With in a week of buying the car for $6k, all of the check engine lights come on. Front axel needed replaced, whole car re-aligned, and now (3 weeks later) it shakes/bumps horribly when making slow turns. Subaru tried a few things to no avail. They're thinking it's a clutch issue but i can't afford to have them fix it. The warranty is completely useless/joke. Subaru offered $1k for the car as a trade in...and I can not get North Hills Auto Mall to return my calls. I'm totally SOL.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm just going to lay out the facts,Day 1: The car they sold me ran just fine.Day 2: car breaks down on the road, I miss an entire day of work. Turns out the alternator was broken and had to get that fixed. Thankfully they did actually fix that.Day after I got the car back: Check engine light comes on (note: it didn't come on when I did the test drive so either they tried to hide it, or maybe they messed something up when trying to fix the alternator). Turns out there was a P1457 error for the EVAP system1 Week later: flat tire. It wasn't due to anything I've done. I noticed when filling up the tire with air that there was some type of liquid seeping out the tires where the hole is. Asked my friend about it and he said it was this cheap tire patching liquid called "fix a flat" 1Month later: Car breaks down on the road again. Turns out the battery was leaking and I had to get it replaced1 week later: I finally take it to a repair shop to see if i can get the EVAP system fixed as well as see if there is anything else wrong with the car. Found out that the rear strut was also leaking and the tires were dry rotted and I had 1 month to get it inspected and it would be around $1500 in repairs, I asked them if it was covered under the warrenty North Hills offered and they said no and they referred me to their friend who is an expert on car warrenties. I called him and he told me that the warrenty company that I had was one of the worst warrenty places ever and that they never pay any money and that I was basically screwed.Next: I called North hills back up and told them about the situation, he told me that he'll "Take care of it for me". This lead me to believe that they'd be willing to fix it for free. So I drop my car off at the place to get it fixed.Next day: I get a call saying they need ABOUT $500 in order to buy the car parts they need to fix it and that i should stop by tomorrow. I was somewhat okay with paying for the parts so long as they'd to the labor so I was okay with that. Next day: I stop by to deliver the money, I asked him how much it was and he said 500. I found it a little fishy that all the car parts totaled to exactly 500 so I asked for a receipt. That when he replied with "Oh you don't need a receipt", My suspicions then shot through the roof. He told me if I wanted a receipt that I'd have to wait a while, so I did. I go back into the office and they just take out some piece of paper and write 500 on it and said "here's the receipt". So I'm just like, where are the totals for all the car parts that need to be ordered? Turns out that the car parts were already ordered and some already arrived so they actually didn't need my money to order the parts. The 500 was for a deductible and they were going to bill me an even greater amount for the repairs. Those were the facts, now here's my opinion. These people are shady, slick, liars that will do anything to get your money. They have no shame. Stay far far far away from them. Tell all your friends who are interested in going there to not think twice about it.

These guys are great! My son and I drove up from Ohio to buy a used SUV here. It was exactly what my son was looking for. Our salesperson, Jay was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles in our budget. They had the vehicle delivered to us in Ohio at no cost to us, Believe it or not! These guys are fantastic, I Highly Recommend.

I had a very positive experience with these folks when I bought a Certified Honda. It was as painless as car buying gets. They even called me several times over the weeks following the purchase to make sure I was pleased with the car and the experience. I have been very pleased with the vehicle ever since. I will definitely come to see these folks when I start vehicle shopping for my fiance. Keep up the good work Jay.

My buying and shopping experience was great. On the other had half way home the shifter cable broke so we couldn't put it in park unless it was from under my vehicle. Drove two hours home having to do that. Here to find out it is a special order part which makes my life 10,000 times harder.

first of all, They have a huge selection to choose from. Second, the employees there were very nice and helpful. They make sure everythting is taken care of from the start to get what you need and get out haha. All in all, I will return for another car when the time is necessary.

Whatever you do, do not get in a car with the men who work at this so called dealership. One employee took us for a ride on the highway and went 120mph, was swerving in and out of traffic, was slamming on the breaks, all while talking on his cell phone. When we got off the highway the car was smoking and the rotors were red hot. When we questioned the employee, he joked and said it was fun. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They do not repeat the cars they are selling or the people who they are selling them to. If you value your safety, stay far away from North Hills Auto Mall.

I have been looking for a Honda CRV for about four months when I ran across North Hills Auto Mall. Huge selection!!!!! Not only did I find the car I was looking for at North Hills Auto Mall, but they made me an offer that I couldn't walk away from. Best car buying experience that I have had yet. Thank you. I've just about been everywhere. However, I went to North Hills Auto Mall and just purchased my third car from them. From the sales side, Joe and Jay are the best, very knowledgeable, professional, and they Always ensure you are happy from the start to well after the sale. This dealer continues to work with me and once again I just got a Very fair deal. I seriously doubt if any of the other dealers would have done so much to get the business. I plan to be back.

After driving around all day in my F250 looking for a 2nd car and wasting gas, we went to North Hills Auto Mall. Incredible section, over 200 cars in stock, WOW. We were overwhelmed by all the cars, thank goodness, Jay showed us all the cars in our budget. We were out of there in about an hour or so. Thank you again Jay.

What you see online and what you see at the dealership will leave you incredulous. The vast majority of the vehicles don't appear to have moved in at least 6 months. Flat tires , emergency spares on cars. When they took those online photos will have you scratching your head.The fellow/salesman was prompt and named all the cars in my price range , but I walked around and as stated , could not believe the condition of the cars. Don't waste a drive.

This is my second Honda Civic from North Hills Auto Mall....very satisfied. Jay was very helpful in getting my vehicle ready in a timely manner. He is by far the most experienced sales rep we have talked to. He went above and beyond in his efforts to make sure I was satisfied. They also took my trade in and gave me a fair price even though it needed some work. The whole buying process was so easy, it took less than 2 hours for me to drive away happy. This is why I recommend everyone I know to come to North Hills Auto Mall.

I purchased a Certified Used vehicle from this dealership. This was the best buying experience I have ever had in a vehicle purchase! The salesperson, AJ, was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The notary had all paperwork prepared and available for me to sign for a very fast experience. I would use this dealer again and would recommend to any friend that is looking for a certified vehicle!

I wish all sales people were like Jay. He was so helpful, informative and patient even when he knew from the beginning I wasn't going to buy a car that day. However, I did end up going back later in the day to buy the car Jay had taken the time to show me earlier. Thank you Jay!

Very good buying experience. Found pre-owned certified vehicle on web and contacted dealership by email. Responded, fast, received call from Sales Mgr. right away. Made deal over phone and, since I was driving 3 hours to look at vehicle, I needed an honest assessment of the vehicle and the assurance that car would be there when I arrived. The vehicle was exactly as the Sales Mgr. described. The only thing I had to do was work out a fair trade for my car, which I did through AJ, salesman and it went very smooth. Also, we bought the extended warranty. I would definitely consider buying another car from these folks. No one is perfect, but I think North Hills Auto Mall does business the right way.

Regis sold me a car that lasted 4 months, fast talker, doesn't care about the families that get behind the wheel, don't give him cash because you can't prove anything.
