The service advisor new who I was and what I needed immediately when I pulled in. We discussed some other related service needs and he made important recommendations. I followed his recommendations and the work was accomplished as promised and timely. I was in and out without and delay. One of the best experiences I have had except I would say in the past the service at this location has always been great. Thank you.

Went in because my friend Nathan Hays had posted a picture on Facebook of the vehicle I have been looking for with every feature I wanted down to the color & interior. Went in couple hours later and bought it. Nathan and all the other guys there were super friendly and helpful in every step.

Service staff are friendly and professional. My appointment was at 10:45 and they said it would take an hour or less. I had a meeting at noon and had to leave the dealership no later than 11:45. The car was ready on time. I'm very pleased with the service department.

Going in for routine maintenance (lube, oil, filter, tire rotation, etc) keeps my warranty intact, giving me peace of mind on my car's reliability and performance. The professional and cheerful attitude in the service dept is a big plus.

I arrived a little early, hoping that I might get in a little before my appt. at 9 am. Oil change and tie rotation was to take 45 min. I'm not sure if they got me in any earlier, but I didn't leave until 10:15, which was still 30 min longer than I'd anticipated. Not super impressed with my first visit....

Called on Monday and they got me in on Tuesday. The service department is professional, does excellent work and the vehicle service was completed in a timely manner. Brian and Justin went over everything that was done and provided recommendations for future services. The thing I like most about this service center is they fix the issues (which I don't have many with my Nissan Frontier) and don't fix things that aren't broke to add to the cost.

My wife and I had never bought a new car before coming to this dealership. When we arrived, the salesman (Keith) was very nice and very helpful. He answered all of our questions and let us test drive whatever cars we wanted to test drive. He worked with us as much as possible to get to a price that was within our budget. Keith also gave us time alone to discuss each option, rather than hover over us like a lot of sales people do. We were very impressed with Keith and the whole staff in general. The Sales Managed and Finance person were both very nice and worked with us as well. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I was beyond impressed with the staff - from the sales guy (Nathan Hays) to the finance manager (Ty Clark), who took their time (at 8:00 p.m.) to stay late and make sure I had the deal I wanted and needed to be happy! They got me the vehicle I wanted, the payments I wanted and the interest rate I wanted, then they topped it off with an extended warranty and included an AWESOME service plan, while STILL keeping all my terms!!! I would recommend this dealership and amazing staff to anyone, anytime!! I've never had such an easy time buying a car - no pressure, no stupid back and forth - just this is what I want and they made it happen. They were polite and respectful, but also funny and laid back. It was the perfect experience!!

I called on Sep 6 to get a vehicle inspection. They were able to get me in the next day (Sep 7). I arrived at the appointed time and they immediately took my vehicle back. Within 20-30 minutes it was completed and I was on my way. Brian was efficient and pleasant to work with.

I am die hard nissan fan , I purchased a brand new Nissan Pathfinder 2 years ago. Wall mart manager of tire section said that is defective tire need to replace from who sold you . Dalton was very efficient and helpful. The Rogue had been used by some one to haul wood chips and was in the back trunk area should have been cleans after use. There was a spot in the head liner we asked to be cleaned it was wet when we left with the vehicle and after it dried it looked worse . I will ask to be cleaned when I return for service.

The Elite: Nathan Hays at Jefferson City Nissan. I really don't need to say more, but will for those of you who haven't had the pleasure to meet him in person. Today I bought my second vehicle from him, both of them new at purchase. I told Nathan almost a year ago I was already interested in a new vehicle to which he told me to enjoy the new purchase I had, think it over and make sure it was the decision I wanted to make. It was amazing to not have a sales person jump on the opportunity to make a quick sale to someone unsure of their decision. Today was the most fun buying experience I've ever had. We listened to Play Some Funky Music White Boy all while him trying desperately hard to not laugh as I was trying to park the vehicle next to an intimidating concrete pole. We used sarcasm to make each other laugh. We discussed my price range, figured numbers, negotiated and smirked as I told his boss all weather mats were a deal breaker. We went over every feature of the car, took an amazing picture and shook hands. HE made car buying great again - two times in a row. If you need a new or new to you vehicle and want to work with the funniest, nicest, most amazing carpool karaoke salesman - Nathan is your man. Moreover, the financial and insurance specialist I worked with at the dealership - Kayla Myers - made the financing process quick and easy. She made me feel comfortable with all of the paperwork and was kind/courteous when I had any questions about what particular figures meant.Finally, the general manager Tyson Quigley was a good guy to work with. He kept his game face on the whole time throughout the negotiation process, but in the end he gave me a fair deal and took the bait of my request for all-weather floor mats.

