We had the pleasure of meeting Mike yesterday while we were researching our options for the end of my Lincoln MKZ lease. Mike was an absolute gentlemen and truly listened to our situation carefully. He provided us the information we needed to make an informed decision, giving us options we had not considered. Given our circumstances, our options were limited and we figured we would end up having to purchase my lease. Not necessarily a bad thing as the Lincoln is arrest car. However, knowing what we were attempting to do, Mike did something few salesman can actually do with me, he sold me on an option I had not thought of...and that option is now sitting inside my garage today! Mike was a professional and never pressured us at any time in the sales process. He worked with us on price, giving us options that worked with our budget and met our needs. Simply, he exceeded my expectations! The whole dealership seemed the same way. Relaxed, non-pressure, accmodating, professional and frankly interested in customer satisfaction. My fiance and I were in the market for the perfect lease. We needed something quick since he was losing his company car. By chance we walked onto the ford dealership and that's when Keanue enthusiastically greeted us. We told him our situation and he referred us to the Ford Fusion Energy. The line that sold my fiance was the fact that he could get the carpool sticker for his new 60 mile commute. We were sold. Keanue was friendly and professional throughout our encounter, even offering to pick us up something to eat/drink when he took our new car to get filled up. When Adam entered the picture we felt even more at ease. These two together make a stellar sales team. We were blown away with how fun they made our experience. Definitely the best experience we have ever had at any dealership. We will be Ford people for the rest of our lives! Thank you to the wonderful team!!

I appreciated the fact that I was able to submit my credit application online and view soft copies of several "window stickers" listing the vehicle features and prices that were emailed to me by my internet sales representative, Neri Ellis. This made it much easier to select the perfect vehicle, which Neri went to pick up from another Ford dealership before I arrived so that I could test drive the actual car I leased. Neri was even able to beat a lease offer I received from another Ford dealership on a similar vehicle by over 10% on the monthly payment!

On September 22 I took delivery of a 2014 MKZ at this dealership. JR Rodriguez was the sales person that found this car for me, and spent his time making sure that I understood how to use all of the features, especially the electronics. He also set-up many features that I needed to be automatic right away. JR listens to what the customer wants (I wanted safety and economy) and provides the best product available for the customer. My situation was unusual in that I made a mistake yet the dealership worked together to help me with a viable solution. JR was instrumental in coordinating this entire transaction. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Norm Reeves Ford Superstore. I found the vehicle listed on the internet and submitted an online request for more information. Wesley responded very quickly, answered my initial questions and sent a link to a video of the vehicle. I came in to the dealership later that same day and asked to see Wesley, but was referred to Neri because Wesley was with another customer at the time. Neri took care of me for the remainder of my transaction which took place over a period of two days (Note: the transaction took place over two days, not because of slowness on the part of Neri or Norm Reeves Ford; it was because of me). Neri was extremely helpful, very friendly and conducted himself in a professional manner. He arranged for me to take a test drive the first day, and to borrow the car to show my wife the next day. Once I decided to make the purchase, the process was quick and easy. I will recommend, to my friends and family, that they do business with Norm Reeves Ford and will specifically recommend that they request Neri or Wesley to walk them through the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle.

I am new in the US so there's still no credit score or anything and I love the ford edge, but wasn't really sure I'd manage to get it. Luis Torres made it happen, he helped me all through the process, did his best to make it happen really, he even felt something wrong with the ignition and a problem with the window programming, he took me to the lobby (which has free coffee, power bars and trail mixes and soft drinks) and took the car to the service, insisted on changing the battery and reprogramming the windows, so I would have full experience and not need to come back for service again. I've never been happier in my life!

There were so many people there this weekend! Even still Janice Rojas took her time showing me the options on the fusion was I was interested in and even tried to get me out of my car I only purchased a little over a year ago. I've been told no so many times. I was very apprehensive but she reassured me that there was no commitment or pressure to buy. I really appreciate the great customer service. This is the worst Lincoln dealer in the Southern California area, avoid at all costs. I contacted the dealer in regards to a Black label 2017 MKZ that was showing available in their inventory. Surprisingly when I inquired, it of course was sold yesterday (Great bait and switch). The same vehicle stayed in available inventory for the rest of the week. I never heard back from the dealer so I reached out again a week later. This time I was told there we no vehicles in the marketplace available but they would be happy to sell me something else in "Their" inventory, I guess the dealer was unaware there are actual other Lincoln dealers in the state. I contacted another dealer and confirmed the vehicle was really available. I reached back out to Norm Reeves and relayed that their facts were false and I was told by Norm Reeves "Thanks for the Opportunity" what a group of unprofessional shady people they have there. Keep in mind the Lincoln Black label is supposed to provide VIP service throughout the whole process, with that in mind Norm Reeves should be stripped of their Black Label sales.

Have complained about car's transmission and it finally gave out. Car is only three years old. Dealer has the car and so now it's sitting there, close to a week and I can't get a rental through my insurance until Ford does their job. They haven't even looked at it yet. I can't believe the quality of service that they offer their customers. Very inconvenient and stressful! Will never buy a Ford again. Called Ford and I am just given the run around. I can't even say how many people I have spoken to and no one seems to be able to help.

Antonio Carreon provided service beyond what I expected and have seen from other dealers. I went the internet route and immediately got a response via email and phone call from Antonio. That part of the process is consistent across dealers. Where Antonio went above and beyond was by searching the inventory for a car meeting my specifications and then he sent videos to my phone walking around the car and inside. This was a different approach from what I have seen across the 15 or so dealers I've dealt with on various brands. We came in and Antonio took us through a fair negotiation process. I think in the negotiation we could have gotten a better rate on the lease but I was happy with the price of the car. Antonio also took a personal interest in making sure we were comfortable with the car. I would definitely go to Norm Reeves again and gladly work with Antonio.

