I bought a car here less than 30 days ago. The day off I was there for over 5 hours because on a Saturday they only had 1 person doing paperwork. The total price quoted was changed at the 11th hour and despite my better judgement I continued with the purchase. On my way home from the purchase my car broke down on the side of the road. After having it towed came to find out that they never sealed the car from an oil flush. I didn't have a drop of oil in the car. I have also had horrible issues with the condensation in my car and the light in my gear shift Hasn't work since I purchased. I just had to change the tires on these hike as well bc the tires were never checked for quality. So 28 days into a purchased and IBe spent more money than I did in the2 years prior to owning the exact same car. The entire time. They have been horrible about returning phone calls or taking responsibility for the issues. I previous owned the exact same vehicle in a model older and was so looking forward to getting another one. They ruined it. DON'T BUY FORM THESE PEOPLE

These guys are remarkable! You think the Apple Store gives you customer service, this place puts them to shame! I had a cosmetic warranty item that could have gone either way and they completely viewed it as if they owned my car and even though it will be a hugely expensive replacement they joyfully took care of it! Who does this? Who are these people? They are going to make the rest of the dealers look bad!!!! Kudos Chad, Chris, and Adam.

Anthony and Richard at North Point Volvo are great! They have not only been extremely helpful during the whole process, but they have also been very attentive to detail. The dealership did a great job in preparing the car for me. Any blemishes that were there are gone. Anthony Jones has been very helpful in setting up the ins and outs of my car, as well as gracious. He took the time to show me how everything works and set the personal settings of the car. Even gave me a test run of the city safe! He is extremely personable and genuine. Found a car locally in Charleston, that I wanted to lease but couldn't get anywhere with dealer. Found the same car at North point Volvo and spoke to Anthony Jones. He's top notch and Knowledgeable about nearly every aspect and function of the car. We done most of the leg work over the phone, which was painless. When I arrived, everything was all set up, ready and double checked. They took their time with me without trying to get me to sign and drive away. It was well worth the 5 hour drive for me, plus, the drive back home in a new Volvo was a blast! I'll be back when the time comes again

After not being able to come down to a price with the sales rep, I left without ever clearly receiving a bottom price offer or getting a chance to talk to one of the managers. Great people, don't get me wrong, but it was just poorly handled in my opinion since I was there there with cash in hand and ready to take a used car off their hands by offering $800 below the blue book value. After walking out I received a phone call from North Point Volvo asking me about my experience and why I did not end up driving off the lot with a purchased vehicle. The conversation ended with "When will you have time to come back today to talk to one of the managers? I am certain they can work with you and your cash offer". The manager was supposed to call me within the next 30 minutes to an hour after that conversation to set up a meeting, this -to my disappointment- never happened. I called back 3 hours later that day to see if there may have been an issue in getting back to me, and they responded with "They are currently in a meeting and will get back to you soon." This again, did not happen. Great vehicles and brand, but I took my business elsewhere.

While searching for a Volvo dealership on line, Mr. Leonard Lynn responded and shared needed information we were needing. We visited the dealership and immediately knew we could work with Mr. Lynn and trust his information. He was very professional, concerned about my needs and wishes and answered all concerns. When we returned the following day, he was proactive and the purchase process and made it easy to complete my purchase. He gave the options for purchase. He knew what had to be done and how to complete this. Mr. Lynn gave me the opportunity to understand the vehicle and showed me - not told me - how to successfully use the features. Bought a 2011 XC90 AWD CPO. It was a wonderful experience thanks to our salesman, Leonard Lynn. Our offer price was accepted without issue and he worked with the service dept. to ensure that the negotiated repairs were completed at no charge to us. The Service team was great too, happily giving me a loaner car while unexpected parts were obtained and installed at no charge to me. The financing officer was great (no pushy, hard sell for anything I did not want). No fuss, no pain, all positive and professional. I will definitely buy from these folks again.

