Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Negotiated a very fair price by email in the afternoon. That evening I went in, got the price we agreed upon along with a good value on our trade in, and we walked out in two hours with a brand new 2022 Odyssey. Our salesman was Eric Molesworth and he was super nice and not pushy. Even the finance manager was very low pressure about all the add ons they typically bombard you with. Would definitely buy from Norris again!

Best dealership. Got a terrific deal on my 2016 CRV and just took it in for the recall service. Honda's notification said I'd have to leave my car for a half a day. I took it in on Saturday (made an appt. ahead of time). Will in service is the BEST! We were planning on dropping off my car and leaving it so my husband followed me up to the dealership. Will said it would be done in 45 minutes to an hour. So my husband and I went to breakfast, came back and my car was finished. My sister also bought her Accord from this dealership 5 years ago and has taken it there for service from the beginning and still does to this day because the service is great.

Took my 2004 Honda Accord in for a check engine diagnosis. Normally don't ever go to the dealer, but I was told by 2 different mechanics that this was a gas tank pressure issue that only Honda could fix. I took it in and asked them to please only do the diagnostic as I wasn't sure if i wanted to put anymore money into the car or if I wanted to get something different. After being there for an hour, they informed me that my car would not start at all and it would cost $845 to replace the starter... I felt as if i had no choice but to let them fix it since they said it couldn't be started. They claimed they did an evap test after the starter was fixed and told me my gas cap was just loose (this had already been checked and was not the case). They also put on my invoice that they replaced both airbags that were on recall. This was miraculous considering the service tech told me the parts wouldn't be in for a few weeks. And more amazing than that, as part of their courtesy inspection, they rated the tread on my spare as good, yet nothing in my trunk was moved. At the end of the day, they treated me like I was an idiot, made me feel inadequate for being a woman and got me for every red cent they could. I will NEVER go to Norris Honda again.

Bought car in Feb 2015; been having tire problems ever since; dealer tried to first tell me nothing was wrong with tires but I've been losing pressure every couple of weeks since car was purchased; my step dad took off the tires at home and proved the problem was leaky stem valves then returned to the dealer to fight with them on my behalf; they fixed the tires and even had the nerve to try to charge for the repair; they should have paid my step-dad since he is the one who actually solved the problem; not impressed at all

I bought my second car (first through a dealership) at Norris. I found a decent car for a reasonable price (priced on KBB) and was happy with what I THOUGHT I was about to get. There were a few mistakes on the paperwork which I caught and was understanding to (human error). I was then told by the older man in the office (don't remember his name) that I was able to have my warranty extended for free as a "first time buyer deal". I was obviously more than pleased to hear that. However, once I received the final paperwork, I noticed extra numbers had been added in, charging me for the "free" warranty extension. I returned to the dealership to discuss my issues after calling several times to find someone to help me (everyone transferred me to someone else, and no one ever did tell me who I needed to talk to). I explained to him that he initially said the warranty was free and he called me a liar right to my face. I simply asked to pay the cancellation fee of $25 to get the $3,000 extra I was charged for this warranty. He told me he wouldn't cancel it there. Very rude and unprofessional. I thought a man from his time would have a little more respect and honesty in him.Also, I bought the car on a day it was pouring down rain. I saw a few very minor scratches in the hood and asked if I could bring the car back another day for them to fix the scratches free still and they politely said "of course". Another lie.A couple days after I took the car home, I was looking over the back seat and saw what looked like a coffee stain on the seat belt. I own professional carpet cleaning supplies and equipment and decided I would clean the stain as well as the upholstery in the whole car. As I began to go over the back seat, a huge dark (coffee/soda) spill stain began to appear all over the entire seat behind the driver. I got the stain completely cleaned out. This is just a warning. Car dealerships make poor attempts to "clean" interiors. What they do is douse the stain to sink it down deeper into the seat until it disappears. To test for hidden stains, take a spray bottle of plain water and spray the fabric in the car to lift it back to the surface and you will see what they tried to hide.Finally, be careful with warranties you get here. I used to drive a stick and am well aware of how a car, motor, tans. is supposed to work and run. My transmission was not shifting correctly and on time. I called and reminded them I had a bumper to bumper warranty and explained what issue I had going on. They told me to bring it in for a look. However, I was told that if they did not find any issues and the problem didn't occur while they were looking at it, I was going to be charged $100 for bringing it in and "wasting" their time looking at it. (Excuse me for asking you to do your job and make sure my car is alright). I told them it didn't happen every time a drove it and asked what kind of work I was allowed to do to it on my own without voiding my warranty if I replaced anything and they wouldn't tell me. I again, kept being transferred to different people, none of which told me if I was allowed to work on my car myself while it was still under warranty.The price of what I paid for the car was fine, without the added money for the warranty. But, the price wasn't anything I couldn't find somewhere else.VERY disappointed. Will never return. Will never recommend this dealer to anyone.