After multiple attempts with multiple dealers that could not find the vehicle that I wanted, I contacted Antonio Carreon from Norm Reeves Ford Cerritos. Antonio ordered the car for me with the features that I wanted. Antonio did not try to sell me a stock vehicle or tried to convince me to add features I did not desire. Antonio gave me an estimated price for the 2016 model. The car arrived to the dealer within the standard Ford manufacturer time frame of 9 weeks exactly as I had ordered the vehicle. Upon delivery the price was negotiated as close to as possible to the estimated price with consideration given to the vehicle being a special order 2017 model. Finance was a breeze with no upsell of add-on thanks to Antonio; just a reminder to the finance manager to apply the initial Deposite was needed. I would definetly purchase my next vehicle from Antonio.

I was In Los Angeles visiting my daughter to help her buy a car. She didn't want to be ripped because she was a young woman. After several high pressure dealerships we pulled into into Norm Reeves Ford and were pleasantly surprised. The salesman, Michael O'Connor, asked my daughter a lot of question about her need and wants in a new car. He seemed genuinely concerned about getting a car she would be happy with. The atmosphere was pleasant and low key, no pressure. Michael was very knowledgeable showed us several cars that fit my daughters wish list at reasonable price. I would definitely refer a friend to Norm Reeves Ford. (and yes my daughter bought a Focus two days later.)

We went in looking for a Ford Transit Connect, both Jorge and Dillon were very helpful and patient. It is always a great experience when the employees are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and the cars that they sell. WOW. Super easy process. I was in and out within an hour...most of it had to do with explaining the car and finances. I worked with Sonny--what a boss, from attitude to demeanor to his suit! Very professional towards me. He did not do any back-and-forth stuff (none of the "let me talk to my manager" kind of junk). We did work things out over e-mail and phone prior to me driving down, and he was very courteous and straight up with me. The 1+ hour traffic-filled drive to the dealer was worth it. Kevin Lee--finance guy--also straight up. He explained things well--none of the "sign here" and you go "what's that additional dollars?" He explained properly what I was about to sign before I even put pen to paper. My sister was with me, and she said "see? This is how it's supposed to be." Go deal with Norm Reeves Hyundai if you're looking for a Hyundai vehicle.

I haven't been disappointed at this Ford dealer. I have tried several dealers and Cerritos continues to be my choice.The service department is very responsive and they keep you informed through the entire process. They are the only dealer (that I know of) that uses text system to keep you updated. I really like that. But George picked up the phone and called me throughout the process. I have a company car that was issued to me via a fleet service. George knew how to deal with the fleet service and jumped right on the issues I needed to be looked at.Thank you George! Keep up the great service.

Looking to buy my first car, came across Ford at Cerritos after a long day of searching. Walked around for about 20 min looking at cars, and waiting for someone to help us. Then Jorge spotted us as he was going on his break and was nice enough to answer our questions even tho he was on his way out. Avoid Them.I was in need of a car quickly, and was forced to go through a dealership. I found a 2012 Ford Fiesta SE with 89k miles on it for 8800. It was a former rental car and was most likely beat up. During the test drive, the transmission was jerky, as Fiestas have the DCT that was having problems in the fleet, but it was a decent price and I took it. A few days after the purchase, a check engine light came on. Over the next few months the light would periodically clear itself then return, so I eventually contacted the dealer and asked for some help. There were codes for the catalytic converter, MAF, and various other problems, the service department didn't want to help as I was past warranty and did not purchase an extended one, so I was stuck on my own. So far I've spent a few hundred dollars trying to fix these issues, but as a P0420 code has many different causes, it's not a guarantee that a new catalytic converter would fix the issue completely.Sadly, it seems these days that one can't make a profit without screwing somebody else over. I'd advise you to get an extended warranty at a very good cost, or for free, and read the fine print so they can't screw you like they got me.

Dropped of my 2014 F250 for electrical issues 12/21 after 10 days there was no conclusion or fix. I did have an aftermarket radio installed so I dropped on the factory for them to replace and test on 12/31, My extended warranty covers the cost of a rental but the service manager Greg said the dealership did not want to cover it because my truck was at idle ( not being worked on) Not my problem so i was asked to return it. My vehicle is not safe to drive and with the present bad weather It is dangerous but I was told to take it until they wanted to work on it. I refused and got a loaner car from a family member. I also opened a case with Ford but cannot get any response for Mark the Regional. Both the Service writer and manager give me different answers. Terrible dealer to deal with for warranty work. If my aftermarket radio cause the issue I am fine with paying the rental car and diagnosis fee I understand its not their fault. I have been as calm and patient as possible not bugging the dealer but I am being taken advantage of.

Dropped my 2014 F250 off for electrical issues, Vehicle has 14,000, They have had it for 16 Days and between the George Service Writer and Greg Service Manager I get different stories, I have an extended warranty which cover my rental car however after 10 days they dealer said they wanted it to be returned because work on my truck was at idle and they did not want to cover the rental. I am left with not rental or truck now with a dealership that seems not to care about my vehicle.... I have contacted Ford to open a case but good luck getting Mark the Regional to called back.....Going on 3 days with no response to voicemail.

My wife and I went in a few weeks ago and were greeted by Wes Norman. We told him what we were interested in buying and he immediately provided helpful insight and direction into the family car that would best fit our needs. Wes was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After we decided to go run some numbers on a 2014 Ford Explorer that was certified pre owned we ended up purchasing the car. Our purchase was late at night and after signing for the car we noticed a dent on the left panel that we had missed on the earlier walkthrough. It was significant enough to ask to get it repaired. Wes told us that he would talk to the used car manager John Saunders and explain what happened the following morning. After speaking with John we were told to bring the car back, and after a 10 second inspection by John the dealership took care of the damage and put us in a rental car. Once the car was ready both John and Wes went over the repairs that were made and the car looked great. From start to finish my wife and I experienced true customer satisfaction with this dealership. Wes still communicates with us on a weekly basis making sure that we are happy with the car and that it is driving well. I would highly recommend going through this dealership to buy a car. If you want great customer service I would ask for Wes and if you have an issue with used car that you have purchased from the dealership John is so fast at responding to your questions and takes care of you. Forget all the other responses you get to online inquiries when purchasing a vehicle and deal with Alex Williams only. From his first email to my actual car purchase, he lived up to his statement that he would do whatever was necessary to earn my business. I have purchased many cars in my life and never has an experience been as easy as in dealing with Alex and Norm Reeves Ford. He is truly interested in the customer's needs, responsive to questions, providing the information needed to be confident in the customer's choice of a vehicle. He oversaw every detail, from the first email response to delivering the car to me and providing instruction on how it all worked. Kudos to Manny in Finance, as well. Quite frankly, I was dreading the final step with finance, even though all the details had been handled. Purchasing a car many years ago at other dealerships usually was a poor experience but the present car purchase experience was very pleasant at Norm Reeves Ford. The Cerritos Ford website was very user friendly. The search for the car I was looking for was very easy to locate on the site and it was especially nice to be able to view the window sticker on line. Most importantly the amazing help from all personnel involved from the initial phone calls with George Velasquez handling the price and arrival time of the vehicle to the handling of the sales transaction processing with Janice Rojas and financing with Sal Gonzalez. All personnel made for a very very pleasant less stressful experience. We were very impressed on how comfortable my wife and I felt with Janice and Sal Gonzalez and the speed with handling the process to completion. We are very pleased with the Ford Focus Titanium.

