We were just looking. Maddy Martinez was so pleasant and friendly. She did not push, she interacted with us (my son and grandson and I). We test drove a bunch of vehicles, there was a question about a noise that we heard in one of the cars and she brought out a mechanic to speak to us and explained what we were hearing. We ended up buying that car.This is the 4th car I have purchased from them so the service must be good because I am a stickler for good customer service.

Went with famiy to purchase a 2016 Pathfinder. Greeted by sales man Joe S****, qouted $12,000 for our 2011 rogue balance was 7,500 on loan and a $500 factory rebate. Total money back $5,000 Joe stated invoice price for new vehicle $31,000 five year loan at 0.9 interest ok sow if we put 5,000 down the vehicle would now be $26,000 to be finance. Joe S**** replies oh no the vehicle would still be $31,000 since your not putting any money down. What happened yo the $5,000 ..... Dohhhhhhhhhhh dahhhhhhh honesty is a good policy lanaaaaaa boy pockiting or fishing for cash ...... Do not waste your time with this place folks....,the guy gets up Joe S**** and says words under his breath and walks away

I had very bad experience with Nissan of Yorktown Heights, NY car dealer. I was willing to lease a Nissan Rogue SV with premium package. First time when I spoke on phone with Sales person (Aaron) and he gave me initial quote of $310.00/Month for 3 years with $0 Down Payment. Aaron called me back after noon and I asked him to give me the best quote so I can make a deal and we negotiated for $214.00/Month for 3 years with $0 Down Payment and he sent me this quote information over the e-mail in written. Suddenly on same evening, other sales person(Michael) from Nissan of Yorktown Heights called me and informed that they cannot give the car for $214.00/Month for 3 years with $0 Down Payment but new price will be $279.00/Month for 3 years with $0 Down Payment. Again on next day morning I have called them back and Sales person Julie received my phone and I have explain the previous conversation with Aaron who gave me quote of $214.00/Month in written e-mail then she confirm that since you already have written confirmation we will give the car at $214.00/Month for 3 years with $0 Down Payment. Since I am leaving 1 hours away from the Nissan of Yorktown Heights office, before starting from my home to submit the car leasing documentation, I have called them to confirm the above deal of $214.00/Month and unfortunately they change from their word and raised price to $214.00/Month for 3 Year with $3636.00 down payment. In same call they did conference with Manager of Nissan of Yorktown Heights and I have explain the situation to Manager but he also refused to go with the sales person (Aaron) word/e-mail and closed the call. Sadly I hung up the phone. I am writing this because I wasted my two days to deal with this dealer but I wish my review will help others to save their valuable time and money without getting trapped by Nissan of Yorktown Heights sales team.

We bought both of our cars from Curry Nissan. Any time I came in for service they were friendly, helpful and always had a loaner available which was so great with two kids. Now that it is Nissan of Yorktown Heights, the service department is awful. They are not helpful, can't find my records and don't allow drop off on Saturdays when there is a "diagnostic issue." They have a wait list for a loaner and are not accommodating at all. I wanted to trade in my Rogue as a result of this new ownership. So frustrating and disappointing.

Purchased certified preowned 2012 frontier PRO-X and 5000 miles later needs brakes all around plus bad oil leak. Car also showed accident which dealer assured was minor (Not) whole bed shifted so be careful when vying uses from here!! Out right dissatisfied purchaser!!