My family has purchased many vehicles from Norris over the years--my first memory is of my Dad buying a 1968 Ford Torino from Norris Ford, This is my second Honda purchase from Norris Honda and both experiences were excellent. In fact, in both cases, Norris was the only dealer that I visited. My first salesman was Jim Weimer and I was planning to deal with him--I quickly found out that Jim has retired from sales and now works in Parts. He did come out to see me when I was working with my current salesman, Tim Kleim. It is a nice surprise to see the same faces when you return to your dealership eight years after a purchase.Tim Kleim was a coutreous and efficient salesperson. The transaction was easy and the delivery was very smooth. I would rate Tim's performance as "excellent" and will I ask for him the next time that my family is in the market for another Honda.

Norris Honda was excellent to work with in purchasing my new CR-V. They understood my unique situation of limited time and worked as a team to help me make my purchase without spending 4-5 hours at a dealership. I was able to get my test drive, and car appraised and a deal struck in 45 minutes. Could have finished the deal, but had to leave. When I returned, the car was ready to go, finished the paper work and was out in less than an hour. Great experience. Friendly and very helpful sales people to work with.

JB, the salesman, is a good person and treated us well. I also like my new car, and I like the Honda brand.That said, Norris Honda managed to turn what should have been a pleasant experience into a terrible one. I should have seen it coming when the finance manager rushed us through the paperwork and made several mistakes. That's okay, we thought, everyone makes mistakes and we corrected him where we could (something that seemed to bother him, now that I think about it, but at the time we just wanted to drive off the lot with our new car and we let it go). And so when he shredded some documents to start them over we thought everything would be fine. Well, it turns out my wife and I didn't catch all of the errors. The first one was two weeks later when it turned out they had forgotten a document related to the titling process. That's okay, we thought again, everyone makes mistakes (and here's crossing my fingers this won't come back as an issue with the DMV). A bit of a hassle to snail mail things to Maryland, but fine.Then the next day: it turns out they also collected the wrong amount of tax. Ok, that's not fine anymore. But maybe we can talk about it. After all, the way I was raised I was taught that when I make a mistake I own up to it. Not Norris Honda. What followed has got to be one of the most unpleasant series of conversations I've ever had with, well... anyone, specially someone who just last week pocketed $22k of my money, and now is insulting me over $200. I don't mind paying the extra cash to fix the mistake -but that's just no way to treat a customer.Let this serve as a warning: the way a dealership treats you AFTER the sale is going to be much more important to you long term than the way they treat you BEFORE it.

I bought a Ridgeline From Matt Dixon. He made the process so simple from start to finish. I didn't live close to his delaership so on his day off he meant me at his other store to have my trade looked at and when I finally decided to buy the truck he even hand delievered me the truck. He made the whole process easy for me which is a big plus and when ever I would email him he was right on top of emailing em back within minutes even late at night. I didn't feel pressered from him like I did from many other dealers. I will def be buying my next Honda from Matt at Norris.

