foward, honest and just all around the best salesman i have ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. if i could individually rate him i would give him a 6 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately after dealing with the finance dept i would never recommend anyone even go to that dealership, even if they were selling brand new cars for a dollar. Not only did they lie to us about the pricing, when we tried to fix the issue in a calm and adult manner we got the run around. So not only have i had to call and visit the dealership many many times i have had to call a warranty company, the BBB and Nissan corporate. It has been two and a half months since we bought the car and the issue has still not been resolved. If it not fixed soon i will also be calling the local news station to bring attention to the shady practices of this dealership.

When I walked into Nissan 112, I was immediately greeted by Jason Behlen. He took me over to his desk and started asking me questions. I was a little nervous because it was my first day car shopping, and my first time buying at a dealership. I also walked into the door having no idea what kind of car I really wanted. I let him know that it was my first day and that I still wanted to shop around, but he still took the time out of his day to help me find a car. I got to test drive two different cars and I really liked one of them. He took down every bit of information possible and he tried to convince me to buy the car I liked, but I told him I was still going to shop around. Even though he knew I was going to walk away that day, he didn't pressure me. He simply gave me his business card and I left. I ended up going to several other dealerships within the next week and I realized how awful some dealers can really be. Some ignored me because they figured I was young and assumed I didn't have the money for a car. Others would give me the time of day, but then would try to pressure me into buying something, and when I said no, they would get extremely rude. Ultimately, after shopping online for weeks, and going into almost every dealership in Long Island, I decided to go back to Nissan 112. Thankfully they still had my car. When I first walked back in I asked for Jason, and they said he would be in soon. Another man was very helpful and gave me the keys to the car and let me test drive it again. He helped me until Jason came in and made it clear that he was just being helpful and he wouldn't try to take the sale from Jason. Having worked on commission before, I can appreciate a worker like that. Once Jason came in, he was extremely happy to see me again and we started talking numbers. I didnt expect to get the car that day, but when I found out it was an option, I was shell shocked. I managed to haggle and get more for my trade in car than I expected, considering it's awful condition and age. The entire process took about 2 1/2 hours from the time we agreed on a price, to the time I signed all the papers. They also had an insurance agent who set me up with my own new policy. He did the legwork and got the cheapest quote possible for me, even though it didn't end up being the company he technically works for. All in all, everyone in Nissan 112 was very helpful and they understood that this was a first time thing for me and were more than happy to explain everything to me. They answered every question I had and I had a great experience there. I'm so happy with my Mazda 2!

Had gone on Truecar and had a price in mind. They wanted me to come in but I asked for a Salesperson which they immediately transferred me to. I told him I wanted a specific car with these options and wanted to pay this amount. He told me would call me back within 5 minutes and he did. He told me we had a deal. I went in the next day at 10 am and met with John Corpac. Showed me the car I wanted and I drove it. My offer from the day before was honored in its entirety. I asked him what time would he expect the whole process to take and he said he would have me out by lunchtime. By 12:30pm I was driving home my new Rogue SV. John was super as were everybody else I dealt with at this dealershipThis was the exact opposite of what I have dealt with before. Kudos to John and the NISSAN 112 Dealership.

Robert Campbell has always helped my family. Rich stepped in when Robert was out and there was no difference. Still great service and I felt like the only person there. Real family atmosphere and they do what ever it take to get you in your new car that same day. I will only go to that Nissan because of the way they treat me and my family, and I have not seen another Nissan dealership operate the way we do. Only dealership in the area that had the red Murano with Cashmere interior and Navigation package in the base model. Went for it and had the car delivered to my house. Noticed that the car had a scratch after it was backed up from the flat truck. Called the Salesman to let him know about it and was told to bring the car back and they would take care of it. They kept the car overnight and they fixed the scratch while they gave me a loaner car for use at no cost to me. Just hope I don't get a bill later on because my experience with other dealerships has not always been great. Of course everyone has a different experience so there are different reviews. I am an honest person and when you walk into a dealer I expect the same from them and that is what I received from Nissan 112. In my case everyone in their service dept. was very friendly and so was the salesman even though it was difficult to get hold of him at times. I hope that my Murano holds up well during the coming years as this is my first Nissan. I usually buy cars within the Toyota or Honda family. While the dealership should have noticed the scratch before delivery they still made good on the fix.

We wanted to purchase a new Pathfinder for my wife. She knew what colors she wanted and options that were important to her. I did my homework and pretty much knew what to expect in pricing. I contacted two other dealerships online first and experienced what I considered deceptive tactics. I almost gave up on Nissan but decided to give it one more shot and went to Nissan 112. There I met salesman Danny Bulat who immediately won my trust. He and his manager Irving Cruz patiently worked out a very fair price on a new Pathfinder with the right colors,trim level and accessories. Then they offered us a very fair tradein price for my wife's car. It was a done deal except they didn't have an exact match for the car we wanted in their inventory. After a couple of days they located an exact match and had it flatbedded from a dealer in Connecticut. I was impressed. When the car was prepped and ready for us to pickup,Danny was already off duty but came back to the dealership to turn the car over to us.Then it was time to talk to the finance guy . I have bought many new cars and that's the part I hate the most. But then we met Paulie(can't remember his last name). He quickly got us through the process with no hard sell for anything. That kind of treatment wins my loyalty for a dealer. Overall a very positive experience.

Went in to do an early lease termination and had another great experience. Staff was excellent overall and easy to deal with. From the first time when I walked in there I did not feel pressured and felt everything was explained fully to me and Chris understood it was my car and he spoke with me and did not direct all his attention to my husband. Which completely impressed me after going to many other dealerships before meeting with Chris and that was not my experience at all. I will continue to be a Nissan customer, not only is a Nissan a fantastic car, but my experience with Chris Kunzler is and has always been excellent, and if anyone knows me I am not an easy person to please. The car I wanted to lease this year was not at Nissan 112, Chris did not hesitate and Said he would do what he had to do to get me in that car, and as good as his word he located it and I was taking it home within a couple of days. It 's very long story but here it is in a nutshell. We went with our daughter to buy a car from these "fine,upstanding and people and we wanted our daughter to pay as little as possible as she was moving within days to her first full time job in Massachusetts. The dealer told her that if she would make a double payment for the first six month (every two weeks should would make a double payment), she would begin the regular monthly payment at the end of the six weeks (in other words pay each month what she had been paying every two weeks. The sales manager verified this. At the end of six months, Nissan financing sent the payment schedule which continued with bi-weekly payments for what she had paid all along. We went to the dealership and they told us that the two people we had worked with no longer worked there and said there was nothing that could be done. We wound up taking care of one of the two payments per month...in the end we will pay close to $6000 for this lie. Don't...I repeat...don't buy from these a#5%6holes. unless you have money growing on a bush in your backyard! They are really disgusting, vile and less than. human

