I am not the type of person to write a review but with this dealership it is definitely a must! I purchased my first car from them back in 2004 and because of how GREAT the experience was I haven't gone anywhere else since. I referred my family and friends since then and will not look anywhere else. I just bought my 3rd car from them in January and couldn't be happier. They treat their customers like family and they are always honest which is the biggest reason I am writing this because it is very hard to find a dealership that is COMPLETELY honest with their customers. I am not related to them or a friend trying to talk up a dealership for them to trick anyone. If you need a car just call or stop by and you will see why I have been a loyal customer for the last 12 years. With how friendly, knowlegeable, honest, EXCELLENT quality selection of cars and their willingness to work with their customers are reasons why I will never go anywhere else. You don't have to take my word for it just stop in and you will see for yourself of what I am talking about. Thank you North Coast and James Morgante for making the process of buying a car such an EASY and FUN experience. I will see you guys in a couple years for my next car!

When I called about the car, they were very easy, and gave me easy directions. Once there, the car was set up for a road test. After the road test they didn't pressure me to refinance, they were fine with me paying in full. The gentleman was helpful with showing me the basic features of the car. They also picked me up from my house to go to the dealership. All in all it helped me feel a little more secure about buying a car from a Dealer. Thanks so much. I'm still enjoying the car.

I was leery of the name "Auto Brokers," but decided to give them a chance. Whew! Am I glad I did! This was the most pain-less, stress-free, enjoyable car-buying experience I've ever had (and I've purchased 9 cars in my lifetime)! AND they did not try to gouge me on financing. I got an amazing 2012 Honda Civic EX, low miles, beautiful. Low interest rate (comparable to going directly through my bank!) And, finally, the entire transaction took less than 2 hours, with the test drive! I can honestly say that if you go see the awesome inventory at North Coast Auto Brokers and talk to the people that work there, you will never go anywhere else again. Very easy, no hassle sales style. Came in for the car I wanted the price was the same as Internet took a test drive loved it. I have poor credit explain that to James said let him check a few Banks hour later call me with the go-ahead. I made no promises just good service excellent help and a great car. I would most definitely recommend buying your used cars from NorthCoast. My family has gotten 4 vehicles total from them and they are in the best condition and we just couldn't be happier! I called James not having a clue as to what I was looking for . They have a great selection of vehicles , he made the process very easy and I drove home with the perfect car! Hands down the best customer service and I'll be sure to get my next vehicles from them!

I had a 2009 Honda Civic with negative equity and needed a bigger vehicle. I was able to wash my hands from that equity and jump into another vehicle. The process was so swift and there wasn't any back and front hassle. If anyone is looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend this dealership.

Jim and the men art North Coast are great people as well as great Auto folks. I needed a car and good financing and they chased around and found exactly what deal fit me. I enjoy the truck. I was quite impressed by the way Jim and the others work for the customer to be satisfied. I have seen other reviews stating "no more big dealer" and that is for me too. I highly recommend North Coast Auto Brokers to anyone looking for great customer service and solid used cars.

I purchased a 2009 Chevrolet Traverse from North Coast and it was a great experience. They had the best deal in town and there was no dickering back and forth over the price which was more then fair. They fixed the minor issues that I had noticed when I drove the vehicle, plus some other more costly items that they found when going through their checkout. My salesman (James) did not hound me into buying an extended warranty or any other extras that I did not want like so many other dealers often try and do. When I am looking for used vehicles for my teenage kids next year my first stop will be North Coast Auto. In my opinion they went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I think there are many good reasons as to why they have been around for 50 years. On a side note, after I purchased my Traverse from them I found out that two of my friends had also bought vehicles from North Coast and both of their cars are still going strong! A+++ experience and I will definitely be going back to North Coast for my next vehicle.

Until now, we've only purchased cars from large dealerships. We have always assumed that the big dealers have the best price and provide the best customer service. After our last purchase we decided to try a family-owned dealership to see if they could be competitive. We've never had a bad experience buying a car, however this was - by far - the best experience. Their listed price for the car was nearly 15% lower than the competition within a 100 mile radius. In addition to that, they were able to get the same finance rates and warranty coverage as the other dealerships. There was absolutely zero pressure at any point with North Coast. James explained everything we needed to know, gave us the free Carfax report, took care of every last detail, got all the DMV, insurance and financing paperwork ready for us within a day. Even filled up the tank and had it detailed before we came to pick it up. Amazing. And it all took a mere fraction of the time we would spend waiting at the big dealership. Here's some free advice: "If at all possible, only do business with people you trust." We trust the folks at North Coast.