I purchased a 2013 Honda CR-V in August. I was between this dealership and Heritage. While Heritage would not give me exact numbers (e.g. price of the vehicle, finance rate, etc), they at least didn't make empty promises. I went with Norris because they were close to home and because my grandfather referred me to the dealership (and never got his referral bonus). Also, I was promised a free detailing, but never received anything about this in the mail. Dale, the finance manager, gave me a bit of a run around about the financing and indicated that there was nothing else they could do to get me a lower rate. Three weeks later I got a letter in the mail from the bank that they had lowered my interest rate. I called the bank to ask why and they indicated to me that Heritage Honda had negotiated a better rate on my behalf and they were honoring that rate. Furthermore, they pushed that they provided 2 years of free service with any new vehicle purchase. No... that is up to 3 services within 24,000 miles or 2 years whichever is sooner. Dale pushed and pushed a warranty on me, which I declined. He used scare tactics to try to get me to purchase this warranty which is way overpriced compared to other Honda dealerships.I love my new CR-V, but I did not like my experience with Norris Honda.Now... their service department is great. I made an appointment for my first free service and was in and out in 1 hour. Granted, this is based on a single experience, but others people indicated that the service department is really good. My only complaint is that my CR-V is making a noise at start up on cold mornings and they told me its nothing to worry about. I will be pushing them to look at it further with an appointment for just this matter.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I was told by a friend about a great deal they had on leases for a 2013 Honda Accord LX. He gave me the exact number he was paying. I called Matt from the dealership who told me he would give me the same price. He also said he would match the trade in price I got from Carmax and that the tax credit would enable me to get the Sport version at the same price he quoted me. I went in and he took my car to get valued for a trade in. He came back with an offer that was $500 less than Carmax. When I asked him about his promise to match, he said the $500 tax credit would make up the difference. That was not what he told me on the phone (which is why I brought it there as opposed to carmax). After much haggling they upped the offer to match it but told me if I wanted the Sport it would be $35 more a month. When I asked why it wasn't the same price he told me on the phone, he made up some BS about that price being before tax and that this what he told me. I completely lost patience and took the car because they had already taken my trade in to the other lot and I had already been there for an hour and a half. They told me I would have a statement and my tags within a few weeks. Its been 60 days and I still have not gotten either. When I called Matt after 2 weeks to find out where my trade in check was he told me i would have it within a week. No such luck. I then called again after 30 days to find out why I hadn't received a check for my trade in, a statement, or my tags he told me about some medical emergency and that's why things were backed up. He said he no longer wanted to help me and if I had any questions I could speak to the manager. I called the manager who told me he would have the check sent out (minus my first months payment which was already overdue) and that I would receive a staement within a week or 2. It is now 60 days. I received my check but still no bill or tags. I called Honda today, they said my lease doesn't exist and my name is not in the system yet. They said they still have not received my paperwork from Norris. I just spoke to Dale at the dealership, he said he has my tags and he will send them out and that I have a 2nd payment due which I need to make over the phone so I won't be overdue again. All in all this was the worst experience I have ever had and every single person at Norris seems to have dropped the ball.

I was very impressed with every Norris Honda Employee ( Carl, Brian and Dale ) that worked with me in purchasing my 2013 Honda Civic. They were friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and just absolutely "wonderful"! This was my "first" new car since 1974. Yes, I said 1974! It was a Ford Pinto bought at Norris Ford. It looks like Norris is my recommended dealership. I am very happy with my Honda Civic and very pleased with the way Carl, Brian and Dale treated me! Special thanks to Carl, my sales representative! He was OUTSTANDING!!

I have been considering purchasing a car for about a year and Andrew Hart provided advice and guidance along the way. When I was finally ready to buy a car, Andrew made the process unbelievably easy. i went into Norris Honda the other night to get a new car i didn't really know what kind of Accord I wanted but my sales person matt was one of the greatest sales consultants I have ever worked with he helped me find the perfect trim level I wanted that had all of the options that I needed for my everyday life style and when it came time to talk numbers they were very straight forward gave me a very great price on the accord and really great numbers for my trade I was in and out of the dealership quicky Matt went over the whole car with me from top to bottom until i completly understood all of the features he called and followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was ok. He was the best sales person I worked with in a while. I will for sure be buying my next car from him. Norris Honda and the team of Matt and Brain got an A+++++++ in me and my familys book.

All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. A lot of people equate buying a new car with a trip to the dentist, necessary but unpleasant. This is the second time I bought a car at Norris because I did not dread going back. I knew they would be attentive to my requirements and not put undue pressure to conform to what they thought I should do. I always heard that men take advantage of women who are shopping with out male input. That was not the case. Carl took the time to answer all my questions and assist with setting up some of the new features in the car. Kudos to Norris Honda and Carl.