Salesman listened to my requirements, offered alternatives and gave me opportunity to view and drive any vehicle I wished to check out. Business manager was friendly and discussed my financial options giving me various options to consider. Having concluded the sale the salesman followed me to my home some 60 miles away so that I could drop off my car and drove me back to store to pickup my new SUV. Introduced to Service department lead very friendly. All in all a great experience.

Jefferson City AutoPlex is the most friendly dealership I have ever been associated with, they have people that make you feel like family. The service team doesn't try to sell you things that you don't need they do recommend repairs but if you turn them down they do not pressure you. I have a son that is a Nissan service associate and I always check with him before any major repairs so I know if the repairs are really needed. They have yet to pressure me into on that was not needed. Tyler will make sure that He uses any reward points to help with cost and get me the most cost effective price available. When you have a dealership like this you want to return.

My experience was great! I called on a Monday...met them on Wednesday and purchased the car on Thursday. The sales staff was very intent on beating the competitors price and they did so. Overall, very impressed with the sales staff.

Air conditioning went out on my 2015 Altima. Service center determined that there was a crack in the A/C line. This was determined on Friday June 24th. Service had to order the part. Part came in on Monday morning June 27th. I received a call from service center on Monday and appointment was set for 2:15 in the afternoon. Car was repaired and ac working very well.

Doing what I can to keep my warranty good (been burned by another dealership in past). They check for recalls, change my oil and rotate my tires. Costs the same as the plain oil change I used to get on my previous car. AND they are willing to take me in late afternoon because I have to be at work by 7:10 and I don't get off till after 3:30. Wait time is reasonable both times I've gone there.

Brian Schneider took my phone call got me right in on a Saturday and took care of me. I did vent my frustration with him on how the Car Dealership was handling scheduling repairs on cars. The last 2 times I called in I would speak to a women and both times she told me nothing was available until the next Tuesday. Over $300 to replace a low beam headlight bulb and 1 1/2 hours of labor! Come on! This dealer is out to gauge you with their service charges. This is the second time they price gauged me. Last time they tried to charge me more than quoted on the phone and more than the price for the service listed on the wall in writing. I never had this problem with Corwin. I guess I will be going elsewhere.