Took a half day from work so I can purchase a certified rogue at my local Nissan dealer. From the very beginning I was very up front in what I was looking for. I wanted a fair trade in price for my car ($10,000(which I had previously priced at multiple Honda and Nissan dealers recently- so I know what it is worth), I wanted a fair price for the car I was buying (which it was), and the whole deal would be contingent on a low interest rate which I easily qualify for. I also did not want to waste time as my three young children were there impatiently waiting for me. The salesman immediately took the keys for my trade in so he and manager could inspect. I then chose the car I wanted to purchase. When the salesman (Jonathan) asked me if I wanted to test drive it I told him that I did not want to waste time until I knew for sure the price for my trade in would be fair as I know what it is worth. We sat down and he then offered a grand less (9,000) than other dealers. I explained to him that he needed to go up a thousand if he wanted my business. After consulting with his manager he told me he could go up a grand. I then test drove the Rogue and was happy with it. Never even negotiating sales price as I was satisfied so long as the interest rate was right. So now that we agreed on sale price and trade in it was time for credit application. As requested I disclosed my life story including social security number, salary, bank account numbers, employer phone number etc....And as expected I qualified for the low interest rate I was looking for. Unfortunately Calabrese (Yorktown) Nissan and manager, Mike Czerniak had other plans. Mike comes over and tells me that they would only give me 9,000 for my trade in instead of the previously agreed upon 10,000. When I called him out on misleading and lying to me and explained to him that the only reason why I signed the credit application was because I thought we had a deal, he had the NERVE to say that he had to do it to make sure I was really qualified.Are you serious????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The manager openly admitted to deceiving me so I can be fooled into disclosing personal information and applying for credit that I would not need! .Absolutely disgusting! There must be a legal implication there somewhere?! 2 and a half hours of my families life was wasted based on lies. I would advise everyone to stay far away from this place

I tried on two occasions, to purchase a van for my buisness. On the first visit they , treated me like I was crazy on my trade in price,which they called 20 min after I left and wanted to do the deal.very shady. Next time I wanted just to look at a 1500 nv And not only were they nasty on the phone,they would not take the time to go to there lot less then a block away to meet me to show it to me. They didn't have it on there main lot and further they played that game where they take your keys and didn't give it back for 2 and half hours the prior visit and I was not falling for that again. Very shady,nasty dealer!

I purchased a new 2104 Nissan Sentra last week. My salesman was Miguel Negron. There was never a sense of being pressured to buy a car. I was in need of a safer vehicle and the Sentra was in the range of my loan budget. Miguel made sure the process was comfortable and that I was comfortable with the price. I can't say anything about Nisspn's previous owner, but I can say Calabrese Nissan turned out to be a satisfying experience. And by the way, I love how the Sentra rides and the high mpg. I usually dont rate and write a review but this dealership was so far the best dealership i have ever been! Shawn Hutton gave us great deal and Vicente Espinosa the manager made everything sooo easy! he never pressured me and my parents in getting some unnecessary ad-ons on their new car, unlike other dealership that i have been to(such as Mercedes of White Plains and Curry Toyota) they pressure and stress me out in gettin all the add ons and after market packages, which was so draining, and then give you that evil eye! but with Vicente, he was soooooo accommodating and very understandable, Shawn and Vicente gave my parents a great deal on their Sentra.....they absolutely know what their doing, they treat their clients very well! i am soooooo happy that i made my decision to go to this dealership I highly recommend this dealership and Shawn! i just hope they would still be there when i get my next car next year! keep up the good work Calabrese Nissan! Mr Calabrese sure did trained you well! excellent place!!!!! i rate this place 5 out of 5!!!!! Thank You Shawn and Vicente for the wonderful experience!

I buy from Curry Nissan because I trust Curry Nissan to give me the best price, the best service and quality car care. When I went to the dealer and worked with Mike Czerniak, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything for me. He made it easy to buy a Nissan without having to go back and forth negotiating, so there was no sales pressure and we got the deal done quickly. Mike went over the car and the offer and made it really easy with no hassles. I like Curry because I trust Curry Nissan.

Will NEVER, EVER buy from them again! First off, their sales people are not very knowledgeable. They have no idea what they are doing. After a deal was made and we left, when I tried calling them over the next couple of days it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to call you back, let alone pick up the phone when you call. I guess they figured they had the deal so didn't need to go above and beyond for any reason.They messed up all our paperwork .... even the title. We had to keep running over to the dealership to drop things off for months after the purchase due to THEIR mistake with NYS DMV. They screwed up paperwork, which caused an issue with our accountant for year end taxes as the vehicle was purchased as a business expense.We purchased an extended warranty and ended up selling the vehicle a year later and wanted to cancel the extended warranty and receive the reimbursement for the unused portion. When I called the dealership, they put me through to the person who handles that, Jeff Laytin, who apparently NEVER picks up his phone OR returns a call because I left 2 messages over the course of a week and heard NOTHING. Finally, I called threatening to call the district manager. THAT is when they patched me through and he actually picked up the phone. He told me to send him an e-mail explaining what I wanted, along with a copy of the warranty receipt and that it would take UP TO 4 weeks to receive the check. WELL, GUESS WHAT, TODAY MAKES FOUR WEEKS ... and NO check! I am so sick of them and cannot wait to be completely free of them. They really need to get it together. I will be writing a formal complaint to Nissan and their district manager. I've already blasted them on Facebook so all my friends in the area know to beware!Whatever you do, DON'T go to this dealership ... go to another one nearby .... TRUST ME, it'll be worth the distance to drive it ... the customer service at any other Nissan dealer can NOT possibly be worse!