I called Becky and let her know my situation, what I was looking for, price range, etc. First we worked out my financing before I even stepped foot in the door. She got me a great rate and gave me a great price on the car as well. She was very friendly and guided me through the process with ease. I had a poor experience with a local dealership and was pleasantly surprised at how I was treated at Norris Honda. This was the only one in the area who even came across with a price quote for what we wanted. They all wanted you to "come on in". So I valued Becky's attentiveness, her direct no pressure approach--no playing the old car games as in past years with buying new cars. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient. All in all it was a pleasant experience and we will buy from Norris Honda again even though they are 30+ miles away from Annapolis!!!

My husband and I contacted Norris Honda via email asking if they could beat a quote we had from another dealer for a new Honda Odyssey and we were contacted by Juliet Stone. I informed her that I had two vehicles I wanted to possibly trade in and she asked me to bring them down to be appraised. Juliet was very friendly to us and spent the time to show us all the different vehicles they had on the lot. I have nothing but good things to say about Juliet but its a shame the other employees of Norris don't share her friendliness or eagerness to make their clients happy.We brought both of our vehicles down to be appraised and afterward the man who appraised them refused to give us a number on how much we would get on both vehicles. We were told that we had to get that number from Bill Vowles. We were never told a number for our trades just that they would match the quote I had from another dealer. I asked what the difference in the out the door price of the Odyssey we wanted would be if I decided not to trade in one of my vehicles (Ford Mustang) and was told in an email that it would be a $1500 difference. I wasn't going to trade in my vehicle for such a low amount so I chose to trade in one vehicle. When we came back to the dealership to buy Bill Vowles told us he had over appraised our vehicle trade in and the difference was now an extra $3000 on top of the $1500 difference he had told me by email. Bill told me he had a Ford dealership and could have sold the Mustang there to make a profit but now that I took it out of the equation he was not going to give me much for my other trade. When I showed him the emails where he stated it would only be a $1500 difference if I chose not to trade in my Mustang all he kept saying was that he over appraised my first trade so now I have to pay to make it up. I told Bill he never gave me a number on what my trades were worth and he became nasty and kept saying he told my husband how much both trades were worth which he never did. Bill became very nasty and tried to talk us in to circles with numbers. I finally became sick of his horrible treatment and got up and left. I was floored by the night and day difference in the treatment I received between Juliet Stone and her manager Bill Vowles. I confronted Bill in an email later where he stated only a $1500 difference between my trades and how I felt lied to. I was ready to make a deal with Norris and had cash in hand but Bill Vowles made sure to send my business and money elsewhere.

My 2001 Honda Odyssey stopped working just a few days after my 29 y.o. son died. I investigated prices on the internet and was given Norris Honda's name. Juliette Stone reached out to me immediately Monday morning (I had e-mailed on Sunday when they were closed), followed with a phone call. I explained my situation. She immediately went into action and I was surrounded by the most wonderful, helpful staff. My old car was towed by Norris to their location; they arranged for my rental car to be picked up at the dealership so I didn't have to worry about it. Most of the initial paperwork was done on-line and ready for me to sign when I came in. From the first step until the last I was treated as the most important customer, ever. They continue the quality service during the 1st 2 years with help getting the car to their dealership for maintenance at no cost with a pick-up service. There was no high pressure tactics, the pricing was the best in town (I had done my research), and the caring quality of these 3 individuals is a credit to the Norris Honda dealership. I can't say enough about them. This is not the closest Honda dealer to my home, not even the 3rd or 4th closest, but I would return to them without hesitation based on Juliette, Dale and Brian. I thank them for making a very tough week a little more bearable.Sincerely, Marci

I purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring Edition using Norris Honda's Internet Sales Department. This is my fourth Honda vehicle purchase and my third Honda Pilot. My sales associate was Jack Poteet. He was courteous and professional from his first contact with me. It took a little less than an hour to settle on a price which, by the way, was lower than 2 other dealerships I had contacted. I told Jack I could not get to the dealership before 7pm that day to test drive the vehicle and finalize the purchase. Jack was only in the office until 5pm, but said he would wait for me. I arrived a little before 7pm and Jack was there as promised. Following a thorough test drive, I decided to purchase the vehicle. I never felt rushed or pressured by Jack Poteet, even though my wife and I did not leave the dealership until almost 10pm. Jack had stayed for 5 hours after he was supposed to leave in order to complete our purchase. Now that's one dedicated employee! In the 40 plus years I have been buying automobiles, this was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I will definitely return to Norris Honda and Jack Poteet for my future Honda purchases.