I went int o Nissan 112 last Sat (10/11/14). I was looking to purchase a brand new 2014 Nissan Sentra. I loved the car. My mother would co-sign as I am trying to rebuild my credit (she purchased a brand new Maxima from them and paid cash $38,000). She fills out all paperwork at the dealership, and the process begins. BUT, before all that, they ask me for a $100.00 deposit for something that was explained as payment towards the registration, and inspection and all that, but I didn't even agree to purchase the car yet!!! ! Like an IDIOT, I let them debit my account. After being there almost 2 hours and having my mother and I wait in their service area waiting room, they call us in to tell us everything is approved and started explaining the payments, (before that, I told the salesman Danny, what I could afford and wanted to keep the payments at). So, in this room they not only gave me an outrageous car payment, Danny still did not explain to me what the $100.00 was debited for! After I explained that I could not afford those payments, they brought in the BIG sales manager that tried to haggle with me and lower my payments, but it still was not low enough, not even close to what I said I could afford. So, I decided I did not want the car. I asked to have the $$ put back on my card and Danny said it would take 24 hours. Then, because I did not want to purchase the car, Danny stormed out of the room never to be seen again, and left my mother and I there with the BIG boss. Well, I did not get my $$ put back on my card, so on the following Wed(10/13/14), I went into the dealership and asked why it was not done and the sales manager told me he promises that he will put in on the girls desk that does all the refunds! Still not done. Today (Sat 10/18/14), I went there again and asked for my $$. The same sales manager tells me that he put it on her desk last Thursday and does not know why she did not do it! I was told by my bank that it should have been put back onto my debit card that instant when I backed out and didn't want too purchase the car. It would have appeared in a half hour back on my card. It is NOW one week later and NOTING! I know it is only $100.00, but it is MINE! I worked for that $$! I told the sales manager that if it is not on my card on Monday (10/20/14), I will call the police! He tells me "Do what you have to." I stormed out!NOW THAT I SEE THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINTS, AND ON THE CONSUMER AFFAIRS WEBSITE AS WELL, I AM GOING TO TELL THAT A*****E, THAT HE BETTER GIVE ME MY $$ THAT MINUTE! AND, I WILL TELL HIM ABOUT PEOPLE PREPARING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM ON THE CONSUMER AFFAIR WEBSITE!

Let me start by saying I HATE the car buying process, which I have gone through a number of times. This experience started out just the same, with me going into the Nissan in Smithtown and speaking to someone about switching from my lease to financing a new vehicle. Throughout the conversation I felt like I was being treated like a child and things that the salesman was saying just weren't adding up so I left. That night I went home and asked my friends on Facebook whether they knew of anyone at a Nissan dealership that I might feel comfortable working with, and a friend of mine told me that she had a great experience purchasing her car from Jason Behlen at Nissan 112, so I decided to give it a try.From start to finish Jason provided excellent customer service, and I left feeling extremely satisfied (I even purchased a new vehicle that day). Jason treated me with respect and was very straightforward. There wasn't any fast talk or sales strategies (I work in sales so I pick up on these tactics quite easily), and I felt like everything being offered to me was fair and without any pressure.I was seriously considering changing my vehicles to a different brand after the previous two experiences I had with Nissan, but Jason changed all of that. I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

I liked that the representatives are very down to earth and easy to talk to. I feel that I got the best deal that I could have because I was not taken advantage of. I went to other places that either didn't pay me any mind or tried to seriously rip me off. In no way shape or form did I feel that way at Nissan 112. I went Wednesday and worked out a deal but decided to wait a couple days, however when I woke up Thursday morning I decided I needed the car that day because my old car was ready to die. I called ahead of time and then I stopped by. They were ready for me as best as they could be seeing as they had last minute to have the car ready. But I left with the car I wanted a very happy customer :)

I got a new car and wanted to put a spoiler on after the purchase.I called the dealers near us and 112 service dept. gave me a $170 price for just the installation. I made an appointment and showed up. While taking my information I was told that it will be 2hours of labor at $115 an hour rate. I told Mike about the conversation on the phone and the fact that they switching what the had quoted me. He talked to his manager and all he could do was %15 discount. I told them I had made plans week ahead to come there as there were 3 or 4 dealerships closer but not the price they had given me... That didn't make a difference. I told him to go ahead and do the work since I had taken off work for this but I won't be coming back. That didn't phase him either.I am writing this review while I am waiting for my car in their services department.Not going back.

They use deceptive tactics to lure you into their dealership. I drove over 50 miles after communicating with their Internet Manager, Raquel Rodriguez. I was very specific as to which vehicle I wanted (2014 Nissan Rogue Select AWD w/convenience pkg, white or red) and explained to Raquel that this was a cash deal, NO LEASE, NO FINANCE. I have been dealing with Chris for a few years now and he is a wonderful internet salesman. I used to mention that I would really like to have a "brownish / gold / beige" car and for some reason I could never get the color I wanted so I ended up with black or grey. Chris found the color Java Metallic in the 2014 Nissan Altima SV -- he somehow knew I would love that color -- actually, he had it all ready for me -- that's how well he knows me. Needless to say, I leased that car and have received so many compliments on that color. You really don't see that around. I will always come back to Nissan 112. Hopefully, Chris is there for a very long time!!

Worst transaction with anything I've ever dealt with. Salesperson lied about final lease payment amount and told me not to bat an eye about excess mileage and damage. A month later I was paying $40 more per month that agreed upon then received over $700+ bill for excess mileage/wear and tear. Lied about what was sent to Nissan and that it was taken care of 3 months later Nissan contacts me to collect $700+. Avoide Nissan 112 and if you're stupid enough to go in there you deserve the terrible treatment. So, if you're looking to be lied to go directly in and ask for Eric Wahlrab, he'll take care of the rest.

I recently bought a vehicle (Nissan, pathfinder, 2013) from Nissan 112. The price that was negotiated with the salesman it wasnt the price in the purchase agreement sheet. I trusted them and the Nissan dealer but I guess that was a mistake. Nissan 112 over charged me about $12,000 dollars more than my car worth. The car was sold to me $27,750 dollars and paperwork is saying $39,188 dollars. I went to the dealer to correct the amount that was over charged and they are giving me excuses after excuses and try to avoid me. First they are telling me (finance manager) that its because I bought warranty and the Maintenance service thats why my price went up. I told him to cancel the warranty and the Maintenance if its cost me $12,000 dollars. So he cancels the warranty and told me to wait 4 to 6 weeks than you will see the credit in your account (Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation). I waited 8 weeks nothing was credited back to my account. So I went back to the dealer and talk to the finance Director and he said he will look in to it, and then few days later I got only $2,100 dollars back. Then I went back again and said where is the 12k that was told when I cancel the warrantys I will get my money back that was over charged, why is only $2,100 why not $12k that I was told before and where is the rest on my money to finance manager. Than he is telling me youre Warranty and the Maintenance cost about $5,000 dollars not $12K and we only canceled the Warranty and that cost about $2,500 not $12K. So I asked the store manager how do I get the rest of my money back. Then hes telling me that whatever we sold 6 months ago now we cant go back, past is passed. So asked what can you do for me because I cant afford to pay that 12k dollars, than hes offering me only $1,500 with maintenance for 5 years and said I dont want you to come back here anymore. I didnt take the offer because it wasnt close to what the over charged me.