I'm glad that I called into Norm Reeves Oscar the internet manager sent me my quote and answered my questions in record time and with great knowledge about the fusion energi. I came in that Sunday and he was even more of a pleasure to speak to. I had a lot of questions about the HOV access and he cleared. My concern they have a bunch of vehicles with the carpool access so if you're looking you better head down. I had a lot of people send me quotes but never reassured that I would have the stickers. The best customer service and overall experience I have ever had with any car purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend Jorge Velazquez and Norm Reeves Ford to anyone. He was not pushy at all, let me choose exactly what I wanted and then broke down different options of the payment plan. He gave me HONEST opinions and then actual reasons why he would chose certain options or no chose others. I went to Norm Reeves Ford to check out the new Ecoboost Mustang. I've dreamed of owning a Mustang since I was a young child in the 60's. I drove an automatic with paddle shifters and could definitely feel the power, but I really wanted a manual transmission which they did not have. My original sales person tracked one down it was in transit headed to another dealer, so he had me put a down payment on it so he could have it sent there instead. He was to contact me the next day for an update but never did so I called him the next afternoon which was the day my Mustang was supposed to arrive. He told me they were having trouble locating it and he would call me back, but he didn't. I went to the dealer for some answers my sales person was busy when I got there. I was greeted by Jorge Velazquez who answered all my questions and informed me my deposit did not guarantee the car would be mine, the other dealer did not have to trade. I was so disappointed, but Jorge sat down at his computer and listened to what I was looking for and found several Mustangs at various dealers that were exactly what I was looking for. He emailed them all and by noon the next day he finalized a deal and I got my dream car that evening. Jorge was awesome he was there for the whole process and he personally made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Thank you Jorge Velazquez and Norm Reeves Ford. I love my new Mustang.

I'm in the beginning stages of buying a car not exactly ready, but very soon. When I tell a salesman that, I'm treated like I shouldn't even be there unless I'm ready to buy now. When I told David Pulido this, he said no problem. He said to me my job is to show you what we can offer you in a new or pre-owned car and answer any question that I might have. He then said with all confidence he would earn my business if it wasn't going to be today, then when I'm ready. I told David about the the way I was treated at the other dealer that day. He was very sympathetic to me and ushered me he would not presser me. I told David I greatly appreciate his excellent service and knowledge and I would be back to buy from him at Cerritos Ford. We purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion a little over a week ago and our experience with Cerritos Ford was unbelievable. From the moment we walked in, to finally leaving the lot in record time, I can't remember the last time buying a car was fun. The entire experience was orchestrated by Michael Bednasz. No stars for quality I bought a car from here less than five months ago and the transmission is gone I asked and asked for an extended warranty and ended up with some GAP insurance instead. I skipped over all the little buy here pay heres and rinky dinks just to avoid a situation like this and here i still end up with a $3500 repair in less than 5 months.This is so stupid i had to.put down $6000.00 becz of a repo from a simliar situation from a so called less replemendable place but I see now it make no difference. I was sweet talked into GAP insurance becz it was one or the other. I wouldve been better off just taking that money and buying a car right out. If this happens within 5 months I sure cant expect it to last through the duration of the loan. Dont get me wrong they were really customer courteous until after they have my money and now its your car you bought it with no warranty sorry. My advice is if u do purchase from here dont leave without making sure you have an extended warranty

Best experience ever, after being turned down in Galpin Ford, Montebello Ford & Central ford, I was approved here for a Mustang GT 5.0. Loved the fact that the sales man David P. did not give up on me like other dealers did and kept in contact until I was happy with my purchase. Would recommend this dealer to anyone, specially the sales man David P. Very informative dealer and it did not take longer than 30 mins before I was driving out the lot with my new car.

Both sales people I worked with were pleasant. Initially I wasn't sure if I was going to get a new car or if I wanted a Focus HB or a new Escape. I was able to initially test a Focus and then a few weeks later when I had firmed up plans an Escape that had come in. We were quickly able to agree on a price if they could locate the car I wanted. Unlike some of the other dealers that we visited the staff at Cerritos were courteous, honest, and accomodating. One employee in particular, Cal Richmond, may have been the nicest person that I have ever met in my life. It became so comfortable being with him, that I almost forgot that I was buying a car. Originally, my husband and I were only buying a car for my son, but after having the sales buying process so thoroughly explained to us i.e ( car options, financing availability, et al), we wound up getting two cars. Ford has earned themselves a loyal customer!!! I want to give kudos to the entire Cerritos Ford team but specifically the exceptional Jorge Velazquez. Jorge made me feel comfortable from the very first time I stepped into the Ford dealership. I was able to sit down and explain my circumstance to Jorge and we immediately divulged almost 3 different plans that would allow the budget I had set forth to work. Afterwards, Jorge even explained which plan he felt was the better value. Ultimately, I was able to pick up my New Ford Fiesta the same week. And to put the cherry on top. Jorge even emailed us less than 24 hours later to see if I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I should also add that I'm a FIRST TIME CAR BUYER!! :-)