I went on line asking for a quote on a new Accord. I could hardly believe what a great discount off list price and interest rate that I was offered. Went in and test drove the model I was interested in. I asked if I could get one in white with ivory interior with all options I wanted. They got it for me in one day. After having a bad experience at another Honda dealership closer to my home I was able to get help at the Norris Honda with Becky. She was able to explain all of my end of lease options and also found the perfect car for me. They were able to get my car from another dealer in one day and I as able to pick it up the next. The atmosphere at Norris was relaxing and calm and I did not feel pressure to buy something if I didn't feel it was right. They listened to my concerns and gave a fair price for me car and also an awesome interest rate. We had just received bad news about our 1991 Toyota Previa LE (243,648 miles); it needed substantial repairs to the brake system. As we were unwilling to spend the money to do the repairs, we began our search for a new vehicle. We decided that a small SUV/Crossover vehicle would be the best fit for our current lifestyle. We test drove a number of vehicles and, after some debate, settled on a 2012 Honda CR-V EX AWD. As the CR-Vs had just recently started arriving at area dealerships, they were in relatively short supply. We contacted several dealerships to request "internet" pricing. We actually heard back from a few, but the pricing on the 2012 CR-Vs was not very promising. As my son-in-law and my daughter had purchased vehicles from Norris Honda, we contacted the person with whom they had worked. We provided him with our "wish" list for the new vehicle. The dealership did a thorough search for the model and colors that we wanted (even following leads that we had found from on-line inventories of other dealerships). Fortunately, they were able to locate a model with our 3rd color preference. We drove our old mini-van to the dealership and were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. We received what we considered a great price on the 2012 CR-V. Although everyone was very friendly during our visit, we felt that the total time that we spent at the dealership was a bit long (about 4 hours). All things considered, we highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new Honda.

I got another price for the Honda and Norris Honda was willing to meet my price AND gave me a fair trade-in price for my Ford Focus. My transaction with Norris Honda was a pleasant one and I feel satisfied with the way I was treated and their willingness to work with me. The young man who did the financial end of it was also very pleasant and helped me to achieve the car payment that I was comfortable with. Both of the people I dealt with were professional, polite and friendly. This is my second vehicle from Norris and I will continue to purchase from them and recommend them to my friends.

I can only speak for the new car sales department. I haven't used their service center or used car center. I cant say enough nice things about Norris Honda. Ask for Beckyshe was fantastic. After several very frustrating weeks of car shopping and only encountering rude, aggressive salesmen, working with Becky was a breath of fresh air. She was friendly, honest and patient with my endless questions. The financing process was quick and painless. There were no high-pressure up-sells. I bought a 2012 Honda Civic from Norris at a fair price and they gave me a great deal on my trade-in. Becky explained every feature and option, went over all the numbers carefully and found me the exact car that I wanted. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I will be sending my friends here with no hesitation.

They have a great customer service. The sales agent we were working with was accommodating and very friendly his name is Dustin. So if you happen to go to Norris Honda look for him. He put up with all our requests and answered all our questions to the best of his ability. My husband has all these requirements about a car and they were able to offer us almost exactly what he wanted, so we were very happy. Overall experience was good.

Jim was very attentive to our every need. Jim did not pressure us at all. That was very important to us. He is extremely friendly as we discussed many different things as the paper work was being done. The only reason that I didn't give the overall experience a 5 was the time it took to complete everything. Probably a common thing. We are very pleased with the way that Jim took care of us and treated us. I will reccomend him to anyone thinking about buying a Honda.

