The salesman was awesome no pressure. However when you sit down to go over the paperwork the upgrades Permanente, and phantom security are pushed as being already on the vehicle and the fact is you don't have to pay for them it is the warranty on these items that cost money. This was glossed over and told that they are great things that they put on all their vehicles. Also I had to drive back to sign more paperwork on 2 other occasions beyond the first paperwork. I'm left not feeling as good about the purchase. As I did when I signed the paperwork the 1st time. However I love the truck I bought.

I just read some of the reviews posted on a few sites, and while most were very good, a few were disparaging. My experiences have always been excellent with Nissan of Chattanooga East, going back for over two years. My salesman, Lamar, was extremely helpful and assisted me in getting the best price on my vehicle, plus I also got a higher allowance for my trade-in than I had requested. The service dept. is always courteous and fast! The waiting area is clean and offers a variety of snacks along with free wi-fi. I have never had a wait time that I considered excessive. There have been several service advisors with which I have dealt. Each one (the last one was Christopher) has been willing to go the extra mile to make sure that service on my Nissan was done according to what we discussed and agreed upon initially, and I have always received all available discounts, plus my car has been washed every time. I am completely satisfied and although my Nissan will probably be the last car I will purchase, I will continue to bring it to this dealership for all service needs. We used to only buy GM or Toyota vehicles. But after dealing with Tom Faraday my husband and I have purchased 3 Nissans from Tom and 3 of our kids have also bought vehicles from Tom. He puts his customers as his top priority. He's always worked his hardest to meet our expectations and treated us with respect. Anytime we've seen a car online that we were interested in, we'd call to tell him and he always had that car sitting out front ready for us to test drive and look at. We believe in service after the sale and so far they've never disappointed us. Our experiences there have never been stressful especially when it came down to dealing with the finance managers Ade or Darrel. With this treatment we will continue to buy our cars there and recommend them to any of our family or friends who want a Nissan. So if you want a Nissan go check them out but be sure to ask for Tom Faraday he'll treat you right.

The Service Advisors need to walk to the waiting area to get the customers when the service is complete on their vehicle. This is the first time that didn't happen. Its always nice to be updated........ especially if its a longer service. Makes people feel like the dealership actually cares about having their business. Just a suggestion.

Since changing from Hunt prices have gotten extreme for repairs. Hunt also had a program where you earned $ back for next visit when you use their service and I was not asked about this when I paid.

Steve and Brian worked together to keep things moving along smooth and efficiently. Service rep should receive better training. I came in for a service, mainly an oil change. The mechanic noticed and documented on his check sheet that I had two items that required immediate attention. One was to have the micron filters replaced the other was that my battery terminals were corroded. I did not notice this until after I got home, because the service tech said everything is fine and you are ready to go. He never brought these things to my attention so I could have had them repaired. He should have followed through with the mechanic to see if everything was indeed all right and then communicated that back to me.

I bought a new nissan sentra. The staff were great. Derrick had a great sense of humor and helped make the whole buying process less stressful. Darrell made going through all the final paperwork easy and explained everything completely. Even though i was tortured by the smell of chicken in his office cause i hadnt eaten all day but he went quickly and even recommended a place to eat. Great staff all the way around. Clean facility. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to visit them.

I hate long sales pitches and drawn out purchases. The sale was expedited at our request. APPARENTLY OVER-SCHEDULED THE DAY I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. I WAS THE 6TH CAR IN LINE. 90 MINUTES AFTER SIGNING IN, I WAS TOLD THEY WOULDN'T FINISH AND I HAD TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. SINCE I LIVE AN HOUR AWAY, THEY DID GIVE ME A RENTAL CAR WHICH SOFTENED THE FRUSTRATION. THE REPAIRS WERE COMPLETE AND THE SERVICE MGR DID CALL ME SEVERAL TIMES TO REVIEW THE PROBLEMS AS WELL AS THE COSTS. THE BIGGEST ASSET IS THE MAN WHO BRINGS THE CAR AROUND AND HELPS MOVE STUFF BACK IN MY CAR. VERY NICE MAN. SEEMS LIKE IF PEOPLE SHOW UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, THEY SHOULD BE TOLD TO COME ANOTHER TIME. ANOTHER CUSTOMER ALSO WITH AN APPOINTMENT, COMPLAINED TO ME THAT HER FIX WAS A 1 HOUR FIX, BUT AFTER 3 HOURS, HER CAR WAS STILL NOT PULLED INTO THE SHOP.