My wife and I didn't have high expectations when we registered on cars.com. Within a few days we received an alert of a 2007 Ford Explorer Trac pickup at Cerritos Ford. The vehicle had an EXCELLENT PRICE and surprisingly LOW MILEAGE. We thought this much was a typographical error but my wife decided to follow up and to our surprise this vehicle was exactly as described. My wife called and left a message for Mike O'Connor who returned her call very quickly. This vehicle had only been at Cerritos Ford for two days and was being inspected/detailed but Mr. O'Connor located it and provided us with additional detailed information. We scheduled an appointment and were greeted almost immediately with one of the most personable car salesmen we have ever encountered. We did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision but when we saw the vehicle we LOVED IT!!! The usual protocol was followed and in record time we had completed the required documentation and were driving home in a pristine "manly" truck that anyone would be proud to own. I recently immigrated to the United States and my wife and I had been sharing her car but now I am the proud new owner of a Ford Explorer Trac pickup - this is DEFINITELY SOMETHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT!!! Came into the store on Memorial Day weekend and Jose approached us when we got there.. He was very professional and he was bilingual and that made us feel more comfortable because my mom only spoke Spanish . He showed us a lot of different cars and we ended up liking a used vehicle . I purchased a 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis. My first contact was by phone where I was greeted by Sal, I made an appointment to view the car the following Saturday and was greatly surprised to find the car on the lot with a "reserved for (my name)" on the windshield. I met with Sal and thus began the best and most relaxed experience. After the test drive, Sal, and the others involved with completing a sale made me feel as if I were the most important customer in the house. When I arrived at the dealership I was really feeling physically exhausted due to some recent chemotherapy. The entire team made sure that I was made very comfortable and understood my needs. My wife and were looking for a used Ford Explorer Sport. This is a tough SUV to find. We saw a used one pop up on the Cerritos Ford website and decided to come by the dealership first thing in the morning to check it out. We had our baby with us as well a tight schedule for work. We were greeted at the door and were immediatly paired up with Gerald Addison to review our needs. My wife was able to feed the baby in the separate childrens room. We told Gerald that we had limited time and knew where the price needed to be for us to make a deal. After a quick test drive and review of the vehicle (Gerald knew everything about the car), we began to discuss pricing. Gerald was very sensitive to our time and very aware that we were a well informed buyer. We started the process, quickly zeroed in on the price and had multiple finanacing options within an hour of us walking in the door. Gerald worked with the Sales manager (great guy - sorry forgot name) to give us a good price for our trade in and to get us the best interest rate. Boom! the Deal was done. I initially discussed my options over email with Mr. David Ademola, and then had the pleasure of working primarily with Mr. Michael Bednasz once I arrived at the dealership. Mr. Bednasz was very polite, courteous and accommodating. After two test drives and deciding on which vehicle was the right one for me, Mr. Bednasz quickly got the numbers together for the proposed sale. After only minimal back & forth negotiating, we agreed upon a very reasonable price for both my trade-in and the new vehicle.I then dealt with Fabby Guerra for the finance portion of the transaction, which is usually the worst. Michael Bednasz, our Salesman, was very friendly, helpful and PATIENT! There was no pressure at all. He helped us look at several cars around the lot to make sure we had made the right choice. He allowed us to test drive two of the cars we finally settled on. He, then, helped us secure a good discount on the one we finally chose - a 2012 Fusion SEL. It is an immaculate car. But, this discount was critical in us not leaving this dealership and buying a car we had seen at another dealership. We are VERY happy with the purchase. I highly recommend Cerritos Ford to everyone. David Ademola was my Salesman/Internet - talking to him over the phone to meeting him in person was a great experience. I had told him exactly what I wanted - he searched for the 2014 Ford Fusion with EcoBoost, plantium white with dune interior etc. David found a couple almost what I wanted he did not pressure me into buying something I didn't want, was not pushy and did not rush me. A few days later I ordered exactly what I wanted from David he told me it could take up 6-8 weeks I was OK with that. David kept me posted during this time - if I had a question he would always reply, and I had lots of questions and David answered all of them was never upset. My car came in early and I received an email saying my car was delivered. Went down the next day and did all the final paper work - received a great deal and it was easy. Everyone at Cerritos Ford was very very nice willing to help you. Manny in Finance was very nice, of course I had lots of questions for him as well - Manny went over everything - all options - extended warrenty, the maintenance agreement and several other things - he didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want but explained everything. For me the extended warrenty, the maintenance agreement (after checking with the maintenance department the next morning to see if it was beneficial) and the finishing touch will benefit me. I had the Finishing Touch on my last car which I almost had 13 years and the paint job still looked new, also the leather seats were in great condition. Took delivery of my new car that evening after taking a test drive with David - David went on vacation that evening but followed up with me the following day while he was on vacation to make sure that everything was ok, and If I had any questions. When David came back from vacation I stopped by on my way home from work so he could go over all of the features with me he was very helpful. So if you are looking for a car go to Cerritos Ford and ask for David Ademola you will be glad you did.

Purchased a Ford edge last night.I've been working over the phone with Michael Belnasz for over a week, he was very patient and got me the price I wanted for a car I LOVE. I drove almost 150 miles to get this particular car,When I showed up to buy there was a problem with my loan paperwork from my bank and they did everything they could so I could drive my car home that night and not have to drive back. When I arrived at Ford on Black Friday it was pouring! I was just planning on looking at cars and Mr. Vazquez was the first one to come out to greet us, he also brought us an umbrella! We looked at a few cars but I ended up driving the Fiesta. We looked over the fax and Jose told us about the car. We believe that I got very good price on my car, and the whole process was very pressure-free, Mr. Vazquez never pushed to make the deal, it was a very comfortable experience and definitely the best car buying experience that I have had.