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME~ sleazy sales techniques. WAITED for HOURS after agreeing on price REPEATEDLY asked what finance rate would be and then 10 minutes before closing they hit us with a ridiculously high rate after NEVER asking what terms we were looking for! (even though we asked numerous times for a rate!) Then manager got incredibly rude and confrontational along with other members of his staff.

My check engine light went on. They performed $700 worth of "fluid flushes" and "computer updates". I took it home. The light went on again. I took it back. They said they did not do the "computer update" correctly. I got the car back again. The light went on again. They kept it for their engineer to drive home at night. I went to pick it up after they had closed, and it had a ding in the door. I talked to them on the phone they said to make sure that I wait for the temperature light to go off before I drove the car. That was the real problem from the start, $700 of bogus work.

Shawn is a GREAT worker! He was on point with everything! He answer all my questions also has a great personality and is very dedicated to his work. I came in looking for a new Leaf and was greeted with a smile from Justin. I had already been to two other dealers that day (Poughkeepsie and Newburgh) and neither was really willing to give me what I was looking for on my trade. Newburgh wouldn't even give me a number since the Leaf takes about six to eight weeks to come in and they would only rate the car at the time when they order came in (Translation - once you're stuck with us, you have to take what we will give you). Curry was a pleasure to work with in this regard - They gave me the trade in value I was looking for and told me they would honor the price when the Leaf arrived from the factory as long as nothing changed to the market fundamentals. They were up-front with me the entire time and Justin in particular came off as a very nice guy.Update 7/25: After over three months of no car I had to go to another dealer to find the one I wanted. I don't blame Curry too much for the delay - They didn't get any allocations for Leafs the entire time and production out of TN was not keeping up with demand. Still, from the outside it seems like they didn't have as much clout with corporate compared to other dealers. If the car you want is on their lot or they're able to get it for you from another dealer that day Curry is a pleasure to work with. Otherwise they weren't very good about returning calls, though whenever I got through I always received good service.

Went here to buy a 2013 Pathfinder. Talked before with the salesman and was given a decent quote. On Saturday I drove 40 minutes to this dealership. Had to wait about 2 hours while sales people were walking around me and the sales man that I was assigned to was busy. Why I couldn't talk to someone else - no idea! So after 2 hours of waiting we sit down and I give him the price that HE quoted me over the phone. He started telling me that he lost all documents where he figured the price of the car when we were on the phone. He asked me for the price that he quoted 4 times during my conversation with him (apparently to check that I wasn't making it up or maybe trying to trip me). He then stood in front of me and said "are you willing to buy the car today". I said firmly: "Yes, given the right price". He stared at me for about 10 seconds and it was dead silence. (I was thinking to myself, "did you hear me stutter when I said YES?")He went to his manager and said we can do the deal IF I finance with them. This was never discussed during the phone conversation. I said that I was planning to finance with my bank. He said that their finance rate was only 2% higher than my bank's and it should be no big deal since it is only 2% of the purchase price. I told him that he should check his math and that it would be 2% YEARLY for 5 years (I was an Economics major in college so discussing this with me is a losing battle). He conveniently said that he wasn't very good with numbers which is why he said what he said. BS - in my optinion.He said that he would need to go talk with his manager again. 10 minutes later he comes back and says he can't do the price that he quoted me over the phone. He doesn't counter, doesn't try to drop options, nothing. He just says there is nothing he can do so I leave. What a waste of my time!! This was the strangest negotiation I have ever had...