Our family grew but our auto didn't....we needed a larger auto! My husband found a Yukon at Nissan on Weds. made an appointment to go see if on Thurs. Kevin got Mike right on the deal, they hit our target monthly payment on the head and we bought the auto. They were very nice and aimed to please us. We had to be somewhere by 2 so they had the auto detailed and the paperwork on route for when we came back and we signed and left.....easy! All the employees were very nice and sweet the kids! I had wrecked my 2015 Sentra this dealership had the best selection of 2016s. Mom and I drove down and Tyson met us. We had issues getting my payments lowered and our credit was closed for the holidays so we had to go back to Knoxville otherwise it'd be a 5 star review. Tyson and his boss Kevin did an amazing job handling the speed bumps and it all worked out so go see them if you go there. TThey treated us better than the Knoxville Nissan dealership.

drove in with my wife met a nice young man found a nice frontier all decked out made them an offer they wouldn't do it but we eventually came around the manager ended up making me a good deal on it. both of sales person Tyson and the manager Kevin did a good job I wasn't easy to please but the store met my expectations and I got a real pretty truck thanks because of them.

I had been looking for a used Xterra when I was at the dealership when I came across a used Pathfinder. I somewhat disregarded the vehicle thinking that the price marked was too high. Dustin Thompson was a huge help in putting me in a vehicle. I have good income, but poor credit. I was looking for a specific vehicle when I went in. I started with 1 salesperson and was immediately passed off to Dustin. Thank goodness I got the hand off. I met him on a Sunday, which is unusual for car sales. He was a laid back good guy who was extremely helpful. I left initially disappointed because they didn't have a vehicle that fit my needs. First thing the next morning, I got a call from Dustin saying that he had a Jeep a state away that might fit my needs. I was working with another dealership at the time and had a deal in the works. I left that dealership and went to see Dustin. He showed me a Jeep that was better than the one I was looking at on my visit to the other dealership. The finance guy work a miracle and pulled a deal together that beat the one I had a deal working with. I drove home today with the Jeep I wanted. Nissan of Chattanooga did me right. Ade Vaughn finished up the paperwork with a smile. He was a great guy as well. I had a lot of wait time, but it was worth it in the end. There was another finance guy that I never got the name of who worked the magic in the loan.

I am so glad that I made the trip from Atlanta to Chattanooga to check out the car that I ran across online. I was not in the market for a new (used) car, but i tend to spontaneously make big decisions like this. I made the quick trip to TN and very quickly fell in love with the Ford Edge that they had on the lot. The sales & finance team were all so accommodating, friendly and a lot of fun to be around. I was at the dealership for quite a while (probably my own fault, I'm never satisfied) but it was very much worth it. Dustin, Darrell & Nick (and yes, you too Charles!) made my experience very pleasant. I'm not one for gimmicks, scams or sales pitches. I know what I want and what I want to pay. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and an amazing deal on my new purchase. I'm a 28 year old female who often gets mistaken for someone who doesn't know what they're doing. These guys all took me seriously, understood that I knew exactly what I was talking about and didn't take advantage of me. That is rare in the car/service industry! I really appreciated all of the efforts they made to make my time enjoyable there, and I would very much recommend that someone buy a car from this dealership!