We were on the hunt for the best used vehicle we could find one day in March. We had recently learned that our Subaru which had only 120 something thousand miles had a bad head gasket, It drove well but had been leaking oil and that is why we took it in to our mechanic friend. He told us of it's mortality and said we would be better off purchasing a new vehicle. That's where Andrew found us one day in March, out on the parking lot, taking a look at the used models one afternoon. We test drove 2 models , a Rav 4 and a Rogue with different price ranges. The Toyota's Rav 4 , although used, was listed fairly high at around 23,000 dollars with 25,000 miles. The Nissan Rogue had 37,000 miles and listed at 17,000 dollars. Because we test drove something in the 23,000 dollar price range, Andrew, our sales associate, suggested that we test drive another Rogue, a 2015 model that had no mileage because the cost was 23,000 dollars which was similar to the Rav 4 we had just test drove.. We liked the idea of no mileage with a decent price. While we were at the facility, there were 2 deliveries of 2016 vehicles being off loaded. It was a good day to be purchasing a vehicle as the dealership was motivated to sell the 2015 model with incentives. We typically hold onto our vehicles for nearly a decade and have never purchased a new vehicle since our marriage ( 25 years) now. We had purchased new vehicles before marrying but not since we had married. Back to Andrew, his knowledge of the vehicle impressed us and he didn't pressure us with our purchase. He greeted us within a minute of our arrival-- although we were trying to stay " low key" at first by just looking. I'm thankful for his guidance and support of our choice. He was friendly and courteous and also trustworthy. After Andrew visited with us and gave us time alone to make our decision-- he introduced us to Brian who was a management team member. He was also knowledgeable and helpful. Both were highly skilled in their training and knowledge of our vehicle. They answered all of the questions we had. My husband and I went to have lunch while they were preparing the car for us, and when we returned-- they recognized a problem with the back window. While it was being power washed, the back window leaked a bit and they made the decision to have the window replaced since it was just from the factory. They didn't want us to leave without a new vehicle that day so they offered a 2016 Rogue-- the same color and model as the one we purchased so we could get used to it. They didn't have to do that for us and we were impressed with their honesty that day. A couple of days later we were notified that our vehicle was ready for pick up -- the tank filled and the car-- shiny and new waiting for us. We were impressed with their going the extra mile for our family and it was appreciated. The experience was positive without a painful a moment. As I've said before, we don't purchase new vehicles often , first time in 25 years, but they made it a delight and we would recommend others to visit the dealership based on our experience. Wonderful service! I had a part go bad in my steering column that evidently has been a known faulty part by Nissan. They extended the warranty on that particular part unbeknownst to me. It expired in December. $800 repair! Brian from the service department gave me the number for corporate Nissan and suggested I ask for assistance. It worked they covered it! The Nissan service facility has suggested that I have some services performed on my car since 25,000 miles. I took my car to a trusted local service shop one week before my last oil change at Nissan for a free 30 point inspection. The shop told me the anti-freeze was good to -40 degrees. At my oil change, Nissan told me that my coolant was weak one week later. Nissan also told me my brake fluid was dirty and my transmission fluid was dirty and burnt,. They recommended I have those services performed at Nissan and they would cost approximately $500. I took my 2013 Nissan back to my local shop and had them check the coolant, the dirty brake fluid and dirty and burnt transmission fluid. The coolant was still -40 like my local shop told me before the oil change at Nissan, the brake fluid wasn't dirty and neither was the transmission fluid. I'm glad I got a second opinion. I could have spent a huge amount of money on unnecessary services.

We took our car in for an oil /filter change and tire rotation.Tyler Swetnam was out service person and he came in and showed us all of the fluid changes,system flushes,injector cleaning,transmission fluid changes that were a suggested maintenence at the 63000 mile change..since we live outside of Jefferson City we asked him if he could just go ahead and do ALL of them that day as one of us had a doctor's appt. Later that afternoon. He assured us that he could and gave us a loaner car to do our shopping and go to our doctor's appointment. When we finished our appointmentsite we returned to Nissan and Tyler had went through our extended warranty and coupon book and used all the coupons that applied and saved us some money off of our bill. My experience of bring my 2010 Nissan Versa in to the service department for recall parts( coils) replacement was very successful. The work was well explained to me by the service advisor Tyler Swetnam at the time of oil change dated on Jan.13,2016. Tyler ordered the parts at this time and contacted me when the parts came in and I schedule the appointment. The work was completed in the approprtiate time of which Tyler gave me a estimated time period. I in the mean time schedule a friend to pick me up and got some errands completed. I was surprised with only one set of keys when I drove away with my barely two year old Frontier. I just wish they had told me they only had one set. I was pleasantly surprised when the service department had me sign the $0 invoice for the second set.Thanks!

The service people were friendly and helpful from start to finish. The waiting area was comfortable and I enjoyed the hot chocolate as it was a very cold day. The service took about 15 minutes less than what they told me to expect which also make me happy.

Brian in repair was very helpful with scheduling and addressing this concern. This was a follow up appointment on an extended warranty repair. Brian handled the coordination of the initial repair with the extended warranty company and completed the necessary communication with the extended warranty for this second repair instance.