This experience was very troubling!!!! I got to Nissan at 1 pm for a oil change and inspection. I was called at 4:01 that my car was done. That was three hours. Sandy tells me I have 20 minutes to pick up my or they shut the window. I jumped in my husbands car and called and said I'm 2 lights from the dealership and the cashier named Kristen said too bad I'm shutting the window in two minutes. I said I will give my credit card over the phone and give the keys to John C. She said No we don't do that. Thank god I made by one minute. Three hours and I was given 20 minutes to get my car. This was completely rude.

This was my first time buying a car of any kind from a dealership. I got in contact initially online, and eventually went to the dealership directly, as I live right nearby. I couldn't find the person I was told to look for there, but another sales person spoke with me. The car I wanted to look into was gone already (or so I was told), and I told them of another car I was interested in at another lot. We took a ride down there, and looked at it. I was never offered the option of a test drive. We went back to the main dealership and they looked into my credit... which I apparently had none. Not BAD credit... NO credit. I had never done anything like taken out a loan or what have you. This was bad. I was told to go down to yet another lot to speak to someone there, a place called A-lines. They sat me down, looked at my income and told me I would be approved, but I would have to come up with more money on top of trading in my new car ($500 as compared to $300). I said I could make that work. They then took me to the lot... and in my opinion, they tried to play me for a fool. I was offered a Ford Exploder... I mean Explorer. He opened it up for me and we sat inside. The *first* think I noticed was the number of spider webs all over everything, but I said nothing, waiting to see what the salesperson would show me. He then tried to start the car. I say tried because it wouldn't start at first. "It has nice leather seats." he mentioned. *"Yeah."* I thought. *"But how long before it explodes?"* Once he got it started, he began talking about the A/C and heat... except when he turned on the heat, a loud knocking sound began to come from behind the dashboard. "It's just warming up is all. ...nice leather seats though." At this point I was trying hard not to laugh at the guy. I told him I'd pass on that car, and asked about other cars on the lot. He eventually came back to me, telling me I would have to fork over another $1000 in order to get any of the other cars on the lot. And this is where they send people who are first time buyers? $1500 and a trade in just to get financing? I left in the same car I arrived in, still looking.

Number one concern when buying a new car: safety. I know that Nissan's have a history of being safe and reliable cars, but that was about the extent of my knowledge. Coming here though was the best idea I had because all the sales people are so very knowledgable and were 100% honest on which cars were the best choice. Even ones that were pricier, they did no push if they didn't think I would be satisfied. Honest people who care about their customers.

I highly encourage you to avoid this dealership at all costs! They are such liars and scammers! If you do go there, make sure you get a breakdown of where EVERY penny you are spending is going. I wound up spending an extra $1850 in fees that they didn't tell me about and they also told me they would give me a certain amount of money for my trade in,which they NEVER subtracted from the total cost of the vehicle. When I went back to them they said "Too bad, you signed the papers!" So I also basically gave them a free car. They are sneaky liars. They do not care about making customers happy.

I have always been a Nissan driver, but recently I moved up here and didnt know where to take my car into when it needed some maintenance done on it. I trust dealerships for the most part, but they are generally quite pricey. I came to Nissan 112 expecting the same, but I was definitely wrong. Their prices were compatible if not better than other car mechanics around, and their service was impeccable. Great people, timely service, and a great price. I will certainly be coming back.

Sadly, this was a terrible experience for my husband and I. We have bought many used cars in our lifetime. This was the highest pressured, most unethical dealership we have ever encountered. We love the car we purchased, however, we were deceived about the price and despite repeated efforts to contact the dealership to resolve the discrepancy we have received no reply. We would recommend buying a Nissan for sure, but would highly recommend going to a different dealership. We are in the process of filing a complaint with the better business bureau and consulting an attorney to resolve the discrepancy. At this point it is not about the money but about doing what is right and possibly preventing someone else from having this experience.

Came to NIssan 112 with a situation where I wanted to end a lease 10 months early and also trade in an older non-Nissan vehicle that I was slightly underwater on. I met with Josh Banks and he worked through the numbers with me and got my wife and I into a new 2013 Pathfinder that made sense for us financially. Josh was very attentive, funny, and friendly. Above all, he treated us with respect, which at a car dealership is invaluable. There is no bait and switch and they don't hide the ball on you - Josh was transparent through the process and helped us get into a new car the very same day. I would highly recommend anybody interested in a Nissan, new or used, to work with Josh, as I know I will again hopefully.

Wasted my time researching their vehicles. Read all of the many many negative Google reviews before you go there. Website incorrect and misleading information on vehicles listed. If they got the engine information listed wrong on the one I was interested in, then it is hard to believe that anything else was right. And with negative Google reviews could not trust them with a long distance purchase.

I went looking for a ford transit . Saw it on line talked to Gwen the sales person and set a appointment to look at it. The truck needed some clean up and fix the mirror and other things. Went back to my boss to tell him about it and set a appointment for saturday. I called Gwen up and she told me the truck was all detailed and all the repaires were made it was like new .I wanted to make sure it was all done since I live 1-hr away and my boss was coming from queens so asked her to go back out and check again. She called me and said it was all taken care of . Sat. I got there first and saw Gwen she gave me the keys and said go check it out. to my surprise the truck was the same as I left it thursday!!!!!!All they did was drive it to the other side.I wouldn`t go back there if they were the last car dealer on long island.......

on april 2 i went to buy a murano2013 cash after they told me the price i went with the money to get the car at the end i end up financial $24000 dollar right after they get from me $34000 for a car price of $37000 . they change the car price so high that i was crasy trying to be out of that situacion.next day i went and they told me in order to be out of the financial i had to pay $9000 and after that they will return me $5000 because i cancel a extra warranty. now they say i do not have money back that money was in the car price. a car which value was $37000 i end up paying $50000 . i still trying to get my money back .i do not ever recomend that dealer to anybody

The finance departement was just awesome here at Nissan 112. I am someone with not the greatest credit, at all, but yet the finance staff worked for a while to find me a great deal on a loan and something right within the price range I gave them. I was shocked to be honest, but they were so diligent and kept feeding me more and more helpful information throughout the whole process. I am thrilled with how everything turned out and I love my new car!

