Loved the service I received! Lila was very helpful, friendly, & cool. She let me run the show & didn't rush me. However, I didn't want to spend a whole day at the lot & my team was respectful of that. I was able to apply online & they had it all ready for me when I got to the lot. Also loved my finance manager, Sarah. She hooked me up with all that I needed to keep an affordable payment and warranties. Great place. Very happy with my new vehicle! 10/10 definitely recommend!

I was looking for my dream car a beautiful mustang, came across one at this dealership 2020 fast back nice color too. I came on in and was helped by a wonderful person Chris Wilson he was courteous and friendly on the spot. I asked before any number crunching if we could test drive the car and he totally agreed after a few changes in information for their records. I loved the test drive and it was on to the numbers! Long story short it all worked out and I got my very own beautiful mustang! Chris is definitely a people person and if I knew more people who needed a car I’d recommend him to them. We purchased our nice little Juke I guess exactly six months ago. After three months we started getting reminders to bring it in and have it serviced. I called the dealership and advised them that we only had about fifteen hundred miles on the vehicle and would wait a little longer. I did set up an appointment to bring it in and have it serviced after six months. The appointment was for September 26, 2013. We do not live in Midland, so at least this causes us to drive around one hundred miles, and waste practically a half day to make the appointment. Well, after driving that distance and being careful to be on time (wouldn't want to inconvenience anyone) we were told that we had purchased the vehicle only four months ago and shouldn't get the oil changed yet. When I showed proof that the vehicle was indeed purchased six months ago, it was met with the same answer. No oil change for you Buster. Needless to say we drove a hundred miles and wasted half a day for nothing. I then realized that it makes much better sense to continue doing what I've always done, change the oil myself. They are nice to you until you drive the car off the lot and then you're on your own.

I will never visit this establishment again to have my car serviced. I asked to check out my brakes whenever I dropped off my car to have the oil changed. Whenever I went back to pick up my car, the representative made me aware that thy would charge $80 for looking at my brakes!!! I never signed of to have a diagnostic test done on anything. They have guaranteed that myself and any family member will never be back.

Just went by to check out inventory and Daniel hustled quickly to help. Directed me to the vehiclewith the options, color, and price range I wanted. Came back next morning vehicle was ready to drive--since it came off the transport at 4 the previous afternoon. Met my expectations and more, Daniel was very open to answering all questions from mechanical, technical and operation of vehicle. Completion of the sale and financing was swift and spot on. I have put off purchasing a new vehicle for 6 months due to previous poor experiences with salesman and/or financial people. This purchase really spoiled me! No hassle, no haggling. Our salesperson was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. At no point did he try to up-sell us or push us beyond our stated price point. Staying on budget is very important to me, I appreciate not being pressured out of my comfort zone. We got everything we were looking for in a family vehicle. We were given a VERY fair deal on our trade and when we asked for extras, they made it happen, and they did it all within our budget. My new Nissan Rogue drives beautifully and has more than enough room for our growing family. It's a great value at a great price! My husband was so impressed by our salesperson and the finance team that he's already decided he will be returning to Nissan of Midland when it's time to replace his vehicle. I was in the dealership to get an oil change on a Chevy I bought used from Midland Nissan. Because the car was not a Nissan there was a short wait while the filter was ordered. I didn't realize this, though it makes sense, so I was upset by the time the filter got there. I expressed this dissatisfaction to the service department and the sales manager. They were all very calm and dealt with the situation very professionally. By the end of the situation they suggested that if I had a Nissan the filter would not be an issue. Long story short they were able to put me into a beautiful new Altima for very little down and payments not much more than what I was paying for the Chevy. From the service department, to sales, all the way through the finance process the staff were incredible. I am very happy with my new car and would recommend this dealership whole heartedly. I'm just sorry I don't have any friends looking for cars at the moment. I would love to send them in!