Me and my husband looked at a used Honda civic on 06/01/2015. We were told that it we could not yet test drive it because it had just been traded in and had to be serviced and cleaned. The salesman told us we could test drive it 1st. My husband asked him if someone else could get it before us and he said "that is not the way we do things around here" The next day the car was not ready. The next day on 6/3/2015 the salesman called me at 9.33 am. He asked if we were ready to come in and I said is it ready and he did not know, but said he would text. He texted me at 9.41 and said it was ready and that someone was looking at it. I called him while we were leaving to go to them and the salesman said it was 1st come 1st serve. That is not what we were told on Monday. Then we went there and a Mother and daughter were in there making the deal, with a different salesman. If we were told the correct info to begin with we would have know to be there. But we were not told that it was ready until it was brought out and someone bought it while we stood out front looking at the car. This was totally wrong. Were are the days of treating people right? We should have been allowed to test drive it and take it to our mechanic as promised First. Then if we didn't buy it or put down cash to hold it, they could have showed it to the other people. The salesman was new and I give him the benefit of the doubt, But, the company or manager and even the salesman have not contacted us since! This was totally wrong!!

I took my 2013 Juke (Bought When this dealer ship was Hunt) for an oil change and to get the windshield wipers blades replaced. I understand that taking your car for service and waiting is not a good idea, but it does happen. I waited approximately 1 hour before the service folks brought my car out after a wash and park it. I waited for about 10 minutes and no one came to inform me the car was ready. I went to the pickup window when you pay and get your keys. I was told the paper work has not come up yet. I waited another 25 minutes, and still no paper work. I finally got my care some 35 minutes after the car was ready to go...You need to be careful where you buy your cars. Service after the purchase is very important. This is my second experience with this dealership. Neither was very good. Be aware, the prices they advertise on their web site are not what your pay. The prices go up when you bring your car in for service.

Recently purchased a new Frontier through salesman Mike Goza. I got more for my trade than other dealers would consider on the same priced vehicle. The negotiations were not adversarial like I have experienced at other dealers in the past, we came to a mutually agreeable deal that I considered fair in a reasonable amount of time. This was truly a no pressure sale.I had a minor issue w/ the truck (a defective sensor, something that could happen on any make or model). Michael (Service writer) and the Service Manager made sure I was able to go on a scheduled trip and got my truck back to me in a reasonable amount of time.

The salesman was outstanding I have never had one that told me one thing then came back and told me he made a mistake that was a very import step to keeping my business. Plus my second Nissan had a problem with the paint this was after 2 years of ownership that I seen the top of my Frontiers paint had flaked off the Nissan Rep out of Chattanooga looked at it then had it repaint the next week. I bought my new Frontier on Sunday and the Dealership was we staffed plus they took the time to go over all my options both extra warranty's and truck options. Got price over the phone for work. Asked is this price for everything? Was told yes. Then after diagnostic, price is $800 more. Then ask if diagnostic fee can be applied to another repair. Again was told yes. Called the following day at 10am and told no. Got price at another location for original quote and it is $400 less!

I had been searching for a specific 2007 Honda Accord Sedan for almost a year. I spotted this car after being hung up on, several times by a Toyota dealership in Chattanooga that had the same Accord in a 6 cylinder. I spoke with Mike Goza and explained that I was recently discharged from Bankruptcy and that I lived 2 hours away in GA. He assured me he had lenders available that would help me re-establish my credit and was confident he could assist me. I submitted a credit application, Mike said he would have Finance work on it in the morning. The next day, he called with an approval from the bank! I forwarded all of my documents and took the 2 hour drive. The car was just as clean as the photos online. He had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. The entire process took about an hour. He and the Finance Manager were very pleasant, upbeat, conscience of my time and very professional. As a consumer, it was the best experience at a dealership I've had in years.Thank you Mike and your team for making my experience pleasurable. I will definitely recommend your establishment!