My wife found the used car we were interested in on their site. She negotiated a "walking out the door price" with a salesman who told us to come in the next day to close the deal with his manager since it was his day off. We met with Raf the next day, test drove the car and then sat down to close the deal. The first seed that something was wrong was planted when he pulled up the car on the screen then looked at the negotiated price and mumbled "I think he made a mistake". When we protested that was the agreed upon price and that was why we came in he excused himself from the room to talk to a mgr. He came back in 10 minutes later to tell us although the price was very aggressive, they would stand behind it. He then proceeded to calculate the price with sales tax and somehow came up with a figure almost $1500 higher than what ny state tax should have added. When I questioned why the jump, he got a little flustered, left the room to talk with a manager again and proceeded to come back 10 minutes later to inform us that the car had been sold.This dealership is a throw back to the 80's and 90's when car salesmen were lower than stereo salesman on the credibility scale.I travel in big circles and plan on telling this story to as many people as will listen.

I have given such a high rating because overall, Nissan 112 was great, especially Josh Banks. I was in a car accident on June 5th. Nothing major, but my Ford Focus was totaled. I began looking for a used car shortly after that. I searched for about 3 days. I went to Nissan 112 website a saw a Ford Fusion, that looked like something I would want. The price was right, mileage was low, and the color or the car and interior was what also caught my eye. I submitted a online request and received a call from Josh Banks about 10 minutes later. We talked about the car for a bit, and because of the local hospital in the area that I work at, he already dropped the price before I even went to see the car. So a few hours later, I went up to test drive the car. I fell in love with it. The car was immaculate inside and drove like it was literally brand new. This was Thursday June 13th. Josh was very nice and extremely helpful. He answered all questions without hesitation. At that point, I already made my decision that I wanted that car!! The only thing I was waiting on was to see what my monthly payments were gonna be. I didn't want to be paying anymore or much more than what my car payment was for my Focus. So we went through the paper work and figured out what my payment would be. It was about $30 more than what my old payment was. $30 may not seem like a lot to some people and it wasn't a huge deal to me, but I already went in there saying I cannot and will not pay more than I was paying. So I signed a paper, but this didn't mean that I was definitely buying the car. Never did I feel like Josh pushed me into anything. He said they would try to work with me. So on Friday, the very next day, I went up to Nissan 112 to see what it was gonna be, and if I was gonna take the car or not. Still I as leery about the payments. So, the payments remained the same as what they told me the day before. Other than that, I loved the car and really wanted it. Between Josh and 2 other guys in the finance dept, they tried for a half hour to see what they could do. When they came back in, they gave me the new price. It was exactly what I wanted it to be!!! I was very happy and happy that they were so willing to work with me! They even lowered the price a little more to get me more in my price range. No other place would do this. A local place I went to a few at before lowered the price of a Ford Fusion $180.00 only. What a big difference. It's like the people at Nissan 112 want you to be happy and come back again and again. I know I definitely would. Great staff, especially Josh Banks. He was definitely the best salesman I ever had to deal with. He was not pushy. He knows a lot of information, and even gives his personal cell phone number incase you have further questions. The was extremely funny and made me forget all about me wrecking my old car. I definitely would recommend Josh Banks to our people. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm glad I made the division to go to Nissan 112, even though I bought a Ford vehicle. Needless to say, I drove the car away that day and I was extremely happy. A week later, and I still am in love with this car!!! Thanks Josh Banks for helping me out so much. I could have easily edit my 1st review I made on 2/26/13 however I opt to explain it. I did post a rebuttal shortly after but for some reason it is not here so here I go again. When I went to the dealership to purchase my car it was a mess, I dealt with another sales person who showed no interest in really assisting me and push me off to someone else who happen to be Chris, there were several errors made and I was upset. when I did the ratings I never mentioned that Chris was the cause of me being unsatisfied, it was the overall dealings with this dealership. In fact Chris is the only one that was patient, and through out all the mix-ups and mistakes he is the only one that went out his way to correct them and trust me I am not an easy person to deal with when I am angry and he was patient and he did go above and beyond to correct the problems the dealership made. This form does not give you an option to choose who did what it only asked to enter an employee's name and I did because that's who helped me, but never did I try to put it out there that he was the cause of my dissatisfaction. I still would not recommend this dealership to my friends or family Unless they can deal directly with Chris, because the other salesman I first dealt with and whomever was responsible for the careless errors that gave me such a headache with a new car was not interested in assisting me and if Chris would have not did what he did those problems would have gone on for much longer. So this is a rebuttal to correct the review I wrote.

This was the worst dealer I have ever been to in my life!! They are liars and crooks! Don't ever buy from them! You will get ripped off! We went in to trade my 2010 Murano for a new 2013 Murano. We dealt with Gwen, who wanted to make me change my mind about car buying, and make it a positive experience for me. She did exactly the opposite. She just told us what we wanted to hear. Had the GM, Ray come over and agree to the price we felt comfortable with. She said it was a done deal. She had me transfer all my stuff out of my old car into the new one. She helped me set up the Bluetooth in the car and set up navigation. We were ready to drive off. Plates were transferred onto the car, my registration was ripped off the old one. All we had to do was just sign and drive. NO! We got to the back room with the finance guy, who couldn't even look us in the eye, no personality, and a total slime. He started handing us page after page to sign. I realized that he was trying to get us to sign for a 3,000 down payment. We agreed on 0 down. They all went to chat. He came back and said ok, you won't have the 3,000 down. Now we go to sign and the payment went from our agreed 550 a month to 559 a month. Thank god we pay attention to these things. And all while this is happening, Gwen is quiet and pretending like she knows nothing about it. What a phony! Then they say ok, we can have it at the 550 price and my husband asks about the 72 month term. The guy says no, it's 84 months. They really tried to screw with us three times too many! And they apparently get away with this a lot! They should not be in business! We had them put the plates back on our car so we could leave and not buy! We drove away and realized we didn't have our registration. They told us it was in the car. We found it in a bunch if pieces ripped up. Nice! They ruined 3 1/2 hours of our loves that we can't get back. And they promised us a great experience and said we'd be out in an hour. They are the WORSt in the business! Never again! We woke up today and traded our Murano in for a Kia Sorento. It's much nicer and we got a great deal elsewhere by people that weren't taking advantage of us! I'm glad I never have to set foot in a Nissan again! Beware of this place! They are crooks!