Daniel greeted us right away. He got us in the 2015 Rogue that we wanted with the payments we wanted. This was the quickest vehicle we have ever bought. In and out within 1 1/2 hours. Great Salesman. I did not even consider getting a new car till Thurs night. That night I found the Midland Nissan pre owned section on their website and found several cars that would work for me. At lunch Fri I went by. Rashawn introduced himself and asked what I was looking for. I showed him the printouts of the cars I was interested in. He took a few minutes to look at them and said "I think I have just the car for you". We went for a test ride and 15 minutes later I too knew the car was perfect for my needs. I ended up trading in my Mustang convertible, a car I hated to part with, and got an almost brand new Malibu that would be much better for transporting my grandchildren. I had to go back to work. While I was away the team got me financed and after work it took 20 minutes to sign the paperwork. My new car was washed and waiting for me. I transferred my stuff from the Mustang, told it goodbye, and drove off with my new ride. So Easy!!

An appointment oil change took 1 1/2 hours. Drove off and the oil warning light came on. Had to drive back to find out what was wrong. Sensor disconnected by technician. Drive off. No sticker about next service which is 3750 miles. Bad customer service throughout the process If a repeat customer is worth $100k over 10 years then they just lost that money. Won't be back.

After 2 months without my car, I still cannot pry ANY information out of the service department at Nissan of Midland. I, as well as my insurance company, have called several times and are told we will receive a call back, which NEVER happens. We've asked to speak to a general manager, asked to speak to ANYONE in the service department about my car and, somehow, NO ONE is ever available. Pathetic customer service. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! The original body shop I was working with even said they will no longer be sending their customers to this location. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!

Always brought cars in Dallas and never in Midland ,but that day Randy change my mind with his friendly and helpful customer service. I told him I needed a car for my daughter but I didn't want a new high dollar car just a nice good car for my budget. He surprise me by showing us a 2013 Nissian Sentra with a lot of extras that my daughter would really enjoy having. Most important it was for the price I needed and wanted. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. He and the the staff at Nissian of Midland provide me with the best service ever had. My daughter loves her car and I am thankful to Randy.

I can't believe these people still in business...They sold my little 19 year old brother a truck way overpriced and the truck's engine broke within the week. They said they would fix it and two months later they told him they couldn't fix it and to come pick the truck out of the shop or pay 6k for a new engine. Now my brother has a 22k debt and no truck and the bank says he still has to pay for it which speaks to the kind of banks they deal with like Santander bank. This only happened because I was deployed to Afghanistan and I wasn't there to deal with it myself but I will write their corporate office and Nissan and let them know the type of business they run in Midland.

The salesman was deceitful with the price of the car and when I brought it to managements attention, no one cared. After sending emails to the General Manager about how upset I was at the discovery, I received a email from one of his managers telling me that it was my mistake, I looked at one car that was the price that the salesman had quoted me and then chose another model with more features. I only looked at one car on the lot and that was the one that I bought. The salesman repeated the price several times to me, never stating that he had made a mistake and quoting me another price. I never received an actual phone call, I ended up calling the manager that sent me the email and his stand was you bought the car, the time to say something was then, you didn't, so o-well. After ending our conversation I again emailed the General Manager and still have not received and email or phone call from him. I would not buy another car from here because once the unit is sold, they could care less. Oh and a friend of mine stated that she had emailed the lot from their web site, inquiring about a vehicle and they never gave her the courtesy of even calling or emailing her back. I would stay away from this car lot because customers are not truly valued, especially once they have your money.

I'm looking for a brand new 370z and I call and see I'd they can price match from Houston. I speak to one of the managers telling me they can but when I get there I see their cars being over priced! I could save over $3,000 in Houston for the same car. They convince you to come down but when you do they try and rip you off. If your buying look into but I'm Houston, Dallas or Austin area they are so competitive you can get a better deal there, promise! The car I want nissan has it for $37,000 when I can get the same car in Houston for $33,000 including TT&L. Tres Watson is not a very good car salesman a while ago, I go in with my grandfather and he says if we go to another nissan that his credit won't pass. He lied to us and we went to another Nissan and bought a brand new Armada instead

Very friendly and attentive. I had a very bad experience at the Nissan dealership in Victoria, Texas. Buying a new car can be a frustrating experience, I must say the employees were excellent here in Midland and actually made me feel comfortable. I don't recall everyone's names that dealt with, but everyone was very friendly.