My wife and I just bought a 2014 Nissan Frontier SV Crew Cab 4x4. I'm loving the truck. Looking for to getting all the additions installed. The truck runs great. All four gentlemen we worked with where super nice and very helpful. I couldn't ask for a better face for the company then these guys. When the one salesmen was out on the 3rd visit, one of the others helped guide us the right person for the loan then we meet with on first visit. He got up to speed on what was going on so could assist us as we went from considering the truck to buying the truck. The first one was very helping in showing us how well the truck rides on back roads that need a little tlc. If we was to go back I would want to work with them again if possible.

actually 2 visits covered in this review. first one involved routine maintenance and an issue with the cruise control. the service was completed promptly and the needed part ordered. upon receipt of ordered part, I was contacted by mail informing me the part was in. I tried out the online scheduling and set an appointment. upon arrival at the dealership, the replacement part was quickly installed and I was on my way. so far, service visits have been painless experiences; the service advisors are professional and courteous and the needed work gets completed in a very reasonable length of time.

This is our second purchase from you. We started on the internet. Roger assisted in our selection and test drive (2 cars; 2 drivers). We were taken on a route that covered in town and rural. Jason worked with us on pricing. We started seeking a gently used Rogue and Jason showed how we could do as well or better with a new 2013. As before, we were at the dealership less than 2 hours including two test drives (two drivers). The sales transaction is no nonsense and straight forward. When we said we needed some time to think about it, we were told we could call the next day. No high pressure. We know we do not have to dread the buying-a-car experience at Hunt.

Roger was excellent to work with, he understood we were on a time limit and not a big fan of "car salesman" in general. I understand that standard time for a sale is 4 hours, we were done in less that 3, awesome! Wish we could have done better with the interest rate and/or the trade in value of our truck, but Roger was very honest about the real value of the Ford. Why the rating? Our 2004 Murano had "died" and we really weren't sure what to do. We didn't know how much our car was worth (if anything) and weren't sure which way we'd want to go with our next vehicle. Charles Holloway engaged Boone Roach to help us out. Boone has been with this dealership longer than I've been alive and he was able to make recommendations regarding our next vehicle and valued our trade (much higher than I would have expected) quickly. Mr. Hunt gave even gave his approval to give us even more than originally offered for our trade. Ade Vaughn was truly a pleasure to deal with. He presented various options and was genuinely interested on our analysis of whether or not it was the "right" option for us. Finally, when I got in the new vehicle to leave, I noticed that the navigation wasn't working. I went to look for Charles but could not find him. Carter Swetmon was the first person I encountered. Even with this not being his deal, he came out to the car spent approximately 30 minutes setting up the navigation, programming our home address, setting up my phone or Bluetooth and giving a thorough presentation on how each of the systems work. Needless to say, I was very impressed.

Businesses no longer treat their customers like Hunt Nissan does. I have recently dealt with the service department at Hunt Nissan. Class act! From the time I walked through the door all the way through the completion of my service work, I was treated with courtesy and respect beyond anything I would have expected. Michael was assigned to my case and I cannot think of one thing that he did not handle perfectly. I had researched my Frontier's problems online and read complaint after complaint from different customers regarding their experience with their dealerships. Because of this, I had expected the worst. Hunt Nissan's service department quickly diagnosed the issue, and from there, I had to deal with Nissan North America regarding the fix. My experience with Nissan North America was going downhill fast. In desperation for some help, my wife and I contacted the service department at Hunt. Michael and his teammates took over from here and turned the situation around 180 degrees. After they took over, it turned into one of the best customer service experiences I have ever been involved with. They have earned my respect and future business with them. My wife and I will be in the market for a new car soon, and Hunt Nissan will be the only dealership we do business with. I am telling all of my friends, family, and anyone else who will listen about my experience. This is the reason for me writing this review. My wife does not enjoy shopping for cars, mainly due to the usual aggressiveness of the sales agent. She has been considering buying a car for quite a while but did not want to go through the hassle. We saw a vehicle she thought she might like as we were driving by your lot. An extremely nice gentleman Ira Hefner came out to help us. It was no doubt the most pleasurable experience we have ever had buying a car. He was not pushy answered every question or found someone that could. We purchased the Commander with a bit of friendly bartering and I feel as though we ended up with a win/win deal. She loves her Jeep, Ira made her feel at ease and in the end everyone was pleased. The only problem is she won't let me drive it and refuses to trade me for my car. Overall the Hunt family representative, Ira Hefner sold us a car that has your name on it and he kept his word on it. I have bought a new Max and a 370Z roadster for Hunt Nissan. I bought the max in 2009 and wasn't sure wheather I wanted a max or Altma. After Mr. Roach explained the features the differance in the engine in each model it was easy to decide which one was right for us. We later retured for the 370Z. We knew we would be well informed about the car just like before. Mr. Roach and the sales staff showed my husband how to work each feature on the car. He has had to return many times for help with the navigation system and has always been greeted with a smile and help with understanding how to work the problem. The sevice dept. does all our service in a timely manner and listen to any concern we have. We have never had to return because the work wasnt done right the first time. We will always buy our Nissans form Hunt.

