first I would like to apologize to Eric and Mila for the ready, fire, aim content of my initial review. this is the first used car I have bought in decades. buying from a new Car Dealer is a totally different ball game - and one pays for the additional pampering through increased markups. Eric and I worked our way through our differences in a mutually acceptable manner. I appreciate that. I absolutely appreciate the up front work that Mila did regarding financing. she got me a very competitive loan rate and all I had to do was sign the documents. I did not want to spend my entire Saturday buying an automobile, they got me in and out of there in about 1.5 hours! the Mini Cooper is just the car that my wife wanted and it runs like a top! the next time I am in the market for a used car I will definitely check out North East Auto Gallery. thanks guys!

this is a follow up to my initial review. Eric called me back and we worked out the issues to my satisfaction. the people at NEAG are the exact opposite of the typical bejeweled fast talking used car dealer. I certainly appreciated the painless way they handled very competitive financing. the Mini Cooper was priced right. I would consider buying another car from them.

The phrase "Buyer beware" comes to mind. My wife and I drove to see a vehicle here, after talking to Mila, and confirming it was a good, clean vehicle. We were ready and excited to buy, cash in hand. But once I saw the dealership and its prices, I started to wonder. So I asked if I could take it to another shop to have it checked out. Right there, her face soured, but she agreed. We had it checked out, and it turns out that it had been in a massive front end collision. The mechanic was not surprised, but he was impressed on how well it was covered up. I told him about the clean car fax, but he said the car fax doesn't mean a thing!!! Regardless, we I told Mila about this, her husband/partner didn't seem even the slightest bit shocked! They knew it, and still wasted our time by presenting it as a non accident car. Shady. Shady. Shady. Their prices are low for a reason. I HIGHLY recommend having the car checked out by another mechanic. Read the other reviews for the same experiences...

Hi All, I like to share my experience with this dealer(North east auto gallery). Last month I bought 2011 Accord and with in few days I found some issue (main issue is Heater not working as expected and not cleaning snow mist in front and back mirror). When I called the dealer and inform about the issue within 3 or 4 days of purchase, they promise me they will fix the issue. After 10 days only I got an appointment for this fix the issue, the mechanic informed it has to be clear only with authorized service center, Immediately car dealer shows his real face, they are told it's all about me I only poured coffee inside, I didn't understand how 10 days before they accepted and now they jump into different. Also, way of talking is annoying me and ignore whatever I say and simply they one word " you signed the document" and we won't do anything, this is the way dealer has to behaving . If you plan to buy used car, please go to some good dealer and pay some extra money buys the car, so that in later point you will get good service. Don't recommended to anyone.

I was in the process of buying a used inifiniti G25 from this dealer. The carfax reported there is no issue with car and it's clean. When I went to bank for a loan and they checked the auto check report and told me that this particular car was involved in a major front end collision and repaired. The dealer must be aware of this and they never bothered to mention to me about the same. They said the car is very clean and all the bluffing.. They must know about their cars, right ?? When I called them back, they told me they don't know anything about it. Not even an apology from their side about missing communication nothing.... Very poor Atleast I was lucky that I was going for third party for the auto loan. If I would have taken the loan from the dealer, I never would have known about the accident at all. Thanks god

We shopped around for about a month until we finally stopped at Northeast Auto Gallery that our friend recommended. We had a price in mind and knew we wanted a fast luxury vehicle. They had a very nice selection of vehicles that were within our criteria: Maxima SV, Acura, BMW and Infinity G37X. They had better prices than ones we saw previously on similar vehicles, lots of great deals, lots of nice cars! We finally decided on Infinity G37X. It had everything we were looking for and best of all - low miles and excellent price. By the way, the financing rate was better then at our bank and approval only took 10 minutes. All around this dealer has everything that a customer wants: great customer service, competitive pricing on nice cars and finance rate better then expected. Thank you very much Eric and Mila! A few years ago, i bought a used honda from this place. This place does advertise the lowest prices around but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. When i bought the car, it was priced about 4,000 lower than the dealers. That's what sold me. The carfax was clean and I thought maybe since they have low overhead this is why they offer good prices. Today I just tried trading my car I bought from them in today for a new one. I was shocked to find out that carfax doesnt update itself quickly. The car I bought was in a bad accident and the accident wasnt reported to carfax until after I bought the car. I lost thousands of dollars on my trade due to this. The bottom line is if you want to save money and don't care if the car you bought has been in an accident then buy from here. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If your buying used, buy a certified used car from a dealer and have peace of mind and no surprises. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

I went with my wife yesterday to look at a 2011 Nissan Rogue they had for sale. The car clearly had accident(s) on the right side of the car. You can see the paint job being different than the left side of the car. Also, you can look inside the gas trap, and you can see paint there. Eric told me that he is not aware of any accidents. Note: Just because the Carfax is clean, that does not mean the car was not in an accident. He showed us another silver Rogue, and the front bumper was out of place, clearly showing signs of an accident. You had to be completely blind not to see the bumper hanging out. Based on the other negative reviews, Eric always responds back to his defense, which is his right. But, if you go there, look carefully at the cars. He might deny the cars being in accidents or say that he is not aware of any, but take someone with you who knows about cars, and can really tell you if there is a problem with any car you choose. I did not inspect all of their cars, so I am not saying that all their cars are like that, but based on previous negative feedback and my inspection of the two cars, I can say those two were clearly in accidents. I work in the insurance industry, so I know little bit of accidents.