Purchased 2011 Altima December, 2012 with 24,000 miles. Had wife take car from Big Spring to have airbag sensor looked at, thats when the crap started. Two days later I have to take off work to go see what the problem was to have warranty work done, car has 28,500 on it today August, 2013. Wife was given the run around I get to talk with a Nissan Rep. wow I was impressed (not!!!). First service person said that airbag had been deployed and we would have to talk to a manager. Came out with a price of $1320 to replace sensor. Thats when I got involved. They all but accused us of having a wreck to cause the airbag deployment. Nissan Rep. stated we would have to leave the car their for 30-60 days and order the part and do a complete diagnostic of the car. They did say they would get us a rental car while the car was at the dealership and they would inure the cost (nice of them). Three hours later they called us and said car was fixed, replaced faulty sensor. Yolanda service person said it took her about 30 minutes to fix problem.....what happen to we got to order part and run test on car? I will be taking car to another Nissan dealership to make sure light was not removed from dash or disconnected. Sales manager made off the wall comment to my wife when she took the car to be fixed. Guess who was not working at the dealership today??? You guessed it the Salesman who sold us the car and the sales manager.Will not be doing any type of business with this dealership ever again..

Never ...ever bring your vehicle to have a tune up done hhereere. They screwed me out of over $800. My truck ran worse than before they touched it and it uses more gas. They charged me $121.00 to change a license plate bulb...I never even ask them to change. They didn't replace a sensor I ask to have replaced. I have brought it back twice so far. I'm not gonna do it again so they can screw something else up. I'm filing a claim Monday at the court house for small claims and they are gonna have someone fix my truck right. My truck ran great before I brought it there . I just wanted plugs gas filter and injectors cleaned and the timing re-calibrated for better gas mileage. I get 7 miles a gallon less than before they messed with it and it hesitates between shifts now. I am furious!

Wes was very friendly and helpful. He was also able to answer all our questions about the car and help us reach our decision. Overall our experience with the dealership was a positive one. I didn't like needing to go back and forth with the sales manager for a price and ultimately coming to an agreement, but not until after we had decided to go home and think about whether or not we wanted to break our budget. But I guess that's probably common at all dealerships. To be picky, it was cold in the dealership and we were there for a long time, and I would have liked some water or coffee or something while we were waiting.

When I went to the dealership, I was just going to look to see what was new. Daniel Hernandez was first to greet me and my nephew, he asked what I liked and I told him that I really liked the Versa's because I already had one, he showed me one, and I really liked it, he asked if I would like to test drive and I said yes. I decided that I wanted the car. Daniel helped me with the paperwork, and got me where I needed to be on the car payments. Daniel is friendly, considerate, and he really listened to what my needs were, most car salemen do not, they only want to make a sale and who cares what the customers needs are. The overall experience was great my only suggestion would be for Nissan to make people feel more like prized customers than just a sale. Fill up all tanks with gas instead of just brand new vehicles especially if the trade in is full. Managers who actually make the final decision are scarce and impersonal. Mazda of Midland has nailed this concept and are wonderful to work with, i hope one day to see Nissan be equally rated.

Daniel was wonderful. I lost my husband 7 weeks ago. I needed to get a new vehicle instead of the 3 I had. Daniel and the GM worked hard to get the price and the trade in amount that I needed. I only had a certain amount to work with and could not go over that amount. At first we were very far apart on the price. I have worked at dealership before in the past. I just told Daniel to just get to the bottom amount and I put down my bottom amount. Daniel and the GM worked until we got to my bottom price. I have owned a Pathfinder in the past and was very happy with it also. I will recommend Nissan and Daniel to anyone looking for a vehicle. I was not pressured like I was some of the other dealerships. All they wanted was the sale and not a satisfied customer. Thanks again.