Because of the SERIOUS ERRORS made at delivery. WRONG VIN on registration! WRONG stock pocket delivery and second key! I won;t go into the deal process, that is what it is, but delivery! But I will commend Ashlee because without the 5 minutes I spent on phone with her I would never have returned and made a deal. That said let also say I have bought approx 15 cars from Curry or previous Geis, I am NORMALLY a fan. Dealing with Curry Honda, especially SERVICE dept through recent years has always been a pleasure. I purchase a new car for myself, wife, or someone almost every year.Keith was nice enough but easily distracted and appeared to have a hard time focusing on his activity with me. Have had dealings with many salesmen through the years that became MY salesmen while interested in their product line. Keith will not be my Nissan salesmen should I decide to purchase another for myself, this one was for wife, next year.DELIVERY scheduled next day, August 30, 10:30 am, I had plans for noon so I asked that delivery be prompt. So I was surprised that car was not polished and ready in front upon our arrival despite our admittedly being 15 minutes early. Upon locating Keith he bounced around for a while and told us he had to find our car! his excuse, I have learned he loves to make them, not me Ma it was him who done it, he wasn't scheduled to work until 12 noon but was in to delivery our car and another. Hint Keith, this is a problem between you and your boss, not me. Finally after shuffling around for 30 or so minutes the car appeared. Next we were dispatched to Mr Russo to handle the paperwork. Registration and title NYSDMV paperwork was presented for my wife to sign since her car, I asked to see paperwork just to verify information. Good thing, WRONG VIN #, they are selling me one car, 2013 Altima SL, and registering a different car in my wife's name. I point that out and Mr. Russo appears astonished, I know I am, after all it is really the ONLY number that counts. I can just imagine what we would go through to straighten all that out with motor vehicles, having wrong title and registration. New DMV paperwork done, more time taken, temp registration changed on car as improper registration already applied to windshield. Finally Keith delivers a half hearted demo of a high tech high end car. I will say that I had presented I was by now well over my time factor so perhaps he did so on that basis. Besides two strikes in my book, delayed delivery and FATAL ERROR paperwork we shake, smile and off we go.Six hours later I return home from my engagement and I decide I should " play " with the new car and get a handle on the in and outs. Especially the Intelligent key as this is a first for me. Lo and behold my key, the one that was in our new car packet says sorry not opening this car. That's right despite me, not any member of Curry staff, noting the WRONG VIN paperwork they still managed to also give me the WRONG car folder with the wrong car key. Our car a Tan vehicle, key to a RED vehicle. Document folder had wifes name and some other VIN number, wrong stock number. Happy camper NOT!Back to dealership I make it pretty clear that I am not a happy camper, And what happens to the poor person that buys the RED car? At what point does Curry realize they have two cars involved in a one car deal? Anyway at this point Keith does his not me the other guy bit, doesn't matter to me, TWO employees have failed to properly deliver a 2013 top of the line vehicle on a cash deal despite having a customer do their job, simply double check paperwork. Even I never thought to check the second key etc after the first big mistake was found. The VIN number is everything, title registration, insurance. They did get it right with insurance I monitored that when Keith called at least.Credit given in part. Mack Finch General Manager of Curry Nissan heard my displeasure and became involved quickly during my evening wrong key visit. He made no excuses, and accepted his responsibility as he should. Ultimately it is indeed his. I was convinced he was not going to simply attempt to appease and move on that he really was upset as I was. I would presume he would do as I would, sit down and review every aspect of this to identify where checks and balances failed and make corrections. Finally, so far LOVE the new 2013 Altima SL, I am driving a 2012 Ford Fusion top of line. In my serial new car addiction I will be looking for my 2014 next year and I am certainly going to have Nissan back on my list to look at. I mean heated steering wheel, I know decadent, but had that a two of my Maxima's years back. Nothing better after cleaning snow off than grasping that heated wheel. Will I consider Curry yes, my situation has not been the normal operation for other Curry dealerships, I am hopeful that Curry Nissan will correct it's serious flaws. I am also hoping Mr Finch makes sure all our paperwork is now correct in his computers.

The moment I walked into the dealership I felt welcomed and comfortable without being pressured. I was greeted at the front desk and a sales associate was immediately called over and introduced himself to me. Our conversation started with him wanting to know what I wanted - it was never a question of him talking me into something else. Mike was knowledgeable and confident. We took a test drive of a vehicle he thought would suit my needs, after he expalined (slowly because it had been 10 years since I had a new car) all the new functionality. When we got back to the dealership other sales and administrative staff were waiting - as if they were anxious to hear how the test went. They all genuinely seemed intersted if I was going to choose Nissan. My review is not meant to explain why I was able to make the decision that night to lease a car with Curry Nissan, but why I am also recommending it to my family and friends.