Tasha Klares responded to a request for a price quote, but did not give any price. After repeated attempt to contact her, she still does not respond. And then there's the manager, Bill Vowles. Asked him to intercede - guess what, no comment. Now i have a request to corporate for someone to please get in touch. Think that will go anywhere? How you you run a busniess by NOT responding to customers? Sign me curious.

I was not really in the market for a new car. I was with my son when he purchased a new CRV. While at the dealership I became interested and ultimately purchased a new Accord EX-L. The price for the vehicle and the price for my trade in made me an offer I couldn't refuse. All personnel involved in the sale of the vehicle could not have been more helpful and professional. Good choice buying a new car from this dealership. Excellent Customer service. I never felt that I am paying more what its worth for. Tasha, employee I worked with, was so friendly and answered all my questions with patience. Car buying experience with her was very good. I just purchased a 2011 Honda CR-V from Norris Honda. Sales rep Carl was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. It was a no pressure experience. They worked with me on the price with a fair no nonsense negotiation. I would definitely refer them to a friend or family member without reservation. I also would not hesitate to make Norris Honda (and Carl) my first stop when searching for another vehicle. In Oct. 2009 we purchased a pre-owned 2008 Civic from their used car division. Our sales rep, Norm Shiflett, was a pleasure to deal with and was the reason that I returned to Norris when looking for a Honda CR-V.

My entire new car buying experience at Norris Honda was nothing less that great. My wife was having issues with her 5 year old Explorer and we decided it was time to get a new vehicle. We had seen the Honda Pilot on the road and really liked the look. She test drove the car and instantly fell in love with it. She dealt with Carl Haffner, the sales associate for Norris, who went out of his way to make the entire process easy for her. There was no pressure, they did not low ball her on her trade, and he went through everything about the car and the buying process in great detail, which made her walk away from the experience with nothing but nice things to say.So why am I giving the feedback on this car buying experience if my wife is the one with the new car, well embarrassed but excited to say, I too bought a Pilot, different color I might add, within 4 days of her buying hers. Once again Carl went out of his way to make the experience nothing but an enjoyable one. Mark, the finance manager, made the financing discussion and process very easy. So while I am embarrassed only because we now our friends poke fun since we have two of the same car parked in the garage, I am totally excited about the cars that we bought and the dealership we worked with. I would highly recommend the dealership and its associates to anyone looking to purchase a car in the future. No pressure, very accommodating, friendly, and most of all, a pain free experience right from the start.

I owned a Honda Pilot for 7 years and when I needed to replace it, I was not sure whether to buy another Pilot or look at another model. Norris Honda allowed me to test drive various Acura's and Honda's to help me make my decision. They also helped inform me of the various pros and cons of the vehicles I was researching and didn't pressure me in my decision making. My wife and I had an exceptional experience in buying her new CRV from Jim Weimer at Norris Honda in Dundalk, MD. Jim was well versed on the features and benefits of the vehicle, knew exactly what we were looking for, and had a vehicle waiting for us to test drive during our initial visit. Jim also transferred in the color we were looking for (within one day), and had the car ready for us the next day.My only concern is the financing aspect of the delivery, where we had to wait over an hour for the financial rep. to sign the papers, and sign over the check.All in all Honda makes what is normally a terrifying experience as pleasant as it can be.Dennis L. & Dolores Wallace

SURPRISE! Who would have thought my 24 year old daughter would be driving out of Norris with a new car---we were only going there to look and test drive. The stars aligned and the experience was as close to perfect as could be expected. First, the small dealer feel walking into the show room---no pressure, just a request to allow them to help us when we were ready. Next, the 2 test drives and the quick credit application (critical for a 24 year old) were timely and smooth. Having researched Consumer Reports, Kelley Blue Book, etc. to know the price I wanted to pay I was expecting "THE GAME"----sales to manager to finance guy to CFO---back to manager, etc. It was not to be. We started close to the price I wanted my daughter to pay and ended AT the price. Finally, Jim, working with Andy, used real time data to provide a more than reasonable trade-in value for my daughter's '97 Civic. Again, thanks to Jim and Andy for allowing us to avoid the "new car buyer headache".As another dealer used to say in the old days---worth the drive from anywhere.