A few months ago my lovely wife and I visited the North Point Volvo dealership. We were greeted by Mr. Anthony Jones. He took us for a test drive of the new XC90 and also explained all the options as well as compared the difference between the three versions of trim and option packages. Today we returned to purchase the Inscription. Anthony again took us for a test drive answered our questions and advised us toward our desicion. He showed us a very nice white model. We were all set to make our purchase when my wife asked if he had any others. They did indeed have a fully loaded Inscription that had just arrived the previous afternoon, it was still undergoing preparation details in the shop. It was a beautiful Gray exterior with an amber interior. We purchased this vehicle and had the best time imaginable. Anthony and the entire staff made our purchase a truly wonderful experience. Anthony spent almost two hours explaining every aspect and operation of this incredible automobile. We plan to visit them often and we'll purchase from them again when the opportunity arises.

The XC60 sells itself. A high-tech, safe, stylish, built to last machine! I visited 3 volvo dealerships in the Atlanta area. I was completely impressed with everyone I encountered at North Point Volvo. My sales associate was John and he was fantastic! He was informed and professional. John clearly explained all the features and benefits of the car. When I took delivery of the vehicle, John made sure that we knew how to do everything we wanted to do with the technology in the car. He introduced me to the service managers but made sure we knew that we could and should always contact him with any service needs as well. Although the price was way too much, Anthony Jones made the experience simply incredible. This dealership had the only car with the options we wanted in the Southeast. Arriving at the dealership, we were greeted warmed and treated like family. Anthony Jones spent over 2 hours teaching us about the car and all the features. I emailed Tuesday afternoon about a beautiful used Audi SUV. I received no response. I stopped in at at 6:00pm Tuesday evening and meet Brian, who told me the vehicle can't be sold for now due to a few leaks that are found. He said they were going to send it out the next day and get an estimate on the repair. He took my info and said he would contact me with more info Wed afternoon. First thing Wednesday morning I received an email from Anthony saying the vehicle had been sold. I asked him about it and he seemed confused and just blamed it on management.

I looked quite some time on-line and then we shopped a couple of weeks for a small SUV for my wife. We test drove several makes and models but came back to the Volvo XC60 because of the styling/ features, size/ safety, good gas mileage with regular gas, and Volvo's reputation of quality that lasts! We bought a retired service loaner so we saved some money but got the new car financing and other benefits! Brian Matthew gave me their best price via email which made the whole buying process much easier and smooth. No games or pressure selling... Agreed on price for the car we wanted and then talked about my trade-in. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the entire team at Northpoint... I highly recommend you check them out!

First of all, the vehicle itself is high-tech, safe, luxurious, well-rated, and heavenly. But this review is about the dealership experience. I have never before had a car sales staff more informed and professional than Anthony Jones at Northpoint Volvo. He somehow struck the perfect balance between showing us everything the vehicle can do without overwhelming us with information. He was courteous, helpful, efficient, and extremely well-educated on the vehicle. We test-drove many SUVs before making our decision and Anthony was by far the most enjoyable sales person we dealt with. Others were aggressive, under-trained, too hands-off, or just so-so. When we took delivery of the vehicle, Anthony made sure that we knew how to do everything we wanted to do with the technology in the car. He introduced us to the service managers but made sure we knew that we could and should always contact him with any service needs as well. During the financing, he introduced us to the appropriate staff members who were also professional and helpful without being pushy. I highly recommend Northpoint Volvo. Was in the market for a new car and had no idea what I wanted. Test drove a number of cars, liking none of them, only to drive by the Volvo dealer one day and decided to give it a try. I was in love in about 30 minutes and working with Anthony Jones only made the experience that much better. I did my homework, studied and tried several cars in the Volvo XC60 category. I knew I wanted a XC60 all along though. I found my car at North Point Volvo, Mr. Leonard Lynn was the sales representative that worked with me. It was a very calm buying experience for me, first of all because a Volvo dealer knows their cars the best and can explain and test anything you want. They don't need to push, the cars sell themselves. I tried the XC60 in other dealerships but the sales people could really just say about things that were obvious. Mr. Lynn was super helpful and showed me how everything works and at the end of our test drive, he talked about the city safety feature, and we tested that against a couple of orange barrels behind the dealership building. It was incredible, the car really stops! Now, almost one year after I bought my car, a teenager, texting, cross in front of me without even looking at that side of the street before crossing. I was driving at about 30mph and still had to slam on the breaks to avoid hitting her, and when the car got really close to the girl the city safety kicked in and the car just disarmed and stopped. I want to believe I would have stopped without the city safety in time, but I am sure that feature worked and might have saved the girl from serious injuries and myself from a lot of trouble. I love my car, it's safe, stylish. I recommend North Point Volvo and Mr Leonard Lynn.