Let me just begin by saying that before going to see these guys, me and my husband had gone all over Rochester to buy our first vehicle. All the other Dealers we visited really intimidated me with their prices due to me and my husband both having 0 credit. North Coast was the last Dealer on our list that day, so I didn't expect to hear any good news. As soon as we got there, Trevor greeted us and walked us through the lot. Really nice and helpful guy. He took us to see James after we'd chosen the vehicle we wanted. I didn't expect for me and my husband to be laughing with him when we told him what the other Dealers wanted from us. He was really straight forward and determined to help us get what we wanted. He even went out of his way to make sure that our car was running well after we purchased it. That was something that he didn't have to do. All that said; everyone needs to go see them!! They're great people. I'm 100% confident in saying that they WILL get you what you want. Good luck!

I'd been searching for six months to find a replacement for my beloved Mustang convertible on which 15 NYS winters finally took their toll and was striking out like crazy. Needed it to be in the right "price zone" because I had not been anticipating replacing the Mustang, had no trade and not a lot of money saved. Deals fell through, cars were sold from underneath me, dealt with dishonest sellers, bogus websites, all the horror stories. Then I hit on James and North Coast. He was super responsive, attentative, patient and went above and beyond. He even came down on price a bit to get it in "my zone." Because I was coming from a distance, I needed all the homework and pre-deal stuff done ahead of time, and again, he accomodated me to no end, sending additional photos of underbody, being upfront about every single aspect of the car, the deal, the dealership. This is what buying a car -- especially a pre-owned vehicle -- should be about, a dealer who not only says he cares about the customer but SHOWS that he cares. I would recommend James to everyone I know and I would have absolutely no reservations about dealing with him again; in fact, I would seek him out first.

James was a pleasure to work with during both purchases of my new vehicles. He helped me buy my first work truck and then helped me upgrade to a nice new truck once i started my own company. I never had the best credit but James and his family helped me work around it. He has great relationships with numerous banks, other car maintenance , tire and body shops. He doesn't sweat the small stuff and totally handles all the annoying aspects of buying the car. Both time i literally just needed to pick a vehicle and he took care of everything. I would recommend his place to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

My old van was acting up and near the end of its useful life so I was car shopping. I actually had a deal pending at another dealer when I requested more info on a Grand Caravan from North Coast because I didn't feel confident the pending deal was going to work out. I was to meet with James the morning of the day I was to go take possession from the other place but was in an accident that destroyed my poor old van before I got to that meeting. The original place tried to push for more cash since my trade in was wrecked rather than refund my deposit. I called James in between calls and explained to him what was going on and he told me the best way to handle it if they continued to refuse to refund my money. I gave him some information so he could look into financing me while I went to collect my refund. When I showed up at North Coast and looked at the Grand Caravan I fell in love with it. Even my sister, who was not only my ride but my "devil's advocate" was impressed! I provided the paper work to proceed with trying to get me financed, James was confident but didn't make any promises he couldn't keep. This was after 2pm. By 4pm he called to say he did it and by 6pm (we did spend quite a bit of time with non car related talking), I was driving away in my van with a monthly payment I was happy with and he managed to arrange the first payment to be due mid April! I was so happy I cried! This is what car buying should be like! I have already started recommending North Coast to others and my sister plans on going there some time in the future. They have my loyalty as well.

I have been going to a "big dealership" for years. I was looking to trade in my truck for another used one, but was getting the run around by the "big dealership". So I found the vehicle that I wanted on North Coast's website. I e-mailed James explaining what trade in I had and the price I was looking for. I stopped by that night and bought the Dodge Nitro and was thrilled with the customer service and trust James totally. I had one concern and he responded promptly and going to look at and take care of the issue. I wish all dealership would learn from James and company. Great job!