Overall a great experience. To make the point, I have obviously purchased in the past and never bothered to remember who the sales or finance reps were. Carter Swetmon was on point and honest. He's an old Soldier so he damn well better be, right? Ade Vaughn AKA "The New Nigerian Nightmare", was extremely helpful and professional as the finance rep. He was not pushy with additional stuff and had a great sense of humor. Overall a great experience. This is the only time in my life I have taken the time to do this so that says a lot.

I knew about Hunt Nissan from the commercial with the cute little boy on it. I thought he was so precious and this seems to be a family oriented dealership. I have heard only good reviews about Hunt Nissan and that's what I like. I have several friends who have Nissans and they are really happy with them. I have to give "kudos" to the salesman, Mr. D. Anderson, who helped me. It was late in the afternoon when I got there. I was tired of shopping. I was hungry and a bit grumpy, but it never bothered him. He was so kool and laid back, very quiet, never pushy. He listened to what I wanted. When I wanted something that wasn't feasible, he offered other options that made sense. He did not try to sell me something I did not want. He showed me the vehicle that I wanted, let me test drive it and I was happy but I really wanted to go home. Somehow he knew I was coming back because when I drove up into the lot, he had my paperwork and as the young people say, "It was on from there." The vehicle was sitting in the same spot where I left it when I test drove it as though it was waiting for me. I must also give "kudos" to the financial manager there at the dealership, Mr. A. Vaughn. Both of the employees were knowledgable and very helpful and most of all they were gentlemen. I recommend this dealership to anyone.