Brian Matthews helped me sort through a few used car options for my 16 year old daughter. After looking around for nearly 3 weeks and test-driving several cars at other dealerships I found the experience with Brian to be very pleasant and easy. We ended up with a used Mazda CX7 that looked and drove like it was brand new. The mechanics at North Point Volvo had really done a heck of a job reconditioning the car. My wife needed a vehicle quickly due to an accident. We did some research on line and went to NorthPoint Volvo after seeing a pre-owned vehicle listed. 1- They had the vehicle (others I visited did not), 2-the vehicle was as listed if not better, 3-the sales process was friendly and smooth (no hidden surprises when it came to the bottom line. They cleaned the car, gassed her up and we were on our way (they even took my wife's rental and returned it for us). Leonard was straight forward, friendly and NO PRESSURE.

Purchased 2006 mazda miata 12/12/15. Dealership did not provide 2 keys. I inquired about this with the sales person and he said the Dealership is not required to provide 2 keys unless the previous owner supplied one. However, I am under different opinion and the dealership should have provided the 2 keys or knocked off the purchase price by 300.00 (per Mazda) Neither one of these occurred so I would not recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a Volvo XC60 from North Point Volvo. I am not one who usually takes the time to write reviews, but my experience was so pleasant from start to finish and post buy, that i felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment i drove onto the lot, i was greeted by Brian Matthew. From the initial selection of the cars i wished to test drive, to the questions and concerns i had about the two cars i had narrowed down my buying decision to, Brian was fantastic at offering advice and solutions based on my needs and concerns. From the negotiation of my trade in to the helping a bit on working down the price of the vehicle i purchased, i cannot stress how pleasant an experience Brian made the entire ordeal. Shortly after my vehicle had a small issue, i contacted Brian and North Point Volvo and though they technically did not have to deal with it, Brian made sure the issue was resolved. Both my wife and myself both are Volvo owners and after my recent experience there is no doubt, that when the time comes to again shop for a vehicle, i will be looking to North Point Volvo and Brian Matthew. I will be recommending this dealership and Brian in particular to my friends as well. First Class from beginning to end.

Brian and Ryan are outstanding, and we had a wonderful experience purchasing a XC60 from Northpoint. We went to Northpoint because it seem to have more inventory of the XC60 with packages and color that we were interested in. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courteous people that we met at Northpoint. The sale experience was very matter-of-fact - no pressure in getting to a deal. Ryan was there to answer any questions we had while test driving three of their vehicles. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It has been a while since we had purchased a new vehicle. Ryan was very patient in explaining all the new tech features in the XC60. Overall, we had an outstanding experience buying our new XC60. I've never had a more smooth experience when buying a car! I called in ahead of time to see if my desired vehicle was available. It was! Brian was very responsive, took down my info, and we made an appointment. The vehicle was ready for me to drive. I had my test drive and knew it was what I wanted. I was out the door in less than one hour! This experience was like no other I have ever had when buying a car. Volvo was extremely fair with my trade in which just happened to be another Volvo I had purchased from them. We kept my payments in my range and I could not be happier about that!! I found just the car that I'd been looking for online at North Point Volvo and requested more information. I immediately heard back from Leonard Lynn and set up a time to come out to see the car in question. He was incredibly helpful in answering any questions that I had and showed me how a lot of the features worked. The buying process was simple and painless. I was then taken to Richard Ramey to finalize the paperwork and add on an extended warranty. I was not trading a vehicle in as I was using my mother's car to get around, but did not know how I was going to get the newly purchased car home. Richard was kind enough to offer to help me out as he used to live in Dahlonega, where I live, and he still goes to church there. In the end I did find a way to pick up the car, but I truly appreciate the kindness and helpfulness that was shown to me throughout the purchase. I would definitely recommend North Point Volvo, Leonard Lynn and Richard Ramey to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