Working with James of North Coast Auto Brokers was a real pleasure. He was upfront and straight forward with me. I got the feeling that they only sell high quality used vehicles right away. The Jeep Liberty I purchased was a 2007 but it looked almost mint when I bought it. These guys do a great job of finding quality vehicles and then selling them for very competitive prices. Found vehicle online, drove out from Buffalo to Rochester two days later. Took for a test drive within 10 minutes of arriving. Fantastic vehicle, clean, no mechanical issues. James was helpful and attentive to my questions. I was in and out, with test drive, in 3 hours. Would recommend to friends. Very happy with my Nissan 350z purchase!

Four years ago I bought a truck from North Coast. It was a great buy on a vehicle in excellent condition, and is still going strong. By chance the next vehicle I was shopping for by doing internet searches came up at North Coast. I checked out a couple others and ended up buying at North Coast again. A second excellent vehicle at the best price I found. James made the buying easy and fast with everything ready to go when I arrived for a test drive. In both cases I had about an hour and a half drive (each way) to North Coast. Both times well worth the trip.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Besides having exactly what I needed, I got a much better deal here than I could have gotten elsewhere, and I did shop around. Everyone at North Coast went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I really appreciated the "one stop" approach where the financing was able to be done on site. They really made it easy for me and treated me with courtesy and respect. In my opinion, North Coast simply blows the doors off all of their competition. Had a great experience purchasing a used van from North Coast Auto Brokers. Great price for 2 year old vehicle and it looked like new after their detail work. When my Jeep died, I was very upset. I was getting ready to go visit my daughter in Texas, and I was not anticipating spending money on a car. I went to North Coast expecting to spend all of my vacation money. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked out my car. Jamie handled everything! I bought a car from North Coast 3 years ago. To this day routine maintenance is all my car has been serviced for. During the buying process I feel in love with a car on their lot but decided not to make any rash decisions until I shopped around a bit. I had other dealers tell me flat out they couldn't beat a deal like the one I would get at North Coast. Everyone was great! I will be going to them for all my purchases in the future.

When buying my car from North Coast I was most impressed by the customer service which is the most important thing. In a test drive of the car there was a small sound from one of the rear tires, it didn't out to be anything big in the check of the car but some months after the purchase became a bigger problem with the rear brakes. Even though it was well outside of the warranty North Coast still took care of the problem! The buying process was easy and the great customer service makes North Coast somewhere I would definitely recommend when looking for a car!

From start to finish this was a great buying experience! I was looking for a truck and saw an 05 Dodge Dakota on Cars.com at North Coast. Stopped by and met James. The truck was actually out at the shop getting ready for sale, so he said he would call me when it got back to the lot. James called when it was ready and I set a time to go. Got there and the truck was running and all warmed up for me. Brought my wife back to see it and we decided it was a good deal so we told James we wanted it. He got me financed within about 10 minutes and we picked the truck up the next day. They really do stand behind their cars. The first weekend I had it the brake light and the oil light came on. I sent an email to James thinking he would get back to me after the weekend, but I got a call from him in about an hour. Told me to bring it in and he would take care of whatever the problem was. Wound up being an oil pan switch and also a bad break line. He had them fixed for me with no problem. About a week later I noticed some fluid leaking under the truck so I called James again, and once again he told me he would take care of it. I brought it into his shop and they found that the transmission lines were rotting a little. No problem again, they replaced both lines and I was on my way. I have bought cars from other places that would not have even considered doing all of this work after a sale, but that is what makes North Coast and James stand out. I will not hesitate to recommend James to anyone who is looking for a quality car and a dealership that backs up their products.

I bought an 06 Subaru Impreza from James, he was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. he brought up any issues that I would have had (head gasket) and put me at ease by saying it was covered by him for 5 years. The service of the dealers at North Coast Auto is second to none. They worked hard to make sure my vehicle fit me as best as possible. They took care of anything that was wrong it and just made me feel like they had my back. I would recommend any of my family members or friends to check out the inventory list if nothing else. The guys working really know their stuff. They don't try to sugar coat anything just to make a sale. They actually put time and effort in giving you a quality vehicle. I honestly feel like they wouldn't continue with a sale, if they knew it wasn't a fair one. You can feel the difference in the way they carry themselves from the moment you walk in the door!

Where do I start? About a year ago, I was searching online for a specific vehicle! It happened that North Coast had it. An hour and a half away from home. We had several conversation back and forth! Long story short, James secured financing, had the van ready to go in a very short amount of time. About a year after, I had an accident with my loved little van and called James to ask a question. Not only did he remember me, but he went above and beyond to help me into another vehicle within 48 hours of my call! I would be hard pressed to buy a car from anyone else! They have a customer for life here!