I stopped in to make an appointment for an oil change and found they had time to perform the service fight then. Their inspection showed that my air filter also needed changed (also completed on this visit) and my brakes still had just over half the original thickness. Excellent service and prompt time

Fast, efficient, very courteous on a cold snowing day. Arrived early and was taken in immediately. Atmosphere was polite and friendly and wait was comfortable. Have been a Nissan owner since the early 1990's (when they were Datsun) and never regretted it.

We have been Nissan customers for 20 yrs. This experience was outstanding. First Scott, the salesman and Eric the closer. I am telling everyone of my friends what a great experience this was for someone that already knows how good the Nissan cars last, but the work up to the final closing was professional and something to remember. We forgot our phone charger in our old Nissan and the salesman found it for us . They are also working on getting us another key for our car. It's about the service, not just the sale of another car. !!!!!

Upon entry into the service area, I was treated very well. The technicians were solid and well prepared to get my car into the service center. Only negative comment is that I had a 7 AM appointment, but the service technicians doing the work do not start until 7:30 AM. So waiting for the vehicle can be an issue at the early opening hour.

Brought my 2016 Nissan Rogue in for its first oil change. Was met by a very friendly Service Adviser, Devin Woodruff. He was very professional and very knowledge in the Rogue's operation. The service work was done in short order and Devin told me I was ready to go and NO CHARGE!

We purchase a Frontier and leased a Sentra (his and hers). Originally I planned to purchase a Tacoma, but after driving the Frontier I was sold on this truck. The truck is great and the lease on the Sentra made it possible to do a double deal. Amanda was very nice and did a great job helping us.

Going into a crazy busy work week the last thing I needed was to be without a car, and Tyler in the service department went above and beyond!!!! Our 2014 Versa had issues concerning the trans. The car stalled out 2 to 3 different times, Once in a very busy intersection. We had the car towed to our local dealer, where they could not find anything and they suggested we call Nissan of JC. We called for our appointment right away. They called an engineer from Nissan to meet with us. He looked at the car along with the other tech there and decided we needed a new transmission. It was then promptly taken care of and we had the car back within a few days. They kept us informed , They gave us a loner car, and they just provided Exceptional Service..!

I live in Columbia drive an hour to come to this service department (over Columbia's) because the staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable; they have yet to be over bearing and try to force me into purchasing something I did not come there for, or fix something that does not really need fixing. . They are on top of it in regards to any questions you may have and johnny on the spot to help you once you arrive. I have worked with Brian each time I bring my car in for service and he is extremely polite, helpful, and has always answered any questions I may have had.

I drop my car at a round 9:am for oil change and to check the noise that was coming from the front and other concerns. My appointment was at 10 am. I Never received a phone call to let me know what they found and I had requested to be called. I went back after 12 :00 pm to pick my car and it was not ready. I had to Waite for another 25 to 35 minutes. To make it worse. I had to go to the parking lot and find my own car, clean it up (remove all the cover on the set and floor . I brought my husbands 2014 Nissan Titan in the week before to have oil changed, tires rotated, and transmission flushed. Well, when it was time for me to leave I was pulling out of the dealership and noticed the transmission wasn't shifting correctly. I thought may be the fluid have to have time to work its way through the transmission so I drove the truck home. The next day my husband drove the truck to work and had trouble with it shifting. I drove the truck to the dealership on 9/29/15 and Shanna is our representative and she made sure that we were taken care of. She was so thoughtful and I feel like she had put herself in our shoes and she treated us the way she would want to be treated if she were in the same situation that we were in. The service manager even set down beside me and explained to me that when the transmission was flushed the tech didn't let the truck warm up and add another quart of fluid. So that was the problem, they fixed it and I went home. Thank goodness for Shanna, don't know if we would have had as good of experience without her. Thanks Shanna

I came in to just look at autos and check prices. had been working on farm and clothing was dirty and I had a two day growth of beard. while a competitive dealer ignored me as a waste of his time on this hot day, your staff treated me with courtesy. the price he quoted me seemed fair, and I asked if a better price was available if I bought more than one. he discussed this with the manager, with the result that I purchased four cars, cash deal.