I visited Curry Nissan with the intention of returning my leased Nissan Sentra and either leasing or buying a new Rogue. I originally dealt with Joe Caldararo and was set to lease a Rogue. Joe was an absolute professional and did a great job. The Rogue was a beautiful vehicle, but I felt the timing wasn't right and I love the Sentra, so I changed my mind and decided to stay with it. A lesser sales person would have been disappointed and annoyed. Joe however, was great and directed me to Gloria Carlson so that I could buy the Sentra. Gloria was very professional and made what I thought was going to be an annoying process, very simple. When I visited her to take care of the paperwork, I had my 3 year old son with me. She was so friendly to him and gave him something to do to keep him occupied. I made multiple trips to the dealership while purchasing the car and everyone was so friendly, especially to my son. I made an appointment to get an oil change and now my son keeps asking if he can go with me because he liked going there so much. He was especially fond of Gloria and Keith. There is a very good chance that I will be returning to Curry Nissan in the near future to deal with Joe Caldararo and it's my intent use the service department for my Sentra.

All were very helpful during a very trying time as I was in a very serious car accidenton May 18th and my car was totaled. I was actually scheduled to test drive a few other cars when I decided I was very happy with my Versa as well as the service department I'd already had a relationship with so why not stick with that. When I came in on May 23rd to look at the Versa I met with Al Hamilton and I was happy to have been shown the car which I eventually drove home on Friday, May 25th.

Everybody was so friendly and helpful in every way that there is not a thing that I would change. I had previously gone to White Plains Nissan and even though I had told them that I wanted a Maxima but probably would not be able to afford it and would end up with an Altima they didn't even show me a Maxima they automatically put me in an Altima and although I said the same thing here at Yorktown the first car they showed me was a Maxima they didn't even mention the Altima even though that too is a beautiful car.

I arrived for my appointment at 8am and was instructed to pull my car right into the service entrance. John Berrios immediately introduced himself and was very personable. Within 30 minutes, John came to find me in the waiting area. He explained that the tire pressure sensor was damaged and should be replaced and then brought me over to the car, showed me where the damaged sensor was located and when I asked if it was a repair that could wait or if the sensor could just be disabled, he explained that the tire was leaking air. I gave the go ahead to make the repair and John immediately made arrangements for another employee to drive me home as I was scheduled to work from home beginning at 9am. He was very thorough and polite and I appreciated the fact that he did not make me feel ignorant due to my limited knowledge about my own car.Midafternoon, John called to let me know that my car was ready, asked if I needed a ride and when I indicated that I would not need a ride, he let me know that I could pick up my car up until 6pm and that he was available if I had any questions. John is an excellent service advisor.Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the young man who gave me a ride home, but I do want to mention that he also was very cordial and based on our conversation, I understand that he is hopeful to transition to the position of mechanic. From the perspective of a customer, he interacts well with the public and clearly enjoys auto repair and would, therefore, be an asset to your company.

Bought a NV with 1600 miles that was supposed to be like new over internet when went to pick up it was not as described had body damage, dents and scrapes through paint , but took anyhow dealer will get me touch up paint. Upon further inspection when got home many things wrong with car and parts missing that where bolted on! Light bulbs where missing, stripped and drilled bolts. Looks like they used this as a parts car. Story they told me about the car does not also seem truthful. Parts broken, rear door hinge, for the life of me I cant figure out why they would of just not fixed it under warrantee before I bought the car, shimmies on road but it may just need an alignment. Overall not happy at the moment.