Stepped into NorthPoint Volvo on a rainy Friday after seeing a 2011 C70 I liked posted online. Ryan Wilson greeted me at the door, and unlike a few other places I visited, North Point actually had the car on the lot that I had seen online. Ryan and I jumped in for the test drive, the buying process was straightforward, and I was in and out in a couple of hours. I took delivery of the car on Monday, and Ryan even drove it up to my office on Windward. Great service, great experience. I went into the Northpoint Volvo dealership with my wife to check out one of the XC60 that were listed. I was absolutely blown away with the service from salesman Leonard Lynn. From the moment we walked into the door, he made us feel right at home while never pressuring us one way or the other regarding the vehicle. Even though we had our own financing coming in the door, he provided us with other options from their in house lenders that worked much better for us. Northpoint Volvo is the real deal and they are an all around excellent dealership. I highly recommend going by and talking to Leonard Lynn if you are in the market for a new/used Volvo. I have never owned a Volvo before and I am very happy with my purchase. I even went back to have a fuse replaced and was in and out in under 10 minutes. Since it was time for some needed servicing (valve cover gaskets and power steering pump) on my wife's 10-yr old Volvo with high miles, but not being able to spend a lot of money during the holiday season and at the end of the year, I was very pleased with Adam Crenshaw finding me ways to save money on the service so I could go ahead and get it done in order to take the best care of my wife's Volvo. I've been coming to NorthPoint Volvo for years now to service my family's two Volvos (2009 S80 and 2005 XC90) and, as always, yesterday was a great experience with their service department. Adam Crenshaw spoke with me on the phone and took the time to help me diagnose my issues, then booked me an appointment the same afternoon due to my urgency. When I arrived, Marcus West met me with a friendly face and the normally great and warm customer service that I have come to expect at NorthPoint Volvo's service department. They have a great place to wait with complementary WiFi (wired and wireless), coffee, water and sodas, so I always wait on my car there. Cisco Delcid, the Volvo technician, always services my car as I like the same mechanic getting to know my vehicles, and Cisco has always done outstanding work and always comes out to talk with me about my car's condition, what service or repair should be considered next, etc. All in all, I truly trust the service department at NP and they have never let me down. Thanks, Adam, Marcus and Cisco, and I will be back to see you on my next service date.

Leonard Lynn is a class act sales consultant at the class act North Point Volvo dealership in Alpharetta Georgia. My wife and I bought a car from Leonard. While I normally hate the car buying process and I try to do it remotely as much as possible, with Leonard it was a different story. The experience was supportive and pleasurable. Then the entire dealership simply enhanced the car buying experience. My wife actually plans to do all her vehicle servicing at the dealership in spite of a 40 mile drive. This says a ton. My wife and I stopped to look for a XC 90 only to be disappointed with the level of service that we received from the first salesperson that we encountered. After asking for another salesperson, Ryan Wilson walked up and proceeded to demonstrate an amazing display of customer service. Not only did Ryan inform us of the latest developments in the world of Volvo, but he was able to give us information about each used vehicle on the lot. They come out and greet you when you pull in, everything is fast and friendly, they ask good questions, make good recommendations, call you with updates, and they also work to save you money where it makes sense. The facility is great to hang out and work if you need to. And loaner cars are no problem. Frank Silva is my Service Advisor and he is fantastic. Can't say enough about the experience here.