Great deals on interest and financing. I used to work at a car dealership as a receptionist and I know how scams can be pulled.. I've seen them all... But coming here I was thrilled to see their honest behaviors and work ethic. They really want o sell me a car that is good for me, and not just for them. I asked a lot of questions to see of there were any tricks being played and they were informative an patient with them all. I can be a skeptic when buying a car because of my past in the business but I really trusted them, enough that I made a purchase. Nice place to buy a car!

So used car, Nissan Xterra, the male that helped me was so rude I couldn't even believe it!! He was on his cell phone the entire time not even paying attention to what I was asking him.. He then got a phone call from a family member and told us to hold on.. Didn't step away just started talking away.. Not that I have anything against Spanish people but he was talking away on his phone in Spanish, WHILE HELPING ME!!!! It was ridiculous .. Then the best part, he lights up a cigarette and is blowing the smoke in our face! So rude and inconsiderate. I got so fed up that I just walked away and left after he did that! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE EVER

I came to Nissan 112 because I had seen their ads and had driven by them before. I knew I was in the market for a Nissan because I had one in the past and it was the most reliable car I have ever owned. When I went to Nissan 112 I was so excited to see all the cars they had. The selection was great and I was able to sit in different cars, vans, and trucks until I found what I wanted. The salesman was so patient with me because I took a little while to even narrow down which type of car I wanted to get, lol. But he was great and in the end I got a good car that was a quick and painless buy. Would recommend this dealership.

However, when I came here and found a car that I loved and was ready to buy, the employees were so helpful in breaking down the payment options. They gave me a great deal on my car. The salesmen were not the issue here . But the Finance and Manager were the problem. They NEVER and I mean NEVER gave me a final PRICE ??? I was told they would not count PREP or Shipping but when the Final numbers were added sure enough there were those EXTRA about $2500 ADDED to the totals. I told them I wanted my money BACK and the MANAGER( Gino) said NO! And would not give it back to me !!The finance manager( MIKE) put all the Fee's back into the final monies EVEN THOUGH the salesmen said they were not CHARGED to me?!?! THey kept added it in and when you asked them what am I paying for the VEHICLE , THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A FIRM FIGUIRE !Want to get ripped OFF and have your money taken away from you GO TO THESE JOKERS! They never give you a solid answers, and add what they want were ever they want!. I am going to write to the SUFFOLK County D.A. and Ask my Lawyer to see if Charges can be Brought up against them. I have never SEEN such a TERRIBLE Organization as NISSAN 112. The way I see it Iam owed around $2500 back in fees that the Salesman said were not going to be added and were put in my final figuire. I will let the Suffolk County D.A. and my Lawyer Handle Them and See if they say "NO" to them about returning my money back to me!!! TERRIBLE PEOPLE WHO SNEAK AROUND AND DO AS THEY PLEASE in writing up the TOTALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a new 2013 Nissan pathfinder from Nissan 112 in Patchogue NY for 29000.00. I wanted to add a sunroof and they said they it would be installed on site for 700 +tax. Mike sheriff the finance person said I had to add an extended warranty to cover the sunroof. I added the warranty and prepaid maintenance package for 3900.00 + tax and was lead to believe it was a Nissan backed or security plus warranty. After getting home I found no bill of sale or information on the warranty. It appeared on the finance receipt that they charged me 5000.00 + tax for the warranty package saying I owed 1100.00 for a lean on my trade in witch was falsified since I gave them a letter from my bank stating there was no lean on the trade in. I was there the next day asking for my bill of sale and cancelation of the sunroof and warranty package. They said they lost all my paper work and was not able to cancel the warranty. After repeated attempts to cancel the warranty package, starting the day after purchase, I have been denied cancelation.

The salesmen are not truthful. The finance department STINKS!!!!They have a very bad attitude.Overall, the total dealership should be closed down...They tell you a price and it goes up and up. They confuse the customers. I should have listened to my sister who had to sue them to get her money back. The NYS DMV Vehicle Safety unit will be contacted to investigate the way they do business. This dealership is awesome! They are so nice and polite and will give you as much time as you need to make a decision. I worked with Tommy C and he was knowledgeable and professional but still down to earth. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a quality car at a good price. I bought a 2010 Sentra and it is a great car!

Overall, just a nightmare experience. These people are not only deceptive, but extraordinarily nasty when you attempt to question their tactics. You'll be told whatever you want to hear until they get you in the back room to sign documents. At that point PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION AND REVIEW EVERYTHING!!! In my case, they attempted to take my agreed upon monthly payment of $244/month and change it to $289/month because of fees and taxes that we were told were already rolled into the payments when the $244 quote was given. When confronted with their lies, they then proceeded to treat us with the nastiest attitudes I've ever seen from people who are supposed to be in the business of making customers happy. They were insulting, talked down to us, and treated us so badly and aggressively that they had my wife in tears. I've never been more disgusted with a business, and this is by far the worst of several bad experiences I've had buying cars. When I called to complain, I left a message with the General Manager but instead received a call back from some guy who said "he takes care of these things". I was then given even more of an attitude and even more aggressive, nasty comments to the point where I basically just had to tell the guy I couldn't continue the conversation and hung up. My attempts to contact their corporate customer service got me nowhere except for being referred back to the abusive staff at the dealer. Currently in the process of researching who I can contact in corporate upper management. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

When I found out I was pregnant with number 3 I realized it was time for a mini van. Never thought I would be a mini van mom, lol. I traded my pathfinder in for a quest, had the baby and am crazy about my mini van. I have DVD, navigation, and I'm crazy about my van. My kids love it! The transition was great thanks to Gwen at Nissan 112.

I went to this dealer to get a used car and i got sold a 2005 nissan altima being 7 years old they told me i wasn't going to pay no more than 11,995 and that the interest were included and they weren't when i got my papers it showed that they put the price of the car 17000 and left it to us in 14000 and now that i want to go trade in the car for another one now they want to appraise the car only in 5000 when i still owe 12000 they are a rip off and now i need a co signer to get another car when in the first place i got the car on my own

Sat there for 3 hours only to find out that what I thought was a 60 month finance was an 84 month finance deal. I would've been paying $20,000 more than I thought. Thank god I ran into a friend who they had just done it to and he was there trying to striaghten out the mess they put him in. MAKE SURE YOU CLARIFY THE TERM OF YOUR LOAN BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING!!!!!! Last time I deal with a sleazy Nissan Salesman!!!

I bought a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership my salesman was Jorge Cordero. I have been looking for this truck since last year at all diffrent dealers & wasnt able to get it for the terms I had wanted. When I told Jorge what I wanted & could afford he said no problem when do you want to pick up the truck, I thought he was joking or was going to tell me when it was time to sign the papers that we couldnt get it for your terms but we can sell it to you for this like all the other dealerships did. When it was time to sign the papers there was no surprises & everything was exactly as we discussed. I would very highly recommend Jorge he was always extremely helpful & answered all my questions.