I purchased my 2012 GTR in NJ 3 wks ago, and in need of NYS car inspection; since i am a resident of Yorktown Hts, i chose Curry Nissan ( GTR certified dealer) for this; had a scheduled for 3:30 pm appt today (10/28/11) and was surprised to be told by Mr. Ruiz that my car can't be inspected and had to be rescheduled for next wk because my appt shld have been at 10:30 am. He was adamant in not having me accommodated because this would mean having other cars moved out of slot. But i held my stance, insisted that it wasn't my fault for the schedule error but Curry's. I had to re-adjust my own schedule so i can keep up with today's inspection. My -what-would-have-been disastrous first time experience with Curry Nissan turned out for the better when John Berrios had the utmost customer interest in mind to keep my appt and have my new car inspected. Nissan Curry should realize i have given then enough business by purchasing from its other car franchise our family van(Honda from H. Curry) 2 yrs ago. And more importantly, perhaps Nissan USA shld be interested to find out that for its supercar GTR brand to be truly satisfying, it must "teach" its dealers to treat its customers GTR-worthy customer service. Perhaps, Mr. Ruiz shld be taught better. Especially as this is my first time...hopefully it will not be the last.

My son Nick recently purchased a 2012 Versa at Curry Nissan. The experience we had was a very positive one. The level of professionalism and fairness was exactly what we were looking for. We would absolutely recommend this dealership especcially Keith Johnon who took the time to explain to a first time car buyer all of the features of the vehicle as well as the car buying process. Jimmy Chang was very helpful as well especially in getting my son the first time car buyers college credit. It meant another $500.00 off the already great price. They gave me a fair deal and in 38 months I plan to go back and repeat the process...once. Extremely unprofessional dealership. My wife and I went to test drive a used vehicle. The salesman had us make 4 right turns and come back into the dealership (never got above 35 mph). We were still interested in the vehicle but wanted to take a more substantial test drive (take it on the highway - what a novel concept). The salesman talked us into leaving a $500 refundable deposit on the vehicle (they are good at that, aren't they?) contingent upon a 2nd test drive. Long story short, we decided against that test drive and requested a refund of our deposit the next day. THIRTEEN DAYS AND EIGHT INDIVIDUALS LATER (Gloria, Al, Karen, Craig, Doreen, Ed, Sammy), they finally put our refund through (although they orinally claimed they did it the day we called). Just know that if you are shopping for a vehicle at Curry Nissan, it is going to cause you a headache in some form or another.

I was also given a loaner car so that I was not inconvenienced while my car was being repaired. The car was ready when I was told it would be and I was very happy with the work. I purchased a new 2011 Maxima in Decemeber 2010. My salesman was Keith Roberts. From the moment we were introduced Keith exhibited a level of professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and friendliness that I had never experienced in a sales setting of any kind. He compiled all of what I was looking for in a new car and procured same quickly and efficiently. While delivery was being coordinated he was in constant communication with me giving me updates as needed. He was thoughtful and thorough on the day I picked up the car explaining every last detail of the new technologies included with the vehicle.He called me several times afterwards to verify that all was well with the car and that my satisfaction had been met. Keith even helped me turn in my previously leased Chevy Tahoe. This was no small task as my previous finance company,Ally refused to acknowledge that I had turned the vehicle in on time and tried to levy a lease extension charge. Keith contacted them several times explaining and sending documentation supporting my position. Thanks to him I just received a letter from ally releasing me from all obligations. Keith continues to call from time to time just to say I and ask how things are going with my purchase.He is great at his job and a true gentleman and I would recommend Curry Nissan in general and specifically Keith Roberts to anyone interested in a new vehicle purchase.Anthony Robinson

I went to Curry Nissan to get a replacement vehicle for my old station car that suddenly broke down. Instead of getting a used car, I was very happy to get a new Nissan Sentra through a very attractive lease deal that my salesperson, Mike Czerniak told me about. He was extremetly friendly, knowledgeable and knew how quick I needed a new car. He said let's go for a test drive in a new Sentra and then he told me all about the car's features, some of them I did not expect to find in such an affordable car, like the Bluetooth, outside temperature and sound system. The lease terms were attractive and I finalized everything with Mike and Sam the manager, who is also very courteous and friendly. I would gladly recommend Curry Nissan for its professionalism, competitive prices and convenient location.

The cars salesman, Kelvin Crawford, was fabulous. He was very clear in explaining and showing the features of the 2010 Nissan Murrano. Kelvin was personable and very attending to any questions that we had. He was not pushy or overbearing which I greatly appreciate. Kelvin was on top of everything from the time my husband and I entered the dealership to the time we left. The sales manager, Ed Finn, was also wonderful.