I always dread shopping for a used car and all the disrespectful, pushy sales guy tactics that come with it. What a great car buying experience this was! We were undecided as to what we were looking for when we went in and ended up test driving 7 different vehicles before deciding what we wanted. Eric and Mila were both very helpful in answering questions and happy to let us drive whatever we wanted to with no pressure. Their prices are great and all of the cars that we drove were in excellent condition with low miles. I feel like I got a super deal from some really nice people. went there mid may 2013 to look at a specific 2010 honda accord with 40,000 miles that had a clean carfax with no damage history. as i inspected the car i found many areas of poor body work throughout the car. the hood, the drivers side fender both drivers side doors. the tailpipe was missing the chrome tip assembly and the mila said you dont get that on a accord lx model which is incorrect. the interior had a very strong offensive chemical smell that i was told would go away. i then asked to see two other similiar accords and they were full of poorly done bondo body work and both missing there exhaust tips, body shop paint overspray on tires, just rough cars. i am skeptical about all the good reviews for this place.

I was lucky to find NorthEast Auto Gallery online while shopping for a used Infiniti g37x. I live in N.J and was reluctant to purchase any car site unseen. The infiniti g37 for sale there had 20k miles and was loaded Nav, Bose etc. I spoke with Eric over the phone and he gave me a detailed description of the car. I had recently made a 62 mile one way drive to see and test drive a vehicle from Northeast Auto Gallery. I had interest a vehicle but only from about 50 feet away although the pictures on the internet looked great, upon close-up I noticed the body suffered many dings and damage, also the front bumper showed signs of an accident, one that required the front bumper to be refitted to the car which when asked about a wreck or damage I was lied to by certain salesmen, who which were all cold and disconnected from being a true, kind, and honest salesmanthey lie through their teeth. With that being said I did not go through with the deal and I am very thankful because I have found manymany better deals with the specific model of the vehicle and in some instances a better deal than they were willing to deal through other dealers and such. A big red flag, although I was still wanting to see the vehicle was when I first called I was told that if financed the vehicle it had to be bundled with an extended warranty, THAT is ILLIGAL!!! Obviously the finance employee did not think that he/she could not be caught with such a fraud and took me for a complete idiotthink again. I am an avid car enthusiast, builder, and mechanic and the other person with me worked in major name vehicle sales dealerships and financing so it was a no holds bar for looking for a vehicle and these people tried taking us for a ride. This dealership was too backwoods, although I come from the deep south and have lived in the north for quite sometime now, and was EXTREMELY horrible and lied on almost every question I gave them for the vehicle. They tried to church-up the vehicle more than what a naive individual could see or recognize. I pity anyone who gives the dealership Northeast Auto Gallery business or even their money, sorry but you are being taken for a ride and you might not notice it.

If you spend the time to read through this review, it will give you a very good idea about the integrity of the individuals who operate Northeast Auto Gallery (NEAG). I purchase all the cars for our extended family which means that I usually purchase 2 cars per year and usually they are purchased sight unseen via internet purchases. So, I have dealt with many different dealerships over the past 20 years. I purchased a 2001 BMW 740i with 101,000 miles from Eric Bartko, of NEAG, sight unseen, in the fall of 2012. Prior to purchase, Eric did a very detailed and descriptive honeinspection of the car. Based on that description I purchased the car at an excellent price. NEAG arranged for shipping to North Carolina and the car arrived within one week of purchase. The car greatly exceeded my expectations and Eric description was very accurate. At somewhere below 500 miles of driving, the car lost its reverse gear. I filed a claim with the warranty company but the claim was denied as they felt the defect was the result of a slowly deteriorating transmission piston seal, and based on the condition of the seal the damage was a pre-existing condition that had been slowly developing for some time. It cost $2,200 to have the transmission rebuilt. When I notified NEAG about the defective transmission issue and the cost of the repair, and the warranty claim denial, they provided $2,000 towards the cost of the repair. This type of service, with an emphasis on the satisfaction of the client after the sale, just doesn happen very often in the used car business. NEAG most likely lost money on this sale but still followed through to make sure the product they sold reflected the quality of service they provide at their dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and I will certainly be checking their car inventory when it comes time to purchase another car.

i thought that they where great at first and they did not put pressure on me to buy but when i did buy a car from them. i had to make a $1500 repair within a week and they tried to say that they didn't know about the issue. don't waste your time and money here!!!!!!

Anyone who is looking for a great deal on a clean vehicle should definitely stop at this dealer. My parents had purchased a vehicle from them six years ago and are still very happy with it. So I went to them and bought my first Subaru. I am very satisfied with it. The car was very clean and drove great. It's been five months. I would recommend them to anyone!

I bought a car from this dealership and I am very happy with my purchase. They gave me a great deal on Volvo S80. Staff was very friendly. They even offered to wash my wife's car while paperwork was getting done. I would recommend them to anyone!