I am a first time Volvo buyer, purchasing a pre-owned Volvo with great safety ratings for my first child (6 foot 8" tall) to get behind the wheel. Being a woman, I have to have a service facility with people I like and can trust to take care of my 10-year old XC90 without ever feeling ripped off by excessive charges or inadequate service or repairs. NorthPoint Volvo, Frank Silva (service advisor) and Cisco Delcid (service technician) work wonderfully with me to keep my Volvo safe and reliable and I could not be happier with them as my service team. Frank always greets me by name, then Cisco always takes the time to explain what needs to be done to my car, then always does an excellent job on the service or repairs. And at the end, NP's prices are always the best in Atlanta for Volvo repairs and services, which all Volvo owners know can get expensive at some facilities.Their waiting area is clean with free wi-fi and coffee/water/sodas so it is always easy to get work done while I wait on my car. I am so pleased with Frank and Cisco as my Volvo service team that I have sent two of my friends with Volvos to them and they had the exact same great customer service experience as mine. I have been going to NorthPoint Volvo for 5+ years now, and I don't normally write online reviews, but I just had one of our family's Volvos serviced at NP Volvo, and, as always, it was a great experience, so I wanted to share the experience with others. Upon arrival, I was greeted by name by my friendly, nice and dependable service advisor, Frank Silva. After talking about my Volvo since the last service, Frank called my favorite NorthPoint service technician to the front, Cisco Delcid, so I could speak with him about my car. Cisco, like Frank, knows a lot about every Volvo and he seems to really care about my Volvo cars' condition and how well they take care of my family's safety and reliability. This gives me and my wife a true sense of confidence that our Volvo cars are always maintained as they should be with no surprises. We never need to worry about excessive repair charges or neglected service/repairs, as NP Volvo's prices are the best in town. That (pricing) alone is worth the trip to their service center, but when you add the excellent, top-shelf customer service with Frank Silva, along with Cisco Delcid's Volvo knowledge, dependability and professionalism, there's no place we would ever take our Volvo cars except NorthPoint Volvo. Recently we had a minor issue with the switch on the drivers seat, and some other minor issues you expect in a used car purchase. Before I was able to get out of my car, Frank Silva was there to great me and check me in for my regular scheduled visit. The service at Northpoint Volvo is exceptional but at the end of the day, my Volvo is an outstanding vehicle and a road warrior! I've been going to North Point Volvo for five years for maintenance on my Volvo. They've done a great job on the technical aspects and the pricing is reasonable, but the biggest thing this group has is integrity. They're honest about what repairs need to be done now, what can wait, and the consequences of waiting. I fee like I can trust them, and that is refreshing. For over 6 years we have been bringing our Vovlo XC70 to North Point Volvo. It wasnt where we started but horrible customer service at another dealership led us to Northpoint. Most of that time we have worked exclusively with Frank Silva and we couldn't be happier...well, unless they gave us a free Volvo...but that would be unreasonable. Anyway, Frank has always been friendly and very personable. He always has a smile and is quick to get back to us with the status of the service. One of the things i really appreciate about Frank and the North Point dealership, they give me the list of things i need to do on the car and realize I am not likely to pick every bit of service that needs done on a given day. No overly aggressive pitch on "you have to get this done". Rather, they prioritize the items on the list and help me make decisions on what to do. The pricing seems fair and the service is always done complete. We have never had to go back with a "uh, you didn't fix this". About the only negative i can say...they don't wash and vacuum out the car. Honestly, very few dealerships do this anymore...but the place i take my Ford does...and honestly, that makes a huge impression on me from a customer service perspective.

