This place ROCKS! Dennis Boyd and the whole team that helped me out were so professional yet very insightful for my needs with this purchase. I have always wanted a Rogue and now I have one, and she is gorgeous! Love it! As a woman, we always wonder about pressure from these type of purchases, and I was so relieved that Josh did not put any pressure on me! Trust me you will enjoy the whole car buying process and when it's finished they will treat you like a queen or king, whichever fits! Do yourself a favor and visit Nissan of McKinney, ask for Dennis!

Very pleased with the customer interaction, communication, and the overall experience when purchasing our vehicle. Our salesman, Tanner, was patient as my family thoroughly inspected, dissected and asked numerous questions. We explained what we were looking for and needed and was easily united with the vehicle we purchased. The smooth transition from sales to finance was easily as enjoyable and lots of laughs. David wasn't a "stuffy shirt" but instead a father who enjoyed growing up. Being able to swap "man scars" with my husband was an added human touch of connection. I would recommend Nissan of McKinney to others.

After I purchased a vehicle from another dealership where it died and I had to have it towed, I chose Nissan of McKinney to fix it. Mike was absolutely wonderful! He kept me informed every step of the way and even let me know when my vehicle got there to ease my mind. It seemed I had better service with them than where I actually purchased the vehicle from. Mike listened and took care of all my concerns even if it was the smallest detail that had nothing to do with why the vehicle broke down. I cannot thank all the staff at Nissan of McKinney enough for doing such a wonderful job and as quickly as possible! The only regret I have is, I wish I originally purchased the vehicle from them. Thank you all so very much for all your hard work and dedication!! These guys are truly awesome!!!

Parker was a stellar salesman did a great job at selling me my car. The behaviors and tactics I experienced from the other folks during my buying experience were textbook sleazy. The sales manager stated there was no tax credit for my trade in (even though its value higher then the purchased car). I had to fight “the finance” guy to place nothing on the purchase agreement that I didn’t want. The guy kept pressuring to have the car financed through them, even after I stated multiple times upfront that I didn’t want their financing, protection, or any kind of warranty. On top of it all, after evaluating my trade in, they kept the car in the back of the building (out of site and out of mind) to get me to stick around longer. I had to ask for my keys multiple times and when they did give them to me, I couldn’t leave if I wanted to since my car was boxed in by others. The next day I was called by the “the finance guy” to come in immediately to hand over a check for the balance I owed. I told him, no problem, I’ll swing by Saturday morning, he said that won’t due since it was “the end of the month” and that he needed it NOW. I replied that I was sorry, but I’m at work till 5Pm and I won’t be able to get a check to him before the bank closes at the end of the day. He said well, we’ll just process the finance paperwork you signed yesterday. I told the guy I’ll have to contact legal counsel in the matter. I pray to God that no other person will get bamboozled, the way they tried to rake me over the coals. If it wasn’t for me being extremely interested in the car that I was buying, I would have walked away earlier in the process.