Sales associate was very friendly and the prosess of choosing a vehicle was overall good. Financing prosess was far from a good experience. Agreed on purchase price but on review of contract the price that was nigotiated on was far from what was financed. Warranty was not fully explained and misleading. Over all cost was far more then what l wanted to pay. If I ever, fat chance, purchase another vehicle from NISSAN OF MIDLAND I will have research all vehicles offered ahead of time and go over contract with a fine tooth comb and lawyer on site. Would recommend Frankie Carillo but never NISSAN OF MIDLAND.

Frankie's personality, demeanor and courteous professionalism made communication with him very pleasant. That went a long way in bringing us together so we could come to an agreement and finalize the deal. He answered every question I had,and went over all of the features of the vehicle in detail. While obviously very interested in selling me a car, he never tried to push me into it. Based on my experience so far, I would not hesitate to buy a car from Frankie again or recommend him to some one else looking for a vehicle.

He allowed me to ask questions with no interuptions and answered my questions with great detail and honesty. He was very calm and had great patience while my little children were around. We originally were planning to buy a Honda product (CRV) but after driving both there was no comparison comfort wise w/ the Murano. I was upset w/ how long the entire process took (5 hours) and I feel the dealership did not include something we had talked about early on. We had asked about a security covering in the trunk but we got away w/out receiving it and when asked about the next day we were told we would have to pay $250.00 for it.

I found a vehicle at another dealership that I was interested in. Unfortunately for them, their location is in a 'questionable' area of town. The lot was locked up at night to which I couldn't look at the vehicle on my own accord. When I went to Nissan of Midland, the lot was very well lit and I found the truck I wanted. When I returned the next day, Mindy greeted my wife and I as if we were good friends. Mindy was very knowledgeable of the product lines for the dealership and was very helpful in the negotiations. Nissan of Midland is very lucky to have intelligent sales staff such as Mindy Robertson! I have dealt with other dealerships in the Permian basin that I do NOT recommend to people...Nissan of Midland is NOT one of them! Thank you, and I look forward to my next purchase from them.

Being new in Midland (and US), we were looking for some supportive advise on how to purchase the vehicle of our choice. Frankie was patient and spent all the necessary time to show us vehicles, let us test drive them more than once, and answer all the questions we had. Additionally, he was honest in telling us when he did not know the answer to certain questions, and then got the answer for us from the relevant person in his dealership.In the end, we have purchase one pre-owned vehicle at the dealership, and will gladly return for more.

Frankie was a great sales person, he got me the car I wanted before my lunch break and had everything ready so I could get back to work on time. I found the car online and he went to go pick it up at another dealership/auction and this happenened in the A.M. by 5:30 that same day I bought the car! It was all so fast and I was able to take the car home that same day! It was awesome!!Frankie was a great sales person and the other person which was the finance her name is Elizabeth Montoya explained everyhting very clearly and had the paper work ready to sign by the the time I got there! She was great too!! Nissan has good employees and I will recommend Nissan to friends and relatives, great customer service!!!!! This is why i gave all 5's on the rating.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that Doug Seabrook is a wonderful asset to Nissan Midland. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the cars we looked at. He was so good to keep in touch, but patient with us also. We purchased a used car and for the most part was happy with the trade. Liz Montoya, in the finance office was also very helpful and nice. The one thing that disappointed me was no one from the sales management team came to introduce themself or congratulate us on the purchase. That was very odd, as we shop Midland because of the friendly people. On several occasions they had opportunities to introduce themselves, but didn't even acknowledge us. We entered the car just looking. We were quickly greeted by Francisco. We told him what we were looking for and led us to each vehicle that met out criteria. We drove the Equinox and also drove a GMC pickup. We then drove the Equinox again. The whole time, Francisco was supportive but not pushy. The salesmen were friendly and helpful however Charles should be spoken with about using profanity & his attitude in the work place. I was in there with my 13 year old son and the manner in which Charles was speaking to one of his employees was shameful. I have no idea how the employees put up with that. Do they even sale anything with a attitude like Charles's? Frankly, I feel sorry for the men that work there as I saw first hand the way they are treated.