Andy Franklin sold us the vehicle in 2009 and he was willing to beat the prices at other dealers in the area for the same vehicle. He always offers to take the vehicle in when it needs service so i will not be inconvenienced. The dealer usually offers coupons for service and the are very quick when completing work. the service dept usually calls with a quote and a complete description of the services needed or recommended. the vehicle has been very reliable too.

In 2008 I purchased a new HONDA CR-V from Norris Honda. Unlike other dealers that hassled and pressured me to buy from them, the buying experience at Norris Honda was great. The Norris staff treated me fairly without any harassment or sales' games that I experienced at other Honda dealers. I was so pleased and impressed with the sale and follow-up maintenance service on my 2008 Honda, I went back to Norris this year and purchased a Nissan Quest van. The experience and follow-up service mirrored what I experienced with the Honda. I have recommended Norris to family and friends who have also purchased new vehicles from Norris because of the exemplary and fair treatment by their staff.

I was completely overwhelmed by the quality of Service I received at Norris. I have gone to other car dealers as well as service companies for services, but was surprised by the employees professionalism and insight on my car problem. We purchased our vehicle from another dealer, but decided we would never work with that dealer again. I will only trust Norris to service both of my vehicles. I was treated fairly in regards to price. I did not feel that I was charged what some would say as "dealer prices" My car came back with out any issues and they also took the time to clean and detail it for me.

Purchased our Honda 2010 Odyssey EX-L via internet pricing and this dealer. They had the lowest price and stuck to it. They were great and went to extra lengths in finding the color my wife wanted. They also went the extra mile and found a lower car loan rate. I really like that dealers can even provide MD tags. Dustin was helpful and patient (had to bring along our three kids).

I was in a difficult situation on a Monday morning. Over the weekend we had lost our Honda key and needed a new one immediatley. Norris was able to squeeze me in early Monday morning, make the key and reprogram my exisitng keys. The total process was less than and hour and allowed me to avoid taking off for the day. Along with speedy service everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly and best of all the price was great.

I will be buying from him again, and again, and again..... He allowed us to test drive the car for a full week, came to my house to appraise the trade in, picked up the trade in and gave me the keys to the new ride at my house. I just bought my second Honda in two years from Norris Honda. I returned after my first purchase because the Internet sales person was just terrific. She answered every question and we were extremely satisfied. She was out on maternity leave, but the sales manager and new salesman also treated us like welcomed guests. I was able to take test drives on my own and they offered an exceptional price on the exact car I wanted. I have purchased ten new cars in the past 25 years and my two best experiences in both buying and the trade-in of my old vehicle occurred at Norris Honda. I would recommend them to anyone.I have also had experience with their service department for routine service on my Honda Fit and they were efficient, the prices were reasonable, and the car was washed at no charge. When I purchased the Honda Fit from Norris Honda I chose to buy some accessories from a third party. They installed them for me and did an excellent job.

Joe Kelly and Mark are to be commended for their excellent service and rofessionalism during our interaction and the final transaction. Believe me when I say, my family and me did our best to cause confusion, but they worked right along with us and displayed great patience. I was purchasing the new vehicle, giving my trade-in to our daughter, and using her vehicle for our trade-in. My 2011 Honda Pilot SUV drives like a dream, and my family (7 grandchildren and my mom)could not be more comfortable. My husband had been pricing vehicles for over 2 months and the offered price was the lowest he found. I drove Eddie Bauer Ford Explorers for over 20 years; so, I was apprehensive about purchasing another vehicle. However, a bad experience with a Ford Dealership (after being a loyal customer for over 20 years) drove me to consider another vehicle. The overall experience was excellent.I was especially impressed by Mark's knowledge of his product, young but smart, and his non-agressive sales approach. The finance package was better than my credit union. I will definitely recommend Mark to family and friends.

I decided to trade in my minivan because I had this for 5years now and since we got our Honda Pilot in this area , we decided to get a new car in this place also. From what I have known about Honda, it is one of the best vehicle that we can rely on. We got to talk to one of the dealer, His name is Carl, and he's very accomodating and he gave us the best deal we could have. I really like the Honda CRV that I got.I will never ask for more. Love it.....