We had previously leased two Altima's from this dealer but we were considering leasing a Honda Accord instead. We had visited a Honda dealer and we had pricing on the Accord that we were happy with. My wife however wanted to look at the Altima so we went to Nissan 112 and told the salesman there that we would consider the Altima if they were able to come close to the deal that Honda offered. I was very specific about wanting only to pay the tax, DMV fees and the fee for new plates. After going back and forth for about an hour and a half the salesman said he could do the deal for three dollars more on the monthly payment but everything else would be the same. We agreed but they insisted on us taking the car that day even though we could not get the insurance coverage due to the fact that the insurance company was closed on weekends.When we sat down with the finance manager who was through the numbers very quickly and I had to stop him and look at the contract. I found that the numbers had completely changed. The out of pocket monies went from approximately $1,300.00 to almost $3,200.00. I told the finance manager that was not the numbers we had agreed to and again told him the numbers that I was given by Honda. He proceeded to call the honda dealer a liar upon which the sales manager came in and also tried to pressure me into taking the deal. By the way the car had been prepped, the salesman showed my wife the car and went over it with her. The manager then proceeded to tell me I was wasting their time because it was almost 6 O.clock and they normally close at 5PM. He told his finance manger that if I didn't take the deal that he would pull it off the table at which time I told him I wouldn.t do the deal now even if they matched Honda.The finance manager then tried to offer me 4700.00 off the total which I refused to accept.Me and my wife wasted two and one half hours of our time trying to put together a deal with these people who used deceptive practices to try and sell their cars. I later called the salesman who was actually a very nice guy and asked him why he did that to us and his answer was that these sales tactics were common practice and although he didn't agree with them this is the way he is instruced to do business. I have also called Nissan of America and filed a formal complaint against Nissan 112. My advice to anyone buying or leasing a car is to never give them any money until you see the contract,otherwise you may suffe the same fate that we did which was a very stressful experience.The other bad part to this story is we are still waiting for the $300.00 back from Nissan that we had given them before we were able to review the contract.

Yes, I would recomend this dealership- specifically Jan Warm, the sales assocaite I dealth with. I have been to this dealership many times, and was not satisied in the past. Then, I was recommened to go and speak with Jan warm, and I am so glad I did. She totally changed my entire opinion about this dealership. She LISTENED to what I wanted, and got me what I had asked for. I will defiently come back in three years to see her and get my next car from her,a nd will gladly recommed her to anyone who asks.

She was not pushy and wanted to know exactly what my needs were and how she could fit them. Not how others usually are and try to fit you to what they have. I made a 9:00 appointment with Gwen, as I was in the service department on another matter at 8:15, and she met me with bells on at 8:30. I definitely wanted to turn in my old leased vehicle, the 2010 Nissan Sentra with the special deal I was offered. At first I was considering the Versa, because the gas mileage in the Sentra was so bad, but I settled on the Altima Special Edition which I am falling in love with. I am still waiting to see if the gas mileage levels out reasonably, but the quality and power of the new vehicle are growing on me. The only thing that I questioned was why I was not offered the coupe rather than the sedan but Michele assured me it would be a $5,000.00 difference upward in price, so I am satisfied with my choice. Thank you Gwen.

The sales people were fine, but I was ripped off and taken advantage of as soon as I stepped into the back room. I was hit with numerous "fees" and unfortunately signed for items I really didn't need or want. My agreed price with my salesman jumped up $3,500.00 plus another $2,250.00 for an unwanted and unnecessary warranty. As soon as I realized my mistake I returned for help. Their answer - too bad, you signed the papers. BEWARE of these parasites!

Salesperson was able to secure a new vehicle, replacing our2009Altima for a lower price. Although we were happy with the 2009 car and had 7 months remaining on the lease. we felt the price offered a good deal. There was a dealbreaker in the lease conditions and initially we we not going to make the deal. The deal was completed after resolving those conditions.

We love our new Sentra, and were happy with the deal we received. We traded in our 2007 Quest for the fuel efficient Sentra, and were surprised to find Rob Campbell, the salesman that we bought the Quest from in late 2006 still working there. That says alot about the dealership when you return for a new car and see familiar faces. Everyone at the dealership, especially Rob, was helpful and made us feel at home. I when when to purchase a used car. the car was very nice are I wanted to purchase it . then the games started first it was a $999.00 prep fee ???? then a $345. paper fee ?? and then they would only sell me the car if I Finance the car ,they would not sell for cash.claimed the ad stated this , it didn't. I've purchased many car's and games they played were an insult to me . totally unprofessional way to treat a customer . shop else where

Going in to the dealership I wasn't exactly sure of the direction I wanted to go with The Nissan Titan either basic or with some options, afte test driving one Chris showed me a few others went over prices and features. The part I liked most was that relaxed enviroment and the no pressure approach. I had two negative experiences looking at other trucks and am very thankful I bought my new truck from Nissan 112.

I went into Nissan 112 to purchase a car for my daughter. We have previously purchased a 2002 Nissan Altima and a 2005 Nissan Maxima. Other family members have purchased Nissans here as well. We had a great experience then and now. Jason was a very nice person and handled all our questions and concerns from the moment we met. We purchased a 2012 Nissan Sentra SR. What a great, sporty car. My daughter loves it. After I told my Father in Law about the great deal and great support I got from Jason and Nissan 112, he went right down the next day and purchased a brand new Nissan Maxima. He also very happy with his experience. When we picked up the car, Jason was there to deliver the car and go over it entirely with my daughter and I. I received follow up phones calls from jason 2 weeks later asking me if we were still happy with our purchase. I also received a call from other staff asking me about my experience. I went to lease a car at this dealership and they ripped me off $3000 dollars for my trade then we agreed. And filled out papers after I had signed them, putting the less amount for the trade then I agreed. I would have never signed papers that gave me less money for then I wanted for my car. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and have to deal with what I am still in the processing of dealing with.