I am not easy to deal with.Fred Watson and his Supervisor Dallas Metcalf were very cordial and patient with me. They explained my options and made me feel at home. When I arrived it was just before noon. I was greeted and welcomed to Nissan and then asked how my day was not what they could do to help me. That was a huge plus, concern for customer's day then the sale 2nd! And if that isn't enough to make a customer smile, this was...I was invited to eat lunch w/them along w/another customer; we had some awesome tacos...then we got down to business. We looked at what I wanted and could comfortably afford and by the end of the day (5:00pm) Fred & Dallas had worked me into a beautiful white Altima that I'm still smiling and thanking God for. I love my car and would recommend this dealership to anyone, however, especially my female counter-parts that are looking for a great car and don't need the extra hassle and being taken advantage of! Thanks Nissan and thanks Fred & Dallas for making me a very happy customer!

The sales lady was great and helped us to get what we thought was a great used truck that would fit our budget. We dealt with so many different people I really dont remember any names. The truck came from another dealership we had no problem waiting. The truck came in we signed all the paper work it was ours. Thats when the problems started. The truck was not cleaned and they only gave us one key we had to pay extra for a second key. About a week later they called us back because of problems with the bank and want to not only raise our monthly payment but the interest rate as well. We did make a new agreement on the price not as good but it was ok. We took the truck back today to get the tags and inspection thats when they told us the truck would not pass inspection. We didn't change anything on the truck it was still the same as when they sold it to us. The truck should have never been sold. With that I now question all cars sold by them and will never use them again.

Our experience with Nissan of Midland has been good so far, and we're certainly hoping it stays that way!My wife is a trust manager at a local bank. She's bought two Nissans recently (one at this dealership) for her clients as part of her job responsibilities, and her clients love their vehicles. When my '08 Toyota Tacoma was rear-ended and totaled recently, we decided to buy a Nissan instead of trying to deal with all the problems Toyota (and their dealers) are having. On March 30, 2011 I had occassion to bring my 2010 Nissan 370Z into the Midland Nissan ealership for a scheduled oil change and 1 year maintenance checkup. While waiting in the showroom, I began talking with Fred Watson as to an unpleasant experience with the Roger's Ford Dealership the week before, asi I had considered trading the Z , and an '05 Titan for a vehicle on the Roger's Ford lot. I was insulted when the U/C Manager appraised the Z car at 22,000.! I BET HE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THE Z CAR FOR 22,000.00 ! Fred simply asked why I wanted to sell the "Z" and inquired what I wanted to purchase. Within two hours, Fred showed me at least 7 vehicles on line, 4 used vehicles on the lot, and then WOWED me with the "killer punch" being the 2011 "Heavy Metal" Titan. We worked the deal according to what I desired for a payment (within 26.00) including all the perks. Fred's "can-do" attitude conveyed a feeling of confidence to me, in that he really cares about his customers. Fred represented Nissan extremely well and was knowledgeable about his product. I would recommend that Fred be a mentor to new sales staff trainees, if there is a need. Dallas Metcalfe arranged the financing etc and sealed the deal. He too had confidence in his job and passed that on to me, even though I've bought at least 15 vehicles in my life. I'm sold completely on the Nissan Titan line of trucks. The price, and options are very important to me; however, being treated with respect and staff concerns with respect to my needs were the factors I consider most important. I have only been a customer of Midland Nissan about a year, but I was made to "feel appreciated" and as a tenured customer. Kudos to Fred and Dallas for a job well done and I will certainly refer those I know to be looking for a new or used vehicle directly to them.Sincerely,BW WilliamsCrane, Texas