I recently just got my new car from this dealership and I have nothing but awesome things to say about this place. The guys are total professionals, and they will work with you with what you can afford for payments versus trying to make you spend more money than you really want. James Morgante was the person I worked with, and he made the process very smooth and easy. It was a last minute purchase on my part and he completely 100% accommodated me. With being on a fairly tight budget, James helped me get the payment I want and not only that but he was resilent in getting me approved for a car loan! What I am paying a month is exactly what I told James I wanted to pay, and I cannot express enough just how happy and grateful I am. The car I did receive is amazing! A 2009 Toyota Matrix, and I love it. Not too big, not too small, and it fits just right. Drives like a dream, and I love it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs a car. They are the real deal and care about their customers!

I stopped by North Coast Auto to see an advertised vehicle I thought my wife would be interested in. Instead, my attention shifted to a creampuff '99 Subaru Impreza with 32K miles that would make an excellent first car for our son. James was friendly, open, sincere and honest as we finalized a deal and took delivery shortly thereafter. About 6 weeks later, while purchasing winter tires, I asked our mechanic to look over the entire car. He gave it the "thumbs-up", except for one issue - a corrosion defect in the right front control arm, part of the suspension assembly. Even though control arms are not part of the North Coast used car warranty, James agreed with me that this defect could not have developed in just 6 weeks. He therefore agreed to pay apprx $300 to have it replaced by our mechanic here in Webster, making it even more convenient to get the car quickly repaired and safe again. This high level of customer service and genuine desire for customer satisfaction is rare and represents high integrity. Needless to say, I would certainly buy another vehicle from North Coast in the future and would recommend the dealership to any friend. Thanks, James, for a terrific experience.

I am a 20 year old living in rochester ny. i had been looking for a new car for MONTHS! i had done my reasearch on NCAB before i had gone there and i couldnt tell you in enough words how pleased i was with my experience there. Four years ago when I needed to purchase a 4 wheel drive truck my daughter who lives in Greece recommended North Coast Auto Brokers to me as she had just purchased a Chevy Tahoe from James and was very pleased with the experience. So, I drove 200 miles and found that they had the perfect Dodge Dakota on their lot. The Dakota was VERY low miles and in showroom condition. James priced it right, took care of all the financing and DMV stuff and the truck went home with me to the Adirondacks. Last week my wife told me she needed a new crossover SUV to navigate the Adirondack winters, so off to North Coast we went, found a PERFECT, LIKE NEW, Hyundai Santa Fe. Once again James made me a deal I couldn't refuse, arranged everything and I drove it home. This vehicle is as good or better than our Lexus RX. James is the most honest dealer you will find anywhere. No pressure and his word is golden. He wants his customers to be pleased and does whatever is required to make that happen. He makes car buying almost too easy. I am recommending North Coast to everyone I know who is shopping for a high quality used vehicle and an even higher quality buying experience. I know I'll be back!

North Coast Auto brokers- my name is Steven M Worrall. My wife and I were looking for a used van and I had bought a Car for North Coast auto some 13 years ago. I moved out of state and have since returned to the Rochester Ny area and we needed a new car as we are expecting triplets. We decide we would look at vans and North Coast. James and the staff at North Coast did a great job of finding us the van we needed and could afford. They worked with us on the finance side of things to get prices where we could afford. Several months after we received and had been driving the van we found out that the AC in the van was not working. James and the people at North Coast were generous and assisted us in getting the AC fixed. Had been shopping for a truck for 4 weeks when I stumbled on their dealership in Greece. I decided to take a chance and stop in. I was greeted by James and told him what I was looking for. He showed me a truck that just came in.( perfect timing for me ) . I drove it and it ran perfect. Now the tough part, I asked him how much and if they offered financing. He showed me the Kelly Blue and it was way below retail. I asked for a car fax which he presented . I told him I was going to finance through my credit union and he took the time to actually beat there rate. Wow! Thank-you! He offered me an extended warranty, did all my insurance, DMV stuff which I hate doing, and 2 hours later I drove off in my new truck. Wasn't expecting it to happen that fast! Great customer service, very friendly, and didn't hide anything or try and push me into something I didn't want like the other dealerships I visited. He said his family has been in the business for over 50 years and it shows. Hard to find places that actually care about the customer these days, plan on recommending them to my friends and family. thank-you James!! Love my truck!!