We have previously used this dealership when we leased a 2010 Rogue last year and Josh was our sales person. At that time we were impressed with the level of service we received so it was only natural to contact Josh when we were ready to upgrade our second car. I went into Nissan 112 to lease a new Altima twice over the course of a week and spoke with John (twice) about the price and type of car wanted. After several trips back and forth to talk to who knows who (probably no one), we agreed on a price. The next day I am told that the price would be twenty dollars more a month. I know my credit is mediocre but I was assured that the agreed upon price would be what I would pay. When I conveyed to John that I could not accomodate that increase he very nastily told me "YOU HAVE UNTIL EIGHT O'CLOCK TO PICK UP THIS CAR!" and abruptly hung up on me. He was sweet as pie when negotiating and then went Jekyl and Hyde on me when things did not go his way. I liked the Altima and even turned down a loaded 2011 Toyota Camry from a Toyota dealer for less money and less of a down payment only hours before my agreement with Nissan 112. My stupidity I guess. Toyota did not want me to leave the showroom until we had a deal, and went above and beyond to help me purchase a car, but I really liked the Altima better. I find it hard to believe that Nissan Corporate would rather the car sit in the parking lot collecting dust (just for $20) than sell it. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe it's only the employees that are like that I don't know. But what I do know is this, I will NEVER visit Nissan 112 ever again and will recommend to anyone that they do the same. I plan to contact the better business bureau also to ensure that their underhandedness is on record. I wish this experience was better. But it wasn't.

Mike and Paul in the Finance Dept. at Nissan 112 are a bunch of scam artists. We were owed 12 months of an unused portion of the extended warranty that we purchased when we traded in our 2008 Nissan Rogue (which btw had several electrical problems/issues). We were ignored for 6 months with promises that the check is in the mail and we should be receiving it any week....blah, blah, blah. It wasnt until after we got Nissan corporate involved that we found out that they did not have any of the paperwork we gave them and they had no record of when we cancelled our warranty. Well if that wasn't convenient enough after our phone records showed that we had corresponded with them over the past 6 months, they suddenly got amnesia and denied ever having any discussion about a warranty partial refund. Well we just got a check in the mail after corporate got involved and it is only for 6 of the 12 months we were owed. Mike promised us that it would have been from the original date we cancelled the warranty, however he only put in for 6 months from the time corporate got involved in the process. They are a bunch of CROOKS!!! Do not ever think of buying a vehicle from these scam artists.

Let me first start of by saying I love my Nissan 2007 Altima Hybrid I bought from Nissan 112. BUT these people are scam artisits. I will list the reasons why..-I was lied to about the price of the car. I was told one price then when I was ready for purchase they added a $900 "used car fee". I should have walked out then. This is a common scam that Nissan of Smithtown got sued for. I have proof of this and I am in the proccess of contacting the Attorney General's Office. -My car had scratches that I was told would be buffed out. This was not the case when I purchased and all I was offered was a can of touch up paint-My rear window switch was out of the holder with wires exposed. I didnt notice this until I got home. -After two month of driving the car I blew a tire. When I asked my local mechanic he said there is no way I had new tires when I bought the car. They were just rotated. I guess that wasnt included in my "used car" fee.I informed them of all my problems after purchase. I told them I would write bad reviews and contact the attorney general and they still did nothing. DO NOT buy a car from them. They are thieves.

Josh was friendly and helpful from the moment I met him. He took the time to listen to my concerns regarding the shopping experiences I had so far that day (which were not great). He understood what I found most frustrating and, I believe, tailored his sales approach to suit me. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in and walked me through the various features and answered all my questions with professionalism and a good nature. He gave me honest answers and opinions, and asked me point blank what my pricing needs were. When the first vehicle I was interested in didn't fit with my budget, Josh told me right away that the numbers wouldn't work out. He did not attempt to make them work or change my budget or put more money down. He was even open to explaining to me the fustrating process I experienced earlier in the day and assured me that as he promised, he would not apply any of these types of tactics. He understood what I wanted to do and was willing to find the car that would fit into my initial plan.My end result was very satisfying. We leased a new Altima and came in just under the original budget and the car is beautiful and is going to be perfect for us. I would like to thank and commend Josh for making car shopping more fun and less stressful than I have ever experienced before. He is a great people person and asset to Nissan. Go Red Devils!

Very disgusted with the dishonesty and tactics used by Nissan 112. I was told one thing the night I thought we had a deal. I was told drive out the door for eighteen two and change, then threw in a 2000 dollar trade they had appraised a day earlier which according to my calculations should equal sixteen two. Things started getting suspicious that evening before we left though. I was paying primarily cash and only wanted to borrow 5 thousand, so I needed to know how much to get the bank check for. After a short conference amongst themselves they told me there was a 7500 minimum finance amount, I understood and agreed. I still needed to know how much to get the check for and when I asked another conference developed. Salesman came back and told me to bring 11k. I said wait a minute I shouldnt need that much if I need to borrow 7500. I was told (I forgot his name)would be able to work it out so the loan would be for less than 7500. I leave for the night with nothing at all except their meaningless word. I show up the next day to pick up the car with my daughter (the car was for her) and her friend who was estatic to be getting a brand new car. They take her plates from her car put them on the new one and give her the keys. Then we go in with the finance guy where they tried to stick me with a 7500 loan and take my 11k for a transaction that should be sixteen and change. Needless to say we left them with the car and a few valuable lessons for my daughter and her friend: 1) Pay attention to what you are signing and not to be suckered in to "it will only be X$'s more per month" no matter how much you wanted that car.2) Never go back to Nissan 112

The initial price quoted was reasonable (as well as the final price), and he went out of his way to locate the specific model that I was loking for. At no time did he try to sell me something that I did not want.Picking up my new vehicle was equally painless. The sales manager had all of the documents ready, and was available to explain everything. I was not forced to stand around the dealership waitning for things to be ready, as I have experienced at other dealerships.Finally, Josh spent time reviewing some of the features of the vehicle. He was patient and helpful, and I never had the feeling that he was in a hurry.

Josh was courteous and professional and provided me the best price available on Long Island for the 2011 Frontier SL I purchased. He always followed up to my calls and emails and provided my, in advance all the details of the transaction I needed. I made two visits. 1 1/2 hour visit to look at the truck and take a short test drive. The second visit took about an hour and I drove away feeling like a kid again. There was a short wait to see the financing manager (who was also great - he did not try to sell me anything extra) and the transaction took 10 minutes in his office. He was able to locate the vehicle I was looking for and procurred it in a resonable time. I looked at many cars trying to pick the one that fit my budget and I loved. I was soooo disappointed in Infiniti of Smithtown and the way the sales manager treated me. I was never so turned off. I felt pressured to lease but at Nissan 112 Jason Behlen approached me in a very friendly non-treatening manor. He showed me the maxima and all the features and got me a great rate with no money down. He listened to me!! I left with my car the same day. I purchased my first Maxima from Nissan 112 and had the same experience. I still love my 03 and plan on having my daughter drive it. I guess it helps when the car their selling is so good. In my 71 yrs of experience with Dealerships, I can honestly, say Josh Banks made this a Very Honest & Professional Experience. Everyone in the Dealership translates a very nice family environment. My wife, my son, my grandson enjoyed every minute. Except for my dealings with, I think his name was Paul, who handles, the extended warranties.He kept making mistakes, in his favor, on my rebate check. He tried to blame Josh with the wrong figures. Mean while he was trying to tell me I still owed him money. He made 3 serious, math mistakes, but I had a figure in my head, on how much money was due me. He was the one with the Calculator.Another gentleman, who was extremely helpful, was Chris, who gave us the most, complete orientation, anyone can give about the Nissan Armada, Thanks Everyone, for really making this a pleasant time for us.