1st, Cerritos Ford was not the first Ford dealership we went to purchase a car. We test drove the car we wanted, a C-Max Energi, at a dealership closer to our home, with salesmen that were nowhere near as knowledgeable, nor courteous. Whereas the salesman at the first place said, You can read about all this stuff in the manual, Edgar, our salesman at Cerritos Ford, spent about 20 minutes going through all the cars relevant features. This is really helpful. Otherwise you can go several months without knowing things like how to optimize your braking technique in order to recharge the cars battery.When we sat down to work with Edgar Jimenez, we were very apprehensive. We had been rejected for all car loans before as a result of an erroneous negative hit on one of our credit reports. However, Edgar went over all of our corroborating information and was able to present us an offer for a purchase and one for a lease-to-own. Edgar was then able to get our APR lowered to fit our budget.Prior to my phone conversation with Edgar, my wife and I were convinced that we would not be able to purchase a vehicle, let alone at a good rate, for at least six months. Edgar, and the financing staff took into account that credit numbers dont necessarily tell the whole story. They worked with us, and we will definitely work with them again.Oh, did I mention that he was able to get us the Green Sticker before we even left the lot!!!

I was overwhelmed with the service I received with Cerritos Ford. Everyone there was friendly, efficient, courteous, helpful, etc. My salesman was Michael Bednaesz. Michael was such a nice guy, spent a lot of time with me to learn the vehicle inside out. I searched over 30 dealers in my area and at least 3 hours away for exactly what I wanted in this vehicle, no one had everything. I waited over a month hoping one of the dealerships would find one, but didn't. I found the vehicle when I searched farther at Cerritos Ford not realizing it would be over 7 hours drive there. Michael spent so much time on the phone with me talking about the vehicle, before and after the purchase, and for me to be able to get there to get the SUV. I was given food vouchers for a nice meal, and gift certificates for a department store. I flew from Sacramento, CA to Cerritos to buy my 2012 Ford Escape Limited. I drove it home to Antelope, CA the next day, over a 7 hour drive and my SUV handled wonderfully. It was everything I wanted. I am so happy and am showing it off. My family loved it too. This has been the best personal experience in car buying I have ever had. David was very professional and courteous right from the start. I liked the prompt directness of the manager on duty (John Kang) & I appreciated the honesty of my Sales rep (Jonathan Kim) .... if he wasnt sure or didnt know he didnt try to side step the question or take me thru a smoke screen conversation to make himself look knowledgeable by flooding me with unnecessary words & irrelevant conversation. If it wasn't for this dealership in particular Jorge Velazquez, my Ford loyalty would have ended and Ford family would have jumped ship. I recently went through a horrible ordeal with an F-250 Lemon, only after doing research, reviewing consumer ratings and a nudge from my mom did I even fathom an other Ford in or near my drive way. My mom was looking for a small economical vehicle after shopping around we came by Jorge we cross referenced the deal with our Ford guy ( a long time family friend at Villa Ford) and my longtime high school friend( Huntington Ford) they said it was unbeatable. Frank Morales at Villa Ford is an amazing straight shooting guy said go with Jorge he's a good guy. At Huntington Ford it was an ok deal but they attempted a bunch of different sales tactics that I didn't like on my mom that I didn't like and left her stressed. When dealing with Jorge he comported himself in a very nice business manner very honest and very direct no rotating salesmen , just heres what I can do and what I cant. HES THE ONLY AAA CERTIFIED GUY BTW DONT BE FOOLED. Frank at VIlla and Jorge will be the only people we deal with ever again. What surprised me, was that I know for a fact that my settlement money from my lemon with be going to another Ford and Jorge will be the guy I call first without a hesitation and feel absolutely comfortable not shopping around. He was the only individual that didn't keep calling or hassling, JUST THE BARE BONES GOOD DEAL!!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY A FORD AND IN SOCAL GO TO HIM.

I went in to just test drive a Fusion and told this to the sales person which I dont remeber her name. After the test drive she asked me if I would like to know the numbers on the car. I responded yes. We then spent 2 hours giving her information to get a credit check on us and then she went and got a finance manager. He said he had 8 banks that he deals with that could probably finance us. We were still not even agreeing on a price when we finally decided to leave. After a week went by we started getting rejection letters from banks and credit unions turning us down for a loan on a car we hadnt even agreed to. I then called Dallas the sales manager and told him I did not understand how these banks could reject us when we didnt even say we wanted the vehicle. He told me this is a normal policy to submit our application to various banks. I now have received 3 rejection letters from these banks and now I'm being told by the credit reporting companies that this is hurting my credit rating. Durring my phone call to Dallas he said he would look into this for me and get back to us. It has been a week now and no response from him. I have called a couple more times and can never reach him.This has hurt my credit rating and is now costing me more money in interest because of the reduction in our rating.I am still in the market for a car but I can not see myself buying one from this dealer if this is how they treat me.

I was at Cerritos Ford Lincoln when I ran into a gentleman named Juan Garcia. He was polite, knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He was very diligent. I give him a 10 out of 10 but since this was only rated 5 out of 5 then it is what it is. There should be more nice, intelligent men such as this one. I contacted AAA for their car buying service they got me in touch with Jorge via Email and a phone call. I had priced the car i wanted online through Ford.com Jorge and the team at Cerritos Ford looked high and low for the car I wanted and at no time did i feel pressure to purchase a car that I didn't want. I got updates from Jorge just asking if i was still interested. and what was my status. I took a test drive with another sales person. Jose ( I think) who took me out to the back lots looking for "My" Car at the time was not around. So I told them I had to also have the wife come and test drive the car as well which we did on August 5th with yet another sales person who was just as friendly as the first person. I left on vacation and while out of the state got an email from Jorge asking if i was interested in ordering a 2014. I said sure had the PDF file of the Car I wanted with the MSRP. including the options Jorge emailed me Monday said that he came up with the same price and his selling price was ______ minus any Ford incentives and or rebates. I called him back he answered the phone I asked what i needed to do he to email his the go ahead for the order and he didn't want to see me till the car was on the lot and and he would email me the order confirmation. as soon as he got it from Ford. The Order was place on the 19th of August. I have yet to meet this Jorge guy but he is a great salesperson. Matthew Nelson