It was a very good experience all the way around. The saalesman was so patient and kind. He answered all of our questions and was not pushy. I felt he was knowledgeable about the car and tried very hard to help us. Your financial manager was also very kind and helpful. He made us feel important and welcome. I know we were there from 2:00 pm till they closed the doors at 9:15 and Tim hung with us all evening. Firstly, I have purchased several vehicles from Hunt Nissan. Additionally, my son and daughter have bought new cars from Hunt. I have referred several friends and co-workers to Hunt Nissan and they all, in turn, have bought new Nissans. Without exception, all are pleased with both the cars and the transactions. Roman York, who has worked for Hunt Nissan for years, sold all the cars. He is unique in that he is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.Recently, Roman replaced the battery in my 2009 3.5SE at no charge to me. Since I had approximately 25,000 miles on my car,I realize that Roman did not have to do so.On March 8, 2011, I took my wife's 2003 3.5SE in for service. Her car was making a terrible noise at approximately 65-70 miles per hour. Greg Blevins, the mechanic I have used for years at Hunt, worked on my wife's Nissan from approximately 8:10 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Greg experimented and determined it was wind noise coming from a bent air flow vent located beneath the car. Greg test-drove the car three different times to find out if his different "tweets" had fixed the problem. The total invoice after all was done was $7.36. This amount was the charge for a replacement hood latch. Honestly, this really impressed me, greatly! I have to admit that I was a quite embarrassed that Greg worked so long and hard for no money from me for his labor.When I purchased my wife's car mentioned above, the rear passenger door was not properly painted at the Nissan factory. Since the lack of paint on the door was only noticeable in the direct sunlight, I did not realize the problem for a few weeks; however, when Mr. Hunt was informed, he immediately had the door painted for me.Lastly, Michael and Danny (service department) have always been attentive to my concerns and assisted me in any way possible. Often, they have giving me advice, via telephone, when I had questions about my car.Needless to say, I will continue purchasing cars from Hunt Nissan and referring my friends and family. My husband and I were planning a trip to the Aquarium with a long time friend, then we got a call saying she could not make it. So we left anyway to go eat breakfast at a local resturant, when done we got to talking about turning my lease car in and looking again for me to buy a new car. We were going toward VW lot when he said lets go into Hunt Nissan and look I said ok. Within seconds of pulling in and getting out of the car Eric Helton approached us with a warm smile and a firm handshake. We had owned a Sentra in the past and loved it, so we looked at the 2011 SR and with Eric telling us about rebates and financing I knew this would work! But Eric did something no other salesman has ever done in my experience on buying a new car. We told him what we wanted on pricing and finance and he brought out 4 different senarios on this car! My wife and I took a test drive on a Nissan Juke with Mtn. View Nissan in Chattanooga,TN originally and we fell in love with the Juke. After talking to them, Mtn. View Nissan was VERY unwilling to work with us or even do a dealer transfer to help us get the car we were looking for. Our "salesman" did not show any initiative or desire to do anything but sell us one of the 3 Jukes they had on the lot. None of which were what we were looking for. We went to Hunt Nissan on Shallowford Road in Chattanoooga, TN and had the absolute best experience we could imagine. We met with a salesman named Eric Helton who was one of the friendliest most honest car salesmen I have dealt with (I have dealt with a dozens of them over the years). Initially Eric did not have the car we were looking for, but he went out of his way and spent 3 weeks looking for the car. After offering to order us a special vehicle, he finally found it for us and did a dealer transfer. We got an incredible deal, better than most from what I have researched. I received phone calls ever 3-4 days letting us know the progress of the process. It was exceptional service- not nagging me, but letting me know that I was a priority. Today my wife drove home her Electric Blue Nissan Juke and we are so pleased with this dealership (and the car! it is incredible!). I HIGHLY recommend them, make sure you ask for Eric, he will take care of you.

This was my first visit to Hunt Nissan. I was in the market for a new car and my plans were to visit several dealerships before making a decision. I met Darrell and he asked what price range I was looking at and what payment I would be comfortable with and he worked from that. He keep me in the payment range and showed me cars that I might like and would fit into my budget. He went over the owner manual and pointed out things I needed to know and then he we walked around the car and he made sure I understood the different function and could work them. Mr Jones the sales manager was a big help in working the numbers for our payment that we were also able to purchase the extended warranty and the gap insurance with staying with our price range for a car payment. Needless to say I left Hunt Nissan with a new 2011 Nissan Sentra and as a very please customer.

I unfortunatly do not have my salesmans name handy, but he was excellant at explaining the vehicle to me and made sure that all of my questions were answered. He was both friendly and very well versed in explaining why the Rouge was a good choice. Mr. Vaughan has a warm and friendly nature about him and I have to say that his portion of the sale is the part I usually like the least as Financial manager. He offered me the different options for warrenty and other coverage but was not pushy and did not make me feel that I had to purchase anything. He took his time and never made me feel that he was in a hurry. Hunt Nissan exceeded my expectations and as a return customer, I appreciated the fact that they appreciated the return business.

I had spent 2 hrs at a neighboring Nissan dealership (about 30 minutes waiting to see the person w/ whom I had communicated telephonically). After negotiations failed, I went to Hunt Nissan. I was greeted by Lamar as soon as I got out of my car. Together we found exactly the same type vehicle as the one negotiated on at other dealership, except a preferred color at Hunt. I explained what I was willing to pay (same offer I made at the other dealership that was denied). Lamar took the offer to his manager and it was approved. The rest of the process was simple. From the moment I arrived I was treated with respect, had all my questions answered, purchased the exact vehicle I wanted, and I walked away feeling really good about the deal and whole process. I've bought many new cars in the past and this was by far the best experience of all.