I've been in customer service all my life and the real test of any customer service individual is how they handle a grouchy customer. When I brought my car in for servicing on 9/23/15 - I was in such a mood. It it not normal for me to behave that way but I was grouchy and to be quite honest wasn't very polite to Tyler. How he handled the situation was done professionally and with great skill. I apologized to him before the the shuttle took me to work as I was unfair to be so grouchy to him (it was already a bad morning). He called back later to let me know my car was done and that he was having it washed too. That made my day. I apologized again and he said it's OK - you're fine. Of course I expect when I take my car in to have it serviced correctly. That's a given, but to have such a customer service professional as Tyler handle a grouchy old me in the way he did was truly above and beyond. I see with the changeover, there are new faces. Tyler is a MOST welcome addition to your service staff. My thanks to him and compliments also. I'm completely happy with my experience and do promise that I won't be grouchy the next time :) I would be more than happy to talk to anyone regarding my experience as I am VERY pleased. Brian is always ready for me when I arrive early in the morning. He checks me in and gets me on my way as soon as possible. Always smiling and conversational, on top of being efficient. He keeps me informed during the day while my vehicle is being worked on and follows up with me when I pick it up to be sure everything is, not only fixed, but explained to me and covered by the warranty or discounted with any coupons I may have available in my service plan booklet. He is on top of his game and I will keep bringing both vehicles I purchased at this dealership back for service as long the competency and friendliness that Brian displays is always the benchmark.

The employee told me oil change jumped from 25.00 to 38 because of new oil that lets you go 5000 before next change. The 5000 change has been around for a few years. He tried to insult my intelligence.

Making my appointment was easily accomplished over the phone. But, I FORGOT it! I was able to reschedule for the next day....and I remembered. A FEMALE service person greeted me and noted that I wanted an oil change. There was a "free ride" back to work with a nice man who dropped me off in front of the office door. Later in the morning, the service lady called and suggested that I needed by brake fluid changed -- it was dirty. I agreed; however, I've never in the 30 years of driving a Nissan had my brake fluid changed....At four p.m., the driver was at the door of my office to pick me up! Again, a nice chat about baseball going to the service center.A good day -- fine oil and brake change -- was had by all!

I would like someone to contact me regarding my recent service with the Autoplex. There were times where I felt like the services could've been better and that the communication regarding services on my newly purchased used vehicle could've been better to help me be included and updated on what was going on. Through this process there were struggles with having a single point of contact with me and I had jumped from different individuals trying to gain infromation about my vehicle. The most amount of information I received from one individual was Justin - service manager at the Kia store, and even then he only had limited information as our vehicle was not purchased from Kia and was from Nissan. I also had concerns regarding services but I do understand some of the processes needed in order to run proper diagnostics and have my vehicle fixed.

I recommend the staff at Nissan in Jefferson City. They know my vehicle and check out everything on each visit so that I'm safe when driving the amount of miles I do. Facility is clean while you are waiting, have used the shuttle service in the past and it is great as well, driver is friendly and gets you to your destination safely. I worked with Nathan Hays for awhile to find the right fit for my needs and my budget and he was very patient, kind, and never pushy. I have no doubt I drove him nuts with all my questions, but he was respectful and understanding. I would highly recommend anyone interesting in purchasing a car to work with Nathan.

Brian took care of the transaction. It was easy to schedule the appointment. Brian was welcoming and attentive to the service requested. Another serviceman (name unknown) was inspecting the car while Brian was completing the paperwork. There was no wait. The car was ready and waiting at the time expected. Your service staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I recently wanted my car looked at for some minor things that I noticed were not working correctly. I was taken seriously and they looked at the various details and fixed them quickly. I appreciate them getting the work done in a timely fashion.

The staff was all excellent. Earnette and Rachel were the best sales representatives I have ever dealt with. They did not pressure us and they were both very professional. If you are looking for a car I recommend you go to the Jefferson City Autoplex and ask for Earnette or Rachel. We love our new Nissan.