Their service prices are the best of any Volvo dealership in the Atlanta area. In fact, they are even competitive with some independent shops. And the staff is wonderful. I usually let Frank take care of me and he's friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Everybody else is nice as well, Brandi, Marcus, and Heather. Don't forget Walter. This was my first experience at Nothpoint Volvo and I was impressed by the level of professionalism received by Mr. Brian D. Matthew. My wife and I narrowed our search for a quality certified pre-owned vehicle down to a cadillac cts coupe or a volvo s60. I just had a routine service on my 2009 Volvo S80 and could not be more pleased with North Point Volvo's service facility and people. Frank Silva, my service adviser, and Cisco, my service technician, are always so professional and thorough while explaining and performing their services. They keep both of my high-mileage Volvo's running like new. I have lived in the Atlanta area for over 30-years, have owned Volvo's for 25+ of those years, and these guys at North Point Volvo are the best I have ever found and used to keep my Volvo's in top shape for a fair price. Don't think you will save money when you go to non-dealer Volvo service centers, as I have found North Point to beat most service and repair prices at all "boutique" Volvo service centers I have ever called. And they definitely beat all other Volvo dealer service centers' prices. Plus, Frank and the other service advisers are always very friendly, knowledgeable and they treat you with the highest level of customer care I have ever experienced. This is why I recommend North Point Volvo to all of my friends when their Volvo's need servicing. I have purchased both new and used from this dealer. The gentlemen who handled both purchases were very professional and the process was very smooth. Eight years later my car is serviced by North Point. They have a process that probably includes more than I am aware of, but I am always greeted promptly and courteously. In most cases I call ahead to let them know I am coming. They review the reason for my visit, give me an estimate and give me a ride back to work. Later in the day I will get an update about how the service is going and about what time I should expect the car to be ready. Over hte years I have worked with everyone there, and some who aren't any more (Walt, e.g. jumped through hoops to make sure I could leave town on time and I was so very grateful. Frank, Marcus and the entire service department have a customer service focus that is outstanding. This doesn't ha[[en by accidently. We just purchased a new XC60. After spending a good bit of time negotiating at our local dealer and getting no where, we called NorthPoint Volvo. Not only did they have a better selection than what the other dealer had, they had the exact car with all the features we wanted. It only took about 1 hour to finish the deal and be on our way home. The dealership is about 1 1/2 hours from our home, but worth every minute of the drive. NorthPoint was $1000.00 less than our hometown dealer and it was a much more pleasant buying experience. Leased a Volvo V60 from them on 2/24. It was easy to get to a fair deal, and they were very straightforward. I am an educated buyer and quickly saw the deal was fair - no games. I just had my Volvo XC90 serviced at North Point Volvo and, as usual, was met by their friendly, knowledgeable and customer-focused service advisor, Frank Silva. Frank always takes great care of both me and my car, and I could not ask for a better experience than with him and the NP Volvo service department. My excellent and very experienced mechanic, Cisco, always shows and explains to me about all services my car needs done immediately and which ones to be planning for in the future. I have been taking my Volvos to NP Volvo servcie department for years, and I have such a extremely high level of trust for both Frank and Cisco, that I know they will do what they say they will do and my car will be serviced and/or repaired in the most efficient and professional manner possible. NP Volvo's services/repairs are very cost competitive also, as Frank always points out money-saving coupons on their website for routine things such as oil changes, so they see both of my Volvos on a very regular basis for every service, whether large or small. Take it from a guy like me who has lived in the Atlanta-area for 25+ years, I have owned Volvos for all of those years, so please believe me when I attest to the fact that North Point Volvo is the most honest and dependable Volvo service department in all of Atlanta. I know because I have sometimes learned the hard way by wasting time and money at other Volvo dealers' service centers, as well as smaller boutique Volvo service centers. Neither compare with North Point Volvo on cost or dependability. So, save yourself the time of trying out different Volvo service centers in Atlanta, and drive to North Point Volvo. You will thank me for this advice many times over the long life of your trusted and serviced Volvo. Buying process was quick and easy. Asked for the best deal on the car I was purchasing as well as by trade in. I received their offer via email within an hour and both were fair and acceptable. Called to accept the offer and all of the paperwork was complete and ready for my signature when I arrived. The deal was done and I was out the door in 15 minutes. No one really enjoys spending money on service but when you can trust your repair shop of choice and you are treated well it certainly makes it easier to digest. I have never before used a dealer to maintain my vehicle, but when I compare prices, this dealership is right at the same price I would pay if I took it to a shady mechanic who works on every brand under the sun. On top of the price I know that it is always OEM parts and when there are issues with specific models etc, they will know about it making repairs cheaper or easier to diagnose. I have been taking my XC90 to this dealership for the 4 years I have owned it. I bought it used and out of warranty from auction and this dealership has been maintaining it since. I have been very happy with my experiences but was blown away by my last one. I had a concern with my car that I really thought would lead to very expensive repairs. The dealership went so far above and beyond to diagnose my issues. I have never seen another shop go to these extents nor could I ever expect one too. I asked the service manager (Adam) who I could speak to about my great experience and he told me that spreading the word would be the best way. So here it is. If you are looking for a Volvo repair shop and have been weary about taking it to a dealer, this is your place.

This is my second time purchasing a Volvo from Leonard at North point. First, the new 2014 XC60 is a beauty and if you're looking for a mid size SUV this is the one to get - comfy, reliable, SAFE, roomy - just an overall winner. Also as we all know, the car buying experience you have at the dealership can play a major role in making or breaking the deal. Despite the fact that I am very particular and VERY indecisive, Leonard was so accommodating, easy to talk to/ a great listener, patient (and not pushy at all which I hate btw), informative on the product, HONEST and very reasonable through the entire process. Even when he had other customers waiting he never rushed me and never made me feel like I was being overlooked. Working with him put me at ease through what can be at times, a stressful experience. I enjoyed working with him and I will always work with him as long as he is at this location to purchase Volvo's in the future. Great product + Great customer service = Happy customer!!