I gave this rating because, the salesman was very courteous and helpful and he was not high pressure. I told him what i wanted and he showed me the selection of altimas that had, and he answered my questions and let me make my own decision.The finance manager was also very nice and helpful. Their attitudes and personalities, gained my trust. and i will recommend hunt nissan to other people. thanks again sue nichols

Hunt Nissan deserves the best rating that I can give them! They continually strive to- provide professional service above and beyond what is expected. My husband and I have owned 11 Nissans between us with the last four coming from Hunt. We have purchased three of the four from Lamont Smith. We have always had a positive experience at Hunt and that is the reason we continue to buy from there and from Lamont. As a customer,I feel like I am treated like family - they call me by my name and I know everyone by their name. The service department is great also!(even though some of them are Red Sox fans and I am a Yankee fan) They have serviced all of our Nissans and have done an excellent job.Everyone that I have dealt with is professional, courteous, and respectful.(sales, financing, service, cashiers,etc.) Customers are made to feel important and valuable.I personally thank Ken Hunt for his management skills. It is obvious what he instills in his employees by the way they conduct themselves on the showroom floor.If you are considering a Nissan check out Hunt - they will treat you right! I know that we will continue to purchase from Hunt Nissan.In five years I will be retiring and I will be turning in my 2010 Altima for the ultimate driving machine for me - the 370Z! I have been a customer of Hunt Nissan for several years. Character and quality are two very important attributes to me and high ratings keep me coming back for repeat service of my Nissan 350Z. Aside from being "rescued" by Danny Pippin and my mechanic for a rapidly deteriorating battery that desperately needed replacing 1.5 hours prior to Hunt's closing time, I lost my credit card sometime during my visit. i had, unfortunately, not left it with the cashier. The next day, I contacted Customer Service/cashier personnel and reported my loss. Casey Biggs found my card that morning in the Nissan parking lot. Joe Van Dyke called me at work to report that my card had been found. Simply put, I was elated and truly grateful! Upon my arrival to retrieve my card, Michael Egeland and Joe presented my card. In summary, Hunt Nissan has several employees that exhibit class and true character, and they should be commended!

I bought my car at Hunt Nissan almost 2 years ago and I cannot say enough about them. Every single person at Hunt is awesome! Customer service is top notch and the service is excellent. On more than one occasion they have taken care of me and made sure I was getting the best deal possible. Not only that, I recently had a part to repair and my warranty expired one month prior. The service dept covered it at no cost on a "good will" standing. You want trustworthy people... Hunt Nissan is the place to go!

The people were great, transaction went smoothly. Wasn't pushed into something I didn't want. The terms were clearly explained, the associate listened to what I wanted and pointed out alternatives and like models of other cars. The transaction took little time once we agreed on car and price.

I have bought many cars and trucks in my life (the second Nissan from Ken Hunt) and I'd have to say his dealership is one of the best. There are a lot of good Nissan dealerships out there but Ken's is what I would consider the best of the best. His people are some the most knowledgable, courteous and friendly out there. His prices are some the best too. Buying a car used to be a chore and usually you got cheated in the end but now (especially with Ken and his employees) you get a great deal, of course a great car, and have fun buying it. I appreciate the time Carter and Steve spent with me ensuring I got the right car, I changed my mind several times but in the end they helped me get the right one for my wife. Thanks for all your help. I'd recommend they bring back the new car orientation, I enjoyed that when I bought my first Nissan.