My 97 T-bird was having problems so I decided to visit this Dealership to see what was available, I was by Saul, he show me several new and used cars, I ended up with a Pre-owned 13 Escape, I am happy with this car because its roomy, has great features and at a great price, also comes with 7 years and 100k miles. The way I was treated left me very satisfied, Saul was very patient with my, answered all my questions, he even called me 3 days after the sale to follow up with me. I had a minor issue with the car which was taken care by Saul and the Service Dept in a fast and easy way. Jorge was very helpful and very patient with me. I havent purchased a car in 12 years so the whole process felt foreign to me. I purchased a used Toyota 4Runner from Edgar Jimenez of Cerritos Ford. It was an excellent experience. Edgar was knowlegeable and very easy to work with. He was a good listener and helped me take the time I needed to become familiar and confident that I had found the right vehicle. We took a long test drive, thoroughly checked the vehicle out while away from the dealership, came back and then even went back out again for a second test drive just to help my comfort level. We recently leased a C-Max Hybrid from Cerritos Ford and Mike O'Conner was our sales person. The entire process was very pleasant, positive and unbelievably relaxing. We were very impressed with the fact that we received NO pressure from Mike, just friendly answers to our many, many questions. After taking possession of our car, Mike was always as close as our phone to answer any questions or to invite us back any time to guide us in the overwhelming aspects of our new computerized car. It was very reassuring for us to know that we could continue to call on Mike if necessary. When we are ready to purchase another car, Mike will be the one we call.In the past, when we have purchased new cars, we dreaded having to 'deal' with the dealerships, but our experience with Mike O'Conner and the entire Cerritos Ford staff was positive, friendly and helpful at every level. David Pulido greeted us as soon as we walked up to the lot, we told him what we were looking for and we walked over to the Mustangs, I saw one that caught my eye and we took ir for a test drive, satisfied, we when inside to talk numbers, they gave me a fair amount for my trade in, and we further negotiated for the vehicle, an hour or so later we gave alittle and he gave alittle, and the deal was done.I like the no pressure sales they have at Cerritos Ford.It's been 3 days and I am thrilled with my 2013 Mustang Premium.

After scouring the internet, I found a Mustang at Cerritos that had 70% of the options I was looking for. Kathy Baily emailed me with an offer that was attractive enough to bring me in. Victor Resendiz worked with me in settling all the tedious paperwork necessary in buying the car. After 4 hours of haggling, I happily drove off in my Mustang! Kathy and Victor delivered the SMOOTHEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I ever had. Fast forward a week later... I got a call from the dealer saying that my financing loan was never approved and that I would need to sign a new contract that doubles my interest rate. I was livid! Why would you let me drive the car away without approving my financing first? I had to drive back to the dealership and work out a new deal to keep the car. What a waste of my time!

Last year, we purchased a 2012 Ford Flex at Cerritos Ford, Jorge Velazquez was our sales guy. When we wanted to test drive a 2013 Ford Fusion last weekend, we knew who to go to. Jorge was once again very accommodating and patient with us. He was never pushy and always gave an honest opinion when asked for one. Our test drive turned into a purchase, and once again, Jorge made the process so very easy. We were thoroughly pleased with the first numbers he gave us and I have no doubt that he got us the best deal possible. Once we got our keys, he took the time to pair my husband's phone and show us many of the little things that would have taken us forever to find. Victor went above and beyond to stay late, and get a car out of detail to show us. He was kind, supportive and funny. The Cadillac Escalade is beautiful, and even though it wasn't a Ford or Lincoln, he knew so much about the vehicle!The car was in AMAZING condition. They did not negotiate much on the price, but the initial price was extremely fair.The dealership is clean and professional. Salesman are friendly and intelligent, not stalky or clingy. I highly recommend.

George was really great! I knew exactly what i wanted when i walked onto their lot and he answer all the questions I had. He didn't try to sell me anything different or get me spend more then i was capable of. Then when they didn't have the exact car on their lot he went through the trouble of finding me one with a price that matched the numbers he had already drawn up. Even after the purchase George made sure I was completely satisfied with everything and promised to take care of me again when I came back. I wouldn't go anywhere else to by my next car, I plan on going back to my favorite salesman, George!

The moment we stepped out of our door, there was someone there to assist us with finding the perfect car for us, and his name was Nolan Dempster. He was very helpful and informative. He looked like he knew what he was doing. Nolan was an excellent salesman and without him we wouldn't have came home with the satisfaction and reassurance. He made the experience of buying a car all the more memorable for the fact that he gave us excellent customer service. We thought he had been doing this job for awhile, but to later find out he had only been working at Ford for a few months. That was a shock because he was truly an outstanding salesman. Salvador Gonzalez submitted an internet price quote to me. I was initially pleased... I got a quick response (I requested internet price quotes from five dealerships, and only three responded, one of which was Cerritos Ford). Also, the price seemed fair. The problem was when I called to confirm the e-mail document sent to me by Sal Gonzalez, I got a total run-around!! Very sleazy, unprofessional, and dishonest... I was sent a very specific price quote for a vehicle with identified options. One would think you could take the price quote document to the dealership, arrange financing, and away you go, right? WRONG!! Beware... the price quote, even though a written document, was not honored by the dealership. I was told the rebate was only valid for one day (no mention of this on the document), that he "should be able to get me in the ballpark", "come on down... let's talk". I repeatedly asked, give me a yes or no answer, "will you honor your internet price quote??", and he would not say yes. Basically, his price quote was meaningless. I'm thinking of filing a formal complaint with the BBB. I guess I don't need to say I will NOT due business with Cerritos Ford. I hope you don't either!

I bought a brand new flex thru Cerritos Ford and I was extremely happy....at first. I have taken the car in at least 10 times within a 2-3 month period for vario. Problems. I have spent so much of my time and the service departments time, it is riridiculous. I am extremely unhappy with the car and its constant issues so iasked for something to be done. I was told to contact Ford so I did. Ford refused to help me. So I went back to the dealer. They said they would swap out the vehicle with one that doesnt have all of the issues. Which they agreed to do but they are going to charge me $7000!!!!!!! Why am I being penalized for them selling me a crappy car????? If u want a dealership that doesn't back up the products they sell, go to cerritos ford.