Terrible customer service. I was trying to inquire about a specific vehicle and was told over and over that my phone call would be returned by James - over and over I heard nothing. He was always with a customer or not in or some other story. He seemed to be avoiding me like I was a bill collector and rather was a customer with my own funds. This experience was discouraging but was worth it to me because it saved me the headache that would have surely followed suit if I had made a purchase. If they treat me like this when I had the money, how would I have been treated after passing it over?

I originally stopped into North Coast for a car I saw on the internet. After talking to James, we figured out I could not afford the monthly payments. Eventually we found a car that I could afford and was also easy on gas. I got approved very quickly and was driving my car the next day! The thing i enjoyed the most was how honest everyone was and I felt no pressure to buy from them. So far I have had zero issues with the car and would recommend them to anybody.

I do not like car shopping because I always feel pressured and uncomfortable with salespeople. This was by far the best experience we have ever had. We had been shopping for a month or so and visited several places, but on a whim ended up here and wished we had started here at Northcoast. James was extremely professional, we felt totally at ease with him and he made the buying, trade-in, and paperwork processes go so smoothly, I felt as if we didn't even have to do anything but drive off the lot. He was willing to work within our budget, stayed late to accommodate our late arrival, took care of everything to transfer everything and we truly felt like he cared about us. His father (the owner) was also extremely friendly and happy to help in any way. This was the easiest and quickest purchase we've ever made and we are thrilled with the quality and value of our new car. I cannot reccommend this place enough!

I was helping my daughter research cars, and North Coast Auto Brokers had one of the vehicles that she was interested in. I wasn't sure about taking the time to drive to Rochester from Niagara Falls, but it was well worth the trip. North Coast Auto Brokers had the best vehicle for the best price. There was no pressure and James took the time to explain the process and answer all our questions, as this was the first time my daughter had financed a vehicle. The whole process went smoothly. It is rare to find customer service that goes above and beyond. I would recommend North Coast Auto Brokers to anyone looking to buy a car.

I had purchased a 2008 impreza last year at an awesome price all in about 40 min. I just had the car inspected for the first time since I bought it and my mechanic called me and said the car looked awesome! 21 bucks and I was out the door. What more do you want out of a used car. The car is beautiful and drives like new no issues ever. Very pleased with the whole experience. It's nice to have a local family owned business you can trust and rely on. Thank you North Coast!

I had done my research online before getting to the dealership and knew the exact care I wanted to test drive. James was very helpful and there was no pressure to look at other cars. Most dealers would have tried to show me what else they had, usually costing more than the one I wanted to look at. The car was priced well and they gave me a good price for my trade. I knew my credit situation going in, but was still able to get financed by a major bank. Sure the interest rate is high, but that is from my irresponsibility in college, not the dealership's fault. The car I wanted was priced so that I was able to still receive the payment I was looking for. The whole process ran smooth and easy. They even put 4 new tires on after I had mentioned they seemed a bit low and looked like there was not a lot of tread left on them. I have only had the car for 2 weeks now, but have already put on 2,000 miles without a problem. All in all, a nice buying experience.

I usually don't write reviews and I purchased the car a while ago, but I had to write something. Almost a month after I purchased the car, I started having problems with a burning smell coming into the vehicle. I called James and explained my situation. He told me I was past the warranty included with the vehicle but to bring it in anyways and we'll see what we can do. He was able to get the warranty company to cover some parts, and the dealership covered the rest. They even gave me a loaner vehicle to drive while my car was in the shop. Overall I was very impressed with how they handled this potential nightmare. I will definitely be back again.

I was shopping around for a first car for my daughter when a 4WD Subaru caught my eye. The salesman was very helpful in answering all my questions. They took care of financing, insurance and even saved me a trip to the DMV. The only issue I had was parking. Their lot was so full, it had hard finding a good place to park that as out of the way. Other than that, the whole process was fast and easy. I would definitely be back and recommend them to anyone who reads this.

I recently purchased a car from North Coast and was nervous that something was wrong with the car based on the low price but I've had it for months and absolutely love it! They were very upfront and honest about all my questions and didn't try to hide anything. Great experience overall.