I have been a customer of Hunt Nissan for at least the past eight years. I have bought three new Titan Trucks: 04, 06, and 08 models. I research and compare prices of any vehicle before I buy, but I have always found Mr. Hunt and Roman York to meet my price expectations. My most important reason for staying loyal to Hunt Nissan is the Service provided to my vehicles. Joe VanDyke treats my vehicles like they are his own. He really goes out of his way to make sure service work is top-notch and I am pleased with the work. The guys in the service bays are great technicians and I trust them to go over my vehicles with a fine-tooth comb, leaving nothing to chance. More importantly, everyone calls me by name, and in turn, I call them by theirs. This is certainly uncommon during these fast pace and "me-me" attitudes. I bought a new Nissan Murano in 2004 from Hunt Nissan and drove it for six and a half years. I came in for regular oil changes and maintenance in which they were always so nice and courteous to me. I decided in October to purchase a 2010 Murano from Hunt once again. I absolutely love it and it drives like a dream! I want to thank EVERYONE at Hunt Nissan!! :)

We bought our first Nissan there (a Titan) in 2005. Our sales person (Addie) went to great lengths to get the one we wanted from another dealer and the price was far lower than anyone else in the Tri-State area. We have always taken this truck into Hunt for service even though we live in Murphy, (NC). The service department is fast and thorough and usually gives us some mysterious discount we didn't even know about. One time, even though the vehicle was out of warranty, they fixed a medium-serious problem that we had and didn't charge us.Last month a salesman approached us as we got out of our vehicle. We said that we wanted to look at a Juke. He said that they had none in stock and then took us over to the Dealer Prep area to show us one that had arrived within the hour. Let us look it over and play with it (no drive). I feel that he really didn't have to go to all that trouble.Unfortunately, because of my height I could not sit in it comfortably and although the salesman suggested to my wife that she find a shorter husband, we left empty-handed but on good terms.

One of the nicest vehicles that I have ever bought. Quick and easy to deal with. Sale to out the door was very fast. I have had experience with other dealers in the area and they were very slow to respond. Buying my other vehicle was truly painstaking. Sales man was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

Our names are Ronald and Penny Richardello. We just bought a 2008 Nissan Altima coupe there last week from Hunt Nissan. This is the second vehicle we have purchased there. Everytime we go there, we are treated with respect and dignity. We went through a bankruptcy five years ago and Hunt was the first dealership to treat us with kindness and respect. The buying experience both times was efficient, pleasant and without pressure from the sales staff, namely Steve Marenic. He approaches his job with an understanding of people, and that each situation is different. Unlike many salesman, he doesn't seem like he's reading from a script. The sales managers and finance people were all very respectful, knowledgeable and quite courteous. These are the reasons for giving the rating we have given above and we will most definitely go back to Hunt for all of our future business.

Hunt had the vehicle we wanted and gave us a very attractive price in addition to a trade-in much higher than the other local Nissan dealership offered. Our experience was as pleasant as car-buying can be, and Ed Avery went above and beyond, staying well beyond quitting time and making sure our vehicle was cleaned and ready to drive home.

Upon bringing in my 2007 Altima to the dealership, the young men in the service department did an excellent job on the oil change. It was no time before they came to the sales floor and told me that my vehicle was ready. When I went to the cashier's window to pay, the computer locked up and prevented some of the customers from paying in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I was also one of those very customers that was detained for quite a few minutes. I felt bad for Mr. Van Dyke as he could not get the problem fixed and ended up giving away those services! I offered to pay for the oil change that I had received but Mr. Van Dyke would not hear of it. I did not say anything at the time but I had recently lost my job. That act of generosity probably meant more to me than it did for all of the other people combined. I just wanted to write this letter so that Mr. Hunt would know the caliber of all of his employees including Mr. Joe Van Dyke. Thank you and god bless each and everyone of your employees that has made it a pleasure to drive a Hunt Nissan Altima.

Hunt Nissan is a wonderful place to be associated with. I purchased my Nissan Maxima on a 'whim' partly due to the wonderful salesman and partly due to the wonderful car. I have been to the service dept for all of my oil changes and service appts and have been wonderfully pleased. The staff is all very friendly and efficient. Hunt Nissan is a wonderful change from all of the other dealerships I have ever been to.