My salesman was very good. He was friendly, informative, took the time with me, he was patient, answered questions - everything you could ask for in a salesman...my issue is with the suddenly altered price.I was quoted a monthly price, with $1,500 out of pocket, which included the first month, plus $200 for DMV fees ($1,700 total). I confirmed this number multiple times with Josh. When I sat down with finance, suddenly that price became $2,400 out of pocket. When it was clear that I was going to walk, finance came back at $2,000 out of pocket, which included $300 for DMV fees, and I would receive a credit for whatever the delta was. I agreed because I was not going to kill a deal over a couple hundred dollars, but this left a very bad taste in my mouth.I was willing to bend and come off my desire for an SUV because of the price of the Maxima, but once I start dealing with numbers that suddenly rise after I agreed to buy a car BECAUSE of the price, I am not all that likely to buy a car from that dealership again; and it is unfortunate, because Josh was truly excellent as a salesman.

The service has been fantastic; when we visited for the first time, Josh has been very cooperative and motivated to communicate with us via paper and pen since we are deaf and use sign language as our communication method. Josh has been very communicative with us both in person and via text messaging. After two visits to different dealerships about searching for alternative options of Nissan Altima, we had a horrible experience with two dealerships. On that same day, we contacted Josh through text, and he replied right back with us quickly and told us that the 2010 Nissan Altima with the color of dark slate is still available. We came back to the dealership the next day, and he has made everything quick and smooth as possible for all of us. After experiencing horrific times with other two dealerships (Baron Auto Outlet in Freeport, NY and Altantic Nissan in West Islip, NY), our experience has been terrific with Josh and we couldn't ask for any better salesperson other than Josh. Today, we finally got our brand-new 2010 Nissan Altima in the color of dark slate along with a GREAT deal and price tag! THANK YOU!!

Salesperson was very interested and helpful. He was very thoughtful. However,a few problems did come up. I give them here only to improve service. For example,DMV advise given to me at dealership was not correct on old plates when a $75 service fee by dealership was charged, which resulted in about a $40 DMV loss on my part. Also, I was under the impression that the new leather seat covers, which I had arranged for, would have already been installed by an outside company at the time of delivery of my new car. This was not so. I had to have them installed on another day. When the car was returned to me, the rear cover was not the correct one. The outside person was good at giving me advice to correct the situation. However, action became more of a problem. It was very hard to contact the outside person. The result was in another appointment to have the problem resolved. Also, the manager at the outside company made me feel as if they were going out of their way to correct the problem. Finally, the person who took care of my final paper work at the dealership was very cold and in such a rush. I don't know what the problem was. I look forward to the same great experience I had when I first walked into Nissan 112 in the future at this dealership.

This is 1 of the most pathetic car dealer i have ever visited. They never states the real value of the car and always deceive the customers. Besides the sales person the finance person and the manager always give false statemetns. After you buy the car, they care least for you and would not even listen to your complaints, you keep banging their doors and they will barely pay attention. They promised me that they will provide me automatic car starter for free but at the end they made a invoice of $200+ which i had to fight, at the end i have to pay the amount from my pocket. Really pissed !!!!! My sincere advise to all of you is AVOID this car dealer. They are RIP OFF and LIARS !!! i later found out that they are BLACK LISTED in dealers list. SO Please. REFRAIN FROM GOING to them !!!!!!!

Have to agree with everyones praise of Josh, ironically even though I went to NJ (Lynnes Nissan in Bloomfield) to buy an Altima tonight on an Overstock.com price guarantee that saved me $1K from 112's best and $1.2K on Atlantic's price. After receiving web special price from several dealerships including 112, Josh sent me e-mail and called to make best offer without baloney. He understood the aggravation I had at Atlantic and said there was no way he could touch NJ's price. He offered sound advice about buying out of state, but said if NJ honored price, congratualtions. Fortunately for me, they did. That being said, I told Josh if NJ didn't honor what they said, and their price wound up being $1 more than what I was offered on phone, he'd be the guy I go to. He was EXTREMELY courteous and nice...refreshing from the BS game at Atlantic with them first lying about Invoice Price (they didn't know I had a copy), and then telling me they had a "voucher" good for $1000 off that they'd be willing to share with me (even though it was $1500 cash back or 0%APR which, after 20 yrs of making pymnts to them, NIssan didn't think I deserved). Next, I got Garry in finance trying to BS me into accepting a 6.9% they "maybe" he could get me if I bought a BS package so that he could "buy the rate down"...not knowing I have 10+ exp in banking and knowledge about dealer/bank splits. Simply put, Atlantic tried BSing me into their "special" 6.9% rate...provided I spent more. I wouldn't pay 6.9% even if I was destitute...Enough about the negative experience at Atlantic. Had I known 112 and Josh was this nice to deal with,I wouldn't have bought my last 3 cars from Atlantic. When the Quest goes and my wife needs a new van, I will first go to Overstock.com to get quotes, and then if nothing special comes in the form of quotes from NJ, Josh and 112 NIssan will be the ones to get my business FOR SURE!Thanks, Josh!Kevin in NB

Josh called me to let me know that my Nissan Altima lease was up. We talked and made an appointment to come to the dealership. He welcomed my dad and myself quickly and made us comfortable right away. Josh let me know my options and was well prepared with information. All the sales people I talked with were very polite, knowledgeable and accomadating. When I took the Rogue out for a test drive Josh even suggested driving to where my wife worked so she could test drive it as well.I found one on the lot that I liked and it was ready to be picked up that evening. Very impressive! They even took back my Nissan Altima, that I was leasing, 4 months early with no payments to make.The only thing that dissappointed me a little was the fact that at signing I had to come up with another $610 which was not discussed before the contract signing. We agreed upon $5000 cash for a $298 monthly payment.However that would not discourage me from recomending 112 Nissan to my friends.Overall it was a great experience and I would definetely go back to them again.

I received great customer service. I used American Express pricing which Nissan 112 Matched providing a hassle free car buying experience while receiving a good price. The "checkout/car prep" process took longer than expected but I was told other people were ahead of me. Despite the long wait for "checkout/car prep" the exterior still had bird droppings on the side/roof when I arrived home. Overall I feel Nissan 112 and their internet sales provided the best customer service I have received from a car dealership with out all the pressure/hassle typically associated. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a Nissan on Long Island NY.
