Very satisfied customer. We recently had our company truck in after an accident on the turn pike. Very happy with the repairs. The work was completed very quickly, and the quality was outstanding. Very impressed with the shop staff and estimators ability to explain the process and final product.

Let me start by saying Steve was amazing. North East Locaters Auto Sales is the Best place I could have ever found to buy a car. If you need a car it is worth the trip!!! Everybody has a story but it’s hard to find a car dealership and salesperson that will listen and care. Steve not only did that but took all the stress and anxiety out of the whole process. I was buying a car for my daughter for college and I can tell you not really knowing what I was doing. With no pressure, no hassle and most of the work done over the phone (since I’m from Pittsburgh) Steve had it all figured out and the paperwork done by the time we got to Indiana,PA to pick up the car. When we got there I felt like I was dealing with family or a neighbor rather than some smooth talking car dealer. What a breathe of fresh air. Steve treated both myself and my daughter with such kindness and respect. It wasn’t like we were just customers buying a car. We talked and laughed and it was comfortable. I have never had such a an incredible experience buying a car. Thank you again Steve for everything!!!

Steve Karadus was very helpful and extremely respectful towards me and my father while we were buying my very first car. He was extremely patient and thorough while explaining certain things and conditions. Alan Ross was also great, funny, and respectful. They were both honest. Good job to these two, 5 stars for both of them!

Today my husband and I stopped at North East Locaters to look at a Jeep Wrangler that interested us. We usually dread talking to pushy car salesmen but we were pleasantly surprised with Steve. He was personable, knowledgeable and NOT pushy. We feel he gave us a good price on our trade and the paperwork was explained well. We highly recommend talking to Steve and using this dealership to purchase your next vehicle.

Very happy with our experience after hitting a deer on RT 22. The employees were very polite. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. My vehicle actually looks better then new ! Not a pushy, cookie cutter type big facility. They really went above and beyond what I was expecting. Highly Recommended if your in need of auto body repairs.