We have been a Volvo family for over 20 years and this was the best experience we have had in purchasing a Volvo. Being in the market for a new car, we checked the local dealership in North Carolina and found what we wanted. However, I did make calls to dealerships in Tennessee, South Carolina, and Georgia with North Point Volvo being one of those dealers. In calling North Point, I was put in touch with Ross Blaising. It turned out to be the best call that I made. I wound up changing from buying the car that I wanted that was on the lot at my local dealership to waiting for the same model to come in on a ship. All dealerships can basically do the same thing, but it is the people who make the difference. Without going into too much detail, I would recommend and will continue to do business with North Point if they can retain the quality and professionalism of people like Ross Blaising. If you are looking for someone to deal with who is straightforward, well versed in his product, and will make the whole buying process enjoyable at a competitive price, then please ask for this person if you decide to use North Point. It was definitely worth the drive from North Carolina.

I just bought my 4th Volvo and convinced my husband to trade in his Jeep for a Volvo sedan too. I was a little sad and worried as my previous salesperson ( 2 Volvos) had retired, but Ross did a great job and made the process easy. My husband and I both work full time and our son's schedule keeps us busy. We were able to do most of the negotiating by email. My husband dropped his car off one day and took a sedan home for a test. The next morning we were able to drop off my old volvo for appraisal while we went to my son's football game. When we came back from the game, everything was ready to go. Great dealership and great service! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My husband and I purchased our fabulous 2010 V70 this Spring from NPV and worked directly with Ross throughout the whole process. As this was to be our first Certified Pre-owned vehicle we had many questions and high-standard for both the vehicle itself and the customer service we expected. Ross kept timely appointments with us, didn't rush us at all through test drives and contract negotiations. He fielded our many questions and connected us promptly to his colleagues in management and in the financial department when necessary. He anticipated our urgency and replied quickly to phone calls and emails. When it was time to come pick up our new car, Ross already had the car inspected, polished up and ready to go. He left us with a congratulatory hand shake and invited us to be in touch any time we needed anything. Once of the best car-buying experiences I have ever experienced. I always dread having to buy a new vehicle because of the high-pressure tactics used by some salesmen and dealers. Buying this car was different. North Point's internet manager, Ross, made the entire buying process pleasant and smooth. After careful review on what car I should purchase, I settled on a 2013 S60 at North Point - 4 hours away. Although I hated to make the drive, Ross Blaising made me a deal I couldn't pass up. I immediately got along with Ross, and I felt comfortable dealing with him for my purchase. When I arrived from out of town, he was ready to start the processing, walk me through the car, take a test drive, etc.. Watch when talking about warranty and extended warranties. The sales people and managers don't even know accurate end dates to these warranties. They are not fair to work. Too bad so few choices of dealerships to choose from when buying Volvos.

Would be nice if they had a service board to let you know what is offered and status on a computer screen like other service departments though. I had a wonderful experience with the sales people at the store and they answered all of my questions without pressuring me. I wasn't sure what new vehicle I was going to buy and did all of my research online. I decided to buy a Volvo because of the consumer reviews and the quality/longevity of the vehicle. The staff was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I requested very quickly. They were urgent with my requests and didn't try to over sell me. I am so happy that I picked this vehicle and I couldn't have had a better experience at North Point. Thank you!

I have been coming here for year and I have to say this is the finest Volvo dealership in the state and surrounding states. David is always helpful and the guys in the every department are excellent. Love the low key atmosphere of the dealership. They have a nice area when waiting for your car to be fixed and will give you a loaner vehicle if needed. I work with frank and always receive superb service.

Bought all of my Volvos at this dealership. I currently have a 2005 cross country volvo and love ut. Dealership is very dependable and staff is courteous. Great place to do business.

The service experience at this dealership is always excellent. It is especially great for warranty repairs. Non warranty services can be a bit pricey.

The service department is outstanding. Personnel always Very friendly and they wash your car everytime. I drive to this location because of the their wonderful service despite buying my Volvo from Nalley. This dealership will not disappoint. It's not the closet Volvo dealership but the service is key here.

Overall dealership was good. I tried doing business with them over the phone but they did not want to deal with me. I called on a Tuesday night and made sure the vehicle was still available and it was. So Wednesday morning I drove 3 hours from NC to GA and once I showed up in person I got A++ service. Tom Klingel was my salesman and I would recommend him and North Point Volvo if I knew anybody looking to buy a Volvo. THANKS!!