Went back the next day and looked at and test dove the truck but when it came to putting the numbers on paper thy tried the typical salesman games of saying one thing but putting different numbers on paper. Went into Cerritos Ford just to look at a new car and ended up purchasing a 2011 Ford Edge for Toai. He was very very nice and explained everything to us in great detail, he got us a great deal and really cared about our experience through the whole process. Even the financing portion of our experience was pleasant, Toai really worked hard to find us the best deal he could. I am a Retail Manager and I deal with a lot of people on a daily basis, and you could tell Toai really cares about his customers before, during, and after the sale. Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience at Cerritos Ford was awesome! Kathy Bailey is an excellant sales person. She takes the time to make sure you get the car you want and a deal to go with it. She doesn't try to get you to take just any car so they can move it off the lot. She looked hard for the car I wanted and found it quite a ways away from Cerritos and got it delivered for me. She is the kind of sales rep you want to send you Mother or Grandmother too. Someone you can trust to do the right thing for you. Manny in finance was also great. We all know they try to sell you as big of an extended warranty as they can but he did in the perfect way. He explained it all and let me decide what I wanted and didn't want. Did not pressure and answered questions patiently. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Cerritos Ford and I would reccommend Kathy Baily and Cerritos Ford to anyone!

Copied from my own Yelp review:I really hate car shopping and with so many 1 and 2 star reviews for almost every car dealership, I really didn't want to have to deal with it. I always feel like I'm getting ripped off (maybe it's the shady vibe most car dealers give off). This time though I did a LOT of research beforehand. I always leased Honda's but this time I wanted to buy and I wanted the most gadgety car I could get (and I'm not a BMW or Lexus kinda guy). After a lot of digging I found the 2012 Ford Focus had a lot of amazing tech including the MyFordTouch touchscreen interface and the fact that it parallel parks itself! Amazing! Finally an American car I have an interest in! Nice work, Ford! And Cerritos Ford had the exact car in stock with the features I wanted.I called ahead to make sure they actually had the car in stock, since Advantage Ford's website said they had the car I wanted, but when I called someone told me it had sold 2 days before, and then I called the next day and spoke with someone else who said the car sold 2 weeks(!) before. So why don't you take it off your site then?! Shady! But at Cerritos Ford, Kathy, the Internet manager, said she definitely had it in, and she'd hold the keys the day I came in, so no one else would try to sell it before I got there. Nice. I would definitely recommend talking to her if you can. I think there's something about working with a woman that made it seem less stressful. I'm sure their male salesmen are great, but there's something about the slick-haired dudes in suits that just gives me the willies when buying cars, and Kathy was just great.Still anxious that I was going to have to haggle, which I suck at, she came in right at the invoice price, which I was really surprised at. My little pregnant car shark friend I brought along to help went ahead and tried to haggle for lower, but I knew that the price she showed me was actually at invoice and was prepared to pay that, and said let's go for it.Having a painless sale with Kathy, I was then worried that the finance manager was gonna be some pushy jerk who tried to make me buy a bunch of garbage add-ons, but when their FM, Manny, started to suggest certain options, I said I wasn't really interested and he immediately stopped the pitch and moved on. Super nice guy too.Overall, it was a pretty painless event. But I definitely recommend whoever you buy from that you do your research ahead of time for the exact car and features you want, look up that invoice price and go in prepared. The more you know, the less you'll be taken advantage of.And I love this new Ford Focus! If you love gadgets, and aren't into the typical luxury car, definitely take a look at the new Focus!

I took in my Ford F250 for an inspection in preparation for purchasing an extended warranty. During the inspection, service technician, Robert Toscas, broke the the sunroof. Toscas stated that he heard a loud "pop" while trying to close it and it now no longer works. He stated "I was holding the button and it wouldn't move. I pressed the buttons again and heard a loud pop." My sunroof was working fine when I took the truck in; no problems whatsoever. Your advisor, Shannon McDowell,refused to accept fault and will not repair it. Eric Soltz, Mc Dowell's manager, refused to accept fault as well and further refused to repair it stating that something like this was bound to happen. We went in with a working sunroof and now the sunroof is broken because Toscas did "something" that caused the sunroof to "pop." This is completely unacceptable, and the customer service was terrible. None. Hopefully, it doesn't rain, because the damage will increase. In addition, McDowell noted on the inspection report that the sun roof was inoperable (refusing to note that it became inoperable during the inspection with Toscas). He also noted the incorrect mileage on the report. And to top it all, he noted the incorrect contact number so I did not receive a call when the truck was ready.

We went to Cerritos Ford after having a terrible experience with a Honda dealer in the area. From the moment we stepped on the lot and we were greeted buy Victor, it was totally different. He was friendly and helpful, and most importantly listened when we explained what we wanted. David was the same. We could not have asked for a better group of people to help us. Between Victor, David, John and Ken,they all went out of their way, explaining everything as we went along, answering all of our questions and concerns. Never did we feel as if anyone was trying to sell us anything we didn't want. They put the customer first. I would tell anyone looking for a car, new or pre-owned, go to Cerritos Ford. Your search will end there!

E-mailed them telling them what I was interested in and they responded saying they had exactly what we wanted, even gave us a VIN number of the car and all it's options. Drove 85 miles to check this car out and probably would have purchased it, IF IT HAD BEEN THERE. The car never existed as far as we could tell, it was used to get us in the showroom only. We left and purchased elsewhere. Received a follow-up call a few days later from the salesman who asked if we were still interested. Told him we had purchased elsewhere and he hung up on me! Sure glad we did not purchase from them.

We initially went to lease a car at the very attractive $159 per month for a 2012 Focus. When everything was said and done it was completely out of our budget, sadly. We mentioned we were going to look at another dealer's used car inventory after seeing nothing here the day before that suited our needs. Victor seemed surprised, since he knew of at least a couple of used cars we might be interested in. He was right. He showed us a used Focus in great shape with extremely low mileage. He was able to bring the price of the car down to our budget range and we were able to give our daughter a really nice Christmas present. Thank you, Victor. You made it easy.

