The service rep, Frank, was great. He was very transparent and informative about my options, pricing, and scheduling. The service manager, Sean, was EXCELLENT! I had some concerns about service options and he was able to clear everything up and I ultimately decided to get more work done than I was planning. I am very happy with the service team, especially with Sean's leadership.

Extremely happy with the service that was provided to us, from start to finish. Mike is an excelente salesman; professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all of our questions and more. Checked up on us afterwards to make sure we were happy, and in indeed we are. Terrance was very helpful and a pleasure as well. We would definitely come back and refer any family or friends.

Updated 2021 review: Under new management (again), place is clean, neat, feels very professional, not pushy, very transparent about fees. So why the 2 stars ? These guys are beyond greedy, their fees (which they will keep telling you are the among the lowest around - they aren't!), are sky high. Came in to do a lease buyout of a 2018 Rogue (leased from them), they wanted $1,995 to facilitate the deal. Yup, you're reading this right - $1,995 to do a lease buyout. And argued how its normally $2.5k+. Walked out, drove to another dealer, paid $150 and was done in less than 30 minutes. Their 'dealer fees' while transparent and they don't hide them (which is a nice welcome change - hence the 2 stars and not 1), are pretty much theft. Do your wallet a favor - go elsewhere. Unless the price isn't an issue. Original review (which is actually for the service, not sales): Everything was fine and as expected. Only problem is some things that appear on the site aren't transmitted to the service center, or they have it listed differently. In this case, on the site it was listed to bring both remotes in to replace the batteries in them, which is included and part of the 15K schedule. On site, the advisor said its not part of it, but can be done for a price... so.. not a huge deal.. but shouldn't happen.

I didn’t know where the service area was located so I called and I got an extremely nice person gentleman who gave directions to service site. When I got there I felt I could breath and the reception made me fee comfortable and was happy there was coffee. Yes recommend this site without hesitation. All staff interaction were courteous and professional and I also felt I was respected as a customer. Everyone was will to give an answer without hesitation. My experience was a good one at this service compared to others. Thanks Nissan Westbury Service Site Please keep up the great professional service

The team at Nissan of Westbury was excellent especially Charlie... He went beyond the call of duty to work things out for me to get my Nissan Armada.. Thanks again Charlie.. You are the best..The blessing continues.. The team at Nissan of Westbury once again prove that they really care about their clients..