The salesman, Anthony Garcia at the Cerritos, CA location was very friendly and was very knowledgeable on all the details associated with each vehicle we viewed. He explained all the features and prices and extras available with each model. I was actually very impressed with his professionalism as he knew exactly what i was looking for. He wasn't pushing for the sale, and i felt comfortable having his assistance in deciding on a vehicle. When I'm ready, I will definitely return to him for my final selection.

Me and my wife went to the Cerritos Auto Mall to find and a second car that would fit 3 people and a dog. Little did we know, our first and last stop was gonna be Cerritos Ford. Our salesperson Gabby took the time to show us the vehicles that might fit our specs, we test drove an Escape, a Fusion and ultimately decided on a Fusion Hybrid which Gabby recommended. She did say based on the fact that I do a lot of city driving to and from work, the Hybrid would be the best choice. The car is very comfortable and it has a nav system, bluetooth phone, back up camera plus we save lot of money at the pump. But most of all, my son in fifth grade is very proud that we are reducing our carbon footprint... awesome car.

Miles was a great sales representative, he was very straightforward. I was buying my first car and was worried about being swindled, however he was very down to earth and explained everything to me in terms I understood. On top of that Fabby in the loan office called me after I left and got me an even better deal on the car. I am absolutely in love with my new mustang. The car had a small chip out of the paint and the customer service called me first thing on the first working day to schedule an appointment to get it fixed.

First of all, I am not one to go onto social media sites to tell people of my experiences. However, the purchase of my new truck from Cerritos Ford was so exceptional that I feel the need. I called the dealership and made an appointment with Mr. O'Connor, I arrived on time and the whole dealership knew I was coming, the receptionist, Francesca, called me by name and then Mr O'Connor promptly arrived with his hand extended. We toured the lot and was unable to find a vehicle that I was interested in, but Mr. O'Connor wasnt going to let that stop me from purchasing. He got on his computer, his slooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, 1985 computer, complete with 3.5 floppy disk and found me the truck I wanted in the next town. Cerritos Ford secured and obtained my vehicle. I arrived the next day, and the truck had all the bells and whistles that anyone could want. Mr. O'Connor personally showed me how to operate all the Sync services, paired my phone, answered all of my questions about the vehicle. We went back to his desk, he verified that I was happy, handed me off to the finance person, Fabby, and within minutes I was on my way in my new vehicle.Thank you Cerritos Ford and Mr. Michael O'Connor for making this a truly pleasurable experience

When it was time to buy another family vehicle we returned to Cerritos Ford due to their great service. my name is bryan chamberlain. my wife and i were in on monday aug 1 and made a deal on aug 2 for a 2007 edge sel. they worked very hard to make the deal go thru and promised the car to us on friday aug 5. the car isnt ready and we keep getting different reasons why it isnt ready for delivery. as far as im concered they are lying to us. now the saleman that we dealt with and the car manager are acting annoyed with us that we are bothering them for detailes on when our car will be ready. the deal is done on our end and the contracts are signed but no car and no timeline on when the car will be ready. i am greatly disappointed with the dealership on their service after the sale and their unproffesionalism towards our satifaction. i will never buy another car from this dealer and will never recomend them to any of my friends and family because of this experience.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice. Victor Ramos was especially helpful, and not like a typical pushy salesperson. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns as a first time car buyer. I visited this location twice before I made my decision, and I have to say that the selection was much better than I had seen at some other, even more local dealerships. I ended up finding a great deal on a slightly used 2010 Ford Escape, and had all the specifications that I wanted. Even after my purchase Victor was great at following up to make sure that I was happy with my new car. I had a small crack in the windshield and everyone I spoke to at the dealership was extremely helpful and willing to take care of it. Overall I had a fantastic experience, and it was completely stress free. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to find a great car and wants to do so while working with a caring and easygoing staff.

I had been looking for a new SUV. I had been driving a yr 2000 Lexus RX300. I still love the car and kept it but I want to put very little miles on it as an around town car. A semi-retired car. I went to all of the Dealers on Cerritos Car Row. It was early in the morning on Memorial Weekend. I looked at the various cars and SUV's the week prior at the other dealerships. On that day I was looking at Ford. I met Joshua McFarland who was cheerful, pleasant, and quite frankly the best "car saleman", I had ever encounted. I had dreaded the whole car purchase thing back and forth and any pressure. There was no pressure from Joshua. He assured me that he would do what he could to "EARN" my business. Not get my business - "EARN" my business. How is that for a concept!!! He is a very respectful young man and so is the dealership. I would recommend him and the dealership to all my family and friends. (Just a tiny bit slow with the finace process). I found the car for me that morning! It is a Ford Escape and I was happy to make the deal that I wanted. I love my new SUV! Thank you.

Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was very friendly. We were helped in a timely manner as Joshua McFarland met us at the door and was very attentive to our needs without being pushy at all. Angie, the General Sales Manager for the dealership, was extremely helpful in locating the exact vehicle that I wanted, that was at another Ford dealership. I was given all of the available options with no pressure to choose any one of them. The vehicle was priced fairly and the sale went very smoothly. All papers were signed and the next day I was to come back to pick up my car. I was communicated with several times on the day of pick up, informing me where the car was and what was being done. The last call was to let me know when I could pick it up. The car was washed, filled up and ready for me with all of the features that I had requested. Joshua spent a lot of time making sure I was comfortable with the features of the car, especially SYNC with all of its intricacies. I could not have had a more pleasant purchase experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Cerritos Ford's Internet Sales department is the most unprofessional department I have ever come across. Sept 03, 2007 I requested a quote for a vehicle and had to enter my email address. I received a response a day later and was pleased. I received another response the following day, and then another the next. I requested to "OPT-OUT" per the email's instruction because I had all the information I needed and did not want anymore solicitation emails. I have sent response emails to the Internet Sales of Cerritos Ford Manny Jalandoni, Monica Martinez and Angie Marzinke asking for this to stop. I have received 6 solicitation emails to date. I have had to contact the Ford Corporate HQ customer service line and California' District Attorney Office because of their harassment.
